I'm a moon bay. I'm a mo is dark. You >> don't start reaching around. >> No, no, no. You good. You good. No, no, no, no, no. Okay, go get your white shirt >> cuz you I'm not a threat to you. Go get your white shirt. >> What? >> May I exercise my right as a sovereign citizen to be released from the car? >> Hey, Sergeant. She wants to exercise her right as a sovereign citizen to exit the car. >> Don't touch me, sir. Get out of my way. Freedom of locomotion. Move out of my way. Freedom of locomotion. Move out of my way. >> Move out of my way. I'm not to anything. Get off of me. Get off of me. >> The cops face nonsense every single day. From arrogant Karens to lying thieves. That being said, nothing tests an officer's patience like a sovereign citizen. Just watch how the cops reach their breaking point when dealing with these criminals. >> No. You think only government can solve problems. Your daddy didn't teach you right. You didn't know that. Your daddy never taught you that two men. You know why? Cuz he's dead. Don't ever talk here. He didn't teach you right, did he? On June 29th, 2023 in South Dakota, the cops responded to a car accident where a truck had crashed into a building. When the officers arrived, they asked the driver to identify himself, but the man didn't seem very cooperative. >> So, what do you need my ID for? What's the crime I committed? >> Because you were involved in an accident. I'm not saying you crime, but because you're >> Why are you shaking that? >> Are you all right? Are you nervous? You're shaking. That makes me kind of nervous, man. You're over there with all these guns all suited up and you're the one shaking. >> Are you all right, man? >> You see what's going on here? You see him shaking? >> Yep. >> Are you all right? Do you need medical attention? No, I'm >> What I want right now is for you to identify. >> That's what you want. That's nice. We don't want anything we want. We ain't going to get it. The man used a pretty arrogant tone with the officer and he looked extremely self-confident, but his sense of privilege was not going to do him any good. Pretty soon, the cops decided to put him in his place. >> Put your hands up on the car. I >> I said, "Hey, maybe >> put your hands up on the car." >> Okay. And I worked out with him that I will cover the damages. That has nothing to do with you. >> Nothing to do with you. >> Do a report. >> Do your report. That's lovely. >> Hands up. At this point, I wish to remain secure in my person's papers and effect. Sir, I will charge you with assault and kidnapping. I'm not resisting. Why are you both up on me? >> He's not on you. He's holding your arm. >> I do not wish for this to happen, gentlemen. >> You were given a lawful order. >> No, that's not an order. Yeah, dude. My wrist is backwards. Come on, man. >> The man complained to the officers that his cuffs were too tight. Well, if you're not a fan of being uncomfortable, the best thing to do is not commit crime. The man protested the arrest like he thought there was nothing wrong with the fact that he refused to identify himself. >> You know, there's no crime in this city. There's like murder. >> There is like failing to identify yourself. You're involved in an accident as a crime. I want to see the charge for that. What charge is that? What law did I break by failure to identify? Let me see. Is South Dakota a stop ID state? >> Not stopping ID. You're involved in an accident. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa. Show me. Show me what law you're saying I'm breaking. getting knives on him beside this one. >> I have all kinds of stuff on my pockets that you are not afraid to touch, sir. That is my property. >> Exactly. And you're under arrest. >> Any other knives? >> I'm sure I got plenty on me. See you later. >> All right. Have a seat. >> What are you doing with my property? >> Your property is in the front seat right next to where you're going to be. Well, it might behoove you to know that there's another small knife in my right pocket. And I really No, you were not allowed to reach into my pocket. I'm taking the cuffs off and I'll get it my thumb. The man wanted to be uncuffed so he could get his stuff out of his pockets on his own. However, the cops didn't allow it for obvious reasons. He then tried to show them that his stubbornness was stronger than their commands by refusing to get in the car. >> All right, have a seat. >> I'd rather not. >> I don't care what you rather do. Get in the car. >> What is your name? Sergeant Nunfeld. >> Nunfeld and Weber. What is your first name? >> Rob. >> Robfeld. And what? Weber. >> Zack. >> Zack Weber. >> This is against my will. >> How the does someone fit back here? really not very good. >> After getting the sovereign citizen in the squad car, the cops continued their investigation. They talked to the owner of the building the man had crashed into and got his side of the story. >> So, what happened? >> So, Hayan used to cook at the US. Big native guy. His mom knocked on the door, came in. I was like, "What's going on?" She said, "Somebody just hit your building and then drove around." I was like, "Well, did you see where they went?" Yeah. They backed in right over by the um whatever deal the restaurant. It's like okay. So she sends me the store. She sends me and said, "Do you have a picture?" She goes, "Yeah." So she sends me that from the apartment they live in. >> Okay. >> So I walk over there. I'm looking around the truck. And she's walking back up. She said, "If I need a test, I'll testify. What's right's right? What's wrong?" Okay. Um and she goes, "Oh, I was looking for license plates." She goes, "Oh, they're on the dash." So, I took a picture of the license plate on the dash. So, there's no plates anywhere else on the truck. And as I was sitting there, the lady in the white car, she said, "Can I help you?" I'm like, "Is this yours?" Or, "Do you know whose this is?" It's my husband's. Why? So, he hit my building. I said, "It's not a big deal. He just hit it. Just want to figure out what's going on." Well, woke me back up right away. She said, "We didn't he didn't do that. He's been here forever." When did it happen? I said, "Oh, 10 15 minutes ago." She just came in my office. He's been here for a long time. that truck hasn't moved. >> Based on what the victim said, the suspect's wife had tried to conceal her husband's crash. However, contrary to her claims, the suspect wasn't denying that he hit the building. >> So, he comes out right away. Yeah. Sorry if I did it. I don't know if I did or didn't, but if I did it, I I'll just fix it, take care of it, and log in on. I just put it on a year ago. I'll have him come back over and figure out how long it's going to take to patch it. It's not going to be horrible. There's a reason we put that brake in there for reasons like this. if we can't we got to cut it all out. It blends better. Well, he was like, "Yep, no problem. Whatever." And I said, "Hey, all that Zach." I said, "I just called the cops case. I turned into insurance. I need a police report." Yeah. And then he took over. >> The victim called police to make sure the suspect's insurance would cover the damages. That said, the truck driver wanted to negotiate the repair outside the insurance. Maybe that's why he wasn't friendly toward the cops when they tried to talk to him again. So the statute that you need to identify yourself for is you hit the bill there. >> Is that the law? >> Yes. >> Is that a statute? >> Southakota. State codified law. >> Is a