Look, I got I was just back for what? For what? What am I going to jail for? Let me go. I have my American right. What am I going to jail for? What am I going to be back? Put your hands behind your back. I'm talking. Put your hands behind your back. Why? Put your hands on your back. I was hurt. Oh, no. I'm not trying to be. We take vacation to have a good time, unwind from the daily struggle, and just chill and relax. When people have too much to drink, or suddenly feel entitled, things can easily get out of hand. And it's the perfect recipe to turn your vacation into an arrest. For me, I'm not used to anyone touching me like that. So, I I don't know. Well, I have I have really bad anxiety likely going to be under arrest tonight for resisting without and I don't know anything else. What happens when a family trip to Disneyland goes off the rails? In this case, it ends in family trauma because on March 13th, 2024, a 20-year-old manchild decided to take his frustrations out on his mother and brother. [Applause] I am not resisting. I am not resisting. I am I was putting my bag in the car. What the You piece of cops. You [ __ ] pigs. I didn't do to you. Not resisting. I'm not resisting. I am not resisting. I'm not I I have my hands, mama. I'm not resisting. Stand me up, please. I'm not resisting. You're hurting my neck. You You're hurting my chest. Please. Please. I didn't do anything. Move. Mama, please. [Music] I didn't do anything to them. I just wanted you my dick. Mommy's choking me. Come on. What the did I do to you, bro? Ow. You're hurting my arm. Just let me go at this point. letting him go is pretty much out of the question. It's crazy that a grown man like this can go from cussing out the officers one second to crying out for his mommy the next. Oh, you're hurting my arm. You're hurting my [ __ ] I don't have anything, bro. That's my [ __ ] Stop. What did I do? I'm in the bag. My [ __ ] collar bone, dude. I can sit here myself. Then let me sit up. Step up. Let me sit up. That's why you're in handc country. You don't listen. Step up. Hey, you're a piece of cop. What the is your badge number, dude? Well, I'm s I'm calm. What is your badge number? What's going on? Hey, what's up? How you doing? How you doing, man? Good to see you again. Hey, a long time ago. I know. Uh the lady came into the uh office and then you want to sit down? I suffered from panic attacks really bad. Okay. And he's I took my kids to Disney. Come talk to me. I just got back from Disney. Come on. With the raging sun under control, the cop then turned his attention to the mother who was sobbing inconsolably. The situation had clearly taken a toll on her. So, the officer tried to calm her down a bit with a few breathing exercises. I know it's going to sound hard. Just listen. Deep breaths through your nose for a few seconds. Slow, deep breaths. Hold it out slow. I know it's hard. For try and force yourself. He's going to go. He's just talking to him. Okay. So, deep breath. Where'd you go to Disney? I bought a season passes. Okay. And I was bringing all the kids down to Disney for awesome spring break. He's my oldest. He's 20. Okay. He's made this trip absolutely miserable. Okay. He does have anxiety and he has a medical card. These days, lots of people try to justify their unhinged behavior, saying they have anxiety issues. While most people cope with their anxiety and somehow managed to remain being decent human beings, some entitled brats use anxiety as an excuse to lash out at others, even their families. Just listen to the horrible things this guy said to his mom. All he's done is complain and tell me that he hopes I hopes I get a car crash and all this other crap. I was trying to get home tonight. I have nightwise. Me and my son, me and my youngest son were in a very bad car accident in Tallahassee in September. Sorry to hear that. And I thought I could drive home, but I couldn't. And so I had to pull over and then he got into drivers and he would not. I kept panicking. I had to get out of the car. He would not. He was bound to tell me to keep going. Finally, we made him get out off here where I don't even know where I'm at. and he took us to this the circle K that's us down there and he whipped it in and he was like like he stopped so hard that it looked like we were about to hit the tree made my son go into a panic attack he walked off he was not he said that he was leaving find his way home we get here I go I try to reserve a room after feeling exhausted the woman wisely decided to sleep it off in a hotel she couldn't book a room using her mom's credit card. Just as she was about to get back in the car, the raging sun came back and he took things to a whole new level. I try to use ATMs or ATMs down. I get in the car and I tell him that this trip has been absolutely miserable because of him and he puts his he's like you and goes like this. Well, my son has had enough on your face. Yeah, like right here. Okay. My son has had enough. So, he turned around and said, "Don'ting touch my mom." And so, they started fighting and I I just I can't take it anymore. My nerves are shot. I've got I've got my 17-year-old, my 15-year-old, and my 12-year-old. Okay. So, they're going back and forth with my 12-year-old in the middle, and I was afraid that he was going to hit. That's why when they were doing that, afraid that it was going to actually hit my child. That's why I was like, "Pall the cops. I'm done. I can't do it anymore." Okay. The mother insisted that her 17-year-old was just defending her because it looked like his older brother was about to injure their mom. At that point, the officer called to his partner to continue interviewing the mother while he went off to talk to the suspect. Sorry, this officer knows so it's going to be his case. He's gonna he's going to I'm going to try to talk to your son and calm him down a little bit. Okay. What's his name? Me to breathe. My chest hurts so much. Okay. You need EMS? Oh, I see my hand. My chest is on. Where's it at? It's in my mom's purse, I think. Okay. You want an ambulance? Oh, man. I'm good. Okay. Neck hurts from when that dude was choking me in the back of my neck. That was me. I was holding your holding your back hurting, dude. Like right here in the damn middle. This kid had nothing but complaints. After allegedly assaulting his mother and endangering his family with his reckless driving, suddenly this guy wants to play the victim. One thing's for sure, this vacation is one they'll never forget. From an officer counts as resistance. Well, y'all pulled up and ran up on me. I I'm I'm not trying to get aggressive. I'm I'm just trying to catch my breath. What I'm saying is y'all pulled up on me. So, I was talking and take some deep breaths. You probably catch your breath. Can I talk though? Are y'all going to listen to me? Y'all just want to shut me out? We're probably We're probably going to listen to you. I'm not working the case. It's going to be Officer Mosa. He'll come and talk to you afterwards. All right. All right. But more than likely going to be under arrest for resisting. What? Are you serious, dude? I was put my damn bag in the car. I was No. Yes, sir. I am very serious. That is crazy. What the We got called here for a reason. You're walking away from