they were doing a noble act in punishing those who were against bodily autonomy they were still committing theft and carrying a knife around certainly didn't help they arrested me I don't know what to show all your CR all my credentials and verify who I am um but he's like no pulls away from me I grab that's when she comes up grabs me pulls me around I'm showing her my bad don't touch me and then there some guy just grabbed my arm and afterwards declared he was a federal I don't know he's a federal local state I don't know they can explained a after I was handcuffed that I was arrested I January 2023 police responded to a disorderly conduct report dispatchers got a call from a Hotel manager reporting a very aggressive guest upon arrival the cops tried to make contact with the guest came or you have for me the need to speak with you is can I speak with you or do you need to speak with me I can't really hear you man cuz you're talking behind a closed door right you simp your ears it's all working so you can see it all she backed into somebody's car they got out the car to say something to her and then she hit this person's car and kept hitting it hitting it backed into another car that was parked everybody was like kind of running towards the store to get inside the store and she came to the door was she backed up into it is that what she did she rammed from the front from the front yeah ramm the front she did it like 3 4 car was she driving the car right there silver she was driving the silver car M I think she was drinking cuz she she was doing like this and she poured something out her window oh okay so that's why when I was on the phone with police I'm like oh my gosh cuz I'm trying to make sure everything I locked out registers just in case she got out the while the cops were trying to determine the charges she'd receed she continued singing and making a massive scene out of her arrest shortly after some friends and family members arrived on scene and property resisting arrest and battery on a healthcare worker in court she was found not guilty due to a plea of insanity on December 30th 2023 in Florida the cops were dispatched to a cinema where reportedly two elderly women were having a meltdown they were being disruptive shouting racist remarks nearly shattered a wine glass and refused to leave the property here okay I would like them trespass okay they said some Racers the whole theater I don't want them to come back okay sounds good you have your IDs on you man so what the manager asked me to do is to give you guys a trespass warning basically nothing criminal it's just saying that you guys understand that you guys can't come back here okay no okay sir listen you don't have a say this business can do whatever they want rile up the original officer they were so busy becoming the center of attention that they seemed incapable of understanding anything the officer told them we didn't trust we didn't I never said you returned to the unit to fill out the paperwork for the suspect's arrest she continued her hysterics yet again she was concerned about her baby but the child seemed to be in better care with the officer than with her this entitled woman seemed to think she was the victim of the law when she was the one who was breaking it so what's going to go on with my baby are you going to let me call license and resisting arrest without violence unsurprisingly she did not learn her lesson and subsequently racked up additional driving charges on December 26 2023 in Washington state a police officer was almost hit by someone driving a silver Honda and going well over the speed limit the officer immediately got in his unit and followed the Honda to an apartment complex off that's fine I don't care your off my child is Officer my child is traumatized and so am I I am trying your child's not in the car Shelby he's traumatized without me because the last he kept saying let's go let's go shut your car off I'm about to arrest her for reckless driving she won't hit me okay so I was just waiting for you to uh get here man not right now sir you going have to back up I'm going to have you step out you don't need to be rude is that good thank you all right after a slew of questions for the officers Shelby was apparently convinced that she was an expert on the law she began challenging the officers looking for any possible way out of the arrest the officers however did not tolerate her nonsense and they shut her down quickly and Corporal M since you're the Corporal and cen's the sergeant I would like permission to please be able to prove that the court order is what you claimed earlier is erroneous Corporal M with all due respect I absolutely have right while the court orders do change and the information may have been subject to change that has no bearing whatsoever on what you're under arrest for but youed you falsely claim that I don't have rights to my child I absolutely do so you are very wrong and that's really damaging to us if I'm wrong then I sincerely apolog be I would appreciate that because that's hurtful to me because you treated me like I'm lying I'm not can somebody perf would you mind do move my yeah we we'll figure that all out here Shelby of course was fidgety and obnoxious while a female officer searched her but in the end she was clear of anything dangerous when the sergeant tried to talk to her about the events that transpired she again tried to play the victim that is until he caught her Bluff and brought something up from her past what I'd like to talk to you about though is you've been making lots and lots of 9911 calls okay like all a huge amount like hundreds of 911 calls in general in general but yesterday in they hang up on me they keep hanging up on me and they claim that I hang up on them it's not true so yesterday in particular I think you made 17 calls between midnight Christmas it wasn't midnight and 7: a.m. it started around 6:00 a.m. okay it started around 6 stopped it stopped until and I made one or two calls in the evening but you know it was a hard hard day yesterday start yeah no I can understand that um Christmas right you're missing your family out Christian they did it on purpose because they know that my child and I celebrate Christmas and they his birthday is very close to Christmas but I don't want to say much more cuz I don't want people to use anything against and I feel that but there's hate crime and people are trying to erase and it's called cancel culture and it's so hurtful yeah well I'm not trying to ra you I'm not trying to I want to on the east side I have contributed just the concern we have though is some of the stuff you were saying to the dispatchers because they won't let the call actually go through they just hang up on me and then they lie and say that oh don't hang up stay on the line if you want to be transfer but they hung up on me and I'm recording them so I have evidence especially of operator 255 hang on I still want to talk about I don't even know who operator 255 oh I don't I don't I don't know either it's a fem for any normal person talking to law enforcement all day would be the last thing they'd want to do on a bad day but as we've seen Shelby's obviously wired a little differently than the rest of us and perhaps talking to the dispatchers was a kind of comfort to her evident loneliness I need to have a lawyer with to well that is up to you but I already invoked my rights to an attorney so why are you trying to interrogate me when I've already invoked so you invoked your rights you got placed under arrest for reckless driving I did it irrelevant right you got placed under arrest for reckless driving before I ever got there ARR well I am investigating telephone harassment towards nor right so you call I have a lawyer with me because I will be stealing people from the Kirkland Police and also individuals from lacom for hate crime and not doing their jobs properly and so they're trying to use it against me in a CPS case that shouldn't be a case because they say that I have so much contact with the police well there is a pattern of what I call norcom I'm pause you to call that I want to pause you because you've already talked about wanting an attorney so I want to talk to you about this would you like to sit down and talk to me about your phone calls with call um no soby I'm just this is me being direct and honest right some of the phone calls you made yesterday were and I haven't listened to all of them were perceived as being threatening towards the dispatchers and very upsetting and because of a repetitive nature coupled with the obscene and harassing nature of the content can qualify as telephone harassment once again Shelby refused to talk about the reckless driving or the 911 calls she made previously they booked the woman on reckless driving and resisting arrest charges but she was not charged for making threatening phone calls watching these obnoxious woke people get arrested has definitely been a journey hopefully these people learn what's really worth going to jail for and what they should be willing to let go but even if they don't we know they'll still look ridiculous the next time they get arrested
