here to come into the building no so you just go around any any random buildings how many signs they out here no trespassing Mr sample was released after the encounter and let go without any charges the Panama City Police Department later reviewed the incident determining that Mr sample's detainment did not violate department policies however they acknowledged that officer laram Moore had breached the Department's speech policy and required him to undergo additional training if you think this was the only idiot cop who tried messing with high-ranking soldiers wait until you watch this next case you're not going to touch me you're not going to put any hands on me do not put hands on me going to walk out of here okay and I will let you know everything you need to know but they don't they're not even helping those customers I even came out here to let them help those customers right right and they're still not helping them okay so that's my problem okay that's your problem they don't they don't want your business here okay guess guess what tough nuggies tough nuggies okay well they don't want your business here toughies it's a private establishment it's not a private estab it's not no it's not who who what's your name and badge number I'll give you that what's your name and badge it's right here it's right here we're going to walk out and I'll that we're going to walk you need to know right now okay this isn't a private establishment I'm engaged in a constit no I'm engaged in a constitutional something here let me read you something constitutionally protected activity okay this is legislative notes okay I don't care about legislative notes let me read you something okay yeah you go ahead and read it the situation quickly turned contentious when postal workers accused him of trespassing when they locked the doors to trap him inside and eventually called the police Mr Kevin stood his ground while he stated his constitutional right to record citing poster 7 for those who don't know poster 7 allows such activities for journalistic purposes in public spaces despite his explanations police officers arrived and supported the postal workers claims stating that he was trespassing and disrupting the premises I read it to okay right so answer any other questions here for okay so who said what I was doing is unlawful who says I don't have lawful business here who says that they to help you no no they did not no they did not have you looked at the video then you don't know all you know is a lie show me the video all you know is a lie did you ask for it did you ask to see it you asked me if I saw it did you show me the video see something you didn't show me okay how you doing I'm corpor my camer corpal yeah corporal everything being reported okay yeah what can I help you with today well you can educate this officer right here M and let him know that it's not against the law to be in a public place filming that's fine yeah really that's fine you you can tell them that you can't create a disturbance though who who said I created a disturbance all the uh the people all the people lying to you afraid of you yeah all the people lying to you you going you so so are you going to charge them for for falsifying uh uh police report I don't I don't think you going to do that I don't think that them being afraid of you uh creating a well you're are you are you law enforcement or feelings enforcement I'm law enforcement EXA exactly exactly and that's what I'm going to do for you right um so they they've trespassed you from the building they can't do that they they can um no they can't they can they're saying that you're not allowed to be here um you're not participating in any services that they are offering you they're saying you're not allowed to be here okay what's your name imag I'm Corporal Bardo 5672 5672 so so let me let me get it from you you're not allowed to be here any longer let me let me get let me get this straight are you leaving friendly or wait a minute yeah okay okay give me a second so you're what you're telling me is if I don't leave right now mhm you're going to put handcuffs on me and charge me with trespassing you will be arrested for trespassing that is correct wow mhm so under threat of arrest I will walk outside okay cuz I don't want to be arrested I don't want you to be arrested so so so what uh so we can we can start we can keep talking outside whatever the case is but you're not allowed to be on the premises anymore so we can continue talking we can record we can walk outside that's fine but if you not leave the premises you will be placed under arrest for trespassing yeah okay so you so you're officially trespassing me from this public offic yeah absolutely no no no you you're trespassing me Baltimore County Police Department the post offices no no well they can't they can no they can't um are you trespassing me you're being trespassed from from this building yes are you the Baltimore County Police Department trespassing me we can leave or we can be placed under arrest is that a fair don't put hands on me well I'm telling you you need to walk out I a disabled veteran okay thank you for your service you do not touch me okay don't touch me we start walking out then look still not serving the public and we got another police officer here and I'm being and I'm being escorted out the door I'm being pushed out the door by police they are physically removing me from the building that includes the premises as well you be you know premises thank you no no no no no the officer threatened arrest and did not cite a valid reason for such threats officers physically escorted the veteran outside the building he protested and labeled their actions unconstitutional and alleged false imprisonment despite moving to the public sidewalk the police continued to press him ultimately arresting him for trespassing he was eventually released after some time the proceeding of this case are unknown if you think this was the maximum cops can try to mess with soldiers then you probably aren't aware of this next case have we broken any laws uh we've got calls so we're investigating the calls we want to know who's on our propertyme what crime was are you well first off are you guys veterans how does that con isn't this open the