Stop touching. >> Stop. Stay. >> Stop touching me, bro. >> Back up. Stay there. We'll talk. >> No, you're not talking. You're putting your hands all over. >> Casey, Mike, put your hands behind your back. Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> You out the door. Hey dude, >> these wannabe tough guys are a thorn in every officer's side. But thankfully, like the saying goes, they're usually all bark and no bite. The cops have a six sense for these posers. And when they push things too far, their entire facade crumbles when the cops turn wannabe gangsters into good boys. I ain't even resisting. I ain't even resisting. I ain't even resisting. >> On October 27th, 2023 in Akran, Ohio, the cops were dispatched to a community learning center after getting multiple calls regarding a group of loud and disorderly teenagers who were causing a disturbance. While the cops responded immediately to maintain public order, the teenagers had no intention of cooperating. >> Hey, time to go, bud. >> Time to go. >> All right, let's go. >> Come on, man. >> Keep moving. >> You just heard me, bro. What's that? >> I'm not moving to that, bro. >> Everybody's leaving. So, they're not waiting. You're not waiting. >> As soon as they start taking them steps, then I'll start taking mine, bro. >> Well, you're taking steps now. Let's go. I'm moving, man. Let's go, >> bro. >> Made sure they got cool, dude. Let's go. >> You talking to me? I told you. I'm leaving all of y'all. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Don't touch. Apparently, a schoolyard fight had broken out and the adrenaline in the atmosphere was evident. If this young woman didn't want to be touched, as she repeated nearly a dozen times, all she had to do was cooperate and leave the area. But unfortunately, rebellious teenagers feed off one another. And if one refuses to follow orders, the rest follow suit. Hey, hey, what do I do? >> Hey, what do I do? >> 19 more units now. >> I ain't even resisting. I ain't even resisting. I ain't even resisting. Resisting. >> [screaming] >> Initially, there was no need for arrest to be made or for the tasers to come out. But unfortunately, these teenagers just couldn't follow basic orders. So far, only two had been detained, but if they keep things up, plenty more were going to end up in handcuffs. >> Can we get the phone? >> Shut up. >> It's cool. Hopefully y'all got all the camera. >> Y' don't even know who I know, boy. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Let me fix my finger, bro. You me up. >> Youing me up. It's all under the cover. You >> good? >> It's cool. Hey. >> Oh god. >> You going to come down? You going to come down? >> I'll sit you up. You going to come down? >> I swear to God, I ain't going to do nothing. Touch me. Hey, >> that's all I'm saying. >> Hey, you going to stand up for me? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> The suspect here was completely delusional, saying he was cooperating with the cops the entire time. He said he wasn't resisting. He was just defending himself from an excessive police force. >> That mean it was on me. >> Yeah. >> I'm sure I'm the one who broke it. >> I'm sure. I'm sure I'm the one who broke even though it's a whole group of >> this a cuss. You see it? You see it? 10 on me. >> Call my mom. Hey 3308. Take that number down. >> Don't even know who I know. >> Look, you talking about four grown men on me. >> Okay. >> Four grown. Right. You're [laughter] right. Look at me. You can't look at me cuz you He can't. He can't. >> I'm not right there. Mommy. >> Hey, he got he got he got a right to defend himself. >> He has a right to smack an officer. >> I didn't smack nobody. >> You smacked. telling his friends to call his mother was a telltale sign to the officers that they were dealing with a wannabe gangster. Furthermore, another thing that was highly doubtful was that the cops were scared of his notorious teenage friends. Regardless, he was loaded into a cruiser while the cops dealt with the rest of the crowd. >> Defense like he didn't know who he was. >> What's that? >> Like out of defense, he didn't know who he was. He doesn't what? Know the word police officers. >> Yeah, but he's in an altercation defending himself. You know, defending against us. >> He's he's a kid. He got test. >> We were telling everybody he got pure emotion. >> He had every chance to leave this this premise, right? >> Like 20 cops here. >> It wasn't just 20 from the beginning >> for the last 40 minutes. >> He choked my daughter Mariana. >> You know, get emotional. You don't got you don't got to ruin his life with that. You can go home right now. We we tried to give him a chance to go home. >> He didn't do nothing. >> What are you talking about, MAN? WE GOING TO GET multiple chances. >> It was hard to comprehend. It seemed like no one understood why they arrested him. I guess some people never learned. And while most of the crowd had already dispersed, there were still some who chose to stand their ground. >> Keep going. >> My sister is right there. >> Keep going, DUDE. >> MAN, I'M MY SISTER IS RIGHT THERE. >> YOU'RE GOING THAT WAY, >> BRO. MY SISTER IS RIGHT THERE. I'M NOT LEAVING WITHOUT my sister. Put your hands back up. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> You had your chance. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Roll them over. