deranged mind in this case a man who was mentally Disturbed through a laptop at a woman and later through a cone at a car the cops arrive on scene and talk to the owner of said car that guy came out like I thought he was on his earbud was talking to himself about money and not they want this money or that money or something I don't know what y'all deal was he's he's got some mental disorder I figured after the fact um and I was um didn't want to come inside yet cuz he looked pretty upset right obviously he did what he did over here to this computer yeah and then I was about to come in and y'all started coming out and I was like oh God and then they asked me about my truck is that one of y'all truck he with I said no why is he buy my truck yeah tell me if he's doing something in truck and then when he walked me out to make sure I was safe I noticed the traffic cone wasn't sitting out there anymore by that rvu and then I saw the big dent in my truck well let me handle this first and then I'll get your information we'll go take a look at the truck and we'll bundle this all into one okay if what you described as true the suspect's issues have clearly taken him to an aggressive State the officers then proceed to talk to the victim in the laptop incident hello so I hear you got the hit with a computer screen yes I did where did it hit you at apparently hit my arm so I didn't honestly I didn't even remember hitting me because it was kind of a weird moment but was right behind me and it's it's hot now so now I was like it's so weird it's hot right there and she's like it's was charged with resisting arrest assault on a police officer and misconduct at an emergency facility we later learned that Jan's an orthopedist it's sad to see a medical professional behave this way hopefully now he'll lay off the [Applause] booze the previous encounters featured relatively coherent suspects compared to this next one in July 2022 officers responded to a disturbance they encountered a man identified as Michael who immediately started yelling at them leave their stuff alone Michael you don't get it done Al asked me to remove these and I'm suting them up this talk no orders unfortunately we can't let you go if you don't feel safe with her being with him then you can let you call somebody else but we can't we can't not can I talk to my probation officer it has to do with probation yeah it's different so the warrants for D so are you comfortable with her staying with him otherwise no I have to get her the father to come get him all right um the father you think thing the court recognized Jamon as not a violent criminal but rather a man that needed help these crazies we saw today have been very unpleasant and that's putting it mildly even though they can be such a nuisance it's important that they get the help they need we never know when their mental issues will drive them to commit more serious crimes
