accompanied by Officer Devon B Taylor and several other officers responded to an anonymous call regarding ing some squatters allegedly living inside a home that had been foreclosed for quite a long after the officers arrived at the scene in Ogden Utah they encountered a 78-year-old individual named Rand bream and her 75-year-old wife Vera bream watch how the situation is about to escalate that's this is Officer Gallow from the Blount County Sheriff's Office on June 4th 2021 an individual parked his car on the side of the road somewhere in East Tennessee while playing a gps-based game officer Gallow approached him and asked the reason for his stay inside the idle car he explained to him that he was playing a game the individual requested officer Gallow to film this interaction from his body camera officer Gallow mentioned that he did not have his body cam on him so instead the individual started to record the interaction observe what officer Gallow is about to do temp we've had thefts in the community okay and you don't live here do you have a reasonable suspicion the Reasonable Suspicion is that the possibility that you could be a thief in this area I have explained to you what I'm doing I want to know who I'm dealing with you could be an Axe Murderer okay so could you yeah no not in my uniform I'm at work no no no there have been plenty of cases where officers have