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Out. >> Hold on. Let me get my arm. Let me move my arm. >> On my damn I got my sister. >> You got to call mommy bro. Leave right now. [laughter] >> My sister, bro. >> The suspect did his sister no favors by getting himself arrested. The cops then stood him up and put him in the back of a squad car. They then turned their attention to Terrell, the suspect they arrested first. >> I understand, you know, a lot of people don't like to be touched, right? You know, uh, you know, only in certain situations. And I know, not saying you, but I'm saying there are people out there who don't want to be touched by officers. But >> to do our job, we are allowed to touch people. Okay. Okay. >> When we're allowed to, okay? And if an officer tells you you're under arrest and we're allowed to push you without getting in trouble or anything like that, okay? Especially, you know, >> would you want somebody in your personal space in your face with And would you push them off there in your personal space? >> I mean, that's >> No. Yeah. I I'm saying would you? >> No. Of course. I >> I do too. Yeah. I don't want nobody in my personal space. I mean, nobody likes anybody in their personal space. I mean, if you're in my personal space, you're not going to get out. I'm going to push you, right? >> Yeah. >> Officer, don't like that either, man. >> We all make mistakes and stuff and uh you know, you talked to me. I was respectful to you. You respectful to me. I appreciate it. >> Well, a lot of people just kind of yell at me and I'm just trying to figure out what happened here. So, all right. >> All right, man. Well, good luck. Thanks for being honest. All right. And you'll just get some charges and you'll go to jail. I'm sure I think they're all misdemeanors only. >> All right. >> And then uh I'm sure you'll get a phone call when you get to jail. Okay. >> All right. >> The cop did a really good job explaining things. By the end of the conversation, Terrell was apologetic for his behavior and how he'd handled the officers who were just trying to do their jobs. Last but not least, the cops then spoke to the sister of the second suspect they arrested. >> Cops, they came with their hostile talking about we got to move. We got to get off the car. >> How were they being hostile? >> Cuz they got the pushing us. >> Okay. >> They got to pushing us and we was playing we got to move. We over here. We Everybody start whooping out their cameras. Why do we got to move people up here trunk or trees? We not causing nobody no problems. Then they want to get to people. uh DNA slam our brother on the ground. >> Okay. >> Like everyone else here, she was taking no accountability. According to her, she was a victim of the system just like her friends that day. However, as the officer pointed out, the reason she was being placed in the squad car was due to her actions. >> So, grabbing your brother and swinging on somebody, you think is the same thing? >> My brother, >> that is the same thing. >> Gonna, you know, that's not the same thing. Yo, >> swinging on somebody and grabbing your brother and pulling him away. That is not even close to being the same thing. >> Y'all can look at my phone. I got the video. >> Okay. Well, I we have our own videos, too. >> Do y'all? >> So, when when at what point did you swing at him? To grab your brother away prior to grabbing your brother or after grabbing your brother? >> No, grabbing. >> So, you swung on You swung on him >> to get him off your brother so that you could then pull him away? >> Yep. >> Okay. So, the real reason she was arrested was that she swung at an officer who was trying to detain her brother. While it was admirable for her to stand up for her brother, there's a proper way to do it. And striking an officer wasn't it. >> So, you guys are in two different crowds and you see your sister get sprayed with pepper spray. Yes, sir. >> So, you're already away from her. So, you're trying to make it back to her. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, while you're walking back, the officers are telling you to go the opposite way and you're like, I can't. I got to get to my sister. They tell you, "No, man. You got to go. You got to go. You got to go." >> You don't. and they grab you and take you to the ground. >> Yes, sir. >> When you when you're on the ground, >> you can't get your left hand from under your waist, right? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, your left hand's stuck under your waist. They're trying to pull you pull you, you know, pull your arm out, >> pull your arm out, get you a handcuffs. Does that pretty much sum it up? >> Yes, sir. That's exactly Yes. >> Although he was trying to look out for his sister, he didn't have the right to disobey the cop's orders to leave the area. If he really wanted to be a good brother, perhaps he should have been there to pick her up from the station and lecture his sister about the importance of following the cop's orders. >> What's up, man? >> I was just leaning on my lip. I ain't seen you yet. >> Just walk up to those two dots on the yellow on the window there. >> They'll take you from there. >> Yeah. So when you >> once you get out of here, >> you can go down to the station at 217 South High. Just walk down there and tell them you want to pick up the property and they'll get it for you. >> ID and stuff. >> What's up? >> Like I like >> No, you'll be you'll be linked to it. You'll be linked to it and you'll go down there. You just tell them your name and your name for a social security number. >> They'll look you up and get it for you. >> All right. I step out here and say collapse. >> They arrested Terrell, but he was charged with resisting arrest, rioting, obstructing official business, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing. As for his teenage friends, many of them face similar charges. On December 27th, 2024, the cops were dispatched to an apartment complex after a very drunk man called 911 on himself. It should have been a routine call, but the suspect decided to escalate things to a whole new level. >> Hi. >> You called us. >> My boyfriend inside a joke. >> Uhhuh. Inside manipulating me enough. Yeah, that's fine. All right. >> So, what's happen? Tell me what's happening. >> Huh? >> Tell me what's happening. >> An alcoholic. >> They have no contact over me. They keep coming here and I'm letting it happen. >> He had like he went to court and they put it against me >> and stupid. It's mine. >> Okay. >> I'm stupid and I keep letting it happen. >> Okay. So, I know I'm going to get in trouble tonight here, I'm sure. >> But he told me he's drinking. He just pushed another hole in my closet. It is soed up. >> The woman told the officer she had kids inside. Because the man was drunk and abusive, she wanted the officer to make him leave. Given she already had a no contact order, the officer, of course, was willing to help her. >> So, why the no contact order? because he a couple weeks ago >> here. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And I called and they were he took jail. >> He went to jail. >> Yes. >> I guess they didn't violate it or something. I don't know. >> Okay. >> And so he contact order the judge put it on him cuz I didn't go to court because I had to work every day and and I'm stupid and manipulated and let him back. >> So he's not supposed to be here? >> No. >> Okay. And this keeps happening and I'm done. >> I know it's my fault. >> Do you know his social? >> The boyfriend's name was Dakota. And while she didn't know his social, she gave the officer his name and date of birth. And while she informed the officer there were no weapons inside, the officer still called in for backup. >> First name. >> Hey, I'm outside Oscar. Tango because you 13th, 1995. >> You called them on yourself. >> You called them last night, >> right? >> I didn't. >> All right. I'm not going to jail. >> Step back. Step over here, please. >> Hey, step over here. Step over here. >> You're not going. here. Let's go, man. >> Hey, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. I'm I'm here to do it. >> Stop. >> ALL RIGHT. DON'T TASE ME. >> OKAY. STOP. >> The officer didn't want to tase the man. But if he didn't cooperate soon, he wouldn't have a choice. The cop had a valid reason to be there. And if he didn't want to get in big trouble, Dakota had to follow his orders. >> Stop. No, don't hit me with that, bro. I promise you, BRO. I YOU LISTEN TO HER. OH, >> OKAY. All right. Stop, >> Grandma. >> Let me check if there's no She texted you last night, right? Don't tell her. Don't do this. Don't do that. I'm not going back to jail. Dakota continued ignoring the officer, not staying put like he told him, and walking through the corridors, yelling like he's a tough gangster. Ironically, he was doing all that while calling her grandmother on the phone. And despite everything, he still had the gull to act tough with the cop again. >> Sir, stop. >> Can you put that down? >> Stay here. >> Can you put that down? >> I want to hold my ground. >> Okay, stand there. What? Hey, hey, hey. I don't >> touch. STOP BULLYING ME, MAN. >> STOP. >> Stay here. >> Stop touching. >> Stay. >> Stop touching me, bro. >> Back up. Stay there. We'll talk. YOU WANT >> YO, YOU'RE NOT TALKING. YOU'RE PUTTING YOUR HANDS ALL OVER ME, BRO. >> RIGHT. Because I asked you to stop. >> The officer was right. If the man didn't want to be pushed around, all he had to do was drop the tough guy act and talk to the officer manto man. Sadly though, that was the last thing he wanted to do. >> 947. >> Stop grabbing me, man. Stop grabbing me, bro. >> I'm asking you. I'm asking you to stay. >> Okay. Uh >> All right. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> I'm not fighting. YOU ARE >> FACE THAT WAY. FACE THAT WAY. NOW I'M going to test you. Face that way. >> Stop. >> The cop was just seconds away from securing him in handcuffs. However, things took a turn for the worse when he pulled away from the officer and started a scuffle in the stairwell, which was probably the last place a police officer wants to fight a drunken suspect. >> [snorts] >> Stop. >> Hey, >> stop. >> I will stop if you stop. >> Face the wall. Face the wall. >> Face the wall. >> All right. Out. >> 24. We're fighting >> on the ground. On the ground. I'm not GOING TO USE FORCE. Don't let me use force, man. >> Huh? >> Hey, you all. Miraculously, the cop managed to get Dakota in cuffs without getting seriously hurt. However, just because he was detained with his hands behind his back, that didn't mean he was ready to cooperate. >> Look, he's running downstairs. He's running downstairs. We out. >> That's it. I'll sit right here. >> Can you Can you talk to me? Can you >> too late now? >> I'm sorry. Too late. >> I was getting tough here. That's it. >> You were talking outside. >> All right. >> I got I understand all this. >> I don't understand. >> I do. After all, at this point, it was only his hands that were restrained. Finally, backup arrived on scene, and Dakota was led to a squad car to be searched. He was taken to the station to be processed, but first, he had to get something out of his system. >> Got a pit. Go for a [ __ ] Cost me my life cuz he don't want to listen to me. >> Who doesn't want to listen to you? >> You did. >> If you sat down. >> Yeah. No matter what, I was going to jail. That's fine. But instead of going and being back left tomorrow, >> I'm not gonna leave. I'm on probation. >> Well, >> it is what it is. >> You knew what you had to do. You knew what you shouldn't. It is what it is. You're here. We are here. >> You're absolutely right. >> We look forward how you can resolve it, correct things, and get out of there as soon as possible to for your kids. >> You know what's sad is that they answered a phone call. I've been here since I got out of you. That's what you guys don't understand. That's what y'all don't understand. >> But you knew you're not supposed to be here. >> And she knows that, right? She knows that. >> Okay. So, why is she getting in trouble? >> She doesn't. That's the law. You are the one who have no contact with the mach. >> No. >> No. >> I'm not going to try to run, man. You ain't going to grab me like that. We had we already have some encounters. So, excuse me. Forgive me if I don't trust you. >> All right. I get that. >> Do you know what I mean? >> Okay. There you go. Please. >> Dakota was charged with resisting with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, violating a domestic violence injunction, and escaped from custody. On the 26th of January 2024, police were dispatched to a residence. A woman there needed help removing her son and his friend from her home. >> Can't hear what's going on, miss. >> Is everything going? >> Yeah. >> Y'all still need us? My husband, >> what's going on, man? >> How you doing? >> I'm doing all right. What's What's going on, guys? >> What's up? What's going on? >> We don't got >> What's going on? >> I don't What's up, >> man? What's going on? >> I don't mean what's going on. Hey, what's up, man? >> What's this? I don't >> What do you have in my house for? >> Hey, man. Calm down. Calm down, man. Calm down. Calm down. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. You got to calm down. >> Immediately, one thing was clear. The cops were dealing with some serious wannabe gangsters who were pretending to be tough. The shirtless guy was saying that he didn't deal with cops, but as he was about to find out, he didn't get to choose who to deal with. >> Get out my house. >> Get the Get out. >> Get off. GET OUT. GET OUT. GET OUT. Get off. Get out. You want him out, right? >> Get out. >> Get out. >> Y'all got to Y'all got to Y'all got to exit to my house. >> Get out. >> GET OUT. >> ME, MOTHER. Get off my Get off my house. >> Get off my bounce. Bounce. >> While his friend was doing his best to restrain his topless and angry body, he was doing a terrible job. And the longer the cops stayed in the house, the angrier the man got. >> This coming out to the FRONTS BOUNCE. BONES. >> What's up, bro? >> You got to sit down, >> bro. You can't be, >> bro. You can't be doing that. >> He put his hands on the officer, and he was lucky didn't get tased. The man was fortunate that despite blatantly refusing to cooperate, the cops were still looking for a peaceful solution. But the courtesy they were extending would only go so far. >> Oh, turn around for me. Just turn around for me. >> It's being recorded. >> Hey, man. >> Sit down. Side down. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn over. Turn over. [screaming] I swear to God. >> Both men were arrested and placed in the back of a squad car. And when everything was said and done, in true fake tough guy fashion, audaciously, they claimed to be the victims. >> Like, what? For what? For no reason. Look >> this guy. >> Put him in your car. >> You guys good? >> I ain't dead. >> Get in. 11. >> You're going to do what? >> Y will go wild. >> You're going to never y'all will go viral. >> See if they're good over there. Please. >> Y all that like know who the I am, bro. Like >> nobody cares who you are. >> I know you don't. I don't care who you wish. Like for real. Revenant on me. Cleveland on me. Aan know me. Revenant on me. I ask Pali. I ask all them like Yeah. They know the My name Duce. Duciano. They know the I am. >> Take your other sho. >> Take your other shoe off. >> They know down. My foot. >> Well, if you chop and listen, >> bro. Listen, bro. I got one foot. >> Okay. Listen. >> I GOT HANDCUFFS. QUIT TALKING. >> BRO, STOP TALKING TO me like that. Like, for real, bro. I don't I went viral for y'all, bro. Like, for real. >> Nobody cares. >> As far as the man's alleged connections, it was obvious the cops couldn't care less. The man continued listing off his associates names, but the cops just did their jobs and casually prepared to take him to jail. >> You want to go viral? You little stupid ass. Give my boo. Give my Give me my Give me my Okay. God, let me go. I swear to God. Okay. Don't let me go. Oh god. Oh god. Oh gang. I swear to God. OH GANG. IF I LET GO ABOVE ME. I swear to God. With both men secured in the back of the squad cars, the cops went back inside to talk to the homeowners. And while she was clearly shaken up, the mother of the shirtless man told the cops what happened before they arrived. >> I I came home from the grocery store and they both >> Who are they to you? >> Uh the one the little skinny one is well the adult rowdy, but >> he's my son. And the other boy is his friend. >> Okay. >> And when I came in, he's not acting like himself. I don't know what's going on. Seems like more than >> Okay. Your son's not acting like himself. >> Yeah. No, he don't normally act like that. >> Once we get juvenile home, we got arrest and eat it. We can go. >> He my husband told the boy to leave, the other boy >> and he got tried to start threatening my husband. So, I called the police. >> Okay, >> I'm too old for this. >> When the husband told their son's friend to stop eating food out of their fridge, the man snapped and started threatening them. And while it's funny to think that the entire altercation was over leftovers, it was probably more about drugs and alcohol. Meanwhile, outside the suspects were up to their usual antics. >> I swear to God, I would sue y'all, bro. I would sue y'all. Y'all wrong as all that. Y'all call me all that out there. Stupid mama, your granddaddy, your mama, all that, bro. Y corner you bro. Like I'm not playing with y'all. I'm about to sue the out of y'all. LET ME THE OUT THESE HANDCUFFS, BRO. >> SERGEANT, MAN. All that. Let me the out these handcuffs. >> Man, all that. LET ME OUT THESE HANDS. >> EXPLAIN what happened, >> man. All that, bro. Let me the out these handcuffs. I'm not under arrest. I'm not I don't got no Do you want to >> Let me the out go. That's why I want you to explain to me. >> Do you have anything to >> Let me the go. You want to explain? >> I DON'T WANT TO EXPLAIN to them why the you got me in these handcuffs. >> Wrong with you. >> The cops here were probably thinking the same thing. After getting statements from the homeowners, the suspects were taken to the police station for further processing. And let's just say they weren't too happy about it at all. Take a deep breath. Talk about step out of the vehicle. >> Understand? One step at a time. >> One step at a time. piss. >> They were both arrested and charged with resisting arrest, obstructing official business, and failure to disclose personal information. On the 12th of May, 2021 in Orange County, the cops got a tip about a vehicle that seemed to be involved in drug dealing near a school. After getting a description of the vehicle, they quickly spotted it and initiated a traffic stop. >> Roll the way down. Here you go. >> Okay, I'll ride it down. Where y'all headed to? >> What's that? >> Where y'all headed to? >> This your truck? >> Yeah. >> How