Get out of my face. >> What you going to do? Fight. Going to fight. >> Get out of my face. >> Let's go. >> Let's go. Fight. >> Put the pants down. >> Put your ass down. >> Go. So, we go in one. Oneonone. One. Me and you. Get back right here. >> Come on. Let's go. >> All right. Listen. At this point, you're being placed under assault. >> Dude, I I will tase you. >> Shady people always talk tough till they meet someone tougher. When tempers flare and a person's pride takes over their common sense, even the smallest encounter can spiral out of control in a matter of seconds. So, when wannabe tough guys push their luck with police, they quickly get a reality check. Seems like gas stations have a strange way of attracting trouble, or at the very least, very troubled people. On November 11th, 2023, a gas station employee called police because a man was acting aggressively towards a customer and refusing to leave. But the reason he was so agitated is just going to blow your mind. >> Yo, come here outside. >> Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Chill on me. >> Chill out. Chill out. Come over here. >> Chill out. Chill out. You're not back inside. >> How the You're not going back inside. You're not going back inside. >> Get over there right now. How the is he able to pull a gun here, dude? I'll put your handcuffs right now. Go over there. How can he >> go over there, dude? Go over there right now. >> Stay outside and we'll talk. >> Stay outside and we'll talk >> Don't put your hands on me, >> Steve. Chill out, dude. All right, dude. >> Chill out. >> Yeah, >> chill out. Take a breath. Okay. >> I didn't do I'm not in the I can I got the fifth the fifth my fifth amendment right for freedom of speech. If I say something, you can pull a gun on me. >> Let's go. Let's talk. >> Get out of here. How am I? >> I need to get your I need to get your side of the story. >> I need to get your side of the story. >> Despite repeated orders to stay outside, the man in white, whose name was Steve, just couldn't calm down. After charging violently back into the store, the officer escorted him calmly back outside to try and deescalate things. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. I got to get your side of the story. >> Okay, just take a deep breath. >> Take a deep breath. Calm down for a second. >> I I >> Take a deep breath. Calm down for a second. I need your side of the story. Okay. >> All right. >> Look, so I uh I drove by yesterday happened. So I'm like I'm like, "Yeah, yesterday you guys were tough guys. Now today you guys are the regular [ __ ] you know, cuz that's how it is. Yesterday they put the pressure on me after I've been up a couple days, whatever." And kind of woke up today. I'm doing the sober thing. I'm kind of salty about it. I'm going be honest with you. >> So I said, "Dad, he starts jawjacking." So uh I jump out the car like, "Oh, what what you want to fight then?" And we get up here and I didn't like run in his face. I got like I I I was like maybe like 6 ft away. I'm like, "What's up? You you talking? You want to fight?" Oh, bro. Pull the gun. I'm like, "What you want to do with the gun?" And then he wants to tuck the gun when he starts walking in the door camera. But you can't just I don't care if you got carry conceal. You can't just You can't just do that [ __ ] >> The man was clearly very agitated because the man had drawn a gun on him. He was adamant the cops should take the man's gun away. Steve's mental health issues and his substance abuse likely played a very key role in how he was reacting. >> Why did he pull the gun on you? Why are you saying that? >> What? >> Why did he pull the gun on you? >> Why am I saying that? >> Why did he pull the gun on you? That's what I'm asking you. >> Oh, because he cuz he's cuz he's like he's like 99% of you. Please record this, bro. Please record these mothers, man. But he pulled the gun on me. I I was like, bro, he was like I was over here. I was like six feet from him and he up the gun. I wasn't near him. I didn't threaten him. You guys are letting people carry to see him. They >> stay here. We'll check the video. >> Hey, look how they got my car. Like I'm the one with the gun. They got this cuz he white and he part of all. He can up guns on people. >> Is he part of all? They can they can up guns. >> You want to talk over here? Like don't let him aggravate you. Okay. >> He's not. No, he's that's good. I'm glad he's videotaping. >> The cops tried to keep him talking, but in a more calm and collected manner. To everyone's surprise, he didn't blame the other guy for instigating the argument. He confessed that he was the one who started it all. >> So what happened? I just got >> Yeah, I just had uh I had some words and he talking like he won the fight. >> Who said who started talking? >> I I start I I said something first. I'm like yesterday I'm like yesterday you guys I just got robbed by yesterday you guys are regular [ __ ] Today you guys are or yesterday you guys were tough guys. Now you guys are regular [ __ ] today. >> Who's that? >> Some happened yesterday and then I said no with the with the community period with their [ __ ] up community. >> You know >> whose community? your guys community Blackwater all by whoever else you guys are man you guys are the you guys came and took these towns see Eisenhower junior high I went to SCHOOL THERE VINTAGE I grew up there this is my you leave this motherucker all you [ __ ] all from the south and west you guys all from Tennessee you guys alling at best you guys are going to leave you know if I PUT THAT ON MY KIDS they'll leave this town BEFORE BEFORE JUDGMENT DAY COMES, they'll leave. They're not welcome here. They were welcome here. They're not welcome here no more. I was born and raised here, not them. And just like that, Steve slipped into a paranoid rant about outsiders, shadowy communities, and Blackwater government conspiracies. The officer tried to build rapport with him, but at the same time, he tried to get the man to focus on what had happened. >> The systems always rigged that rag against us a little bit, right, man? a little bit. You can't just fly it in helicopters. And >> what's your beef beef with this dude over here? >> My beef with him is I said something and he said something back. So I'm like, "Okay, cool. We'll fight." You know, he started >> Do you know him? Have you met him before? >> So I'm thinking, "Okay, cool. We'll fight. What's up then?" And when I jump out the car, then he he he grabbed the gun and and tucked it and got went all the way when he got here. He's like, >> "What's your beef with him before?" I I guess. What were you guys talking about when you said >> I did say I did say something first? I said that. I said >> it's not illegal to talk, man. What are you referring to when you say he's a Why? >> Because of the I I don't I I don't know. Maybe that I feel like they're all part of all they're their community. That's what they call themselves. All like the people thating >> like run things. >> Yeah. It's a little cute name. That's like when you you guys Why are you guys acting stupid? Like when you go to the place and it's like all soda on sale or all this. That means it's got their little in it or whatever. >> Even though he had a smile on his face, little by little, Steve got agitated again and started yelling at passers by. The cops tried to reason with him, but clearly he was a very delusional and troubled individual. And delusional people are highly unpredictable. >> I know. I was in Tennessee. I was in there, bro, when it started at ground zero. You guys got the manual to this. I I was there with these people, the people that started this. And it's up, bro. And and I don't want Lexington. And I don't want to do it. I didn't want to play by their games. You know, you know what happened? When I didn't want to play, I got killed because I didn't want to play by their game. And then the second option is when I came back to life, they put this in my head, this this half dead brain cell technology so they could see my goofy head and try to make me look like aing weirdo because that was option B. Option A was to because I knew too much. Option B. Yeah, you got shot in police. Tennessee >> Tennessee police. >> Tennessee Highway State Patrol. >> Where'd you get