That'sed up. This is how you do human beings. >> It's all on camera. >> This is how But I'm telling you, you're hurting me. Why do you have me detained? Why did you have me detained? >> For what? >> For what? >> For what? >> We all wish relationships were like sunshine and rainbows, but it's not often the case. Arguments and disagreements are bound to occur, but that's okay. That's how we build better and stronger bonds. However, sometimes things are taken too far and that's when we see what happens when psycho girlfriends get a reality check from cops. >> You don't know what the going through and you want to put me in front of people. >> Turn around. >> What are you going to do? >> Turn around. >> You got to turn me around for like he puts me through. >> Turn around. >> You're a [ __ ] On the 28th of March, 2024 in Ohio, a cop was patrolling when he spotted a couple fighting outside a residence. Concerned for everyone's safety, he pulled over and did his best to deescalate things. >> I just I just want to see what's going on. >> You can learn about yourself. >> I just want to see what was going on. That's all. >> I just have an obligation to intervene when I >> Is it girlfriend or something? Yeah, she said some bad. >> Yeah. Yeah. That cheats on me. Lies to me to my face. What do you want from me? Huh? >> I'm just walking to work. I work at Chili's. I'm about to just walk away from me situation by walking away. >> Okay. >> It was clear the couple was involved in a heated domestic argument. However, while the man seemed willing to cooperate with the officer, the woman was aggressive, shouting at the officer and calling him names. And before too long, she took things too far. She lives here. This is where she lives at her own house on the side. So her stop >> is come up to my residence and >> I'm on the sidewalk. >> Yeah. Yeah. Get off the sidewalk then ain't no ain't no problem. Get the me, bro. You going to arrest me for what? >> Stop. >> Don't tell me what to do. >> Nah. Do you know what the put me through? You know what I put me through? Get the off my property. >> The officer warned the woman to calm down, explaining to her that he was trying to speak to her boyfriend and she was interrupting. Sensing that trouble lay ahead, the woman's friend intervened and tried to calm her down. But this angry woman seemed hellbent on causing a scene. >> There's no reason to talk like he's just >> What is he here to help? I heard I heard yelling heard yelling and I saw you two going back and forth. I wanted to make sure you guys were all right. >> I'm talking with him. Okay, >> I'm good. I'm good on him and all his co-workers. You can look them up if you want me to give you the information. >> You can leave me the alone. That's what I know. >> You should just go inside. I'll get >> Let me leave. Get your car out of my mom's driveway and let me go to my residence and leave me the alone. >> Sorry. I'm just Sam. I just I'm just her friend. She just picked me up. >> Okay. >> We were going to visit. >> What's Let's step on the sidewalk. >> What's going on? >> She just thinks that coworker mine is uh sleeping with you. No one's going >> very emotional, angry. >> The woman was suspicious that her boyfriend might have been sleeping with a coworker. And while anyone would be upset over that news, it still didn't give her the right to ignore the officer's commands or refuse to cooperate. He saw them fighting in public and it was the officer's duty to prevent the fight from turning violent. >> Arrested for what? >> Step out. Step out. >> Arrested for what? >> Step out. >> For what? >> Step out of the car. I'm not stepping out of my car. >> Step out of the car. >> For what? What did I do? What did I do? >> Step out of the car, >> man. Just go. >> Stop. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out. >> Oh my god. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out. >> Back in my car. >> Get out. >> Get back in the car. >> Get out. >> Put the car apart and get out. >> You're a really you are. You don't know what the going through and you want to put me in front of people. >> Turn around. What do you guys turn me around like you pushed me through? >> Turn around. >> You're a me. Turn around. >> Turn around. >> While the officer attempted to restrain the IRA woman, other units arrived on scene. It was a ridiculous spectacle that never should have occurred. It's not illegal, of course, to argue with your partner. However, it is illegal to ignore police orders and attempt to flee the scene. >> I got to get >> Oh my god. You want to take me to the police or >> you just need the tank like what's going on? >> Oh my god. >> Right now. You keep resisting. You're going to be charged. >> Okay. >> Where's the Where's the mail? >> Put your hands up. Put your hands up there. >> Detained. >> Yep. You're being detained till we figure out what's going on. All right. I was putting my car back in the driveway. If you can't understand that, that's on you. >> You want to do this in front of the mother. >> But I'm not resisting. >> What the I'm not resisting till now. You putting me in the goddamn car. I wasn't resisting. >> Stop. >> Yeah. Honestly. Honestly, you don't know the [ __ ] you from my mouth. catch on me a weapon. >> Have a seat. >> Yeah, rescue. >> According to the woman's friend, the suspect had been drinking that morning before the confrontation and is also on anxiety medication. She also said the suspect has abandonment issues and these cause her to overreact during arguments with her boyfriend. >> Can you let me go? No, you're under arrest for resisting. >> I wasn't trying to resist, sir. I wanted to get I wanted to move my back car into the driveway. That's all I wanted to do. >> Arresting arrest? How? What the did I get arrested for? What did I get arrested for? Did you even read me my Miranda rights? >> Don't have to. I'm not questioning you. >> Then what the am I arrested for, sir? >> I already advised you. Resisting disorderly. >> I did it. disorderly do >> failure to comply to order a peace officer. >> When did I say that? When did I ask for you guys to come here? Huh? Did I ask for that? Disorderly conduct. How? >> Disorderly conduct. How? You guys just want to get me in more trouble cuz you think I'm the problem. The suspect continued claiming she didn't resist even though she disobeyed a direct order and almost ran over the officer's feet while attempting to flee the scene. While the cops got ready to take her to jail, she got even more enraged than she already was. >> You just want me to take her to the jail right now? >> What the trying to figure out what's going on? >> I didn't do anything. Talk to them. >> I want to go home. 219. I'll be in route the station. One female. >> Dude, please. Come on. What the You trying to ruin people's lives? Just leave me home. I rise as a human. What the You think you just come on my property and think that you could everything? You dumb, dude. You don't know what the I go through and then you're just going to surprise me over some what? over some Are you kidding me? >> When they arrived at the jail, the officers read the suspect or charges. The cops had a suspicion she'd been drinking, but she was further informed that if she refused to breathalyze her, she might face extra charges. But even with the warning, she