14th 2017 officer Johan mulero of the deleno police department was dispatched to check on 63-year-old Alan kid who was allegedly yelling at passing vehicles but clearly officer mulero did not go there in hopes of figuring out the situation but rather to threaten the alleged suspect you're pushing me away from you yeah I don't need you stepping up to me like that sit down stepping up to you sit down I'm going to sit you down I wasn't stepping up you sir sit down sit down do you understand that when I tell you to do something you do it yeah is that right okay you're on a power trip is that what it is no I need you to listen that's what's up who are you um I was I was just on the street and me were just talking I mean I I mean I saw that he was distraught and I was just trying to help okay I was the one asking the man to lower his voice when his own voice was loud enough to cause a disturbance that is the last time that I tell you next time you're going to have handcuffs on you and you're going to jail we were called here based on what what's going on whether it's true or not it is not I have no clue that's why I'm here to figure out what's going on with you when you walk up to an officer and you get that close to an officer and it's not good why because now you're in my personal space so I am telling you to back up and when you don't back up when you don't back up for yes when I give you an order cuz when I give you an order because you're on a power trip because when I give you an order is that right cuz when I give you an order and you don't follow it that's what happens eventually arrested kid without any basis and with unnecessary force and disrespect thankfully when the video of this harassment made it to the internet it wound up on the table of the powers that be and mulero was terminated from his position but if you think officer mulero is the only cop to arrest a man that didn't commit a single crime you are sorely mistaken haven't done you're trying to 16th 2019 Grisham and his 15-year-old son Chris were hiking on a country road in Texas with Grisham carrying an assault rifle they were stopped by police officers of the Temple Police Department and the following interaction ensued can I ask you what I was doing wrong tell you I can find out you can legally have so so you can just stop anybody in the world we're rudely displaying yeah oh how am I supervisor Sergeant arrived he didn't make the situation any better but rather aided this illegal arrest wa you guys think you are the law or something you have to follow the law are you taking my firearm here we're done okay now can we figure out what I did against the law why did you stop me cuz we had a call walking around with with a firearm okay and you came out and was I doing anything threatening officer when I asked you to stop you contined to walk then you did stop you turned around I told you I was going to take the gun as we wo wo wo wo no no he started resisting back oh [ __ ] hey when you told me to stop I stopped you said come here and I stopped you didn't say it on your loudspeaker if you said it I didn't hear you I turned around and I stopped and no I didn't do it on stop right now once I get done with my traffic stop we falling too closely on May 10th 2019 Charles Donner a disabled veteran and his wife were driving in Hot Springs Arkansas when they found that a police cruiser was chasing them Donner honked his horn in reaction to this Chase then Trooper Wingo who was behind the wheels made a 360° turn that ended with him colliding with Donner's car you'd expect the cop to be filled with remorse but he was full of something else entirely was not falling Too Close clearly you were you hit me you stopped in m a roadway Sarah no I didn't stop I got over and I was I was in the lane trying to speed back up no I was trying to spe back up you slammed on your gas and you hit us okay so okay well I'm I told you why I stopped you cuz you were following me too closely but I wasn't but okay we'll see in cour okay do you have an idea on you ma'am I sure do you don't need her ID yes I do actually for the accident report that you so that you so want sir yes I do want it okay youing hit me there's no damage between our vehicles though I don't give a bro you even though it is not illegal legal to use profanities Trooper Wingo thought this was enough to arrest a man who was a victim of his own reckless driving why are you doing this ma'am there was no need for cussing me out until he can calm down and act like an adult he's going to sit in back of Trooper Wingo not only violated traffic rules and hit a man in the process but he also lied in his account of the incident claiming that the doners had been tailgating him I just want him I'm trying to get him to calm down but he doesn't want to he wants continue to yell at me for no reason okay said he I don't know if he has malicious intent he's over here yelling and cussing me now I'm just trying to get his information and he wants start yelling stop in the middle of the road for no reason I understand but he was freaking out because you hit our car that's why he was upset was because you hit us driv back so he started cussing me out and I have trying to have down but everything's good to go yeah he just wants to yell and cuss me for no reason so I got him out you're good yeah okay I was coming this way he was I saw him rideing my butt I didn't really care car to he going 60 I'm on overtime turned around when I went turn around he SL he yeah oh he I had to turn around I don't say on my brakes or anything I hit my brakes turn around I knew he was rid my butt turn around yeah um turned around and when I turned around he starts laying on his hor I like okay so you want to lay on your hor I'll just pull you over so when I turn around turn back around to come behind him he moves straight over from the inside Lane to the outside Lane move straight over and just Slams on the brakes and I'm just trying to get behind him and he Slams on his brakes and I didn't even have my lights on at that point but he just stopped in the middle the road Trooper wimo eventually released the veteran with a citation for tailgating but the doners were infuriated enough to initiate a civil lawsuit even though Ryan Wingo is one of the bad ones the cop you're about to meet is way worse seeing as he even tased an innocent dog move man I did move no you can't you can't pan him over here man not pan but when I saw you you were and you're still I'm not P you're still here in the middle don't have a sign or anything well you're dead when I saw you initially no you didn't no you didn't I haven't had I've never had a sign I haven't had a sign for we asking people for money brother not dog Sunshine Ray rorer stayed at that intersection because people were aware of his condition and often helped him with some useful items officer Morris Taylor however did not want him standing there again and this time time the situation turned into a crisis very quickly because because because you're first of all I mean it it it can be inferred okay because that's the way the law Works things can be inferred so if it appears that you're violating the ordinance that's how that works right but if so so so so let me tell you you're not a lawyer I can get one but I can tell you how the law dismissed and officer Maurice Taylor was forced to resign the following year officer Sierra Brooks also faced a 3-day disciplinary action Sunshine Ray however faced a fatal tragedy when it was struck
