he encountered a woman who insisted that she felt uncomfortable with his presence and asked him to leave when he refused she called on her husband who brandished a weapon causing Ryan to take his things and leave but not before calling the cops to report the incident but when the cops arrive the situation does not go the way Mr Gould assumed it would have and he is immediately put in handcuffs before he can get a few words out yeah you I'm detaining you right now that's fine you're detaining me for a crime because you don't want to listen that's not a crime you're are your body cams on yes they sure are good I called you guys for help cuz this guy's brandishing a gun at this point Mr Gould has stated clearly not once but twice that he wasn't the one with the gun but this Karen cop is more interested in her power trip than in finding the culprit she harshly tells him to sit down and pushes him to the floor even though she had no reason to detain him sit down I didn't say get up I want to make sure that what we're going to watch matches what you're saying mhm well I mean I'm telling you I I lifted my shirt up at any point during your encounter with him did you inform him that you were armed I mean I think that was informing him that I was arm by lifting up your shs okay we'll leave it there I we'll leave it there you already asked for we'll leave it there all of a sudden officer Guerero is Mindful and doesn't want to escalate things the man in question could clearly be seen on CCTV footage brandishing his gun at Mr Gould but he lies to save his skin I was going to say either you hold him or you fire but we have a weapon and it was used in a crime well we'll take the weapon what are you going to take the weapon for right now p with investigation so then I I would go with that then take him for the resist what do you think and then you can let him know hey we're taking your firearm um pending the outcome of this investigation but I I I feel like at this point they both deserve to go and I'll tell you why I'm everything about this interaction was unlawful thankfully Justice was served when officer gerero got charged and was dismissed from service but if you
