All right, turn around. Put your hands back. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What's going on? What's going on? What's going on? Okay, don't be nervous. Great. Hey, don't be Hey, step out here. No, sir. Step out here. I will not. I am on private property. I understand. Step out here. Not all neighbors are created equally. The people who live around us can influence how much we like our neighborhood or in some cases, how much we hate it. Thankfully, the cops are just one call away when neighbors from hell get caught in the act. On the 8th of April, 2024, police were called out in response to reports of a woman harassing her neighbors. She was making a ton of noise and also claiming that a killer was hiding inside their camper. Compared to some of the other stuff she came up with when cops arrived, that accusation wasn't the craziest. Who's yelling over there? That's Sherry over there. She claimed that there's a the killer from the Elorn bar who's in our camp last minute and all this other crap. I was talking. All right, just hang out here. I'll come talk to you. Hey, Jerry. Come here. Hey, it's my yard. What are you going to do? I dare you. Are you going to talk to me? My yard. Are you going to talk to me or not? No. You want to be left alone. I want no dick spy on me. So, I got to put action to block the field. Well, if you'd like to have a civil conversation, rob by this this guy. Sherry, I will talk to you, but I will not be yelled at. How the do you know who the I am? I will not talk to you. Going to yell at me and swear at me. Hey, dude. But I'd be happy to talk to you. The neighbor from hell, Sherry, had been caught in the act with officers hearing her before they could even see her. She doesn't seem to think she's doing anything wrong, but if she doesn't calm down, the officer won't be able to even talk to her. What's your first name? Deputy Vince Piaente. What's your first name, Vince? Are you a person? I think so. Are you human being? I believe so. A man as far as I know. American. Yep. Born a race. Do you want to have a conversation or not? Born in America. Okay. I've asked you I'm not done asking my question. Take care. So, what today took place? I don't know. I I just got home from work. sitting on the bench just drinking my water and relaxing, getting some sunshine. And she starts she comes out, she starts yelling and calling me a fatigue and all kinds of horrible things. Okay. And I So I just went in the house cuz I didn't want to confront her and he I said I said Sherry's yelling at me and he goes off and what's the matter with you? She still thinks somebody's living in our camper. Sherry here is clearly delusional, as if it wasn't enough to accuse her neighbors of harboring a murderer in their camper. She even had doubts if the cop was a human being. If there was anyone here that wasn't acting normal, it was definitely her. Do you guys want her charged? Yes. Yes. I'll come back and get statements. Sherry, Sherry, you're under arrest. If you go in that house, you're going to get charged with resisting. Sher, you're under arrest. You're under arrest. So, either come out or you're getting charged with resisting. Last chance. I know the law. Okay, come here. I ain't coming near you and you cannot come in here. I know the law. I can get a warrant and kick your door in if you'd prefer. Go get a warrant. Okay. Go get a warrant cuz that's where it's going to take right now. Just so you're aware, you're under arrest for resisting arrest. No, I'm not. You are. I'm in my house. I I'm telling you you're under arrest. That's not a safe space. Okay. I'm in my house. You're under arrest for disorderly conduct. I did nothing. And resisting arrest because you went in your house after I advised you you're under arrest. So, you can either come out or I'll put out a warrant. Okay. Like your typical arrogant neighbor, Sherry seems to think she knows the law a lot better than she actually does. The cops communicating clearly and telling her exactly what's going to happen if she doesn't cooperate. But this woman just doesn't care. I did nothing wrong. Oh, you got to prove it though. And if any of this blows off your property, I'm adding littering, which some of that is. So, I'm going to add littering. Oh, okay. Cuz that one's almost on the street. You think you scare me? No, not trying to. I'm just informing you because you want to know your rights. I'm giving you all the information. My neighbor's here from spying on you in my own yard. I gave you a chance to talk. You didn't want to talk? You're under arrest because I put you under arrest when you were outside. Yeah, I advise you you were under arrest. You did not. I did. No. And I'm not under arrest. You are under arrest. I did nothing wrong. I am not under arrest. Okay. At all whatsoever. I did nothing wrong. It's not against the law. She comes out and rants and she yells and screams and How long has she been living here then? Couple years. Couple years, huh? And she's always consistent like that. Is there anything that sets her up? Then she attacked Yep. She attacks them all the time, too. They're like down below. Oh, I mean, did she do that today to you guys? No, this been going on the last couple years. Okay. Um, she sent me 170 text messages in 11 hours. Oh, jeez. You gave her your number. That's cuz I was mowing over there for the owner. That's a crazy number of messages for anyone to send. And chances are that their contents are just as insane as her ramblings and her insane accusations. The cops have given her more than enough chances to explain herself, but it seems like she wants to learn her lesson the hard way. Hands behind your back. No. No. Wait. Wait. What is it? I'm not. What is Why are you doing this? Stop fighting. Where's my phone? You need an ambulance? Yes. Okay. What's hurting? Everything. I will not I will not fight with you guys. I don't want this dirt on me. I Come on. I don't want this dirt on me. How? Lord, it's me. Father, you know me. I need them to get away from me. Lord, release me in Jesus name. Amen. I did nothing wrong. You know it, Father. Unfortunately for Sherry, it was too late for prayers. And to be honest, after everything she's done so far, it's pretty ironic that she's now embracing religion. Based on the woman's behavior, there's a pretty good chance she's either high or drunk. It's either that or she's just a really terrible neighbor. It's emotional damages. Is there anybody else inside the house on them? Yeah. And then they're armed, too. They got weapons. Why do you want to know? Because I want to say hi to them. Oh, I'm sorry. You got a little dirt on you. Let me help you out. Hey, I've been nice to you. Yeah, dear. I'm listening to your conversation. Can I see how much you've had a drink now? Yeah. Can you just do me a favor? Yeah. