YOU GOING TO GET ANOTHER CHILD? >> SHUT UP. >> SHUT UP. DON'T TALK TO ME. >> YOU DON'T TELL ME NO. SHUT UP. >> YOU GREEN. >> HUH? >> I'm green. I wasn't even there. >> I'm green. I DON'T CARE. >> YOU GOT to give me >> What's the address in my face? >> I be trying to dumb black, bro. I'm going to get that. >> Don't do that. Being born well off is a blessing, but it doesn't mean you're above the law just because you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth. Privileged teens need to understand that the law applies equally to everyone. And sometimes they learned that lesson the hard way when entitled trust fund teens push the cops to their limits. >> Can't stand entitled college kids. I think they know the lawit >> telling me get out of here. What can we do to get you out of here? pictures of me, please. >> That looks dope. >> That looks dope. Can you swatch your mom? >> Yeah, sure. >> She'd be proud. >> She'd be very proud. >> On the 5th of May, 2024, the cops approached some teens on a beach who they suspected of drinking. It should have been a routine check, but a nasty mix of entitlement and alcohol made things a whole lot worse than they had to be. >> Are you 21? >> I don't have it on me. >> I'm asking I'm asking you if you're 21. >> Take it out for me. Who's under 21? >> I'm not. >> I know somebody is. >> No. >> So, here's the deal. You lie to me, you're going to jail. Simple as that. You You're not the first people under 21 to drink alcohol. It's not that big of a deal. So, I'm going to ask again who's under 21, >> sir. >> Okay. >> 547. While they all looked underage, no one admitted to being under 21. Unfortunately for them, the cops weren't going to take their word for it. Besides, even if they were telling the truth, it was still illegal to drink alcohol on the beach. >> Citations open alcohol containers. >> Okay. >> So, what what's the deal? >> It's a $118 fine. >> $118 fine. >> Yep. It could be $118 per closed can of alcohol. So, I reckon you probably have a lot of closed alcohol. So imagine 118 times all that. >> Or I can take you to jail. So that's the that's the that's the thing. >> So here's the thing. If you're going to be honest with me and tell me that who you are, your real age, and all that, I won't take you to jail. It's not criminal. It's a civil citation. It's a civil ticket. It's like a parking ticket. Okay. But if you lie to me about your information, now it's providing false to law enforcement. Now it's obstructing justice. You know what I'm saying? >> Yeah. Yeah. No, my my my buddy and my fraternity is uh a police officer in Tennessee. >> Cool. >> The teens had two options. Cooperate and identify themselves and get a ticket or refuse to cooperate. Still get a ticket and face jail time. It sounded like a no-brainer, but one of the teens couldn't resist talking back and being smug. >> My best friend is exactly where you are. Bad talks. >> That's why I was like, he does. >> I mean, we're just trying to >> What did you say? Nothing. What' you say about the badge? Makes you what? >> Said it talks a lot. >> Talks a lot. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. You understand you're committing a crime? >> I Yes, sir. I mean, are you going to say I am? I'm not. >> So, so what what can we do to get you out of here? >> Excuse me? >> Like, respectfully, like, >> what can you what can you do to get me out of here? >> I can take him to jail. I can take her to jail, then we'll leave. >> But for what? >> Sit down. I'm not talking to you. You didn't have alcohol. I addressed him and I'm dressing her. So, go away. You can't also vape on the beach. I'll take that. Thank you. >> That's just not I can call my mom right now. You want to call my mom? >> I get my mom on the phone right now. Who? >> My mom. My mom. >> Who's your mom? >> My mom. You're going to call my mom and find out who my mom is. >> Sure did. >> It was such a lame tough guy move to tell the cops he was going to get his mommy to come to the beach and tell them off. The cops were sick of his attitude and slapped some handcuffs on him while they continued their investigation. >> Like I said, sir, the bad speaks a lot. >> Yeah, this is what it says. Sit down. >> Can't stand entitled college kids that think they know the laws >> telling me, "Get out of here. What can we do to get you out of here?" >> Take a picture of me, please. >> That looks dope. >> That looks dope. Can you show your mom? >> Yeah. >> She'd be proud. >> You have cuffs on? Yeah. For real. Are they comfortable? >> You should have shut your mouth. >> That's what happened. >> I told you. >> She would beat your >> It's not that funny. The officer informed his friends that he was just being detained and wasn't under arrest, at least not yet. At that point, the cops were only dealing with one smug teen as the rest of his friends came to their senses and cooperated. But it was hard to tell how long it would last before the kids started acting out. >> So, remember that conversation I had about being honest? >> Nothing's coming up for this day and date of birth. >> So, what does that mean? Are you lying about something? Why did you lie after I gave you? >> It's just It's just stressful. >> Look, I I gave you an option. Put your head back. >> And date of birth. >> Not my name, though. >> Uh-huh. Doesn't matter. You make you make me do extra work. >> You see these videos a lot. >> Don't talk to me. You already say, >> "How old are you?" >> 19. >> Okay. I literally said to you, "Oh, she's going to jail. She's getting permanently charged." What did I say? What did I say? I said, "Are you the first person under 21 to drink alcohol?" I think I've been nothing but fair and I gave multiple opportunities. >> Okay. I literally asked you three times, "Are you over 21? Are you over 21?" Every time, "Yes, yes. Yes. What's your name and day of birth?" You gave me the same name and day of birth twice. >> The officer here was absolutely right. He gave her every chance to come clean and be honest about her age, but she chose to lie instead, trying to avoid getting a ticket for underage drinking. She wanted to learn things the hard way and that's what she got. No, >> this isn't what I do. That's the thing. I just don't do this ever. >> We We're turning simple civil stuff into criminal. >> I know. >> That's That's criminal now. >> I know. And I'm >> Okay. She provided a fake data birth to me twice. >> We're done. >> I don't do this stuff. That's It's so frustrating. >> I don't do this. >> Just got to be honest. >> Honesty. >> I'm sorry. >> It's so traumatizing. >> I know. I think these four kids like it just hurt me. >> I think I've been held up a fair and given you multiple opportunities to be honest. >> I can't I can't help what you do after that. >> I agree. >> You got this one. >> Mhm. Yeah. You're under arrest. >> I don't know about that. >> Do you have anything here? I don't want to send you to jail in a a bikini. The officer told the girl's friends to get some clothing for her to take to jail. Her friends were distraught and thought they were treating her unfairly, which was patently absurd. She'd given a false ID to the cops