politicians sometimes have the misconception that they can sidestep the law but what happens when they get caught red-handed here are four different cases where rude politicians finally get caught for lizer test because I said Bas so so it's everything in account you're driving you must ran a car off the road okay and then your tests based upon my observations I reason believe you're under the you intoxicated tonight okay intoxicated drive drive that's why we take you back we read this thing to you we'll explain it to you when we get back to the station just because you're we're out here like you said you you have your arguments you know that's what Courts for we're not this is it's an accusation it doesn't mean that you're found guilty here and everything I'm in handcuff because of op of accusation correct yes do you anything on Ian Smith's car was noticed to have been swerving out of its Lane several times in the police dash cam video and even nearly veering into another car endangering the life of an innocent civilian this was of course highly irresponsible and undependable behavior for a man running for Congress made this up like I'm not I'm not trying to be difficult a breathalyzer test later on he plead guilty to refusing breathalyzer test and the DUI charges were dismissed the breath detector device was ordered to remain in place inside Ian Smith's vehicle for 9 months but if you think that the rudess and Corruption of politicians stop here you're mistaken let's jump into the next case Cas about a certain Dean Davis Hey DJ they said that they can detain me right now you're not being detained you're being arrested oh I'm being arrested TJ for what Republican intoxication This Is 50 years old Oklahoma lawmaker Dean Davis who's about to get famous for all the wrong reasons on March 23rd 2023 only 20 days after his probation expired for a DUI arrest representative Davis was caught by police on allegation of public drunkenness during his dispute with the police Davis allegedly didn't cooperate with the officers and instead told them that they could not arrest him give me give any weapons on you what's going on here you're intoxicated you're in public who's that you have my phone over there sure okay there yeah we'll go with you you really doing this no sir you were doing this yeah' been given ample opportunity I was walking away then you want to tell me about how you're a state representative and that we're going to have this conversation tomorrow and then you want to Flap some bad sir he did the GU this recording yes okay he's the one that unnecessary distraction from the important work of the house if you think he was the only politician who got Instant Karma wait until you watch this next case what jurisdiction do you have well I'm a was driving in his vehicle and was commuting to attend a meeting he was pulled over by a couple of officers from the University of Arizona Police Department watch how the interaction unfolds between sir would do you mind showing me your driver's license registration proof Insurance why are you pulling over because your license plates are suspended sir do you have any weapons in the vehicle I Martin Hyde on February 14th 2022 got pulled over for going 57 in a 40 mph Zone when a Sarasota police officer Julia beskin saw him texting and looking at his phone while overs speeding although Martin Hyde was being pulled for his own mistake his actions will shock you as he tried to use his position and influence to intimidate the lady officer hey how you doing how you doing sir off ask service at the police department you on audio and video recording the reason for the stop you were observed going 57 and a 40 and you were on your phone texting while you were doing that that was at and his car would be towed similarly no charges were filed against the man and the officers left without making any arrests after the review of this body camera footage by Houston board members they condemn the actions and behavior of Mayor Walker for not cooperating with the officer despite such a changing situation however no further actions were taken against mayor Walker there is 12 keep this is 57-year-old Patrick Cannon who was elected as the Charlotte mayor in November 2013 and took charge of the office in December however since August 2010 the FBI had been investigating Patrick Cannon for suspicions of bribery later on Patrick Cannon was charged with theft and bribery concerning concerning programs receiving federal funds honest Services wire fraud and extortion under the color of official right later on the FBI released this video of Canon accepting bribery the fees and everything has package fee which gets us on up to that number so okay well tell me what I need to do just