an officer trying to get into a vehicle and he grabs you, pull away from him. Okay. Can I Can I Can I explain to you, please? I'm not talking you cuz I feel safe with you. I'm not the person to explain it to you. It's not my decision. Okay. Okay. But can I at least explain some of you so I feel safe for my personal Do you want You want me to check for your inhaler or are you good? I'm all right now. Okay. A moment ago, the suspect's gestured so much that he was desperate for his inhaler. But suddenly, he's now okay. It turned out that all this drama queen really needed was a few deep breaths. Afterward, the officer asked him about the scuffle with his brother. I saw you walk into the car. We're called here because of family fighting. We're not going to let someone get into a car, reach into a car to grab someone, known object. We don't know what you saw. At which point you started the pool and started to yell and cuss and that is constitutes resisting. Yes, sir. I completely understand. But from my point of view, I I just didn't I I've never had somebody grab me like that. So, I didn't know how to react. I Okay. I don't I don't deal He didn't He didn't grab you hard. I can tell you that. I've seen him use force if needed. I know. Yes, sir. But for me, I'm not used to anyone touching me like that. So, I I don't Well, I have I have really bad anxiety likely going to be under arrest tonight for resisting without and I don't know anything else. Like I said, officer Mos is going to be the one working the case. He's still going to figure out the rest. Okay. All right. Can I Can I at least talk to my mom? Can you try to see if my mom come over here? Yeah. Yeah. I'll ask. Thank you, man. I appreciate it. Yes, sir. In the meantime, the mother managed to regain her composure. She refused EMS and the officer told her to go further down the road and look for a motel in Claremont. In the end, all she did wrong was spoiler children. But having your kids say such horrible things to you is way too harsh of a punishment for not being strict with your kids. I'm tired of him cussing me out. I'm so tired of him telling me to If my kids told me that, I'd be I wouldn't be talking to him. Like, I've tried so hard to make this such a good vacation and it's just going to hell. I'm a single mom. I've been a single mom since day one for 20 years, but I I miss my bed and I've got four dogs at the house that my emotional support dog is at the house that I really need to get home to. What kind of dog? She's a a Chihuahua Terrier. Okay. And I wanted to bring her, but my mom was like, "No, you go just watch stuff." All right, man. Move you over to this truck right over here. Seem to be here every time I come here for some type of call. It's always me going that girl. All the time. All the time. All the time. All the time. It's always me. something. Ultimately, they arrested the 20-year-old and charged him with two counts of domestic battery and one count of resisting without violence. He was released on bail with a no contact order. That meant that he'd have to stay 500 ft from his family, so he'd have to move out of their house and get his own place for a while. When it comes to spring break, anything can happen. While people are there to have a good time, some of them have too much fun and end up getting into fights. One such scuffle occurred right in front of the police on South Fort Lauderdale Boulevard on March 15th, 2022. Multiple witnesses stated that a man pulled a gun from his Gucci man purse, so the cops detained him. Where's it at? Here. Yeah, my mask. It's licensed. Those my mask. It's licensed. Okay. 199. Hey, where's the victim? Victim. Why did you pull the gun out? I didn't pull it out. It was in the bag the whole time. Ide hold on to him. Let me complain. You can take the bag. Go ahead. The young man, later identified as 21-year-old Matt Lamar, didn't conceal the fact that he had a gun. He claimed the gun was licensed, but he didn't say who it was licensed to. Once the cops managed to get his purse off of him, they found a 9mm Glock with an extended magazine. Where's it at? It's registered and everything. Yeah. So, how they saw it? Huh? How they saw it? Go get the car. Where's the car? My car's in the car. I got it. Get the car. Get the car. I got it. I got it. I got it. I don't know. They were doing that. They weren't. They kept pointing. They kept saying like, you know, I I didn't see it, but they say, "Yeah, we got it." You can feel the tension in the air. There was that loud background chatter, lots of intoxicated teenagers, and people carrying handguns in a crowded space. It was like a powder keg ready to blow. In the middle of all of it, Matt's friend started interfering with the officers. What happened to my friend? Why is my friend getting searched? He not even a part of it. You got a CCW. Take your back off. Is your door locked? Who was the guy you were talking to that was fighting? Who's the guy you were talking to that was fighting? This guy right here. But this is his friend. Hey, back up. I don't care about your keys. Get the hell away from us. Okay, we're going to search him in a second. Just come back over here. Sorry. All right. The young man insisted that during the chaos, he'd lost his ID, but assured the officers he'd given them all his information. Maybe he thought it would smooth things over, or that this whole thing was just a big misunderstanding, and that in no time he'd be walking free. in there. Guys, we're not going to keep saying the same. I need my car key. So, what are you trying to do? Yes. Yes. We're going to wait. Yes. I just told you we're going to wait. Bro, you got to wait. So, what was it? Just So, what happened? Just a fight. I walked in and I just saw punches growing. Okay. Yeah. I don't know who started it. Okay. They both looked like I mean it looked like it was neutral command. Who the touch? When cops are dealing with a bunch of young people who are drunk, emotions, of course, are usually running high. And sometimes people who fail to control their feelings end up doing things they later regret. In those cases, when the cops get involved, it usually means that people end up in jail to cool things off. direction behind your back. You're not following directions. It's wet. It's wet. Guys, back up. Then, as expected, the man didn't calm down and proceeded to interrogate the officer as to why he was being detained. It was like this guy forgot that they told him multiple times to back off. That's right. I'm detect. He told me to stand right there. You can go ask. I told you to move. He He told me to stand right there. Okay. What am I getting arrested for? You're detained. You're not arrested. Sir. Sir, you saw the gun, right? Huh? You said you saw a gun. Somebody I couldn't tell who it was. Somebody put it in. I couldn't tell who it was. Listen, you need you willing to give a statement? No, I I couldn't tell who it was. I just know somebody put a gun. I couldn't see it. It was just multiple. Somebody I couldn't tell who it was. I can't give a one of that group though. I can't I don't know who it was. I got I got you. I got you. I got you. I got you. Even though multiple witnesses saw the gun, suddenly they weren't really sure who was holding it. Luckily, one