Are you fine? >> Because I want to go with my mom. >> You want to go with your mom? >> Yes. >> Well, you're going to jail. >> No. >> Not every arrest is high tension. Some people make choices so bizarre and so ridiculous that even the cops break down laughing. >> Wait, do I have to like sleep in jail? Like sleep there? >> Oh my god. >> With like old people? Like I mean like old like really bad people? >> I've never been in jail. So, I >> We're talking really dumb excuses and over-the-top antics. >> I'm not resisting. You just got my head in a urinal. >> Look where I'm at. >> I don't care. >> Hope you just listen to what we told you that wouldn't happen. >> I didn't listen. I don't have my right. I didn't break any law. >> And thanks to body cams, we get a front row seat when good cops out there make the funniest arrest ever. Chucky, come with me, Chucky. >> Come with Chucky. Chucky, stop resisting. Stop resisting. You're being detained. Stop resisting. Let it Let it go. Let it go. Do not cross the scene here, sir. >> On July 23rd, 2025 in Tallahassee, Florida, the cops were dispatched to a Chuck-E-Cheese after reports of a stolen debit card. And if it weren't for the fact that there was video evidence, you'd never believe who the culprit was. >> Well, it's not anonym. >> We'll just see what he says and kind of go from there. But we have it on camera. Him using the car to buy something that needs to get that store on film actually, you know, passing it. >> Who's in the mouse? Was it the gentleman that was just up here? Chucky busy now. Chucky, come with me. Chucky, >> come with Chucky. Chucky, stop resisting. Stop resisting. You're being detained. Stop resisting. Let it Let it go. Let it go. Do not cross a scene here, sir. >> It was starting to look like Chucky was a thief. And since it was nearly as bad as arresting Santa, the cops wanted to get Chucky in the back of a squad car so as not to upset any more children in a minute. Okay, we got to do our job, ma'am. >> It's not my call, ma'am. >> He's a He's a criminal. What would you like to know? I would like you to walk him out the door instead of all these LIKE HANDCUFFS. >> Talk to you in a minute and let you know what's going on. Okay. >> All right, that's fine. >> I got you. >> I got you, buddy. Come over here. >> Does this come off, man? Is that Does this just come off the top? Oh, I heard you. >> I understand you weren't here. >> What the is this about? >> We're going to talk to you. >> How does this come off, man? Is it just like a moment? >> Can I give the gun to this board? >> Okay, we'll take care of that in a minute. We'll do it. Put him in the car and read him and then go from there. >> While it sounded pretty funny, they had to pat Chucky down for weapons. Thankfully, he wasn't armed and after being placed in the squad car, they read him his rights and the cops questioned him further. >> So, we are investigating some some fraud stuff with a credit card. Did you uh have you been using anyone else's credit card anywhere? >> No, sir. >> Have you been Have you been shopping lately with a credit card? >> No, sir. The only card I use is my own cash app. That's it. >> So, you don't use a credit card anywhere? >> No, sir. >> Okay. You've never obtained a credit card from here? Found one lost or whatever else and used it anywhere else. So, there wouldn't be any video of you anywhere shopping with a credit card at the meat market that doesn't belong to you? >> I don't know anything about a meat market. >> You don't shop the meat market? You So, you haven't gone anywhere and used a credit card to shop anywhere in the past week? >> No. >> Have you ever been to a place called 720 in Tallahassee? Okay. >> What about the water burger? Go to Waterburger and get some food with a credit card. >> Okay. neighborhood meat market. You went there multiple times. >> I use my own car. I don't use other people's stuff for nothing. >> Okay. At the meat market, you use your own card. So, you do you did go to the meat market. >> I go there, but I don't use nobody car. I bought my own. >> When's the last time you went there? The meat market >> a few days ago. >> Few days ago. Okay. And you use your own card there? >> Yes, my own. Nobody else. >> Is that the app thing you were talking about? Your Apple Pay thing? >> Take cash out. >> They take cash out there. >> The officer read Chucky a list detailing numerous purchases made with the stolen card. Chucky could lie all he wanted, but he'd have a hard time getting out of this because the cops had plenty of evidence. >> I mean, >> I don't know nothing about all this stuff. I don't use no car my own car. I don't know nothing about this. >> Does that look like you wear? >> No, sir. I don't wear no stuff like that. >> You don't wear anything like that. That's not you. >> Hey, look at me. It's going to be in your best interest to tell the truth. Okay. Don't Don't pretend like that's not you in the picture. All right. You know it's you. Just start telling us the truth. I don't want to go to jail. >> I mean, if you're lying to us, you're only going to make things worse on yourself, buddy. Because all that's going to go in the report and all. The judge is going to see all that. >> I'm not trying to go to jail. >> I understand that, but we got to investigate what happened here. So, if you want to I mean, if you want to let us know what's going on, that would help everyone here, including yourself. >> As he was likely headed to jail, the manager informed the officers that he wanted his costume back. As a result, they had Chucky change his clothes up before they continued questioning him. >> What does the card you use look like? Do you have a physical card that you use? >> It's all Mine is all white. >> It's all white. Is there anything on it? The lettering or any any numbers or anything? >> My cash out name, but it's not with me. >> It's just all white. It's just plain white. Nothing else on it. >> Nothing but my name and information. A little stripe. I don't have it on me. >> Little stripe. Where's the stripe at on >> the back? >> On the back. Is it the like the thing that goes across that you would scan? Stripe. >> You a swipe? >> Okay. Do you have any other cards? That's the only card you have. >> But I don't have that card with me. >> I got you. I understand. Identifying still. >> Really? Have you ever been arrested in this or in ever? Have you ever been arrested? >> Last time I was took a Where was that at? >> This the only place I ever did. >> In Tallahassee. >> In Tallahassee. >> What did you get arrested for? >> Last time I got arrested was a possession case. I ain't been in trouble ever since. >> Okay. Possession of what? >> I supposed to be a ID card, but I don't have it. I have to get it renewed. And you've in the past few weeks, you haven't found any any credit or debit or anything cards here? >> No, sir. >> And if you did, you would have turned them in. Well, we're gonna get to the bottom of it. We're going to see if what you're telling me matches up with what the video evidence shows and with what's going on. You know what I'm saying? We got to do our job, too, right? Something supportive. We got to check into it and make sure we know what's going on. >> Chucky, or whatever the guy's name was, was concerned about losing his job. He'd been the mascot for 2 years, and he absolutely loved it. But sadly for this guy, unless it was all a misunderstanding, it was highly unlikely that he'd hold on to his job. >> Um, so he says he only has one physical credit card. It's plain white, just his name on it, and the magnetic strip on the back. That's all he has. If he would have used a card at all stores that he's he's seen himself on camera at, it would have been either his phone, cash app, or the cash app, all plain white card with a magnetic strip on the back. So, the card that we see you using in the footage with the circle on it, what card is that? >> I didn't get that card. >> That's what we see in the footage. So, what is that? >> One of my cousins may send me with their card to go to the store here and now. That's it. >> What does that card look like? >> I do not know because it's not week. >> Have you gone to the the store with your cousin's card at all the past few weeks? >> Keep working on that. >> I need my notepad so I can write some information down cuz I'm going to need your cousin's information. >> I don't know none of their information. >> You don't know their information? But they send you to this store with their credit card. They'd be right there with me. >> Where do they stay? You know, how do you get in touch with it? I'm trying to help. I'm trying to help you. You're telling me you're going with your cousin's car. Give me some information on how to find your cousin so we can verify and see what kind of card she has so we can help you. >> He said he didn't know his cousin's number or even where she lived. He said they usually got in touch using Facebook, but unfortunately he didn't have his phone with him to help the cops get in contact with her. >> Sometimes I kiss the bush if I decide to go. I don't go over there much. >> Let's stop. There's a bus drop you off at over there. I get off late night. I forgot. >> You forgot? Okay. And so you don't know which stop you get off at. You don't know how you make it to her house or where it's located? >> She meet off soon. We meet off. >> Okay. So, how do you plan to meet up? How do you how do you call her? What's her phone number? >> I don't have her number. >> Do you have anything inside? Your manager's asking any personal items inside for us to get for you or anything like that? >> Um, well, you're probably going to jail, so >> I can't afford to go to jail today. >> I understand. >> I'm about to get fired. I hope you >> Do you have Do you have any else you need us to grab for you? >> Stay in there. >> Work keys. Yeah. So, where are they? So, I can tell him >> in the checking room. >> In the Chucky room and it's work keys. >> Yes, sir. >> What else? Wallet or anything like that? >> I don't got a wallet. >> You don't have a wallet? >> I don't even know. No, no car. >> Gotcha. Right now, it's it's out of our hands because there's been something that's been reported and there's there's physical visual evidence to match it and what what you're telling us is not helping break any of that. You know what I'm saying? So, basically, we're probably going to have to take you over to jail, book you for this, and then the detectives are going to have to get to the bottom of what's going on here. >> The officer here was right. The man was clearly hiding something because otherwise, he wouldn't have been so vague with his answers. And while the last thing he wanted was to lose his job, it was starting to look like he'd be hanging up his mouse head and his uniform for good. Just so you understand, we have you on camera with someone else's card and then the exact amounts that you purchased, the items, and the times that you appear on camera on camera. >> We do have probable cause for an arrest. >> We have everything. >> Just letting you know being out to the jail. I need to search. Okay, >> we'll search. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Don't be anything, buddy. >> I want to tell y'all something. >> Say what? >> What do you want? >> I found a car today. >> Okay. >> I found a car today. I never used this car, but I do have a car. >> We're going to find that card really quick. going to find that on you. >> Okay, >> that's fine. Step out and face away. >> Yep, you heard that right. He claimed that he just remembered that he'd found a credit card that morning. And how much do you want to bet that it was the card that he was using when he was captured on surveillance? >> What am I being charged with? >> That's a smoke. >> You have a medical license, sir? >> I was on the way to getting one. >> Okay. >> All right. On the way here, just set it up. >> That's mine. >> Oh, I wonder what this one is. >> Yep. >> And there's yours, too. So, you did have your card on you. I thought you told me you didn't have anything. >> I thought I didn't have it today. I found that today. >> I found that today. >> All righty, sir. >> Can I please smoke a cigarette? >> That's going to be up to my boss here. It's not up to me. You want to let him smoke a cigarette? [music] >> No. >> Please. >> No, sir. Uh, jail staff can decide that when you get there. Okay. >> All right. Have a seat. Actually, take your take your shoe off for me. Actually, pretty sure. Yeah. >> What are the odds that on the very same day he was busted for possession, he was on his way to get his license for medical marijuana? As he was caught red-handed, he was escorted to jail to be further processed. >> I wish you'd have told me you had that on. >> I was trying to get to that point. >> I'm going to um >> I was trying to tell y to that. >> Well, let me see what I'm going to do about that. Okay. I'm see. Put your legs in there for me. >> That ain't no illegal sus. I paid for that one car. >> Where'd you buy it at? I bought that at they >> did. Why is it in a bag like that? >> They did that they >> did that there. Okay. See? >> I had a feeling they were buy. >> Yeah. Well, yeah. He didn't think he was going to get searched. >> Look at his name. Oh, this isn't him. >> So, this is someone else's bus pass. >> Wow. >> All right. So, remember if if I missed anything on you and you take it in there, it's going to be another charge. So, did we miss do you have anything else on your person? You can check. >> Well, I mean, do you do you have any other drugs or any weapons or anything on you? You going to get charged with? Is there anything else in your pocket that we might have missed? >> You can check on I don't I think y'all got anything. >> I told you. >> Yeah, I got you. >> One thing's for sure, he won't be entertaining kids at Chuck-E-Cheese anymore. But hey, at least he dressed up for the job because our next suspect looks like an unemployed circus clown. On the 2nd of May 2025, the cops were dispatched to a restaurant after reports that a woman had battered a stranger at Dollar Tree. Allegedly, the suspect slapped a woman in front of her child, then fled to a nearby restaurant where the officers caught up with her. >> Hello. >> Hi. How are you? >> Good. Good. All right. What's going on? >> I don't know. I was shopping or whatever and this girl wanted to walk by and she I saw her do something to her child and I smacked her because I'm not with people children and I was trying to get out of the store and she was kind of in my way and then she had people follow me around or whatever and I'm not with that. But the thing about her was that I saw her touch the baby's like whatever the jock or whatever wherever the baby's private area was and then she wanted to be upset because I smacked her in the face. >> All right. Do you can you do me a favor? Can you just have a seat at the table here? >> All right. >> At that point, it wasn't known if she was on drugs or alcohol, but something was definitely off. The suspect, Janette, gave a pretty vague account, but she said she hit the mother after seeing her touch her own child inappropriately. >> Yeah. Do you want to explain to me kind of again what happened? >> The girl I was coming out and I was trying to get out of the store and the girl was Yeah. the Dollar Tree. She was kind of in my way, but I saw her touch your child or whatever and I was like, I'm not with that. And I smacked her. But the reason is because I've had people tell me things about that and she was like she thought she was going to get in my way that way, but she thought she was going to get in my way, but she also made a comment or or smiled at me. Like she she said, I can't explain to you how like she smiled or she sneered or something. And I was I was going to just walk by her, but she pissed me off and I hit her. But the reason I hit her is because I saw her touch the child's whatever private area or whatever the pants or whatever. Maybe she just zipped the pants. But whatever it was when she sneered at me when when I when she got up and I was going to get out of her way, she sneered at me like she she smiled like like real evil. >> So Janette brought up the possibility that the mother might have just been zipping the kid's pants up before being struck by Janette. Regardless, sneering or making a face at someone wasn't enough to prove they'd done something inappropriate. And of course, it didn't justify smacking someone. I exited the store and I was I was trying to go out and these two other ladies were ahead of me and then she was looking at me and then the lady was in the way and then I was trying to pass her and she had touched her top and she zipped up or whatever and then she got up and I hit her because I was trying I hit her because she sneered at me but she was trying to like insinuate that I had something to do with her touching the cotton. That's all I'm trying to say. >> Why would she? >> I don't know. It's just the look that she gave me. You'd have to like if anybody ever looked at you to try to insinuate something. That's all. >> She gave you a look and that's what >> it's not that she gave you. It's like all right, I I'll look at you if if you don't mind like like smile at you like like that. Like a real evil smile. Like just something really not. It was something rude and that's why I hit her. She just made a look like but the thing was that she had touched her child or whatever. >> How did you hit her? >> I hit her in the face just like that. Like I slapped her in the face. open hand like this. >> Yeah. Yeah. She earned it because I'm not I am not any part of her and her touch. I know her like that. But I've had people try to say that I've done things like that and I don't do children and I've had children taken from me for nothing because I didn't have any months. >> It sounded like the woman had fabricated her story and essentially paint herself as a hero. But upon further questioning, the facts just weren't adding up. She say something about being >> No, she didn't. It's just that she touched her child in my face and I think that's wrong and that's why >> how she touched her child. >> I don't know. She zipped up her zipper or something. I don't know. I caught the tail end of that and I was trying to get out of her way and that's why I smacked her. >> Well, I DON'T KNOW IF [laughter] THERE'S ANY WAY YOU COULD SEE outside and see that she was doing a zipper or touching whatever his or her whoever the child was that she just walked up. But when she got up, she smiled in my face. That's all I'm trying to say. that she wanted to smile and insinuate that. I don't know that I was condoning that or that I had a part in that and that's why I hit her. >> Pretty quickly, the story was getting ludicrous and by that point, Janette's sneer had turned into a smile. It was starting to look like the woman had simply slapped the mother in the face for no reason. And before too long, the truth eventually came out. >> You don't know, okay, >> there's any negative wrong. >> Look, I smacked her cuz she was in my way and she was touching her child. I think it was very negative. >> I was trying to go this way and there was two people in front of me and then going around them. I had to go around her and I smacked her. That's why. Cuz the two people ahead of her, I was trying to go this way. They were going that way to get in my way. >> So you smacked her cuz people were in your way. >> I smacked her cuz she was touching her kid. That's why. So, she smacked the woman in the face in front of her child because she was simply in a hurry and wanted to get her out of her way. After a little further questioning, she began revealing her true nature. >> When I see that for me, I don't care for any of that for anybody else. I'm not there to justify or be any part of that. Anytime anytime you bring that up, you can kiss my but people want to be like you and kiss my bull. I have nothing to do with that. I have absolutely nothing to do with that. That's all. It's just I'm tired of people their stereotypical bull overthought. That's all. >> Yes. I never mind. Just strike that. Forget >> I ask people not to get in my way when I'm trying to get out of the store or whatever or harass me like that because she was harassing me like that. There's a lot of you can you won't let me speak is one and the other thing is you are not with me 247 but you can check my record and you can also say I'm not in your record and then you want to go and say I'm not in Florida's record and then you want to be like you're the nuisance. You want to make it look like I'm the problem when somebody sent her there to harass me. But if somebody sent me some money, if somebody sent me some money via you or I had an air mail or I had something with my ID on it or my food stamp card was found, you wouldn't give it to me. But you most definitely want TO JUMP DOWN MY throat for her to come to me. That's all I'm trying to tell you. Whatever the state of the whatever, she came to with me and you want to side with her. It's like you in Florida on I4. She'd already confessed that she'd struck the woman for no reason and it wasn't something heroic and it wasn't self-defense. She had battered the woman and there was only one thing left to do. >> So I turned her away this way and smacked her in the goddamn face there. WE'VE RAN OVER IT LIKE 10 20 times now. >> Yeah, it makes no sense. People coming to you wrote the song. >> Okay. >> Again, the song I don't know. Either way, you're gonna get arrested. >> All right. Cool. THAT'S ONE >> HERE. DON'T TOUCH ME. Here's my Don't There you go. That's my Don't squeeze. There's my other bag. Get my other bag in. Make sure you check out a back of vertebrae. 