visiting Arizona this is Drew Scott Romo from the Roseville Police Department on the night of November 14th 2020 the Scottsdale Police Department had their hands full with Romo due to his disruptive behavior across multiple venues the evening's turmoil began at Whiskey Row where Romo exhibiting signs of excessive intoxication was removed for becoming aggressive and confrontational with security Personnel not deterred Romo attempted to continue his night across the street at El Hefe only to be denied entry for the same reasons his aggression did not wne instead he escalated his confrontations screaming at security staff which prompted police Poli Intervention when confronted Drew kept claiming that he's on the cop's side you need to go let's go you need to go they don't want you here so Lieutenant Glen this is Romo once Drew sobered up and St sto banging on the jail cell door he was given a ride back home but unfortunately for him his behavior caused him to lose his position just 4 days after his initial arrest there are some off-duty cops who go off limits just like this next one so what happened in next sir oh all I know is I went in the ditch and I don't have no clue I know okay free what happened before you went into the ditch no I was okay I didn't ask that I asked what happened before you went into the ditch I know this is Mark Lily white Sheriff of St Joseph County Michigan once a respected law enforcement officer with nearly three decades of an impeccable career Lily White's life spiraled on February 26th 2023 that night he was involved in a serious car crash on US 131 after driving at 96 mph where he was found alone in a wrecked county-owned car leading to suspicion and controversy the surprising part is that Mark tried to play it off as someone else being the driver even though no one else was was present the aftermath was dramatic refusing a breathalyzer being handcuffed and then a blood test revealing a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit there's a white car right in front of this uh that's got the hazard on on the other side seen the victim vehicle that car was North bouncing the victim vehicle rolling over through the median stopped and then you have these this car right here who is in relation to the victim car that was traveling behind him so were they what's the deal they were both traveling southbound yeah both vehicles are southbound the victim vehicle was ass packed sent into the media and rolled and then he and then he went off this way how you doing Mark okay TR canop State please how you doing I'm good you can come on and hop out for me all right first of all do you have any weapons on you no all right you might check there is there what's in there there's there's a whatap there and then weap in the back like guns yeah okay but I there's all right turn around for me I'm just going to do a quick search all right make sure you don't have anything on you when the cop tries asking Mark what happened before the accident Mark cannot recall instead he tries to play it off as if he wasn't even driving put your hands behind your back for me you're not under arrest a t your fing here for me thank you so what happened tonight sir I don't know all I know is I went in the get you I don't have no okay fre what happened before you went into the ditch no I was okay I didn't ask that I asked what happened before you went into the ditch I don't know were you so you were sleeping or I have no idea okay I mean it's it's pretty clear that you you've been drinking you appear very intoxicated right here okay who so who was it I have no idea okay I understand okay yes the Medics who were called for the crash also step in to analyze Mark's condition can we assess him medically so we can get clear yeah yep definitely go for it I'm good I don't I know can I check that wrist that you that we saw can you turn around and put in the headlights so I can see it after searching the area for a possible driver other than Mark the authorities find nothing leaving him as the prime suspect so the cop asked mark one more time for PBT before taking action me at this point I'm thinking that you were the driver of the vehicle would you might would you mind doing some sfss for me no I won't you w't okay you don't want to do any sfss okay will you take a PBT no okay I'm I'm assuming you know about your PBT rights and everything I okay all right so [Music] uh all right so at this did they find anybody down there no nope they didn't find anyone down there no no I don't okay so no PBT no sfsts okay so I'm going to need you to go ahead and turn around put your hands behind you back yep yes sir just like you did for my partner Palms together like Palms together fingers at are twine PS together like praying Lily whites was taken from the crash site to Bronson Methodist Hospital and eventually to kalamazo county jail at theal Hospital a blood test revealed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.252 significantly above the legal driving limit this incident led to Lily white facing charges for operating while intoxicated and carrying a firearm while intoxicated eventually Lily white was convicted and sentenced on the same day in April he received a sentence of oneyear probation without additional jail time take a deep breath andow hard for about five or six seconds hard hard hard hard hard this is Deputy Adam zitzelberger a dedicated officer within the Jackson County Sheriff's Department's criminal investigation division hailing from Newport Arkansas on the night of September 17th zitzelberger found himself in a compromising situation that would challenge the Integrity of his badge while on the roads of Arkansas zitzelberger exhibited dangerous driving behavior swerving erratically enough to catch the attention of a Vigilant Arkansas State Trooper the encounter that followed would reveal a stark deviation from the principles expected of law enforcement officials on immediate inspection the cop could tell that the deputy was really drunk you're not good on you're in terrible shape huh you're in terrible shape Adam you're drunk you're really Dr people calling in saying you've been running all over the road I get in behind you get you speeding and you're all over the road you're drunk you're really bad drunk buddy no I'm not drunk I'm 100% buddy no yeah you real bad too it's not just a little bit I really really hate you put me in this position the cop repeatedly tells the deputy that he is intoxicated and inquires if there is someone who could get his car for him can you give us the number come get your [Music] vehicle got a phone second up here I've been doing this a long time I know I know you know it but I'm telling you right now before I even go very far you're very intoxicated obvious you can't drive worth a flip and you can't walk after no proper responses the cop gives benefit of the doubt to the deputy and offers him a test all right do you want to take a prelimary breath test you want to take a B test on myri take a breath and blow hard for about five or six seconds hard hard hard hard hard there I don't have to1 N9 the PBT gives a rating of 0.19 whereas the usual acceptable rating is of 0.08 making the depuy's rating two times more than the acceptable highest rating call who can call from your phone they can be here quick to come get your car c or anybody else I don't know who that is that somebody in close yeah you want me to call somebody come get you call you want make a call somebody come get your car after getting someone who could take care of his car the Deputy is taken in custody no I'm just right your going fall at I'm good The Fallout from that night's events was Swift zitzelberger found himself before Jackson County District Judge Barbara Griffin on October 23rd where he entered a guilty plea to char es of driving while intoxicated zitzelberger was then suspended I'm telling you you understand where I'm coming from you know theob toar get you have sit the well I I can't sit in the front I'm stand right here I understand I'm not okay I I had like maybe one this is Adam Davis a Gainesville City police officer in the early hours of November 10th 2018 Hall County Sheriff's deputy JW Thompson was patr rolling I 985 n near Friendship Road focusing on speed enforcement it was around 1:20 a.m. when Deputy Thompson's attention was drawn to a maroon 1995 Dodge Ram hurtling down the highway visual estimation pegged the truck at a staggering 90 mph a speed promptly confirmed by ldar activating the Emergency Equipment on his Patrol vehicle Deputy Thompson set off in Pursuit all right I ask a stra question what you have drink even Davis not a dam not a thing at all nothing no here do favor look at me I'm just going to move my finger out inside you know what I'm doing check it move your eye smell something coming off here I just Dr off her parents she's been drinking I'm good man I promise I've not been drinking when asked to do a sobriety test officer Adam tries to avoid the most accurate tests in hopes of being able to pass through the less accurate ones um I'm going to personal matters into the conversation I understand that but I understand but they hands out pockets for me sorry I know it's I no I know I know you you know me but you know how it goes I'm asking you buddy are you willing to do ATN or not it's up to you okay all I want to do with you real fast face towards me you know how it goes put your feet together for me leg straight arm down by side straight