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Yeah. Hurry up. Hurry up. I want to blow. I want to blow. Let me show you how crazy and drunk I am. Just nice and steady. Okay. Yeah. Nice and steady and slow. After praying out loud and begging God to save her, she then went back to berating and cursing at the cops. She was only making it harder to convince people that she was just an innocent neighbor. I want to I want to look at you and spit in your eyes with AIDS. I got AIDS. Do you know that? I got AIDS doing that. I got AIDS. I got an immune system problem. I got AIDS. If I spit in your eye, you're going to die. You got it. I don't want that to happen. I do. Got one. Get one. Get one for all of you. Put some eye shades on, too. I got eight. Hey, wait. I need my EG. Where's my EG? What? What am I doing here? You don't want you talking about You want to see my You want to see my too? You were talking about spitting us or putting this on. Okay. Oh, why? Because why? Because I have eggs. Well, that's going. So, nobody wants to get eggs. You want me to bite you? You want I just get a game plan for getting here to the amble. This is so interesting. Look, you see this father in heaven? You see this? Right. Regardless of whether Sherry has AIDS or not, spitting on a cop would certainly lead to an assault charge. However, as the officer said, they'd rather not have that happen in the first place, which is exactly why they put the spit hood on her. What? I wasn't cooperative ever? No. Are you kidding me? I grabbed you. You started kicking at me. Wait, why did you get to empty my pocket? stuff in the house. Okay. Oh, in the house. You're not allowed in my house, Shar. We're going to get up. Okay. We're going to walk you out. All right. So, just keep your feet where you're at. Right. One, two, three. Watch your feet behind you for your arms. You got to slide your hands back up. I'm 85. Can we just put that in the house? I hope I hope you know what the Lord can do to you. I don't feel good. My heart hurts. I want to go to the hospital right now. I'm having a heart attack. I'm having a heart attack. I'm having a heart attack. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I'm having a heart attack. You can yell at us. You can breathe. I'm having a heart attack. Like that guy in the red jacket said, if she can yell at them, she can breathe. And on top of that, if she's really having a heart attack, the paramedics are right there beside her, loading her into an ambulance. So, she was exactly where she needed to be. My body, my rights. Well, if you're having a heart attack, my body, my rights. No, my body, my rights. We can start. My body, my rights. My body, my rights. My body, my human rights. International rights. Override all local and federal laws. International human rights. I claim the Geneva convention. I take a pill from there. My body is amazing because I take this pill from there. It's called colostrum. Only get it from New Zealand. I didn't I didn't say that I was going to anybody because I didn't I don't have any knives. I don't have any weapons. But you know what? I'm not afraid to use whatever I need to do in order to keep you the away from violating me. And I don't think that's a crime. I pray the blood of Jesus with for protection over me in Jesus name. Amen. Father in heaven my Lord I pray the blood of Jesus for protection over me in Jesus name. Amen. I pray the blood of Jesus for protection over me. Once again the religious declarations remain futile and the angels in heaven must have been rolling their eyes listening to her. They charged the woman with disorderly conduct, causing a disturbance, and resisting or obstructing an officer. On June 22nd, 2024, police were called out to a residence due to reports of a dispute between neighbors. It was the second time cops have been called out there, and the homeowner here is not too happy because the cops didn't rectify things the first time. Hello. You having issues with your neighbor? Yeah, but make it so bad. I'm kind of I'm a little pissed off because he went over there and started with him first and the police came. Nobody came over here, knocked on his door, asked anything. And 5 minutes later, he back here busting out windows. Now, mind you, we don't know from me to them. We all don't know what the his problem is. He just came out acting crazy. He threatened her. She called the police. They came. They talked to her for 5 seconds to pull it off. About 10 minutes later, as we're standing there, they like he there he is right there and we heard smash. He smashed two windows. Okay. How did that one get smashed? You got to ask him. According to the complainant, the first time the cops showed up, they didn't even bother to talk to her or knock on the suspect's door. The cops left after a few minutes and then 10 minutes later, the man busted out their windows. Hello, gentlemen. What's going on? So, I just got home. Do you want to talk? Do you want to talk inside so that you don't have to hear everything that's going on? Oh, no. Oh, no. Okay. So, what's going on? So, I just got home. They put the guy on the left has a 9 mm. He had rubber gloves on, had a silencer on it. You can see the bullet hole through there. Um, I don't know what's going on. Um, also Okay. Can you show me inside? Cuz if there's a bullet hole, then I need to see that. I don't. Yeah, I'll press charges, too. Oh, what? Read a book. You Read a book. Why you pulling guns out? Violence. Can you show me where this bullet hole was? I don't think I want you in my house. Trust police officers. Then you can't say that your house got shot in the window. There's a hole in the window. That's not Let me double check. I have to I have to see that. You have no permission in my house. Okay. All right. This guy's going to have a tough time pressing charges if he's unwilling to let the cops see his evidence. Without that, the cops only have his word to go on. It's pretty clear there's a lot of tension between these neighbors. So, the real question is who's really at fault and what crimes were actually committed. I just got home in my house and my window busted out. I came outside to see what was going on and they pulled a pistol on me in my driveway. This is private property. All of this these cars there was three cars there. They're not supposed to be on my property. What broke your window? So, that's what Can I look or No, I don't think