500 million. And 500 million. There you go. Open the door. Open the door. >> I'll be kicking now. >> DON'T BE PEOPLE AT NIGHT. That's right. Get my bag. You'll be regretting it later. Trying to ho ho ho. Mother, you good? You good? Stupid. You good, stupid? You dumb. >> That's right, mother. Open the door then. >> Yeah, I for mother. Let go of my arm. Stupid mother. >> They charged with battery and resisting arrest. On August 3rd, 2025 in New Mexico, a law enforcement helicopter spotted a group of drag racers. While they spotted multiple vehicles, the cops decided to focus on one, a white Chrysler. >> Uh 29, you get that metro's got the eye on the white Chrysler. >> All vehicles are coming out the main entrance. The suspect was driving erratically, putting everyone in danger as he tried to outrun the police. It didn't matter how fast he drove, though, because there was no escaping the police helicopter above. >> Passing a marked unit. Uh, number one lane still continuing over the bridge on San Jose for a little bit. No other vehicles in the area. He's at San Jose and he just ran the red light. I'm sorry, the stop sign. He's northbound. Don't move. >> Put your hands up. Put them off. Do the move. >> Open the door. >> Under your seat belt. Get out of the car. >> My phone. Stop resisting. My name Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> You could hear the fear in his voice, but at least he was doing his best to cooperate somewhat. Anyway, nobody wants a bunch of cops screaming at them, guns drawn and ready to blaze. But the suspect here had no one to blame but himself. Do you have any weapons on you? >> No, it doesn't ever need my name. >> What? >> It just doesn't need my name. >> Where's your gun? >> It's in the corner. >> Come over here. >> Please. Please, please. >> I just want my open. >> I wasn't drinking. >> Have a seat. >> Okay. >> Mental beans or what is it? >> Oh, it looks like pong. The suspect, 22-year-old Fernando Martinez, begged the cops to call his mom. He was lucky he didn't get shot running from the cops like that, especially considering that he had a gun at arms reach. >> Step out. >> Oh, stop crying, Miito. >> Well, you shouldn't be driving. Oh, I was driving for a friend. >> Why are you so sad? >> Because >> But you can if you if you have a then why are you driving like that? >> I don't know. >> causing harm to other civilians on the roadway. >> Scared of my own. >> You could have just pulled over and we could have talked. But you caused this whole thing. Okay. So, let's let's be an adult about it. Let's stop crying. Okay. >> Where is it? >> After the stunned, the cops had very little sympathy for him. He was a full-g grown man and therefore he had to take some accountability. This guy would have to realize that his mommy wasn't always going to be there to bail him out of trouble. >> Okay, turn that way. Face my unit. No, like your whole body. >> Hey, stop, Dad. Stop crying. Quit it. >> Okay, face the houses. All right. Face to the left hand side over here to the north. >> Okay. Look at me. Are you asking for your mom? >> Yes. >> Oh, no. >> Look at me straight. >> Okay. You got any other injuries on you? >> No, that's it. >> Why are you crying? >> Because I want to go with my mom. >> You want to go with your mom? >> Yes. >> Well, you're going to jail. >> No. Please, I never been in trouble. I don't like to get in trouble. >> You shouldn't have run. >> I was going to stop, too. I don't want to ask a question. >> We're going to ask some questions. Okay. Just take a seat in there. Okay. >> Take a seat in there. Okay. >> To see a full-g grown man cry for his mom like that wasn't funny. It was really pathetic. What a sensitive soul like this guy was doing street racing was pretty much anyone's guess. But whatever the reason, he'd committed the crime and he'd have to do the time. >> You understand to you? >> Yes. >> Okay. With these rights in mind, do you want to speak to me? >> No. I just want my mom. >> You don't want to speak to me? >> I want my mom. >> Okay. So, if you don't want to speak to me, >> if you want to if you don't want to speak to me, that's fine. That's well within your right. But as of right now, you are under arrest for aggravated fleeing law enforcement officers. Okay. After racing at a sled. [gasps] >> Okay. So go ahead and put Is this your >> Can I call my mom then? >> No, you got to put your feet in the car. Okay. >> Wait, can I call my mom? >> Come on. We got to We got to search you real quick. >> How old are you? >> 22. >> How old? >> 22. >> All right. Look out. >> So you're not going to be able to call your mom today. Okay. >> Why? >> Because you're an adult. >> I need her. I have this I have this. You guys just threw me to the floor. >> Yeah. Well, that was the reason why such but as of right now, you are under arrest. Okay. Unfortunately for this guy, he wasn't going home with his mommy and he was placed in a squad car to be taken to jail. And as you might have guessed, the entire way there, he wouldn't shut up about his mommy. >> My mom, >> you'll see her whenever you get out. >> I'm here right now. >> You can, dude. You're 22. You're an adult. >> I still love my mom. >> Well, me, too. I'm mama's boy. >> You're mama's boy? Well, mommy can't be here for you right now. You got to take responsibility for your own actions. >> But you guys don't go and get everybody out. >> You're not the only one that's going to jail today, dude. So, >> stand right here. >> Go around this corner. You're going to go to these stores right here. What do you mean you need change? >> You got shorts under there? You might have missed it, but it turned out he was so scared that he literally soiled his pants. As a matter of fact, between crying for his mommy and going number two in his pants, this might be the most embarrassing arrest caught on body cam in history. You >> yourself. God bless. Well, >> I don't know what to tell you, dude. >> Do you want to take off your uh >> Do you want to take off your >> Does you have shorts on there? >> Yeah. >> You You boxes. >> Did you really like being dead? >> No, bro. You didn't >> just my head shot. >> Yeah. Oh, let me see your jewelry right now. If you did yourself, let me know so I dispose >> my pants. >> You're dude. >> But yeah. Do you have other ones? >> I don't have other ones. >> Okay. So, I have to go to naked ham. So, you want So, you did yourself. >> Okay. It's up to you, dude. Take out your shorts. >> What about pair of You can either keep your shorts or your pants. >> I'm keeping my I'm going to keep my shorts. >> You want to keep your shorts? You got for pants >> right here. >> In there, dude. >> So, >> because you there's I'm going to have to throw it to the trash. I can't tag this. Okay. Do you understand that? >> I can't tag. They're not going to take it. Band-aid. >> I don't have a band-aid. You get one up at the MDC. You could ask for one. Go ahead and turn around. Nice. Did you clean yourself? >> Yeah. >> You guys ready, brother? >> Yep. >> Let's go over there. >> They charged the man with reckless driving, aggravated fleeing from law enforcement, and resisting arrest. On May 24th, 2025, out in Washington State, the cops were dispatched to the scene of an accident after reports of a red pickup that was engulfed in flames. And let's just say the truck was on fire for one of the dumbest reasons imaginable. >> Truck is fully engulfed. >> Is that your guys's truck? >> I thought you had your phone with you. >> Do you know what happened? >> I had a fire pit, but it was out. It was totally out. She had a fire pit in the back of the bed. >> Yes. But it was >> when I came up from behind her, the back of her truck was >> and I pulled over and I was like, "Oh my gosh, it's on fire." Oh my god. >> You have any idea? >> Yeah, I do. >> It was one of the most ridiculous things you could imagine, but it seemed like the woman Sheila was carrying a portable fire pit in the back of her truck. So when she set off driving, the wind must have reignited things and in the process her truck was set on fire. >> When did you notice the fire? Just before the Did you fall or did somebody else? >> I had them fall. I couldn't do it. I don't have problem. >> I see a phone in her hand when it first came up. >> No. >> Where were you? Were you on a bike? >> Yeah, I was coming from my friend's house just down the road. And like I said, it was just barely on the back end of it that I seen the fire. Get out. >> I know. >> Oh my god. >> What was that? >> Holding the gas tank. >> Hold your tire. Like the officer said, it sounded like the tires in the gas tank were exploding. Firemen arrived on scene to fight the flames. And while they quickly put things out, obviously the woman's truck was completely destroyed. >> Your vehicle is >> okay. Sorry. >> You and your dog are safe, right? >> Okay, that's good. There's nobody in the vehicle, right? >> Okay. Hey Everybody's safe and that's the name thing. Okay. What's your name? >> Sheila. I understand. >> The firefighter was right. If there was any good