informed that the couple was in a gray truck with Pennsylvania tags as officer dinatali and officer yeldell arrived on the scene they approached Mr Daniel and Miss Myra the couple allegedly matched the description they were pursuing however their role in the custody dispute was unclear watch what happens when the officers approach them somebody else with somebody else was riding in a truck with about the safety of my this is Officer John George from the saita police department on August 6th 2019 a 22-year-old individual named Christopher fendler went to a Walmart in Sarita Arizona while on his way to work he parked his motorbike in the parking lot and went inside the Walmart premises without removing any of his riding gear including his helmet while he had some music playing inside Mr fander did not acknowledge what the manager had to say when he was approached several times by them while he shopped inside the management called the cops on him and they approached him once Mr you'll be arrested and you'll book you book for trespassing and understand what he's telling you you're trespass from Walmart it's a national system you're not just trespass from this Walmart from all charges against him were dropped he went on to file a lawsuit against the officers involved the proceedings of this case are unknown if you think this was the maximum cops can be sued then you it ain't you okay so what a second let me finish all right this is Officer Ryan hack from the Fayetville Police Department on September 6th 2022 a 22-year-old property manager named galana Dunlap Banks visited a property in Fayetville North Carolina the purpose of her visit was to get some photographs of dumped trash nearby and to inspect the property for her boss after arriving on the scene she took some photographs and then returned to her vehicle as she sat in her car she was approached by Officer hack officer hack was later accompanied by detective Amanda Bell officer hadock was pursuing a violent suspect who was last seen a few kilometers near this property observe how the interaction unravels how you doing I just saw you pull back over here any reason why back over here oh do you got any idea or anything on you well I mean it's all fine Dandy what you telling me but I mean you know just kind of look suspicious that you're pulled out here in the middle of a field technically you could be trespassing officer hadock accuses Ms Banks of allegedly trespassing however Ms Banks immediately asked Deputy hadock if she could leave the property to which he said that she was not free to go officer hadock claims that Miss Bell was trespassing without any articulate reasonable susp watch what is about to happen well I don't know that how do I know go ahead go ahead just step out of the car just step out of the vehicle step out ma'am all I've asked you for is your ID so we can make sure that you're not trespassing ma'am step out of the car okay don't drag me out get Miss Banks filed a federal lawsuit against the department and the officers involved after this incident Miss Banks resigned from her position as a property manager the proceedings of the lawsuit are unknown if you think this was the last idiot cop who got a massive lawsuit then you probably haven't heard of this next case that's you're right that's fine you have your IDs on you what would you need ID for I need to identify who I'm talking to I was called here lawfully to talk to you but you suspect me of committing a crime or having commit a crime trespassing sir I'm not trespassing you are have you asked me have you asked me to leave I'm I'm if you ask me to leave and I refuse to leave then I'm trespassing I'm asking you to leave this is Officer Jay arneson from the Silverthorn Police Department on February 24th 2020 a First Amendment auditor Jason Gutterman and his son Benjamin Gutterman went to a local post office in Silverthorn Colorado the post office employees told them that they were not allowed to film inside the post office premises and they eventually called the cops on them watch what happens when the police arrive at the scene how are you can I get your name and badge number sir yeah absolutely it's uh Jake arners and badge number 28 28 thank you very much I appreciate that yeah absolutely so have you ever their issue is with us filming in here are you familiar with the postal rules and regulations so I I spoke with them they're telling me the post office employees are saying they don't permit filming right so let's there's something called I'll show you over here hello how are you good how are you good so they have something called poster 7 okay which is the rules and regulations of the post office governing conduct on postal property okay uh there is a section for photographs for news advertising or commercial purposes which allows us to take photographs inside of the post office as long as we are not in a restricted area as long as we're in a publicly access we actually go outside so we're not restricting them getting in yeah let's go right over here plenty of room so that's all we're doing I'm actually we're traveling through Silverthorn yeah um I'm in line to buy a stamp that's all I was doing and uh we're just documenting our trip okay well they've asked you to turn the cameras off and it's but that's not the law okay that's that's just their feelings in their requests so I'm going to respectfully deny that request and go by federal law filming inside a post office cannot be deemed a lawful act the Colorado law states that for filming inside a post office the recorder must seek permission from the local postmaster or installation head or possess a federal court order observe how the situation escalates the rules are posted on the wall sir and I just want to make you aware I'm going to advise the three of you right now that if you make me leave this post office you're violating my constitutional rights