shot? >> Stood over me. What you mean? I'll do the face. I'll do the chest. >> I don't know. That's why I'm asking. >> The more Steve talked, the stranger it got. From a simple confrontation and a man pulling a gun, things changed to getting shot, coming back to life, and microchips being put in his head. Then suddenly it got religious. >> Was it the white light that everybody I've seen God separately though? That was a separate occasion. >> Okay. I assume you're religious, man. So, >> but I'm also I'm also like this is a fight against this is a fight against Satan and his angels. This ain't a regular fight. This is >> good versus evil. >> Yeah. This is war, bro. This is this ain't no >> you know they say they say love your neighbor but they say the fear of God means hating evil. So it's a thin line. These to me these are demons. These ain't these ain't these are demons bro. >> Nobody feels I feel man. I got feeling. And it's usually when I'm high and I don't like the feelings. It freaks me out, man. >> When's the last time you you got high? >> Yesterday. >> Did you just or what? >> No, I was doing yesterday and I ran into you guys at Walmart. >> Yeah, you were across the right. You were over by uh like the Dunkin Donuts over there. Remember you and I were shooting this? >> Yeah. If it was cool, Dude, it's not my P's not with you guys. That's why they call you guys like you're the guard dogs. Look, they start all this >> and then they didn't win this. When I get mad, then it's like I'm the bad guy. They're the good guys and they're hide behind this fake guy. We're good people and he's crazy. >> After about 20 minutes of Steve ranting about conspiracies, the officer finally got back to talking to witnesses. Shortly after, it was time to talk to Steve for a bit about the consequences of his actions. >> When you get out of your car here, what are you saying to this guy? Why'd you run up on >> Oh, no. I didn't. We had words back here. >> Okay. >> We had words back here at the hospital. >> I Yeah, I we had words at the pump and then he started spot talking [ __ ] So, I think, okay, we're going to fight. So, then that's why I came around and I was like, I didn't get nowhere near him. I stood off. I'm like, what's up? What you want to do to >> You ran You ran You ran at him. >> No, I didn't run at him. >> I just watched the video. You jumped out of your Your car door was open. You ran at him. >> Look. Look. He was talking all the way right here at the pump. I DIDN'T RUN AT HIM. I came all the way right here. Asked him if he wanted TO FIGHT. TALKING ALL THAT. It don't matter. You ain't got Okay. Why' he Why he up a gun on me, though? >> Why did Why did you say you were going to beat his >> It soon became clear that Steve was the primary aggressor and the cops had no choice but to place him under arrest. However, considering his aggression and potential history of violence, the question was, could they do it without force? >> Well, everyone around here, I got multiple people pulling me over as I was in route here saying that you were talking. >> Do you remember what you were arguing? You stay. >> Okay. >> All right. Listen, at this point, you're being placed under arrest for assault. You're under, >> dude. I I will tase you. I will tase you. >> I will tase you. Put your hands behind your back. Fight real good, man. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> We don't want any problem. We're going to do some paperwork. Get you to the station. >> How do you do that, man? >> That's what we're going to do. Okay. >> You just put your hands up. Stop. >> Steve, stop. Stop. >> What are you guys doing? >> Hold on. I'm not I'm not >> You just hit him, dude. >> Hold on. I'm good. I'm good. As they arrested the man, he continued berating the officers and ranting some more about a conspiracy against him. Steve was taken to jail and charged with aggravated battery, resisting arrest and assault. When you're out on the streets, you never know who you might encounter. But what if your aggressor's living with you in your very own home? On the 7th of May 2025, the cops responded to a call from a woman who was extremely frightened. Apparently, her boyfriend's father had been making some serious threats. >> Hello. >> Hi, police. >> Yes. >> Hi. What's going on? Everything right? >> He just started screaming, "Get the [ __ ] out." And he literally started talking about how he could kill us, how he's going to bash my boyfriend's face when he comes home. And he just started freaking out. So, I texted my boyfriend saying, "Hey, your dad's home. He's really freaking out. He's talking about camera." So, >> he's not in the room right now. >> He left. And I didn't want to fall off for him. I just can't be around that. You have a good up. No, I I wouldn't want you to be. Well, >> is there any weapons in the house? >> No. All we have a hunting knife, but that's it. But it's an R. >> Does he have any guns in the house? >> No. >> Does he have a room in the house? >> Yeah, he has a room upstairs to the right. What's he wearing? >> No. If you walk up the stairs, it's to the left. >> What's he wearing? I don't I think I saw him in cacti if I want to say but I think the shirt is >> the cops confirmed the suspect was no longer in the house and at that point they were notified that a person matching the suspect's description was seen at a nearby swimming pool. While several officers went there to check one stayed behind to make sure the young woman was safe. >> All right. What are we going to do with you then? We can't just leave you in the house. If what >> I just if he comes the thing is like also whenever like they call it takes a little bit to get here. He just I don't know if he would actually like I don't know if he would actually do that. >> I don't want to run the risk. >> I don't know. And I got text messages from his ex-girlfriend, girlfriend, whatever saying, "Please don't leave my cats alone with him. She has cats before. I don't know if he did something." And I just, you know, I don't want to. >> So, I don't really know what to do. >> How many cats are there? >> Three. I got this one. There's a black and white one named Domino. And then there's a tabby cat named Milo. >> Oh, what's more Listen, I I like animals, too. I've got my own. But what's more important, the animals are you? >> I just don't know where I would, you know, go right now. I have to get my boyfriend. >> Where's your boyfriend at? He's at work. But >> he's at work right now. >> Where's work at? >> All right. He's over at the pool. Be right back. Hey, what exactly did he say to you? >> Once the cops confirmed that the suspect was at the pool, they decided to go there and help out if they were needed. However, they first wanted to make sure the threats were serious and not just a misunderstanding. He was saying about how he was a and how he can people and how he was like, "My son, my boyfriend's Mexican." He said, "Fuck Mexican. I'mma bash his face when he gets home." >> Perfect. >> Hello. Hi. >> Hello, boss. >> How are you? >> You come chat with us for a second? >> You come chat with us for a second? >> No. I'm showing up. >> Okay. >> Nope. >> Why do you say that? Just go yourself. That's what I tell you. >> That's not nice. >> I was a cop, too. >> Okay. >> What are you here for? >> No. Listen. Go away. Go away. >> Okay. I can't go away. >> Get out of the ve Stop. Just go the [ __ ] away from me before I step and I I just leave me alone, man. >> Okay. That's what we're trying to do. >> Leave me alone. Please. What the [ __ ] are you here IN MY YOU'RE RUINING my [ __ ] moment, bro. You're I'm telling you, why are you ruining my moment, bro? >> Listen, man. We're just trying to talk to you. I'm not trying to ruin your day. Nothing like that. What's your name? >> The man refused to give his name, saying it was a quote unquote military thing. His aggressive behavior looked eerily similar to that of our previous suspect, Steve. And just like Steve, he also had delusions that people were out to get him. >> They did that again? This is my house. I live here. >> Who's they? >> My son. Why are all these cops here, dude? >> Talk to you. I just keep met hospital. >> Okay. >> No hospital. >> Listen, man. >> Hey, bro. I'm a vet, too. I don't want to fight with you. Come on