multiple times. No one made her do it. She did it all of her own accord. >> She's safe. She's with the police. Nothing bad's going to happen. >> Let me ask you a question. I know. I know. >> How many times did I say you're not the first one under 21? I already know who's I already know who's lying. You know, here's the thing. I can't help getting lied to. >> It's just like it's so unfair. Like, there's >> not unfair. >> I literally said what was going to happen. If you give me a fake information, I'd be providing false information to law enforcement. I don't know what is up with you guys' generation. Keep the mouth closed and listen to what we have to say. That's it. >> I'm not disciplining it, right? >> Seriously. Right. >> Right. >> There's no need for the the the attitude, the smart comments. Whatever is going to happen is going to happen. Be honest. Shut your mouth and listen to us. That's it. Nine times out of 10, if you do those things, this would not be happening. I gave her 15 chances to be honest. Good. Back up. Goodbye. The female suspect and her male companion were charged with possession of an alcoholic beverage and the young woman got an additional charge for giving a false name to law enforcement. On April 16th, 2022, officer saw a vehicle driving erratically. Strangely enough, the officer noticed the passenger side door was a jar as a woman hung her head out to vomit. With so many red flags, he decided to pull them over. >> Hi there. >> Hi. >> Hi. I am Sergeant Home. You see, >> I don't have my ID on me, but this is my friend, bro. This is her car. Like, I'm just driving her home. Like, I I don't have anything for like to show for me, >> okay? >> But I'm just driving her home. >> Okay. >> Like, she's not okay right now. Like, I just need to help her. >> Like, I'm sorry. Like, I just need to help her. Like, I don't have to for you. >> Can you roll rescue for a probably 18year-old female? like I can park. I can I can like can I please help her or something? >> The passenger was covered in vomit. The driver said she was her friend and was giving her a lift home as she was very drunk. Nevertheless, the officer called for EMS to assess the woman's condition. >> Where are you coming from? >> Um we're coming from the pub nice pup. >> Okay. >> And we're my house is right there at um Point Es. >> Where does she live at? >> She lives at home. >> At home. Where's home? >> Um 1167 Drive. 1167 Port Drive. >> What's the street name? Well, the reason I'm stopping you is you came close to crashing into the curb there a couple of times and then you were driving with the passenger door open and her head hanging out. >> I She just put it out. I didn't say I didn't tell her to do that. I She did that because she needs to peel. >> Okay. >> Like I'm literally just stopping for her. >> Yeah. Yeah, that's a good idea. She definitely has thrown off everywhere. If I can just go home to her apartment, then I'll be completely fine. >> Okay. >> And her apartment's like 2 minutes away. >> If you want to go with me, that's completely fine. Okay, that's fine. >> They both told the officer they were 18 years old and they didn't have ID. Picking up on their earlier claim that they just come from the club, the cop wanted to know how they got in without ID. >> What's that ID that's there next to the fireball? >> Um, that's not mine. >> Okay. Can I see that? This is my Oh, this is my >> That's your fake ID. >> I'm just really scared. >> Why are you so scared? >> I I just have never been pulled over by the cops before. I've never experienced this. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm completely fine to try. >> Okay. >> I just was trying to get her home because she didn't have a ride. driver while the passenger is uh a little more ineated. >> Yeah, like I said, right now I'm just going to wait on the paramedics to check out your friend and then we'll proceed with the rest. Okay, so relax for a minute. >> There's two open bottles of fireball. >> The passenger was drunk and the officer also suspected that the driver was under the influence as well. In the center console, there were two open bottles of Fireball whiskey, which only added to his suspicion. So, after the passenger was taken to the hospital, the officer had some questions for the driver. >> The driver's fake is on the trunk. She says that's her name. Um, get her date of birth. I'm going to >> go ahead and step out. >> Okay. And you said you're okay with us Friday episode, right? >> I'll do whatever you want. >> Okay. How much did you drink tonight? I didn't drink a lot. >> You What's not a lot? >> I didn't I really didn't drink at all. Like I >> like how much did you drink? >> Um >> cuz not a lot to me is is different than not a lot to you. >> I'll be honest with you. I went to the club. I went with her and she got a drink and I got a drink with her. >> Okay. >> And that's all I like that's all I have. I got a drink with her. I didn't drink beforehand. Like I didn't do that. >> I didn't drive to the club drunk. I didn't drive to the club at all under intoxication. >> The cops, of course, were not born yesterday, and it was clear she'd had more than one drink before getting behind the wheel. Even before the field sobriety test, she began tripping over her words. >> When did you have that drink? >> After I already got to the club and we were already inside. >> What time was that? >> Uh 12:30. 12:30. >> She had her one drink of what is it? Vodka with wine, right? >> Vodka, wine, and lime. Okay. At 1:30ish once you get to the club. >> Um it's about 1:30 right now. >> I'm going to ask you a couple questions. Okay. >> When was the last time you had anything to eat tonight? >> Um I had food with my roommate around >> 12 or 12:30 at >> Okay. And what do you eat? >> I had ravioli. Cheese ravioli. >> And you said was the uh the vodka lime and Sprite or whatever you said it was from. wasn't rough. >> Was that the last drink that you had? >> That was the last drink I had. I didn't have any drinks before I went out or before like when I was there. I got it with her and that was it. >> The officer asked the driver some other health related questions to ensure the erratic driving wasn't the result of something medical. And with no other possible excuse for her to be driving like that, the officer then began a series of field sobriety tests. >> Okay, remember don't move your head. Okay. Okay. Do [Music] >> you have a P for Kevin? I can't find anything. University 235 10091234. >> No, you're the same way. >> Okay. That was a nice >> Ouch. Needless to say, she failed every test. There was no way she'd had just one drink. And while the cop's suspicions were validated further, the cops had her perform one last test. >> And then bring them back and count to 30 with your eyes closed. Okay. >> Like just like this? >> Yeah. Just keep your arms just like that. Okay. >> Okay. Sir, count to 13. >> 30. >> 30. Okay. One, two, three. >> Okay. You're under arrest for DUI. >> Yes, sir. I have a question. >> Yeah. >> Um, do you know how I can get out of the Can I get out of the DUI? >> We can get out of a DUI. >> Well, do you know how I can be released? >> My parents don't live here. My mom doesn't live here. I don't know how they I don't know what to do. >> We'll explain everything. >> We'll explain all that to you once we get over the testing. Okay. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> Yes. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. You mind doing a search? >> You mind doing a search? >> I don't know how to I don't know what to do. >> We'll explain everything. >> Explain all that to you once we get over there. >> Hey, sir. >> Yes. >> Yes, sir. >> The last test was sneaky, but it was a very effective move by the cops. And in the state she was in, she didn't even see it coming. Next, the officer searched the woman before putting her in the squad car. >> My mom's not from here with you. Okay. You need >> I don't live in my mom. >> Am I going to go to jail forever? >> No. >> Okay. >> Yeah. You're going to get taken to the DUI testing center. We're going to ask you to provide a breath sample. After that, we'll do some paperwork. You'll go in holding cell for a bit and then I'm going to take you to the Orange County Jail. Can >> you step out of the vehicle? >> All right. >> Having a fake ID in plain view was really dumb, but driving drunk, of course, was even dumber. They charged the suspect with DUI and she was later booked into Orange County Jail. On September 5th, 2023 in Bvard County, Florida, the cops were patrolling the waters and pulled over a boat to conduct a safety inspection. During the inspection, the cops saw numerous alcohol containers, some of them open in plain sight. However, the teenage suspect had an excuse for just about everything. >> How you guys doing today? >> Awesome. Where are you guys coming from? We >> came from um Peanut Island. >> Peanut Island. Okay. How long are you out there for? >> Probably like two hours. Like that. >> All right. Is this your boat? >> All right. Do you have a cleat or something we can tie up on? >> Okay. >> Okay. Let me get this uh rope right off here. >> Who on the boat here is over 21? >> One of the boats here is over 21. Um nobody. >> Okay. >> That's what I was saying. My dad was on the boat before us. So from him, >> no. >> I swear to God, man. If you want, I could call him right now. >> I I highly doubt your dad was on this boat leaving empty alcohol cans cuz you said especially how long you said you were out for. >> I got pulled over by and the excuse was convenient, but it might not be enough to keep him out of trouble. In the meantime, the officer inspected the safety gear on board and then conducted a brief search, quickly spotting some items of interest. >> Can we move this? I want to see what's in here. >> Yeah, of course, man. I got you. >> Thank you. As I said, my dad was on the boat before me. If y'all want to do any surprises, I'm going to have to wait for my dad to get here to do that. >> How old are you? >> That's what my dad told me. I'm 16, but my dad told me if I ever get pulled over by any cops and they want to do anything to me, >> then I got wait for my dad to get here. >> All right. What's it? Can you pull that up? >> Yeah, man. I got you, too. Anything else you want me to move? >> Yeah. I want I want to see that that black plastic bag. I want to see what's in there. >> Yeah, I got you. Hey, baby. Can you hold this? It's nothing. >> Okay. And those >> Okay. And those those beers, what are those beers empty or those full? >> Those are full, but from my dad. I'm not drinking. >> And what about And what about all this these containers right here? >> In here is from my dad, except for the chips. >> Everything's from your dad. >> Everything's from my dad. >> Okay. >> Yes, you heard that right. According to the suspect, all of the alcohol, whether sealed or unsealed, belonged to his father. As they were doing the search, other officers ran the suspect's ID and found out he had a prior for open alcohol while boating. As a result, he was ordered to board their boat to be questioned further. >> Did I do anything wrong >> besides my dad's stuff on the boat? Did I do anything wrong? If you're operating the boat, you're It doesn't matter >> if your dad, your aunt, uncle, whatever took the boat, you're operating this boat with open alcohol containers. >> You're not Nobody's 21. >> My dad told >> they're consumed. There's some that aren't consumed. There's half bottles. There's a lot of it on there. So, it doesn't it doesn't matter at that point who had it before you. >> I got you. >> Here's what's going on. Um >> we want to talk to your dad and we want to let him know what's going on. >> Yeah. You want me to put your number? >> Yeah. Yeah. That's exactly what I'm going to ask you for. So, I'm going to I'm going to fill him in and give him um your options. Uh this way you can go from there. Okay. >> You want to talk to him first? >> Yeah. What are you going to say? You're just going to just let him know pass him. That's fine. You can give the introduction. >> Yeah. I'm going just let him know what happened. Hello. >> I can put it on speaker for me. >> On the officer's phone right now. >> Put it on speaker for me. >> Yeah, I got you. >> So, he he found the um alcohol things you left on the boat earlier. I was He was just like, "I just wanted to call." He wanted me to call you to confirm that it was yours and blah blah blah. >> No, that's Give me the phone. >> Dude, I forgot to clean that up. You didn't give me time to clean anything up before you left. >> You really had to hand it to the suspect's father. He was either in the habit of leaving empty scattered around the boat or he was a master at picking up on his son's verbal cues. After the officer realized that he shouldn't have let the teen direct the conversation, he quickly took over. Sir, this is Officer Bet from Florida Fish and Wildlife. >> Oh, my bad, dude. Any time I was working on the boats and I forgot. >> Okay, so I that's it's that's it's here or there. Okay. It's definitely not acceptable cuz he's got all this alcohol in the boat. All right. So >> So what what we're doing is we want to give him a a breathalyzer. Okay. And see if he's had anything to drink. Do you give us consent to do that? Because if if he refuses, if he refuses, it's also a citation requiring community service. >> If he refuses right now, I can go pick him up. >> Well, either way, we're taking him to wherever he came from. Yeah. We're not going to let him operate the boat. >> Yeah. Wherever he came from the dock. >> So, where? Yeah. Wherever the wherever he his house is. Wherever I guess your home. Uh we're we're taking him to there because he's got a boat um full of uh underageed >> people that we also have to do >> around the boat. >> No, we're we're on the ICW right now. So, we're going to the house right right now. I need to figure out um what steps we're doing to take going forward. Are we are we able to do the breathalyzer or are we going to do the refusal? >> As the young man was underage, that decision was entirely up to his father. If he really had faith that his son wasn't drinking, then there was no reason whatsoever to not give his consent for the breathalyzer. But before the father