it was a bullet hole. I don't Okay, but what broke your window? Because if it came from outside, it would be inside your house. So, can I look? You can enter the foyer. No other room. Okay. Sorry. I'm going to put a restraining order on everyone in that household as well. I don't feel safe. So, and I'm not doing any type of custody or anything like that because uh heavy Okay. So, please assuming that rock is not normally inside. No, it's not. Okay. So, they threw a rock and that rock seems like pretty damning evidence. But with no witnesses to back the claim up, there's no way of knowing what actually happened. For all the cops know, he might have thrown the rock through his own window to frame his neighbors. Meanwhile, things outside were getting heated. I need all these vehicles off my premises. Then you ask you don't go busting windows. What the hell wrong? Why are you at rate? You seem like you need mental health assistance. You okay? You need mental health assistance. Okay, ju just ignore just ignore him. Oh, that sucks. That sucks. Black lives matter, man. I get that. Black Panthers, too, right buddy? I get you. It's rightfully so. Rightfully so. I just don't want anything to escalate from here is all I'm saying. Okay. Got you. I got just over there. He started with just out the blue went over there throwing racial slurs at him. Has he been an issue before? No, he come over here from time to time. He sort of just fed him a couple of days ago. That's why we have no understanding where the hell that came from. Innocent or not, it's clear this guy gets a kick out of antagonizing his neighbors. And he's not afraid to do it right in front of the cops. The cops even had to tell the victims to just ignore him, which is a pretty big ask considering he's shouting across at them. How did the their windows end up getting broken? That's what I don't know what's going on. Okay. Windows broken out. Yeah, there's a lot of windows broken out. All right. Black lives matter. No riot about it. That's not right. That's a fact. That's a domestic terrorist organization. Why are you guys out? Not worth my time, man. He just trying to piss y'all off. He need me people need that attention. They need that attention. Don't even give him a satisfaction. Don't even get a reaction. Yeah, he just [ __ ] This young woman's doing a great job of trying to keep the peace and understands exactly what this guy's doing. Even the cop agrees that this unruly neighbors just trying to provoke them. Neither of the neighbors had security cameras. So, the cops ask other community members what they saw. Did you guys see what happened went on over there? Uh, yeah. Okay. What did you see over? They did just walk over to knock on the door because um the lady came to ask me um you know what what was that? in the house and I was like, I don't know. All of a sudden, I'm sitting right there. My nephews and niece was here and all of a sudden go out there racial slur and you know Chinese go back to China. I was like, "You know what?" And then he called me all this like himself. When you guys came and everything, you guys left. The two lady came over because when he turned around, he he told the house too to shut up YouTube the be and so they came out and was already inside the house. So when the ladies come and talk to you and told them the whole thing and she was like, "Yeah, cuz I was passing." and she was like, "Are you talking about he was to us and talking to one of the two?" And so she came over, she knocked on the door said, "Hey, that's not good." And all that. We saw all that, but he didn't come out. Mhm. And so went around the house, their house, and they came back and said, "Oh no, he smashed the windows." Did you see him break windows or anything? Oh, no. We saw him come out from the back, but then we hear like two big thuds and they check it was broken. This neighbor's statement is pretty damning for the suspect because as it turns out, he was racist towards her as well. And while they didn't specifically see him smash the windows, they saw him come out of the house, heard the windows break, and then saw the man going back inside. Turn around. Put your hand back. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. What's going on? What's going on? What's going on? What's going on? What's going on? Huh? What's going on? Hey, why are you in the house? Stop. Put him against me. What are you guys doing? Why are you arrest? You were under arrest. Stop fighting us. You're under arrest. I'm not doing anything. I didn't do anything. Behind your back. Give me your right arm. I'm not under arrest. No. I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. Why are you guys doing What are you doing? Give me your right arm. No, I didn't do anything. What are you guys doing? What are you doing? You got the You want to give me? Yeah. I'm trying to get this. What are you guys doing? You're in my house. You don't have a warrant. Get off of you. This is illegal. This is an illegal. Despite the fact that multiple people claimed he was the problem, the man kept feigning innocence until the end. He was charged with two counts of criminal damage as well as resisting arrest and obstructing official business. On the 12th of June 2022, police were called to a residence after reports of a woman behaving strangely around children. Police take all reports seriously, but they're doubly concerned when kids are involved. Ma'am, can you step out here and talk to me, please? Oh my god. Is it your birthday? [Music] Can you come out here and talk to me? [Music] Come here. You're not going to walk away from me. Put your hands behind your back right now. Stop. Stop. Can you hold that door open, ma'am, cuz I got more officers coming. Stop. Stop. Stop. No. Let's cut it down. Let's cut it down. Hey, stop pulling away from me. You're going to end up on the floor. Quit grab. [Music] You good? Let's go. Stop resisting. It's pretty clear this woman's on something, but it's still uncertain whether it's alcohol or drugs. Either way, she shouldn't be around kids when she's acting like this. Also, she really hasn't done herself any favors by resisting arrest and ultimately she just ended up getting hurt. My finger is cut. No, you need to you need to settle down just a little bit. Cuz my fingers cut. Okay. Do you need rescue? Pull my It's probably cut cuz you put it in my mouth. No, I didn't. Yeah, you did by swatting at my face. Are you okay? No, let's just cut over these. How much have you had to drink today? Nothing. Please up, please. What's in your mouth? A mouth guard. Okay, go get my We can You got to cooperate with