Today we head to Washington state courtesy of Sergeant Pepper Spray where this annoying TikTok lawyer/sovereign citizen gets his window ripped out by a Washington cop with his bare hands. This arrest stems from a school crosswalk incident the previous day when a dad arrived to pick up his child. >> Get back in your car. Shut up. >> This surveillance video from Glacier View Junior High shows a man drive towards a crosswalk where a crossing guard is helping children. The crossing guard tries to stop him, but the driver disregards the command. Throughout this incident, a child who appears to be looking down at their phone is in the crosswalk at the time. This incident was reported to the school resource officer who discovered the suspect appeared to have posted his own video to social media. >> Shut up. There was no one crossing. >> Deputies also say the man was driving with a suspended license. >> You tried stepping in the way of my car? God. >> According to the police reports, staff at the school have a history with this particular dad and generally try to avoid him because of quote the vulgarity of his outbursts. Anyway, the police review the video, get a sworn written statement from the crossing guard, confirm his suspended license, and then move in to make contact and make an arrest that puts this deputy into the Corporal Riggin Hall of Fame. >> Cool. You can clearly see that the person that I know made the report stepped in front of my vehicle while I was moving, while impeding my flow of travel. And I've got evidence against your claims sitting right there in your front seat. Oh, unless you try to delete it. Is that what you guys plan to do? Delete the video? Love it if you guys did that. I know it. >> He was charged with reckless driving, driving suspended, and obstruction resisting arrest. At the station, he failed to complete the booking in process. He was trespassed from the school and provided with a copy of the criminal trespass notice and school district notice of trespass effective through June 30th, 2027.