statute. It's not law. >> It says codified law. >> What sovereign break [music] that law? >> Huh? >> What sovereign written state of Southakota law? State of South Dakota is not sovereign. >> I know it's a state. It's where you're at. >> No. I'm in a state of bliss. I'm in a state of being. >> I'm in a natural state. >> All right. So, >> I am not in the state of South Dakota. I am on >> You can you can explain that to the judge. >> All right. >> The cops weren't buying his nonsensical rants, which just irritated the man even more. He got more and more disrespectful and continued expressing his ridiculous statements about what exactly had happened. It turned out he wasn't even sure if he hit the building or not. >> Well, you guys are going to release me and stop wasting my time or I'm going to charge you for my time. >> Yep. You tried that once already. work so well did it. >> Oh, you think I tried that? >> Yes, cuz I know who you are. >> Oh, okay. Let's see how that goes. >> You can identify yourself. >> Are you guys keep running your extortion racket because I've worked out with that man that I will compensate any and all damages >> and I don't need no third party interlopers interfering into my affairs >> because he said you didn't identify yourself. >> I identified myself to him. >> Not according to him. >> Okay, then we can go to court and we'll have this conversation in court. But I have nothing to do with you two clowns. >> Yep. You going to get a citation for leaving the scene of an accident? >> Oh, I left while I was here the whole time. >> Did you? >> What was I? >> Did you go in the Did you go in the building and tell him that you hit a building? >> I didn't know I hit the building, sir. >> Okay. So, now we're coming out here and told you that you did. >> Yeah. Actually, someone else came in there and told me that I did. And then I recorded it. >> And then I came running right out as soon as I was told that I hit someone's building. And I came out to see what was going on. And I told the man, "Hey, if it was me, I'm sorry. I [ __ ] up. I will gladly fix it. What is it going to cost? I can fix it myself. Or if you want to hire your guy to fix it, that's fine. I have no problem compensating damages of anything I've done wrong. I do have a problem with road pirates sitting here trying to estort me and waste my time." >> The man tried to mock both the officers and the owner of the building he crashed into. However, the cops were totally unfaced by the man's claims. He got agitated and tried to make things personal with one of the cops which clearly struck a chord. >> No, you think only government can solve problems. Your daddy didn't teach you right. You didn't know that. Your daddy never taught you that two men cuz he's dead. Don't ever talk while he was here. He didn't teach you, right? Did he? He didn't teach you that another man. >> He didn't teach you that another man could go talk to another man and solve his problems. You don't need government intervention. >> Learn that when I was one years old. >> I don't know >> exactly. >> But it's brought you to what you are today. Hey, no, it isn't >> really. >> So, you can continue with him with his investigation or you can go to jail. We don't really good citizen. >> Bless you. >> Last opportunity. What are you doing, man? Why you being so rough with me? >> Oh, you're being so Why are you throwing me around? Chill. I'll get in the car. Why don't youing relax? No, you just got to be a tough guy cuz you got me in handcuffs. You got that uniform lock. The state gave you some title and you think you're king. I know. But why don't you calm the [ __ ] down? A little later, the cops found out why he didn't want to be identified. The man's registration expired in 2022. The man was taken to jail where he later faced his charges. On the 5th of March 2024 in Florida, the cops conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to an obstructed license plate. Seconds after pulling the car over, the officer approached it and spoke to the female driver. >> How you doing? I'm >> okay. How are you? >> Good. Can you roll down this back window, please? >> Um, there's a bunch of stuff that's going to fall out, but >> Oh, it will. Okay. Okay. You can put it back up. >> You can put it back up. I just I couldn't see it. Your tent is so dark. >> Uh there it goes. Do you have a driver's license on you? >> How you doing, sir? >> Just expired. I do have a nonexpired one. >> Okay, sounds good. >> It's just broken in half. >> Yeah, that's fine. Sir, do you have an ID on you? >> Yes. >> 215. Is there can suffer training at 84 trying to get >> 34 too far off. >> The driver Samantha was pretty fussy and was stalling the officer. She kept searching for something in her bag while the officer waited. Finally, the cop ran out of patience and forced the woman to hurry things up a bit, and that's when things escalated quickly. >> Ma'am, >> I don't know what you have in your bag, and I feel very uncomfortable with you keep on digging in there. Do you mind not digging in your bag, please? >> ID, of course. >> I got you. So, you do have a license, though. >> Yeah, sir. >> Okay, that's your ID. >> Yeah. >> Okay, cool. So, where are you from, ma'am? >> California. All right. You do have a California valid driver's license. Yes. >> Okay. You do. All right. You want to step out for me real quick and I'm just I want to figure out your driver's license situation. Okay. >> Why you? >> Cuz I want you to step out of the car. You're not going to take another unit. Step out of the vehicle. >> You ain't going to step out of the vehicle. >> Why can't I stay in the car park? >> Excuse me. >> Step out of the vehicle. I ain't playing this game. Just do what? Step out. Hands behind your back. >> Keep your hands behind your back. Facing from the door. >> The cop didn't hesitate at all and put her in the back of a squad car. In the suspect's vehicle, a passenger was still sitting there. The officer soon got the man out and started talking to him. Step out of the vehicle. Put your hands behind the back. You're just being detained. Okay. >> Okay. >> I appreciate your cooperation. All right. >> I'm just along for the ride. >> I I got you all to you. >> She's a friend. >> Sit back. You got any weapons on? >> No, sir. If I work with >> Yeah, 104. You can downgrade, but I'm going to need another unit. >> It's his normal friend. >> Is she a girlfriend? Yeah, it's good old friend. >> Other than that BB gun, is there anything? There's nothing. >> The cop got in touch with his colleagues on the radio. He then left the passenger and got his focus back on Samantha, who was in the squad car. She wanted to talk to the officer and express her complaints. But what was really testing his patience was the woman's arrogant attitude. >> Show me your badge. >> No, you're not stepping >> badge and your ID. >> No, you're not stepping out. Okay, >> show me your badge and your ID. >> She's trying Samantha. I would like to see his fashion his ID. >> First of all, >> he listen. >> No. >> Listen. >> All right. Then you're >> then you're going to go to jail. >> See your ID as well. >> My ID's right here. >> You're about to go to jail. I'm trying to talk I'm trying to talk you out of going to jail. >> You work there. You see it? >> You happy? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Your badge number. >> I don't have a badge number. >> Yeah. You ain't in California. I ain't in California. My radio numbers 25. You good? 1026 of 22. >> He's going to read your Miranda warning. >> Okay. Totally talking yourself into going to jail. >> While the woman was hostile towards him, the officer stayed calm. He read the woman her Miranda rightites, but she said she didn't understand them and made him read them again. When the officer did so, she acted like a spoiled child. But what they found in her vehicle wasn't exactly child's play. >> Do you understand Miranda? I don't have to answer that, but yes. >> Okay. Yes, you do understand Miranda. >> Okay. No, you're going to sit right there. I can smell alcohol coming off of you. I saw a Red Rider BB gun. You refuse to step out of the vehicle. Pennsylvania vims is case law where I can ask you to step out of the vehicle. Huh? >> I had one drink earlier today and that's what you smell. It's not mine. >> Okay, sweet. So, you're you're admitting me you're admitting drinking alcohol. >> Wait, wait, wait. Let me finish and then I'll let you talk. I pulled you over cuz you don't have a tag attached to the outside of your vehicle that's displayed outside the vehicle. Okay. >> You can't see it right now. >> So, I smell alcohol. I saw I don't know what she's I don't know. Um I smell the alcohol, >> but you can't see it's covered up cuz I'm moving right now. >> Yeah. In the state of Florida, you have to have registration on a motor vehicle on the outside of the vehicle on the rear of the vehicle. Okay. >> I was not aware of that. >> So, I can smell the alcohol. I saw the uh front grip of a what I thought to be a firearm. It was a BB gun. You refused to step out of the vehicle. Um I am going to take you to jail, okay? And I'm going to do a uh a DUI investigation on you as well. Okay. >> The officer explained to the suspect that she had to find someone to pick up her car. Otherwise, it would be towed to an impound lot, which would mean a very hefty fee. The woman, however, began nagging again about the officer's ID. Your vehicle's getting towed and if you can't Huh? I already showed you ID. No, we're done with that. We're done with that. You obviously know we're cops. You want to play silly games. You get to go to jail and you don't want to figure out what to do with your vehicle. It's getting towed. And every day you don't get it, it's going to be a fee in the impound lot. So, good luck trying to get that out. You don't need to see his ID. Yes, I do. >> No, you don't. No, you don't. >> By law, you were required. Move your damn foot. >> I said move your foot. >> By law, you don't know what you're talking about. >> The officer searched the woman's car. And aside from a BB gun, they also found alcohol, which explained why she smelled of alcohol. She'd now get another charge for DUI. And there were a few more violations about to come to light. If >> this was loaded, I got BB's in there. Does Samantha have a valid license? Kiwi Peeps simply spiked contains alcohol. >> 10 valid. >> I'm going to give her a ticket for an open container, too. >> 100%. >> She was doing She was doing 56 in front of me in a 45. didn't we get caught by the police? >> During the pat down, the cops found something on her friend that turned out to be a controlled substance. While they thoroughly searched the man as well as the vehicle, Samantha got their attention again with an absurd request. >> What? >> May I exercise my right as a sovereign citizen to be released from the car? >> Hey, Sarge. She wants to exercise her right as a sovereign citizen to exit the car. >> Why? >> Uh, no. Samantha, you're going to jail for multiple charges. I can explain to him later. Do you have anything on you or in you that uh I couldn't search or I couldn't feel whenever I patted you down? >> Yes or no? >> I'd like to exercise my Miranda right. >> Okay. Just just FYI, this this is excluding Miranda. Miranda does not involve this. You are going to jail 100%. If you go into the jail and you have something in you or on you whenever they're in the jail with you, uh you're going to get charged for introduction. >> Okay. But I'm just letting you know. So now you understand. >> No. >> Samantha and the passenger were both brought to jail. They were both charged with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. In addition, Samantha was charged with resisting without violence and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. On January 3rd, 2025 in Texas, the cops responded after a vehicle committed a traffic violation. After driving behind it, the cops soon pulled the car over. Seconds later, they made contact with the driver. >> How you doing? >> Hello, sir. Deputy, >> what's your emergency? >> What's the emergency? >> Well, you you were using the shoulder to travel there, sir. >> I'm Deputy Ryder of Bastro County. The reason we're pulling you over is you're traveling the shoulder there. Do you have your license? >> Why? >> To drive [music] this vehicle. >> I'm not driving. >> Yes, sir. You are. >> I'm driving this vehicle. >> Yeah. You're operating a motor vehicle. This is an auto. >> You need a driver's license to operate a motor vehicle. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. So, do you have a driver's license? >> Is this a uh >> Go ahead and hop out. >> You've committed a traffic. >> I am not getting out of my vehicle. >> Go ahead. Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm talking to this guy here. >> Okay. I'm the one in charge here. >> Okay. >> Hop out of the vehicle. >> Sergeant, >> I'm his supervisor. Hop out of the vehicle. >> Go ahead and hop out of the vehicle. >> Okay. The Supreme Court of the United States says you will hop out of the vehicle if you were given a lawful order. Hop out of the vehicle. >> Arrested. >> You are being detained. >> You need to stop like you listen to your wife. Hop out of the vehicle. >> Okay. Listen. >> If I'm going to be >> We're giving you a lawful order to exit the vehicle. >> The driver said they were simply driving and not traveling, which was a pretty good hint it was a sovereign citizen. The officer explained to the driver he was already detained, and for his part, the driver refused to provide any information. The officer gave the man another lawful order to get out of the vehicle, but he just wouldn't comply. >> Okay, we're not playing this game. >> I give you my name and then you give me the ticket. >> We are not playing this game. You're failing to identify. You exit the vehicle. You're following You're >> I'm not You also ask me for my name. >> Okay. Hop out of the vehicle. >> I'm giving you a lawful order to hop out of the vehicle. >> Okay. Do you want to play this game? Really? >> You want to go to court? >> Yeah, I'll go to court. I'm happy to go to court. I get paid to go to court. Hop out of the vehicle now. >> Okay. Go ahead. Go ahead and pull them out. >> I do not. I do not. >> Go ahead and pull them out. >> We got one. >> I give you my name, >> sir. Just go ahead and remove your seat belt and step out. >> This is a lawful detention. >> All right. But I'm not giving you information. >> Huh? Just step out to the back of the vehicle here. >> All right. I'm going to get my phone. >> That's fine. >> You don't have my information in it. Outside the car, the man still wouldn't identify himself, but the cop was trying to be patient and spare the man a ride to jail. After realizing he might end up there, he became willing to provide his ID, but it was a little too late. >> You're going to jail for dropping on the improved shoulder. >> Okay, put your hands on the car. >> I'll give you I'll give you my name. >> Put