guy stepped up and gave a statement. Once that was done, the cops decided to release the mouthy friend with a warning. My man, listen. I'm about to cut you loose. All right? You need to understand you need to follow directions. No, no, no, no, no. Listen to me. Listen to me. You need to learn to follow directions. When the officer tells you to step away and back away, you need to listen. And then my like, yeah, I had the thing on me inside the Gucci bag. You had what on you? The gun. Okay. And after that, like they started fighting and everything. And after that, I reached into my bag. You can check the cameras around everything. I ain't never pull it out. Mhm. Never pulled it out. And then after that, that's when you guys came, broke it up, and I was trying to walk the other way like not get involved. Yeah. Okay. Well, the guy said he saw the gun. I don't know why. I ain't never pull it out. You can check the cameras. That's how I see circle up. That's who it was. Everything. I pulled it out. So, you're going to be reaching in my bag and you probably assume I have my hand in my bag. I'm not going to lie. Okay. Okay. The suspect was charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit. While it's a thirdderee felony, the man was quickly released. The charges were later dropped and the man even paid a lawyer to expune his court record. On March 23rd, 2024, some friends were partying at a Key West pool bar and got a little carried away. When they were asked to leave by staff, they refused. And after continuing to be a nuisance, the staff had no other choice but to call the police. So, which one are you? Which one? No, this is the third one. with the mustache. Yeah, because what he did I saw from he was going like that. Hey, so let's uh It took some time for the officer to figure out who belonged to the group, and none of them were too happy about being asked to leave. In most cases, it's just one or two people causing problems, but the entire group ends up suffering because of them. Soon enough, the cops were able to identify who the main culprit was. You're dumb. Actually, that's the truth though. I mean, don't you want more money? Money, right? Your money is not as valuable as Oh, I'm just making observations. I'm pretty smart. I mean, you guys thought it was done. You have two minutes. Listen, you have two minutes to get ready. And if you're not done, I'm taking you to trespass. So, you have two minutes. I don't care either. That's ridiculous. Time hack. Let's go. Time hack. I love it. I love the hack. It's so cute. The blonde lady seemed to think that money could solve all her problems, but she was quickly put in her place by the manager. And as disappointed as she might have been, she still had a smile on her face. Her friend, on the other hand, turned out to be far more resentful towards the officers and the staff. You know, you guys know that we don't actually we have been here for I'm real quick. [Music] Sensing trouble ahead, the girl in green tried to smooth things over with the cops and apologized for her friend's comments. But her friend Michaela, the one wearing the purple bikini top, was completely hellbent on making a scene. Okay. I don't owe you anything. So all I ask is decent human being right now. But I think I have been very polite and well nothing for what? For what? What am I going to jail for? Let me go. I have mying American right. What am I going to jail for? What am I going for? Stop. When they saw her getting handcuffed, Michaela's friends were shocked. But it's not like they didn't see it coming. This obnoxious girl was pushing her luck from the start. And after ignoring multiple warnings from the staff, the police, and even her own friends, arresting the woman was clearly the next step. Passing for what? Come on, let's go. I don't know. Let's go. High 1150. What am I passing for? I gave you two minutes to get your stop and leave, but you wouldn't. All right. You said that you didn't care getting arrested, so here we are. No, I I didn't do anything, sir. I didn't do anything. Up against the car. Up against the car. Place your feet apart. I've done this before. My parents are bossing me. 70. Come on. Can I have another unit? I've done this before, sir. I swear I'm I didn't do anything. Don't move. I'm not a prison. Go move. I'm not the person you want to arrest, sir. Why is that? One wrong slang. One wrong word. One wrong word. Predictably, suspects try to downplay their involvement when they find themselves suddenly in handcuffs. But the officer is quick to remind Michaela that she failed to calm herself down despite the fact that one of her guy friends physically carried her away from the situation. But sadly for her, she was not going to back down anytime soon. When there's another guy trying to help you, he's trying to take you way out of the problem. And now you are telling him to step away, which that's why I stepped in. Okay. So now you are about to start a fight with another guy because he's trying to help you. Okay. And I gave you instructions to put your hands behind your back. You said no. I will listen. We are beyond that line right now. We are I give you a chance. Sorry. Do you have anything on you? Do you have anything on you? Anything sharp? Anything illegal that I should know? I don't you don't please step back. At least one person, that guy you saw in the background, was smart enough to follow the cop's instructions. And with Michaela finally realizing what she'd done, it was time for the tears to start pouring. What do you have? Nothing. Nothing. Okay. All right. Let's go this way, please. Right. Up against the car. Up against the car. Please don't. Please. Please. Please. Please. Please. All I said was one word. I'm sorry. Please. Please don't get in. Look at me. Please get in. Watch your head. Now put your legs inside. Put your legs inside. I don't deserve to be here, dude. Please, please. The guy who tried to carry Michaela outside turned out to be her boyfriend. Love will make you do crazy things. And in this case, not only did he try to get her off the hook, but he also took the blame for her arrest. She's drunk and she's an idiot and she shouldn't have done that. I was closing out our tap. I should have grabbed her and brought her out. I failed her. Listen, I I think you did the right thing trying to help, but then it was becoming either letting her fight you or please or not doing anything. If we can help any please, do you have her wallet or or phone? We're we're we're working on this. Okay, sir. Is there any way there's nothing you can do for her? Do you have your ID with you? Yes. Yes. Okay. I need I need your ID. Mine? Yes. Okay. Can I ask why? Because she is getting arrested for trespassing. I had to intervene because she was about to get into a fight with you because again, you did nothing wrong. You were trying to help her. You did the right thing. You are involved in this crime. So, I need your identification so I can document that you were there. Obviously, that's going to be on camera, but I need it for my report. I love that woman. Is there any way we can you can let her go to be and she will be out of here. I did my best. I did. I did. You can see in the man's eyes just how disappointed he is. But at this point, there's