chose to remain defiant. So, I can't see. I can't wipe my nose cuz you have me locked up for whatever reason. Give me the this, bro. Get me the out. >> She's going in the chair. >> Oh, I'm going in the chair. You want to put me in a lawn chair to lock me the down cuz you think I'm some psycho patent, you piece of >> Yeah, that's what you do to everyone, huh? That's how it's supposed to help. You think that is going to help? Have either of you anybody studied psychology at all? Anyone? Clearly not. Need bettering training. >> Can I get my glasses, please? I can't see anything. >> What the >> I didn't do anything. >> Relax. >> Relax. >> Put your hips down. Put your hips down. >> Get the lap belt out here. Are you done? Stop. >> They charged the woman with assault, resisting arrest, domestic violence, obstructing official business, and two counts of reckless operation of a vehicle. On the 5th of January 2025, a cheating girlfriend caused a scene at her boyfriend's home following an argument over infidelity. After her boyfriend told her their relationship was over, she spiraled out of control, smashing windows, kicking down the door, and destroying property. But that wasn't the worst thing she did. >> What happened there? >> She was trying to stab me, but stabbing her cousin. Where's your cousin at? With her What is she driving? >> She's not driving nothing. She's riding with them with >> What are they driving? >> I don't really want to get them involved cuz that was really just kind of bringing her to get her stuff so she could leave. >> Well, I get that. But if somebody's stabbed and bleeding, >> we need to know what they're driving. >> They're driving a a black SUV. >> The man said he didn't know the maker or model of the SUV, but gave the cops his girlfriend's name and the name of her cousin. Next, while the cops collected evidence around the crime scene, they had a few more questions for the boyfriend. >> This is the knife still here. >> This is outside of the north where she threw it in. >> Okay. >> She stabbed her cousin. >> Yeah. Trying to stab you. >> Oh, no. [Music] Okay. Is that from glass or from I think it's probably from my cousin cuz I gave her a cousin. >> Okay. >> And I tried to give her that turn. >> Tried to give her a turn tourniquet. >> Yeah. It didn't look like it was like she stabbed her real bad. It was just But it was deep enough. >> You think the knife's outside? >> I'm most definitely pretty sure that it's outside. >> Okay. just take me around and do that. >> Okay. Has she ever lived here? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> This situation was utterly wild. Take note, the woman was the one caught cheating, not the other way around. Typically, when cheaters are called out for their behavior, they apologize and beg for forgiveness. However, in this case, the woman tried to stab her boyfriend, but missed, slashing her cousin instead. >> So, what happened with all of this? Um, my still u so I guess this morning um we woke up uh her cousin called she went to her cousins was going to kick it they went to Walmart whatever whatever um I think I called like 10:31 uh asked them for the laptop password she didn't answer or whatever so I got a location so by the time. Uh, I looked at the location. I seen that she was at her cousin house. So, I just went over to her cousin house and was like, "Hey, can I get the laptop password?" Um, uh, "Why you ain't been answering your phone like that?" And we just went from there. >> The officer then walked around the house photographing the damage. It looked like a tornado had ripped through the place. And outside the house, the cops found the knife she used to attack her boyfriend. >> What happened? um from from the room incident. Uh I'm telling her uh if she couldn't respect me, then she just need to get her stuff and go. So she's like, "Okay." But she's hostile. And then her cous I go get her cousin out the car and I'm like, "Hey, come in here cuz I can't do this. I'm not trying to do it." So her cousin is in between us the whole time and she's acting like she want hit me and spit on me and I'm like, "All right, look. Just go." My cousin's like, "Groovy, come on. Chie, come on. Don't do this." And somehow um she pushing her cousin, I'm pushing her cousin. And at the same time, she's swinging the knife, but I'm not really. So, she's swinging swinging the knife at you. Well, her cousin would be in between us like this. And I'm behind her and she's over her cousin like this. >> Okay. But I'm not really moving from the knife to be like, I'm scared of the knife. I'm just like, brother, you only going to stab me one time. >> By that time, the cops had all the evidence they needed. However, first they had to find the woman. And before too long, the cops got reports that a woman turned up at the hospital with a stab wound. >> Almost done. Then we're going to go get some X-rays. And the worst part is over. >> Oh my god. >> There we go. We are all set now. >> I know, honey. These things hurt. It's happened to me twice in this line of work. Okay. >> They suck. Okay. >> Can you tell me who did this to you? >> Oh my goodness. I did my ass because her boyfriend she picked up that and then it like as soon as I stepped in the middle of the way or something, he was running down basically like she sliced down. >> Okay. >> And then when she sliced down, that's when she got me, but she was really trying to protect herself. >> Okay. All right. You stay right where you're at. I'm not going to ask you more questions. I'm not going to talk to you anymore. Okay? I want you to try to relax as much as possible. Okay? Your blood pressure's a little bit up. I want you to calm down. Okay? I'm going to take your glasses off your head. I'm going to put them on the table over here. Okay. >> The officers caught up with the suspect who was causing mayhem in the waiting room. Once the cops had positively IDed her, they tried to detain her and question her further, but the woman claimed she'd done nothing wrong. Why y'all putting Why are y'all putting Why y'all grabbing on me? Stop. Stop. Why are y'all arresting me? Y'all are Why you're arresting me? Why are they arresting me? Why are they arresting me? >> Why are they arresting me? >> Why are you arresting me? >> Okay, so give me a reason, please. >> Detaining you. >> Why are you detaining me? You haven't given me a reason. Why are you detaining me if you haven't stop? That's illegal. You cannot give. You cannot give. You cannot detain me. >> As soon as I detain you, you'll know why. >> Why are you detaining me? >> Why? Why are you detaining me? Why are you detaining me? >> I asked you five times your name. >> Oh, can you ask me twice? >> I asked you five times. >> Well, I still don't have >> Don't lie. Don't lie. >> I got you. Y'all need to tell me. [Applause] Why don't hurt me? >> Why don't you I'm telling you, you're hurting me. You're telling me you're not? And you're telling me you're not? >> Yep. >> That's up. >> This is how you do human being. >> It's all on camera. >> This is how But I'm telling you, you're hurting me. Why do you have me detained? Why do you have me detained? Why do you have me detained? >> This hysterical woman knew exactly why she was being detained. But instead, she wanted to play dumb. If she somehow thought she could get away