called a clue when I'm doing the speed limit you pass me that that would be a a very obvious indicator of you with you like I said I might have been but I don't remember but okay initially it looked like a normal traffic stop but things are starting to escalate and then you're were saying about my tent but I'm pretty sure the tent's not ilal uh I guarantee you it is the state law is 28% and cautioned a young individual riding his bike around the shopping center Mr stone asserts that James purportedly pepper sprayed him and caused damage to his camera subsequently Mr James called the you're wondering how things escalated to the point where a citizen is asking to be willingly put in handcuffs well you are about to get the full story and the moral lesson is that you will only ask to Amendment for those who don't know the first amendment protects the freedom of speech which includes the right to film or record in public spaces officer fiser during the encounter doesn't seem to provide Mr Gray the chance to explain why was he filming observe what happens next so what I'm going to do is do a report on this incident to rule you out as potential stalker for one of the employees if any of these employees get their vehicles damaged or anything I need to know where to look because it's not normal for somebody to be filming people exiting a hospital for all I know listen let me that's him on July 23rd 2021 a man recorded a traffic stop on the Nevada Highway conducted by Trooper Boer of the Nevada Highway Patrol the trooper had pulled over the man's coworker whose vehicle he had been following the man pulled over behind the Troopers vehicle to wait for the traffic stop to conclude so they could continue their Journey however things took an unexpected turn as Trooper Boer attempted to assert his authority during the stop the interaction began with the man questioning whether he was also being pulled over alongside His companion who was accused of speeding at 87 mph the man denied the accusation stating that he had his cruise control on Trooper Boer insisted on seeing his driver's license in registration leading to a debate about the legality of the Stop and the disorderly conduct however the cops were about to get a dose of their medicine an internal investigation showed that officers Rodriguez Thor and wear had violated five three and one department policies respectively officers Rodriguez and Thor were issued corrective actions which they didn't complete and were thus terminated no I don't need get away from my car get away from my car it's not alleged call that reported a suspicious vehicle that was parked along the public Street somewhere in Upper chitester Pennsylvania watch how the encounter follows between the driver of the vehicle and