out. >> All right. Just as soon as he touches it, grab him by the hair and just rip him out. >> All right, boss. You got to come out with us. Come on. Watch. >> That old. >> Yep. >> Oh, my broken ribs. >> Okay. >> What the hell was that about? >> Yep. >> Don't you come out. You weren't coming out. I broke it. Get off of me. I didn't do nothing. >> Get one. >> The cops caught the man by surprise and had no trouble at all getting him in handcuffs. But the job wasn't over quite yet. As they pulled the man up and began to walk him to the squad car, he immediately demanded to know what he was being arrested for. And when they told him, he wasn't too happy about it. >> All right. Come on, buddy. >> For what? >> Threatening people. >> Who? >> Your son and his girlfriend. >> You know what? >> You You mother. >> You know why I went to war? You mother. >> I appreciate you. You >> hit me, please. >> Daddy, hit me. >> I'm going to when I get out. >> I don't THINK SO. OH GOD. YOU HOLD ME AWAKE. >> You got to grab a hub. >> I don't think that's going to happen. >> Okay, at this [snorts] point you can only make it worse for which I chill. We're trying to chill with you. Okay. >> Sit back. >> So be chill with us. I got poking ribs. Don't act like that. Piece of everywhere. >> Even in handcuffs, the man continued acting erratically. He was being very aggressive and the cops [music] knew they couldn't trust him. As a result, they decided to put him in a wrap so he couldn't hurt himself or anyone else. >> He threatened people. We said it. >> They threatened. Nobody was there. All right, you can talk to him about that. JFK, >> nobody was there. You know what? It's okay. >> That's good enough. Good enough. One, two, three. You got that on. Grab near the shoulder. Let's go. >> Careful. Careful with his head. >> I'm shooting so bad. I want a lawyer. I WANT A LAWYER ON MYSELF. >> Take a seat. All right. Take a seat. Ow. >> [clears throat] >> HOW WOULD I up you mother you tell? I'm going to you fight me. I >> I don't think so. >> I would you, bro. >> Okay, >> let's make sure you buckled up for safety. Now, >> once they got him in the wrap, the cops had no problem getting the man to the car. At that point, he could be safely taken to jail and booked. But first up, the cop had to report to his sergeant. The strange thing was that the suspect pretty much corroborated his claims. >> He was just threatening her and and the son. >> He was starting to say that he wants to everybody and this and that. >> I'm done with you. Watch this. >> Watch. You watch. I'm telling you. Watch. Just watch. >> I'm talking. I didn't do nothing to nobody. >> Can you just make contact with >> Yeah. units. I think so. >> Yo, they but I I want a victim. I want them out of my house. >> It's my I own that house. I want them evicted. >> Okay. You got to go through the court system. >> NO, LISTEN. I WILL KILL HIM WHEN I COME. I WILL GET out and I'll shoot them. I'll my bare hands. >> I can't do Oh my god. >> I'm going you you wait. My son is his girlfriend. I'm everybody. I'm going to watch watch. Just watch. >> You know, it's a 50. >> Yep. >> I got you. Let's do it. >> They identified the suspect as Christopher Ricardi. And while he was headed to jail, the cops knew there was a possibility that he might be released on bail. That's why they instructed the young woman and her boyfriend to find another place to live. >> What are you guys to him? Roommates. >> Um, I'm his son's girlfriend. >> Son's girlfriend. been dating his son for 2 years by now and I moved in here on January 1st. >> Okay. >> All right. Do y'all have anywhere else to go? We we we highly recommend y'all leave cuz he's dangerous. >> I know. >> So, >> um I have um my mom's. I think I told my mom about this. >> So, I'm probably going to call her again. And I think he he's trying to think that it's his dad. Maybe he can work it out. But I'm trying to tell him like he literally said that he was going to like cash your face in. >> Yeah. I wouldn't I wouldn't. Was he aggressive? >> Yes, we had to fight him. So, >> he's not there. And I'm telling you, if he gets let out, he's going to hurt someone else. He also, >> right? That's why we're here to tell. I can only recommend. >> No, no, no. We're going to But I'm saying other people when he gets let out, he's going to hurt. >> Christopher Ricardi was a known felon. This time he was charged with assault on a specified person, making violent threats, and resisting without violence. Hopefully, as far as the young couple went, they found a way to extract themselves from this dangerous situation. On the 9th of April, 2025, shoppers at a local mall had a scary encounter with a very unassuming individual. The man was carrying a ukulele, yelling at strangers, and acting aggressively. Before too long, somebody called police. And here's what happened next. >> Stop. Stop, Linder. Stop. >> Ledric is my >> Ledric. Stop. Leave him alone. >> He like tried to run me over. >> I saw you run up to him. Yeah. >> Stop. Stop. >> Touch me, bro. >> Stop. [sighs and gasps] >> You idiot. >> Ky, >> stop. I'm telling you to stop. >> Yeah. You thinking lies? >> You think I would respect you? Stop. >> You should have brought one. >> The suspect identified as Ledric continued acting erratically even after the cops arrived. He was very confrontational and while he did obey some of the officers commands, he was still very unpredictable. >> Ledric, I'm telling you to stop. Uh, Sergeant, might need a second. He's coming at me with a ukulele. >> No, I'm going to store dumb. >> Stop. >> What's up? >> I'm telling you to stop. >> Tease me, bro. >> Stop. >> I'm telling you to stop. Ledric, don't come at me with a ukulele. >> Stupid. >> Ledric, I'm telling you to stop. >> You like lying to me? >> Stop, >> bro. Show me. Stop approaching me. >> Just stop, Ledric. >> You ever shut up? You >> stop it, Ledric. >> What? What? >> I will tase you. >> It's a pretty clear signal that things have gotten out of hand when an officer pulls his taser out and aims it at a suspect. The cop was clearly worried that the man might attack him at any moment, so he had to keep his guard up. Luckily, backup arrived just moments later. >> I'm telling you to stop, Ledric. Hey, you're also saying lies. You can't say stupid. >> Came at me with a ukulele. >> He held it up. >> Is he under arrest for assault? >> Yeah. >> Ledric, you're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> Put your hands on your back right now. >> Are you going to comply? Yes or no? aren't any answer. >> 10:40. >> That's my right. >> You're under arrest. >> Yeah. Give me a GET YOUR CAMERAS ON, HUH? >> Cameras are on. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Listen, nobody wants to hurt you. >> Yeah, but everybody's still lying. >> Tell you what, >> I'm ahead. >> I'll give you three puffs of that cigarette >> and then you can put your hand behind your back. >> Oh, bro. >> And you're going to get arrested. >> Try me. >> Despite the officer's efforts to deescalate things, it was clear things could not be resolved calmly. Being told he was getting arrested did not deter Lric from defying them. He just turned his back on the cops and kept smoking his cigarette like he was waiting on the cops to move first. >> Cigarette time. >> Nope. >> You guys violated my rights from the very beginning. >> I'm listening to you. >> You came at him with the >> assaulting say. >> Okay. I don't care. >> So listen, I don't >> I'm going to a little bit of that cigarette. >> Smoke the whole >> and then I'm going to allow you to put your hands behind your back to get >> No, you're going to allow me. >> If you don't, I'm going to use force against you to arrest you. >> I don't want to use force you. >> Hi. >> You will have force used against you. Do you understand? >> Yeah, I know. >> Yes or no? >> I don't know. I'm crazy. >> Trust me, I'ming crazy, bro. [snorts] >> I'm legally [ __ ] crazy. Or you guys should useing tasers on me. Fair warning. Let's do this. >> Cigarette down. >> Nope. I'm not done. >> Generally, when they're about to get arrested, suspects get anxious, which results in all kinds of aggressive behavior. But not only was he not concerned, he seemed to enjoy the attention. It was just a matter of time before the cops made their move. And the