with destroying property, attacking her boyfriend, and stabbing her cousin, she had another thing coming. >> Come here. I'm going to tell you. >> Okay. Please. I've been trying to, but you don't want to shut up. >> I'm trying, but you don't understand. >> You don't understand. >> I'm trying to, but then listen. >> When I when we ask you your name, >> I had a up day. Please. >> Yeah. It's probably going to be a little bit more cuz you don't want to listen to me. >> You're coming to the car. You're coming to the car. >> Quit moving your arms. >> Okay. Okay. Come here. I understand what the [ __ ] is going on. >> Is this your car? It is. >> Yeah. We'll go with hers. What are y'all saying? >> Quit moving your >> Okay, I'm not trying to run away. >> Stop. >> Now, >> have a seat. We'll talk. >> You'll watch after me. I'll survive everybody. Please. >> Have a seat. >> Once secured in the back of a cruiser, she told the officer she was the victim, saying that her boyfriend had attacked her. But her story made no sense. Her cousin was lying in a hospital bed being treated for stab wounds, and there was no real mystery as to who the culprit was. just that the girl that you just took out there is the one that snapped her. >> I know. >> Okay. >> That's I already knew the answer to my questions. >> Did you uh >> She's with Paige. >> Okay. >> So, she's with Paige. >> All right. Did you hear me on radio? >> No, I that is her. >> Yeah, I know. She told me her name once we got out there. She >> Yeah, her ID is right there. I just I like >> Yeah. Now she gets the ID. >> No, actually she dropped it. >> Yeah, she wanted to act all. >> I was tustling. I seen I'm like, let me just put her, >> you know. I don't want to hurt them, bro. enjoying the show. >> Where where did she get stabbed at? >> It's a It's >> It's a stab one. It's nothing, you know, elaborate. >> Okay. >> It's a straight puncture. It's not a slice or anything like that. Well, >> they just number up. She's hurting pretty good, so I didn't want to ask her anything else right now. >> I'm going to get a hold of uh Sllayton, see what he wants. >> Okay. Is Max on his way? >> I don't know. I had to deal with her. >> I had to deal with her. The suspect was taken into custody and processed without further incident. After reviewing the case and speaking with the victim and witnesses, authorities determined the most appropriate course of action would be a conditional dismissal. On the 3rd of February 2023 in De Mo, Iowa, a man called police saying his girlfriend was acting possessed. He claimed she was phoning at the mouth and screaming utter nonsense. Hello. >> Yeah, sure. >> What's going on? >> Okay. Are you comfortable with us going and talking to her? >> All right. What's her name? >> Isabelle. What are you talking to? >> Just hang out here. Okay. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Hey, Isabelle. Has >> she taken anything? Anything else? >> Just for her safety. >> Hey, Isabelle, police department. Can you come out? >> 140. >> Through the door, Isabelle told the officer that she hadn't taken any drugs. She was just having a bad night and wanted to be left alone. She also told the officers to not come in the bathroom as she was utterly naked. >> What? What happened tonight? Why'd your boyfriend give us a call? None of your business. >> Okay. >> Apparently, he's worried for your well-being, saying you were foaming at the mouth. I just want to make sure you didn't ingest something that >> if I walk out of the bedroom here and close the door, are you willing to put some stuff on so we can have a quick quick chat so we can get out of here? >> Is that fair? a little bit and then she starts. >> Okay, I'm going to step out of the bedroom and close the door, put some clothes on, and then come out and meet me. Okay, >> thank you. >> She emerged from the bathroom and talked to the officers. It was immediately apparent that she was under the influence, slurring her words and making incoherent sentences. To make matters worse, she was in no mood whatsoever to cooperate with the officers. >> What's going on tonight? >> Okay. He said you were doing some stuff that made him very concerned. >> What's the stuff that you made me feel very concerned? >> What? >> What's the stuff that you made very feel uh very concerned? >> That then? >> Okay. >> What are you going to do about that? >> I'm just asking >> you example actually. >> No, you stay right there. >> I'm going to stay right here. >> Yep. >> What are you going to do? stand here and talk. >> No. What's going on? >> No, I I actually him example. He said that. What's going to example? What's going on? So, what are you going to do about it? >> We're just here to make sure you're okay. >> I'm perfectly okay. >> So, what are you going to do about it? >> I'm here to make sure you're okay. We don't need to have back up. We don't need back up. Go. Stand over there. Don't touch me. >> Please. >> I'm not going to do anything to you, female. >> Just breathe. Go ahead and go ahead and get out then. >> She became increasingly aggressive, shouting at the cops and making a scene. They tried to calm her down, but it was pointless. She didn't want to get arrested and taken to jail. She had a really funny way of showing it. >> Are you guys going to be civil we leave? >> Get out. What are you looking at here for? >> Do not >> back up. If you do that again, >> do you want to go to jail? >> Izzy, please do not. Please do not >> arrest me. You grab this. >> No, he didn't bring this. You did this all on your own. >> This is all me. >> Was this all me? >> Just stop. >> This is all me. >> Stop. >> This is all me. >> Stop. >> This is all me. >> I'm going down. >> Your mom told me you told your mom. >> All right, let's listen. My mom told me to do this. While she claimed she didn't have ID, she did give the officers her name. Strangely, she seemed jealous of the female officer, claiming that her boyfriend was into her. And when the officer turned to walk her to the squad car, she tried to kick the female officer. >> You want to get her info from him? >> Stop. You >> You're [Music] you. I swear to God. >> Yeah, I know. I bet you love me. Taking me a snake as I bet you not taking me like you like this. You like this? >> Get in the car. >> Oh, I bet you. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the light. >> You've already caught two charges. You kicked me. You hit her. >> Get in the car now or you're going to get more charges. Come on. Get in the car. I bet you like it because I'm a girl. >> Isabelle's boyfriend provided officers with her ID. He told the officers that while she acted demonic and pretty much scared him, she never acted with violence toward him. But as you saw on camera, when they informed the woman that she was being detained, she was violent toward police, kicking at them and hitting them. >> Hello, Mabel. Officer Johnson Police Department. We're going to take you up to the jail. >> No shirt or anything like that. >> I can go try and get one if she's willing to put one on. >> Yeah, I'll ask her. Miss Isabelle, can I get you a top or something like that to come back me up? >> Can we do that? >> Okay, I will do that. >> All right, >> we can try. Didn't work before. >> Isabelle refused to put clothing on and was transported to jail in her underwear. Once they got there, they faced a new challenge. Getting this woman from the van to the jail house. Even though the cops brought some of her clothing along, she still refused to put them on. >> Got a blanket here. All right. >> Here. Okay. She probably not want to see you. >> No, we she didn't on the scene and she even your your deputy or the other person even tried to offer to put her on her again. >> We tried to offer her on the scene and she's pretty animated. >> Appreciate it. I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> They booked the woman in the Pulk County Jail and she was charged with two counts of assault on an officer. On the 15th of August 2024, the cops were dispatched to a domestic dispute where a woman had violently attempted to attack her girlfriend. When the cops arrived on scene, they saw the suspect standing out front. >> Come on over here. >> What is that in your hand? >> Huh? >> What do you got in your hand? >> All right, come over here. >> You can talk to me right here. >> For what? >> For what? Yeah, cuz you're under arrest. >> For what? Get off me. Get off. >> Roll over. Roll over now. >> Roll over now. >> Stop. >> Get off of me. >> Are you done? >> Get off of me. >> Stop. >> Stop. Get the off of me. >> From the get-go, the woman was a little bit hostile with police, so she paid the price. She literally shoved one of the officers when told to place her hands behind her back. Sadly for her, she was dealing with some nononsense cops. >> Get your car if you don't stop moving. >> Okay, pick me up and get off with my neck. >> Roll over. >> I can stand up. >> No. Nope. >> Stand over. >> Stand me up. All right, I got it. >> Okay, can you pull up my shirt? >> Pull my shirt up. >> Pull out my shirt. She calmed down enough for the officers to get her onto her feet, search her, and put her in the back of a cruiser. However, while the officers were interviewing witnesses, she somehow managed to slip out of her handcuffs and started causing a ruckus. >> You going to fight? Hope not. Come here. >> Get off of me. >> Okay. >> Get off of me. Get the off of me. Get off my Get the off Get >> off. >> Get back. I'm not going to tell you. Get back. You don't need to let me down, bro. You got it. >> If you are, you wouldn't be doing that to her. She grown. >> That's what I'm saying. Let me talk to her and calm her down. >> Don't matter. She grown. This is causing her actions. >> Seriously, if she wants for cops, >> this will happen. >> The woman's father thought the cops were mistreating his daughter. But like the officer said, she was now an adult and had to face the consequences. The cops had to put her in a restraint suit, much to her dissatisfaction. >> Surprise. Okay. But why is the handcuff so tight? Like this is >> ready. >> Stop trying to move your feet. >> Okay. But I'm looking. >> No, you're not. >> Yes. Because get up. >> I don't care. >> I don't care. Stop [ __ ] shut up. >> You shut you and you're going to have a real problem. Shut up. Stop talking to me. For real. Get the shut up. >> You shut the >> Get the God. >> Get the stop. >> Once again, the woman's father became I rate without the cops retreating his daughter. And once again, the cops had to explain that if she'd simply cooperated and followed orders instead of spitting on the officers and resisting arrest, she wouldn't have been in this situation in the first place. >> It's not on her neck. So, back up. It's not >> It's on her head cuz she keeps spitting. >> It's on her head. Hold your hand down, bro. Don't put That's my child doing that, too, bro. >> What we're doing? >> I'm over here. I'm not backed up, bro. >> If your child wasn't spinning, she wouldn't have an issue. >> My didn't put your hand on her head, bro. You ain't got to put your knee over. >> My hand was on her head. your knee was, bro. I can see my >> How about you go back to your house? This is where I'm >> Okay. If you if you raised your child so she wouldn't spit on police, she would not have this issue. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. If you can try >> get your knee off her neck, bro. >> My knee was never on her neck. Now, >> man, I see you. Your knee was on her neck, bro. On her head. Okay, there you go. It's a big difference. That part of her neck, it's all the same. Like neck, head. It's not that ain't where to go, my >> the cops fully restrained the woman and put her in the back of the cruiser. Next, they spoke to her girlfriend who said she not only slashed her tires, but tried to stab her multiple times. >> What happened? I picked her up, right? Picked her up. I brought her here. She was outside for a minute. I wasn't about to call y'all because I thought I could resolve the problem. But when she threw that knife out >> for my life, >> like for my life and I can't I can't fight back because if I fight back then I'm going >> Did she threaten you with the knife before? >> After you asked her why'd you do that to my >> I'm fighting with the knife. >> What was she saying? >> She like, "Hey, what do you mean?" She like, "You ain't trying to talk to me." I'm saying, "No, just calm down. I don't want to talk to you right now. You bull. Calm down. You can talk." She like, "No, I ain't." So I told her in the car. I didn't see it until then. >> Okay. >> And we got out. I'm like, "You got to on the side of the package." She had to I ran. She had to poke me up. >> What do you mean? She like charged at you or >> Yes. >> Okay. An investigative officer spoke to the woman's father, who felt that if the cops had let him intervene, he could have calmed down his daughter and deescalated things to make everything easier for everyone involved. >> Yeah. What's going on? >> My problem is I'm trying to tell you officers, >> hey, if you let me talk to her, I can >> instead of letting me do that, >> I look up. Your officer got his knee on her head. Okay. >> You don't see the problem in that? >> Well, I I don't know. I haven't watched the video. So, I mean, is she fighting? Is she trying to Because From what I'm hearing? >> From what I'm hearing, she's spitting uh >> doing all kinds of stuff. So, >> pretty much face down. >> Yeah. So, are you Did you witness everything? >> I witnessed everything they was doing in my door. Yeah. >> Okay. Do you live here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Are you the one that called? You don't know. >> My neighbor called. >> You witnessed this? >> I witnessed that his knee on her head. Yeah. >> Okay. >> No. Father wants to see his daughter get manhandled by multiple officers, but the officers here were just doing their jobs. Next, the investigative officer spoke to the suspect's girlfriend to see if she could elaborate on the suspect's interactions with law enforcement. >> Did you see what happened when officer showed up? She starts in the rest. She start fighting outside. >> Uhhuh. >> And she when they got right there. >> Yeah. Just >> Okay. So when they walked up, did they try to like tell her to do something or they tried to put her handcuffs? >> Yeah, they told her to chill. Like when they got out, they they got out in a manly fashion like >> chill. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then what she say? She just start fighting them. >> Okay. Just out of swinging on them, kicking them. >> Yes. >> Okay. What they do? >> They did They did what they had to do at the end of the day cuz if somebody fighting, you feel me? >> No, I got you. Did they like >> They They grabbed her, put her in handcuffs. She's still fighting like that. >> Okay. Did they take her to the ground at all? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, they took her to the ground, then they got her handcuffs. >> She like, >> "Okay, so still being aggressive and stuff." Okay. >> But I I got in my car. How do you then? >> No, I got you. So then when they picked her up from the handcuffer, then what happened? >> When they picked her up from handcuff, they put her in the caring. >> She start the cruiser. Okay. Start banging on the cruiser. >> Okay. And then what happened? >> Then they try to let her out again. That's how they end up putting her in right now. >> Okay. When they took her out, what happened? >> Okay. >> Again. >> Did they have to do anything else to her? what they had to do. >> The officer finished gathering witness statements for his report. And while he can expect the suspect's father to report abuse, the body cam footage should be enough to justify the actions. >> Do I got to wait until I get in there to take this off? Oh, my arms hurt so bad. >> All right, >> come on over here. Pull her out and get her feet. >> You got it. >> Got it. >> I'm going have to reach around. >> Wait. No. No. No. I feel like I'm going to fall. >> The suspect faced charges of resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer, and criminal damage to property. On July 28th, 2024, cops in Ohio responded to a domestic violence incident involving a young couple. According to reports, a man's pregnant girlfriend lost her temper when she was kicked out of the house by her boyfriend's mother. >> Hello. >> Hello. I Thank you. >> Uh, so she um >> One second real quick. Do you need a mega to come look at you? >> No, I did my >> So I can cancel the medic is what I'm trying to get. Okay. 123 dispatch. You can cancel medic. It's just a little cut on the lip. >> Yeah, just my lid. That's all. >> Okay. She Well, I call I told her to bring the medic because she tried to hit me with her vehicle. Um so we um we was in the house. I just woke up. Um she told me um about two or three days ago that she's um pregnant. Um so she like I've been having mood swings and stuff. I'm like >> she's been having mood swings. >> So um I work third shift. So, I told her, "I just got off work. I'm like, I'm just now getting up. Um, yeah, we can talk about everything when I wake up and stuff. So, I wake up this morning." >> The man said his girlfriend attacked him while she was experiencing a mood swing, scratching him, punching him, and ripping his clothes off. He said she ran out of the house and when he followed her, she tried to run him over in her car. >> So, let me make sure I got this right real quick. You or she woke you up in a bad mood. >> Yeah. >> Saying she's having mood swings, don't feel like being around. You said that's fine. You can go home for the night. Right. >> She started grabbing her stuff after she was >> I show you and I want to show you something too. She tells me and tell me when the police get there so I can pull back up. I'm not scared of them and telling me that I'm a calling the police. Like I don't want to fight her. I don't want to fight her. I don't want to fight nobody. I don't want no problems with her. >> Can you give the second caller in uh call? Tell her we're at location. She wants to talk to us to come back. >> My mom don't want her to go. She don't like my She was slamming the door. My mom don't want her to be here. I got pregnant right now. >> Yeah, let me know 100%. But like we need to find out what's going on. Like I'm not saying to lie to you, man. Okay. But she's going to say something. That's probably not going to line up with your story. You get what I'm saying? So, we got to fill out some paperwork. We want to talk to her. She said she wanted to talk to us anyways. She was around the corner. So, if she wants to talk to us, come back. >> The man said that his mom and stepdad didn't want the woman back on their property. Furthermore, in addition to a bloody lip, the officer also noticed scratches on the man's back and chest. Eventually, his girlfriend showed up to give the officers her side of the story. >> All right, what happened? >> Long story short, that's my boyfriend. So, um, he told me that he was about to leave and stuff like that and he was about to ride with his cousin and I was laying down. I had just woke up probably about an hour or two ago. I'm pregnant so I've been sleep. So he told me like he about to grab with his cousin. I'm like, "Okay." So he my back is turned in the beds towards the wall and he the opposite way. So I'm guessing he done went in the dresser and got some clothes so we can go take a shower. >> Um so as he go upstairs and stuff, he text me like, "Uh, let me I'm going to read it." >> The woman read the officers their text conversation and the whole thing sounded like a normal lover's quarrel. Man said she was irritating him and proposed a break. Although it did sound rude, it didn't give her the right to assault her boyfriend. >> Get back to long story short. Um, he was upstairs. I came out, got my stuff, and I left out the house. And he asked, "Why did I slam the door?" I didn't necessarily slam in the door. The door is hard. >> So, I came to the car. He was still in the shower. He had text me and stuff and all of this. I'm like, "Um, you said you was leaving." So, he had locked the door. I go back. I'm like, "Can you um unlock the door?" I text him like, "You unlock the door so I can get grab the rest of my stuff." And he said, he was like, "Come on, hurry up." So, I had walked up to the door. I went in there, got my stuff out the drawers and stuff. And I had had my stuff. It was falling. Mhm. He come from out the kitchen cuz when I first walked in the house, he unlocked the door. He wasn't in the room with me. I was getting my stuff out the door. So, I get my stuff out the door. He walk back in the room. I'm asking him like, "What's the issue? Like, he been acting weird for two days. What's the issue?" You feel me? And he not saying nothing. He He not really saying nothing. So, I did hit him out of anger. and he smacked all my stuff out of my hand when we came outside and it was just that. He called the police. >> The woman admitted to the assault and that was enough to earn a charge. Then the man's mother arrived on scene to give the woman a piece of her mind. >> Yeah, but that was it. And he called the police, but I'm not understanding who you call the police on me for my car. My car. >> Every time I tell my son she got to go home, she come with the >> Every time. Every time. Every time >> I got you. >> And I got cameras in my house. Why you calling the police about somebody put hands on you? >> My car. >> Then move your car inside. Move my car. She on that. >> Talk about >> I call the police. Call the police. >> I'm talking about the money. >> Hey, go. >> Go. I'm going to put you in cuffs, too. [Music] [Applause] We're okay. >> To get the tension back down, the cops told the mother to go back inside the house. They searched the woman and placed her in the back of a cruiser. After that, they spoke to the boyfriend again as well as his mother to