we had a fight who's we my fian I gr what's his name Nick how old is he's right outside he's 42 I fell really hard and okay um somebody called the police and okay I I can't find my cigarettes and I want to okay do you care if I come in here with you talk to you you they on here yeah okay when the officers arrived it's easily noticeable that the room the woman is staying in is a total mess and she doesn't seem to be in a better State herself the woman isn't being very coherent and is quite emotional so this isn't off to a great start but how' you fall I um I I don't have a lot of balance in my and I really frustrated over that okay okay so describe the things that were said during this argument I was saying that he shouldn't have stay in the car all night okay it didn't matter because the lock was on the door okay and I went to sleep okay and so it wouldn't matter what h Amy my back okay how why is your back hurt my life all the officers are able to make out so far is the woman's immense distress they are trying to match the statements of the two but this would turn out to be harder than they anticipated he has one scratch on his eyeball you guys have come and I've had my a hickey but I did record the conversation of her saying like I did put my hands on you and stuff she doesn't have a car so I basically gave her the option of I will take you back to your hometown or I'm going to call the police like I need her out she be takes my phone so I can't contact anyone so I told my best friend I said look here's my address if I don't respond I I need you to call the police within x amount of time so like cuz in I kept looking out the window waiting for you guys and she would not come and basically like I said she puts her hands on me she screams takes my phone and I even locked her outside for a little bit just to try to see if her mom would come and pick her up something like that the victim was visibly shaken up when the officer met her outside the apartment because the girlfriend choked her the cops have enough reason to confront Michaela who was refusing to leave their apartment I'm a paration officer so like that's why I'm trying to just do this the right way I don't want any other trouble I just want her out and obviously this like this is not okay I can't go to work and help my clients when I'm also dealing with this at home so everything she literally created new social media accounts to get a hold of me like text now numbers to get a hold of my number and she had her brother drop her off here and basically ever since I was a felony charge the more we learn about what the abuser did the more it becomes clearer that she's not going to get away easily and it sounds like she already knows that as well how long do you think I'd be in jail for for what whatever I don't know what the charge would be whatever happen I mean it all depends uh I can't give you any realistic cuz I'm not a judge or nothing like that right so I don't really know where this Falls or or what's going going on or even if she wants any charges or anything like that so it's hard to give you kind of any information on that once we kind of get a clear view we can kind of tell you what's going to happen if anything she was saying that this has happened before though no I didn't put my hands on her before but the cops did get called here before yeah if this is already the second time the cops were called to help settle issues between the two women then they should have ended the relationship the first time how would it go because I'm not the what he was stabbing the tires with kitchen knife a kitchen knife okay was that already in the vehicle does he normally carry a knife on him yeah okay um and you saw him stabbing the tires okay and then how did you get to here we were over by Pace High School we had gotten cops called at the Wilderness Landing okay we were trying to figure out where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do and I said well why why don't you let me drive you haven't slept you know why don't you close your eyes for a little bit I've slept a couple hours cuz we been driving around all night it turns out the couple just recently settled a court case for domestic battery where she ended up dropping the charges because he promised her that he was going to change while she clearly made a big mistake she later regrets it and realizes he just manipulated her I thought you were just screaming for your mom yeah that I was screaming for Mom that's kind of weird to do what do you mean I Bo you're 21 this is the gentleman that's seen at first kind of intervene car the car pulled up right at the corner right there and I saw him kind of he was using his elbows and hands to kind of beat on the windshield I think he shattered it with his elbow and then she let him in the car and then at that point I was already kind of getting out and I saw her or saw him hit her and her head kind of went into the to the the driver side window and that's when I interv okay so she was in the driver's seat at the time that she was hit um do you remember was it like a close fist like a punch or slap it had to be a close fist her head recoiled but I didn't see it okay so you saw the motion of him like swinging at her several times several I just saw the one hit that that got her pretty solid and at that point I I P if this neighbor didn't intervene it's possible that the woman would have suffered more severe injuries so he's not just a witness he's a real hero the damage in her car was already strong proof that the victim was telling the truth but with the neighbor statement matching her story the victim could build a really strong case I'm just going to ask you a couple questions okay do you remember about how many times he hit you in the face he's hit me so much in the head I can't remember anything I feel like I concussion okay do you remember if you lost Consciousness I did this morning when he busted my lip when we left the campsite he was upset because I started yelling at him he was getting mad and frustrated because I