your hand on the car. >> Sorry. I'll give you my name. >> Put your hands on the car. >> All right. I'll give you my name. >> Put your hands on the car. >> My name >> Put your hands on the car. >> I'll give you my ID. >> Put your hands on the car. It's too late for Go ahead and set your phone down on the bumper there. >> Can I take my phone? >> Okay. Now you're being arrested. You're being arrested for driving on that improved shoulder. You understand? So now you are under arrest. So now if you failed to provide your ID, I'm going to add an additional charge. >> Weapons on. >> It doesn't matter. If you're under arrest, he can search you. Okay. Do you want to provide your ID now or do you want another charge? >> I'll give you my ID. >> Okay. Where's your ID at? >> In my wallet. >> Okay. >> Being a sovereign citizen, he insisted the arrest was unlawful. He also tried to intimidate the cops with a lawsuit. Nevertheless, it didn't stop the officers from putting the sovereign citizen in the back of a squad car. >> Uh, okay. Wait a minute. >> What happened? >> My arm. >> Hey, can go ahead and step out again. >> Okay. I I'm not going to harm you guys. >> No, you're good. Step out of there. [music] >> Did they tighten up? >> Oh, yeah. They didn't. >> Oh my god. I'm not going to >> You need a second set. >> Uh, no. I just didn't know how yours double locked. >> Mine. Mine double lock with these both flip. >> You can go ahead and sit back up in there. Thank you for being so nice. After adjusting the man's handcuffs, he was ready to be taken to jail. But before they left, the cops had one more thing to do. They talked to the man's family member, who'd been sitting in the car all along. They explained their decision to her, and thank goodness, she was a little more reasonable than the suspect. [music] >> He'll be able to tell you what he's getting charged with. If we ask for an officer safety reason and that's an officer safety reason him not identifying and him saying he's not like study a stop we have every right to pull him out of the vehicle and we can pull him out forcefully the Supreme Court of the United States says we can okay and that's every all 50 states >> um right now he's just getting a simple class se okay that's it driving on the shoulder and that's it okay [music] >> good have all been avoided All he had to do was get his license, provide proof of insurance, and he would have got a ticket at most. He might have even got a warrant. [music] Okay. So, I mean, but at this point, he was on jail. >> The man was taken to jail and charged with failure to identify. Eventually, his case was dismissed. On December 19th, 2024, the cops pulled a vehicle over that was weaving in and out of traffic. As they approached the vehicle, they saw the license plate set exempt. So, naturally, they confronted the driver about it. >> Hi there. >> Hey, how you doing? >> I'm doing great. How are you today? >> Um, why do you got your emergency lights on? When What's the emergency? >> The emergency is your vehicle doesn't have a valid registration. >> Yeah, it's private property. A register to the trust, not the QV trust. Uh, you on record? I'm on record, too. There is no reason why this officer uh Tal should have his emergency lights on and there's no criminal investigation. I'm a moon bay. I'm a mo is documented. >> Don't start reaching around. >> No, no, no. You good. You go here. No, no, no, no. My paper. Go get your white shirt cuz you I'm NOT A THREAT TO YOU. GO GET YOUR WHITE SHIRT. >> NO, YOU DON'T NEED TO. >> I REQUESTED FOR YOU TO GO GET YOUR WHITE SHIRT. >> I have officers in or out. Put your hands on the wheel now. >> Putting anything back. You can see my car. You can see >> Put your hands out of the wheel. putting anything on the wheel. >> Put your hands on the wheel. Do it now. >> Putting anything on the wheel. >> If you If you feel like you are a threat of your life, you need to quit this job. >> You don't need to. >> If you feel LIKE YOU WERE A THREAT OF YOUR LIFE, QUIT THE JOB. CALL YOUR WHITE SHIRT. >> Can I get another >> Call your sheriff. I need somebody in honor. >> As the man was combative from the get-go, the officer called for backup. Instead of complying with the officer, the man leaned comfortably back in his seat. He had his phone out recording the officer, confident that he could intimidate the cop. Eventually, the reinforcements arrived. >> Well, you wanted a response and you got one, too. >> Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. The response ain't over. I'm about to put a lean on you and I'm about to get your shorty bond information. I got a written injunction on the elected sheriff and we going to see. Our conversation Our conversation is done here. >> I'm not talking. You post up at a pillar. >> Our conversation is done here. I'm I'm requesting your white shirt. >> We can do that. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Our conversation. Can I identify yourself? >> I'm a Moore. >> All right. Do you have your license? >> I'm a national. Yes, I do. I was reaching. Hey, come here. Where's the other officer? >> You hold on just a second. >> No, no, no. Cuz he he requested for my license right now. Under the under the fifth amendment constitution, I don't have to give it to you, but to prove that I'm a mor and it's been signed off by a judge in Ohio, I'm going to show you my paperwork and my nationality ID. That shows I got the right to travel. Now you're asking who I am. We got two officers here. Now it's three on the scene. >> He was using various sovereign citizen buzzwords, cited amendments to the Constitution and defended his right to travel freely. But somehow he forgot the fact that he had violated traffic rules, which was why they stopped him in the first place. The man's rants didn't phase the cop and he firmly stepped in. >> All right, so here's what's up. We're going to have you step out of the vehicle, sir. All right. >> What's the reason I'm stepping out of the vehicle? >> Because >> what's the criminal investigation? It's only two jurisdictions. >> Arut and Mary time. >> Are you going to let me talk? I want to talk to your sheriff. I don't want to talk to you. You not >> step out. >> Step out the vehicle. >> If he pulls me out the vehicle, I will be suing. >> So, we're going to ask you to step out of the vehicle. >> If you don't comply, then you are not in >> What's the reason that I'm stepping out of the vehicle? >> I tried answering and you cut me off. >> You got I don't know. >> Okay. So, so am I under am I under arrest? >> You're being detained right now. >> Okay. under under threat of detaining the arrest. >> This is a legal traffic offense and I'm legally allowed to have >> Okay, hold on. Hold on. >> Okay, go ahead and step back there. >> Let me get my paperwork. >> Unsurprisingly, it turned out the man did not have a social security number. He gave one of the cops permission to get in the car and get his paperwork. After getting the documents out, he displayed the documents like they might hold water or somehow get him out of this mess. >> Okay, open that one. That's my nationality ID. This is the court order that lets you know I'm not black or African-American. I'm a Moorish national, part of the original government, the Moroccan Empire, and it's signed off by a judge. This is my DV8, a Moon Infinite Bay, my [music] free national name. This is my nationality ID to let you know I have the right to travel. And it's filed. >> So, you live on East 167 >> in the Republic? Yes, I do. >> But