um so you're pulled over so you're you were riding on the roadway like that's illegal officer Thomas stated that Mr Williams had been stopped due to his bicycle did not have lights on it according to the law if someone has to ride a bicycle at nighttime they must have a light present in front of the bicycle observe what is going to happen next yeah you have to have a light at night time all right thank you um well do you have a your license on you I don't have do you have any kind of ID on you I don't think I'm required to give any idea because I'm not you're being detained right now it's it's like a traffic stop except you're on a bike cuz when you ride a bike you follow all the same rules that you do on a roadway well I don't have ID or I don't have you don't have an ID on you right now Department while driving his Volkswagen on some Road in bplan Minnesota officer Kowski conduct Ed a traffic stop on the suspicion of faulty tail lights in the car however Mr L's car had no issues with the tail lights all right guys I'm getting pulled over for no damn reason just left my house just going on a cruise wasn't speeding have insurance let's see what this is about I you driver's license proof Insurance sir can I ask why once I have your driver once I see your driver's license I that's not protocol dude why did you pull me over Mr Clint L rightfully inquires about the reason for officer koslowski's demand for his ID and insurance as per the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution fourth amendment protects citizens against unreasonable seizures and searches and permits them to question the reason for such acts Mr L immediately realized he was being pulled over without any probable cause observe how smartly he acts and deals with the situation okay well I told you last time I saw you at the gas station it wasn't a traffic stop then I advised you that your tail lights were illegal all right can I step out for a second absolutely you are being recorded particular fault with the tail lights of the car however he still doesn't back off from his demands to view Mr La driving license and insurance okay when you're stopped in Minnesota you have to produce driver's license there has to be a reason for you to stop me okay I provided you a reason and I gave you I told you okay but you still haven't provided me a driver's license what's your Reasonable Suspicion for pulling me over after I showed you that my tail lights are good OEM this will be interesting now I am confiding to him even though he doesn't need this you have your insurance card as well you can look up the policy right here you can look up the policy number you'll see it's active this card shows that as it is expired as March okay but you can still use that to see if I I