takeaway, it was that no one was injured. Sheila told the officer that she was heading back home after a camping trip and based on her behavior, he had a hunch she was under the influence. You mind if I check your eyes real quick with your eyes? Do you want to do any more? No, it's just >> They searched the woman and she was placed in the back of a squad car. They had a few more questions for Sheila. So before they went on, she was read her rights. Despite the fact that she'd accidentally set her truck on fire in the most ridiculous manner, at least she was cooperative. >> Camping have a good time. Have a few drinks. Had a fire going in the pickup. Thought it was out. Obviously wasn't. Things flared up. >> I lost my truck. >> $30,000 truck. >> But you know what? You're okay. Yes. >> What if [snorts] something WERE TO HAPPEN? >> NO. GOING TO JAIL. >> Have you been arrested for DUI before? >> Yeah. >> How long ago? >> 19. >> When you were 19 or 19? >> 2019. >> 2019. Okay. >> All right. >> The firefighters put the flames out and she was transported to the station to be processed further. It wasn't her first DUI arrest. And that being said, there were going to be serious repercussions. >> [snorts] >> Can you pull a short, please? >> Yeah. >> No, the black one. >> Black one. >> Yeah. Cover up my [snorts] straight through. >> You don't want to blow on the machine. Okay. So if I to do that, I'll have to write a warrant, okay, for your blood. >> I So this isn't coercion. I'm just telling you what I would have to do. If you don't want to blow, [snorts] I would have to apply for a search warrant. >> Okay. >> For your blood. If you if you refuse to consent to blow into the machine, then the next step is I would write a warrant. Okay. >> Just do it. >> Okay. But that's totally voluntary and up to you. Okay. She could refuse to blow, but in that case, she would have to give a blood sample. Thankfully, she agreed to the easy way and blew into the breathalyzer. Back at the accident scene, the fire investigators had a few more questions. There's >> an active perpet going in the bed of the truck. >> It looks like wood. Okay. >> Wood pit. Yeah. Okay. >> That's that's kind of what we were we were thinking. It started in there, went through the back window, and was that what she had? >> Yes. >> Some sort of I mean, honestly, she was drunk. So, >> she was burning in the back of the truck while actively driving down her. >> Did you guys pull her over? Did she start? >> It's they came out as there's a fire and then uh the county sergeant rolled up and said, "Yeah, there is an active fire and she's hammered." So, >> okay. She had that going while driving down the road. >> She's in talks. >> Yeah. I mean, once you get it started and you feed it with the air, that means that 50, right? >> The firefighters and cops determined that once the vehicle was towed, they could reopen the road. And while it was completely obvious to anyone on scene what had caused the accident, in her drunken state, she just couldn't get her head around it. on fire. >> It just sounds like the fire wasn't out in the bed. Sometimes those fires, especially with the wind kicking up and everything. >> Now I'm in jail. >> It does happen. >> I was just at home and I'm in jail. >> I love it. >> Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. No person [snorts] was so lost. Now I'm in prison. They charged Sheila with DUI and despite the fact that she had three prior convictions for it, she somehow got off easy. Ultimately, it appears that her only punishment was to have an interlock device installed in her vehicle. On the 11th of July, 2023 in Athens, Georgia, the cops were on patrol and spotted a familiar face with active warrants. According to reports, the suspect was wanted for striking his mother in the face, but it wasn't the only thing he'd be going to jail for. >> T get your stuff. We'll get your stuff. >> All right. Well, we'll get it in a second. We're in touch with park. >> What you going this side of park or this side of town? >> So this is your stuff. >> Huh? >> They do not want to press charges. >> They start to >> You want to go to jail, too? >> You had this and you dropped it. You was holding it, man. >> That's not my stuff. Well, you was holding the book bag. >> Both suspects refused to admit whose bag it was. Obviously, there was some illegal contraband in it, and they refused to take ownership. So, to get to the bottom of things, the cops separated them for questioning. >> What's your name? >> Straight up. >> Centario. >> Okay. Look, do you know what's in this bag? If you can tell me what's in it and you want to take ownership to it, I'll you can go to jail, too. But you got to tell me what's in his bag cuz I saw him holding that. So what else? >> Keep it real. >> That's it. >> It's not good enough, bro. >> I ain't going to lie. >> You want to take the rap for that? Look, you thinking hard about it. >> It ain't just in there though. He just thinks it's that ain't it. >> That's his. He know he had in the book bag. >> That's your call. >> I mean it ain't. He was carrying the book bag and dropped. know he had any straight up. Let me see it. >> The suspect, Jabarz, said he was sick of being hassled by police, but like the officers told him, they chased him down because he had a warrant. He was targeted by law enforcement due to the things he had done. >> You got anything in your pocket? >> Stack of money. >> Oh, some more. >> Give that money. >> Nice. >> This This my money. G my guard that money. >> I think ain't nothing. >> What is this? >> Take you for a man. That ain't my It ain't my It's >> in your pocket wrapped up with your IDs. >> He could deny the bag was his all he wanted, but the cops clearly saw him drop it on the ground. While his partner acknowledged that the in the bag was his. As for Jabaris, he'd have a hard time explaining the in his pocket. >> Huh? >> He said all this. >> He said his >> the other stuff not mine, sir. >> What other stuff you talking about? None of their foot bag is mine. None. None of them packs mine. >> If you could if you could show me some kind of evidence or something, man, that would say it's not. >> But look, man. We saw you carrying it up the hill. >> Even if he says it's his, man, carrying it up the hill. >> Straight up. You straight. >> But look, dude. Even if you trying to take the rap form, I get it. That's that's super noble of you. But at the same time, like >> But I saw you with I saw you with it. You got the same fact in your pockets. >> You're not going to jail too. >> I don't care if you try to take the rap for you're not going to jail. >> That's just where we're at, man. With the evidence that we got right now. >> You got to worry about >> Sorry, man. I know that's your boy and all, but we're not going to take you to jail just cuz you're trying to help boy out. >> Even if he's keeping it real, Jabar is the evident. We don't have any evidence on him. You have everything on you. You got some of these in your pocket? >> Exactly. There was no way out of it. Jabaris was headed to jail. He asked the cops to give the cash to his partner, but as the cops suspected, they gotten the money through drug dealing. They were under no obligation to do so. >> There's obviously there's an intent to distribute charge to be made with the amount of the packaging and all that and the scale, the amount of pills. >> That's not my package. So, y'all can't say I'm intense to do nothing if that's not my package, sir. It may not be, but man, we work off of probable cause and there is not enough probable cause to say that it is. The money was in your pocket. Same with the bag. The same bags that are in that book bag that you were holding. >> Nobody knows. >> I did. >> And but you got a warrant though. >> I'm saying though like for what? >> Maybe, dude. I don't know. >> All we know is that a judge found problem sign a warrant on you. We don't I don't know case. Even though the cops explained that they chased him because of his warrant, he still thought he was being treated unfairly. However, it was pretty rich of the man as they'd given him multiple cigarettes and had been more than cordial. >> You know what I'm saying? Like why why every time y'all jump out on me, y'all got to >> what? >> Like I'm like I'm a fusion. >> Well, you got a warrant. You don't want it. >> I'm not no fusion though. Like y'all ride y'all ride around like I'm like I'm the big out. I'm I'm Look, >> I think you're giving yourself too much credit, man. You're giving yourself too much credit. We was riding around and we happened to see you. >> Look how y >> I don't think you got anything to complain about. You got a warrant. We picked you up on your warrant. You didn't get no guns pointed at you. You didn't get tossed on the ground. You're getting cigarettes. We're being more than cool with you. More than most police. >> Y'all y'all not being y'all ain't being right. Jabaris continued whining and moaning that he was being mistreated by police. It was only when a female officer arrived that he finally loosened up a bit, changing his tone and his tactics. >> So, tell me about what we're doing wrong. >> So, you wouldn't be moaning if if she got out and got you, right? >> Why? What's the difference? >> Pretty. I would love it, too. >> I'm pretty. >> I would love her if she pretty. >> All right, Jar. Time to rock and roll. >> Did you tell that? >> Senior's in jail. >> Oh, they were asking for my daddy. >> Senior. >> Y'all going to put me in the same room with my daddy. >> We don't have any [laughter] last time. They just show how. >> Oh, y'all put me in the room with my daddy and my uncle. >> How's that up? >> You don't want to be in there? Then tell them you don't want to. saying they just to show how system is. >> I'm real >> think I want to see my daddy incarcerated while I'm incarcerated. >> It wasn't the system that was screwed up. It was his family's morals. If your entire family's behind bars, something's definitely gone wrong. I guess it's easier to blame the system than take a look in the mirror. >> Stop hitting your mom. >> I I ain't took my money out one time now. >> I've been on three domestic calls with you. Only thing the only thing me and my mom do is argue. I'mma keep it real. My mom so low