could answer, the officers had some questions for him first. >> So, what what did what exactly did you leave on the boat? What kind of alcohol? >> Uh, some Corona cans. >> Okay. >> I don't I don't I remember I don't I don't really drink that much. My friends were drinking and we were on that boat last night. >> Last night. >> I've been working I've been working on my boat today. >> Okay. So what they left on there? >> So when the la when's the last time you're on this boat? >> Michelle likes to drink those uh freaking black seltzer water things. I don't know if she left any of those on there. >> Okay. Who who was on the boat? That's if you don't drink that much. Who's on the boat that drank this much? >> Oh, my my girlfriend Michelle. >> Okay. Who else? You said some friends. >> Michelle, Mike, and uh Carlos. >> Okay. And this is And this is last night. >> This is last night. Yeah, we were we went to the slightly stupid concert. And then we were hanging out on the boat at the inter coastal for a little while. >> Okay. And >> he caught me by surprise today when he showed up and said, "Oh, I'm going to take the boat out." I was, like I said, I was working on my boat. >> I didn't I didn't even think about it. I didn't think about it. >> All right. And um can can you think of any other type of alcohol that would be on this boat? >> No, I can't. >> Okay. >> The cops are a little suspicious that the father was covering for his son, but there was no way at all to prove who the alcohol belonged to. The only thing they could do was breathalyze the teen. But his father had some other ideas. >> I would go with the refusal. >> Okay. Okay. That's it. That's what I needed to know. Um >> sir, do you want me to go pick him up? Do you What do you want me to do? >> Um stand by on that. I'm going to I'm going to go talk with my uh fellow officers and then I'll give you a call back shortly. Okay. All right. So, you heard your dad saying for the refusal. Um obviously, I still have to ask you. Okay. >> Um got to lay out the options. If you don't think you've had anything to drink, >> Yeah. then obviously you wouldn't mind doing the breathalyzer. If not, you can do the refusal. >> Each of them have penalties. Okay. So, if you do refuse, it's a citation and there's uh 50 hours of community service involved with that as well. Okay. Um we are going to charge you for the possession of alcohol already, okay? Because that's that that part is is unacceptable. Um just sit tight for now. And >> I'm going to get charged for some my dad did. >> It doesn't matter. Your dad couldn't name the alcohol that was on the boat. Okay. And I caught what you did. As soon as you're on the phone, you let your dad, hey, I I tried to tell them that you forgot the alcohol. You know, this is this is what we do. You did. You said it's all right. We It's again, that's either here or there. >> I I know what you were trying to do. Okay. >> The teen denied that he was trying to drop hints to his dad on the phone, but the officers told him to save his breath. As the young man had been arrested for a similar offense before, he should have known better, of course, than to cruise around in a vessel full of alcohol, whether it was his or not. >> Even if it still doesn't matter, mere fact that you have all the alcohol and we can smell everything >> on the boat and you're the operator and you've had you've had priors with this too, right? >> Yeah. >> Yes. So, where where do you think your credibility is? >> I understand. >> You know what I'm saying? There is none. You know what I mean? And it may seem like we're coming down harsh, but it's for a reason. People die over this stuff. I'm serious. So, we're doing this for a reason. So, we are going to go with those and then we'll get you with the docs right here and we'll get you going. All right. >> They charged the teen with possession of alcohol by a person under 21 and refusal to provide a breath sample. On December 30th, 2022, the cops responded to a residence after reports of a woman smashing a window. And while she claimed it was self-defense, the evidence suggested otherwise. >> What's going on? >> Nothing. >> Why are you smashing stuff? >> He sm He smashed me. I'm going get I'm wait for my friend to pick me up. It's nothing. It's >> okay. Well, let's figure out what's going on. So, what you got in an argument with your >> I got in an argument. That's it. But my friend is coming to get me right now. Right, Tori? >> Okay. Well, let's figure out what's going on before we >> Okay. >> Who you got an argument with? >> I got an argument with my friend. >> Who's your friend? >> His name DJ. That's my hand is so bloody because I got an argument with him. >> Okay. Why is your hand blooded? >> Because I I was hitting him and he was beating me up. >> The woman said that after beating her up, the man she was seeing, DJ, had fled the scene. Strangely, although she claimed he'd beaten her badly, she had no visible injuries, despite the fact that the altercation occurred just before the officer arrived. >> You got to tell me what's going on. >> Okay. Okay. He got mad because uh I was going to I had my friend come get me. >> Okay, >> that's it. And this the friend that I'm talking to right now, that's the friend that was going to come get me. Okay. >> Okay. Boom. So, he got mad or whatever like that. So, he started trying to like, you know, come come toward me like he was in front of me. So, you know, like the little like the little banners that like show advertisement. So, the little banners that was supposed to show advertisement, I pulled them out because he was trying to swing on me. So, I was not going to swing on him. >> Yes. >> Okay. We was fighting. I pulled the little like the disbanders, the advertisement. I pulled him out the thing or whatever because he was going to hit me. So, I didn't want to hit him, but I never want to hit him. >> What do you mean you're pulling him out? Because he was he start swinging on me. He start like like he want to swing on me. >> So how did you grab a hold of them if he was swinging on you? >> Because they was in the dirt like like if I show you over there, I can show you the things that you could pull out from the dirt. They like advertisement like you know like a little banner. >> I thought you meant you were pulling on DJ. >> No, you pull on the banner thing to like protect yourself. >> No, no, no, no. I was putting on the little banner thing to protect myself because he was going to tugle me and he is a dude and I didn't want to tle you. Whatever. I didn't think that he was gonna like really like pit his on me, but he p his on me. That's how my finger start doing this because he smuggled me to the point I hit the ground. >> According to the woman, she'd been swinging the ad banners in self-defense at him, and she ended up breaking the office window in the workshop. And while the officer was listening calmly to her story, she was getting frustrated, berating the officer, and raising her voice. >> That's the thing I failed to realize. He pushed the out of me. >> What are you talk? What do you mean I failed to realize it? >> Okay, because you was