carried the YouTuber and his daughter officer Williams approached the YouTuber from the passenger side window the daughter of the YouTuber began to film the traffic stop watch how the traffic stop unfolds you suspect me of a crime sir I'm telling you you suspect me you did not have your seat belt on from what I observed that's why I made the traffic stop in the state of Texas you have to have