down she'll call the police and lie. All we that all she do. >> Well, you're 18, man. You move out. Stay away from her. >> I know. And I and and I did. But >> if that's what's getting you in trouble, you just stay away. >> She still file. She still file for me. Get tax from me. Do a lot of stuff for me. >> Well, she don't live there. >> I go through her at some point. So, like, come on. There was nothing else to say as he had an outstanding warrant and was caught red-handed with narcotics. As a result, Jabaris was placed in the back of a cruiser and was taken to the station to be processed further. >> Smiling in your in your picture >> in your booking photo. You just smiling. How old am I? I'm 24. >> No kids. And all the kids we've got to deal with. I don't want kids. No, no, no, no, not anymore. >> You want to be my friend? You gonna start acting right? >> Central 47374, >> man. If you can start acting right, we could be friends. >> We all know you. >> Y'all know me. >> I've been out with you. Y don't know I go through every day. Y don't know how much I change. Y don't know what I accomplish. Y don't know nothing. So y don't know about me. Y know I read just like I don't know you. I can sit right here and read this all day and say I know you but I don't know. Just like you thought I bet you thought I was let up on y'all when you first came. Mr. Brown the breath of know. All right, stop running. >> Good thing you did it. >> They charged Javaris with meth possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, and possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute. On the 3rd of July, 2024 in Palm Beach County, the cops responded to a report of a theft at Target. According to reports, the loss prevention employees saw two females concealing cosmetics and trying to pass all points of sale without paying. Yeah, it was just >> Huh? >> Whose purse is which? >> It's just two purses. It's not. >> Well, are you from the store? >> This stuff is whose? >> Mine. Hers. >> Okay. >> These things are popping. M I R that's Karma glue openers. The officers searched their purses and along with the loss prevention team, they tallied everything up that had been stolen. In total, it was over $1,000 worth of cosmetics. >> For future criminal endeavors, >> shoplifting again >> under a certain amount as a misdemeanor. So, like I said, things apply that I mentioned to you where you get a fourth date and you leave, right? Mhm. >> If you're caught again and again, it turns into a felony no matter what amount you're stealing. And then we're going to jail, right? And >> if you're caught together doing it together over 750 together, you're going to jail >> today. >> It's very possible. >> Wait, over together? >> Oh, this is >> that's a felony. You guys came in here and purchased together to shop with. sole purpose of shoplifting. It's called aggravated retail. >> The girls had no idea what they'd gotten themselves into. They thought they'd go on a little shoplifting spree, and if they happened to get caught, they'd probably just get a slap on the wrist. Sadly for them, though, it was starting to look like that was not going to be the case. >> So, you guys, you're going to juvenile detention. You're going to the main jail. >> I'm going to jail. >> You're going to adult jail. Yes. >> I'm going to jail. You guys are being arrested. >> You guys are You guys are being arrested with that charge. >> You guys are being arrested with a felony because you guys came in with the intention to shoplift. That was your only intention. You guys worked together and your total amount is over 750. Now, if your total amount combined was 500, it's a different story. But because you guys total amount is 750. >> Wait, do I have to like sleep in jail? like sleep there. >> It depends. >> They might give you a bond. >> What's a bond? >> What? Like what is I don't I don't understand. >> A bond is where they'll let you go out with a court date, but they still process you and that might take some time. >> So, I might have to sleep there >> possibly. >> Oh my god. With like old people like I mean like old like really bad people. >> I've never been in jail so I don't know. >> Depends on who's been arrested today. >> They were being treated like criminals because that's exactly what they were. But before taking them off to jail, the older girl, Samantha, was allowed to make a phone call. >> Somebody wants to come pick >> Nothing's good. I got into trouble >> in Target >> because I was shoplifting and I just got [snorts] >> is different. She has to be um seen by a judge and given a bond or court appearance. What's the address at this Target? >> 500 North Congress. >> 500 North Congress. And [music] I need someone to pick up my car for me. [snorts] >> I don't even know. Come on. [snorts] >> I [laughter] know. He wants to talk to one of you guys. >> As the officer spoke to Samantha's father, the girls also had some questions of their own. But considering how serious things were, they still seemed to think that it was all fun and games. shot. >> Yep, that's how it works. [laughter and snorts] >> Wanted person. >> I think it broke. >> Hello. >> No. >> Um 500 >> North Congress Avenue. >> North Congress Avenue. >> [sighs and gasps] >> He is not playing it any better. >> Are you kidding me, girl? I'm going to lose my whole car. Like, hey, I know multiple times. >> Huh? >> Oh my god, he's so Right. >> I'm trying to laugh. This is so sad. >> Girlfriend. >> As a consequence of their actions, they were banned from Target for one year. And even while loss prevention was photographing them, they still went on snickering like it was one big joke. Hey, >> I [music] know. >> I know. Mommy, don't cry. It Do I sound like I'm laughing? Mommy, tell me something that hasn't been explained to me already. Mommy, I'm well aware. Mommy, I trust me, I am the most stressed out right now. Mommy, because what do you want me to do? Break down and crying for the fifth time? Don't you think that a night in jail is a freaking punishable or offense? >> Well, getting handcuffed if a cop is >> You don't think so? >> For you or for me? I'm embarrassed. I have to walk to the bathroom. >> I know, Mom. Guess who's more embarrassing than you? Whatever. I can't do this right now. So, goodbye. [snorts] Do you want me to ask it? Sounds stupid. >> All right. They said there's a She was asking if I could pay my fee and not have this happen. >> No. No. >> Exactly. No. >> Surprisingly, Samantha was right. It was a really dumb question. She could not simply pay for the merchandise they stole and just leave the store without consequence. She'd been caught stealing and she was going to have to pay a price. That being said, they handcuffed both girls and escorted them out. All right. Desight. >> All right. So, you stuck with me. >> All right. You have any questions? Anything like that? >> Oh, no. You want to talk? We should be should be here. >> No. No. Yeah, we're good. We explained everything and Okay. You ever never been arrested before? [music] >> You have? Okay. You've been in Jack before. >> All right. Good. You can tell me about >> whose cops are on her. >> Okay. We're just going to go on the other side. All right. I'm just reaching over to put your seat belt on. You're okay. >> Good. >> They were taken to jail to be processed before later being transferred to their respective detention centers. On the 11th of May 2025 in Key West, Florida, an officer was on patrol and spotted a man with an out ofstate warrant wandering around. When the officer tried to approach the man, he hopped on a scooter and spat off. The cop drove after him and eventually convinced him to pull over. >> Let me see your license. >> Was there a crime committed? >> Yes. >> Which one? >> The way you took that corner was unsafe. And the way you came to a stop >> lie. >> Let me see your driver's license. >> Nope. >> You were. I got the first amendment right to refuse my driver's license. >> You're about ready to go. >> I didn't take any corner wrong. I live here every day. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay. I'm conducting a traffic stop on you. >> I'm valid. I'm valid license. >> Let me see your driver's license. >> No crime permitted. >> Are you refusing to provide your license to me? >> You bet you because I didn't commit a crime. >> No. Back. Come here. >> I didn't commit a crime. >> 20. I got one right in front of me. Second Street behind Rooster to go. Second half, white metal board shorts. Second and third street. Get over here, dude. >> The suspect, Kyle, could have done things the easy way and just handed over his ID. But instead, he decided to run off on foot. And with a pretty good head start, he then hopped over a fence and tried to put a little more distance between he and the officer. >> Get on the ground. >> Subject defensive to Americas. 