us. Put your foot down. I just say you had to talk. Just cooperate. So, we don't need to hold you down on the ground here. Come on then. Let's go, y'all. So far, it's not exactly clear what she'll be charged with. But the cops do have a case for resisting arrest. They could also charge her with public intoxication as well as some other potential charges depending on just what she did to disturb the kids. What's your first name? Shay. Okay. So, when I asked you is Shay, you said that's not your name. I was I said yes, that's my name. Rotate towards me. No. Pick me up. Pick me up. We were trying to do that. Okay. Okay. Then we'll rotate you the other way. Turn around. Bring your knee up. Bring your knees up to your stomach. One, two, three. Stand. Good job. Let go. Relax your hands. Whatever is in your hands, you need to relax. It looks so You need rescue to come over and check you out. You guys have a mine. Uh God, can you grab her stuff? The cops take the suspect, Shay, to their vehicle and a female officer searches her to make sure she's not carrying any weapons. She's wearing a mouth guard, so they make her spit it out before taking her to jail. I don't think any of these people know her. She's going up to like kids and getting in their face and they're like looking at me. That's why I was like, "All right, make contact, right?" Yeah, maybe this one. Oh, that's a Buick there. I don't know. Might have to put hand sanitizer in my mouth. She swatted me. You see, I got like a a handful of hands in my mouth. I'm in my apartment and I knock on my door from my neighbors. Where's your car parked at? Yeah. [Music] She was sitting on that guy's car, which I don't know why she was sitting on his car and stuff. Do you have video of it? And have you looked at your car as a family? No, I haven't gone outside yet cuz I'm just safe. Who is she to you? She um there was a guy that we were I guess both messing with. I didn't realize she changed her last name. She was staying on a couple cars. I guess some of the footage was blurred because of the minors involved, but we can still hear the victim explaining what happened. It turns out that at some point they were dating the same guy. The cops then checked the damage Shade did to the woman's car. Oh, right here. This is all messed up. Looks like somebody kicked it. A boot to get up on it. Yeah. Damage to the license plate. Yeah. She tried to get up on it. Yeah. Is there any uh damage to the license plate? Yeah, the license plate's bent. Is it? Yeah. Is there any damage to the car? She kicked through the back of it. No, you can see where her footprint is, but there's no Doesn't look like You can come out and check. Yes, that's all that's in the video is she like grabs it with both Well, she's tweaking out straight. Yeah, she's definitely hot. Another neighbor was videaping. Yeah. I don't think she knew any of the kids. She was like all up in their face and they're like looking at me like, "Who is this lady?" I didn't even know that she lived here. The lady black lady came out. Yeah. Yeah. So that's something I'm like I said, can you hold this door for my my sergeant? He's coming up. So she was standing there waiting. And then she turned around and started like, "Let's go." The wrong place. No, you're right. You're right. Okay. He said, "Come to the back." You know, so she's going to try to go upstairs in her apartment. She kept walking away from her side and grabbed her. She was taken to jail and charged with probation violation, resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property. Hopefully, she won't be disturbing that family again anytime soon. On New Year's Day 2023, police got a call from a local resident after multiple different callers reported a man causing a disturbance in front of an apartment building. Apparently, his girlfriend caught him cheating on her, so she kicked him out of the house. What's going on tonight? Keep your hands out of your pockets. Keep your hands out my keys. You see? I'm trying to find my my keys for my Lexus. This is my keys right here. Okay. What's going on? Find my keys from IKEA. Why was somebody calling saying that your pants were down and you were hitting a hitting a car? Hitting a car? Yeah, I was hitting a car. Did you have your pants down? No, I live in your address. What's your address? Okay. Am I caridary? Listen, you're looking for a black key in the dead of night. Why don't you pick your stuff up, go sleep it off, whatever you're on. No, because it's it's my secondary key, but honestly, I only two keys for it. And my mother has a secondary key. She lives 35 miles away. I hear I hear you. No, but listen. Okay. Why can't you look for it in the morning when it's bright out and you actually be able to see what you're doing? My mother lives in Florida. Okay. What does that have to do with this? Because I have to go out there. You have a key to a car right there. This is not my key for the car that I'm trying to transfer to it. Why can't you drive that car if you can't find it? Because it has electrical issues. Okay. According to the reports the officers received, this guy was causing a scene while naked and going around exposing himself to people in the area. The man claimed he'd lost his keys. But all this stuff about his car and his keys is totally irrelevant to the crime he's been accused of. No, no, no. I don't want to hear nothing of it. Oh, ho ho. Hey, you do not control this situation. You need to lower your voice. Miss, I live here. Okay, lower your voice. I also live on a 15 north. Okay. I have two places of residence. Okay. I have this house, which is my name residence. Y'all are noting worried about the gunshots. Worried about you right now. Godamn. I live in two places, right? These people are antagonizing me while I'm trying to walk up and try to find my keys. I literally have one single key for my key and my mom has a secondary card for my key. I cannot work. I can't work without being able to access my car. You know, I have What's your name? My name What's your name? A M A D E O. I've never Okay, that's good. If I can pick this up. I can hand you I don't need your keys. You can pick it up. This guy thinks he can manipulate the cops and take charge of things. He's just that type. But unfortunately for him, he's about to find out that's not the case. If he's got nothing to hide, then he's got no reason at all not to cooperate. Right there. Doesn't matter. We don't need to know that anyway. We do need to know that you don't. Yes, absolutely. Or I could put you in handcuffs. Okay. Put me in handcuffs. Okay. Great. Hey, don't be stupid, bro. Yes, you are. We're trying to figure out who you are because we're out here investigating a crime. My middle name doesn't matter because my Can I roll the You're already arresting me. So what does it matter? You're not being arrested. You're not being arrested. You're being detained. Oh, that's the same thing. I'm not doing anything. I'm not retaining. I'm not Listen. I swear you got your body cams on, right? 