by the roadside for having a broken tail light Serrano and Co were compliant with the officer's instructions but the cops racial filter forced the situation to quickly take a wrong turn claiming that he could smell marij from the car Erikson asked its occupants to step out yeah yeah I'll get a few just uh let let him check real quick then nothing there's nothing in my jacket I'm not getting sear I don't have nothing in my jacket I'm not well he's going to check it I don't have nothing no I don't need this situation is about to esal no because I not I didn't do nothing it was in the car this is he searching the car keep her out of the that have anything to do with that man in pain right as other cops started to arrive on scene Erikson and his partner quick realized how much they had messed up rather than try to get out of the hole they were in they dug deeper I haven't had a chance to run her we asked him to step out because the car smell like and he just got combed with us y turn the yeah he uh we going to run her right now he started wigging out you know we tried to just C him uped to Cal down and he started freaking out okay so keep her with us man you going to stay with this officer here okay for the plates temporary registration is valid uh just ran her permit only uh he doesn't have a driver's license uh yeah that's pretty much it you see if my partner found anything yet nothing can I my yeah you s the truck all right like I'm trying to make sure my yeah sarch the Jacker real quick I didn't go too thoroughly with it I don't know why he got combed for no reason s proed oh thank God on video 34 fire 209 street9 policy in front of the location5 of us over here there was no shot there we there upon finding nothing in the teenager's car that was sufficiently incriminating Erikson decided to create the evidence himself by dropping weed flakes on the front console this caused Jason Serrano to be charged with drug possession and resisting arrest and it wasn't until about 2 years later that this video resurfaced and the charges were dropped but if you think Erikson and his partner are a special breed this next case will be enough to reveal the truth by Officer Oliver when the latter claimed to perceive strong odors of alcohol from Riley's car the officer immediately went to report her findings furbished with some lies to her secondary officer I feel like I'm getting some indications but I'm not 100% sure I can't really smell anything right now do you think you can just talk to him he's like looking everywhere for his like ID and he's like looking up here and pulling out papers and like looking around and everything he says he doesn't carry a wallet I said how do you have money he goes the bank and I said okay well he's just not making a lot of sense yeah he didn't have lights on he's flying down in R Street and when I went to pull him over he like started to get over and then came back over and then like is kind of like h in and then stopped so if you'll just see it you can see so he's got suspended it's celvin Riley yeah so I'm GNA ask him that's why he doesn't have a driver's license because he knows it's suspended so um when you go up there can you ask him if he still lives on Bard Street yeah I'll do that thanks and just let me know over the radio 7 type I have a DL number if you can get that Romeo for yeah he said he's coming from pockets and he had beers at Pockets oh he didn't tell me that I asked him that cuz he originally said the north side and I said we're at North side and he said pocket see he told me and threw it back into the car she then claimed that The Empty Bottle was evidence of Riley's drunk driving Calvin Riley was arrested for DUI but when the video of the arrest came out officer Oliver was promptly fired for her dirty conduct while this may have been officer Oliver's first rodeo the next cop had been in the game for a long time you're fine West Jet Sheriff Office reason for my stop County Sheriff's Department pulled over 52-year-old Teresa Odum in Mariana Florida for flickering brake lights the interaction started off friendly and seemed like they would end quickly but the consented to the search that would nearly turn her life upside down that's [ __ ] crazy be what now seizing the opportunity and betraying the trust Miss Odum had in him Deputy Wester proceeded to plant methan in the woman's car and then came back out to accuse her of possession it is yogurt sir I know okay it's yogurt how about this that is not mine no sir okay I'm not going to ask you any I'm then it would start working again so oh goodness oh Teresa I don't know what Miss odm was arrested on the chares of felony count of meth phetamine possession and drug paraphernalia she was held in jail for 19 days and she pleaded no contest to the charges meanwhile an investigation was later carried out that ended in the termination of Deputy Wester from his position in September of that year but evil cops all over the world have been planting drugs from time immemorial and here's another classic case ma'am is this car registered in I mean released in your name is it leased in your name