nothing he can do. On the bright side, maybe his girlfriend can learn a valuable lesson out of this and become a better person as a result. Sir, please. I'm so sorry that I got caught up in this stupid [ __ ] I'm so sorry. My life. Oh my god. Sir, can you hear me? Can you hear me, sir? Okay, I'm sorry, but I swear I'm the sweetest soul, dude. I'm the sweetest soul. God me my life. I didn't deserve this stupid. I have no clue. I don't know either. Apparently, apparently I yelled at some guy and I got that. I love you so much. I did nothing. The officer informed Michaela's boyfriend that she'd be transported to jail and booked and explained to the man when he could come and pick her up. Sadly for Michaela, alcohol and entitlement never mix well together. One of the things entitled people hate most is being denied service. That's what happened at the pool bar. And now we're off to a local hotel where on the 5th of August 2023, an intoxicated woman got really angry for being denied her drain. What's going on across the street? Um, it was just being ignorant. Okay. Just cuz they didn't want to serve you. Um, no. That's my family. That's your family? Stay with them. Okay. No, no, no, no, sir. No, no. Hey, hey, hey, hey. I think that the reason that they didn't want to give you alcohol at the bar is cuz cuz you're already intoxicated. Okay. No, I didn't want alcohol. Oh, okay. What did you ask for? Cigarettes. Oh, gotcha. Okay. I might give me one. That's it. And I'm going to the room and want to go to sleep. Nope. Not yet. Okay. You're going to stay here with me. Okay. Because they called and they were concerned about you. Okay. Where are you from, sweetheart? New Jersey. I'm in um I'm in originally from Jersey. I just moved to Delaware. Who you here with? Um [Applause] I'm a camera. Are they Are they upset with you? Mhm. Okay. Why? I'm pretty. Okay, fair enough. You are beautiful. This officer did a beautiful job building rapport with the suspect. Whether or not the suspect goes to jail or not, there's no need to be hostile if it's not called for. However, this woman knows all too well what usually happens when the cops show up. Wow. Am I going to What's your first name for her? Um, Gina. Do you know what's your middle name? R. Um, Maraya. Spell it. R U Q. Oh, wait. I said R Q. I meant R Q A W A H R Q W Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Mhm. Ah. Are they all related or you want to? That's the middle name. Okay. And your last name? is hope. Who else is here? I'm at the family reunion. Okay, there's a family reunion. Okay, awesome. All right, so tell me what happened tonight. Was there obviously what happened tonight over here? I went over there and they decided they wanted to call the police on me. All right, because that's the thing. Okay, there was a lot of yelling and screaming when we pulled up. You hear this? They gone crazy, right? Not only did she have problems spelling her own name, but also she said she didn't know her aunt's name, who was staying in the same room with her. But soon the focus would shift to her family who were yelling from the second floor. Excuse me. None. No, come here. You can't say it. cuz she was in there. You can't do that to me. Listen to What do you think? What room are you saying in 167? 167 or 167. I'm sorry. Come sit over here. I'm just saying I feel like there's racing. Come have a seat right here. Just have a seat. I got a Have a seat. Okay. I'm going to talk to you. Have a seat. Have a seat. Last time I'm going to tell you a kiss. This woman is clearly heavily intoxicated. So, while one officer detains her, his colleague goes to the neighbor to find out what exactly happened. As it turned out, these guys have been fighting all night keeping everyone awake. Hi, what's going on? Hi. Um, well, I complained at the front desk because that for hours and hours they've been yelling and screaming and so it's my kids can't sleep. And then hey boss. Hey in the room. Just just keeping it quiet. I'm going to ask you one more time. See? Yeah. Have the seats. Yes. Oh, are you serious? On this ground. I'm going to jail. No, I didn't say that. Not yet. She saw my son. Who saw who? I have no idea what my I'm not sure what they were see all I heard was you from across the parking pool. What? Yeah, you're being loud. I have never even been I can hear you from across the parking lot. What's your just now? G. What's your first The woman's name was Jessica, but seeing as there was no use talking to her, the officer turned to the manager to see what he wanted to do. The manager decided to give them one more chance as long as they calmed down and didn't disturb people further. The cops then tried to reason with Jessica. Her husband is over here and I've explained to him that since he paid a lot of money to stay here. Other people paid money to stay here. And they didn't pay to listen to you and him argue all night in the hallway. Yes, you did. Cuz I saw it. So here's the simple solution. So when Here's the solution. They are going to kick you out if we get another call about noise. They will kick you out, your husband out. You're not listening, are you? You're not You're not You're not listening. You're not listening. You're not listening. You're not listening. You will be a victim. Keep my kids tame. You will be a victim. Me and my kids from this hotel and my husband to be together. You are ruining other people's vacation. No, you're not. couldn't keep your voice low. Oh my god. If that could be the god out of truth. Sit down. I have not been able to be with people. I'm going to talk to your husband. Just my own kids. I'm going to talk disturbing your peace. Obviously, there's no reasoning with her. So, this woman's getting arrested. The cops decided to let her family stay in the room if they could just keep it down. He explained the situation to them and they took it pretty well. Can't come to a hotel and do the shenanigans because you ruin other people's vacation. They spent a lot of money on it, too. And they don't deserve this. Absolutely not. You wouldn't tolerate it if I were out here doing this. We're not going to tolerate it because of her. She's drunk. She's loud. She's obnoxious. We're not going to deal with it. Yes, sir. Have a good night. Try to get some rest. Take your backpack off. Jessica, take take your backpack off, Jessica. Put your hands behind your back. Why? Put your hands behind your back. I'm talking. Put your hands behind your back. Why? Put your hands behind your back. I was hurt. Oh, no. I'm not trying to be under arrest. Why am I being under arrest? It's called disorderly conduct on a public logic establishment. The cops rolled the woman on her side and pulled her to her feet, but that was the easy part. What followed was a barrage of moaning, groaning, and listening to her blame this whole thing on her autistic children. [Music] We'll get an which wouldn't require them. I've been in this hotel many times. [ __ ] I can show you my s children loud as hell. That's how they ADHD autism. They autism. I can show you that they're autism. Like you know how much pressure that is for me. It wasn't until the officers escorted Jessica outside that they realized that Gina, the initial suspect, had nothing to do with this. These were