110%. Yeah. Yeah. So if you got any better accounts, I'll pull you in. All right. Come on. Listen. I got I got I got an attorney who That's great. We all have attorneys. Yeah, I know you do. So hang out right here. Look, please stop. I do have my tell me I don't have my ID. Where's it at? Your life. Where's it at? Your lip. Talk to me. Where's your ID? I have my car keys in my pocket. Can I go in? Where's your ID? You can go in my pocket. The problem the cops have is that they still don't know exactly who they're talking to. Even though he did give a name, he refused to give other information that would confirm if he's telling the truth. Since the man was being unhelpful, they then talked to the woman who called them. Hello. Hi. I'm the one at Okay. What happened tonight? We literally walked outside on our balcony to watch the virus with my kids and his little sister. There's like four, like the oldest is 12, 13. Okay. Right here watching me. He's out here pulling garbage or bags for the job there like pulling them out. And he sees us in swearing at come down here. Call me a penis. And my kids are like, "Oh my god." Because like literally we have videos of really it's on video. I mean continually threatening us, threatening us. He's from New York, the Bronx. I mean, we heard it all. With his actions caught on camera, it was easy for the cops to confirm that the man indeed calls the scene. He continued making things harder for himself by refusing to tell the officers who he was. That means he could end up facing obstruction charges on top of being charged with indecent exposure. Is wrong with you? You stupid Bro, let go of me, bro. What the you dumb? I don't got nothing on me, my bro. My car is right there with my goddamn goddamn mattress. The is wrong with you? Will you stop pushing back on me? I'm not pushing back, my car is three cars away. You pushing, bro. I'll be You're out of mind. Oh, you are out of your mind. I'm out of my mind. You out of your mind. You ugly white. You s No, no, no, no, bro. My Okay, bro. I'm not going to fight, bro. No, bro. Come on. Just Bro, I'm not going to fight. I haven't been fighting you this whole Bro, come on. Stop pushing. I'm not pushing. You already went through this whole thing. You got put on the ground. I'm not pushing you white. Just let go of me, bro. Then he started resorting to aggression and racism towards the officers. So, it's no surprise he ended up on the ground. Though he'd still be facing arrest, he could have avoided a lot of this by just showing the cops his ID. Thank you. He's been out here for hours. All right. And the car that he parked, that is his car with the mattress. He opens his door like 30 times on the car next to it. We haven't walked over there to look at the damage. We know whose car it is, but [Music] He was showing privates and stuff. You were really concerned for your kids. You can. Yeah, that's fine. Cuz my kids were like like we literally kiss. They were screaming like, "Oh my god." I'm like, "Yeah, that's so it's embarrassing." So, we have some paperwork we got to fill out. I'm going to get a sworn statement from you and um we'll get you out of here. Okay. Um I don't I don't think I need his info. So, just uh hang out for me. Okay. Exposure of private parts for sure. They got it on video. This neighbor from hell had been causing so much disruption in the neighborhood that when the cops were arresting him, everyone applauded. He was booked for indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and several other charges. On October 7th, 2024 in Ohio, police were called to a neighborhood due to reports that a fight had broken out. When they arrived, they were told by the caller that a woman had broken into his house and was still inside it. She's still inside now. Does she live with you? Does she live with you at all? She live right there. Do you know her? Yeah, I know her, but she broke the door. I'm sleep. That's why I'm like out of Who is she to you? Yeah, if you would have to relinquish that for What's her name? Her name. Huh? Fanta. Fanta. Good. Your 40 is going to be at mom circle until what time? Hey, please come down here. This I'm pregnant girl. I'm pregnant. My mom said right there. What's going on? She my baby my baby and she got max apartment and she jumped me and stuff and she took his car his license. She got his car. So what are you doing in here? He let me stay because I live right there with my mom. They got my phone right now. Yes, but she she her age. I guess she 16 her age and stuff. So how'd you get in this house though? She broke the door and let me in. The suspect Fanta claimed to be pregnant which makes it even crazier if it's indeed true that she broke into someone's house. Things were about to get worse though as the cop continued to question her about what was going on. Right. And she did this and then she like she like what she say 23 23 right? I I'm taking You can check in. I'm good. My mom pretty soon going to jail. Just like every other criminal, Fanta claims she'd done nothing wrong. She also said she's an American citizen. Like that makes her immune to prosecution. Meanwhile, the cops call her mother to let her know what's happening. Hey, this is Officer Cox Police Department. Is this Mariam? Yeah. Officer Cox Police Department. What do you mean? I have uh so I have Fanta in my custody right now. She broke into somebody's apartment and I she told me to give you a call. Can you come home? They're trying to put me in jail. Girl trying to put me in jail. I I have no warrants. Can you come by the I'm in the police car? I had to put a handcuff on me and the girl the girl came by. Okay, Mom. I go to jail. Can you please come? I I didn't know the runway. How? Mommy, how far? How far are you? How far away? Okay. It's a It's a Cadillac. A black civil Cadillac with black rims on. Okay, Mommy. My mom, please. Can you walk to my mom so she know where I'm at? I'm waiting for ambulance. With her mother on the phone, Fanta was acting like a spoiled brat despite being in her 20s and claiming to be pregnant. She's making so much noise while the officer's on the phone that he has to walk away from the cruiser so we can talk to Fanta's mom clearly. Take the handcuffs