know if it's that or a psych issue or what dude step out for over an hour the officers kept repeating the exact same command that was having no effect and things would soon take a turn for the worst to us his name is Christian Christian yep hey Kristen will you talk to me what can you tell me about what's going on we're trying to help you out okay I I see that I see you're being cooperative um so you know the the best way that you can help us out is just you know by putting putting away anything that you may have on you and then allowing us to talk to you outside of the vehicle um that would be the best situation for all of us right now you know I see you're doing the heart thing with your hands like we we love you too we just want you to be safe that's awesome that's awesome where' you get that can you see one I love it no no I'll get you good I love it if you would if you how about how about this um if we can just get you and just get you and only you to come out and talk to us and I want to see that too I want to see that rock too so um so does that sound good does that sound good if we can get you to come out come out and talk to us like this okay um well you know it makes it easier if you come out and talk to me in person and you can show me your cool little heart rock do you think we can make that happen cuz you know it's it's more difficult to talk to you in the car and and and see your Cool Heart Rock when when we're inside the car when you're inside the car and I'm standing out here is this the guy yeah so you have a real name yet Christian so how how do you think that we can we can get you to step out to talk to me if you don't want to talk to them you can talk to me you can just talk to me it's okay the officers resorted to threats and even broke the passenger window that was when glass started to yell and grabbed the knife it was in that moment that everything went to hell hit the lock let's open up the door it's try to move the night on okay we heting his thr it drop it Christian what are we doing the Clear Creek Police Department later released a document saying glass was argumentative dismissing the fact that he wasn't in his right mind glass's parents called for criminal charge charges against the officers who had shot their son when all he did was ask for help but if you think these officers are bad what you're about to see is way worse especially since it involves an 11-year-old if she giving us permission to kick it in we'll kick it in no she know she don't see there's any um she's giving permiss to keep door ain't that easy who let me see your hands let me see your hands where is he at where is he at you better come on out come out ma'am does he have any weapons come on out go go that way step out go uh come out sir don't make us come in look go you need to move get from behind me go on that there where is he at I was trying to tell her she's the police a woman had just stepped out of the house when the police walked in just as they were searching for the suspect the boy rounded the corner with his hands up and was shot in the chest he suffered a collapsed lung a lacerated liver and fractured ribs yet the officer was only put on unpaid leave before being reinstated into the force this isn't the first time cops would brutalize young children and sometimes they even do it to teenagers with disabilities you understand he doesn't like law enforcement no it's a trigger like I mean he sees the badge and he automatically thinks like you're going to kill him or he has to defend himself in some way like he freaks out he he's got sensory disorder um but we have to do what we have to do because I can't live like this literally it's just it's go talk a mother had just called 911 to Stage an intervention for her 13-year-old with autism who was having a mental health crisis if she had known what would happen maybe she would never have placed the call I don't know if it's a pelan I don't know if it's a prop woman it's my other son but you don't know if it's a real gun it's it's I don't believe it's a real gun I don't believe it's so unfortunately we have to kind of treat them all is it I know um what is it that you want from us to we need him to go to the hospital I need him to go to the hospital I cannot get in there on my own guys going stop South now get on the ground get on the ground on the ground now on the ground problem she's out a house I don't see why we should be to approach in my opinion that's in our policy now I don't know if it is or not honestly we can call Sergeant telling the situation cuz I'm not allow to get in a shooting oh CU he's upset yeah sorry especially when he hates cops probably what about Lyndon the son had just run out of the backyard when the police chased after him the cops were still telling him to put his hands up when suddenly multiple shots were fired these shots damaged lyndon's internal organs and he could be heard saying he didn't feel good Lynden remained in the hospital and the department set up an investigation to look into the incident while these cops were probably under tension from being unsure about lyndon's intentions these next officers had no excuse for their actions Cherokee Nation Oklahoma go to clearance disp a65 C can you clear a aloh on my plate that's fresh P too that's r one I can smell it see anything in there there's some blankets I saw blankets that's copy get your that's going to be a negative it used to be red Lal police officer Irvin Hernandez and his colleague saw a car parked outside a Family Dollar Store in May 2023 they deemed this car suspicious and this Assumption of theirs would eventually lead to the death of its owner where it come back on nothing doesn't come back anyway that's what he said so what are you going to do uh two things I can do um we can right now it's parked double parked so we got a complaint so we could tellw it or if we wanted to be nice leave a 72-hour tag on it and go that R but in this case how about this pull the car up right in front of it and let's go see if they're inside I could do that sure the cops seem to be having the time of their lives solving this nonexistent mystery they even went into the store to inquire about the owner of the car a roller pink job on the car light that's suspicious have every reason to start questioning some about because that's against D hello got a quick question for you yes uh did you see that red I mean that red that white Dodge Magnum parked out there I did not okay anybody know if your employees d a like Dodge mag I don't believe so okay thank you um you know around B time I don't just right now we just outed there right now so oh okay it hasn't been that long cool don't own any kind of car like that s we start asking people let's go see these guys this guy walking away did you see that yeah keep an eye on there he go there he goes just 65 he's still in here where you go get out the ground get out of the car get out now [ __ ] get out get out get out of car [Music] dispatch shots fired the owner later determined to be Justin reffle ran out of the store and into his car when he saw that the cops were after him just as he was driving away he was shot multiple times he died from a single shot to his torso and Eric Hernandez was charged with second deegree murder but killer cops aren't as rare as you think and they are just as dangerously impulsive as you can imagine take Eric Aiden for instance go one I I'm not sure uh I just was told to let her know if you guys come by uh so I'm going to give her a quick call she so there was a fight going on or something uh that's I was [Applause] not are they fighting or something she saying that it happens recently okay but this time okay which I'm not sure two weeks ago I was walking by like by their apartment basically and I was [Music] hearing I wasn't sure where came from and could I didn't want to call the police on May 3rd 2024 a Florida police officer was dispatched to an apartment building after receiving a report about an argument he could be heard talking to a woman about what apartment it was still officer Eric Aiden went and knocked on the wrong door the door was that of 23-year-old Air Force Airman Roger Fortson which room is it 1401 1401 okay 1401 but the girl sounded SC the one that called she out it sounds like it's getting really out hand so number four okay we stand there and direct the depy coming it's got [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Sheriff's Office open the door Sheriff's off open the door drop the gun drop the gun over drop the gun 3 12 shots fire suspect down do not move within a split second of Fortson opening the door with a handgun pointed downwards the officer shot him before even asking him to put the gun down Fortson could be heard saying he couldn't breathe as he bled out on the floor all Aiden did was extend his condolences to The Grieving family as though this made up for the murder he committed if you enjoyed this video let me know in the comments section and don't forget to subscribe goodbye
