could not be served but in the next case things get crazier as corrupt cops decide to rob civilians there is lots open I got I got at least 15 of the 20 30 cars to park down there open this road up yeah 30 bucks I'll s it to you these are the Erie County Sheriffs according to a video by the YouTuber auditing Erie County on the 15th of August 2023 these cops decided to close off Abbott Road in hopes of getting the local public to park into a private parking lot to charge them extra for parking why are we blocking this road off I don't know you'd have to ask the boss could you go back who's the boss I got to get you back here I got to get you back here what's your name in badge number right here buddy why is this road blocked off it's locked it's not blocked off I got a lot open down for parking down here what's this clown putting his hands on somebody for after questioning the officer he decided decides to say something completely unlawful my police offic go back go back that's not a lawful command are you out of your mind awful command it is not a lawful command I'm asking you why this road's blocked off I got a lock down here for people to get down to we take some higher up and we told that everything's booked up over there it's not booked up I got a lock down there for I can park people from our higher up so you're going to have to take it out which one worix right here this lot here I got tons of parking that whole neighborhood's got parking to go okay if they want to go I'll send down I'll down open this road up let me who's the who's the higher up that's blocking in from this side they only I know but who gave the order to put this partition here the officer tries to play off their corrupt act as a mild misunderstanding it was a misunderstanding of a radio call all the lots are full so they're pushing everybody down to the ECC entrance down here and they misunderstood that it meant nobody up here but since you guys got your own private partition out of the road put it back in that lane where it preserves you still you still got a a lane here I have to leave I got people walking by down here saying hey there's parking down here they they wouldn't let us come down here there's parking you got to Lane open we we we have no sidewalk on that side so we're trying to keep as much room over there in case somebody puns across and nobody gets hit by a car no more left so we got a lane open and people want to park down there they're they're just being instructed if they've got a pass they can't park here obviously for your private Lots they don't need passes so they can go down there but they pull up and they wave their passes and if they got a pass they got to go down to ECC and it's one way in because of this partition still in that lane and the reason they're doing this is so that they can use the sheriff's department to fill the county lot they don't want the the local is getting the money they want the county to get the money and they're using the sheriff's department to do it it's not right although the auditor exposed the sheriff Department's scheme no action was taken against them on this matter but the YouTuber has urged others to is an auditor by the name of good guy activism on YouTube on April 7th 2023 while live streaming the auditor was taking a look inside a cop car when he got aggressively approached by a bunch of blocking my movement despite being told to move the officer decides to continue to block the auditor's movements and argue with him why are you on my car like why are you blocking my movement trying no further actions were taken after this incident and although in this case the cops were still slightly Cooperative the next case gets even more out of hand you being detained right now for what reasoning I'm investigating something okay and okay so she said that you had been walking past her house and you've been harassing her um is it illegal to walk on a public sidewalk she pointed you out and is it illegal to walk on a public sidewalk this is Officer long from the Poria Police Department on the 13th of August 2022 there was a call claiming that there was a man disturbing peace but upon arrival there was no such incident but officer long still decided to harass the individual present on the scene here's what happened next can you stop please hey I'm asking you to stop please and I'm saying no okay I need to ask you a couple questions I don't answer questions okay so the female hold then ask answer questions but I'm telling you why I'm talking to you so the well I'm telling you I'm not listening to you have a nice day okay so the female says that you've been walking around her house she feels like you've been harassing her okay have you what's your name and badge number long one53 uhhuh am I being detained or am I free to go you being detained right now for what reasoning I'm investigating something okay and okay so she said that you have been walking past her house and you've been harassing her um is it illegal the walk on a public sidewalk she pointed you out and is it illegal to walk on a public sidewalk it is not but she said she being harassed what crime have I committed for you detaining me have you been looking at her car windows she said you've been looking at her car window what's your Reasonable articulable Suspicion for detaining me well people have a right to feel safe in their community so I have a right to make contact with you and let you know that she's aware of you and that she's not comfortable with you walking and looking in her car windows feelings okay the suspect brings up a valid point of why the cops cannot detain him feelings have nothing to do with you have some have nothing to do with law don't cops blame me so if person's walking by your vehicle and they're looking in your c car you have a right to be able to call the police and the officer make contact with that person blah blah blah this is what you're doing this is didn't file a lawsuit but this case still goes to show how cops unlawfully try to detain you and if you don't know your rights you could fall for their traps the unfortunate truth is corrupt cops are