this is open no no it's not unfortunately it's this is Deputy Chief Matthew mhand from the Veterans Affairs Police Department in January 2019 a veteran visited the Spokane VA hospital to replace a stolen veteran's ID card he planned to document public wall decorations funded by taxpayer dollars before heading upstairs to retrieve his ID card while doing so Virginia hospital Homeland Security Police approached him questioning his Photography they cited unauthorized photography which led to the situation escalating did you guys get U clearance to record in here did you guys get clearance to record in here I'm just checking cuz we have privacy of the patients that we want to yeah we're not in those areas right now well there's patients and generally they the police give the guidance so I was just curious if you guys had well it's a publicly accessible area of the hospital right yeah we just try to maintain the privacy of our patients that's all I'm ask I'm not trying to be a we no we didn't get clents we just taking some pictures of the public no we're try to anybody's paration or anything like that so fair enough okay cool thanks yeah be over on the uh look I'll pass up by that area there's one that comes down in the same wow I said have water guys how are you ask you not to videotape me please uh I always reccommend public officials can you camera off you stepped in front of the camera ID you stepped in front of the camera I'm stepping away do you have ID on you why would I need ID because you're in a federal building you guys do you guys have to identify yourselves inside Federal property have we broken any laws uh we've got calls so we're investigating the calls we want to know who's on our propertyme what crime was are you well first off are you guys veterans how dides that isn't this open this is open no it's not unfortunately it's a was there any signs posted when we came on property yeah we didn't see any signs I didn't see any signs poed this a government facility this is a is taxpayers huh we're taxpayers don't we pay for this this is a medical facility people that got here so what's the problem okay you know what I've told you wait a minute for y turn wait a minute I'm for what you're not no no you're going they don't want toid despite undergoing three shoulder surgeries the veteran was forcibly handcuffed with his arms painfully Twisted behind his back causing significant distress he was detained without being charged with a specific crime security Personnel removed his wallet without consent and searched it even though he needed his ID to renew his VA card he was issued a courtesy violation notice for unauthorized photography His companion labeled questionable Authority was issued a notice for disorderly conduct the veteran was escorted out preventing him from renewing his VA card if you think this was the height of cops trying to mess with soldiers then you probably haven't heard of this next case I understand that crime but it is a crime to have a light bar with certain colors that's why I had to turn your overhead down yeah there's there's no red and blues they were pulled out of the the push bar too I'm sorry what they were pulled out of the push bar too okay and then so who did you buy the car from why does it still have like the and everything in the back cuz I do security and I've got a dog these are offices from the Ann Arbor Police Department in November 2022 a veteran driving a former police car now converted into a private vehicle is pulled over by officers the car still possesses elements like a light bar without red or blue lights a cage and Equipment left behind by its previous owner the oberin police in Ohio the driver explains that he uses the car for security work and Uber rides taking advantage of its unque look for practicality and even to amuse College passengers however the cops do not take this justification and proceed to hassle the veteran so what is this car it is a private vehicle okay why does it look like a patrol car cuz it used to be one okay that's not a crime I I understand it's not a crime but it is a crime to have a light bar with certain colors that's why it had to turn your overhead yeah there's there's no red and blues they were pulled out of the the push bar too I'm sorry what they were pulled out of the push bar too okay and then so who did you buy the car from why does it still have like the cage and everything in the back cuz I do security and I've got a dog okay and I I drive Uber as well and the college kids get a kick out of it the door's open from the inside though okay and so what's your purpose of having a light bar on the top I do security as well I'm waiting on amber light a I'm a freelance contractor who do you just who do he just car me through I'm a freelance contractor at whoever somebody hires you out or that's exactly how I do it so so whoever whoever you bought the car for left everything in there or did you equip this car with it all no it came like that from Oberland police from where oberin police in Ohio oberin police in Ohio yep they even left some crayons in here you want some crayons I'm sorry they left some crayons you want some crayons I got there's no reason for you to be a smart ass with me sir I I've been trying to get rid of them I'm I'm serious you want some crayons you got kids I I can even show you show them to you I got tons of them how how do you spell it uh o b e r l i n so they left the mdvr and everything in it yeah yeah they did they a license registration insurance as well uh for what crime well this is a traffic stop and I have to record everything on my day sheet and the reason we're stopping you is to make sure that you didn't have lights but therefore it's an investigative stop for that purpose so you do have to show me your driver's license insurance and registration for what crime for having the light bu is that a crime once I found that it's not the red and lights it's not a crime but still have a so lawfully I know my rights okay I do not have to present ID if there's no crime committed I am doing an investigation to investigate that those are not blue lights and there are not blue lights you saw that okay you have to provide that you have to be on the roadway if there has been a crime committed I have to