gather written statements regarding what took place. >> Did you call the police or did she call and I'm sorry when I'm trying to I got you both because >> y'all are making my job. >> I'm sorry because every time she feal I be mad cuz he like mom get home like what the hell happened. >> So I'm over here >> I just y'all was cool. What the hell? I'm over here asking her what happened and she was like >> I tell him to call. >> He called her and she called. >> I tell him to call. >> So I had her come back so we could talk. Well, >> when she was talking, she's like, "Yeah, I punched you." >> Okay. >> I'm trying to get the whole story, >> right? Okay. >> You get what I'm saying? But then you >> Okay. But she got to keep her hands. >> But then you came up all hostile and then you're yelling. So I'm getting you back trying to get you away so she can finish telling on herself. >> And then I got you and then your other son yelling. >> Yeah. Jaylen. Yeah. Yeah. >> That was just make my job harder. Shut the door if you let me. >> You get what I'm saying? >> Yeah. >> I don't want to put nobody in cuffs that don't deserve it. But >> if you got to calm down, then I got to put you in the back seat. >> Cuz I'm It's always something with him and a female and that's the only time y'all come to my house and they bull their kids. I'm like just >> But you coming hostile on me for what? >> I would not yell at you. I see it's always about behind the car and then you came around her car too hopping out yelling as soon as your foot hit the door. >> Yeah, she's going to go to jail for domestic violence. >> While the family thought jail was unnecessary here, the woman admitted to laying hands on their son. Even if they didn't want to press charges, the state was still going to step in and charge her. Before being taken to the station, the officers let the woman call a relative to come and pick up her car. >> George. George, where you at? Can y'all please pull up on the east right now, please? >> My car. >> Okay. Hey, this is Officer Harris. >> No, let me stop first. No, >> me and Mory's got it. So, when he hit me and stuff, he called the police going to jail. >> We're still figuring everything out, but at this point, we need somebody to come get her car. >> Yeah, we're still trying to figure everything out. Everything's >> because because he caught the police on me first and said that I hit him. He hit me too. But they going they the police over there still talking to him. They still working on it. But this is not fair that how they got me in the back of the police car with handcuffs right now. >> Me going to jail. >> It don't matter, George. It don't matter. >> The suspect said it wasn't fair that she was the only one going to jail. She claimed she'd been hit too by her boyfriend. To back up her accusation, she then brought up that he'd had recent legal trouble for assaulting his other baby mama. I don't want her to go to jail cuz she got a baby though. You already called the police. Look at it. She wasn't leaving. If she wasn't leaving, >> would you rather her go to jail for something like this or your son go to jail for something? Because nine times out of 10 when someone calls, >> it's usually the man. That's why when he called I'm like >> I'm like she called the I don't want to go I don't want to I got to go try to find his out. I'm calling him dumb. I'm like because I'm like you know >> when you get like she needs to learn not to put her hands on people. You got to go. You can't be, you know, scratching something. And she knows that. We already been through this. >> We already talked with a whole another. >> She did what a n she woke up mad. I don't >> I don't know why. She been over here for a whole week. >> But do you see how I said she'll when I told you to go inside? Let me talk to her. What did I tell you? >> She'll have a story. I need to know what's happening. Cuz I'm not saying you're lying, but there's normally your side, her side, and then there's that fine line of truth somewhere. every story >> cuz sometimes people will be like, "I don't know what happened." >> Look good. >> Well, why is that eye black? I don't know. >> You get what I'm >> They trespassed the woman from the property. If she was really pregnant, the family here had about 18 awkward years to look forward to. She was then transported to jail without further incident. >> She's back now saying that she hit him because he hit her, >> right? She didn't say that at first. She said no altercation. So now she just wants him to go too. So no, that's why that's why I'm not. >> All right, I'm going. >> So So I'm confused. They're not going to do nothing to him cuz he hit me. >> Uh he is currently figuring out everything. He is just saying that we're go ahead. We're good to go. >> Okay. Can you tell me a phone number on my phone before I go there? So when I get downtown, I can call. >> Yeah, they they'll let you do that. I don't even care no more cuz when I get out I swear to God I'm about to show my >> I'm confused on why he ain't going to jail to that's stupid. He known for hitting females and going to jail for doing so I'm confused on how he how he's not going to jail. So what is the other officer still doing cuz he ain't did nothing. He just sitting here talking. >> Uh he's got paperwork he's got to do and then um and he's got to I don't know how far along he got and do what his process is. >> So what am I being charged with? >> Domestic violence. >> After being arrested, they charged the woman with domestic violence. Sounds like their life as parents was off to a rocky start. Hopefully before the baby arrives, they'll get their act together. On the 17th of April 2022, the cops were dispatched to a residence. According to reports, a man let a woman stay at his place for a few days, and when she started acting crazy, he tried to kick her out, but she refused to leave. >> Hey, how we doing? Good. >> I need one of you to talk to me. Talk to him. >> Can I listen to what he said? >> I need something. >> All right, ma'am. I need you. I need you to talk to him. >> What's going on? >> I'm just trying to make you leave and I live here and you didn't have a problem. So just now he's hot and he's talking about me behind these people, but he's saying that he wants me to leave, but he just said that because I said something to him about talking about me behind my back. And now he's telling me he wants me down. I'm not going out with you. >> How long have you lived here? >> Uh for over a week now. He's not. It's just because he's talking like he's trying to help me. But if you don't hear, you should tell me that before. Don't wait. And you It's cuz he called the cops like that. And I know he's not. Anyway, I let her stay with me for a few days. Said, "Okay." And anyway, I told the neighbors, "She's not my girlfriend." >> Okay. >> And that's what caused all. >> Okay. >> And she kept jump. She kept jumping in the fish and arguing her chest. So, I said, "I better call you." How long has she been here? >> 3 days. >> That's it. 3 days. She get she get mail here or anything? >> No. >> She have a key to your house? >> Nope. The woman said she wasn't going anywhere as she'd done nothing wrong. It was a pretty strange claim considering she was just a guest there and the homeowner wanted her gone. For whatever reason, she