unwanted touch to somebody else who didn't want it he did not want that touch you touched him he went and complained to the staff all they want to do was get you out of there and then you could they didn't even want you trespass they just wanted you get out of there and then you can come back another day 17 okay but that that's what happened so listen so now you're not going to let me go home okay let's rewind a little because I know this must seem confusing this 23-year-old apparently assaulted a teenager with her chest if what this cop is saying really happened then that's got to be the best case scenario for battery on a 17-year-old male I can't imagine any other form of battery that's less threatening and let's face it more enjoyable for a young man in his teams but let's go back to when the dispatcher first relayed this event to the officer we just heard he said that she had been there for several hours and uh she kept coming over to him and bouncing her breasts up and down and stuff and I guess eventually she came over and rubbed her boobs along his arm he is so freaked out I was also a young man once and to be fair I can't imagine myself then being freaked out by an adult woman rubbing her breast on my arm but I think calling the C would be the last thing on my mind even so that's what he did you're driving yes you are damn hey you get behind that wheel I'm going waited for her boyfriend to move the car and then gone home without of scratch but I guess we all see that this situation is going in the opposite direction despite the harassment he's enduring the not in a bad way he's not overstepping his Authority nor is he doing anything wrong by asking the woman to identify herself but it looks to me like he's had enough of this and that he's about to teach intoxication in a public place she pled no contest and got a bunch of sentences including a fine a six-month probation with a DUI school or drug rehabilitation program and community service so do you think she was able to learn a lesson drugs are bad okay especially if they make you fall asleep at the wheel of your car right at the crossroads here's the moment an officer found a car in the middle of the road the engine running and the driver sleeping it off or as Johnny Depp would put it on the nod the officer inspects the driver and the vehicle and waits for another patrol car to arrive at the scene for over 2 minutes the driver is enjoying herself in in la la land blissfully unaware of what's happening but now it's time for a rude awakening kill your lights who wake up put it in park the consumption I have alcoholic liquor and controlled substance can I read it first no no I have a question because I didn't even get a sobriety test I gave them to you and then you said you weren't going to read this to you I'm a peace officer arrest for the defense of operating a vehicle on toxicated consumption liquor alcohol sub other attacks sances yeah I have one drink tonight I had one drink tonight and I'm being arrested by the L PD okay for falling asleep for being exhausted for being a new mom yeah I am requesting that you take a chemical test to check alcohol [Applause] contr she said I like to go to hospital and get a blood test what so you after the officer somehow manages to read the entire script he then tries to explain her options if she blows she might be released regardless of the result if she refuses she's going to go to jail and get her blood drawn anyway so the only question remaining is you going to blow or you refusing you going to blow or you are you refusing I don't would you like to take the breath test I'm ready for you to take me to the hospital and take a blood draw of my of my are you refusing or do you want to take a blood dve so are you consented to a blood dve yeah okay awesome so Amanda was taken to a hospital for a blood draw and then returned to jail she was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while visually impaired her bond was set at $11,000 she later pleaded guilty and she was sentenced to 6 days of community service and 12 months of probation just as the probation period ended on December 26 2022 the footage of her arrest went viral her Tik Tok account was terminated or set to private it's safe to say Amanda's viral Fame went down the drain on this channel we're all about equality so let's just say that for every Karen out there there's also a Darren even though they do not appear in public as often and this Darren trumps them all because he turns a seemingly benign situation into