wasn't helping him pack I was worried about the animals and trying to keep them in the car and I screaming at me and yelling at me and then he started destroying my car you know you got the adrenaline going right now you got hit you know there's a lot more that could be going on so and like I said they they can document all this bruising all this stuff and you can't see what's going on inside yeah I mean they need they probably need to scan your head and make sure okay you can have internal injuries that you can't see or feel can I wait until my mom gets here how where is she coming from peace okay thank for the girl is finally receiving Medical Care since she badly needed it we wouldn't be surprised if she had a concussion as well even though she feels better now and wants to take care of her animals there's no way of knowing how severe her injuries are unless she's taken to the hospital she made me run from the cops last night sheally turned off the lights and run okay we got to like Alabama for some reason cuz I was driving in the dark and I can't see well cuz I have bad eyesight and like halfway to one eye and a stigmatism also okay I'm choking up sorry I got that's okay so we had turn all the way from Alabama and on the way back from there we started arguing again and she bit me I just didn't want to go near people I wanted to spend all day with her today I grew up watching my stepdad beat my mom and I think of him as a monster and I can't live with myself like that and I told her I'd like to spend my day with you than by myself CU she was going to leave me here as soon as I did it I started realizing what I did cuz I I black out whenever I get like that so I didn't take my medicine day I have anxiety and I almost something depression medicine I didn't take any of this today we ain't eating today so we both probably hry being hangry is probably the most ridiculous reason for abuse that we have ever heard and his sob story isn't earning him any sympathy either while the victim later confirms that she indeed bit him she said it was her only way she could defend herself don't mad at you I just left that there me um sorry tell I'm sorry so many people love you I just don't understand I got to do some things with okay I'm sorry I close love sorry I love you that has got to be one of the worst cases of codling we have ever seen hugs and positive affirmations are the last thing he needs now but it's clear that this enabling mother is one of the biggest problems causing his behavior okay so this is um just some resources in case you need it okay instructions on how to take out an injunction if you need it however the judge could issue a no contact stipulation um however if you need further protection um also some shelters as well some resources uh counseling services um domestic violence shelters okay do we need to take pictures so I already took pictures of her vehicle um and her injuries okay technically speaking are you comfortable with me talking in front of your mom okay I just want make sure before I know there was an incident that happened in Okaloosa last night into this morning technically speaking you can file charges there for what happened it's great that the cop takes the time to provide the girl with all the information and resources she needs to protect herself as for the abuser he was charged with resisting arrest criminal damage to property and domestic battery the woman filed an injunction against him but he violated this days later he was arrested again on a warrant for this a month later on the 4th of January 2024 police received a distressing active 911 call where a man in a woman could be heard screaming and children could be heard crying the officers were dispatched to a local trailer home to investigate and this is what happened next hello hey you guys ain't arguing are you no we're all right are you okay what are we arguing about he's drunk he hurt me and the kids I want him the [ __ ] out of here okay we'll get inside here before we can go heat the inside or outside up he tore the kids's door off I'm tired of warning him I'm tired of threatening him he's not getting it I can't do it no more I I can't and he thinks it's funny no I don't think it's funny I can't do it no more I love him me the death but he's [ __ ] me up I can't do it what what did he hurt you how did he hurt you he kep hting me m punching me when kids I can't do it you guys I I mean suspicious that the man denies everything at first but the wife quickly lets the cops know that everything is in fact not fine she breaks down over his behavior and even though he has only responded briefly we noticed that it's only been taunting and mocking do I have to show him the door do I have to arue with me we're going to look at it so there I mean I can't I can't do this tell her I can't the door we admire this mom for standing up for her children when the husband was being abusive and aggressive the baby is quite calm though which tells us that he sees this kind of shouting and drama even lost chunks of hair in the fight proving just how serious and extreme the situation was let him out of our life permanently he's just going to come back and hurt us even more well then you need seems like she's made up her mind that she wants the man gone permanently and this is definitely the best decision no kid deserves to grow up in an abusive and unstable home and they would all be wrong with that the fact that his kid doesn't want to sit with him either and squirms away from him is quite telling her hair's falling out and everything else me your hair's falling out yeah there clumps of hairs backer just keep coming going going in the back for a minute e open my my question is why do you want your kids to grow up that way absolutely not then why are you doing it is it all on me tonight I think it is yeah I don't believe so well she got away from the situation you ripped the door off the hinges and threw it so that would suggest that maybe you're a little bit more off the hinge than her okay I mean you know what maybe I need