the Sacramento Police Department in November 2018 officer stau was accompanied by several other police officers while they pulled over Rudy orelis allegedly for violating the laws regarding window tins and missing license plates on his vehicle watch how the interaction escalates when officer Sarah and other accompanying officers approach Mr orelis hey what's up how's it going hey how you doing good hey um I'm stopping you cuz you got no front plate your window 's too dark uh I actually got to fix a ticket for this one uh it was 2 weeks ago I got stopped on ardan right there by Hostess Mr or tells the officer during the stop that he has already been issued a fix it ticket for the window tint and license plate violations he has been pulled over for for those who don't know a fix it ticket is a citation that is issued during a traffic stop for vehicles that have some issues that can be corrected the owner of the vehicle has 30 days to get the violation corrected and during that period to my head we are alling she P the gun to my head officer stau pulled out her weapon toward Mr orelis as he continued to argue and defend his case Mr orelis was arrested following the traffic stop he later claimed that his vehicle was searched without his consent the police recovered a gun from the vehicle that was registered to Mr oris's name and he had already claimed to have it in his trunk during the traffic stop he was charged with carrying a loaded firearm but the charges were later dropped if you think this was the maximum a cop can illegally pull out their weapons then probably you aren't aware of this next case do open I promise I promise it does open get shot this is Officer Christopher Meyer from the Phoenix Police Department on May 29th 2019 officer Meyer responded to a shoplifting incident when a pregnant woman named asasa Harper her fiance dvon Ames and their four-year-old daughter were in a Family Dollar store in Phoenix Arizona Miss Harper's daughter allegedly stole a toy Worth Dollar one from the store as they exited watch how officer Meyer along with several other police officers respond to the situation it doesn't open I promise I promise open get shot interaction led to Deputy Smiley resigning 2 weeks after this incident it also resulted in the initiation of an internal investigation which revealed that officer Smiley violated two department policies however he remained on payroll till February 2020 if you think this was the last cop who pulled out their weapon illegally then probably you haven't watched this next interaction you're in my Department on March 1st 2020 off officer Henderson approached PJ parar Mr parmar owns a shared space for Refugee owned small businesses and was transferring some of his belongings from a new officer to an older one as Mr parar reached the shared space he saw a cop Cruiser parked in his office garage watch how the interaction unravels let me see your hands what are you doing what did you to send videotaping sir can I ask why you're not happen is here because you're blocking me from doing work on my own property so did you just ask him to May me back up so you can drive I did he jumped out of his car swore at me told me to get it my hands up and so forth and he's not getting out of the way I've asked him about five times okay I pay 24,000 a year in property taxes get off the property is there reason you like the police someone is there a reason you're sitting on my property blocking me from doing work now there's three of you you want to some of your guns and tasers and shoot me and