separate incidents that somehow happened in the same place at the same time. I was trying to state my statement, bro. That's not my family member. How she getting locked up? How y'all go get somebody else? Oh my god. I'm my kids were hollering. Why is she getting locked up? Because my kids were loud already here. Can we get ideas? She is. All right. Stand up, young lady. Stand up. This is where we do this. Okay. What do we got? She's providing false. Providing false name. Damn, I've used this so much. What's going on? All right. So, we're getting a bad idea. She's telling telling me she doesn't know how to spell her middle name. Really? First you told me it was Gina and then you said it was a Gina. You have anything on you? Anything illegal? Are you wearing panties? Where's home? It's right here. After Jessica was searched and placed in the squad car, the cops attempted to identify Gina. But since she couldn't spell her last name or remember her social, it was difficult to identify her. In the end, they decided to give her a chance to just leave. But all she had to do at that point was just grab that chance. Stand up. I got you. Ready? One, two, three. Up. Here we go. Probably. I was drunk. The Karen's over there in that damn car that wanted to call the cops on me. Why? That lady got arrested. Why? You didn't hear her. You didn't hear her screeching when we got here all the way. No. No. We don't do that here. Sorry. All right. This ain't New Jersey. We don't do that here. That'sed up. Yeah, we don't do that here. This is Florida. All right. Bye. All right. You're free to go. Tell everybody keep it quiet. So, good night. Quiet. Quiet. Go to jail. Go to your room or you're going with me. Go to your room or you're going with me. Go to your room. You're going with me. [Music] Now, let me go, man. I'm just joking. Ain't joking no more. You almost had the opportunity. You almost had the chance not to go to jail, but you didn't listen cuz the alcohol was talking. Gina and Jessica were both arrested for disorderly intoxication. They were transported to the local jail and had an option of bonding out. We've now seen drunk people yelling, disturbing others, and creating a mess. But now we turn to a suspect who thought he was seductive. Everything started when a hotel manager called police after one of the housekeepers had a weird encounter with a guest. I need to know what she wants done first before we just go. I was heading for the door. He get up and block me. I said, "Sir, get out of my face." Okay, sir. Go back on the bed. If you're not feeling well, go and lie down. Okay. Because there was a tons of on call. I mean, tons and tons of alcohol. Do you want to press charges? No, sir. I just Okay. I have to make sure because you you're technically a victim of a crime. So, if you want him just thrown out of the hotel, that's fine. But if you want to press charges, want arrested, no talking to anybody else, but I am like a person like, right, I can defend myself, right? Maybe there are some younger ones here. Maybe they they can't, right? So, I said, you have a right to to refuse him getting arrested. That's fine. But I wanted to make sure before we just throw him out and you want him arrested. So you do not want him arrested at all. Okay. That's somebody talking to somebody. Okay. Okay. The situation with the housekeeper got very heated and at one point the guest even tried to prevent her from leaving. After talking to the woman, the officer then went to the suspect's room. Like any good con artist, he tried to play it off with the classic housekeeping routine. Housekeeping. Oh, housekeeping entering. Oh, housekeeping. Jesus. He's definitely drinking. Broken cabinet. He broke the door. Oh, tell house tell tell guys to change the key. Yeah. So he can't come again. Some of the cops went to the surveillance room to get a visual on the suspect. In addition, they also tracked his movements to determine his whereabouts, but instead they found his girlfriend in a bar near the pool. Yeah, cuz she said it was he was muscular. Okay. So he's with somebody. So I wonder where she was. That that looks like her. Yeah. Oh, today. Yeah. Scratches on. That's what the housekeeper said. Which that would make sense why she's at the bar drinking already? By herself? Yeah. By herself. Hi there. Good morning. Hi. I'm Officer Reeds. You know where your boyfriend is right now? No. You have some way of calling him so I can speak to him? It's his phone's turned off. His phone's turned off. Okay. Well, thank you. If you happen to see him or anything, let the front desk know or let somebody here know so we can talk to him. Yeah, it's my birthday. We can happy birthday. So, yeah, it's great. Hopefully, it'll get better. Eventually, they returned to the surveillance room to regroup. As they were chatting, the suspect suddenly showed up at the front desk. After confronting the man with his deeds, he had a devious explanation as to why he'd gotten undressed in front of the housekeeper. Where'd he go? Ready to go. Hey there. How's it going? Good. Just have a talk. What? Just have a talk over here out of the way. So, what all happened this morning? What? What happened this morning up in your hotel room? Nothing at all. When a maid come in to clean your room, what happened? Oh, well. What happened that one? Oh, nothing at all. She told me $20. $20? Yep. No. Are you sure about that? Yes. Instead of owning up to his indecency, the suspect blamed it all on the victim. He didn't hide what he did at all. He just insinuated the woman offered him favors for $20. It's not enough that he propositioned her. Now he's trying to tarnish her reputation to justify his behavior. When you were sitting in the chair, is that when she propositioned you or when you're on the bed? There's two certain stances. Told me $20. Okay. Told you $20. Okay. You have your ID on you? No. I love my wallet. Where's your wallet at? In my room. In your room. Let's go to your room and pack your stuff up. This one. You have the key for your room? Yes. You said she propositioned you? $2. For what? I don't know. You don't know? Why would somebody offer you $20? I don't know. You don't know? I don't know. Do you know? I'm asking you. I wasn't there in the room. Nothing new. Oh, okay. I just asked you what happened and all of a sudden you told me $20 this morning. Okay. Nothing happened at all. Okay. Not that I know. Not that you know of. The man looked defeated but defiant. He knew he was going to jail over a stupid drunken decision. He didn't like it very much, so he decided to argue with the officer who was about to arrest him. Let's go to the elevator over that way. What? Let's go to the elevator over that way. Let's go to the elevator over that way so we can get your stuff back. Waiting for this one here. We're using the other elevator over there. No, I'm not going that way. Yes, we are. You're being trespassed. We're getting your stuff. What? Let's go to the service elevator. What? Let's go to the service elevator. Stop. Stop. You understand? Stop. Are you back? Stop. Drop your phone in your glasses. Drop your phone in your glasses and stop. the stones. I'll grab I'll grab I'll grab your stuff. Let go now. I'll grab your stuff so you don't have to drop it here. This