off of me, please. It's hurting my my arm. Take handcuffs off. Oh my god. Why? I can check to see if they're too tight. This is Mrs. Sanger. Yes. My mom come in. this girl um my boyfriend show her age and she to his apartment and she like so I had the key and I and I went in my right and then she ran away and I called my mom to come get because she took my phone and my boyfriend is scared of her. Okay. Well, we're just here to check you because my baby shut up. Wait a minute. I'm pregnant. Your granddaughter and my 17 have a heartbeat. Mommy the [ __ ] you mommy the I'm not even see she she caught that she cut the boy she caught my boy ma'am I need to take some vitals okay okay all right mommy I have a mis according to her mother Fence is always claiming to be pregnant you can see on her face she's had enough of her daughter which is probably why she took her shoe off and tried to hit her with it. Go ahead. Step back in. Can you take the hand off, please? No, I can't. Why? No. No. We We haven't determined that, right? Oh my god. So, the other officer is over there. She broke in somebody's apartment, forced away in, broke his window out. Yeah. I'm Yeah. So, she broke his window out and he's standing in his apartment. She was in his house when we showed up. He was like, I don't I know her, but she doesn't live here. So, I'm waiting on the other officer right now. That's our friend. She always go down there. Wow. I was going down. But I told I said, "Leave the people alone." Leave the people alone. Leave the people alone. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. Some of the stuff Fan is coming up with is truly insane. And she ought to be ashamed of saying it in front of her mother. Her mother looked angry yet embarrassed at the same time. But of course, no one could blame the woman. You say you know her. She just live right there. That's simply that. She live right there. She mess with me for some reason. She always she have maybe like Does she have any mental health stuff going on you're aware of? Probably. You don't know. Yeah, she do. I know she do cuz she talking to herself. Okay. Have you ever let her in your apartment before? Yeah, I let her in one day first. She was like her mom kicked her out and I was like, "No, you can't come in." So, I let her in. I don't got no furniture in here anyway. And then I just moved here. Ain't no furniture in there. Then she like, "Okay. She came in here and then How long ago was that? That was like two weeks ago. Two weeks ago. All right. Um other than the window, is there anything damage? That's But I mean like upstairs, did you notice any damage? The cops gave the victim a few minutes to check for further damage. The cops also consider the possibility that FA might have mental health conditions. The complainant says he's willing to press charges for the damages. So, the cops already have a reason to arrest her. I never sat in the front seat of one of these. Can I sit in the front? Well, it's occupied, but you can look in. Try not to make a habit of sitting in the back seat, though. Fanta claims that she didn't break into the house after all. According to her, she was having intercourse with the victim when her mother broke into the house to stop them. Meanwhile, the victim asked the cops about getting a restraining order. Yeah, you I mean, you can pursue one. Uh we we don't grant them, but that's something that can be done through the courts. Is that we do that where he's going? Yeah. So, you you can let them know. Um they may be able to fill out a form down there. Uh that doesn't necessarily put one in effect right away. Uh but that puts you in the path to pursue one. Okay. Um he's working on a couple things. This is not not a fast process, unfortunately. Um but uh if you guys want to hang out in the car, give us a few minutes. Does she have any kind of mental health diagnosis? Yeah, she she just came for General Hospital in a medication over there. So the medication was supposed to take it go to jail because for the appointment they arrest him. They came for Monday. So I would try to take her to General. What was the mental health diagnosis? It's I don't know. The fact that Fannah has mental health issues is no surprise, but it still doesn't excuse her behavior. Fortunately, cops these days are much better at dealing with mental health crises than they were in the past decades. No, no, no. Stop. Put your clothes back. I'm about Oh my god. Okay. [Music] I got I got I got I got I got Oh my god. I got a pee. I got a I got a pee. I got I got my It looks like she wanted to twerk more than she wanted to go to the bathroom. Fanta was arrested and charged with burglary and trespassing. And while it may be true she needs mental health treatment, she also needs to be in custody, but she's a threat to herself for the public. On the 1st of April 2022, the cops were called to an apartment complex after a woman pointed a gun at her neighbors during a confrontation. According to the family who called police, the woman spat on their door handle and threatened to kill them. They spit on the front door um for no reason. And when my parents go to their apartment, there they had a gun and they spr with a gun. So, just to confirm, it was the female of the department that had that had the gun and pointed it at the female here. Okay. And did she verbalize did did she verbalize any threats when she pointed the gun at her? Did she threaten to shoot her? Did she threaten to Yeah, she said to us. They've been harassed by the neighbors since they moved in. With racial slurs being used against them and having their car repeatedly vandalized, things have been going this way for quite some time and the family feared for their lives. Did she witness any of this? Did you see any of this? Yes. You did see it. What did you see? The only thing I saw that they were Well, the guy was walking to our door and then he just spit on the front door. Was your front door open when that happened? No, it wasn't open. So, how did you guys see that? Oh, because it was we were like right my mom was coming down and they were like going but then when they saw us they went up and then they started then spit on the door. So, where were you guys at? Were you outside? Yeah, we were outside tied and then cuz it made it you may I'm still I'm still a little bit confused. So maybe you can clarify this for me. Okay. So in this entire interaction that's happened, were you guys inside your apartment or you were in the parking lot? We were we were outside in your in the parking lot. Yes. Okay. And you just saw those people walk up from their apartment