long you had it? >> Friday. >> Friday. Right. [clears throat] >> Okay, cool. What year is it? >> To the studio. Right over here on >> No, I said what year is it? >> Oh, it's 07. >> 07. Right. The officer ran the passenger's ID unaware he was a violent felon and also a local rapper whose stage name was Big Wacko. Ironically, his album entitled School is all about selling drugs and teaching listeners how to evade the police. >> Do me a favor. Step out for me. back here for back. [snorts] >> You got >> What's that? >> No. Which one you got? >> Okay. Switch legs. You switch legs. >> [groaning and snorts] >> Mike dropped the gun. I dropped the gun. >> Please stop. Get on the ground. Please stop. Get on the ground. Big Wacko was playing a risky game, running from the cops like that. And he was lucky to not get hit by a car or worse, shot by the police. And while they didn't shoot him, they did have a less lethal but less painful alternative. >> DISCS [screaming] BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> [laughter] >> Go get the car. >> Yeah. Can you car? >> Yeah. [screaming] >> In front of us. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Charlie 69 intersection location. Give me your cuffs. >> Yes, you heard that right. They taste big wacko right in his big bottom. Considering the size of him, it was hard to imagine what he was thinking running from the cops. Also, judging by how he was crying, it looked like his ramp career might be over. >> Give me a hand. Are you guys? >> Yeah, we're 104. County's out with us. Securing the driver. We're 102. >> He dropped a zero and tried to jump in another car. >> Unrelated. >> Unrelated. [gasps] Copy that. So you guys are 10, right? >> We're 10 for four. If uh someone can get with county, >> I think he's detaining the driver right now. >> You all right? >> Are you okay? >> You okay? [snorts] [clears throat] >> Well, you got tased >> when you ran when you ran from a gun fell out of your pants. What gun? >> This one right here. >> It's not my gun. >> It's right on my camera, buddy. I felt it. You ran. It fell out of your pants. >> Well, it may not be yours, but it's on you. >> He tried to fake amnesia and said he had no recollection of the chase. After reading his rights to him, the cops had more questions for him. As he was already claiming the gun wasn't his, there was a pretty good chance he'd say the exact same thing about the other things they found on him. >> The gun that fell out of your pants. >> It's on camera. My partner was searching you. The gun fell out. You ran? >> Not for my gun. >> Okay, let's talk about this. Why'd you run? >> I thought I had a warrant. >> You thought you had a warrant for what? >> For what's the name? For grand theft. >> Okay, so the gun that's on camera coming out of your pants is not your gun, >> man. I ain't had no gun coming out of >> You didn't have a gun? >> Cool. The cell phone box in the car? >> Do you have a cell phone? >> No, I just I got a cell phone, but that >> What kind of phone you got? Got iPhone. >> iPhone. Okay. >> Where's your phone at? Right there. >> Will you give us consent to look at the serial number for that phone? Yeah. >> We can match it up to the boxes in the car. >> Yes. >> That's not going to be your phone. >> No. >> Or your box? >> No. >> No. >> No. >> Okay. Even if someone saw you with that box earlier? >> No. >> No. >> That's not mine. >> Big WKO was a terrible liar. Like the officer said, while he was running across the road there, the gun clearly fell out of his pants. He could deny it all he wanted, but it was all captured on body cam and could clearly be used as evidence against him. >> Okay. So, the gun that fell out your pants is not yours. >> And the box the cell phone box is not yours. >> Box is not mine. >> Okay. Even Even if it just had a bunch of money, you don't want that money. >> Okay. Where's your phone at? >> My phone's right there. >> You can check the number and all that. That's not mine. >> [snorts] >> You said I can check the ser. >> You don't want to open it? >> Thank you. >> But >> all right. Is there anything you want to tell me about what happened today? >> All I know y'all pulled us over. I thought I had a warrant. You pulled me out. I took my run. >> You only ran because you had a warrant. >> That's the only reason why I thought I ran. >> Okay. >> All right. Like we said, he could lie all he wanted, but the cops would carry out a thorough investigation. In addition, it's easy enough to check the gun for his fingerprints. Shortly after, Big Wacko was taken to the station to be further processed. >> Just I'm 375 375. >> You're a big boy. >> I just want to stay in my leg, but I can't feel nothing in my legs. >> My partner said you man about the Keep it real. I appreciate it. That's all we That's all we need. >> How's your other leg? You want to get all the way out? >> Good. Don't fall. >> Just sit back. Sit back. All >> I ask is just how many All I want is a bun. Help me get out. I'll help you. That's all I'm asking. What's going on? >> Big Wacko was charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of cocaine as a convicted fallon. On the 21st of January 2021 in Brook Haven, Georgia, the cops pulled over a red Saturn SUV for speeding down Bowford Highway. However, what should have been a simple traffic stop became something much, much worse after the driver refused to cooperate. >> Stay in the car. Stay in the car. Stay in the car. Get back in the car. >> Okay, >> bro. Straight up. >> Don't play with me, bro. Call backup, >> bro. You need backup. >> Stop playing with me, bro. Straight up, bro. I don't got time for the police, bro. We got the T in your hand. I promise I don't give a I'm crazy. I take that though. >> Okay. >> Come on, man. Stop playing with me. >> So, is this your car? >> Yeah, it's mine. Yeah. >> You said you don't have your license. >> You got to know me, bro. I'm I'm ordering it right now. It's in the way in the mail, bro. >> That's fine. >> Yeah, I know. >> Are you the register? Don't know. >> No, I ain't the register, but my brother is. Same