guy kept making one mistake after another. To make things worse, he did all this on what's supposed to be his girlfriend's birthday getaway. And if those mistakes weren't too much already, he also decided to resist arrest. Is that really necessary? I don't think so. You don't think so? Well, when I'm telling you to do something, that means do it. I know. Let's go here and have a seat in my car. In my car? Yeah. In my car. Cuz you're in handcuffs for a reason. For what, man? Excuse me, man. I don't hit you. For what? Cuz I said don't walk off. I'm not walking off. Have seen Yeah. Go get girlfriend. We'll pack his stuff that way. Oh my god. After looking for the suspect's girlfriend for a while, the officer then went back to their room to find some ID. His partner meets up with him. And at that point, we learn what really happened the night before. The female that's with him, we cannot find now. She was at the tiki bar. What happened? So, apparently they had a big fight sometime last night. Okay. All night. Girlfriend leaves at 6:30 this morning. Cleaning service comes around. She's out in the hallway. He comes out and sees, "Hey, I want my room cleaned." So, she's like, "Okay, let me finish his room. I'll come back." Comes inside. He's sitting I take it on the couch, I guess, with this thing out. Whatever. Mhm. She says, "Sir, put that up. I'm not here for that." goes and starts cleaning the bathroom. When she comes back out, he's on the bed. She's like, "Okay, I'm done. I'm out." She goes to leave. He gets up, blocks the door. She pretty much tells him, "Hey, let me out." So, he doesn't let her out. So, that part's over and done with. Okay. She doesn't want to prosecute for that part. Okay. However, she won't they want him and her trespassed, but we can't find the female, but we can't find the female now. She wasn't at Tiki Bar drinking while we were looking for him. Now that we found him, we can't find her. Okay. The officer said he was taking the suspect to jail. He asked his partner to stay, locate the female and trespass her, get her stuff out of the room, and make her leave. Soon thereafter, they found the woman, Sarah, spending time in the pool. Are you staying in 106 by chance, ma'am? Yep. You are okay. Um, what's your name? Sarah. Sarah. Sarah, can you get out of the pool for me? You all right, Sarah? I'm fine. You had a little bit to drink? No, I'm just not happy. Okay. They want you gone, though. Or you're being I haven't done anything. They want you trespassed. I haven't done anything. You have to leave the car. They want you trespass for what? He um he pulls out his private cards to one of our house in the world. So that's probably like Okay. You've got to feel bad for this poor woman. It was her birthday week and not only did she have a huge fight with her boyfriend, but she just found out that he tried to hook up with the housekeeper. And not only is he getting arrested, but she's being trespassed along with him. On March 31st, 2024, a young Georgia woman was having a wonderful time having drinks on the beach in Panama City, Florida. The only problem was she was underage. So, when the cops saw her stumbling around, they decided to investigate. Immediately, she started lying about her date of birth. February 27th of 2000. 2000. And you're 22.2. Okay. And what's your name? Olivia. Olivia what? Olivia what? All right. He's got he's got to check all this. So, like we said, what's your first name? That's another crime. Uhhuh. What's your birthday again? January 27th. Where's your ID out of? Georgia. Okay. Well, all right. We'll try one more time. You're lying about your birthday or your name or something. That's first and foremost. So, we're going to add that charge to charge of alcohol on the beach. Let me try one more time just to make sure. Okay. Just make sure. What's your first name again? Okay. Spell it for me. L. Okay. The cops here couldn't find records of the woman's driver's license. While the female officer realized immediately she was lying, the male officer decided to give it one last try. Get back here. You don't get to go over there. You're being detained at this point in time. You weren't going over there. [Music] All right. Come on. Put your hands behind your back for me. Stop moving your hands. Relax, honey. You're going to go to get away. Just walk away for a minute. Okay. Well, let's talk to her. Okay. Let me get this. Yeah, she started running. I did not start running. I did not start running. I did not start running. After failing again to confirm her identity, the cops decided it was time to arrest her. She immediately made a run for it. However, she didn't get far because she was barely able to stand on her two feet. It's all on camera. So, she did start running. So, I put my handcuffs. All right. Why am I getting arrested? All right. You're being arrested because you lied about your age. We don't know. We can't figure out who you are. You lied about your age. You lied about who you were. We've asked you time and time again. Not only that, but you're drunk. You're drunk in public. You have alcohol on the beach. Once we can figure out alcohol on the beach. Once we can figure out who you are, you're leaning on me. You can't even stand up straight. I can't stand up straight. I can stand up straight. Okay, it doesn't matter. You're under arrest at this point in time. All right, we're going to start with resisting without I'll talk to you in just one second. Give me one second. We're first going to start with resisting without violence. Alcohol. Who are y'all to her? I don't have alcohol. Okay. Just hold on one second. I'll explain things. I'm not public. Well, we'll explain it to you. Hold on. You're not publicly intoxicated? No, I'm not. So, you haven't been drink? No, I'm not asking that. All right. The female officer was at a loss for words. We all saw the young woman try to run. Maybe it was a long day at work, or maybe the sun had started to affect her memory. But the female officer here was clearly losing her cool. To make things worse, bystanders started interfering with the investigation. From here, we're not the people she's staying with. Here's what we're going to do. You're going to back up off our scene. Okay? We're taking care of this. If y'all just back up and let us get what we're doing, we will come talk to y'all. Go. Okay? Back up. We don't need any help. We got this. Hey, look. You got to calm down, but you got to tell us the truth. Okay? Everyone's screaming at me. Look, we're not trying to scream at you. You got to tell us the truth. Is your birthday in 2000? Are you 22? No, you're not. How old are you? 18. Okay. She told me she's 18. Damn. Okay. So, listen. So, no, she's she's going across. She's going across. If you would have just told us that in the first place, you wouldn't be in handcuffs and you'd be able to go with a parent. Okay. But you lied to us. You can't lie to the cops. Okay. I'm sorry. It's okay. Look, it's an extra charge on top of what you got. And you can't run from the cops. You know that, right? I think I do. I know. All right. resisting without uh the age possession alcohol in her age. Touch alcohol in the I'm not drunk. Okay. How much have you had to drink today? Like one drink. Olivia finally admitted she was 