not here. That's what I'm saying. The failed to realize because you was not here. >> I realize it because you told me. I didn't. >> You not realize anything? Because you not believe you. >> I didn't believe you. >> Okay. But that's how you make it seem like you don't believe me. And I'm letting you know right now what happened. I'm not trying to be on no mother, no mother anything. I'm letting you know what what happened. >> Okay. Where did he punch you at? >> He punched me right in my face. What do you mean? >> What do you mean? What do I mean? Stop. Stop. I'm asking you a question because you want with me because in there I'm trying to I'm trying to make some sense here. >> Okay, take a deep breath. >> No, I'm not going to take a deep breath because while we bro every time. It's just every time. Like literally every time, bro. >> Every time. What? >> Every time. I just got locked up two weeks ago. >> The woman's friend arrived on scene whose name was Tori and immediately told her to calm down. Unfortunately, she didn't have any more luck bringing the tension down than the officer did. >> Ma'am, he punched you in the face. >> Yes, he punched me right in the He booked me in the basement right now. I Bro, it's four people right now, bro. If you want to go to the garage right now, I swear to God, it's four people in there right now. >> Okay, we can do that. >> Come on, let's go. >> I want to make sure I have your story in. >> No, I want you to go to the four people right now so they can start talking to this man like that. They're not going to listen to you. girl not listening to me. I'm no surprise. >> Even as night approached, the woman still hadn't calmed down. Her mother eventually showed up, but it was still much the same, mainly screaming and shouting. And when DJ returned to the shop, the cops finally got a chance to talk to him. >> Did you know about this, too? >> No, man. >> Oh, so you were gone when you did this? >> I told you I was pulling because if you check my record, you can see I went to jail for stuff already in the in the domestic thing. So, I know how to avoid it. She literally just left. >> So what I did was I pulled out. She like, "Yeah, take your ass on going on." So I slid. The first thing she did was grab this right. >> Okay. >> And threw it right here when I was here. >> Okay. >> So I said, "Okay, now you bust that [ __ ] Know the people going to call the police on you now. >> I don't give a Okay. Let me get up out of here right now. Then I don't want no parts of this shit." >> So when I left this one was all this. I put that back because you know it was disrespect. I was going to come clean it back up, but I didn't know she [ __ ] did this. According to DJ, he left the place after she threw a plan at him and started causing a scene. He had no idea she'd broken the shop's window and also a car's windshield. And while there were no surveillance cameras, a couple of people nearby witnessed the entire thing. And with the shop owner wanting to press charges, there was only one thing left to do. >> Do you remember me from earlier? >> Huh? >> You remember me from earlier? I was one of the deputies. Is uh here? >> Yeah, sure. >> Hey, can we talk to you real quick? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, real quick on your back. All right. She's going to go to jail. Wow. >> One more job for her >> because of the damage to the vehicle and the glass. They want >> me first >> as a separate. >> Oh my god. >> Nobody said I was getting press charged or anything. That was before we spoke to them. >> Okay. But the thing is you met with him, but you ain't talked to him about him [ __ ] >> Okay. So what the do you mean? Okay. But they he on me. >> IT DON'T MATTER. HE PE his hands on me. That's the thing. Now he want to press charger. >> OKAY. BUT [ __ ] I PRESS CHARGER. He his hands on me. The >> He on me first. Let's go. Let's go. Let's see that ring camera. That's the thing. That's what they trying to I DON'T CARE. THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY AREN'T DEAD. >> I DON'T CARE. >> THIS woman seemed to have only two emotional states. Crying uncontrollably and extreme rage. The cops told the woman that while they would investigate her allegations of abuse, it was a separate matter. As of now, she was being charged with destruction of property and also vandalism. >> Call him right. No, that's a thing. You understand me? YOU REALIZE >> don't do this. >> All right, we're gonna go in the car. You're too late. >> Stop. >> I'm not being >> Come on. Sit down. Sit down. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in. >> Put your feet in the car. Stop making this harder than it needs to be. I'm not I'm going to ask you one more time, please put your feet in the car. >> Oh my god, why you so creepy? You're so creepy. Why you so >> The cops got ready to take her to jail. But first things first, she had to have one more screaming match with her mother. It seemed like this woman was willing to blame everybody but herself for her very own actions. >> Okay, >> you're going to get another charge if you break the window. >> Explain to her that she's about to another charge. Yeah. Bro, I get the window. >> You going YOU GOING TO GET ANOTHER CHILD? SHUT UP. >> SHUT UP. DON'T TALK TO ME. >> YOU DON'T TELL ME NO. SHUT UP. >> YOU GREEN. >> I'm green. I wasn't even there. >> I'M GREEN. I DON'T CARE. YOU'RE GREEN. GREEN. You're green. You're green. >> Ma'am, you're green. They saying it. >> We're getting nowhere with this. So, thank you. Anyways, >> she was transported to jail and to no one's surprise, she kicked and shouted and bered the officer all the way there. And before they could get there, the cop made a pit stop because he was sick of her childish antics. >> CAN YOU kick the windows out? >> Stop. You're going to get hobbled. [Music] you. >> I'll be stopping at 57 to 15. Can you send me another unit? >> Stop kicking. All right, just hold your leg. I got this one. >> Stop. Let me >> stop. Get him. Got it up now. Stop. Stop. >> Let me go. >> Let me go. >> Okay. >> Stop kicking. >> Stop kicking. >> Stop kicking. >> Calm down. Calm down. >> [ __ ] yeah. Leave me alone. Leave me alone. >> That's what you going to get. >> Put your feet in. Oh my god. Oh my god. >> They charged the woman with battery on law enforcement, criminal mischief, and resisting without violence. As a result, she was sentenced to 3 years probation, anger management, and was also ordered to pay damages. On May 15th, 2025, the cops were on patrol and spotted a serial criminal trespassing on private property. However, when they approached the suspect, the last thing on her mind was complying with them. >> She's running ahead. I'M GOING SEND THE DOG. STOP RUNNING. >> Oh god, it's out. Good. >> Give us your hand. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. >> Well, we can't do this. >> I'm not even from here. >> Turn around. >> Can you stop? >> You got nothing in. It's okay. Just breathe everybody. We're good. >> Get her up. While the foot chase lasted for about 5 seconds, the suspect, Destiny, was known to police. And even though they had a history, she continued resisting their every move while being searched. >> You're not going anywhere, Destiny. Just stop. >> Don't kick me. >> Chill out. >> Dustin, stop resisting. >> You're not going. >> Relax. >> Stop resisting. Destiny kick. >> Why you trying to hurt my mouth? >> What are you doing? This is crazy. >> For nothing. Watch your feet. >> What are you doing, dude? Listen, stop resistant. Close the door. Close. >> After what seemed like ages, the cops eventually secured the woman in the back of a cruiser. Next up, she was taken to the station for questioning, but she remained uncooperative. >> Good. >> Yep. How much you want? Are you done? He's tired. >> Stop. Please. I don't want to hurt you. Nobody hurt yourself. Stop. >> Stop. Just relax. They're going to stand you up and you're going to comply. You are already done. We're done. This fight's over. You understand it? Stop. >> Stop. >> You don't need to be like that. Recovery. Recovery. >> Now search the left side. >> Destiny. >> Relax. >> I have nothing. >> All she was doing was extending her wrap sheet. What she needed to do was calm down and work with them because otherwise they take additional measures to restrain her. They still had to finish searching her, but it was easier said than done. >> Stop. Hey, put some on the ground. >> Control one hand. Control the other and go to your jacket off. >> We're uncomfortable. >> No. No. We're going to wait now. We're going to wait. We're going to wait. >> Stop. >> STOP. >> STOP acting a child. >> Like a child, bro. >> You see yourself for what? >> Trespassing. >> What? I was a trespass, bro. I'm not banned from that. >> You're banned from that. >> Yes, you are. >> Always doing the same thing yesterday. >> The cops eventually managed to cover her to a bench and left her on her own a bit to cool down. However, even after a little break, when the cops came back to finish the job, she went back to her old ways. upper body. You guys go to leg >> let go my keys. It's not stop. While it was no easy task, the cops finally finished searching her. After she was left to her own devices for roughly 5 hours, they then tried to transport Destiny to the county jail. And sadly for the officers, she still had some fight left. >> Really, Destiny? >> Relax. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. You got to get another charge. >> You already get another charge. >> I don't have anything, bro. >> Yeah. Checking me for what? >> It's for what? How about that? >> I don't have anything. >> You don't have anything. Let her check that. That's it. >> I'm not being actual. Ying arrested for what? >> Let her check, >> bro. >> We could have already been done. >> I didn't do bro. >> Yeah, hold on. >> Get off of me, bro. Bro, off me. Yo, >> I have nothing. Yeah. Steady checking for what? >> For what? >> Why? For what? Why did we have to do it? >> Cuz youing said something. >> It was frustrating, but the cops still had to search the woman before transporting her because that was the protocol. And due to her combative behavior, she also got some ankle braces to match the handcuffs. Get the off. >> No, bro. Get the OFF, BRO. Y'ALL STEADY TRYING to arrest my >> bro. NO. Y TRYING TO ARREST my No, bro. Bro, >> get the off, bro. >> Why arrest me? For what? For what? They charged Destiny with criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, battery on an officer, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct. On the 2nd of October, 2023, officers responded to a residence after reports of a suspected drunk driver. When the officers arrived, they were greeted by the suspect at his friend's house. And while he was visibly drunk, at least he was honest. >> Let me show you my >> Don't start the car. Get out. Yo, look here. It's >> not leaving me. It's going to stay here. >> Okay. Look, man. So, we got a report that you were driving the vehicle. I didn't see you driving it, but >> I'm telling you right now, the whole reason I'm here >> I was. >> Now, what? >> Now, what? >> You do not have a report. You were just telling me I was. >> No, I >> I've been here all night, dog. Don't me. >> The whole reason I'm here is cuz I got a call. >> Walk home. You leave me alone, right? >> You walk home? >> Yeah, I'm civilian. Yeah, I can see like a bunch of open containers in the car. >> I'm not gonna arrest you, but >> Christopher, bro, I have a warrior sound. >> I know. I told you about it. >> Yeah, I know. But you know what? I'm going to arrest for >> You're not going to get arrest. You're going to arrest me anyway. Just please. >> The words belligerent and hostile were in no way strong enough to describe the man's behavior. The officer tried to calm things down, but the suspect Chris was gearing up for a fight. He could talk tough all he wanted, but he wasn't going to like the outcome. >> I told him not to like keep driving. So, we pulled over here. Super intoxicated right now. That's why I'm like, >> it's obvious. Am I Am I intoxicated? Go before you send some more. >> Do something right now. >> Hey, Chris. Chris, you're trying to get me in trouble right now. >> Get back over here. Get back over here. Get out of the street. >> Come on. I see you. at this point. >> You don't have permission to check my car over here. Hey, >> you don't have permission to check my car. >> I'm not checking your car. >> Hey, no, man. I'm telling you, just drop the cars. >> Are you calling your dad? Are you calling your dad? >> Yeah. >> I told you to call your dad. I am. >> All right. Call him. >> While Chris attempted to contact his father on the phone, more cops arrived on scene, but for whatever reason, Chris thought he was in a position to call the shots. But as he was about to find out, that wasn't the case. No, I wasn't even driving at all. >> That's why I kept me. >> There's no key in the car. There's no key. >> If you touch me, I'm going to go to jail. >> Hey, stand over. Stand back. You touch me, you're going to go to jail. Stand me. >> Okay. Stand back over there, man. >> Stand back over. Leave me alone. Stand over here. Stand over there. >> Please leave me alone, man. Stand over there. >> Come over here. Just look. >> Stand right there. >> Don't get in my car. >> Stand right there on your car. >> Chris, >> get in my car. That's illegal, man. Chris, >> look. You're looking at my car. That's illegal. >> Don't touch me. That's illegal. >> I'm telling you. >> Touch me, man. That's illegal. >> I'm telling you, stand right here and you can talk on the phone, >> okay? >> But you can't be getting in people's faces. >> Leave me the alone. >> All right. >> Unfortunately for Chris, it wasn't illegal for the officer to look in his car. He continued ignoring the officer's orders, walking past them, pointing his finger in their faces, and shouting at them. So eventually the cops had enough of his entitled behavior. What's the address in my face? One more time. >> Give me your hand. >> I got to see. >> Give your other hand. Give your other hand. >> Hey man. >> Why you acting stupid? >> Not trying to get up. >> Can I get you? >> Get up. My dad's on the way. I got to pee, man. >> What's your dad's name? P your pants out here. >> My