11:20. I lost sight of him. 11:20. Just note. Cat taser deploy. He pull probes out. He's still in there. Do you see where he went? Yeah. You guys are good. It's more this side. No. A guy ran for me. We're somewhere somewhere back in here. Park at 1 Avenue and Second Street. He's still, according to a witness, still tucked in behind where American is. While the officer waited for backup to arrive, he continued scouring the area trying to find the man. Thankfully, he didn't have to look too long as a good Samaritan saw him take off and told the officer where he went. >> You see him? >> Huh? He's still in there. Bathroom. >> 11:20. According to a witness or neighbor sitting up here, believe he went into the bathroom at a maragas. >> I drove around. I didn't see him. >> According to a witness, he's still tucked in here. Go lethal. >> No lethal. >> I said go lethal. >> Where? >> Which one? That building. Oh, this. >> Get on the ground. Get on the ground. >> On the ground. >> For what? >> Get on the ground now. >> Get on the ground. [snorts] >> What? >> Lay on the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> For what? >> Lay on the ground. >> 11:28 out. We want it to portal potty at Marcat. Give me the air. What? >> Get on the ground. >> You need to get on the ground. >> Cover me. >> I didn't commit any crime. I didn't >> get on ground. >> Get on the ground. ON THE GROUND. HERE WE GO. >> GET on the ground. >> Go over. On the ground. >> Over. On your stomach. >> Give me a hand. >> Stop it. >> Why did you do that? >> Perfect. Hearing Kyle say that he'd done nothing wrong was about as ridiculous as it sounded. He'd refused to identify himself and evaded the officer hopping over a fence and had it hidden in a portaotti. No, >> you're not. You're not standing. >> Well, I'm not being robbed for anything. >> You're being arrested >> for what? >> Resisting. >> Resisting what? I didn't commit a crime. >> What crime? >> You did. >> What crime? >> Committed a traffic infraction. >> No, I didn't. And I know my law right impaired. >> Yeah, you are. Move this way. That's a Hey, >> move. Oh, stop pushing back, dude. >> YOU GOT YOUR GAME ON. >> STOP RESISTING. >> I'm not. >> Stop pushing back, dude. >> I'm not. >> You are trying to check. >> You're pushing ME INTO A TOILET. >> WELL, STOP pushing back at me. >> I'm not I am not resisting or doing anything. God damn. I can't bend that way. Look at my neck. I can't bend THAT WAY. >> DON'T FIGHT ME. Go ahead. >> I can't that way. I can't bend it. >> I can't bend that way. >> I can't bend that way. Quit being ROUGH WITH ME. YOU'RE PUSHING ME INTO A URINAL. >> LET GO. >> LOOK AT THE URINAL. >> Let go. >> Hold me in the dirt. >> Stop resisting and just comply. >> I'm not resisting. >> Stay like that. >> Damn it. IT SMELLS LIKE PISS RIGHT HERE. >> Stay like that. >> It was unfortunate, but it was hard not to laugh at the same time. While the cops claimed the man was resisting, it was hard to tell if they were trying to restrain him or getting some revenge for making them chase him. I'm >> not resisting. You just got my head in a urinal. >> Look where I'm at. I don't care. >> Yeah, but it's not probably because it's not my first amendment right to put my head in a pit. >> Well, if you just listen to what we told you that wouldn't happen. >> I didn't listen. I don't have my first amendment right. I I didn't break any law. >> You did. So technically by the law, you have to have you don't know that. That's your suspicion. You have to have probable cause of my first amendment right. So you >> okay? So don't worry about it. >> For what? Cuz I I committed a crime that you suspected without doing your research. That's illegal as >> Although he wasn't a comedian, the man was downright hilarious, whether intentional or not. Even though the cops had video evidence showing the man operating his scooter while allegedly drunk, he continued claiming that he'd done nothing wrong. >> Oh, yeah. Well, I was pulled over. Didn't have any keys and anything. Go ahead, try it. >> You didn't have any reason to stop me because I was already off the vehicle with no keys in it. >> No, it was not. You were still on it when I pulled up behind you. >> No. >> Yes, you weren't on camera. >> I didn't do anything. >> Then you decided to run. >> Yeah, cuz you don't have a problem stopping me. You don't have any reason. If nothing happened, then I'm not in your control. If you didn't know that, let me hit my vape a couple times. You care? I mean cooperative. >> How you down? >> Is that what you call cooperative? >> Wow. >> Can I stand up on you? >> No. >> I can't hit my vape a couple times. >> No. No. >> So, for no reason, you can just go on my person at any time. >> You're under arrest, dude. You ran from the police. You have charges. >> You didn't have any charges on me. >> Would you stop resisting? Stop running. >> I can run wherever I can. >> You refuse to identify yourself on the law. >> I don't have to. If you don't have a probable cause, I do not have to identify myself. Go ahead. I'll bring it to court. >> That's fine. >> Do me a favor. Hang tight with him. I'm going to pull my car around. >> Man, get me away from this. You're an old girl. I'm going to sit right there for a moment. Seems to be caught. >> Move. I'm going to move to this side then. >> Move to side. >> Okay. >> I do, man. >> He could play games all he wanted and act like the cops had nothing on him, but the truth was there was only one place he was headed. Next up, the paramedic showed up to take a closer look at his injuries. >> Phaser deployment and he's got some scratches from [music] >> we got. >> All right. All right. He's up. >> We're going to the squad right there. >> We can Hey, we'll go the back side. >> You the one yelling don't run. >> You ran. >> He lost. >> He lost. Yeah, we got him. You want to go to the hospital? You guys do whatever you want. All right. Thanks, guys. >> His scooter. >> Okay, that's on to what's uh what's the deal with him? Just clean him up and >> occasionally you get lucky. >> That's what's up. >> That is outstanding news. >> Well, that's going to make it to Facebook. >> I am out of shape. [laughter] I am with that water bottle. But once he started like pushing with you and like not I was like, "No, no, I'm not playing this game." He already ran for me once. >> I'm not going to lose him again. He's getting paid. >> He's clear. Outstanding. >> All right, buddy. >> We're going to take a walk in the first car. All right, take a seat. >> What did I do? >> Huh? >> What did I do? >> You ran >> and and you have a warrant. >> I'll take this. >> They charged Kyle with driving on a suspended license and two counts of misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer. In the end, he pled no contest and was sentenced to 45 days in jail and had to pay $500 in fines and court fees. On the 6th of October 2023 in Apple, Wisconsin, the cops were dispatched to the scene of an accident. According to witnesses, a motorist attempted to enter the highway on ramp, but was going at a high rate of speed and then lost control, crashing the car into an embankment. But the man's speed wasn't the only factor. >> What's his status? >> My own fault. >> Oh, he's the driver. Right here. My fault. >> Are you hurt at all, sir? >> No. Ain't nobody hurt myself. >> Are you guys just bystanders that stopped or >> by stop? >> Okay. Is he in the truck by himself? >> I got it. >> It ain't your fault. >> You want us to help you get down there, man? Or what? >> I got it. I got it. >> Okay. >> It's my fault. >> What happened? >> My fault. I'll give it to you when it's respected. >> Now it's not the point. >> What's your name? >> It's not the point right now. >> Okay. What is the point? I'll give it to one respective. >> Why are you so angry right now? >> Upon talking to the driver, Nathan, the officer here, was 100% sure that he was the drunkest person he'd ever seen behind the wheel to find out what led up to the accident. The officer then spoke to witnesses by us [music] about 40 or 50 m an hour weaving in and out of the traffic. Pretty much what I saw was he was coming right here and he turned a little fast right here and his tire kind of squealled and then he ran right into the post and then flipped over and it smoked. >> Think I'm going to just hold it until I my life gives >> what it seems like. >> Well, obviously not right. >> Start making moves and get down. >> Well, let's do that then. >> Do it. I'm waiting on you. >> It's not on me no more. >> All right, bud. You need help? >> I got it. Got it. Yep. I got it. >> Let me help you. >> No, it's a $30,000 truck, man. >> I got it after you. All right. >> All right. Go ahead. >> Nathan was saying that he'd broken both of his hands. Thankfully, EMS was on the way. And while they waited for the ambulance, the cops escorted Nathan out of the ditch and onto the roadside and asked him a few more questions. So, while we're out here, you mind if I grab your ID for you? >> For what reason? >> Well, you're the driver involved in an accident. >> For what reason? >> I need to identify you. Smell heavily of intoxicating beverages. So, you got to conduct some tests to make sure you're not too drunk. >> What's your name? >> Nathan. >> Nathan. >> You right. >> I have no reason to speak to you, right? So, leave that way. [snorts] >> What's your birthday? >> I would rather you this way, right? >> You have no reason to follow us. Go back that way. Go ahead. Back that way. >> Okay. Are you going to >> you and follow back that way? >> Nathan was so drunk that he thought the cops didn't have the right to ask for ID, even though he just flipped his truck and was suspected of drunk driving. And with every passing minute, he was getting more and more aggressive. So, the cops decided to take a different approach. you and follow back. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> You can follow me to the top all you want. >> All three of y'all look stupid. >> Mr. Just so you know, you're under arrest right now for some operations. All three of y'all look stupid as right now. >> Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. HOLD UP. HOLD ON. HOLD ON. >> YOU'RE BEING SEARCHED JUST TO >> I don't I'm being searched. >> I AIN'T GOT NOTHING MY ARM, SO to speak. Y'all break my wrist. Y'all being sued. Let me recoordinate cuz my wrist cannot breathe. After patting the man down, the officers helped him to his feet and walked him over to a squad car. >> Bright to county for what? You have nothing on me right now. Why am I being brought to county? Why am I being brought to county? >> Not right now. You're put in the car first. >> So why am I being brought in county? For what reason? Drunk driving. >> We're We're going to go over some paperwork real quick. All right. >> For what paperwork? >> You're going to have a seat. >> For what paperwork? >> For OWI. >> For what? Ow. >> Here's the thing. We're just going around in a circle right now. It's not helping anything. >> It wasn't a circle. It was a straightaway. >> No, I meant we're talking in a circle. >> Sure, we'll break. >> So, are you are you going to have a seat? >> Should I? >> I think you should. I think that's a good idea. >> Is that my best bet? >> That is your best bet right now. >> [ __ ] >> All right. So, there's no other options right now. >> I don't give a about my other options. My other options is a felony, which I'm already facing. >> Your choices are get in or we make you get in. That's it. >> And your choice doesn't matter of a fact. get in the car or not. Right. >> It's one of the two right now. Which is your >> So, it's one of the two right now. Right. >> So, it's either a felony or a misdemeanor. Which