question was, would the man resist arrest? >> I'm all shook up. Okay. Oh, you guys caught me close up. >> Stop. Everyone calm down. >> I can stand up right now. Keep me, bro. >> I want to >> get on your stomach >> right now. >> You guys dirty on your clothes. >> Get on your stomach. [snorts] >> Everyone stop grabbing. >> Stop. What? You think you know jiujitsu, bro? [laughter] >> You guys need more guys. For real. >> Bro, you didn't even get my [ __ ] wrist, bro. Come on. >> Guys legs. >> My guy's legs. >> Hey, you put your hands on your wrist. >> You guys can't even give me them. Look how muching guys you guys get. >> Don't do nothing. >> You guys suck, bro. Ledric did try to resist them, but after he touched the ground, it was pretty much over. With three cops holding him down, there wasn't much he could do. That being said, he did put up a fight, so they thought about restraining the man in the rap. >> Do me a favor. >> Huh? >> Take your left hand and put it behind your back for me. Thank you. >> Well, you guys going to shackle me. We're >> going to put handcuffs on you. You see that? That's called a wrap. It's really uncomfortable. We don't want to put you in that if you comply with me now. >> Okay. Go, go, go. I don't even rap like aing taco, bro. Burrito. >> How the do Oh, it hurts. [laughter] >> You're doing good. >> This sucks. They get comfortable at least. >> Okay, I got two fingers. That's comfortable. >> Oh, you're going to get a job, bro. >> Huh? What? Do a So now I'm not going to be able TO GET A JOB. >> OKAY. THANK YOU. >> You suck. >> Yeah, I know. I know what you do. >> My camera right here. [laughter] I moved it. >> Luckily for Ledric as well as the cops, he eventually came to his senses and stopped resisting them so they didn't have to waste time restraining him in the rap. The longer things went on, it seemed to be clear the man was having a mental breakdown instead of it being drug abuse. Although it might be both. >> I'm going to sit you this way and I want to stand you up. >> Cameras on. >> How the you supposed to stand up like Put your feet on the ground, BRO. >> OH, IT'S CROSS, BRO. >> SIT RIGHT DOWN. >> OH, COME ON, GUYS. OH, MAN. OH, this sucks, guys. Oh. One, two, three, four, five. Yeah. >> Yeah. How's that? [ __ ] >> You're going to that car over there? >> Yeah. Whatever. >> Where the is my ukulele? [screaming] >> Okay. >> [ __ ] I'm Oh, sorry. [panting] I did thirsty though. >> You want some water? >> Please. >> You got anything else in your pockets? >> Yeah. Okay. [ __ ] All kinds of >> Okay. No, let me clean. Um, cigarette. >> Cigarettes. >> Oh, I don't know. Search me. Hello. That's a [ __ ] job. >> The whole situation just got stranger by the minute. One moment he was lamenting his fate, talking about the fact that he was about to get a job and the next moment he seemed to be happy. Also, he seemed pretty excited about the fact that so many cops had shown up just for him. How's that? Kick corners. >> All right, we're going in there. >> Where I going? >> In here. >> For what? >> Am I getting arrested? >> What? >> For real? For what? Oh, that's not fair, guys. For real. >> Come on. >> I like water at least. >> We'll get you, BRO. >> A >> OKAY, IT'S NOT BAD. OH, it's dirty. >> It's dirty. Yeah. >> What the sit down? The quicker you quit messing around, >> dude. I'm in the car. >> SIT YOUR BUTT DOWN. >> SIT YOUR BUTT DOWN. >> WHATEVER. >> All right, cool. >> This sucks. Whatever. >> Put your foot down. >> Whatever. >> When Ledric came to terms with sitting in the back of a squad car, they secured the man and he was taken down to the jail house to be processed further. From that moment on, he was extremely cooperative and even friendly to the cops. >> Do I have your permission? Come on out, man. >> I scared again. >> Walk right over. >> Walk right here. >> All right, we're go right over here to the right. You see some footprints right there? Just go ahead and stand in there for me. >> On the footprints. >> Yep. On the footprints. 11:13. >> All right. All right, man. I know I already searched you once. >> Yep. >> You got anything on you we didn't find before? I >> You guys should have found it already. >> All right. Cool. Place the wall up for me. Place the wall. Okay. Okay. >> Huh? Let's play pull your drawers up for me, man. >> What? Pull your pants out. Can I >> pull them up? >> Yeah. You can remove your hands. >> You sure? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Sorry, guys. That was cool. >> After being processed, he was taken to the county jail and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer. The cops later noted that he was talking to himself and even to inanimate objects, matching up with their theory that it was a mental health crisis. Another prime spot for fake tough guys is definitely the airport, where frequently people drink a bit too much. In April of 2025, an intoxicated man got aggressive towards flight attendants and was denied boarding. As he was being escorted out, the cops were called in to assist. >> Come here. God. >> Oh my god. That's my flight. >> No, it's not. >> It's literally my flight. I'll show you. Stop. You've been denied getting on a flight. >> Yeah. I don't understand why, but >> 113. >> Have a seat right here. >> Have a seat right here. Have a seat right there. >> Let go me. >> Have a seat right there. >> Let go me. >> Have a seat right there. >> No, I'm not going to sit. >> I will show you exactly my fly. see your ID. >> Really? >> Yeah. Let me see your ID. >> You're going to pull the hardcore. >> Stop it. >> All right. Go ahead. >> Go ahead. There's my ID. >> Have a seat. >> That's my fun. >> Have a seat. You stay up. Stay down. >> Are you kidding me? Being so intoxicated, he probably felt confident that he could handle these cops. But the truth was, the cops didn't even break a sweat before they had him in handcuffs and under control. >> Are you kidding me? >> Good job, hero. >> I cannot wait till this on YouTube. I can't wait. You pieces of >> your go bad pieces of >> Go ahead. Reese races. >> You You guys are garbage pieces, >> right? >> I don't have car over here FROM HERE. Y'ALL GOING TO RUSH. OH, >> this is an American citizen. I'm an American citizen. You >> You guys are idiots. I'm an American citizen. [screaming] >> Lying face down on the floor didn't stop the man from mocking the cops. In fact, it seemed to spur him on. He was on a profanity lace tirade saying he was an American citizen and threatening lawsuits. >> God, you dumb mother. You dumb mother. I'm empty. You >> have a empty. Yeah. Yeah. I'm empty. You dumb piece of >> Yeah, I'm There's no reason to apprehend me. Hey, I'm calm. If you guys want to let me go right now, I'll go and enjoy my vacation. >> You want me on the ramp? >> Hey, >> 104. Uh, >> I'll enjoy my vacation. >> 37 or uh >> you guys don't have to deal with a bunch of charges. >> You got charges on you. >> No, I'm saying y'all about to Y so >> you guys are so you have no idea how many people I know. >> The man continued his rant with increasingly outlandish statements. He said he knew a lot of people in the government and promised the cops they'd all be out of a job in less than 3 weeks. >> Y'all are literally a bunch of jokes. I cannot wait for our government to you all up. [laughter] Oh man. Get a video of this, y'all. I'm getting detained for nothing. I'm a white American. I'm getting detained for no reason at all. >> Hey, look at what America has come to. I have done nothing wrong. And all they're doing is suppressing me because of my ideals. This is what they're doing in America now. Hey, anyone that's walking by, you're a conflict. You're you're tripping. >> Brain my leg. It's about to break my leg, bro. All >> [screaming] >> right. >> At first, the cops considered shackling his legs to prevent the man from trying to kick anyone. However, after the cops realized there was a long flight of stairs to go down, it was a bit more complicated as they'd have to take him out on foot or find another exit. >> Excuse me, sir. >> Yes, sir. >> You told me you told me I could ask you one question. Yes, >> sure. Go ahead. Knock yourself out, brother. You ask it or >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Throw down a cell. >> Nope. I'm listening, man. >> As my men, right? >> Why am I