unit. Yeah. Up to your door. Yes. And you watched them spit on the door handle. Yeah. So then you came over and confronted them about that. Is that what happened? Yes. And then what? And then he said the guy said something about spitting on the spitting on the door because they're Latino. Yeah. We were Latin. And then they said that we were gross. Mhm. And Okay. Assuming what the family is saying is true, it's undeniably racist behavior. Even if they didn't pull a gun, there's still calls to arrest the suspects due to their verbal harassment. From her daughter, she pointed at us with the gun. And then what did she what did she say when she says she threatened her? The she said, "Um, we're going to kill you and you're disgusting." That's when she had the gun. Yes. Have you have you guys had problems with them over the year? Yes. And what are the nature of the problems? Um, there started noise complaints. What is the complaint? That you guys are too loud? Yes. And then when we're too loud, they just bang on the in the on the door. Okay. So on the floor. Yes. And you said it's a black handgun. Yes. Okay. All right. Just keep waiting. The teenage girl seems to be telling the truth. And there's no real reason for the girl to lie about this. The next step for the cops is to check on the suspects and get their side of the story. The officers spotted them leaving their apartment soon afterwards, but they had to be careful because the suspects might be armed. under arrest and we have reason to believe you have a weapon on you. If you fail to comply, we're going to shoot you with a 40 mm. It's going to hurt. Walk backwards. Nope. No. Because we're investigating a gun rellated crime. We don't want to get hurt. We don't want you to get hurt. So, walk toward us. Hey, keep your hands up. If you don't follow our directions, we cannot guarantee your safety. I believe you have a firearm on you. Do not reach for anything. Hands up. Hands up in the air. Put your hands on top of your head. There you go. Walk back towards you. Turn around. Put your hands off your head. Put your hands. Stick your phone in your pocket. No, you're under arrest. After handcuffing the woman who brandished the firearm, the cops then talk to the other suspects to get to the bottom of things. The suspects are now secured, of course, but the cops still need to know what happened to the firearm. In that dispute, it was alleged there was a gun that was used in the crime. Okay. So, what we would like is permission to go inside of the apartment and recover that gun. You have a right to refuse that permission. And if you do, we are going to ask a judge for consent for a search warrant. So, it's entirely up to you. We can ask the judge or we can make it a lot easier and quicker, but it's entirely up to you and her. Um, I think she should make that choice. The neighbors are yelling and screaming. The neighbors are yelling and screaming. They spit on our door. We literally just cleaned it. They spit on you. They spit on your door knob. Yes. It's a classic move that in cases like this comes up time and time again. Instead of taking responsibility for their own actions, it's very common for criminals to accuse their victims of carrying out the exact same crimes they're accused of. With two opposite claims, it's hard to tell who's telling the truth unless someone provides stronger evidence. Did you make any threats to them at all about what you would do if they kept spitting on the door? Did you say you kick their shoot them? Anything like that? Side doesn't mean that's neither here nor there. Did you think about calling 911 when this was going on? I told Jason to, but he said like there's no point cuz they were already calling. Okay. You could hear that. Did you threaten them with a weapon of any sort? No, they're just over here yelling at us and screaming. Okay. Did you point a gun at anyone? Do you own a gun? Which before you continue, which neighbor do you say had cameras that would have seen it? Um, next to next to you. Yeah. So, what unit would that be? 103. 103. Interestingly, while she was lying about what actually went down, the suspect was telling the truth about one thing. The entire incident was captured on a neighbor surveillance camera. When the cops checked the footage, it showed the male suspect spitting on the victim's door knob. Why you rolling me? Do it again. Do it again. Do it again. [Music] The cops were able to get a search warrant and then return to the scene to search the suspect's property for the firearm. Once they find that, they'll have everything they need to press charges and wrap the whole case up. Did you say there's something you wanted from your place? Am I leaving? Uh, yes. You're going to jail. So, I can ask your uh Can I get a jacket? I can ask your friend to get some stuff for you and he can bring it to my car since we'll be there for a second. Okay. I'm just going to caution you that I know this is it's hard and we're leaving and you're beefing with your neighbors, but if we come back out here again, usually somebody else has to go to jail. So, I'm going to tell them the same thing. Don't talk to each other. Don't interact with each other. This is now a criminal case and the parts will take it from here. You guys don't have to ever speak to each other again. Okay. All right. The woman was charged with assault with a firearm because even though the weapon had not been discharged, she still met all the criteria. She was later sentenced to 12 months probation, 200 hours of community service, was forced to attend anger management classes, and was also fined $1,000. On April 13th, 2024, the cops confronted a man who, after being asked to leave, smashed someone in the head with a beer bottle. This case is a great example of someone who, after a long history of being a nuisance, finally gets their punishment. Ner's office. I called it in. I live right here. I hear him fighting. He comes out holding his face. He hit him in the face with the beer can and then he came out recording. Obviously, get off the property. blah blah blah blah. Hey, step out here. No, sir. Step out here. Sir, I will not. I am on private property. I understand. Step out here. Off the property. Step out here. That's not going to happen. The property, sir. You cannot enter this home illegally. Step out here. Step out. I'm not. We're not entering illegally. You and that man to come over with the detective badge. He harassed me already. Hey, step out here. Step out here. There's nothing going on. I don't trust you. I've already been I don't care if you trust me. Step out here. You have no reason not to