from the Miami Gardens Police Department on March 14th 2023 Sergeant Smith was allegedly found driving recklessly in Miami Gardens Florida she was observed swerving around in the lanes and over speeding in her white Mercedes car she reportedly ran over two red lights while she drove watch what happens when the cops from her Police Department pull her over huh I was trying to I I I was trying another department to administer a sobriety test which she allegedly failed as a result Sergeant Smith was arrested and charged with DUI she was booked into jail that night Sergeant Smith pleaded not guilty to the charges and was subsequently placed on administrative leave by the Miami Gardens Police Department if you think this was the only idiot cop who got caught drunk on the job wait until you relating to a case however before he is due in court he is found asleep in his car while idle on Township Avenue Elmwood Ohio officers from the St Bernard Police Department responded to the situation was arrested and placed inside the cop Cruiser he refused to take a breathalyzer test after he had slurred speech and watery eyes officer armbuster admitted that he had a court meeting in sometime and was about to miss his work officer arm Brewster was arrested following this traffic stop he was off duty at the time of the incident and is now on administrative leave this stop resulted in the initiation of an internal investigation however the results of the investigation remain uncertain if you think this was the height of cops getting caught drunk on the job then you probably aren't 100 mph in a 45 mph Zone the cop activated his emergency lights and signaled the vehicle to pull over initially instead of stopping the driver accelerated his vehicle to over 110 mph watch how the was consequently arrested following the traffic stop he refused to provide a breathalyzer sample and also refused to partake in field sobriety tests officer roas has been placed on administrative leave by the Miami Dade Police he was charged with fleeing and eluding an officer and driving Under the Influence he was also served a citation for the speed limit violation if you think this was the Madrid from the New Mexico police department in December 2023 officer Madrid was driving a truck on I40 Highway exceeding the speed limit officer Madrid allegedly clocked 90 mph in a 65 mph Zone a deputy from the New Mexico police pulled him over for speeding at first the traffic stop seemed routine but it quickly took an unexpected turn how's it going not too bad Lo how New Mexico State Police