is it going to be? What do you want it to be? >> Right now, it's a ticket. >> Right now, it's a ticket. >> Nathan was so drunk that he didn't know what was best for him. They'd already given him a warning that if he didn't get in, they'd have to use force. And to Nathan's detriment, he chose to ignore the warning. >> Yo, y'all want to pay some? >> You know what? You know what? >> You guys can clear up. I think we're good. Thanks. >> Nope. >> All right. Just >> check if they called for a record yet. >> Come on. >> Thank you. >> Called for a record. >> Yo, I'm about to break my ankle. Let go my ankle, bro. Let go of your captain shows up and you'll want to let go of me, right? Cuz y'all are dumb as >> That is our captain. My captain. >> It don't matter, bro. Y'all are dumb as for no reason, bro. Don't >> pick his legs up. >> Y'all are dumb as Don't lift me up like that, bro. >> Y'all are pulling down my pants for no reason. >> Pick me up. Pick me up. What's up? >> Oh, all of a sudden you all this [ __ ] for no reason. I'm going to remember you. You're ugly. You're ugly. I'm about to slap your family. Your family. Your family. And your family. Paul >> picked me up. Think I give a >> think I won't forget. >> Y'all are stupid as >> So just like that, he had talked himself into being restrained from head to toe. Ironically, he was telling the cops how dumb they looked when he was the one who looked like Hannibal Lecter. And sadly for the officers, he wasn't done yet. >> Did you get heads down? So I think I turned down >> I can't breathe. No, I can't breathe. The spit mask, bro. >> Besides the point, bro. It's a >> And he knows his wife WAS ABOUT TO GET SPIT ON. >> That ain't my problem. >> His wife wanted to get DM. >> That ain't my problem. >> Your wife wanted to get spit on. >> I can't breathe, bro. >> I'm next side. My next side. My wrists are up, bro. My wrists are up, bro. MY WRISTS ARE UP, BRO. >> HOLD ON. >> HEY, TOM. His helmet's coming off and he's bashing his head. >> All right. You want, bro? >> I want you to stop in here. You okay to do, bro? >> He was taken to a nearby hospital where unfortunately he continued being disruptive. And even though he looked ridiculous, he berated everyone in earshot about their looks. >> Y'all look stupid as >> you look stupid as I'm going to sue the out of you just for you being in here. You understand that? You do. You understand that? Good. You might as well leave. You look ugly as y'all don't even look like cops. Who the is this dude? A Nazi? >> No, I'm not a Nazi. >> You are a Nazi. [laughter] What do you do with fake teeth? >> Fake teeth? >> No, they're just your your teeth [music] are crazy, bro. >> Unfortunately, >> you got fake teeth and you're sad because I got better teeth than you. Lift up my face back and I'm I'm about to tell you what it is. >> All of a sudden, you're tough as with that badge, right? Tuck me in. Tuck me in. Right. >> That's why. I know where you live. >> Your friend me. You know where I live. >> Where I live? Say some police officer. >> Do not tuck me the back. My wrist hurt already. Let go OF THEM. THEY ARE. LET GO. LET GO. SO LET GO THEN. SAY SOME MAN. SAY SOME SAY SOMEING [ __ ] >> Nathan eventually calmed down a bit and they removed his safety restraints so he could be treated and so the medical staff could draw his blood. After being medically cleared, he was taken to the station where he once again went berserk. >> Let me go. >> I still have to do >> You want to go back at the rap? >> Yes, I still have to do the othering wag. Yo, stop. >> Where'd you put the rap? Good. >> It's all on camera. You dumb stupid. But all of a sudden, I can't breathe. RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, [screaming] RIGHT, RIGHT. >> BRO, I ain't done any If you continue to resist, I will tase you. >> So tase me then. >> Have a taser on you. If you continue, >> I don't give a >> I will tase you. >> I will break it on your se's face. >> Try me. I will break it on his face. >> STOP RESISTING RIGHT NOW. >> KEEP BENDING IT THEN. I'M GOING BREAK it on his FACE. >> YOU'RE TRYING TO >> I DON'T GIVE A You keeping it that way. I'm going break IT ON ALL Y'ALL'S FACE. TRY ME. >> [ __ ] TRY ME. TRY ME. GET IT. crime resist one more. >> Nathan was charged with a felony count of DUI, battery threat to an officer, bail jumping, misdemeanor counts of resisting obstructing, disorderly conduct, operating while revoked, and failing to install an interlock device. They released the man on a $500 bond, and he was arrested again three months later for similar charges. On the 28th of March, 2023, the cops were dispatched to a parking lot after reports of a stolen vehicle. And what should have been a routine questioning became the longest rambling of excuses in human history. >> Hi. >> Hello. >> I've got stuff, texts, and stuff cuz is it something to do with the van? >> I didn't hear the >> pulling me over actually because your van is reported stolen. >> Okay, it's not stolen. >> Okay, we still have to deal with that. That's okay. I can explain it to you. Do you want me to? >> Yeah. You kind of need to understand what's going >> Well, yeah. Okay. So, I have an issue. I'm on my way to Michigan with this van. >> Okay. >> Probably tomorrow morning. My daughter's in hospital. She's 27. She met a friend, a very nice guy. >> He's in his He's 35. So, he got arrested. He gave the police the keys to give to me and rather than get it told at the time, but I didn't know all the history. >> According to her, her daughter's friend gave her the keys to the van after he was arrested for unspecified crimes. The cops wanted the woman to get to the point here, but she just continued rambling incoherently. >> Gave me any letters signed that I can drive the van. Then I come across he's not contacting you lately. His dad is the same name. His dad is lying to you. His van is not in his dad's name. That kid is He's not a kid either. He's a full grown man. He's ready to come out and live with me here in Illinois and stay with me. And his mother, she's okay. Um he's he's not allowed to live at home with them because they have 120 weapons in the house. Whatever it is. Yeah. I don't I know like a lot, but I don't need to know a lot. >> So, I'm driving this. He knows I have this for >> I've put new tires on it. I have a couple toll boo tickets to pay that she sent me his mom. Like they all know I have the van. His dad comes along and says it's his gave me. >> Where's your driver? >> Well, that's expired. >> I'm not Where's your driver's license? >> I couldn't find it. I can look the trips to Michigan. You >> have anything with your name? >> I have I have emails and text messages. He's lying to you. credit cards. >> My apologies to you all for making you listen to that boring speech. They had to identify the woman and she identified herself as Rose, but said she didn't have any documents with her name on them. >> What's your last name? >> He can't be in for that long. You're waiting on his call. I'm not giving the van to add her last name. >> Seems to be very evasive. >> I'm not evasive. I'm trying to tell you everything out so that I'm being sincere. >> Why don't we understand that? trying to tell you everything. >> The records for the owner because the machine registration has a driver's license attached to the owner and it's the 37y old that's important stolen. Um but he's also wanted in Michigan, right? Michigan warrants. He's wanted in Michigan for receiving stolen property and cleaning looting and criminal or criminal trespass basically burglary and and apparently he's in a psych hospital right now, right? That's what she says. But she also just said she dropped off a friend in Skoi, but couldn't tell us where. And then when I asked specifically where, she said, uh, well, >> my friend drove home. I was driving. Friend of my husband's home to Skooki. And then >> couldn't tell tell us where. >> In addition to making outlandish claims, she continued saying she had no idea the car was stolen. They were trying their best to prove her identity, but they had no idea what she was rambling on about. The story is you're allowed to go and get a driver's license and be a what's it called? illegal alien illegal and I can do that. I'm from Ireland and I have also made a decision from I grew up in Ireland. So my immigration is going through the self in the army and I don't want to go down after I have grown children that are born in America. I have a husband over 20ome years. I don't want to go down and get the license that says I'm a non-citizen, which I could get today. So, I'm waiting for my IDs to get my other my replacement social security card. I've had a job getting it. And then I'm going to get the real license. So, I have an expired, but I haven't because I'm actually allowed to have driver's license, but it's just the crime that doesn't really suit me with my immigration. It wouldn't help. >> Trying to get answers from this woman was pretty much like pulling teeth. If she couldn't come up with some answers pretty soon, the cops might have to approach things differently. >> Listen, listen. >> We need to figure out what's going on. >> I'll let you. You got to listen to me talk. Yeah. So, until I'm done talking, please don't talk. Okay. >> We need to figure out what's going on. This car is reported stolen. Yeah. >> Your driver's license is expired since 2017. We need to figure all that out. After we figure all that out at the station, there is a very good possibility that you would leave without getting charged with anything. Okay? But we need, listen, >> we need to figure this all out. Okay? We can't do it here because there's no way in the world we're going to be able to do it here. We need phones and stuff like that and we're not calling from here with everybody around and everything. So, we're going to go back to the station. >> There's no need to get all worked up and anxious and upset. The cops handcuffed Rose and got ready to take her to the jail house. They saw some items in her vehicle that shouldn't have been there. As a result, they had some more back and forth with plenty of questions and excuses. >> That's That's not There's no open call in my >> We're going to try to locate the owner for sure, but we also are going to