Ryan Wingo was chasing speedsters during this Chase he was honked at by veteran Charles Donner and his wife Britney who were driving along along a highway after Trooper Wingo heard the car honk he took a 360° turn left the chase of the previous car and started pursuing veteran Donner's car pull into the parking lot pull it to the parking lot SE Hot Springs go and send uh one the normal units Charles Doner was cousing him out and he had to calm him down in the back seat of his Cruiser Trooper Wingo then explains to the other officer how the incident happened he says that he was looking for Speed stir and he saw a car going 60 mph in the opposite direction he says that he turned around to chase the car but he does not mention that he made a sharp U-turn without using his siren or signaling his intention similarly he says that Mr Donner was following him too closely and honked his horn at him he then cleverly states that he decided to pull him over for that reason but he does from the officer soon after Burl was arrested he was let go after the officer determined that he had done nothing wrong but veteran Burl did not let it go that easily a case was filed against officer mlin for wrongful arrest and after the investigation found out that veteran Burl was in the right he was awarded $300,000 finally we moved to wheatbridge Colorado where a 57-year-old veteran James is sitting on a bench waiting for an Uber suddenly an officer from wheat rdge PD arrives and starts interrogating the veteran how you doing good what's going on waiting Uber waiting for your Uber yeah the police officer but the police officer still arrests him without any plausible cause or even suspicion this is starting to look like a lawsuit that can pretty much end the officer's career I don't before the cops arrested him the cops then ask whether anyone from his family can take him back to his home and Mr James again states that he called an Uber and no family person was required to take don't have this the Uber Out Mr James then gave the phone's password to the officers after the officers confirmed that the Uber is indeed on its way they let the veteran go and wait with him until the Uber arrives despite this seemingly Humane gesture the cops were completely in the wrong for arresting Mr James and harassing him despite Mr James being completely innocent since Mr James did not file any complaint the cops got off without any punishment
