Doc, you're under. That's okay. I'll go under. >> You're under arrest. >> Get out of the ground. >> Arrest don't have to be messy and nobody needs to get hurt. >> Come on. >> Come on. I'm >> Most of the time it depends on how suspects react. >> Get in the car right now or you will get tased. >> I said I will leave. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. Glad to get this out. >> Put your legs in the car right now. >> Some of them get offended by the mere presence of police officers. >> Give me your hands. Give me your hands. >> And as a result, these stubborn suspects go from zero to 100. And it's all caught on body cam. >> Shut your mouth. >> Okay, I'll talk. I'll talk. >> You want to talk? I'll talk to you. You're not going to yell at me. >> Show me. You show me. You know how it works. How I talk my feet like that. Sorry that >> get in your car and go home. >> No, no, no, no. >> On July 31st, 2024, an officer pulled a vehicle over for speeding in a construction zone. The officer only wanted to give the driver a ticket, but due to the driver's behavior, things quickly got a whole lot worse than they needed to be. >> Stop. >> [screaming] >> How you doing today? I'm Officer Stewart of the Cross Police Department. State your driver's license, please. >> Thank you, sir. There's not stopping. It's prior to the red light back there. We're in the construction zone going 52 miles an hour. speed limit's only 35 to the construction zone. >> The cop was already frustrated with the suspect considering the fact that he'd driven past multiple safe places to pull over. Furthermore, in addition to the fact that he was speeding, the officer also noticed that he wasn't wearing a seat belt. >> Also, you got to be wearing your seat belt. You can't put it on. >> No, I seen usually I you know my hand and everything. >> Why would you take your seat belt off? Oh, because that's just that's my handed normal when you stop the car and back. >> Oh yeah. Normally you go 52 miles an hour through a construction zone. >> Oh yeah. Because I try to look at I guess you >> Okay. You can't use your phone in a construction zone either. That's illegal. So no phone, no speeding, right? Give me one minute. Sir, do me a favor. Follow over there for me. Right over there. >> While the suspect pulled over to a safer area away from traffic, the officer returned to his cruiser to write out the ticket. Given the officer had reason to believe that the man was driving without a seat belt and admitted to being on his phone, he was lucky the officer was only going to give him a speeding ticket. >> So, there's a license back. Okay. At this time, issue a citation your speed for 52 and a 35. The blue paper here explains your options inside explains how to take care of everything 52. >> Huh? >> I don't think but police believe so I can come and tell 52. >> Yeah, but you're going 52 cuz you pass me. I do the radar. You're on the right lane. >> How I know it's driving you too. >> You can go to court if there's no cars around you. >> He told me the the speed I driving. >> No, it doesn't work that way. You can go to court if you don't think it. >> It's all right because I didn't see it if you have. >> You just told me you're on your phone. So you could have been looking at your phone. >> My phone. I look I look over here. I'm moving. But you're looking at it. You're not paying attention. >> I'm paying attention. I'm not paying attention. But can you show me that one? It's not right. >> No, you show me that one. If you going to have me You're going to have me speak like that. If you show me the the speak. >> Yeah. There's nothing to show you, right? >> No. No. Show me how if you can write up. So, how many How do I know? >> You can go to court and you >> No, it's Oh my god. >> I got to argue with you. The man had every right to be frustrated as nobody likes getting hit with a speeding ticket. However, if he really thought he shouldn't have gotten a ticket, he also had every right to dispute it in court. Arguing with an officer on the street only makes things worse, but that's exactly what he chose to do. >> I'm trying. >> Hey, shut your mouth. >> I don't >> shut your mouth. >> Okay, I'll talk. I'll talk. I'll talk. I'll talk to you. You're not going to yell at me. >> Show me. You so you work how I talk like that. Sell me that one. >> Get in your car and go home. >> No, no, no, no. My homie not over here. >> Then go get out here and go. >> No, no. You can sell me that one. >> I'm not showing you anything. >> How How DO I KNOW I'M driving like that one? >> Go to court. >> No, it's just No, it's not the code because if you can write up like this, however you make the job. I'm not going to lie. >> You want to make the job? >> I already explained to you. I'm not going. >> No, you did not explain. Give me the recall. >> I explained. You can go. >> No. No. You don't give me anything. >> Get in your car. >> How do I know? >> You don't go. >> No. How do I know? >> You don't go. >> No. No. How do I know that? I'm leaving. >> How do I know that? >> Check the area of 4331. >> He was behaving like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. At that point, the cop had already given him several chances to just get in his vehicle and drive away. However, this stubborn suspect was not done fighting. >> You're about to go to jail. Come here. Come here. >> No. No. No. You want to play game? >> No. No. I'll go home. I'll go home. I'm home. I'll go home. >> What do I do? I go home. >> Play gang. Stop. Going to jail now. >> I'm telling to you. >> Stop. Come here. >> No. I don't tell anything to you. I don't tell anything. >> Come here. >> COME ON. COME ON. HELP. >> HELP. [screaming] PLEASE. >> NO. I don't. >> I got I got to pick up the kid. I got to pick up my kid. >> Stop. >> No. I got to pick up my kid. On multiple occasions, the driver refused to follow his orders. And when the officer had enough and got ready to put him in cuffs, he suddenly claimed that he was willing to comply. Sadly for this guy, he'd already missed his opportunity to do the right thing. >> I don't do anything. I don't touch anything. >> Stop. >> No. Listen, I don't do anything. >> Please. >> Stop fighting with me. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. I don't understand. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I don't do anything. I don't do anything. I don't do anything. I don't do anything. >> Put your hands behind your back. Don't around. >> Okay. Okay. Let me explain to them. >> No, there's no explaining. Shut up. >> No explaining. >> Oh my goodness. >> Anyone else in the car right now? >> One detained. >> Vehicle's clear. Slow down. anyone else. >> In the presence of the other officer, the suspect finally calmed down and began to follow orders. And just to thank, all he had to do earlier was take his ticket, go on home, and fight it in court. However, due to his behavior, he was heading to jail. >> Is that worth it for speeding to you? >> Yeah, but I want you to know it, and I didn't know it. I >> to you, then you act like a crazy person trying to block me with your car. Won't block want me to leave. You jump in front of you. >> I explained to you what was going to happen, what your choices were, and how to handle it. >> You act like a mad man. >> They come running at me. What do you shot? >> Then you jump in front of my car. Then you jump behind my car. >> Once you sit down and >> That's not how it works. This isn't your world. I explained to you how to take care of it. Go to court. >> There's nothing to see. There's nothing to do. Now you get to go to jail on top of a speed. >> Worked out well for you. >> The officer was right. The suspect here had no one to blame for his predicament but himself. The only thing left to do was search the man, put him in the back of a cruiser, and take him to the jail house where he could think about his actions that led to his arrest. >> He start freaking out. I don't know what happened. That's his property. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to pull around. Yeah. Is that an Audi >> Lexus? All right. >> There's a key in that. >> An Audi key. >> Yeah, there's an Audi. >> Where's the key? Inside the car. Where? Inside. Um >> Oh, no. No. in the back. >> That's not it. That's an Audi, is it? >> Oh, no. One. >> Yeah. One's in the car. All right. They charged the suspect with resisting arrest without violence. [snorts] >> On the 10th of June, 2024 in Florida, the cop stopped a man for walking his dog in a prohibited area. Despite the rule being clearly posted on signs along the boardwalk, the man took issue with the officer's presence. >> I'm gonna I'm gonna take off. >> Oh, let me let me explain to you. >> So, did he did he explain to you why we stopped you? >> Papa dog, right? >> Okay. Yeah. So, no pets are allowed here on the road. >> I'm on my way. >> Okay. Look, >> I'll be like I'd like to be on my way. >> Look, so what has to happen is we have to give you a civil citation. There's nothing's gonna happen, bro. I ain't consenting to anything. >> Okay, look. >> You have to give it to us. We have Look, I'm gonna explain to you because if you do not go to jail for obstruction, >> we don't want to take you to jail. They're not going to be happy. >> Can I take my dog? >> They're not going to be happy with me. >> All right. I turn right now. >> I'd like to be on my way. >> Okay. I'd like to be on his way. You all >> I would like to be on my way like nothing. >> The suspect thought he was the one calling the shots, but he was about to find out that it wasn't the case. Furthermore, his claim that the higherups wouldn't be happy was clearly a bluff, and the officers knew it. If he wanted to avoid trouble, he'd have to hand over his ID lickety split. >> Ask for me. >> Let me explain. >> Not with you. What makes you above the law? >> What makes you above the law? You're illegally you are illegally detained by the police. >> Clearly you can't understand it and you're saying I said let me explain this. I'm talking to him I'll back him away. I'm a sergeant here. >> Okay. >> So how about that? I'm the higher supervisor. So how about you stop bone down? Relax your posture cuz I will take you to jail. >> I'm obstructing our investigation. You understand? And relax homie. >> I'm relaxed. >> You're not relaxed. Look. >> Okay. So when you're legally stopped by the police right now, >> okay, you have to have to do. >> All right, you're going to go to jail. >> With the man refusing to hand his ID over, there was only one way the encounter was going to go. Identifying yourself to police officers is usually the first and most basic step. And the man's refusal to do so would only escalate things further. >> We have to identify you. Failing to identify, meaning you refusing to give identification to a police officer, conducting an investigation, becomes an obstruction of justice misdemeanor charge based on the civil citation stop. So that's where you're sadly mistaken, my friend. >> Bro, I haven't committed a crime, bro. >> Yeah, but you did. You're committing an ordinance violation. It's an ordinance. >> It is a crime. >> It is a civil, bro. >> Bro, you're taking this to a level where it's doesn't need to be. >> You guys want to handle citations? That's what we want to do. >> When you don't see it, literally sitting there on the bench with the sign up there that says no petal law. >> Okay. I didn't see it, bro. What do you want me to do? >> Okay. Ignorance is not an excuse, bro. So, we're trying to hear and educate you in it and give you a civil citation, a little of a criminal one. And you want to be, you know, the way that you are. You don't want to provide your documentation, your ident. >> Yes, you do. 100%. >> I don't go to jail. Enough of this. Arresting the suspect was the last thing they wanted to do, but he left them with no choice. As walking away from them and just dropping things was out of the question, the cops informed him that he was under arrest, but it only annoyed the man even more. >> Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back. >> No. >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. You want to take me to jail for what? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands back. >> Hands behind your back. >> You are. So that's it. >> Should be enough. All right. >> All right. Cool. >> What don't you understand? This is why you got to take it to this level. I'm explaining the law to you. You just guys are doing whatever you want. >> It's not going to go down, >> dude. No. >> That's what it is. >> It's not going to go down like that, bro. >> Okay. Give us a >> You're in handcuffs. I'm not right. So, you're going to jail. I'm not hearing a story. >> You guys just >> For what? Silly, bro. You guys are silly. That's all I got to say. >> Silly one. >> Trying to just comply with their what they're request. >> You guys are silly. No problem. >> You guys are silly. Whatever. >> Okay, cool. >> The only silly person here was this guy who instead of getting a citation was heading to jail. But you had to hand it to him because he stuck to his game plan and went on refusing to cooperate despite the fact that he was already in cuffs. I would like to stand. >> I would like you to sit down, please. >> Yeah, just stand, please. >> When I tell you to do something, you got to do that. Dude, >> I was being very cordial with you. >> You guys are just taking me to jail for whatever, dude. >> Guys, you guys are just taking me to jail for no reason. >> Where's your phone? Your phone. >> Somebody table. >> Yo, that's what you're you're sadly mistaken, brother. We're tried to we tried to cordally explain this. Do whatever you want. We'll do it anyways. I mean, can I >> No, we weren't. That's what I'm trying to explain to you. But you want to be difficult. What I was trying to explain to you, it's a civil citation for the stop. Okay. And it wasn't even telling if you were going to get a ticket or not until you started being evasive and not providing identification. That's what I explained to you, that it is an obstruction of of justice charge if you failed to provide an officer identification for a lawful reason. We lawfully stopped you for a dog on the broadwalk. Not only did you have a dog on the broadwalk, you had the dog off the leash, which is a misdemeanor violation