the city of Cleveland, Ohio. >> Correct. In the Republic. >> What's the Republic? the republic for which it stands. The same pledge of allegiance that you pledge allegiance to. The republic, we are not in a democracy. This is a republic. >> I'm going be honest. I I really have no idea what you're talking about. So, yeah. Okay. If you explain it, you know, dumb it down a little bit. >> Okay. So, the republic, there's two governments on the back of a dollar bill. Okay. >> There's a Moroccan government that people call >> I've never heard of the Moroccan government. >> Okay. There's a Moroccan government that's called uh that you call the Illuminati, which is the pyramid, the all CNI. And then there's the United States Corporation that's on the right side of the back of the dollar bill, which is the QV's trust of Queen Elizabeth, who you took an oath to to protect the assets of their trust. >> The information the suspect provided to them was definitely something new to the cops. In fact, it was unknown to the entire legal system. The reason was it's only real in one place, the delusional mind of a sovereign citizen. He wasn't done with his performance yet. He explained to the cops why his car wasn't registered. vehicle is not registered. Now we open up the next file. Wait a second. Cuz this this this this where it gets good. This where American Jewish students come in at. My car is not registered to a trust. My car is registered to a private trust. Here it is. Right. >> It's in the state of Ohio though, >> right? But it's registered to my trust. Private property. I'm the trustee. Now I show you the paperwork. This is the foreign irrevocable express trust where it clearly states that I am the trustee and it's stamped off on by Ohio. >> The man's speech was well rehearsed and it was almost funny how he spoke with such confidence and bravado even though everything he was saying was absurd. But he still wasn't done yet. And when the cops asked him what made him change his nationality, he was blowing their minds with abstract explanations. >> Hold on, hold on, hold on. This the good part this education. I know y'all don't like read. This will let you know that I am not a holder and due curse due course of the birth certificate on a state and federal level. I got the full faith and credit. This is my private affidavit of the certificate of live birth. Now, you stated that you never heard of the Moroccan Empire, but here it is right here. That's the same emblem on the back of the dollar bill. >> Hey, can I get your date of birth? >> He refused to give the officers his date of birth and thought he had beaten the cops with his rambling, but in fact, his erratic speeches weren't going to change the situation he was in. Soon enough, his mouth was shut. >> Back. >> Okay. You going to sit right in the back of this car? >> Yep. Yep. Y >> Okay. patch it out real quick. >> Oh, go ahead. Go ahead. >> What? >> What are you saying? >> What? >> Oh, yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. >> After sitting in the back of a squad car for a while, they took the man out again and he was a little bit more humble. The cops then had the opportunity to explain what awaited him. >> You got court next Thursday? >> Yeah. All right. >> And your shorty bond information is on. >> My name's You can get whatever information you need. >> All right. My phone and stuff is up here. >> It's on the hood of the vehicle. >> Now, who's supposed to be calling uh >> that information? Um when they come >> when you come and get your vehicle, just make sure you got your title for it. Otherwise, we're not going to release it. >> No, I have the title. >> Okay. Hopefully, it's in your name because right now that vehicle is in someone else's name. >> No, it's >> it is okay. >> Don't forget your phones. >> Y. >> Sounds good. See you in a little bit. >> Y. They eventually towed the man's car and the officers released him, but he was cited for DUI, for weaving in and out of traffic, and for the unauthorized license plate. On the 5th of January, 2025 in Florida, the cops conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for having a fraudulent tag. After pulling the vehicle over, the cops stepped out of his squad car and confronted the driver. >> How you doing, sir? >> What's going to stop the city of St. Pete? The reason I'm stopped is because you don't appear to have a valid registration on your vehicle. >> Ah, this vehicle is registered. Actually, excuse me. First of all, [clears throat] excuse me. I'm a foreign national. >> Mhm. >> Um, this vehicle is registered under the Morris American National >> Council. Counselor. >> Okay. >> And under the train of Super Friendship and the CNA, the counselor notification. So basically what I'm asking is um are you familiar with um council notification access? >> I'm fing with your uh train of thought. Do you have your ID on you sir? >> I'm asking are you with um >> are you familiar with the CNA the council notification? >> My front seat. >> Are you familiar with um council notification? >> Yes manual. Yes or no? >> Uh you is your lieutenant? >> Yep. My supervisor on the way. Yes. Okay. But are you familiar with the cost of notification access? >> I'm familiar that with the Florida state statute requires your vehicle be registered with the state and that you obtain a val license to operate within the state. >> After the very first exchange, the officers realized they were sovereign citizens. The cop repeated again to the driver that according to Florida state law, the vehicle had to be registered there or in another of the 50 states. Then the officer asked for the driver's ID. Now, at this point, I am giving you a lawful order to identify yourself cuz you're being stopped for a traffic violation. >> Excuse me. >> Spike strips. [clears throat] >> What? >> Uh, we'll speak to your um lieutenant. >> Yeah, bring your lieutenant, please. >> My sergeant is on Well, a sergeant's on the way, not my sergeant. >> Bring someone notification and um notification access. >> You're not familiar. >> Thank requesting a supervisor. >> Soon there, the sergeant arrived and so did her backup. The first thing the sergeant did was secure the suspect to make sure they couldn't run. The sergeant then talked to the suspect and as expected, he was saying the same old nonsense. >> Get rid of the tires. They're going to flee. >> That's what's wrong. >> Yep. Officer, >> I don't I'm asking you if you're confident in >> you're traveling on the roads in the city of CP. Do you have your driver's license registration proof insurance on you? >> I am a foreign national. I'm asking if you're confident in your counselor notification access manual. Every sheriff and policy enforcer are supposed registration for insurance on you or some form of identification. >> Okay. >> Unless you're confident in that, I'm I don't I'm not required to You are required to provide that information during a traffic stop and I am protected by treaty law and obligations. >> Somebody search for to ask you any questions. I'm not obligated to ask you anything. I mean, to answer anything for me, >> and if you fail to provide that information, you're obstructing this traffic stop. He will go to jail. >> The suspect, later identified as Baraka Sanders, threatened the female officer with a lawsuit. She tried again to explain to the man that legally he had to identify himself. Nevertheless, they kept citing irrelevant laws that didn't apply in the real world. >> You're going against the um article