part of a plea agreement welcome to Port St Lucy Florida where an officer from Port St Lucy police department has stopped 19-year-old Dylan Morgan's vehicle the officer has noticed that Morgan's car Morgan took off footage shows police officers attempting to chase after Morgan but losing him off Cherry Hill Road officers say he returned to the scene and was taken into custody C Morgan is charged with possession of marijuana under 20 G resisting with violence and aggravated battery he was also cited for his tinted windshield and tail lights as well as an altered exhaust for our final clip of
