there seems to be a pandemic of idiot cops in the law Force but what happens when educated people Point them out for their incompetence here are four times when idiot cops got humbled by educated auditor and owner of the Long Island audit Channel on YouTube he was at the general Services Administration in Philadelphia Pennsylvania taking photos and videos in a federal building when he was approached by several federal workers who thought it was illegal for him to exercise his rights sir you can't go upstairs sir you cannot go upstairs unauthorized area it doesn't say anything about it being unauthorized unauthorized area what do you mean there's nothing that's stopping me from coming up here employees go up there you can't stop you can't go up there it's only employees only only restricted for employees but it why doesn't it say that you have big signs everywhere else where it says restricted employees only I don't understand there i' like mov Off Your Video you didn't have my permission ma'am who are you can you tell me that now I told you that no you didn't I did I have no idea who you are I'm a staff member here federal government employee federal government emploee and so that means you're Public Service you're public servant you recording me without my permission that means state of Pennsylvania that's against the law so you should so if you if you feel that that's against the law you should call law enforcement ma'am your video ma'am if you feel that's against the law you should call law enforcement and maybe they can educate you call Federal please so ma'am you just admitted you are a public servant so what's your name and title here you said you were for the public contact what's your name ma'am as a public servant for the federal government but hostile since the moment you made contact with me you were walking in an inappropriate area building sir you were you were behind the area and recording St I go behind building I didn't go behind the sign that's said restricted area to that you take offense I do so you saw me recording and you decided to interject yourself into my recording and take offense to it that's exactly what I did the legally restricted places had signs on them preventing non-employees from going there however the workers in this building thought they could restrict other places according to their own authority so no one so you're telling me Fraser no one's allowed upstairs but employees I can't really talk to you back and forth because I'm not I don't have that title to talk to you okay so we just called um for you and they can come out and talk to you but we cannot go back and forth with you on camera or anything like that we could just tell you where the restricted areas are and the unauthorized areas but like you you you already know you can record in a public all right so I'll wait for FPS and maybe they can clear it up yep no problem no problem Hey sir hey how are you guys are you recording who recorded why would that be Pedro because we have a an agreement with our Union our labor union and our employees before they can be recorded or photographed they have to uh agree and they have to provide permission do they agree when you record them on the security cameras and yes that is part of they signed an agreement yeah so I just any whatever agreement you may have with them you know I respect it that's the agreement you have with them I didn't enter into any agreement I'm exercising my rights here my intention is really not to film anybody in particular anyway so it's kind of a moot point I'm not really trying to but I don't want to if I happen to get somebody while I'm panning around and you know just Gathering it's not my fault and it's my right to film government employees in the course of their Duty that that's what I'm hoping that that we could agree because yeah I mean you are at the main entrance and again I I don't mind your recording especially me uh I don't yeah I don't mind at all yeah uh but my employees are coming in and out this is the main entrance yeah and if you are you know recording around you might capture some of the employees exactly yeah so and that's what I'm saying but that's my right is to film government they're government employees right they're not private employees they're government I have a right to film government employees in the course of their duty but the problem is within the premises from that uh glass door from those do doors inside I'm sorry but I Cann allow you I'm going to wait I'm going to wait for fps to get here and they said that FPS was on their way so I'm going to wait for fps to get here and then I'll ask them because sure I'm well within my rights to filming publicly there's a DHS memo that came out a few years back it didn't mention anything about no it says in lobbies foyers as lobbies here so you can read it 2018 DHS memo you can check it out yeah yeah it's a it's a DHS memo and it doesn't say anything about employees it was bad enough that these federal workers had no idea what they were doing but things got even worse when Homeland Security arrived at the scene how you give you my name and you're not it's not it's it's not about being required2 that's my identity so let me ask you what is your business here do I have to answer that question by law yes you do by law does it say says that you can come into read it read it sure this officer immediately came up with aggression first refusing to give his name and then demanding that Shawn give up information he wasn't entitled to naturally the situation only escalated at this point thankfully there was one sensible officer present on the scene yeah how are you I'm sorry I just want to show you my credentials ground against the other idiot officers the homeland security officer was bad enough but the next cop who was willing to hide behind children's rights for his own behavior is objectively worse how are we doing how are we doing your contact is non-consensual Sir um do you see those lights this isn't consensual so I'm stopping you because you're filming a kid okay I understand that you have an issue with law enforcement I understand that you're trying to film me but in the process of you filming you understand that this is public let me finish real quick in the process of me fil you filming me am I being detained did you see these lights so does that mean I'm being detained you are being detained right now why I'm reasonable susic aring a child that is why and I was trying to explain that to you but you want to interrupt me just to ask so am I under arrest are you going to arrest me for filming a child sir in public listen I don't need to listen to your your contact is non-consensual you on a long ramble he managed to turn the situation into one of filming a minor I understand that you like to film us and make sure that we are doing our job correctly and proficiently I understand that I have no issue with that but in the process of you filming me you're filming a child okay of all the different interactions that you've had with law enforcement that was that is the reason I came Reasonable Suspicion of a crime have I committed that made you detain me sir so why why do I continue to answer that question specifically if I've already made CU you haven't stated a law that says I consent to film their child I didn't think so okay eventually the supervisor arrived to lay the issue to rest once and for all so this is my supervisor so I stepped out with him because he's filming a out why he is filming a child and you're his super visor and is filming a child in public illegal sir filming a child why are you filming a child I was filming your officer here but he claims that I need answer can't talk right now I'm busy so he starts walking so I'm I back up and then he's uh next to this corner now taking pictures like what is he doing so then he comes over he starts taking pictures it looks like he's taking pictures of these signs I don't know he's taking pictures of these cars or what part of an organization called the First Amendment Strike team is he yeah so he's trying to see what we're going to do okay he has every right to do that okay and that's fine with that I I don't I don't have him imagine this officer shock when after pouring out his whole story all his supervisor had to say was that they should uncuff the auditor huh uncuff I did nothing wrong I was not breaking law this officer just illegally detained me under CRS 16313 I've seen your video sir and I know exactly what you talking about uh who am I um First Amendment Strike Team okay I know exactly who you are exactly um so you know I'm not out here doing anything legal I do no nothing I do um I like follow complaining officer rights you can actually go into the department okay file the plan if you like to um should have touch um not only did the supervisor release the auditor he also made sure he knew that he could file a complaint so the auditor filed a lawsuit and this was how the idiot Pueblo officer managed to cost his City 41,00 but this officer is not the worst of them
