read the standard statement for motor vehicle operators and willingly provided breath samples her Alco test results indicated a BAC of 0.72% more than double the legal limit after processing Teresa was taken to the hospital for further evaluation she was issued the following summonses operating Under the Influence reckless driving failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident if you think Teresa Lee was the only child of an officer who was arrested then probably you aren't aware of this next case I'm going to break the window if you do not exit the vehicle I case where's kenth he's in jail they took him you already took him to jail they took him to jail and I stay here with the car why for a warrant who do I call to find out this is Kenneth Adams an entitled son of San Juan County Commissioner Bruce Adams on November 25th 2022 a deputy from the San Juan County Sheriff's Office pulled over an SUV for allegedly not stopping at an intersection and not using the turn signals inside the car they encountered Kenneth Adams who already had arrest warrants issued to his name that connect Ed to a burglary and theft case dating back to 2020 the cops requested him to step out of his vehicle where eventually he was arrested and took him to their police squad car the deputies then deliberated on what to do with the vehicle Kenneth had been driving they then decided to release it to his father this decision was influenced by the fact that Kenneth Adams's father is Bruce Adams a longtime San Juan County Commissioner watch the encounter Bruce Adams had with the deputy performing his duties on the scene when he arrives to pick up up his car joke what do you want me to do well we're let need take the car so we don't have to impound it I the missing documents required for his probation and shortly afterward the court refunded the dollar 150 used for his bail it's strange to witness idiot cops exploiting their Authority when the