last name, same everything, bro. Please don't come on. No tough promise. No. >> Right off the bat, the suspect had a horrible attitude, but he wasn't the one calling the shots. He could keep up that tough guy routine, but it wasn't going to get him very far. >> Y'all starting to pull me over every day. This so >> Listen to me. Okay. >> I don't give a I don't give a bro. >> The GPS at the last minute. The GPS told me to turn right at the last I had to turn right. >> I'm not worried about >> All right. That's what I'm saying. So I had to speed up a little bit just to get on real fast. That's what I'm saying, bro. >> That's what I'm saying. >> I'm not going to answer all that. Let me find my driver Let me find my driver's license number first. >> You're just going to look for that? >> I'm going to look for it. Yeah, I'm going look for it first. That's what you asked for first, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. We going to go on order then. That's what we doing today. We going to go on order today. >> All right. Just >> Mhm. >> You ready? Ready for the first place number 10 and your paper. >> Don't look at me like that, sir. You're not tough. >> Talking to the cop like that, the man had a hell of a nerve. But the cop wanted things to go smoothly, so he ignored the man's comments and calmly wrote down his information. Unfortunately, the suspect didn't extend the same courtesy. >> Where's your license from? >> My license? >> Illinois. >> Illinois. >> Yeah. Okay, >> bro. All that tough and all that standing like you. You ain't tough, bro. All right. What else? >> So, insurance? >> I car you so fat. You can't with me, bro. Here you go. You so fat. You cannot with these bro with these you can't with me. >> All right listen >> what's the deal >> because I don't like the police y'all pulling me over every day for the first time the brake lights I had I I just the brake light was off the other day and I had just realized that like 15 minutes ago couldn't even get still wrote me a ticket on some >> like that's all right I know it ain't nothing you can do about it. I'm tired of getting tickets and all that. I just paid this. I just got my license back. I just ordered another one, bro. Now I'm getting one ticket, two tickets back where I just was, bro. Yeah, I'm at >> Can I talk for a second? >> Yeah, you could talk for a second, bro. One, Leave me the alone, bro. For real. >> All right. >> One thing was clear, he was not going to make the officer's job easy. Due to his attitude, they asked the man to step out of his vehicle where he was immediately searched. The whole time they did so he continued making threats, >> bro. They all they only do this everybody come when everybody comes when everybody come the whole car and ain't going to happen. Bro, you I know I will beat your outside of this. No, it's not. It's the truth. >> It's the truth. It's the truth. It's the truth. It's the truth. >> That's okay. I can I know I could >> I know I bro you my dad for real me. Remember me for real me, bro. I'm one in a million, bro. Remember me, bro. For real. Remember me for real. Come and find you, bro. I'm going to find you, bro. I'm going to find you. Put me in the car. I'mma find you. I'mma find you, bro. I'mma find you. >> While the cops continued their investigation, they placed the suspect in the back of a squad car. And remember, all of this was over a simple traffic stop simply for speeding. This guy managed to argue his way into a pair of handcuffs. And just on Q, like he was following a wannabe gangster playbook, the man played the victim card. >> Yeah, you stupid. Oh, there you go. >> Did you just hear that? >> Hey, 9181. >> Yeah, I said it. I said it. And if you ever take your handcuffs off and you feel like you want to fight, you let me know. Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. You you can't handle me. You You can't you Yeah. >> You see how this back up? You need You need this backup. You hear me? You crack ugly ballhead. You ugly as cracker. You ugly. You ugly as I hate you, cracker. I hate you. You white cracker. It was pretty ironic that he was calling the cops here racist when he was yelling racist abuse at them at pretty much lightning speed. During the whole long drive to the station, he still wasn't stopping, but the officer didn't let it bother him. >> Bro, you Dr. Phil looking, bro. You Bro, you ugly, bro. You ugly as you so ugly, bro. You so ugly. You are ugly, bro. Do you know this? You are ugly. So, look in the mirror, bro. Just look at yourself. Like for real, how do you walk around like this, bro? How is it hard? Damn. Do you get like do you get like a lot of Come on, man. I get left and right. Have you ever get a just because you're a police officer? You know that? Huh? She only want you cuz your career. You know I get more money than you. Huh? Sir, do you know I get more money than you, sir? >> Do you believe that? >> You a gangster. You >> Oh, bro. I'm a gangster. You >> do you live in Georgia? >> I can't hear you loud. >> Do you live in Georgia? >> I don't hear talk about white man. >> Okay. >> Oh, bro. You got to keep mumbling on your brother. >> I'm not mumbling. >> What' you say? >> All right. You got to listen. I asked if you live in Georgia. Bro, >> can you hear me? >> Yeah, I hear you. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I live in Jordan right now. >> Okay. >> Yeah. And I'm a gangster, sir. All right. >> And I run everywhere I go. >> Okay. >> Cuz I'm a real certified gangster. >> Okay. >> The officer here was giving a master class in remaining calm with suspects, even the most annoying ones. He could say he was a gangster all he wanted, but it was clear to anyone listening that he was simply a wannabe. >> Sir, what if I What if I hopped on the e-wale? >> The what? What if I just hopped on the e- well your way? >> Talking about the interstate. >> Yeah. Do you think you would have caught me? >> You wouldn't have no idea. >> I just went through this today. >> You ran? >> Yeah. >> Who'd you run from? >> I don't know. >> Where was you at? >> I don't know. >> Oh, >> you think I'm going to tell you? >> What's wrong with you, man? >> I mean, all I can do is ask, right? If you tell me, that's up to you. >> What's wrong with you, bro? I ain't slow like that, sir. You seem like a pretty intelligent guy. >> I'm intelligent as >> I can tell. >> I'm at a breaking point where I'm ready to throw my whole life away. >> It's not worth all that. >> It is worth all that. I'm broke. I'm ready to throw my whole You know why? Y'all can't understand a black man trying to do something with himself. That's what the is, bro. Try to do something with himself. I don't want to be the one. >> Finally, after what must have felt like the longest drive in history, they got to the jail house. It was a 20-minute drive with non-stop verbal abuse being spewed. And the officer never lost his cool, not even once. >> You put this back in my pocket. >> What's up? >> What's up, bro? Why you looking like you crazy, bro? He ain't crazy, bro. He look crazy like that. >> You crazy, man. You ain't intimidated me, sir. Come on, man. >> The suspect was charged with speeding, disorderly conduct, and terroristic threats. And while there's no doubt whatsoever that he was a wannabe tough guy, at least he managed to keep the act up and didn't turn into a crybaby like our next suspect. On the 3rd of October 2024, the cops got a call in the early morning hours after a suspect was causing a disturbance, beating on the doors of multiple businesses. However, when the cops approached him, instead of just apologizing and going on home, he went absolutely berserk. >> Hey, yo, don't knock on that door, sir. Don't stop knocking on the door. Stop knocking on the door. You're not doing this. We're not doing this. >> Stop bothering. You're harassing the business. Stop harassing the business. You follow me? >> Why? >> You cannot be here. >> You cannot listen. >> Stops. >> You don't have your keys. You have to call. Sir, sir, sir, sir. Sir, sir, sir, sir, stop. >> Why are you grabbing on? Hey, >> stop. >> Stop harassing her. >> Why are you touching me? >> She's trying to work because you're not listening. >> The suspect appeared to be on drugs or at the very least must have been drunk. Whatever he was on, he didn't want the officer telling him what to do. And while the cop just wanted to get him home safely, the suspect had other ideas. You're You're banging on the windows, right? >> I have not banged on I just came over here. I just came over here. >> You need to go back home. >> She asked me to come over here. >> You need to go back home. >> She asked me to come over here. >> Okay. >> I'm not calling a night if my key is missing. >> Okay. Your keys are missing, right? But that's that's for tomorrow. You got to call them, right? There's nothing we can do tonight. >> She just told me to come over. >> There's nothing we can do tonight. >> She got a Lucy. No, I'm not asking her for no Lucy. We That's what she said. >> No, that's not what we doing. >> You said we going to smoke a Lucy and we going to talk about No, no, no. It's not. Stop. Stop. Stop. I know what she said. >> You're causing disturbance cuz people trying to sleep. >> I don't give a I'm trying to sleep, too. >> You want to go home? >> I don't have keys to my house. >> Even after the officer repeatedly told him to go home, the man continued sticking around, knocking on windows and doors. So, as a result, the officer finally had enough of him and decided to put him in cuffs. >> I'm not doing this anymore. >> Just look at my phone. >> Y [snorts] just look at my phone. >> Yep. You don't want to listen, right? I got your phone. >> What are you talking about? You you you been >> Where's my And you've been You've been the one that's been so so um >> proactive on his wrist. >> Yeah. Yeah. I got I got Yeah, I got No, >> stop moving. Stop moving. >> I got the police department. >> Stop moving. >> Let go of your hand. >> Stop moving. >> What are you talking about? >> Let go of your hand so they can take the handcuff off. So we can take the leash off. >> Why you mean why? Cuz you're under arrest. >> Although initially it seemed like the man was going to cooperate. He then decided otherwise and began to fight back. Thankfully by that point backup had arrived and there were multiple cops on scene to help out. Y'all seriously trying to like like really beat me up. >> Nobody beat you up. >> Seriously, >> ain't nobody no officer. You know who that why the hands on me. I'm >> Stop. >> Stop. >> I got him. >> Got to go. >> Not yet. Yo, >> is that okay? >> Why the >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting the >> Stop resisting. >> Stop, >> bro. Why the >> Yo, get me. Get off me. >> Get it or stop. >> Get off me. >> Get off me. >> Considering the fact there were multiple cops pulling in his arms trying to get him cuffed, the suspect here was putting up a heck of a fight. The cops just couldn't manage to get that last cuff on, so they took him to the ground to get more control. Please stop. >> STOP. >> STOP RESISTING. >> STOP RESISTING. >> STOP RESISTING. >> You're resisting. >> Stop. Stop. [screaming] Stop. Why the do it to me? >> I got this for a second. >> All I want is my >> jacket. >> Get up. >> Finally, after a lengthy struggle, they managed to get both cuffs on him. At that point, all they had to do was get him on his feet and into the back of a cruiser. The suspect, however, was not going to make it EASY FOR THEM. >> WHY YOU doing my sto? I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. [screaming] >> [screaming] >> STOP. >> NO. STOP. YOU >> OH MY GOD. Y'ALL BEAT ME UP. >> COME ON. GET IN THE CAR. SIT UP. SIT UP. [screaming] >> SIT UP. SIT UP. SIT UP. [screaming] >> Sit up. >> SIT WHY YOU DO THIS TO ME? >> WHY? >> GET IN THE CAR. >> WHY? >> With the suspect secured in the back of a cruiser, the cops waited for backup to collect his dog as he couldn't take a dog with him to the jail house. Meanwhile, back at the station, the suspect continued throwing a fit and just wouldn't cooperate. Yo, come on. >> Stop holding like ain't no >> done like that. You