father, please, >> man. I got to piss. You heard me. Give him the address. Give my dad the address. My home father, bro. At first, the cops had been willing to let Chris's father come to the scene and pick him up and take the car, but due to his actions, the only place he was headed at this point was to jail. However, they first had to make a pit stop at the hospital where the man continued acting like a spoiled brat. >> What's your birthday? >> I'm going to jail. >> Get your foot down. I'm going to jail. >> Get your foot down. >> Dame dur. >> What's your name? What's your date of birth? >> Can't speak for me, bro. >> Then answer their questions. >> Can't speak for me though. Can't speak for me. Take this squirt. Can't speak for me. >> Okay. >> Can you Is that illegal? >> He told me your birthday. >> Last name. >> You should know. He's going to tell you anyways. What's my last name? >> Was it? >> No. >> What was it? >> Chris. >> It's right there. You see? >> Christopher. Answer the question. Everybody send me to jail, man. Am I going to jail? >> Christopher is right. >> What's your last name? >> Not considering me. He knows it. >> He was anxious to get the process moving, but ironically, he was the one holding everything up. It was one thing to have an attitude with the officers, but treating the nursing staff poorly was unacceptable. And as if being rude wasn't enough, he thought of another weird way to annoy everyone. >> Are you refusing treatment? >> No, I'm not. >> I want somebody here. We're helping you. Sit right. >> Hey man, please help me. >> Come on. Please help me. You got to help yourself. >> Stand up. >> Please help me. Stand up. You're going to hurt me, bro. >> Put your cuffs, >> man. Take them off, >> man. You're trying to help you, bro. >> Stop pulling, man. >> Trying to put them up. >> All right. Send up, >> man. Please pick that off. The agent do good. Mr. Floyd will do it. He'll do it good. >> Get your blood pressure. >> Can I refuse? Do you have the right to refuse this? >> You have the right to everything. You can just take the right to like that. >> Pick my nose. Going to pick my nose or you going to [ __ ] >> Hey, look. You going to peek my nose? >> What's in the look? >> All right. >> Don't push me. >> I'm not touching you. >> I'm not going to do I'm being good, bro. I'm sorry, man. >> I don't need to shake your hand. Sit down. >> That's what I want you to do. Sit back. >> You [ __ ] down. >> Use your bathroom. >> Thank you. >> Okay. I'm sorry, dude. >> You're kicking the door. You think you're going to get easy? >> I don't hurt my ows. Ow, my hands hurt. Ow. >> Get in there. >> Now my hands hurt. I need to change cuffs. >> I need to change cuffs. >> Get your legs in there. >> Please change >> right now. Get in there. >> We can change them. Put them in the back. >> It hurts really bad, man. >> It hurts. >> In the car. >> Cuffs. >> You're in the car. >> C, man. Ow. Ow. My cuffs hurt. Chris was transported to jail and unsurprisingly he was acting like a wise guy the whole way. No doubt the cops were tired of his antics and couldn't wait to get him off their hands and into a cell. >> I got to take care of my grandma, man. >> All right, I'm just pleased. >> They're going to take him off right now. They're going to take him off. >> I got a grandma. I got to take care of her, bro. Nobody pays her bills, bro. Nobody pays my grandma's bills, bro. Don't touch me. Over here. >> I didn't I didn't touch you. I'm trying not to kick over here. >> Okay. Can you give me a little handshake with you? >> Okay. I have to let you in, but I'm trying to take a minute. >> Can I get a handshake? It's not going to go against my drive. >> We're going to talk to you right now. >> Okay. >> They charged the man with assault on an officer. And while it might be hard to believe, somehow the next suspect was even more annoying. On the 12th of August 2023, the cops were dispatched to Buffalo Wild Wings after reports of a young woman throwing a tantrum and causing a disturbance. When she was asked to leave, she went berserk, causing a massive scene and disrupting paying customers. >> How's it going? I have a lady that's a little I don't know what's her deal in there, but she won't she's on my counter. She won't get off. I just told her you guys are coming at this point. >> Is she related to her? >> She's with her. >> What's her problem? >> I don't know. They both were dining in >> I don't know. I mean, he had we serve him one drink. I don't know if she's that intoxicated. my know. >> Yeah, she won't have a problem. >> Not necessarily her, but the one inside is really having a problem right now. >> And I told her, "Get off my counter." And she's like, "You can't do nothing. You're not going to touch me." I said, "I'm not touching you." I said, "Please don't be." >> Actually, there were two women causing a disturbance. But one of them was causing a much bigger problem than the other. After talking to the manager, the cops went inside to confront the woman. And I have to go. I'll show you my ID and all that. I'm going to talk and you can talk. I hardly respect. I've been waiting. No, I'm not. This is where my issue is. Like, I will not leave. You're not going to make me leave. I'm going to pull my ID and everything. But I've been coming here. I come here with my mentor and [ __ ] He does this every time I come. And my M got my ID and said, "I don't even have a my Sorry, sir. I'm not I'm sorry. I'm not. Okay, you can understand, but you're not gonna tell me to get the out. That's what you're not gonna do. I already tried to be peaceful. I've been here. Every time I eat here, they do the same my ID, bro. I'm not going to lie to you. I come in with my mentor and everything. He shows them my ID and my cuz, you know, I understand. I was >> my issue is no. I can't come in here with no feet. I came outside with no feet and everything. He had some racist. That's my issue. And I'm not going to leave till my problem stop. While she was visibly drunk and causing a scene, she refused to take any blame for her part and instead chose to blame racism as the reason she was kicked out. In reality, they'd asked the woman to leave because she was drunk, belligerent, and was barefoot in their restaurant. >> Sounds like you should stop coming here. >> But that's not a good thing, bro. My family eats here. I don't know if I don't even real ID her. Okay, cool. I'm going to go get my tips in the car after that. Like, you don't have no [ __ ] It's another issue. Like, what is it? What do you want? You just don't want my >> Very good opportunity for you to leave and deescalate the situation. >> No, I'll leave after I press my card on the whole card to be impressed. If you leave, you're going to be trespassed. >> You can say that. I'm going to get trespassed. But he can give me his general manager and everybody's number. I have a lawyer. I don't play that. No, this is too deep. And I have evidence. Step outside. >> I'll step outside. >> She eventually accompanied the cops outdoors, but not before threatening the staff and flipping them off. Due to the woman's behavior, the staff had had enough and they