in public. It's the law. It's the law. You were lawful, bro. >> Okay. You don't agree with it. Write your congressman or senator to have the laws changed. >> You don't have to agree. I don't I don't lie to anybody. >> Okay. >> You don't have to agree with the law, but it's a lawful stop, bro. You guys can't do whatever you want either. >> Well, that's where >> we don't do whatever we want. We Okay, >> you're doing How many times you been arrested? >> And it's all good. You don't think that your demeanor, your behavior kind of put you in this situation here? >> Because you're refusing to comply with with our investigation. I mean, this this is this could have been all avoidable. Do you think we're here for you? Do you think we have better crap to do than to come here? You see that? >> It might have been hard for him to comprehend, but the cops weren't his enemy. They were simply doing their jobs and enforcing the law. The cops don't want to arrest anyone unless it's absolutely necessary, especially given the fact that there are far more serious crimes that demand police resources. >> Okay, let me tell you something. This is this is the number four beach in the country. Okay, >> our bosses, the politicians, the homeowners, the residents, they call us on every violation, every nuisance violation. Dogs off leashes, dogs here, dogs walking around. You know why? Because your dog walks around, takes your you don't pick it up. Your dog does this, does that, little dog's there, attack the big dog, now you're biting someone, all this. We have to address every single one of these concerns. Okay? We can't stop in front of a restaurant with 50 people there. 50 people walking on the boardwalk and you have a dog running around that's loose and we clearly see you and not at least go say, "Hey man, you can't have a dog there." You want to take it to the next level. You don't want to hear what these officers are trying to explain to you. And you still don't. So, I don't know what you want me to tell you at the end of the day. Like, you want to keep playing this game? I'll play with you all day, bro. >> You don't want to give me your name? No problem. I'll put you I'll [ __ ] this John Doe. You can sit accounting for asever long as it takes us to identify you. I don't give a I really don't cuz that's how I operate. Cuz don't mind the shorts. Don't mind this. Don't mind anything like that. We're real cops, dude. And you want to treat us like that like we're security guards. Hey man, you know what? You made your decision. That's on you, homie. So, I don't care. >> Based on the man's expression, some of what the cop was saying was beginning to make sense to him. While there was no escaping jail, he still had a chance to apologize and make amends for his behavior. However, it was probably just wishful thinking. >> Can I talk to you? >> Go ahead. Go ahead. >> Can I please get your information? Your fault or resident. >> You guys are taking us for no reason. Okay. Look, >> all this does is prolong the process. They're going to figure out matter. I'm going to tell you. Do you hear what he said to you? >> You don't give us your information. You go to town as John Doe. They will keep you there. >> Okay, bro. You guys want to do that? I'm asking if I would >> I would like to be on my way like I asked you guys. You know the provided information you would >> I would like to be on my way too cuz you know what I s I stopped work at 8 today and I would have been on my way home but now I'm dealing with you because you don't care because you got no respect. You don't care. I'm seeing citizen that the dog said it was her dog. >> I think so. Then why am I in handcuffs? >> Because you're refusing to identify yourself. >> She got the dog already in the [ __ ] You had you had control and possession of the dog when I stopped you, right? Dog was right next to you and then you picked it up. That's why I stopped you, bro. >> By that point, if they were trying to negotiate with him, they were just wasting their time. The only thing left to do now was put him in the back of a squad car and transport the man to the station. >> You have to start by providing your information. >> What? >> Okay, come on, man. Like, I'm in >> That's the start, bro. For a little for a little duck. You're in handcuffs cuz you're not cooperating. Hey, >> listen. >> What's your background, bro? >> I'd like to be grew up, bro. You broke past that. >> Come on. >> You know you You're not stupid, bro. >> You're not stupid, man. >> We need to identify you before we do anything else here. If you fail to do that, that's fine. John Doe, you get bushed. >> Man, we'll get you. They charged the man with resisting arrest without violence. At least he only cut his day at the beach short and didn't ruin it for his friends and family like our next suspect. On March 22nd, 2023, the cops were dispatched to a hotel water park after reports of a woman screaming, swearing, and causing a public disturbance in front of a hundred people, including families with kids. >> Hi, >> I'm Deputy Plum with the Sheriff's Office. >> Plum. >> All right. Do you have an ID on you or anything? >> Sure do. Can >> I borrow that from you? >> Sure can. What's going on today? >> I came here and I was sitting at the bar having a drink with my friends. I come here multiple times. When I tell you I've spent thousands of dollars at this hotel, thousands of dollars at this hotel. >> Uhhuh. >> From the bar to staying at the hotel to everything. This is my hotel I come to. >> What happened today? >> 24/7. >> Okay. What happened? sitting at the bar >> and the dude with no shoes comes to my people that I bought a hotel $400 hotel room comes to my people and says something to my people for what? >> Well, what did he say? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Anyway, so what happens >> he was talking to >> about what he said? >> How do you know he's talking? >> They need to leave the pool. >> Okay. So, he asked him to leave the pool. So, you know what he said? >> They need to leave the area. >> Okay. From the moment she opened her mouth, it was obvious she was beyond intoxicated. She was barely making any sense. So, the cop had to keep repeating himself. She claimed a man was talking [ __ ] about her, but didn't have evidence to back it up. >> Yes, I get it. You come here all the time. I get it. So, >> I've seen him. I've seen it multiple times. >> Got it. >> Wayne got my tickets and I was like, here's my >> Did he ask you to leave? >> Yeah, he did. >> Okay. Did you leave? >> What would I leave for? When I paid >> Didn't he ask you to leave >> for what? Did he ask you to leave >> for what though? >> I'm asking you a question. Did he ask you to leave? >> Yes. Why did >> And then you did not leave, right? >> Why did he ask me to leave? I >> I don't know. That's a good question. You tell me. >> I'm I'm asking you. >> I don't know. Doesn't matter. It's private property. If they ask you to leave, you have to leave. >> What do you mean when I pay $400? >> All right. So, I'm not going to argue with you. You're getting trespassed. Okay. Kyle, can you say the words? >> So, no. No. >> You just say