instance where officers were found mistreating inmates as we see in the next case on April 2018 19-year-old inmate Terry Whitehead was punched in the face by David M Schwarz a former correctional felony related to the beating but if you thought these actions were extreme you need to see this next case this March 14th 2019 incident involves Knoxville officers conducting a strip search on a jail inmate to retrieve drugs he had hidden in a plastic bag despite the inmate's compliance the officers proceeded to tase him here's how the interaction unfolds you have a bag of drugs between your butt last idiot cop on our list caught torturing inmates as we'll see in the next case in an incident that occurred on December 17th 2019 kyoga County Jail officer Germaine Clemens was seen repeatedly
