for violating the laws regarding window tints and missing license plates on his vehicle watch how the interaction escalates when officer Sarah and other accompanying officers approach Mr orelis hey what's up how's it going hey how you doing good hey um I'm stopping you CU you got no front plate in your window 10's too dark uh I actually got to fix a ticket for this one did you uh it was 2 weeks ago I got St on ardin right there by Hostess Mr orelis tells the officer during the stop that he has already been issued a fix it ticket for the window tint and license plate violations he has been pulled over for for those who don't know a fix it ticket is a citation that is issued during a traffic stop for vehicles that have some issues that can be corrected the owner of the vehicle has 30 days to get the violation corrected and during that period he cannot be cited again for such violation observe what the deputies are about to do next roll down that window please oh thank you so you got a you got a ticket for the the tent already yeah okay and I did I did hey how you doing way down do I got to because I just told you to no I'm saying I got it right I have that up for my safety exactly why I want a supervisor okay on now okay she ped a gun to my head alling she ped a gun to my head officer stau pulled out her weapon toward Mr orelis as he continued to argue and defend his case Mr orelis was arrested following the traffic stop he later claimed that his vehicle was searched without his consent the police recovered a gun from the vehicle that was registered to Mr oris's name and he had already claimed to have it in his trunk during the traffic stop he was charged with carrying a loaded firearm but the charges were later dropped this is Officer Arthur Williams from the Baltimore Police Department on August 11th 2018 around 11:45 a.m. officer Arthur Williams was accompanied by a fellow officer from the Baltimore Police the officers approached a 26-year-old man in the streets of Maryland whom one of the officers had known before named Deshawn mcgreer mcgreer was detained without being informed of the reason for the detention after a short while he was released however things escalated significantly when officers approached him again to provide a citizen contact sheet for those who are unaware a citizen contact sheet is a form that City police officers are required to fill out after interactions with residents the situation intensified after mcgreer declined to provide identification observe what followed follow this denial I got all that I got all that don't worry about don't wor I'm not touching him I got all that D we got I got all that I got all that what the [ __ ] for those who may not know Mr mcgreer was well in his rights under the Fourth Amendment the fourth amendment protects citizens against unreasonable searches and seizures by law enforcement officers however officer Williams took the extreme path and physically assaulted Mr mcgreer to get things done officer Williams resigned soon after this incident another officer involved in the incident has been placed on administrative duty while an investigation is conducted Mr mcgreer was transported to the hospital for medical treatment no charges were filed against him come on I just look like this man looks have nothing to I'm just saying how they R me up how they handle black security guard from South Oak Cliff who on October 16th 2021 was on route to get breakfast for his young children when he was pulled over subjected to physical assault and taunts by Officer Walter Paul Gua Holly Harris and eight additional cops this happened because his name was similar although spelled differently to that of an individual under a Family Violence warrant at the time okay know warrant so then we get behind him up here cuz we see we see the car moving on Illinois so we catch up to it and we get up here to uh Southern Oaks and he fails the signal within 100 ft from the stop sign okay here are Southern Oaks and Overton and as soon as he came up here you know we obviously pulled him over so he got the reason for contact yeah so I pulled up to the car and I'm like hey man look you know you have pulled over for this this and this and he was like well that's not fair cuz you were watching me from the other side I was like yeah we were on the other side of the light but you were AC cross it so obviously you know what I mean yeah so then I was just like you have your Ida with you and so he gives it to me and OB I hand it over to her and she was like Sylvester Hayes like that's the name that was under warrant but so you got a good warrant well there's I guess a lot of he does have tickets he does have the tickets so when I'm like hey bro so in order for us to in order for us to be able to like fully investigate like cuz he was already acting weird so I'm like hey bro like he was already giving him trouble like I'm like can can you just step out of the car for let's go to the back of the car and at that point he was like for what for what and I'm like bro come on man and so that's whenever regie pulled up and we tried to get him out of the car and the fight was on okay and then I was like BR come so you got uh jail traffic resistant arrest right yeah we have fil the sign fet and then he has tickets he had a gun in his pocket cuz he kept going like this he so crazy okay he had a he had a pistol in his in his freaking pocket so and then at that point whenever we were trying to get him out of the car Whitman was on the other side he was like the weapon was registered under his name he ended up spending several days in jail which caused him to lose his job as a security guard because he couldn't go to work it must have traumatizing for him dealing with something he was not responsible for later he sued the 10 Dallas police officers involved do open I promise I promise it doesn't open get shot get this is Officer Christopher Meyer from the Phenix Police Department on May 29th 2019 officer Meyer responded to a shoplifting incident when a pregnant woman named Eesha Harper her fiance dvon Ames and their four-year-old daughter were in a Family Dollar store in Phoenix Arizona Miss Harper's daughter allegedly stole a toy worth1 one from the store as they exited watch how officer Meyer along with several other police officers respond to Somerville police and was taken to one of the police cruisers the officers then proceeded to search his vehicle observe how the search unfolds I got a bag like this he didn't admit to searching huh didn't admit to using marijuana oh I did is he saying this might be in there still no all right can you ask for my radio is in [Music] there hey you know what just do the um inance your rest we'll um hand it over rather than tow it to kind of yeah yeah I got you J I mean I heard you explaining it what he said we don't know who could have had the box is that urine yeah yeah probation probation he has a couple names on this one the search and arrest May potentially violate the rights granted by the Fourth Amendment regarding unreasonable searches and seizures officer bareno abused his authority violating the individual's rights consequently the South Carolina law enforcement division asled arrested officer Robert Barett o who was charged with third degree assault and battery it's