seemed to think that because she'd been there 3 days, she had the right to stay as long as she liked. >> How long have you stayed here? >> Over two over 3 weeks. >> Over 3 weeks. He says 3 days. >> I don't care what he says. >> You told me one week. >> He's lying. >> Okay, so you just came back a week, but I was here before that. All my stuff's here. I have toothp. I have belongs here. I have paperwork here. I'm not going anywhere. >> What kind of paper you got? >> This man over here shot fought the gun off three times and did not go to jail. >> All right. You're yelling at me and I'm talking yelling. I'm not shooting a gun. I'm talking. I got I got freedom to speak. >> Yep, you do. >> And that's what I'm doing. Defending myself. I'm not blowing anybody's shows that you live here. >> I don't have nothing cuz I ain't got it from here yet. >> The officer told her that if she didn't have any paperwork proving she lived there, she had no right to be there. In response, she said before she'd go anywhere, the homeowner had to evict her. But as the officer informed her, that's not how it works. >> I'm not going anywhere. >> I'm not talking to y'all. >> Yeah, that'd be great. >> I'm not saying nothing else. >> That's great. >> I was just saying nothing else when it started. And you're not even listening to my silence. >> I a listen to your >> I'm not doing anything. And this mother back here shooting off guns and I'm trying to offer a lady. >> Okay. Well, you're bring argue with me about a guy. I ain't bothered. Nobody trying to throw me on the street. Go pick your man where you go. >> Do your job with manhandling a woman. >> Man, I ain't touching you. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm touching you right now. >> That's That's man. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. >> I'm touching you right now. >> No, you won't let me go. You won't let me enter. You're >> so You don't blow me. >> You feel good about your authority in the position. So get you mother me alone. >> Men want to belly a god woman, but y'all want to be after a man with a gun. Where the are we living at? While the woman continued ranting, the man packed up her belongings and placed them in a bag. He said he just let her stay there for a few days and that he didn't really know what the fight was all about. Allegedly, the woman started acting crazy one day, prompting the man to call police. >> I'm not trying to hurt yourself. Please don't hurt me. Don't touch me. >> I want to go inside and get my stuff and leave >> because this man No, I don't need him to No, I'm not going. I'm not going. I'll give you a recoup. >> Sit down. Sit down. >> No. Don't >> sit down. >> No. >> Sit down. >> I'm not touching you. You're touching me. >> You're trying to push your back. >> Sit down. >> I'm not touching you. You're in my space. Let me get my camera on you. >> I got it. It's all recorded. >> And it's all recorded. >> Okay. Did you get paperwork? >> That's what I'm working on. But you're here. You're trying to argue with him. So, >> no, I'm not. I'm trying to go in. >> Exactly. You're arguing. >> Why don't you get the goddamn man with the gun that off the other day? >> Y'all are stupid. Okay. Okay. Great. >> Go in faster. >> Not going in. >> Why are you manhandling me? >> Did you try to push past us? >> I haven't touched you. You came to where I live. >> She continued defying the cops, saying she'd get back inside the house and that they couldn't stop her. She tried to sneak around into the back door, but she was stopped by the officers and that's when she snapped. >> I did nothing wrong. I don't care if your >> Stop. Stop touching me here. You don't know what I do. Don't touch me. >> Hey, you're going to get >> Why are you touching me, sir? I'm not touch. >> I live here. >> You don't. >> You don't either. Why are you here? You don't know nothing. Leave me alone, please. That's all I want and nobody does. Y'all are bothering me. I'm not bothering y'all. Is that y'all's job? >> What's unclear here is why she was so determined to get back in the house as the man had offered already to bring her belongings out. As the woman continued to argue, additional officers arrived on scene. >> How you doing? >> I'm fine. >> What's the problem? >> Trying not to be upset over a petty situation today. Sorry. And I am upset because it is not my life and them throwing me in the ground on Easter because of this man is being petty and he didn't put my paperwork and my stuff and y'all trying to put me out. I'm pissed on myself cuz I'm going to go in there and get myself on my own and they're allowing me to go in there and get >> What's the issue? >> The issue is asking him he's in a mood he don't know. It was over an argument about my smart said to his neighbors about me behind my back and I said something to him about saying and he wants to call the cops. >> I know. I swear I had paperwork. It says >> since she couldn't prove she lived there. The man had every right to kick her out. The officer explained that once they left, if she came back and tried to get back in the house legally, she'd be breaking and entering. >> All right, Miss Moore, let's go. >> Go where? >> Uh you got to leave from here. >> I'll leave right now. Okay, let's go. >> I right I won't go to this house this way. >> You going right through the front door and then right through the front door already. >> I don't have my phone. Where's my phone? I don't even have my phone. >> All right, we get the phone. Where's the phone? >> What? >> I need the phone. >> There's one right there. >> My working phone that I just got. Don't give me no more. You're a liar. You're a liar. And you know you are. >> I want my working phone. >> I'm not leaving here without a way to call anybody up. >> He knows it. >> I don't have to lie, sir. >> I can't leave him with no way to call anybody up. No, she's can't follow over me because you're officer. >> She began to rumage through her bag, throwing things all over the porch. In response, the officer told her to put things back in the bag or she'd be in trouble. And surprisingly, she did as she was told. That being said, the last thing she wanted to do was to leave the property. >> You need to continue to go. >> No, I want my phone. I'm off this property. >> You need to continue. >> Listen. Okay. >> I'm going. Okay. >> I'm going. I'm going. >> That's it. >> We gave you food. We gave you apple amount of time. >> I haven't got anything. I'm sorry. I'm sorry now. Breathe. I'm very upset. >> I'm sorry. >> Listen. We gave you Apple amount of time. Okay. We gave you apple amount of time. >> Do this. >> Okay. I'm not fighting. >> What did I do? >> We just >> I just want my phone. >> Now you want your phone. >> I wanted my phone. >> You told us to do this. Do that. >> Now it's time to go. >> Quit moving. >> Like the officer said, as far as this thing went, she had no one to blame but herself. They gave her plenty of opportunities to walk away, but she refused to do so. Instead, causing a scene and wasting everyone's time. Next, she was searched and placed in the back of a cruiser. >> Please help me. Please, >> don't let me go to jail. I'll go. >> Can't you just understand why I'm upset? >> Yes, I understand why you're upset. >> Don't take me to jail. >> I'm trying to shop for you. Please. >> Hey, quit. Quit. She