informed the officers that they wanted the woman trespassed. >> Why do you want to be trespassed? >> Why? Why didn't you get trespassed? And you heard all them threats getting made to me. I'm going to record this cuz you heard all them threats getting made to me. You didn't want to do nothing. Now it's when I open the door. You see this [ __ ] But all them tests was getting made to me inside. It was never open. It's an issue now. It's an issue though now. It's an issue now. >> I'm not Don't touch me. Don't trust me. >> Okay, then give give a person to. You can trust that, but you can't trust that until I'm off the property. And I know that, too. So, stop playing with my law. I'm in law school right now. You want to see? >> You know, the good news is I'm a lawyer, too. Okay, then we're both people. What you mad about? I can show you right now. >> Based on how she was acting and the questionable things she'd been saying, it didn't sound like the woman had learned anything from law school. But who knows if she was ever really a law student. After trying to argue the finer points of the law with them, she eventually followed them outside. >> She's not going to keep playing with me like I'm stupid. Law school. >> Where you going to law school at? >> You get married. It's not been in here. It's not, bro. That's why I know you get math. main law school. I go to um Florida for law school and help I got my associates in a year, bro. Administrative and health. I don't care that. >> What about your bachelor's degree? >> Huh? >> What about your bachelor's degree? >> Bachelor's degree? I'm not yet. >> You didn't have a B. You don't have >> No, don't have bor. >> You can't go to law school without a bachelor's degree. >> No, does health and admission. Are you listening? I'm trying to talk to you, but you >> get a restraining order and I want to sue everybody in the restaurant from summer to everybody. >> It's not that serend. >> No, it don't even matter. I need to sue everybody's the managers, the employee, everybody's >> you want to matter. >> So, we can't sue them. That's a civil issue. You have to call. You have to call them. >> So, I can get the number to everybody. Why are you touching me though? I'm not even trespassed. Why are you touching me? >> I'm not even trespassed. Why are you touching me? >> It's okay. I got to learn for that. >> The suspect was already outside the establishment and the cops informed her she was being trespassed. So, all she had to do was walk away and go home. But like so many others, she wanted to do things the hard way. >> Why are you even touching me? That's not >> Are you guys okay? THIS NOT EVEN PROPERTY of Buffalo. >> You're trespassing here. >> That's the property. >> You're about to go to jail. Give me one more chance to my car's right here. entail me. This is so loudly. I know the PROPERTY OF WHAT I'M LIKE LITERALLY 30 seconds. You're going to jail. >> 30 seconds. >> Listen to me, >> bro. You're going to get embarrassed by everybody in the car. Do you know the property of Uncle Walden's property is right there? Are you okay? You're going to arrest me for a property I'm not even on. >> Why? >> Why are you doing that? >> Why? This is embarrassing black. Stop saying that. But all we're doing is you won't get trouble. >> WHY THOUGH? I CALLED. WHY YOU guys not listening to me? >> Because they don't want you here. >> But I don't give a >> They have to not have you in their business. >> Business? But okay. But >> all your frustrations, nothing we can do about it. >> After arguing with the cops for another 5 minutes or so, she eventually made her way to her vehicle. The problem was the cops knew she was drunk and if she tried to start her vehicle, they were going to charge her with DUI. In the meantime, the officer talked to the manager and gave him a copy of the trespass order. We're trying to figure out a way to like just get her to leave, but obviously her car's here, but then she's been drinking, too. >> Yeah, I know. Like, so we told her if she can even when she starts it, you guys going to get her for a DUI? I already know. >> And we're not we're not trying to do that. We're trying >> I hear you guys. You guys trying to get her out of here. >> She's being somewhat compliant, but at the same time, it's like she be still. >> So, I get it. >> Thank you, sir. >> Yep. You're welcome, man. So, here's the thing. Since you are being trespassed, you can't just sit here. >> But I'm going >> You got to like go to the other side. [ __ ] No, I'm not going to drive this car. So, they can pull me over and give me that ride. >> Okay. Well, you got to walk over there or something. You still on their property. >> My car is on this property, dude. >> Why you guys keeping this? I'm not going inside the property. This is like trying to irks me on somebody when you know they're not. >> No, we're trying to diffuse. Honestly, we're trying to >> So, can I just go home? If you're diffusing somebody, I can push my seat belt on and I can go home. >> No, you can't drive. I'll give you a ride home. >> No, that's what you're not going to do. You can give me the breath test and you can test my alcohol. >> No, we're not doing that. You're not driving. Okay. So, just give me my percentage. Give me an act [ __ ] I'm not late. You can >> No, that's not how that works. >> The cops here were being more than cordial. For the better part of 20 minutes, they'd already put up with her crap. And now they were offering to give her a ride home so she could avoid a DUI. But instead of taking their offer, she wanted to continue arguing. And then she did just about the dumbest thing you could imagine. >> Y'all be trying to play dumb black. Don't do that. >> Don't do that. Turn the car off. >> Turn it off. >> Get my [ __ ] What the Are you okay? You want me to be calm? Are you going to be my [ __ ] You want me to get up? You mommy cannot walk in this building, [ __ ] Smack this. >> Okay, hang on. We're going to Okay. >> You see this? >> You're not You're not behaving yourself right now. >> Stop tonight. >> We've been giving you so many chances tonight. Are you guys serious right now? >> I don't understand. >> Bro, can we stop? Can we just have a conversation? Bro, >> we've attempted multiple conversations, >> bro. You guys are not. Bro, >> oh my, bro. >> Why, bro? Just stop. This is getting ridiculous, bro. >> I told him to drug test me everything. >> Take a seat. Take a seat, >> bro. That's embarrassing. No, don't close the door, bro. >> Put your feet in. Put your feet in. >> Nah, bro. You going to have to kill me, bro. Like I'm not like I would not even >> I didn't do nothing. No, >> we're not going to we're not going to do a DUI for driving. >> But we offered to take you home. We just said you can't be here cuz you trespass. >> But that's what I'm saying. That's different though. >> So that's why you're being detained. >> You're being detained because you're refusing to leave. You have to leave that. >> All right. You guys can uh put her go to my car. >> No. No. No. No. What? Wait wait wait wait. Can you please stop? You're under arrest for trespass. >> Okay. Please let go of me. Please.
