are instructed to seek assistance from jail booking staff or other law enforcement personnel as per police guidelines officer Damon was fired after this incident he has been a part of the Tampa police been carrying a knife in one of his pockets the search and Detention of Mr Thomas might be viewed as illegal since it violated the rights given by the Fourth Amendment to the citizens for those who
