spit on me on April 1st 2024 officers were called to an apartment complex due to reports of a domestic violence issue and a naked woman who was locked outside her apartment there somebody staring at the guy stand in the window on female standing in the kitchen 5T away see want to come to the door stand by the oven yeah family Police [Music] Department no the the guy was standing right here oh staring at me through the slits right there yeah and then she walked by and went into the kitchen and then he followed her in there and he's standing in front of the oven now or in front of the dishwasher or something like that and she's further back in be you on the door like that did you want to answer the door all I answer you be on the door that there's no there's no reason there's no reason for you to beat on the door like that for okay no reason at all no reason there a baby in here sleeping there's no reason at all for you to be on the door like that no reason at all okay who okay okay and then I didn't even try if it was to see if it was open or anything you just kind of hung out outside for yes I hid behind my car okay so no one would see me why did you hide just I the oh okay cuz you were you completely naked or just like underwear I had the shirt on you had this okay okay and then underwear so I felt pretty naked but I wasn't fully naked okay but he it wasn't his fault I went outside it was me going outside just to be Petty like I definitely did start the argument he was screenshot other pictures girls so I was being petty and arguing with him okay and then I didn't stop the arguing okay and then I just walked outside I didn't walk I kind of took a few steps and then the door pushed it wasn't a knock down drag out or anything like that no no I wasn't her like are you guys married no how long have you lived together um we've lived together since December but we've been together for about a year now okay so dating for your Lov other since December do you have kids together no but he his dad isn't involved takes care of my kid like it's his kid what's uh is it a boy yes what's his name Mata we've dealt with a lot of cops before so I just know he wouldn't physically spit on a cop okay and for North like North Baltimore for instance they're very race racial and we've had incidents with them with Xavier so would rather just keep him protected there was a discrepancy we weren't sure which apartment we weren't sure where the caller lived so that's why we wanted to talk to you guys it's always better to just at least answer and be like hey this is what happened you don't want to tell us anything beyond that that's on you guys I know just Cooperative or and I understand you know you've had you guys have lived here you've only lived in Finley since December yeah okay is this the first time dealing with us yeah okay so we're not bad people to deal with we just try to get to the bottom of everything and get something that way nobody says well you guys didn't do anything so um as long as you're okay baby's okay he was okay we just typed up that we were out here so all right um he don't have a domestic violence charge no I think he was arrested for obstruction um since yeah okay so you're not injured you weren't like crying you weren't like screaming for us you you know said you weren't willing to talk you gave me a quick statement I don't think that there's much more it was a domestic um situation or whatnot uh a domestic dispute that's what the state anytime two people went in a relationship live together they can considered a domestic dispute rather than domestic violence so domestic violence is when there's actual violence physical violence somebody's hurt or um somebody makes a comment or statement that uh like if he were to say I'm going to [ __ ] you up I'm going to put you in the hospital you know you're scared and say I was scared for my life I ran outside I didn't have any pants on I had just a shirt you know he wouldn't let me back inside I thought he was going to hurt me that's called the C-section the threat of um uh bodily harm or death great bodily harm Serious injury things like that that's still domestic violence even though nobody put hands on each other the threat of causing okay somebody harm or injury or death um the stuff want been considered domestic violence okay so at this point I don't believe that he's under arrest for domestic um so it'll just be the obstruction just trying to talk trying to figure things out so like I said we'll have him give you a call let you know one way or the other he make call and say hey come pick me up okay so it might be a little bit I mean fig 20 30 minutes just depending on how Cooperative he is but he's probably not going be coopertive before I Happ in give him some time then he will be sounds that's usually how how everybody is you know you get them down there and you get them a couple minutes to relax and yeah they are