yeah. Yeah. Kyle, you don't have to listen. I don't care. She was denying she'd done anything wrong, but she must have done something because the staff was trying to trespass her. However, instead of taking the trespass order, she demanded to talk to a supervisor. >> I'm going to give you one more chance to leave and then you're going to go in handcuffs. Do you understand? >> I'm going to call 911. >> No, you're not. >> Don't touch my phone. >> Oh, now we're going to jail. >> You're touching ME AND I DIDN'T DO NOTHING WRONG. You're about to get in trouble for real. What the are you touching me for? What the are you putting me on the floor? >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Why am I arrested? >> WHY AM I >> STOP RESISTING? >> WHY AM I ARRESTED? >> Why am I arrested? Why am I Why am I arrested? >> Why am I arrested? >> Stop moving your arm. >> Why am I arrested? Why am I arrested? >> You have my whole out. >> Why am I arrested, >> sir? You good? >> Yeah, >> sir. Why am I arrested? >> I'll tell you. >> You put me YOU PUT ME IN HANDCUFFS before you to before you read my Miranda rights. >> Yep. >> Don't need to Don't need to read a Miranda. >> Nobody wants to be trespassed from a hotel. It's embarrassing. It seems a little unfair after you just spent $400 on a room. That being said, it's still far better to simply walk away with your dignity intact than to get in a drunken scuffle with law enforcement in front of strangers walking by. >> So, what am I for? >> What am I arrested for? >> Told you. Disorderly intoxication. >> What am I arrested for, though? >> Get in. >> Can you tell me what I'm >> I've already told you three times? >> Get in the car. >> I will leave. Give me my stuff and I will leave. >> Get in the car right now or you will get tased. >> I said I will leave. >> Get in the car. Can I leave? >> Get in the car. >> I have two kids. >> Put your legs in the car right now. >> Can I leave? Please for no reason. >> Do you have kids up there? How did you get out of the handcuffs? >> You have You have no reason to put me in handcuffs. >> Get out of the car. >> I didn't do nothing to you. >> Well, you just now a felony. >> I did nothing to you. I did nothing to you. >> Turn around. >> What the I don't know what your problem is. >> I did nothing to you. What the you got going on? What do you What do you got going on for real? >> Really? >> What do you got going on for real? >> You're arresting me for what? >> You're going to be a little tighter than me. >> For what? For what? >> Told you a million times. >> For what? For what? >> Told you already. >> For what? For what? >> Okay, so let me leave. Get my money back and let me >> under arrest. I told you that. >> I'm under arrest for what? >> I'm not under arresting you. >> For what? >> Disorderly in talks. >> She was secured in handcuffs and placed in the back of the cruiser. Given she was unable to explain what happened, causing the staff to trespass her, the cops talked to security to get some better insights. >> So, what happened today? Quick run down here. >> The the bar railing there. Um, I was on the other side. >> Yep. In the pool area. >> In the pool area. She was sitting on the other side with her friends. One of her friends got up to walk around and get in the pool. And I just mentioned to her friend that she was her friend was perfectly cool and her other two friends were perfectly cool. and she spun around and went off on me about how she's got a villa here and blah blah blah and every time I see her I've never seen her in my life. Okay. >> And she's like every time I see her and you're harassing me and I got a villa here I should. So then her friends got her calm down I think and she left. >> So she's swearing and yelling at like in front of like at the pool area in front of kids and everything. >> Then then she left and her friend the guy friend came up and was like I appreciate she's going through all this. I'm not fine. So, I was in the park walking around and then right underneath the slide, she came in the park and found me and started screaming at me. Screaming at me. So, I >> What was she saying? >> Oh, that I would not talk to her and she'd already complained with the manager and I was going to lose my job and on and on. >> Like literally yelling. >> Screaming. I mean, scream. >> Okay. After getting the security guard statement, the officer made his way to the suspect's hotel room and let her friends know that unfortunately they'd also have to leave the property as the room was rented in the suspect's name and she had just been trespassed. >> She was trespassed. Okay. >> Okay. >> Which means >> her at the pool though. >> But listen, she didn't come with us. She >> She had an I don't have a Her name was on the >> I don't have a physical ID. >> It's her dad. It's her dad. He didn't have a physical >> and we were all together earlier. >> How long until he gets here? >> He's almost said 20 minutes >> and they the manager said I'm trying to >> hold him. >> So the manager and maintenance came upstairs and said you guys have 30 minutes till your dad gets here which is her dad >> which we can't control a grown adult. We left when she was arguing at the security guard. >> But here's the thing private property right? They don't want you here. They're asking you to leave. >> So they're going to refund the money and everything else. Okay, >> they can, but you're going to have to take that up on a different day or even later today if you want. >> Her friends had every right to be upset. They were all looking forward to a nice weekend by the pool, but due to their drunken friend, it had all been cut short. As the officer said, it was possible to get a refund, but they'd have to take that up with reception. >> Everybody needs to go. All right. As far as your money's concerned, you can get that back at a later date. I'm sure it's they got a lot of money here. I'm sure they can refund you. However, for today, everybody needs to leave right now. Okay, >> drove. >> You guys are all a group of friends, a group of people, whatever. >> You could you could say no all you want, but you all say Okay, but you're all together. >> We're not getting out of this. >> Yeah, there there's really no point. >> They invited her. >> I got you. But now you all have to go because of her actions. >> Well, we told we left. >> It is what >> I got. But the hotel staff doesn't want to trespass anybody right now, but they want you to go. >> However, if you don't go, then we are going to trespass. And then if you don't feel like what we're confused about maintenance that I talk to the manager he just came up here and said you guys have an hour for your dad to get here >> and get your things together. >> They're telling us that they want you to go. So now I guess bad news is trust me. So >> you don't own the place honestly. >> Yeah. I'm going to clean up real quick then. >> That's fine. I don't care if you guys leave that there. >> Yeah, that's why I said leave that like I don't know. I don't want them to like charge. >> They're kicking us out. What the Leave all the extra charge Frank extra cuz we didn't clean or something. >> They're kicking us