done a No, I'm not done. No, I'm not done. NO, I'M NOT DONE. >> YOU DONE? >> NO, I'M NOT DONE. >> NO, I'm not done. >> No. >> When I can you meet me? >> Why are you holding me like that? >> BECAUSE YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. HEY YO. YO, GO. >> All right. Go ahead. Where's the key? Why you holding me like that? You're under arrest. You're under arrest. >> You don't have to hold me like that. You don't have to hold me like that. >> You're the same. You're the same officer that I had issues with. The same one that >> they might have had issues in the past, but the past being the past, it was completely irrelevant. At the moment, the only one causing a scene here was the suspect. If he wanted his booking to go smoothly, he'd have to cooperate and calm down. >> Leave him like this. He can sit here all night like this. >> Ready? >> [music] >> Stand up. Okay. >> When you're ready to process that stop like that. >> They charged the man with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. On December 8th, 2024, police were dispatched to a nursing home after an angry and intoxicated man caused a loud disturbance and refused to leave the premises while surrounded by four female officers. >> Hi your hat and your shirt. [clears throat] >> Is it in the unit? >> Okay. Do you have the phone number of the person? So, they called us because they want you to leave. >> Okay. >> The suspect, Charles, said he was willing to cooperate with the cops and leave, but he first had to retrieve his hat and his shirt from inside. Sadly for Charles, that wasn't an option. Thankfully, an employee showed up with the man's belongings, almost like a mind readader. >> He's right here right now. Right there. >> I don't know what I call y'all. Y. Hey, look. >> Look, we're not disrespecting you. >> Thank you. >> Finally reunited with his shirt and hat, the man had no reason left to stick around. Unfortunately for the officers and everyone else in the nursing home, he refused to keep his promise and decided instead to start provoking the officers. >> Why you Why you posting up on me like that? No one's being rude to you. >> It's time to go, sir. You got your stuff. Hey, how are you sir? about that. >> Do you need an ambulance, sir? >> The door's that way. I'd like you to leave, please. [clears throat] I swear God you temple. >> It was starting to look like Charles wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. He was surrounded by four female officers, but it didn't phase him at all. If anything, it just emboldened the man to express even more rage. >> Um, you want him arrested for not leaving? Right. But if he's not going to go, you guys want to press charges? >> Not just you don't want to go. Okay. >> All right. We got to go. So, you either leave now or we arrest you. What do you want to do? You don't need to prove yourself to us, man. You just got to go. >> Walk out of here with your integrity or walk out of here with cuffs on your hands of four cops. >> So, you're not oriented. You can't tell me where you are. You can't tell me your name. So, we're going to call an ambulance for you. Charles. Okay. Swear to God, I knock you out. on the four months till I knock out my son. So I knock these out. I take the gun right up. Hey, >> with every passing moment, his threats were getting more serious. First, he said he was going to knock them out, and then he threatened to steal their firearms and shoot them. The cops had to get this under control fast before things spiraled out of control. >> You want me to see if they can take I swear to God. >> I swear to God. I swear to God. >> Swear to God. Look, you swear to God. Look, you calm down. >> Take a deep breath. Okay. >> You calm down. I'm a mother. >> Okay. Look, he's dumb. >> The cops weren't getting anywhere with him. And thankfully, shortly after, EMS arrived on scene. And while typically it's not in their job description to intervene with unruly suspects, this time they made an exception. >> Back up. >> Ambulance is here. Okay. >> Back up, >> man. >> Back up. >> All right. >> That's another one. >> All right. Let's go. >> They're the fire department. [music] >> Let's go. All right, >> Charles. >> Charles, we already >> Charles, >> you're either going to go on the call. What are you going to do? >> I'm pay. While the EMS did their best to play police and gain control of things, the suspect here wasn't having it. To this guy, they were simply more authority figures that had to be knocked down a peg or two. So, Charles kept on doing what he did best. >> You don't leave right now. You're not like the up. Come on. Let's go. >> Shut the up. >> We're giving you the option to leave, >> man. Shut the up. >> Put that down. >> You're not listening. >> Listen, I'm the man. >> While technically he was correct he was a man, sadly for Charles, so much bigger men were about to arrive on scene. That's right. The calvary was coming in the form of two really big officers and they were completely no nonsense. >> Hey Hey dude, I'm walk >> you guys. We're going to place him in custody. I'm going to tase him. >> Turn around right now. Turn around. Stay there. STAY THERE. >> SORRY. >> Get it off of you. >> Put your hand behind your back. mother. >> In case you didn't catch it, the first time the female officer fired her taser, she struck her fellow officer and not Charles. Furthermore, the other officers had Charles under control, and tasing the man might not have been necessary. Undoubtedly, after this episode, she'd have some explaining to do. Get my hat. Get my hat. Look. Get my hat. Get my hat. Look. My >> You good? >> Get my hat. >> My hat. My hat. Look, I got time to chill. Look, I'm ready. >> Charles was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. These wannabe tough guys, and these so-called gangsters, who are really fakes are pretty much like paper tigers. They puff their chest out and try to act tough, but when push comes to shove, they cry like babies when the cuffs come out. And that's why it's so satisfying to see cops turn wannabe gangsters into good boys.