tow the car because it's technically a stolen vehicle out of Michigan. So, Michigan's gonna have >> It's not stolen. and you won't look at my phone and I'll prove it to you. Call the owner. >> I'm explaining to you how >> his name his full name is in my phone. Call him up. >> I would like to explain to you what's going on. >> We had to call the Michigan department that reported this and see what >> we call on Harvard. But you're towing it. I'm panicking. >> This is why I originally had it so it wouldn't get told me so much. >> Okay. Call police. say that it's on record. We're not going to do that right now. >> You're going to to make everyone pay a fortune and ruin our jobs for us. And all you have to do is >> just call the owner. >> Well, I can report anything stolen. Doesn't mean it really is. >> Okay. Okay. No, it's not stolen. If you call the owner, I'm telling you the owner's phone number's in my phone. >> The cops here were just wasting their breath. Even if they called the person who she said was the owner, it was impossible to verify their identity over the phone. Next up, Rose was taken to a nearby cruiser and taken away of the day. You guys are going to find out the real truth and you're not going to feel like I'm going to be patched. >> Yeah. No. Yeah. You're holding my arm. When you find out what a good life I've lived and how good I am to saving people's lives, you're going to feel like not the best. And also I'll just >> I don't care if it's reported stolen. The dad's total jerk with a house full of weapons which me myself I'm not really against but his his son can't live in the house with him as [music] common sense would tell you and he put us homeless. Yes, I'm holding on to the >> wait for my phones. >> Wait, I want an answer. My phone's coming. >> Yes, your cell phones are coming now. Go with this officer [music] >> and Do you bring me? >> You're going to go on the spot. >> Can you call my husband? >> We are going to handle all that at the station. I told you we can't handle that right here. Okay. >> They charged the woman with vehicular theft. But if you thought she made no sense, just wait till you get a load of our next suspect. On the 10th of June 2023, the cops were dispatched to a fire station after getting reports that two women were involved in a physical altercation. Allegedly, one woman tried to cleanse the other of her sins using oil. And when she did so, it quickly turned into a fist fight. >> Okay. And she don't like me. She been trying to get in my ministry, the House of Mercy. And I told her, I don't want no part of her because I don't have time to babysit. No home with students. They want don't want no help. You know, I'mma help keepers that want help. I'm helping people that want to help them. >> What lady? >> The one over there by the bus stop. >> Yeah. >> And she went that bad because when I went after her, she took off. Still trying to hit me with this bottle. And I ain't going to lie to you, I was on her. >> Mhm. >> But I really do believe in God because God says, "Get angry, but do not." The woman at the bus stop said she was minding her own business when the suspect, Terry, approached the woman talking crazy, but it was unclear what actually happened. Thankfully, there was a witness there to clear things up. >> She was talking to me about a revival, all kind of stuff. Super nice, super pleasant. >> And this lady jumped on her. >> Oh, I don't know. Okay. So, she walked off to the bus stop. Next thing I know, we're over here cutting grass >> and I'm running this other lady running across the street getting chased by this other lady >> and then she's got a Facebook >> I don't know in my hand. I don't know >> cuz I had just anointed the store up here. >> I don't know who >> she attacked me. I was sitting at the D bus stop waiting on bus fight. >> Okay. I came over here to get the get them to see who can be in my revival. Well, he told me in order for the revival, he sent me over there by my denny tower sister. >> Got anointed and didn't want to be >> what? >> It sounded like Terry had attempted to anoint the other woman with oil and clearly she was a little upset. >> Uh, you were coming up here to talk to them about your revival. >> Yeah. >> And so when did you see that woman over there? >> She come from around that tree. I was sitting on the bench and she came in my face called me all in my face. I don't even know you. Okay. >> I told you you wasn't going to be in my >> Okay. So, she uh you didn't see her following you this way cuz I wouldn't let her in the house. >> Me and him were cutting grass. I see her running away from her. >> So, I don't know if she splashed that chick, that chick got mad or that chick came up at her and she splashed her to get away from >> Yeah. We don't know how it went down. >> I guess >> they was chasing each other back over here. >> Calm her down or put her in handcuffs. either one. >> The cop's heads were spinning, trying to piece together a story that should have been simple. If Terry didn't calm down and cooperate soon, they'd have to restrain the woman till they got to the bottom of things. >> I seen her when she got on the bus and walked in >> and I seen she had the oil in my hand. >> Mhm. >> Okay, fine. I've had runins with her before last right here and she she had asked me to be in her revival and dance talking about a red and so her she was like well I don't want you to be in my revival no more all this kind of stuff I said I don't want to be a part of anything you got going on and next thing I know she got her finger in my face. >> Uhhuh. >> Pointing in my face like this. I just moved her hand out of my face. You >> just kind of shoved her hand out of the way. >> I moved her hand out my face. >> Finally, the cops were getting somewhere. The woman's testimony at the bus stop along with what other witnesses saw was enough for the cops to piece together the events that led to the altercation. >> The altercation started. What happened with the the ointment or the whatever? >> She attacked me right there. >> Right here. >> She attacked me when I went to the bus stop. I'm sitting down. >> You went over to the one over there. >> Yeah, cuz that's where I was at first before I came to talk to her. >> So you you're over there. >> I So she comes at you. Then you throw it at her. >> Yes. >> What she trying to do in my She called me a She said you ain't And then next thing I know, she clanging that oil, that glass. The glass broke. It's all in my face. >> That's what I That's what I was going to ask. Was that all over your face? So the fire the fire department said the same thing about slinging the oil on her and that. So slinging oil on you that's what caused it to start. >> Yeah. She oil on me. >> I said she at a minimum >> and then she slung it at >> she hit you >> and she Yeah. >> I mean she 766 got 1095. >> No she ain't punched me or anything. >> Simple battery for throwing that. >> Yeah. The glass bro. I said I'mma throw this goddamn oil on you if you don't get your back. And then I start bagging up right and I got these pants on. So I was stepping on my pants and then I stop throwing it. She said you ain't you ain't no man. So you ain't got no and just talking all kind to me. And I said girl you better back up. YOU BETTER GO ON BACK CUZ I KNOW WHERE I am. I know who I am. I ain't got proof to you. And then she just start swinging at me and I'm trying to holler help get the car just >> and so I'm bagging up and then that's when I start swinging down my put that on. I said >> with a confession from Terry to top things off. The cops had all they needed to make an arrest. They were done standing around listening to her ramble like a madman and it was just about time to make a drive to the station. >> What are you doing? Why are you locking me up? Terry, put your heart together. Okay. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my lord. >> Make it happen. >> Why are you putting all over me? >> Why are you handcuffing me? >> Yeah. >> Why are you handcuffing me, sir? >> Why are you handcuffing me? on that in a minute. Another officer's talking to the other side. >> I ain't did nothing to her. I was bagging up. She was attacking me. She hit me in my lip. See my lip? She hit me on THE SIDE OF MY FACE, TOO. >> OKAY, TERRY. >> I was getting attacked. What are you talking about? I SUPPOSE I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEFEND MYSELF. >> I have the right to defend myself by someone. Terry, have a seat. >> Sit down. We're not going to have this on the side of the road. Just sit down. Sit in there. And he's going to shut the door. So your pants don't get caught. Okay. >> With Terry secured in the back of a squad car, the officers searched her belongings. They thought they might find drugs on her, but surprisingly nothing turned up. The only thing left to do now was to get her down to the station to be processed further. >> So I ask you again, are y'all part of THE ILLUMINATI POLICE FORCE with Jim Jones? You ain't got answer, huh? >> I don't know who Jim Jones is, but okay. >> THE MAN THAT POISON ALL THE PEOPLE IN JONESTOWN, MAN. PLEASE. >> She was mad cuz I wouldn't in my praise. >> Only God told me only put preachers daughters and grandkids in my praise. >> I think she was upset because you threw the oil on her. >> No, I didn't go no damn oil on her until she put her hands on. >> She put her hands on me. Hit me in my face. >> She hit me in my face. She hit me in my face. She attacked me. She attacked me first. >> She attacked me first. I got a right to throw order on her. She attacked me first. I didn't throw the bottle. I threw oil to keep her. >> But I was swinging the oil while I was bagging up. How the hell am I going to order? I didn't even throw the oil. >> Terry, no more. We go. >> I was swinging the bottle trying to get off of me and then she told me they kept talking and attacking me until she made me trip. >> Terry, no more. >> Okay, >> no more. Good. >> All right. >> Terry was charged with simple battery. Law enforcement's a serious business, but not every encounter is a matter of life and death. Some encounters are simply absurd, ridiculous, and downright hilarious. And thanks to body cams, we can see what happens when the cops make the funniest arrest.