out anyways. >> With the trio cooperating and leaving the property, the officer made his way back downstairs. It was finally time to put their drunken friend in the back of a transport vehicle and then take her to the station for further processing. I don't understand why I'm getting arrested. >> What do you mean? I have a hotel. What do you mean I'm I'm intoxicated? >> What do you mean? >> Smell it. >> Smell what? That I had a drink? I'm not intoxicated. I've not shown no signs of intoxication. I got upset that I paid $400 for a room and they were trying to the guy was trying to kick me out for it. I will leave. >> I will leave right now. >> I have to get down, please. >> I really don't. >> Like I said, >> what about my phone? >> It's all right here in a bag. It's going to come with you here. Okay. >> How am I going to get a hold of >> They'll let you get a number out when you get there. >> They're going to let you get a phone number out of your phone when you get there. Okay. And then they'll let you get a phone call. Okay. Watch your head. >> Go all the way to the front to save this. >> They charged the woman with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence. On the 2nd of June 2025, the cops were dispatched to a Dollar Tree. Reports came in that a man made disturbing comments, exposed himself to other customers, and caused everyone to feel extremely uncomfortable. Okay. He's got his hand in his pants. >> Okay. What's up, man? Come here. >> Hey, how you doing? >> I'm okay. >> Are we doing okay? >> No. >> What's wrong? >> They're saying you've been in here for a while touching yourself. >> No. >> What's going on? >> Nothing, man. >> Okay. You got your ID on anybody? >> No, ma'am. >> All right. I'm sorry. >> No, you're not. You're not free to leave. You're not free to leave. You're not free to leave, man. >> All right. Well, let's have this conversation outside. >> 21. Can you step it up? No. No. We're not going anywhere. We can go outside. Oh, we're not going anywhere. We're not going anywhere. We're not going anywhere. Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. Don't grab me. >> I'm not grabbing you. >> Stop. You're not going anywhere, ma'am. >> You're staying here. >> You're staying here. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Oh, no. Great. I'm not doing none of that. >> Hey, step. Look, look, look. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Oh, that's okay. I'm cooperative, but I don't like police. The suspect, Elliot, may not have liked police, but that wasn't an excuse to resist an officer. The man was visibly agitated, and if backup didn't arrive soon, things might get messy for everyone. >> I don't want no trouble, man. I'm just trying to go home. >> Yeah, step it up. >> I don't want no trouble, man. >> Stop. >> You tough as hell. You strong as hell. >> You're not free to leave. >> Okay, I'm not free to leave. I'm okay with that, but I'm just trying to go outside. >> I'm going to get tased, bro. Stop. >> Hey, bro. >> Stop. You're not free to leave. Oh, >> damn. Stop. >> Okay, I'm okay with that. >> Greg, you're going to get >> Hell no, man. >> You're going to get tased. >> You're going to get tased. >> We can GO OUTSIDE. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. STOP. >> DAMN. Can we go outside? >> Most likely, Elliot wanted to talk outside so he could then cut and run. But what he didn't know was that other cops had gathered out front and were waiting for the man to make his grand exit. No, I'm not. >> We're not talking outside. >> I'M NOT GOING. >> STEP BACK OVER THERE. >> I'm not going to get >> Step back over there. >> What's up, gang? >> Get out of the ground. >> Yeah. Get your You're done. >> All right, that's cool. >> Get out of the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> WAIT, STOP. >> WE'RE BOTH Get on the ground. >> I don't want to get tased. >> You're going to get tased. >> You're under arrest now. You're under arrest. Yes, you are. Yes, you are. >> How? >> If you don't want to get under, >> I don't want to get tased. >> You're not. >> I want to have a wonderful conversation with everybody AND WE >> SO, YOU'RE UNDER ARREST, THOUGH. Get on the ground. >> All right, that's cool. Hey, you put me on camera. >> Stop. You're under. >> That's okay. I'll go under. >> You're under arrest. >> Get out of the ground. >> Turn off. TURN OFF. >> TURN ON YOUR STOMACH. >> STOP. >> TURN ON YOUR STOMACH NOW. >> Get out OF THE GROUND. >> GET OUT OF YOUR STOMACH. >> Elliot was being ridiculous. If he didn't want to get tased and just have a wonderful conversation like he said, all he had to do was stop trying to push past the officers and trying to get away from them. STOP. >> STOP. YOU'RE GOING TO GET IT AGAIN. >> YOU'RE going to GET IT AGAIN. STOP. >> YOU'RE under arrest. >> I'm cool with that, but do this to me, bro. >> Turn over right now. >> Turn over. YOU'RE GOING TO GET IT AGAIN. >> WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. >> TURN OVER. You got TO HIT ME, MAN. BEND MY HAND. >> TURN OVER. >> ALL RIGHT. I'M COOL, MAN. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST >> NOW. F. COME ON, MAN. >> YOUR HANDS behind your back. >> Look, I'm not on no [ __ ] YOUR HANDS BE PLEASE. >> NO, YOU'RE GOING TO GET IT AGAIN. >> I don't want to take it again. >> Hey, look. Just let me please. Why you got to drag me, bro? >> Get down. >> Hey, bro. >> Get down. >> Just listen to me. >> Why are y'all hurting me? >> Why y'all hurting me? >> I'm not on no [ __ ] with y'all, bro. Please, just let me >> over, dude. >> Okay. Damn. Can y'all not hurt me, bro? >> Maybe if Elliot had put half as much effort into complying as he did putting on his do-rag, the struggle would have been over more quickly. But the way he was acting, it was like he was begging to get tased again. Okay. But wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Why me and hurt me, bro? >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Please just listen to me. Please just listen to me, bro. Please, please, bro. Please. Please just listen to me. I'm not on no [ __ ] I don't >> get on the ground. >> DAMN. >> STOP. >> DAMN. Don't do me like this. me like this. >> Please >> get off your move your arm. >> Please just listen to me, y'all. >> Damn. Can y'all listen to me? Please, please listen to me. Please listen to me. >> Like a Christmas tree, [clears throat] >> guys. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Everybody wait. Everybody wait. Everybody wait. EVERYBODY WAIT. STOP. Got to do this, bro. No, you're >> my scissors on do anything. >> Elliot saying that he didn't do anything was absolutely delusional. There was a reason why half a dozen cops were piled on him and it was clearly because of his behavior, including his attempts to resist arrest so he could cover his head up. >> Can somebody please tell my head bogus as hell? >> No one cares about that right now. On my head, bro. >> Yeah. >> I'm okay. >> You all right? >> I'm not on no >> All right. Get him inside. >> Wait, wait, wait, wait. I t him. You got to get the t out. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Get out. >> Everybody listen to me. >> I'm not on no [ __ ] >> Let me pull out. I'm done. Y right here. Put your head on. >> I got to look ugly, y'all. Everybody's up. >> Stop. >> Be my friend. >> How many you got? >> Elliot's priorities were clearly misplaced. He was more embarrassed about his appearance than he was about getting caught, exposing his private parts in Dollar Tree. Based on how Hardy resisted, more than likely he had something to hide. >> Got any injuries? >> I got some injuries when she t my >> Well, you need an ambulance right now. Otherwise, we have a check. >> No, bro. Just just pick me up. >> Pick me up real quick and may we please tell us one two three. >> Thank you. >> I was trying to listen but listen brother. >> All right. Hold on y'all. >> It's a great excuse not to stop and talk to the police. >> I love to talk to y'all. Y >> you obviously don't. >> Gloves on. >> Do I got to go through this? >> Go. this way. >> Search them up first. >> I'm going for my car. >> Hold on. Hold on. Let me hit my Let me hit my my mop. >> All right. Wait. >> I got to go with the police. >> Wow. What did I do? Damn, man. This ain't good, y'all. >> All right, that's cool. >> Can I Can I >> Come on, y'all. I'm not even I'm not even on no [ __ ] y'all. >> Elliot could claim all he wanted that he was a good guy, but his actions inside Dollar Tree said otherwise. Typically, good guys don't go around exposing themselves in public. In addition, they also don't start fights with the authorities. >> Hey. >> Yes, sir. >> We're going to do everything I say, right? Yes, sir. >> You're going to do anything I don't say? >> No, sir. No, sir. >> All right. Step out. >> Thank you. >> Come right here. Stay right here for a second. >> Hello, everybody. >> Stay right here. >> Yes, sir. >> You have nothing on you if you worry about I'm going to get in trouble for later. >> No, sir. >> Okay. >> This way, sir. >> Yes, >> fellas. >> How's everybody doing, man? What's your name, brother? >> Walk in. I'm going to have you face the brick wall on the left. >> Yes, sir. Elliot, this is Officer Brett. He's going to search you again. >> Okay. >> Do everything he says. Yes, sir. >> What's up, everybody? Man, we have to make it out of this for no problem. >> I hope so. >> You kick your shoes off, brother? >> Yes, sir. Dang, man. They have to do me like this. Turn around. your arms up. Mhm. Go. >> All right. Listen, man. >> Yes, sir. >> I take off these clothes. You going to be cool? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I'm as cool as it gets. >> Okay. Can you take out the D-Rang off your head? >> Man, it's ugly under there. >> It's still polishing. Take off. >> I was begging him to put it on. >> Take it off, bro. >> What you going to do? >> It's ugly, man. >> Like this, y'all. >> Damn, y'all. May I put May I put it back on? >> Not while you're in here. >> Elliot was charged with resisting arrest and criminal trespass. On the 2nd of June 2025, an undercover patrol officer spotted a driver traveling at 68 mph in a 45 mph zone. But when the suspect refused to identify himself, things escalated quickly. That means stop moving the car now. Back up. Really? You're a [ __ ] idiot. Stop the car right here and stop driving around. No. STOP HERE. YOU'RE DONE DRIVING AROUND. Stop the car right here before I arrest you. Stop. Yo, you know what blue lights mean, right? That means stop. That mean don't keep driving. >> No, no, no, no, no. >> Listen, you took your driver's test, right, >> sir? >> Did you take your driver's test? >> Okay. >> No, no. That's a real simple question. Did you take your driver's test? >> Yes, I did. >> So, what do blue and white lights mean that signify a police car? What does that mean? Does that mean keep driving till you're ready? >> It's not It's not red. It's blue. >> You're right. I said blue and white. >> I don't I don't know. I I didn't even see you. I thought it >> we trying to find a a safe place and you >> Yeah. Right here where I tell you to go is a safe place. >> Yeah. Okay. Driver's license. >> Driver's license. >> No, that's not happening yet. >> Without a doubt, the cop was being short with the man. And at this point, there was really no need to involve a supervisor. The man wanted to know why the cop pulled him over. And the officer here was more than happy to tell him. So the reason for the stop south of lake which is south of Atlantic. I was sitting there in the middle of the road. You're going 65 miles an hour 45. I make the turn around. Hang on. You ask me the reason for the stop. I'm informing you the reason for the stop. We come south of Clinton Boulevard and then you're going 68 mph in 45 zone. >> I'm just trying to make >> I just informed you the reason for the stop. >> Trying to make it safe. Me and you. >> Don't worry about that. Don't worry about that. >> Don't worry about it. I don't worry about our safety. Once I know who I'm talking to, listen to me. Once I know who I'm talking to, you know what? Then we can move to a safer spot. But you just keep driving. >> I mean, keep driving >> because in the middle of the road in the middle of the road. >> He has an attorney name. So, how are you going? I've already told you. I want you to call you soon. >> I will, but I'm going to need that driver's license. The man claimed he didn't see the cop and that he was trying to find a safe place to pull over, but his story didn't add up and the cop was in no mood to play games. This guy's chance to cooperate and provide the officer his license was slowly running out. >> What are you doing? This is illegal. >> WHAT YOU DOING? >> NO, I'M not I'm not supposed to resist. >> I'm not resisting. >> Your driver's license. >> I'm not resisting. Put your hands. I still call supervisor. >> I'm not resisting. Where's your resist driver's license? >> I'm not giving my driver license to the next step. >> I'm not take I'm not Where did I take it? >> Your driver. >> And you look you have your hands in my car opening my door. >> Ready? >> What do you mean I'm ready? The driver's license for the stop. >> I didn't You didn't That didn't happen. I'm not going to agree with it. >> Why you opening my door? >> You don't have to get out. As the officer said, the suspect didn't have to agree with him, and the cops have no obligation to debate people on the side of the road. He'd given the man a lawful order, and the man failed to comply. So, this situation had already reached a point of no return. >> And I will go to supervisor as you >> requested. Now, if you take off your belt, >> take off your seat belt since you don't want to give me your driver's license. >> Listen, sir. I I would feel more comfortable if you look what you're doing. Go ahead. No, that's fine. I'll get your supplies on the way. But here, you've already step Exactly what I told you not to. Get out of the car. >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car before you make this entirely worse. Step out of the car. Why you >> I've already explained it to you. Step out of the car. Step out of the car. >> Stand right here. >> Bro, I didn't do anything. Don't do that. Why you put my hand? I didn't do anything. >> Give me your hand and put it behind your back. >> I'm not YOU CAN PUT IT IN THE FRONT cuz I'm not DOING ANYTHING. >> PUT YOUR hands behind your back. >> You just doing this for no reason. You can put it IN FRONT. I DIDN'T I'M NOT I didn't do anything illegal. >> You're going to go on the ground and I'm going to get your hands behind your back. You understand me? >> Like I said in one second, you're standing too close to me right now. Back up. I'm dealing with him. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You have to stop and do like come this way. >> I just told you I get it to you. Give me one second. I'm dealing with him right now. That's my priority. >> Why? Why I have to be here? >> I'm not sitting down on my boy. Okay, we can stand, man. >> I'm not gonna run, man. What you like? I got no work shoes, bro. >> Like, why would I run, bro? What's wrong with you? >> I don't want you to stop or give me your driver's license when I told you. >> Because I'm not going TO DO THAT. I don't I don't feel why you picked >> I've already for the stop. >> IT WAS NOT A GOOD REASON. THAT'S NOT A GOOD REASON. >> THAT'S YOUR OPINION. >> It's really simple. When an officer gives you a lawful order, you do what they say. If you disagree with an officer and their reasons for pulling you over, you always have the option of fighting it in court. >> So, now that it's just you and I here, you're not showing up for your girl. Let me explain this to you. I've already not explained to you the original reason for a stop. >> I'm not even that type of >> listen to me. Listen to me like that, bro. >> What does it say when a police car has license siren activated to pull you over? You pull over right or left, whatever is the safest portion of the roadway. Correct. and and yes, you pull over, you identify yourself. Now, I say, "You know what? This probably is a good spot for either one of us. Let's move it out of the roadway and we'll take this to where it needs to go." And we both be on our merry way. But here's the problem. I've explained to you the reasons to stop after you asked me, "Why am I being stopped?" Did I not? >> Yes, you did. >> And then I said, "I need your driver's license." >> And then you tell me that that's not a good enough reason. You're not going to provide me with your driver's license. Now, we have an issue because you're failing to identify yourself. That's not That's not what is going on. >> Unfortunately, that is because that's not Yeah, I know. So, I know what I'm saying. >> I'm not That's not what I That's not what's going on. That's not what happened. >> Did you provide me with your driver's license? >> I didn't give you my ID because I No, because you said it was the reason. I didn't agree. That was I was I I gauge I know I wasn't going 4065 or any of the >> Okay, good news. It's on camera in my police car as well. Okay, cool. The man literally thought that because he disagreed with the officer's claim he was speeding, he wasn't obliged to cooperate and hand over his ID. Well, he's going to have plenty of time to think about that while he's in jail. >> Where's the whole issue when you fail to identify yourself after I've shown that I'm a police officer? I didn't have my hand. >> I didn't give it to you yet. >> No, not yet. You said you're not giving it to >> No, I I I did not I didn't feel like it was what you're pulling me over is correct. >> That's not for you to say. judge. >> Okay. Well, that's all right. >> If you prefer, you can just go ahead and stop because you're digging yourself a deeper hole on why you didn't give me your driver's license. I'm just failing to identify yourself. >> No, I'm not. I wasn't trying to. >> And then I say to step out of the car and you say, "I'm not getting out of the car." Which ensues me to have to open the door and do it for you. >> You was being overly aggressive. >> And then you wanted to pull away from me here. >> I was I Yeah. You basically said >> when I put one hand behind your back and said, "Give me the other." You push off the carpet. I'm >> I said I said you getting me wet. >> There was no sense in arguing with the man because like so many other suspects in his mind he was simply the victim of a police force that was corrupt. But it really didn't matter because like the officer said everything was captured on body cam. >> Is this your fiance? >> Is this your fiance? Boyfriend husband variation. >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's fine. Whatever the case. Do you have a picture of his driver's license or ID or anything like that? cuz he's not really cooperating on how to spell his last name. >> What's going on? >> I just need to know how to spell his last name. >> Why is he reacting this way? >> Because he's upset that we're standing in the rain. But we're all standing in the rain. That's kind of the issue. But >> babe, what's going on? >> Ma'am, can you please help me spell his name so I can get this paperwork going? >> Hold on one second. >> Ma'am, >> one second. Sir, you asked me to wait one second while you're giving me your information. I'm asking one second. >> Yeah, but there's a big difference. Okay, I'm dealing with him. Clearly, you see how he's acting, right? >> Okay. I need to go on with him first. My part is to tell him if you can. >> All right, I get what's going >> getting the suspect's name was like pulling teeth. And everything the man was doing just made the cops more suspicious that he had something to hide. They warned the man's fiance that if they didn't get his name, they'd book him in as a John Doe, which would only prolong his stay in jail. >> May I see the red ring just so I can get the correct spelling of his name since you want to provide me with that? >> Peterson, ma'am, >> what do you want to do? Do you want to get He's asking for information. doesn't give me the name, he's going to go to jail as John Bell. >> He's going to jail. >> That's correct. >> Why is he going to jail? >> Identify himself. >> He's going to identify himself. >> Ma'am, >> why over me? >> May I speak to the supervisor now, please? >> In one minute. He's actually talking to my supervisor right now. >> Okay. I will prefer to supervisor. >> He's talking to my supervisor right now. >> Okay. After he's done, I'll speak. >> I will go ahead and get my supervisor advisor if you would like to speak with him after he is done with dealing with him. I didn't do anything at all. This is just a traffic violation. So, I don't know why my handcuffs in your car for a second, please. >> Um, I didn't check on anything like that. >> Give him a good once over, please. >> Yes, sir. I'm Corporal Carl like you County Sheriff's Office. I got her after the fact. I guess that gentleman pulled you over cuz he said you were speeding, correct? >> Yes. >> Okay. He said you didn't have your driver's license on. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> No, I don't, sir. >> Okay. So, therefore, we're going to take your prince cuz per chapter 322.15, the Florida State statute survived. You have to give us your prince. So, I'm going to step behind the car. We're going to take your prince. Okay. >> That's not true. >> Look at me. Look at me. I say this out of sincerity. It's your 27 for me. You have to give me your prince. You're going to give this to Prince. Otherwise, you're going to go to county jail for resisting without. >> They charged the man with obstructing without violence. And he was given a $1,000 bond. And while he refused to identify himself, at least he didn't wind up face down on the concrete like our next suspect. On the 13th of February 2023, the cops pulled over a potentially inebriated suspect at a Taco Bell. And while there was no way he was avoiding jail time, the suspect's attitude made the traffic stop a lot worse than it had to be. >> What you What you doing up here? >> Yeah. >> What's that in the center [music] console? >> Center console? >> [music] >> Have you been drinking tonight? >> Yeah. >> And you're driving? >> You got an ID on you, my man? >> How many have you had tonight, my man? >> Two. >> Two alcoholic beverages. >> Yeah. Bud Light. >> Bud Light. >> Gotcha. Based on the man's appearance, the way he spoke, and the fact that he had an open container sitting directly beside him, they were fairly certain that he was drunk. After the man identified himself as Jerry, and refused to perform a field sobriety test, there was only one direction that this thing was heading. >> Turn around. [music] Put your hands behind your back. >> Dude, stop. >> Dude, no. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I call >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Let me grab that. Come on. [music] >> No. >> I will break your goddamn arm. You better relax. >> Stop. No. >> No. break my arm and I will go. [music] >> I'm trying to tell you. >> I'm going to break my arm. >> I'm [music] going to if you don't relax on the corner. >> Stop it. >> Oh, don't worry. I'm recording. >> That was stupid. >> Very stupid. >> Stupid. What? I ain't doing nothing wrong. Unfortunately for Jerry, he did do something wrong. Operating a motorized vehicle while extremely intoxicated is against the law. And as the cops were about to let him know, that wasn't the only crime he committed. >> All right, so we got [music] driving while license suspended revoked felony. >> No. >> Habitual traffic offender. >> No. >> And driving while and uh driving while intoxicated >> and open container and opening container. >> All right, let's go ahead and walk. Empty out my bucket. >> I got cash in my pocket for my wife. >> Spread [music] your feet. >> No, my cash is in my pocket. >> Hold the Can you hold the finger while I grab the >> damn footing on my head when I'm handcuffed? cuz you think I'm a bad mother. >> Here, empty my pocket. >> That's what I'm doing. Don't worry. >> Empty my pocket. Give my wife a pass. Come on. >> All right. >> Come on. >> Sorry. Sorry. >> All right. This one and this one. Right there. No, I'm not. >> They're trying to arrest me. when I ain't got nothing to do with this. >> While being searched, Jerry continued to resist. Even if they're in handcuffs, suspects can still be a danger to police due to headbutting and more. And unfortunately for Jerry, the cops were in no mood to play games. >> Mother, >> we're not going TO PLAY THESE GODDAMN GAMES. YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> HELL YEAH. Come on. Come on. I'm put my head down. >> Come on. Take it. Come on. Get your comeback and come back. Damn, that must have hurt. Even though Jerry was bodys slammed into the concrete, he still remained chipper. He was handcuffed, searched, and it was time to take Jerry to the station for further processing. >> Come on. Come on. >> Go ahead. Put him in the car. >> My hand. >> Get in the car. Come get me. >> Take my foot off. >> Next, the cops spoke to Jerry's accomplice, who was visibly shaken. However, it was hard to tell if her reaction was genuine or if she might have been trying, hoping they'd take it easy on them. That's the main concern right now is how it hurts you. >> There is a lot going on right now. That's all. >> Okay. >> It's nothing to do with like you just got addicted and everything. There's a lot of I personally have to do nothing to do with y'all. Has nothing to do with >> [clears throat] >> my concern right now. You just relax. Like you said, you've been married to him, so you already know how he is. >> Yeah, I'm good. >> Okay, >> I'm good. >> Cuz I don't Well, you keep holding your hands up his leg. You're afraid of us right now. And I don't want that. And your emotional state and everything that's going on and you're trying I'm just trying to get you to calm down and just relax with me. Okay. That's That's what I want. >> Okay. >> You just take a minute. >> While the cops were busy trying to calm the woman, Jerry was busy kicking at the windows in the back of the cruiser. He could kick all he wanted, but it wasn't going to end well for him. >> Be quiet and listen to me. >> Listen to me. What you enjoy is going to get you completely strange. I'm completely strangely ground the back of this car. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> So, let me go home. I'm sorry if >> I'm sorry. I didn't do nothing wrong. You let me go home. >> I was at the bar. >> I was trying to get some food. >> It was astounding that he still didn't believe he'd done anything wrong. Strangely, Jerry seemed to think that because he drank 10 beers at the bar and not inside his vehicle, there shouldn't be an issue. like fighting with [music] us as far AS >> TWICE. YEAH. >> WELL, there's phony broadcast number two. They charged Jerry with resisting an officer, a traffic violation, battery on an officer, driving under the influence, and for violating his probation. On the 16th of June, 2024, the cops were dispatched to Taco Bell again after reports that a woman had thrown a rock through the restaurant's window. >> What's going on today? >> It's not me. I'm I'm going to ask you. You don't know what's >> not. >> Yeah. >> What was going on at Taco Bell? >> What? >> What happened at Taco Bell? >> Feel me? What happened at Taco Bell? >> Trying to figure it out. That's why I'm asking. >> We're about to figure it out. >> Give me a favor. Take your hands out of your pockets. Yeah. >> I don't got to take my hands out of my pockets. Take out of your pockets. >> Do I ain't got to take my hand out of your pocket? >> I don't got to take my hand out of >> No, I don't. No, I don't. >> Right from the start, one thing was clear. The suspect was not going to cooperate. And she could play that game all she wanted. But like these other suspects who were acting arrogant and entitled, she was not going to be happy with the results. >> Look at We can do this easily in the hard way. All right. >> I ain't got to take my hands off nothing. We're here. We're investigating if you caused damage to Taco Bell. Okay. >> They said that you were here at the bus stop >> and they gave us your description. So, that's why we're here. Okay. I don't want to be here talking to you, but if there's something you want to talk about calling us, I have to talk to you. Okay. [snorts] >> Ma'am, what's your name? >> Ma'am, what's your name? your name. What was you doing? Standing on the bus. >> I get that, but what were you doing before? >> No. What was y'all doing before? >> I was patrolling.