to leave tonight oh you're leaving with us go and turn around no I don't handc to jail for domestic violence you can't do what you do no I didn't domestic violence anybody the man couldn't defend himself from the allegations the door was ripped and the woman has clumps of hair as evidence while he tried suggesting that she has faults too he can't seem to prove it at this point he's identified as the primary aggressor so the cops had to cuff him I mean are you for real you got shoes I mean yeah yeah I I even did it with a straight face yeah I'm I'm for real where's your shoes at I mean I I I I was there was no domestic violence simple question please answer it where are your shoes I I want a simple question myself man you're going to have me arrested for domestic violence and I [ __ ] there was no domestic violence why don't she get arrested for domestic violence what what did you tell us that she did something well absolutely she comes to me and [ __ ] throw at me and like that tonight absolutely man you haven't said any of that well I mean you said nothing was going on I mean I got kids in here are you going to get your ID out that's not a yeah but get it out she can't come and do that to me and I'm the only one that's getting arrested you didn't say any of that happen cuz it didn't come onid just stop FOC go how many times someone got to tell you to go Focus point I'll let you write a statement and if the Court decides to charge her they can charge her she's not going to jail tonight she's going to stay with the babies that's some [ __ ] dude so at first he said there was no domestic violence then he claims she was violent towards him the cop caught that inconsistency in his statement so quickly Shifting the blame on the victim is a tactic we see all too often from domestic abusers unfortunately for him this doesn't work on the cops this is my house I pay all the bills here okay she nothing that doesn't matter she can't come at me and swing on me and think I get arrested for it well you keep adding things so I'm trying to figure out I'm just keeping up with you put your shoes on or you can go and stock and feet it doesn't matter to me I'm trying to be nice to you well I'm trying to be nice too man okay I just want you put understand where I'm coming I hear what you're saying no you don't I do but if if it was such a problem when she was doing all that you should have called us and you didn't there are very few things as infuriating as someone who justifies their abuse because they pay about it okay cuz when I was trying to get to the bedroom and when he was forcing himself through the door MH before he forced himself through the door I had hunter in this arm and the baby in my arms okay and he's just swinging away with my head man okay you you might look up for me i' like to look at your neck okay he's so violent man just when when he when just have a seat for me while he tried suggesting natural hairfall to be responsible for the clump of hair earlier he wouldn't be able to explain the bruises on her neck that easily the poor woman has multiple marks showing his abuse while he has none I know this has probably been going on for a while right I have picture every single time I've been documenting every single time I time I can really only help you if you know the exact much else left to do after the woman is informed of what she needs to do and it's clear that she already has quite a strong case against him the man was transported to county jail and charged with domestic violence and strangulation it was a hot and sunny day when officers received calls about a suspicious male walking along the main road they responded promptly to find a man in distress and having difficulty breathing what's going on man what's up um some people had called and they said that they saw you walk and they were just concerned that you were going to get hit is everything all right yeah I was supposed to waiting for my wife to come pick me up and I have freaking asthma and I can't breathe and she lives down by that store so I had to walk I'll be out with that mail just north of 9562 956 at the end at the store she lives down there uh what's your wife's name uh Jesse okay you guys are married no we're we're Eng okay and she's supposed to be coming to pick you up she registration thing and I messed up for so many years and they sent me to prison and I got out and I'm only got four month three months left and I'm finished with everything okay who's your PO uh it's you I forget which way you told me to turn it's a reverse pivot offline on five okay well she already began to falter in the horizontal gaze nagus test it was the walk and turn test that confirmed the arrest her for physical control of a vehicle which is somewhat similar to an OVI she's not happy about it but unlike many others at least she doesn't resist her boyfriend doesn't take the news lightly he was going to get hit thought it was a little suspicious but the neighbor already had Jesse's dad on the line and she's been informing him of everything this was good timing though but it's hilarious how the neighbor looks a bit enthusiastic like she's excited that there's a bit of drama in the neighbor Hood I said some of the things that you're having me do I may not be able to do because of my back yeah and I don't know this is crazy house locked up I don't want him there uh well I don't know if the uh front door is unlocked or locked or whatnot I don't know I told sh did not want at my house Mike the I don't what was your name man Robin Robin said that she's going to lock the house up or she'll make sure that it's locked if you're okay with that her dad seems more concerned with ensuring that Marcel knows he isn't welcome before the cop takes the woman to jail Marcel grabs the chance to give his girlfriend a piece of his mind I'm sorry this happened bro it's ridiculous we should not be fighting like this at [ __ ] 4 in the morning man you got to stop this I didn't mean for this to happen man crazy man a [ __ ] handcuffs what the am I supposed to do look