bang her head against She's banging her head against the thing. There's >> no reason for me to be back here. >> Hey, >> I want out. >> You're going to >> I've done nothing wrong. >> You're going to catch a felony. >> You're going to catch a felony if you keep break. >> What? >> If you damage my car, it's a felony. >> Hey, listen to me. I put your phone listen. No, >> you're you're good. Okay, that's fine. Whatever. Your phone's on top of your bag, so please don't drop that when you get when you get out and get your bag. All right. I'm doing this so you don't have to get out of the car and handcuffs. All right. >> I didn't know both coming. He followed you over here with me. >> What you thought? >> Drop my bag. Don't drop. >> After everything she put them through, the cops decided to show the woman a bit of mercy. Unbelievably, they gave the woman a warning, telling her not to go to the man's home again or they'd take her to jail and then dropped her off at a location of her choice. On November 5th, 2024 in Ohio, the cops were called to a residence due to a domestic dispute. According to reports, the couple was involved in a heated argument involving firearms and bricks. >> So, go ahead and put your hands and tap your head, bro. I know. >> Oh, here. >> Hold on. [Music] No other weapons. >> No, sir. >> All right. [Music] >> Yeah, I'm out with the mail. >> As the man was armed, the first thing the officer did was take his gun away. With the gun secured in the cruiser, the man then showed officers some footage on his phone of being attacked by his girlfriend with a brick. The cops then spoke to the woman to get her side of the story. You do you need EMS? >> I already asked for EMS. Your whole mouth is bleeding. >> She Her whole face right here is swollen. >> He punched the out of me after he pulled his gun on me. So I threw a brick at him. I was defending myself. What do you want me to do? >> One second. >> All I wanted is my phone. >> No, I just wanted to leave. >> It won't stop. >> Yeah, she said she wants a year. How old are you now? 30 >> 30y old. >> Punch the out of my jaw. >> My whole look my whole lip everything's bleeding. >> What do you want done with? >> I want him to He's got a head on my property. Get off my property. >> The woman said she wanted to press charges for domestic violence. The cops here were very familiar with the couple. In fact, not too long ago, the responding officer drew his gun on the man over a domestic disturbance call at the same location. >> What did you see today >> today? So, I I heard her yell and I come as I come walking out. She's r like trying to like figure out where to go and everything. She straight up told me she's like threw a brick at him. I threw a brick at him. I was like, well, get every right to if he's laying his hands on you. I mean, look at the look. >> Did you see him punch you? When I when I come walking out, >> you saw it >> cuz when I come when I come locking the door, he was pulling he was pulling away. So he was in the position of >> You have coming from around there. He had the gun in his hand right here. >> Right here. >> Like over here by his car going throw the brick at him after I saw her throw the brick. I didn't see the brick hit. I saw the brick land. He like going to jail >> and then he punched me in my >> that poor >> I did after they were still just touching he was trying to grab and that's when he picked it up and dropped it and she picked it up too. >> The stories they told didn't match. However, the male suspect recorded the incident. After reviewing the footage, it was clear the man was trying to deescalate things and leave the situation, but the woman pursued him. That being said, he did draw his gun and punch the woman when she got close. >> He came to the house. I told him, "Get out of my house cuz he stole my AR. It's in his trunk. If it's not in his trunk, then he went and dropped it off somewhere." So, I went to the car to go get my AR out of his car >> with a brick in your hand >> because he was already on the porch pulling his gun on me. He followed me out of the yard with his gun and there are witnesses to it. He followed me. So, I kept the brick in my hand. That's the only protection I had. I didn't have nothing else that I could use to try to help, you know, save myself. Cuz he literally got this close to me and was like, he was going to shoot me. He shoot you right here, right now. I don't give a >> Yeah. >> So, I told him, I said, "Then go ahead and shoot me." I said, "If you're going to shoot me, then shoot me. I don't care." So, then he pulled his gun on me again after I'm trying to get my phone out of his hand. He won't let me out. So, he turns around and he pulls his gun on me again. So, I threw the brick and then he turned around and punched me in my face. Paramedics arrived to treat the woman's injuries. While the man admitted to striking the woman, giving her a bloody lip, he claimed he was simply trying to push her off him while she approached him. He was essentially claiming self-defense. >> At this point, she said you hit her in the mouth in this video prior to that. >> Oh, right here. You see, I put when I put my hand in my hole. I went to grab the brick. When I went to grab the brick, she reached back. I push her. I was like, I was trying to put her away like get away from you. >> I was trying to leave before I even before she freed the car and just came at me like I can't get in my car. >> With video evidence and testimony showing the couple was beating on each other. The cops had everything they needed to make an arrest. They had a long history of fighting each other and the cops here have had just about enough of dealing with them. [Music] whole video on this stuff, man. I got arrested for it. Disorder the conduct violent turkey. >> How you seen the video, man? She's walking at me with a break. Walking at me with a brick. Walking at me with a break. I'm trying to leave. >> I didn't do nothing to her. >> Why am I going to jail? >> Why am I going to jail? >> Turn your wrist. >> I can't. Ow. Ow. Ow. Can I just literally leave? >> Oh, now you want to leave. >> We're to a point now where we we're tired of this. >> Okay. No, I'm tired. >> I get No, it's too late. It's too late now. She's getting arrested, too. >> But why am I getting arrested when I didn't do nothing? >> You did. So, I told you. Disorderly conduct, violent turbulent. You back up the car, please. >> Disorderly conduct. >> You back up. Thank you. Disorderly conduct, violent turbulent. Were you in the middle of the street causing a scene? >> I wasn't trying to fall. >> Raising a brick, throwing a brick. She's She's yelling and screaming, swinging at you. >> Well, she threw the brick at me. >> I've been here way too many times. This house is going to be labeled a nuisance from now on. >> And every time y'all call, they're going to start charging y'all. >> Both of them were searched and placed in the back of a squad car. If they continued seeing each other, it was only a matter of time before someone got hurt or worse. And after a few more formalities, the cops got ready to take these two to jail. >> I've never been in trouble. >> All right. You can take this one cuff off real quick. I'm going have you sign this form to give us authorization so your mother can take your child.