provide this so please call please call your supervisor please call your supervisor now what's your name badge number 074 thank you what's your name and badge number ma'am I'll give you a business card for that one sir okay that's uh that's not how the law states it but I'll take a business card it's officer drawer badge 184 as you can see on my name tag thank you as well as I'll give you I'll provide you yeah I appreciate that a business card as well I appreciate that the officers had initially pulled him over to investigate the potential misuse of police style lights upon confirming that the vehicle lacks red and blue lights they acknowledge that no crime has been committed the veteran standing firm on his rights refuses to provide identification without Reasonable Suspicion of a crime denying identification can be deemed lawful under the Fifth Amendment for those who don't know the Fifth Amendment of the US Constitution protects citizens from not identifying themselves if they believe they can be unreasonably incriminated he requests a supervisor and openly criticizes the officers describing their actions as harassment and a violation of his rights how you doing how's it going good how are you understand you wanted to speak to the command yeah uh so I can't hear you very well from here is way roll the window down slightly I'm not comfortable with that okay for for my safety I I prefer it up okay I just might not be able to hear you very clearly yeah so you can see up there there's no other lights in there other than the four I was stopped anyways turn on the lights I know my rights no crime has been committed I'm not providing my ID I will only provide an ID if if reasonable articulable suspicion that a crime has been committed can be stated and your officer does not want to do that so it's harassment I am a disabled veteran I I know my rights I know the law I know the Constitution and it's off officers like that that I withdrew my support from you guys and I get there there's good ones out there I'm friends with a few of them myself but that's not that's not okay you know there's no crime committed I should have already been released I appreciate that you have a good night the veteran was allowed to leave following the encounter no citations or further incidents took place in consequence if you think this was the last cop who tried to mess with soldiers then you probably don't know about this last case this is a bathtub and it is floating in my pond right now someone pulled off the road here and illegally dumped a bunch of remodeling debris off the side of the road and into a Waterway a veteran and owner of Stony Ridge Farm in North Carolina discovered that someone had illegally dumped debris including a bathtub into his pond he promptly contact Ed code enforcement to report the violation the farm owner also recounted a previous encounter with the police when code enforcement was called on him the officers had come to investigate whether he had an electrical permit for a building on his property watch what he had to say after interacting with the cops well just so happens I had to call code enforcement and the reason I had to call code enforcement is because I was up in the pasture feeding the cows and discovered this ridiculous thing thing that is a guess what it is you will never guess post it down there guess what it is before I take you and show you this is a bathtub and it is floating in my pond right now someone pulled off the road here and illegally dumped a bunch of remodeling debris off the side of the road and into to a Waterway into my 2 acre Pond right here check it out guys tell me what you think about this this is North Carolina's Finest I don't understand why this kind of thing has to happen but right there is the bathtub and it's gross it's absolutely disgusting looks like it's been refinished a couple times maybe painted and I got to get it out of the pond so I called code enforcement about this and we'll talk talk about that and then we'll show you fishing this thing out of the pond I got to actually go get the Warlock dump truck so let's run over there we'll get the dump truck and we'll load up all this stuff there's a bunch of trash debris and mostly beer bottles and beer cans all over the road littered up here I don't know what else to say other than there's a lot of people riding around throwing beer bottles out is there a lot of people riding around drinking beer I don't know what I do have a problem with is that last week I had Co code enforcement called on me and when code enforcement was called on me they were called in to investigate whether I had an electrical permit for this Farm building up here and of course I had an electrical permit and a little bit of internal communication would have put that fire out and saved some tax dollars in my humble opinion so you guys tell me if you haven't seen that video there'll be a link at the end of this video so stay tuned it's going to be pretty quick hopefully it doesn't take me too long to get this bathtub out of my PO Pond and guys I've had everything from bathtubs to cars in this Pond this Pond's up next to the roadway and that inevitably makes a litter problem people Chuck bottles out the window of their vehicle and try to hit the pond that's just their goal so throughout the year I have to go behind these sorry people who are throwing out bottles into the pond bottles trash I don't care engine blocks car parts all sorts of stuff he clarified that he had the correct electrical permit and everything was in order the farm owner felt that the situation could have been easily resolved with a simple phone call or some internal communication but instead it turned into an unnecessary issue wasting both time and taxpayer money despite the inconvenience he acknowledged that the sheriff's deputy who was also a code enforcement officer remained polite and professional throughout the interaction the farm owner expressed his frustration feeling feeling that the matter was overblown and unnecessary especially since he had all the required permits in place it's surprising to see cops act out of line with high-ranking soldiers and face the Fallout for their actions if you enjoyed this video make sure to like And subscribe for more goodbye