get thrown down the cell? >> Uh, well, we got disorderly talks. We got resisting arrest. >> I didn't do any of those things. >> Well, you were told to sit down. Then you made a movement towards Sir. Sir. >> Fantastic. >> Lock down the stair. >> Thank you. >> We're hiring if you want to join the team. >> I didn't do any of >> Yes, that's us. >> As they approached the transport vehicle, the man started to panic. When it dawned on him that he was going to jail, he lost the use of his legs. He was probably faking it, but either way, they dragged the man along and placed him in the vehicle. >> Don't kick us or it's going to be a felony. Do you understand? >> You're never going to work again in an airport. You understand me? Do you understand me? Huh? Your kids, you're going to have to figure out another way to pay for your kids meals. Like I hope you I hope you're starting to figure that out right now. [laughter] >> All right, buddy. Come on now. >> Am I okay? >> Yep. >> Ow. >> Ow. >> Yeah, you keep doing the same thing. >> You keep doing the same thing. That's >> Ow. I don't know how to move above my eyes without it hurt. >> I'll check the back forward. >> I'll check it. >> Okay. >> I'm on forward. >> His watch is right there. >> Yeah, I see. >> After arriving at the jail, he was so drained of energy that he barely managed to get out of the car and onto his feet. They booked the man and he was later charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. On the 5th of January 2025, a man was pulled over for speeding and the deputy's intention was to give the man a warning, but quick as a flash, things got out of control. >> Hello. How are you? Um, deputy, who's here with the sheriff's office? Do you have your license registration with you? >> I'll tell you in a second. You have your license with you? >> Can I see your license, please? >> What's the reason? >> I will tell. I just told you. >> No, you didn't tell me anything. You You didn't say anything to me. You just said I'm pulling you over. >> Okay. I'm deputy with the sheriff's office. I introduced myself. I asked for your license and registration. I will tell you that as soon as I get your license. >> No, you need to tell me what your reasoning over. >> Sir, >> I haven't done anything. Everything was supposed to do. >> I'm stopping you for two reasons. >> Number one, >> sir. Do you have your license with you or not? >> You're not answering my question. >> Okay. I'm stopping you for two reasons. Hey, that has nothing to do with. >> So, what's the problem? >> I'm stopping you for two reasons. One is your speed. Okay. >> My speed >> speed limit is 35 mph. >> Where? >> On Mahogany. >> So, why did you stop at Mahogany? Why'd you wait for me? >> Yeah. I don't You don't have to. I I pick and choose where I conduct my traffic stops. >> You can't stop me on 10 miles. >> May I see your license, please? May I see your license, please? >> Reason for you to stop me. >> Obviously, the driver had no intention of taking it easy on the deputy. The question was why, and what he might have been hiding. The fact is the more he refused to cooperate, the more suspicious he looked. So the cop called for backup and went on asking the driver to provide his ID. >> 1054 drivers is not being quite your license, please. >> What's the reason? >> I just told you. >> You did. That's not about you. If you said I'm speeding, you should have stopped. >> Hop out of the car, please. >> No, I'm not hopping out of the car. >> I told you why I stopped you. >> No, it's not a Valerie. If you stop me and stop me from from what? What's What's the speed? What's your radar? Where's your radar at? >> When did you stop with you? What did you track my speed with, >> sir? >> I want to know because you're literally uh a good five cards away from me. >> Sir, you're going to make this more difficult to ask. >> No, you are. You're not. You're not giving me a reason a valid a lawful reason for why you're going. >> I just told you. You said I'm going over 40 over over 35. >> And you were also following too close to that motor behind that motorcycle too when he was turning. >> What? >> Am I stopping you? Let me just get the Don't give me a sergeant. I'm not speaking to you. >> The deputy repeatedly asked the driver to step out of the vehicle and hand over his license. Not surprisingly, he denied he was speeding or following too close to a motorcycle and he asked for the officer's badge number. A resolution for this conflict was nowhere in sight. >> I stopped you for your speed. >> Dude, why did you stop me at mahogany? >> I get to pick your shoes where I stop my vehicle. If I'm creating If I am creating a fraction, you should stop it right away. They'll wait until I stop a whole two stops, a whole another street for you to pull me over, >> sir. This is >> No, I'm not. No, I'm I'm done talking. I'm done talking. >> I've asked for your license four times now. >> You have a ball. Pull me over. >> Step out of the car. >> I'm not the car. >> Step out of the car. You're going to go to jail for resisting. >> No, I'm not. I can't be in jail for resist if you haven't pulled me over a law for a reason. >> Where's your radar? Where is your radar? I don't have to show you that. >> Yes, you do. No, I do not. >> Yes, you do. Where is your radar? Where did you stop for your speed? How did you track? >> I stopped you for your speed. >> How did you track me? How did you track your speed? >> How? >> I stopped you for your speed. How did you track my speed? Please exit the fuse. >> No. How did you track my speed? Cuz I'm going to tell the Georgia. He's going to ask you, how did you track your speed? >> You going to tell him what? >> I'm not doing roadside. >> What are you going to tell me? YOU DON'T DICTATE HOW THIS TRAFFIC STOP. WHEN HE ASKS YOU, >> I'm asking you again, step out of the car. >> I'm not stepping out of the car. Based on the tone of the deputy's voice and the subtle shaking of his hand, this situation was getting to him and he seemed to be angry at the driver. It's never a good sign because angry people often make mistakes. What do you think? Will the cop take things too far or will he maintain his composure? >> This is a lawful traffic stop. >> I stopped you for your speed. >> Why did you track my speed? How? >> That's not up for debate right now. I gave you the reason for this for the stop. I'm asking for your license which you are refusing to provide to me. >> Hop out of the car before we break the window. >> How did you track my speed? >> That is not up for debate. >> Would you get a sergeant out here that we can >> My supervisor is pulling down the street right now. >> When your supervisor comes. >> I stopped you for your speed. >> What was my >> You're going to be placed under arrest. This is your last chance. Give me your license. I stopped you for speed. I've asked for your license numerous times. >> I don't have to. I pick and choose where I stop my cars. >> That's not how that works, buddy. That's not how that works. >> Please step out of the vehicle before you escalate this before it gets worse. >> I ask you to cooperate. I've been nothing but cool and collective with you. >> There's no reason. >> This is a lawful stop. >> This is a lawful stop. >> Now, please exit the vehicle and give me your license. >> I'm not doing this. Luckily, the cop was calm enough to wait for backup and his supervisor. But the suspect was so delusional and defiant that it was unlikely he'd back down anytime soon. When the supervisor arrives, maybe he can reason with him. >> Hey, >> I'm Corporal the Sheriff's Office. What can I do for you? >> I'm sorry. I need your name. You got bad. >> I'm Corporal Smith at the Sheriff's Office. My ID number 705. >> Thank you very much. So, I don't know if this for me, but >> Nope. I just got here. >> Perfect. Well, he's saying that he tracked my speed somehow >> saying going whatever number he made up in his mind. >> Okay. >> On mahogany. >> Okay. So, >> so before let me just finish. >> I'm already I'm already I'm This is my house right here. >> Okay. >> I'm already pulled up to my house. >> Okay. >> I'm trying to figure out why he waited all the way from the gas. >> Can I tell you something? That doesn't matter. >> I'm just >> Okay. >> Wait. We don't have to stop you in that immediate time frame. So, you're here. [clears throat] What What's the problem? >> I What? >> Did you provide your identification? >> I I need to know a reason for me to give you my ID. I don't have >> cuz this is a lawful traffic stop. >> But for what though? I need to know for >> Yeah. So, I'm not a captain. I'm a corporal. >> Okay. So, at this point, I'm now going to ask you to step out of the vehicle. >> Okay. For what reason? >> For officer safety. >> Okay. Well, that's not a law. >> It actually is. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. By this point, both the deputy and his supervisor had informed the driver that it was a lawful stop and he had to exit the vehicle. The difference here was the corporal didn't want to waste any time and he got straight to the point. >> Okay, so you have 5 seconds to open this door. >> Okay, so you guys going to break into my property. >> Yes, I and and >> you can either you can either provide me your identification, >> but what Okay, you guys are making a big mistake right now. A whole lawful suit with this. Okay, >> that's fine and we can handle that in court and I'll have no problem with that. But I'm >> What's your first name? >> Okay, I'll give you my first name. Yeah. >> Okay. My name is Steven with a V. >> Okay. Steven with a V. >> I am now I've already asked you for your identification. I'm telling you to provide me with your identification. If you fail to do so, we will break this window and we will remove you from your vehicle. You have 5 seconds. But at this point, I'm telling you it's a lawful traffic stop. I'm telling you to provide me with your identification. I'm telling you. I'm giving you a lawful command. If you feel that it's if you're telling me that it's unjust, you can handle that in court. But at this point, I am no longer going to ask, >> I will remove you from this vehicle. >> You're going to remove me. You're going to kidnap me from my vehicle. >> It's not kidnapping. >> If I Listen, listen. Can we have this on video? If I don't provide my ID, my license, >> will you take me to jail? >> Yes. >> Despite the officer's efforts to wrap things up, the driver kept going back and forth with them. While he finally agreed to provide ID, he still refused to get out of the vehicle. And at that point, the more experienced corporal saw an opportunity to bring this thing to an end. >> So, I need your identification. I'm going to have you step out of the vehicle. You can keep recording. Yes, you are going to step out of the vehicle. >> There's no step out. >> Hey, nobody's reaching in my vehicle, sir. >> Do not roll this window. >> Hey, sir. Do not be reaching in my vehicle. No. Stop. Stop. Stop. Hey. Hey. >> My arm's stuck. >> Hey, I'm not doing anything. >> Roll the window down. >> Down. Down. other way. Hey guys. Hey guys. Hey. >> Hey. What the >> I'm not resisting. I'M NOT RESISTING. I'M NOT RESISTING. I'm not resisting. >> This is Wow. Are you guys me right now? You guys, you guys, right? >> No. You want to shut my arm in the window? >> You not caught another charge. Good job. >> You guys are I didn't roll up my window. You put your hand all the way down to where the window >> and you rolled up the window. >> I DID NOT TOUCH THE WINDOW, SIR. I have it all on video. I did not touch you. Put your arm all the way and you slid your arm all the way down. That's not my fault. >> The man was quickly pulled out of his vehicle and handcuffed. Instead of finally calming down, he went on challenging everything the cops did because in his mind, he was being mistreated by law enforcement. >> All I'm doing is shutting your truck off. >> Unbelievable, guys. >> Come on. >> No, it's not unbelievable. >> Yes, it is. >> I gave you 15 minutes to stand up. I give you 15 minutes to provide yourself. >> Identification. You don't pick and choose how traffic stops work. >> Listen, man. You listen. You don't pick and choose how I do my job. Actually, you work for us. For the county that for the people. Okay. So, yes, I do. Okay. You're under arrest. >> Okay. >> For what? >> For what? I want to know. For what? >> For resist resisting what? I haven't even resisted anything. >> Obstruction. >> How was obstruction was a physical act? I didn't do anything. >> Okay. Actually, it's not. >> This thing is a physical act. you're not talking about. >> The man remained uncooperative and persistently disregarded everything the cops told him. He was trying to teach them the law when obviously he was out of his depth at that point. The cops just stopped paying attention to him. >> I need somebody higher than you, buddy. This is unbelievable. I need a captain up here. Please, >> we don't have captains. >> You guys don't have captains? >> No, we don't have captains. >> We have commanders and sergeants. >> Okay. I need car I need a sergeant or a command. I need somebody higher than you cuz this is unbelievable. Unbelievable is that you wanted to pick and choose how you act. >> And you decided to act like >> just keep facing the car for us. >> What are you talking about, dude? I'm asking you. I'm telling you. >> I'm asking you to face the car. >> Why do I have to face the car? >> You know what you don't understand is as you're talking you're you're spitting. >> Okay. >> I don't I'm not intentionally doing it, but your bodily fluids could get on us. I'm asking you not to. Stace the car. You can say whatever you want. >> Oh my god, guys. This is unbelievable. This wannabe tough guy managed to escalate a minor infraction into felony charges and they arrested the man and charged him with resisting arrest and battery alley. Some want to be tough guys have mental issues and some blame drug abuse, but this guy wanted to fight the cops on Facebook Live. On March 19th, 2025 in Akran, Ohio, cops got a 911 call that a man was verbally abusing his girlfriend and threatening her family. The cops quickly arrived on scene. >> I got my bag in there. >> Your bag's in your bag. >> The gift bag. I got a gift bag. >> No, I got a grab. I got to grab my mom. >> I have other gift bag. >> Quit being a hardheaded, bro. name of the Lord, please. Name of the Lord, contain me, Lord. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord. Protect this officer, Lord. Hallelujah. I need my bag, bro. >> I have my gift back. My auntie is grabbing it. Can you see on your eyeball? What's your name, man? What's your bad >> going to ask him if he has a good >> I didn't get you fine tomorrow, bro. >> Watch who you talk to and watch how you treat people. Watch how you treat people. How you treat God. >> I'm not Why are you saying that word? >> What you going to do to me? >> Watch your mouth, man. Just watch your mouth. >> So, what should I call you? >> Go home. What should I call you? >> Oh, stranger. Go home. >> All right, dude. Is this your gift bag? >> Yay, bro. >> Okay, >> take your gift bag. >> Go. >> It all could have ended right then and there. But the suspect had a bone to pick with the lol. Or he might have just wanted to be a viral sensation. So instead of just leaving, he decided to berate the officers and instigate a fight. >> I can get you fired tomorrow, bro. >> For disrespecting a civilians. I'm citizen seat, bro. >> Okay. Okay. Get out of my face. >> Okay. >> Get out of the room. >> My uncle is a judge. >> Get out of the room. >> You got if you want. >> I can put you in case you >> want to fight. >> I lay you down. >> You want to do, bro? >> Put the ass down. Let's go live. Let's go. Let's go live. At this point, This was my camera, dude. I in front of the camera a minute. Come on. What's up? >> What's up? >> Running up on a cop like the suspect just did could have been enough to land him in jail. But the cops didn't seem intimidated and continued trying to deescalate things. Sadly, it wasn't working at all because the suspect seemed determined to fight them on camera. >> Put your bag on. >> Shut up. We're talking. >> Go home. Look like I'm about to this. Put your badges down. Put your everything down. Let's fight. >> Let's fight. Let's fight. >> Leave. >> Hey, lay your ass down. >> WATCH HOW YOU TALK to me. >> Go. Okay. >> I'mma lay down for real. >> Get out of my face. >> What you going to do? You going to fight? You going to fight? >> Get out of my face. >> Let's go. >> Let's go. >> Fight. >> Put the bags down. Put your bags down. What you going to do? You going lie right now. Auntie, what? Auntie, what? You going live right now? >> After so much yelling, profanity, and racial slurs, his fake macho attitude evaporated the moment the cops grabbed him. He didn't land a single punch and probably didn't even want to because all his bravado was just a show. >> What? What are you going to charge me? Hey. Hey. Auntie auntie save me auntie save me auntie. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. No I say nothing down. I kick nothing. >> Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. >> Hallelujah. What you going to do to me? What you going to tie me with? Huh? >> Put your ass down. You want to fight >> down? You want to fight? You don't want to fight. I lay you down. One phone call. >> All right. >> Let me out. Leave me up, man. >> Nope. >> Why not? >> You were just kicking us. >> I wasn't kicking you. >> You were. >> He made me mad. What's your name, bro? >> You kicked me with your man. >> Me chill. >> Me chill. You kicked me down, bro. I was going to I was going to you, [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Wrong form girl. That's all he did. Text. I'm a pop. Pop your hat. The man kept yelling for his aunt and being so entitled and self-absorbed. He also claimed to have friends in high places and was threatening the officer's jobs as he continued with the racial slurs >> and take me home. The >> you think you going home? >> What you going to charge me with? >> I'm not getting in the car until you call the sergeant. Call the sergeant. I ain't getting in the car, bro. I call my auntie right now. Search me. Search me. I'mma see what you want charge me with. I'mma pull the camera at the church. I'mma bring the camera and rewind the camera live on my channel in the court and see who going to be laughing at you the charging me and show me what did I kick you in the camera show me you start placing my body down on the on the ground bro lift me up a little >> I said lift me up a little bit >> you're not going anywhere >> lift me up a little bit cracker please cracker please cracker I'm not going in the car >> what's up >> all What's up? >> You going to get in the rat? That's what he's trying to do. >> What's up? Let's go. What's up? What's up? >> What's up? >> Once he found himself in the squad car, he had a sudden change of heart. He was asking to talk to the African-Amean officer that just moments ago, he repeatedly insulted. Here's what he had to say. >> Yeah, you can have a conversation. >> Hey, I apologize for calling you n word, right? I'm I'm from Nepal, right? >> And I listen to future, right? >> Mhm. and he he only used n word, right? Okay. >> And I learned from that and I'm sorry for calling me that. >> It's not that you called me. That that doesn't bother me at all. >> So, >> you're you're acting very manic and disorderly. >> So, can you forgive me? >> There's no forgiving here. You're going to the county >> for what? >> For disorderly. >> Give me a chance, bro. >> No, we gave you multiple chances. >> I got married tomorrow, man. You You guys can't do that, man. >> We can do that. >> Can you help me? That's why I I >> I can't help you. We've gave you multiple chances. >> All I'm saying is Can you give me a subpoena? >> No, we can't give you a subpoena. >> Can you try? >> No. I give you I give you money. >> No, I I don't want your money. No. No. It's It's not worth it. >> The officer quickly realized that it was just another act. Just like the man had faked his aggression and wanting to fight the cops earlier, he was now faking again, acting kind and humble, trying to get some leniency. >> What's done is done. We gave you multiple chances, multiple commands. You decided not to. >> Shut up. You about to piss me off, bro. >> Give her. >> Hey, send my I want my bro and my money, but don't don't throw me in jail. Give me a ticket, bro. So So mercy up on your brother, man. So mercy up on your brother, man. Please, man. I got I'm a family man, bro. I'm a family man, bro. When you or when your wife, your daughter or son, you're going to know, "Oh, that was God. I put that jail. I put that boy in the jail. Now God is punishing me." You're going to realize that, man. You're going to realize that, officer. You know what I'm saying? Say it right now cuz you're going to remember this day. And I will pray right now. >> Please. >> Now you're going to see. Now you're going to see you're my tonight if I pray. Your father could deny if I pray. Hallelujah. My father loves me. >> My kids have already passed. I don't have to worry about that. >> The cop had a good comeback, but it didn't deter the man, and he continued threatening the officer's families if they put him in jail. Luckily, the cops here weren't superstitious, so they weren't too bothered. They not only took him to jail, but they first put him in a wrap for everyone's safety. No, not right now. >> What's going on, Artie? Little bit further. >> Huh? >> Little bit further. >> Why? Auntie, >> what did I do? Auntie, >> you made her mad. >> Auntie, come here. >> Come here. >> Why? >> We already got 911 here. >> Call ambulance. >> You want to latch first? >> Call ambulance. >> Last through the handcuff. how we would right now. >> I need a north cam. Auntie, call the ambulance. Auntie, >> all wrapped up and secured in the squad car, he didn't resist anymore and even had a smile on his face. Based on the man's bizarre behavior, it was likely another case brought on by drug abuse or mental health issues. And the cops soon found out which one it was. >> What is >> this? >> The wrap. >> Yeah, >> it's not I know it's not comfortable. He's making me feel like I'm a baby. >> Well, when you act a certain way, my man. >> Hallelujah. >> Can take me to the hospital, man. I don't feel good, man. >> Okay. >> Can you take me to sum house? I need a north can. I I take >> Go to jail now. Huh? >> No, I was just saying take me to jail. >> I take the pin field, bro. I don't want to OD in jail. >> Need to get a N can and and see the drug test because I don't want to OD in jail. >> You're not going to get an arcane from Molly if that's what you took. It's a park set, too. Two of them. I took I took two of them, man. You >> took two? Why'd you take two? >> Yeah. >> I got a chest spin, man. Hurry up, bro. I took two pills. Focus and Molly, bro. I need to get checked out, man. I don't want to be overdosed. >> The shest way not to overdose is to not use drugs in the first place. This wannabe tough guy was taken to jail where they booked him and he was later charged with disorderly conduct. The judge released the man on a one-year probation with a fine of $1,500. On the 7th of March, 2023 in Coral Springs, Florida, the First Methodist Church there had to call the police. They found a man sleeping on church property, which was an obvious safety concern as there was also a school there. [music] Accordingly, they called 911. He's >> around the back of the church. >> I think he's gone. It's uh cuz I think I think I know who it is. >> What's up, man? >> How you doing? Still staying out here, bro. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Listen, bro. I've told you before. You can't be staying over here, man. This is a school during the day. >> Oh, yeah. >> I've told you this before. So, listen to me. I've I've been cool the first two times. Yeah. >> I've just asked you to leave today. I got to trespass you. >> Yeah. I'm going to trespass you for 90 days. You can't come back. >> All right. Is that fair? I've gave you a few chances, [music] bro. >> I guess, bro. >> Paul Asavdo, right? >> Yeah. >> How much do you weigh? >> They identified the man as Paul Asavdo and informed the man he was being trespassed. At first, it appeared things might end without incident. But as the officer filled out paperwork, the man started expressing his dissatisfaction in an increasingly threatening manner. >> Up on me, dog. What's up, dog? >> What up, dog? >> I've been cool with you, bro. >> What up, dog? >> I've been I've been cool with you. >> What up, dog? >> I've been cool with you. >> Don't run up on me, dog. >> Back the up. Do you understand? >> Do you understand? >> But you put your hands on me, right? >> Do you understand? >> No. You put your hands on me. >> You're not going to run up on me like that. >> No. You put your hands on me though, bro. >> Is that about, bro? >> 220. >> Stay where you're at. >> 220, right? >> Stay right there. >> Right. >> Stay right there. You put your hands up me, right, bro? >> Why you put your hands up me though, bro? >> Cuz you ain't going to run up on me. Take another step. >> I was I WAS BY YOUR >> BACK UP, PAUL. >> Paul was so offended by that shove, he just couldn't let it go. He kept moving toward the officer in a very threatening manner. When a cop's working by himself with someone who's highly unpredictable, things sometimes go from bad to worse in the blink of an eye. >> I was by your door. >> We not going to do this, bro. >> I was like, I was by your door. 220, bro. >> You want to go today? >> What? You want to go to You want to go to county? >> No, but why you put your hands on me though, bro? >> Because I told you not to run up on me. >> Where's your camera at, bro? >> It's right here. >> No, it's not. >> No, it's not. What am I going to do? What am I going to do? >> Back up, Paul. >> What am I going to do? Back up. What am I going to do to you? Huh? Back up. Put your hands on me, bro. >> Don't step towards my car again. No. No. No. I got you, bro. I got you, dog. I got you put your hands on me, bro. It's not the first time you guys put your hands on me, bro. >> I've never put my hands on you, bro. You just put your hands on me, you >> now? You lost your job, [ __ ] >> You understand? >> Yep. >> The officer filled out his paperwork while listening to Paul complain, but he was still keeping his distance as he'd already been pushed twice. So once again, it looked like things might end up with just a wannabe thug playing hard, then walking away, but the cops saw the man clenching his fist, which is never a good sign. >> Why did you play with me, bro? Now you lost your job, [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Sorry about that. >> You bro. >> Okay. >> Now you lost your job, [ __ ] >> Okay. >> You know what, Paul? >> You put your hands on me, bro. I can't believe that. >> Leave. >> No, no, no. You go and you lose your job, bro. >> Okay, that's fine. Call in a complaint. >> I am. No, no. Yeah. Yeah. You know Dorado, right? You want to put your hands in? >> You want copy or not? >> No. >> Don't ball up your fist like that cuz we going to >> I got my light in my hand, bro. The >> Don't ball up your fist. Why you put your hands on me, bro? I can't believe that. >> Walking up on me, dog. I ain't going to tell you again. >> This is oneonone, right? Me and you, right? You want to lose your job, throw it off. Can't believe you put your hands on me, though. >> Back the up. Right there, bro. >> Back the up, Paul. I got all my in my back. What am I going to do? Back up, Paul. Stop putting your >> back up. Back up. >> I want my >> Okay, stay right there. >> Stop putting your >> Stop walking towards me, >> bro. You're going to get it, bro. >> Living in the streets isn't easy. And if you're homeless, you've got to learn to defend yourself. But this guy was acting like a straightup thug and not a man fighting for day-to-day survival. His pride had been hurt and he was intent on taking it out on the officer. Keep walking towards him with your fist balled up. We going to have problems. Stay right there. >> You want to go oneonone? You want to go oneonone? You put your hands on me. All right, >> Paul. Stop walking over here. >> Right when I wake up. >> 90 days. Don't come back. >> You want it or not? >> What you mean? You'll keep me out of here anyway, right? >> You want to sleeping, bro? >> It's a school, bro. I told you you can't be here. >> I don't give a bro. >> You going to take this or not? >> For what? for you can't come back for 90 days. >> For 90 days? That's it. >> Yes. That's what I said. >> That's what you said. >> Come on. >> I don't give a [ __ ] what you said, bro. >> Let's go, Paul. >> What you mean? >> Let's go, bro. >> Why you keep putting your hands on me, bro? >> Go. >> Stop stepping towards me, bro. >> You, bro. You put your hands on me, right? >> Let's go, Paul. >> Let's go. What? >> You got to go. >> You, bro. I ain't going nowhere, bro. >> You put your hands on me, bro. You know, you know why? Why did you do that, bro? >> Stepping to me, bro. >> Bro, I got the paper in my hand. What am I going to do to you, bro? >> I need to leave. >> As for the officer, he already had plenty of reasons to arrest Paul, but he instead gave him numerous warnings and pretty much plead with the man to leave. Paul, however, just wouldn't back down. >> Yo, Paul, come on. >> You got to go. What you going to do? >> You got to get off, bro. I'm not trying to take you to jail today, dog. >> No, you No, you're always taking me to jail cuz you put your >> I'm never taking you to jail. Stop stepping to me, bro. >> Get off the property. >> For what? 90 days? >> Yes. 90 days. >> For what? Sleeping over here though, >> bro. Because I've told you after school, you can't sleep here during the day. >> What time is it to go? >> Let's go, Paul. I need you to get off the property, bro. I really don't want to take you to jail, dog. I know you have I have enough going on in your life. >> No, no. Take me to jail, bro. I'm going I'm going to go cuz you just put your hands on me, bro. >> I can't believe that [ __ ] bro. >> What you mean? That does make sense. >> That doesn't make any sense. Come on, bro. >> Let's go. Take me to jail, dog. Let's go. >> For what? >> Cuz you put your hands on me, G. >> So, you want to go to jail? >> You're damn right. >> For what? >> Cuz we're going to throw down me and you right now. >> How are we going to do that for? >> Because you put your hands on me, bro. Stop to me now. >> You breathing heavy now. >> I don't want to do this, bro. >> Bro, you just get the heavy, you know. Call your backup, bro. >> After a lengthy back and forth, it was clear to the officer that the only way this would end was with Paul being arrested. He'd already called for backup and was trying to stall as much as possible. And the question now was, would his colleagues get there in time? >> I need you to get off the property. Ah, >> I fine. So, we go in oneonone. Me and you in the back right here. That's not how we roll. >> Come on, let's go. >> That's not how we roll. >> They're coming, right? >> That's good. I I want him to come. >> What are you doing? What are you doing, bro? What are you doing? What are you doing, bro? What are you doing? What are you doing, bro? What are you doing, bro? They're coming. >> Stop, bro. I'm going to fight you, bro. >> No, I'm not. You dare, bro. trying to stop, bro. Get off of me, bro. >> During the scuffle, officer Guerrero's body cam got obscured, but according to the audio, Paul gave up fast. The officer later reported that during the fight, Paul got on top of him and punched him in the torso multiple times. >> All right, turn over. Turn over on your right. >> Oh, yeah. Thank you, bro. >> And all units on this eight missing, if you can switch to traffic. All units on the eight missing, switch to traffic. Traffic type will be 10. Cuffs is way too tight. >> You need You need medical attention, Paul? >> Yes, I do. I need to go to the [ __ ] bro. Look how tight it is, bro. >> Look, look how tight my cuffs are. >> You need medical attention? >> Yes, I do. >> Bro, I'm going to let him go, man. What the man? You know that, too, bro. >> You understand the problem that we were rolling around and you were on top of me at one point was bad, right? >> Because you trying to stick me, bro. >> And I let you go. >> Yo, look at my scar, bro. Tell them tell my cops too. Hey. Hey. Your girlfriend is [ __ ] >> He's sleeping over here. >> I I've dealt with him all the time. His girlfriend lives over there. >> Yeah. >> He's got substance abuse issues. I deal with him all the time. I told him, "Paul, if you want to sleep with the church at night, go ahead. But you've got to be up before sun up because this is school." >> Paul was taken to the hospital to be treated for his injuries. Once they cleared him, he was taken to jail to be processed. They charge Paul with trespassing, resisting arrest, and battery on law enforcement. Unless he somehow gets probation, he's facing time in prison. We appreciate you staying till the very end.
