on July 6th 2023 the iggo County Sheriff's Office received several reports of a woman harassing someone in the town of Granby as deputies ared to confront the suspect 23-year-old Amanda Wilder at his home they realized just how problematic this situation is all right give them one last warning Jaden I know you're in there so listen up you go come to the door right now and explain your side of things you will be charged with harassment and a criminal summons will be put out for you so that means whenever you are found and met you'll be brought to court do you understand that there's charges so it probably behooves you to come outside come outside and talk all right then harassment is this let's go when the deputies arrived Amanda was inside her home which meant he had just refused to obey their commands with no cooperation from Amanda the deputies decided to talk to the man who initially made the harassment complaint and update him on the situation I'll come outside hold on all right y talk to my sergeant we can do a harassment charge she's not immediately going to get arrested but that means I'm going to submit this paperwork to the court the Court's going to say okay go give her a criminal summons te technical arrest and then she'll have to show up to court if she doesn't then she's going to get a warrant she didn't answer the door did she she she did not answer the door what happened was I got the go ahead for the harassment and um when I came back over to the window where I knew where where she was at I told her like Hey listen come to the door talk with us a little bit or you're just going to get a harassment charge no questions asked opens up the window blinds get the my property perfect technically it's not her property technically you can be there either way well either way like they didn't want to talk to me so um what I'm going to do is if you're not going anywhere I need to fill out I got to fill out a information real quick so that's just the the criminal summons portion so I'll fill that out you're going to have to sign it and then I'm also going to have to take a statement from you you want me to walk over with you uh if my mom's here with the c if if you want to hang out inside that's fine I will also I also need to send you a link so you can submit that photo that screenshot that you took from her okay well I just to she my kids mom text me she's got a bunch of stuff too of her threatening to kill her and all beat her up and all sorts of [ __ ] okay yeah she's born like 941 um I have no idea what that is uh mental health dude she's worse than that dud so but for right now let me get that stuff prepped and then um basically your statement's going to say and I'll I'll have you pre-read it or proofread it and make sure it makes sense I believe it's at 4:23 or 223 that you said that she sent the text message that yeah I got I got that that uh they said that they're going to burn the house down after hey Jaden Stephanie dear again now listen if you go back back over to 126 Cedarwood Drive you'll be trespassed okay it's another violation another arrest just wanted to make sure you were aware if you have any questions give the Sheriff's Office a call listen immediately after this short conversation and deciding what Amanda is to be charged with deput returned to his residence to initiate an arrest which