trust me. You got You got a way to enter this house. I just found I'll open the door. Step out here. No, sir. I am not. Step out here and talk to me. I don't care. Talk to me right now. Step out here. No, sir. Okay. Then I'm coming in. No, sir. You're not. Then you're stepping out here. No, sir. You're forcing your way out. I'm being recorded, dude. Step out in the house. Step out. Step out, dude. Ding. Step out here. This game's up, dude. Step out here. Step out here. Listen, I ain't playing this game. Stop, man. Stopping, dude. Stop. Shut up. Stop. We're not playing this game. Fine. What did I do? What kind of battery? No, I didn't. He hit me. Look at my lip. The cops have a tough job ahead of them here because they now have to figure out if the man's the victim or the perpetrator. He's not doing himself any favors by being so confrontational and uncooperative. But the cops still need more proof before they can book him. I haven't drank. I don't like though. Who Who are you to them? Just friends. All right. So, what happens? I come in the house and then you go and get the hell out. I was going to pick up Tara and go to the flea market. Were you invited over here by her? Does she live here? You called me 10 times to pick her up today. Does she live here? Yes. Okay. So, what happened once you got here? And then all of a sudden told me to get the out and I don't have to get out. It's her house. She invited me in, right? And all of a sudden he start getting really pushy and all of a sudden get the out of my house. It's not even his house. He had a beer. I got cursed back at him. Okay. So, he was all him and then he smashed beer in my face. Did you hit him? No, I tried to block him. Okay. But you never threw a punch and hit him. Okay. Do you need EMS to come look at your nose? Nothing. I I'm pissed off cuz I smell like beer. All right. And I quit drinking it. It makes me want to drink. So, do you want to file for charges on him or what do you want to do? I don't want I think they should cover it. Who should cover it? Char's her house. She's looking for a scapegoat to take care of I don't want to take care of this. I like the guy just medic. You You have to tell us if you want to, you know, file charges or not. I mean, it's up to you. I bet not. If the cops can't find someone who's willing to press charges, there's not a whole lot they can do. At the same time, this wouldn't be the first time this neighbor from hell escaped punishment because there was no one to press charges. Oh, it's it's constant. So, I got a video yesterday where he acted like he was going to hit me in the back with a bucket and I was getting something out of my truck cuz they've been stealing water and from this house. Yeah. And I was getting keys out of my truck and I have a camera on that tree over there and I'm in my truck and he's got this bucket in his hand. He's acting like he's going to walk up and hit me with this bucket and he's cussing me. He's like, "Stupid MF for this and MF for that." And I was like, "What? Are you actually Leo or Oh, yeah. I work narcotics." with um so but no this is an ongoing issue and you come to the point of filing stalking charges on you didn't want to follow any charges for assault or anything? Well, I would have loved to but I didn't think about at the time. I've thought about filing charges for stalking because he stood here and mfed my wife and my 13-year-old daughter in the driveway telling them to get the f back in their house. Yeah. And my mom and her mother like it's uncalled for. Right. And he knows I'm the police. The guy whose face is blurred out is the one who called to report the man. His identity is being protected because he works in narcotics cases. So, he definitely needs to remain anonymous. Like he says though, the per knows he's a cop, yet he still harassed his family. He just got dropped off and he needed a place to say, I guess, and he just sort of stay on the couch. And how do you how do you know him though? How did he know to come? I know him from the other guy's truck, Jack. Okay. But yeah, you don't have to let anybody stay here, you know? I don't care if they're dropped off. I asked him to leave time, but he won't leave. The police have been here and then he shuts the door and knocks him out and Yeah. He ends up staying anyway. So So how long has he been here though? Um a couple months. Yeah. But he got his paperwork. So we'll see what happens. So how long ago did he get the uh the eviction? Um just a few days ago I gave it to him. Okay. Was it 30 days? A 30-day eviction? 30 days. No days. They gave him 15 days to move out. Okay. If what the woman's saying is true, he's pretty much bullied the woman into allowing him to sleep on her couch. She had served him with eviction papers and the man's time was almost up. Seems like this guy's made plenty of enemies and his behavior that day had just sealed his fate. What am I being detained for? Right now for resisting. Resisting? I wasn't resisting. You did resist? No, sir. I did not. When I told you to come, I did not resist. Take him to the car. Put him in the car. Sir, I'm being detained. What am I being arrested for? just told you for. What am I being arrested? I just told you resisting ease off, bro. Let me walk before I'm going to jail for resisting arrest. That's what you said. Okay. Not resisting arrest. Resisting. Resisting arrest. I was detained. You said I was detained. Put me in the car, man. This is ridiculous. Searching for you. Go ahead, dude. There's only a wallet in my pocket. Jesus Christ. I have to search do anything but protect myself. No, you walked away and pulled away from It's not a resisting arrest. It's resist. You said you detained me and you for being arrested for. Listen, you don't stop talking long enough to um what I'm telling you. Why you musling me then? I was detained and now I'm arrested for resisting arrest. Well, good man. What's your name? Williams. And who? Bro, I'm being arrested for what? What am I being arrested for? Resisting. Resisting what? Hey, lap lap. No, sir. What am I being arrested for? What am I being arrested for? Rodriguez, what am I being arrested for, sir? Rodriguez, what? Who's Rodriguez? The cops have told the man repeatedly that he's being arrested for resisting, but unfortunately, he just didn't want to listen. They charged the man with two counts of simple battery, resisting an officer, and obstruction without violence. Unfortunately, any of us could find ourselves living next door to a neighbor from hell. And it's a good thing the cops are here to help and keep these nuisances away from us or preferably in jail.