18. Even though she is very young, it's highly unlikely that she only had one drink. She was losing her balance, leaning onto the officer, and slurring her words, which are all signs of heavy intoxication. What do I do about my parents? Your parents. My parents are in Florida. Watch out. You're spilling stuff. All right. We'll deal with that in a second. We'll deal with that in a second. I don't care. Okay. Listen. What do I do about my parents? Well, we'll get you in contact with your parents. Go ahead and start walking. All right. We're going to walk this way. Okay. Exit. Okay. This is dumb. Walk that way for me. Okay. I can walk. Okay. If you just told us the truth in the beginning, you wouldn't be in this situation. I'm 18. Can you not let me go? No, this way. Hey, calm down. Okay, I can't. A third officer arrived in his vehicle to transport the suspect. And just as she was about to be taken to jail, her friends gathered together for another desperate rescue attempt. The question is, will they act obnoxious or will they respect the law? Don't let go. We will talk to y'all in a minute. She stay here cuz her parents are about to come talk. She's going across. So, what are y'all to her? her friends she's staying with. Okay. Um, y'all have phones, right? Obviously. Yes. Um, y'all want to write down whoever's number on this pad? Is that her phone? Let me write mine. Is the red one her phone? Uh, yes. Okay. I'll give it to you. Let me write. She can take it with her to the jail. That way she can get numbers out and stuff and then she can call from there. But also give her that just cuz she's a little she's intoxicated and so it might be a little difficult for her. Can I ask where her charges are? Yeah. Let me go get this real quick and I'll come right back. Okay. All right. So, explain what happened. Okay. Um, obviously she had alcohol on her. Officer caught with alcohol. Alcohol is not allowed on the beach in the month of March. It's the last day, but it still counts as the month of March. Yes, sir. Um, obviously she's intoxicated. We kept asking her her birthday. She lied to us about it multiple times. Yes, sir. And you can't lie to the cops about your birthday. Yes, sir. Um, then whenever I went to go place her handcuffs, she tried to run. She tried to run. She took off a little bit. She ran. We got her. Whatever. I felt bad that she had to eat sand a little bit. That's It's okay. It's just the only thing we can do, but it's our fault. It's okay. Um, good friends, of course, always have your back. But when you get out of line, they also call you out. In this case, parents of one of the friends tried to intervene, but instead of supporting the law, they tried to downplay the whole thing and even questioned if the officers had the right to do what they did. She, like I said, she would have been lying, so she would have gone to jail, but she's going to go to jail across for the charges. She's going to go resisting without violence, possession alcohol on the beach, possession alcohol by a minor. Those three charges alcohol on her. Yes, those two pop Willie cups. Is alcohol on her? Yeah, you tested them. We didn't test them, but you can smell. You can smell alcohol. Can you test the alcohol? No, we can't test alcohol. Okay. So, that charge should be dropped. It's not going to be, but okay. Um, it's not going to be dropped. She's going to be charged with that. She'll go to first parents 2:30 in the afternoon. Um, so if she hadn't ran, she would be okay. No, if she hadn't lied about her age. You don't run from the police. You don't run about and you don't lie. So, what warranted her female officer, right? She came over, was standing by us and stuff. I saw her watching like a group of people. What warned her? She picked out the Hey, Bennett. Question. I don't know if you want to explain it, but what made they want to know what what you noticed whenever you're down there? Absolutely. Stumbling everywhere. She couldn't even walk straight. First and foremost, technically I don't have to tell y'all anything. Rosio's 18 years old, so I do not I am not required to say anything to y'all. Y'all are not parents. She's an legal adult. That's first and foremost. But this is like the female cop explained once again that they'd observed the suspect stumbling across the beach with two cups in her hand. There were others there who were likely drinking and underage, but there were very key details that made her stand out from the rest. Safe to say, this entitled bratty girl didn't take it too well. After you get booked into jail, take me, [ __ ] Take me. That's not how this works. Take me, [ __ ] You have no one else in your car. If you do that, we are going I'm going to I'm going to tie your feet up. You will not like that. You're not going to kick our windows. Okay, it does not matter. I'm telling you right now, you kick the windows again and your feet will be tied down. Please let me talk to my dad. Do you hear me? If you kick the window again, you will be tied down. Let me talk to my dad. No. No. I won't. That's not how this works because I said no. I don't give a what you said. You're not making a phone call right now. I am doing paperwork. And the longer that you sit there and do the things that you're doing, it's causing me to stop doing what I'm doing. Slow. Yes, I'm very slow. You're right. I'm slow. You're right. Take me to jail or something. It's no wonder the officer seemed fed up. She probably has to deal with obnoxious teens like this pretty much every day. It's enough to make any grown adult cringe in disbelief. And this particular teen seemed far from done with her childish behavior. All right, step out. Step out or we're going to get you out. Step out, Olivia. Step out, Olivia. All right, I'm not doing this. Go ahead. Let's go. Let's go. Move your thumb so I can There you go. They're open. They're open. I got to comply to some dumb ass who doesn't know what the you're talking to. acting up, man. God. Come on, man. You added to it. What are you doing? All right. Do you want another charge? No. Then stop. What? She said she said she Yep. I did not say that. Yeah. Well, it's on body camera. So, charge me. I don't give a I don't give a be an adult. On the car ride, this obnoxious teen started kicking the door, so her legs had to be restrained as well. She was taken to jail, and they booked this brat for disorderly conduct. One way or another, entitled people are used to getting what they want. But not this time. On February 24th, 2023, a severely intoxicated woman was denied entry to a bar, but she forced her way in. The staff called police and that's when this happened. Okay, let's go. Let's go. Let's go. You're not going to leave. All right. Listen. The business wants you to leave. Girl, you say they're not taking you outside. I'm not going to tell you ain't going to catch me. They just reap. This is a different one. The woman's family tried to intervene and talk some sense into her, but to no avail. Once the commotion started heating up, one of the officers called it, pulled his handcuffs out, and proceeded to detain her. [Music] out of this mother. [Applause] Okay. Oh, we don't want them fighting out here. Okay. You just going to have to discuss I'm not going to tell you again. I'm not going to tell you again. I'm not going to tell you again. I'm not going to tell you again. Wait, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Have a seat. She was gently but firmly pushed against the wall and was told to sit down. This, of course, enraged her even more. Despite that, her daughter and the officers involved desperately kept trying to calm her down and get her to go home. Okay, mama. It's okay. Calm down. Now, you got two options. That's all. All right. You've been very patient with me tonight. Hold on. Back up, man. Back up. Back up. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. Sit down. All right. You have two options right now. Okay. Option number one, you go to jail for for disorderly conduct and um and drunk in public. Okay, listen to me. Second option is somebody can grab a car and we can take you home. Okay, my mother. Just need a taxi. You need a taxi? Okay. How do we call a taxi? My mother had for my ears. We need a taxi. And I made my pants cuz you're going to sit here until a vehicle comes and you can run. I could have tried to go in there and paint. I tried to use bathroom and not even get alcohol. I didn't even get alcohol. You wouldn't let me in there. I didn't know she knew anything. I know. I know you got that's all. She's got to At some point, it became clear that getting the suspect to calm down was just wishful thinking. She was like a runaway train and seemed to be way past the point of no return. I just need a taxi. Drink [Music] my ass. You got some me up. Take me to jail. Sit down and calm down. Sit down. Sit down and calm down. Sit down and calm down. It's because it is. That's how it is. What is your password so I can show your name? I want a white person up here. It's not prejudiced to me. Jeez, that's some serious pinup aggression. The woman lashed out at the officers, saying they were prejudiced. At the same time, she failed to acknowledge that she was the one causing all this chaos. They're prejudice. What? They're trying to lock me up to You wouldn't let me go to the bathroom. You're can't use the bathroom if you like. I'm not going to tell you again to sit down. Sit down. Ask the people at Wet Willies on River Street. They just let me in on River Street. Do you see where I'm coming from? I was thinking, okay, well, they let me in. They let me in here. It's the same. It's the same. It is the same. There was no police officers at the door when I got there. You want to go touch? No. I want them take me to jail and get these mother handcuffs off of me. We are now. Now, now we are now. It looks and sounds like this woman has had a privileged life and was used to getting her way no matter what. Despite being the one in handcuffs, she thinks she has the right to tell the cops how to do their jobs. Take me to jail in your car. You You You're a woman. Take me to jail in your car. and get these handcuffs off of me. I want you to go home. I know. I want you to go home, too, because you're prejudice. I want you to go home because you're not doing your job. Okay. Well, no. I I need her to get into a circle. I'm not letting her walk away from a I don't have to. I'm 44 years old. You You're as old as my daughter. You're as old as my daughter. You are 40 I'm 44 years old. old enough to be your mama. She going to go to jail. For what? For pretty much. Okay, let's go. I got to pee. Push, mama. I need to pee and change my clothes. Okay, but I got to pee. At this point, the daughter was still holding on to hope that she could get her mom in the car and head home. But it was too late for that, and the officer made it perfectly clear. Then just when you think this situation could not get more embarrassing, a different kind of accident happened. Look, I got pissed. That's all I was. Look, you mean everybody's just back. I smell like I said, let me get I know it is cuz you're prejudice. Just Okay. I know. I'mma call like y'all do prejudice. That's right. Let me tell you what. Listen, the business, the guy who works at the front door, not us. He refused you to come in cuz you had no ID. Listen, she does not have a a physical copy, which means that they cannot let you in because they will be fine. You're not listening. You're talking over. They cannot let you in at this location without a physical ID. That's why the police are here because they're underage drinking. They told her she could not come in and she forced her way in cuz she was about to matter. She's an adult. The daughter tried to justify her mom's actions, but way down deep, she knew the officer was right. When the cops showed up, the suspect fought them and resisted, and that's why she was handcuffed and most likely headed to jail. You're not listening. Okay, you're not listening. Okay, that is your fault. Not ours. We told you to leave. Now, this is why you're in the situation. She just had to. So, now I got to get my supervisor on because I had to put you against the wall and put you in handcuffs because you were getting ready to attack my officer and I don't like that. She don't. Okay. She might not be a fighter, but she but she took a a presumptive stance. Yes, that's right. Okay then. But listen, I just went to the same The reason why. Okay. You're not listening to me. You're not listening. The reason why you look at me when I'm talking just like I did with you. Same respect. I just went to River Street and they let me in with that ID. There's a reason why. But you're right. Let me give you Let me give you an example. Okay. The McDonald's down the street might not be the same McDonald's that you come to. That's right. There's different rules. You're right. Yeah. But you didn't have to be so forceful. Why did they let me in there and you could I didn't because you were being prejudice towards ma'am. I asked you like six times to just leave. I had to let you. Just when it seemed like the officer was finally getting through to her, the suspect reverted to her old entitled self. She had to pee. And to this woman, that meant the rules didn't apply anymore and she was allowed to go wherever she wanted, whenever she wanted, just to relieve herself. And for someone who insists she's not prejudiced, she brought up skin color an awful lot. Well, I apologize, y'all. Like, I really do. And I paid all of my all the way down because I respect any law enforcement or anything like that. Like, I really do. I'm not prejudice. It is being prejudice to me. [Music] I told you not to come up here. I don't give a I'm coming up here. Yeah, they shouldn't be being preaching. There's three black men right there and a black woman right here. They're not. They're prejudice. Somebody get somebody white up here. I'm not kidding. I'm not kidding. I want somebody I don't care. I want police department. Is there anybody white on the police department? She's the one that let you in. Okay. Well, I want a white police officer up here cuz they're crazy. Now, we got to go write a report. I ain't doing nothing. I don't blame you. I'm just saying. Despite their best efforts to give the woman a chance, the suspect here remained hellbent on going to jail. After getting checked by EMS, they booked the woman and she was charged with criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, obstruction, and public intoxication.