six of the treaty of peace of friendship between the >> I am, ma'am. You have your driver's license, registration, and proof insurance on you. >> Are you familiar? Are you stop? >> Yes or no? >> What country are you from? >> We are. >> Do you have identification on you so that I can so I can notify your consulate that you've been stopped? I actually >> I can call the consulate. Do you have Do you have identification cons and ask us? >> What country? What? You said you're from Morocco. >> I actually do. >> What's your consulate? >> Moroccan. Do you have identification on you so I can call the consulate and see if they're familiar with you? >> They both went on pushing their false ideologies, but the cops saw right through it as they'd seen sovereign citizens before and were very well acquainted with their behavior and narrative. The cops were done with their nonsense, so they stepped things up a notch. >> Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. >> READY TO GIVE YOU the information. >> Stop. You need to step out of the vehicle, sir. At this time, you are under arrest. You need to step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle with her. You're breaking my arm. >> You need to do not touch me. Do not touch your Excuse me. You need to have a search warrant, >> a seizure warrant, an arrest warrant, but you have none of those things. >> Ma'am, sir, step out of the vehicle, please. >> Step out of the vehicle. I'm going to pull you from the vehicle. >> I'm trying to tell you. You got your >> sir, step out of the vehicle or I'm going to remove you from the vehicle. >> Excuse me. Show you my I'll show you. >> No, stop reaching. Stop reaching. Step out of the vehicle now. We have a foreign ID. Baracka, stop. >> We have a foreign ID. >> Stop. >> Hang on. Let me see. >> I need your ID. >> He finally gave in and provided the cops his ID. He then informed the officers that he was personally under the protection of the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the United States and the Moroccan Empire. And with that, the cops had reached their breaking point. Sir, >> at this point you are under arrest. >> You need to step out of the vehicle >> for what? >> Obstruction. >> Obstruction of what? >> Obstruction of this traffic stop. We're not going to debate it. You'll have your day in court. >> You need to step out of the vehicle for me, please. >> This is not obstruction. >> Excuse me. >> There's no right. You're not You're going against the article six. >> And like I said, you'll have your day in court. >> No, you're under arrest. We're beyond detainment. >> What am I under arrest for? >> Already advised you obstruction. Please step out of the vehicle. >> What am I instructing? >> The traffic stop. Sir, >> I'm not instructing. >> She's already ordered me to take him into custody. She needs you need to step out of the vehicle. >> You can speak. She's on that side. >> Okay, hold on. Let me get my vote real quick. >> Sir, I need you to not reach for anything else. I need you to step out of the vehicle. >> Hey, where are you going with my >> step out of the vehicle? >> Let's go. Step out of the vehicle. >> Get on the ground. >> Off of me. >> Get on the ground. >> You're not supposed to be doing this. Get off of me. Get off of me right now. >> Get on your stomach. >> Cooperate. >> Not worth it. >> Relax and cooperate. Okay, >> y'all breaking the treaty. >> Article 6, 74, y'all breaking all the treaty laws right now. >> The man insisted [snorts] the items they found on him should be given to his mother. After putting the man in the squad car, they then approached his girlfriend who was still sitting in the vehicle. >> All right, step out for me. >> Uh, do you want to talk to the supervisor again? >> I'm going to take this off you. Okay, >> do not grab that. That's a big mistake. >> Ma'am, >> understand that, but don't grab it as a weapon. Ma'am, why are you why are you bothering me? What did I do? >> Can you step out of the car so we can talk to the supervisor like you asked? >> Ma'am, are you going to are you detaining me for any reason at all? For what? Because I heard you speaking over there. >> I touched his hand. >> Yep. You grabbed me twice. >> I didn't mean to. Well, you know what? >> Ma'am, please step out of the car. Okay. >> Can I call my mom? >> Nope. You need to step out of the car. >> Please step out of the car. >> Are you detaining me? >> You're under arrest. Step under arrest. Bam. We can do this one or two ways. Step out of the car. >> I don't I don't get out. >> I know. Thank you. >> Get out, please. Get out. >> Get off my wrist, please. Step out. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Thank you. Baraka Sanders was taken to jail and charged with resisting an officer, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, no valid driver's license, operating a vehicle without insurance, and providing a false name or identity to law enforcement. He was found guilty on all charges and was sentenced to 6 months probation. On the 6th of April 2024, officers noticed a car on the road that was unregistered. As a result, they immediately conducted a traffic stop. >> Hello. >> Hi. C County Sheriff's Office. Got your license on you? Is your light on my >> You got a license with you? >> No, I don't. >> Do you have a valid license? >> I don't travel with a license though. >> So, you don't have a valid license? >> I don't travel with a license though. >> Okay. So, you have a registration for the vehicle? >> Um, yeah. I mean, the the vehicle's registered. Okay. >> Can I see the registration, please? >> Um, yeah. Can take it up. What is your name? >> Got a card. >> What is your first name, sir? >> My first name is Brett. [music] >> And what is your last name, Brett? >> Um, my last name is not relevant. >> It It is relevant. It is relevant. This is a traffic stop. So, go ahead and identify yourself now. I' I'd rather not do the whole jail spiel, but do you mind giving me your first and last name and your date of birth, please? >> My first name is Brett. >> And your last name? >> My last name [music] is Peavey. >> Pee. >> The officer asked the man for his date of birth, and Brett gave it. As for his license, however, the man firmly stated that he didn't travel with a license, but he did used to have one. When the officer asked the man if he knew his car was unregistered, the man gave an arrogant answer. >> Uh, yes, we allow that to happen. >> You allowed that to happen? Why would you allow that to happen? >> Um because this is our private conveyance. This has nothing to do with the uh state longer. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> For me, it's because it cost so much. >> Can you just go front to front with the car? Are you a sovereign citizen? >> No, not a sovereign citizen. Uh >> you're portraying the normal amenities of a sovereign citizen. Um not a sovereign citizen. >> Okay. But it's here no. >> Okay. You understand that having a vehicle that isn't is not registered for more than 6 months is criminal correct after the second offense? >> Um >> I wasn't aware of that. I know. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to ask you to do me a favor. Go ahead and step out of the vehicle. Okay. >> What for? >> Just go ahead and step out of the vehicle for me. >> Under Pennsylvania vans, I'm requesting you step out of the vehicle. Okay. >> Um >> Oh my gosh. >> Pennsylvania vans that dictates that I'm allowed to have you step out of the vehicle. Okay. So, I'm going to ask you one more time politely to step out of the vehicle. Okay. >> He could deny being a sovereign citizen all he wanted, but he showed all the signs of being one. The man wanted to talk to a supervisor, but the cop said the supervisor was already on scene. And since he refused to get out of his vehicle, the officer had to quote unquote help the man out a bit. >> Okay. Don't Don't >> step out of the I'm asking you. I'm going to step out. Step out. >> Take your hands off of me. Step out. I'm not asking anymore. I'm telling step out. >> Excuse me. I will get out. I will get out. Step out of the vehicle. >> I don't need you. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Hands off. >> It's not that hard. Step out. Step out of the vehicle. It's not that hard. Come on. Step out. Step out. >> Okay, I'm coming out. >> Step out. Step out. Step out. All the way out. Face the vehicle for me. Face the vehicle for me. Face the vehicle for me. Face the vehicle for me. Place your hands behind your back. Place your hands behind. >> Excuse me. >> What are you doing? What are you doing? >> Take it easy. >> [laughter] >> We're going to get >> comply. >> I'm compin. >> Brett was then patted down and they gave his belongings to his wife. Based on their conversation, it was clear it wasn't his first run-in with the law. He'd been arrested earlier for the very same reason. You >> been arrested before? >> Same place. >> Um, yeah, same thing. I mean, driving mis confusion. I mean, >> what's confused? >> What are you confused about? >> Well, I mean, driving isn't a Well, it's a commercial endeavor. I'm I'm not out here e-commerce. I'm not making money, you know, taking my wife to the store, getting somewhere to eat. I'm just going up there, traveling up there in my private conveyance >> on public roads. >> Well, there's I mean, you're allowed to travel privately on the on the roads. >> You have a driver's license to do >> only if I'm involved in commerce. I'm not involved. >> That's not true. >> Listen, I'm allowed >> on your own private property. You can drive. This is not your property. There is a private easement on every road. >> Incorrect. So, as as far as it goes, you're being placed under arrest this evening for resisting without violence >> and for driving with Yeah. Correct. >> Being the sovereign citizen that he is, he was living according to his own laws and not the laws of the state. The officer explained to the man why he was under arrest, but Brett didn't accept his reasoning, and that didn't please the cop. >> Okay. What part don't you understand? >> Um, all of it. >> Okay. Well, we'll I'll I'll explain it a little bit further while we go around to the jail. >> So, we'll get that part explained. Step off to the side. We're going to walk to the back. So, okay. Go ahead and have a seat for me. Damn it. I just hang that for him for a second. He was eventually taken to the station and during the ride down there, he still hadn't come to terms with his arrest and thought he'd done nothing wrong. The officer had to remind the man about why he was going to jail. >> If that's what you believe, sir, if you said if if that's what you believe, sir, I I greatly apologize, but today you're being under arrest for two Florida State statute violations. Okay. What are >> as I've explained it is driving specifically driving after 322.34 as we've already explained. Yes, you were. You were behind the driver seat of the vehicle and occupying the driver's seat. >> Traveling driving in the seat of the vehicle that >> has a steering wheel is the same thing. And then you are also being placed under arrest for resisting without violence. >> Okay. >> Resisting without violence. resisting without violence. Correct. It's going to look like this tomorrow. >> I mean, I'll charge you with violence if you prefer. >> The registration on Brett's vehicle expired about two years ago. He was transported to jail, and he was charged with resisting without violence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and driving without a license. On the 21st of May 2024 in Pickaway County, Ohio, two cops arrived at the municipal court in Circleville. They were there to serve a civil protection order to Cody Henderson, but he immediately tried to push past the officers, refusing to acknowledge the order. Eventually, things got very erratic. >> You want to go to jail? >> For what? >> I don't have to listen to blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. >> Don't touch me, sir. Get out of my way. Freedom of locomotion. Move out of my way. >> Freedom of locomotion. Move out of my way. >> Move out of my way. I'm not listening to anything. Get off of me. Get off of me. >> Get off of me. >> Get off of me. Get off of me. >> I'm not listening. Nocial oriented protection blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah person named harm threatening or following stalking harassing. >> He was a full grown man but he was acting like a little kid who wouldn't listen to his parents after making a mess. Regardless, the cops were going to treat him like an adult and hold him responsible for his actions. >> Stop grabbing me, bro. >> Forcing. >> What's your name? What's your name and pass number? All right. >> What's your name and badge number? >> What's your name? >> On your back. >> For what? >> What am I being arrested for? What am I being arrested for? What am I being arrested for? Tell me right now. WHAT AM I BEING arrested for? Obstruction. For what? >> Put your hands behind your back. You're going to get tased. >> Taste of what? >> You're going to get tased. >> What the are you guys doing? >> Assault. On your back. >> Assault, bro. I have the right to resist this arrest. IT'S UNLAWFUL ARREST. >> PUT YOUR HAND. >> IT'S UNLAWFUL ARREST. I'M ALL FOR ARREST. GET THESE TYRANTS OFF OF ME RIGHT NOW. [screaming] RIGHT NOW. >> GET THESE TYRANTS OFF OF [screaming] ME NOW. THESE [ __ ] UNCONSTITUTIONAL PIRATES. GET THEM OFF OF ME NOW. >> GET THE [ __ ] OUT OF MY FACE. SIT DOWN. LET GO OF ME NOW. >> LET GO OF ME NOW. LET GO OF ME NOW. TAKE THAT BADGE OFF. TAKE THAT BADGE OFF. >> Cody was throwing a tantrum and in a courtroom no less. The officer still managed to restrain the man, but by referring to the cops as international pirates, he was proving he was a sovereign citizen. And he didn't stop there. >> No, we're not. All right. These guys are assaulting ME IN THE HALLWAY AND YOU'RE WATCHING IT. It's a violation of my constitutional right, freedom of locomotion. Sit down. >> No. Calm down. >> [snorts] >> Get these torture cuffs off me, bro. Get these torture cuffs off me. This is a civil lawsuit that you just harassed and tackled me to the ground for. You're not allowed to tackle people to the ground for a civil lawsuit. You understand that? You piece. That's a civil lawsuit. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. You don't know law, you piece of call ambulance right now. CALL AMBULANCE right now. My wrist hurts. Go [ __ ] star squad. >> Yeah, star squad. >> Sit down. >> No, I'm not sitting anywhere. >> Yeah, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> Don't lay your hands on me, bro. >> Sit down. >> For what reason? >> Cuz I told you to. You're in >> What law am I breaking? >> You're in custody now. >> For what? >> Obstruction of aing what? >> The officer explained once again to this hysterical sovereign Rosta man that they were serving a protection order. And ridiculously, he then maintained that the cops didn't have the right to serve the order. I have the right to deny that protection. Like get your hands off me. >> Well, if you sit down, my hands would be off you. >> Well, being such a free citizen to BEGIN WITH, I WOULD TAKE OFF. Suck my suck my suck my to obstructing justice. I'm not listening to anything you say, bro. La they they just harassed me to the ground over a civil lawsuit. Ironically, he wanted the cops to stop harassing him, but he expected the right to harass other people without facing consequences. While the cops couldn't shut down his tantrums just yet, the sergeant arrived and talked to him. >> What's your name, partner? >> I'm not identifying nothing. Okay. >> I was just wondering who was talking to. Man, >> you don't know who you're talking to. You have no clue. >> All right. >> I'm not accepting anything. >> Okay. >> We're not going to sit here. >> Well, then you can go somewhere else. >> No, I can't. Well, then you better. I don't have to go somewhere else just like you don't. >> This is first amendment freedom of speech. This is MY FIRST AMENDMENT FREEDOM. >> ALL RIGHT, THEN. DON'T TELL ME TO SHUT UP. DON'T TELL ME TO SHUT THE SER wouldn't you? >> So, what was going on? I've been here for today. These guys grabbed me up for a civil protection order. They're not allowed to touch me through a civil protection order. >> They're not allowed to touch me through that. >> They're not I'm allowed to refuse a civil protection order. >> That's civil. That has nothing to do with criminal. That has nothing to do with criminal law, bro. >> The man continued complaining the cops had physically assaulted him. And he once again insisted that the cops weren't allowed to serve him the civil protection order unless they already had a warrant. >> And they physically accosted me and assaulted me to serve me a civil protection order, which they're not allowed to do. They can only do that if I have a warrant. You piece of I don't have a warrant, bro. >> Take these handcuffs off me now. I don't have a warrant. >> Put them on you. >> I don't have warrant. >> I think my jacket ripped off me. >> You guys are such pieces of >> Despite his constant rambling, they managed to escort the man out of the building. He kept saying he was unlawfully detained and he made ridiculous claims that had nothing to do with the law of the land. >> It's an unlawful arrest. Anybody who assists in this will be part of the 1983 federal lawsuit. What's your name and badge number, sir? >> My name is Corporal Montgomery. Sir, we don't have badge numbers. >> You got your body camera on? >> I sure do, sir. >> This guy arrested me for a civil service. >> Had him down real quick. >> Yeah, you >> This is what you did this for, huh? You arrested me so you could grab up on my You had no reason for arrest. What was I obstructing? You're civil service and you don't even have the right to serve. >> Oh, yeah. >> You should be [ __ ] at yourself. We have constitutional rights in this country. You hear me? Goddamn it. >> You know what a constitutional right is? I have the right against unreasonable search and seizure. This is unreasonable search and seizure. My wrist, you piece of >> You want to [ __ ] it out, Omni. Dude, you want to take out your anger more? >> Asking a question. >> Yeah, my wrist. These guys are tackling to me toing ground. You piece of >> Call me a piece of >> I'll call you all I want because you should you backing these idiots, bro. You guys should be on my side trying to help a free citizen. Instead, you guys are arresting a free citizen for no reason. >> Anyone who thinks they have the right to resist a lawful arrest should probably end up in handcuffs. After the accusations and insults didn't help him, the man then tried to play another card, saying he was a victim of police brutality. >> Wrist, you piece of >> God damn it. Take that badge off and we'll go round and round. There ain't no marks on them or nothing. >> Okay. >> What's hurting all that? >> My wrist and my leg been slamming in the ground, bro. >> Which leg, but >> my my right leg, my knee. >> I feel like on the concrete consciousness, >> slam me to the ground, dude. >> Just talk to us right now. >> I need you to start a report right now. Cody Ryan Henderson, type it in. We're going to get you back. >> Cody was placed in the vehicle and finally the court got a little bit of silence. Sadly, that wasn't the case for the officer driving him to jail because he still had plenty of energy and willpower to continue his erratic performance. >> Ow. Ow. Ow. >> Gave you two chances. >> Get in there. Get in. >> Hold in there. >> [screaming] >> It's unlawful arrest. They didn't have probable cause. [ __ ] arrest me, bro. >> You didn't even check their probable cause. What probable cause did they have to arrest me? What was their RA of a crime being committed? What's the reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime being committed? Sir, >> I'm asking you a question. >> Inside the vehicle, he couldn't be physically aggressive, but he could still keep running his mouth. He went on with the entitlement, which only made the man look more pathetic as he was handcuffed in the back of a squad car. Cuz you're kidnapping somebody and abducting them right now. And that's a felony. Chapter 18, section 242, deprivation of rights under color of law. If you are to deprive any citizen of their rights, of their constitutional rights, that is a felony punishable up to 10 years in prison in federal courts. Chapter 18, section 242, deprivation of law. Chapter 18, section 241, conspiracy against rights. You are now conspiring against my rights. >> This isn't going to do anything for you, bro. I'm going to get bailed out. I'm going to go get it dropped in court. suspicion to arrest me to begin with. You pieces of check articul. You just agreed with it and nodded along just like a sheep. You have a noggin to use it. You have a brain to use it. Start questioning your other officers because some of them are not honest and some of them are not truly law enforcement officers and some of them don't honor their oath on the Constitution. and if you don't honor your oath on the Constitution, you will be charged with treason." >> The man cited several amendments entirely according to his own interpretation. He continued defending himself while ignoring the fact that he resisted police. He then took a little break from talking and began to express his rage in a completely different manner. Go ahead. >> You'd be pissed if you got arrested for no reason, too, bro. >> 28 to 50. I'm heading your way. You need a 10. >> You can't resist an unlawful arrest, dip. >> I'll be I'll be This will be dropped by next week, dude. >> Okay. Such [ __ ] dumb. It's going to be a huge lawsuit. B. I just filed a complaint against one of your sheriffs the other day. So, this is retaliation. I need to speak to my attorney. Hey, buddy. You hear me? >> I hear you. We can't do anything about that right now, can we? >> Yeah. I need to speak to my attorney. That's an immediate right right now. >> All right. Soon as we can get you out of here. Okay. I can't do anything about it while we're sitting right here. Cody was taken to jail and was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing official business. Sovereign citizens have sovereignty, but it only extends to their own stupidity. And usually, that's what makes them disrespect the rules and our laws in general. Luckily, the cops are ready to snap these radicals out of their delusions, or at the very least, they can put them in their place.
