cops are trained to carry out their civic duties professionally while maintaining order but what happens when these same cops go against these expectations pushing things way too far while performing blackmail suspect violently grabbed the throat of a fellow female officer this unprofessional act later led to him being charged with four crimes related to this incident including battery and assault this somebody I'm police they doing somebody please help me stop st this is a traffic stop that occurred in September 2021 between Dayton police officers and a disabled paraplegic black man in the recorded body cam video the black suspect can be heard explaining that he couldn't follow the officer's orders to step out of his vehicle however his pleas seemed to fall on deaf ears as one of the officers kept threatening to pull him out of the vehicle if he didn't comply I'm a iot step out of the car I cannot step out of the you can get out the car you got in the car hey bro can you come down the street to um Ferguson and gr the police just pulled me over they trying to make me get out the car and I'm telling them I'm a paric I can't get out the car without no help these mother trying to they on some bu just come down the street bring some people with cameras come down the street come bring cameras and bring just bring somebody so they can witness what's going on I'm not getting out I just told you I'm a paric I cannot get out I do not have to I do not have to can you call your white shirt please if you pull me out of here you better expect the thing I'm going to pull you out and into an arrest involving the use of excessive force with the officer suddenly slamming the student to the ground while making the arrest the arresting officer claimed the student had been resisting morning of March 4th 2022 around 6:00 a.m. Deputy Michael McMaster of the paing County Sheriff's Office responded to a report about a suspicious individual trying to break into a vehicle in the Evans Mill subdivision the suspect was described as wearing a hoodie and a backpack upon arrival Deputy McMaster spotted 30-year-old Tyler caneris walking near the entrance of the subdivision fitting the description given by Dispatch when Deputy McMaster approached canaris and instructed him to remove his backpack and place his hands behind his back canaras repeatedly refused to comply here is how the the next case takes the use of force in making an arrest even farther Bravo 15 uh we have one gunshot victim officers are code for Bravo it code for fors to move in at this point Bravo 15 I need units here we got a lot of people here this is 61-year-old shoplifting suspect Richard Lee Richards who had left a Walmart store without paying for a toolbox when a Walmart employee noticed Richards leaving without payment they followed him into the parking lot and asked if he had a receipt in response Richards brandished a knife at the employee when Tucson police officers arrived on the scene the body cam footage released by the Tucson Police Department shows officer Ryan Remington confronting Richards who was in a motorized wheelchair despite Richards having his back to the officer and not appearing to pose an immediate threat Remington who after this incident got fired opened fire shooting Richards nine times and killing him he got his knife in his other hand okay not go to the store
