filming the cops Mr gandor was recording a scene in front of his business which involved a woman who had overdosed the officer accused gandor of being involved in drug dealing and suggested his store escalated the situation by getting physical ultimately slamming Mr gandor to the ground Mr gor's face hit the pavement causing visible injuries and bleeding he was being arrested for resisting and putting his hands on the officer despite protests the officer warns Mr gandor not to spit in the police car saying it would count as vandalism Mr gandor was released without charges after 8 hours Mr gandor filed a complaint against the officers involved this led to the initiation of an internal investigation by the police department the proceedings of this case are uncertain if you think this was informs Mr Sims that the chief can only be seen by appointment and offers to call someone for Mr Sims the officer informs him that the person he wants to see is unavailable which frustrates him further watch how the situation is about to escalate okay I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about talk like the chief or something the chief only talks to people if they make her uh an repeat the statement as the confrontation escalated into a physical altercation the officer drew his service weapon prompting additional officers to intervene Mr Sims struck the officer multiple times tackled him and put him in a headlock after the struggle he was placed in handcuffs but continued to argue with the officer eventually he was taken away in a squad car and charged with multiple
