Now, you're going to jail. COME HERE. YOU TOUCHED HIS PROPERTY. YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. GET OUT OF THE CAR. YOU'RE GOING to jail. You're going to jail. Get out of the car. Oh. Oh, no. >> the car. Oh. Hold on. Get out of the car. Help! Get out of the car. Help! No, you're going to jail. Get out OF THE CAR. AND uh one of the officers stuck his finger near my What was that? The cops encounter people on a regular basis who think the law doesn't apply to them. And when their delusions collide with law enforcement, the results are often brutal. In encounters like those, the cops make it crystal clear that they have absolutely no time for sovereign citizen antics. You are going to identify yourself, and if you refuse to, I'm going to remove you from the vehicle and I'm going to place you under arrest. >> Tonight, I identified myself as a How? state national. >> Okay. So, get out of the vehicle. Come on. On the 11th of January, 2025, cops in Florida pulled over a female driver for multiple traffic violations. However, her bad decision-making didn't end there because she refused to identify herself, saying she was a so-called state national, which is basically code for being a sovereign citizen. Can you roll the window down, please? Hey, how are you? I'm all right. Hey, I'm Officer Massey. I'm stopping the vehicle for two different reasons. First reason is your license is suspended. Okay. And secondly, your headlights are not on and it's raining outside. Go ahead. Did you know that your license was suspended? My tags are supposed to be on a Mazda. Say what? Uh could you call a sergeant? No, I cannot. Do you have Charlie K. King? >> You're more than welcome to call 435-1845 and request one, but he's not going to come out just for you requesting to talk to him. I'm I'm perfectly capable of of doing my job, okay? Um do you have any any questions in reference to why I stopped you? Okay, so I'll need three things from you. Your license, your registration on the vehicle, and your insurance. Say again? I don't conspire in business. I don't know what that means, ma'am. I don't conspire in your business. I do not understand. I don't answer. Okay. Do you have a driver's license? The woman said that she didn't conspire in business. Sovereign citizens often say that, and they assume that as private citizens, they can travel anywhere they want to without following any of the rules or regulations. But this officer had heard it all before. So, ma'am, this is going to go >> State national. I don't care. Okay. So, listen, this is going to go one way and one way only. Okay? You are going to identify yourself, and if you refuse to, I'm going to remove you from the vehicle, and I'm going to place you under arrest. >> I'm not refusing. You are. Because I'm not from Okay. You're in violation of two Florida state statutes, and you have to provide your license, or you have to identify yourself. You have not done either of those. Okay. Sure. So, here's the deal. Okay? I'm going to I'm going to give you one more chance, okay? To provide your identification. And if you don't, you're going to jail. Cuz I'm a super I'm I'm super nice, right? If you just provide your ID, you know, you might just get a warning, you know? But when when behavior like this this continues, I'm more likely to write site you. Okay. So, you have to identify yourself. Sure. How? Okay. The officer made sure his position was clear. Regardless of the driver's beliefs or background, she'd been operating a vehicle on a roadway in Florida, and in the process, committed traffic violations. Somehow though, the cop knew how this was going to end. So, get out of the vehicle. Come on. Get out of the vehicle. Turn away from me. Turn away from me. Turn around. Hands on your back. Interlock your hands like you're praying. Got you. Ma'am, will you fill this sheet out for me, okay? I'll come back and talk to you. 1 minute. Take a step to your right, please. Take a step to your right, please. I don't want you to get soaked and all soaking wet. Is there anyone else in here besides Hey baby, you okay? Okay, just 1 second, okay? I'll walk her back. If you'll just stand with her, I think we'll be good with that. Ma'am, if you have anything on your person you're not supposed to have Okay. Over here. I'd like to give you notice. >> Hey, Officer Thompson. Swap with me, please. And if you'll search her She They're They're okay. I'm not worried about them. They've been chill the whole time. >> I'd like for you to take notice that I've I've, you know, like you know >> The passenger confirmed she was a friend of the driver and that the child was the driver's. At that point, the driver still hadn't been identified. Having a child in the vehicle only complicated matters more. There's a kid in the back seat, too. Her her child. She's in the back of my car currently. She's a kid in the back seat. Um I don't really know what to do about that. She also has a passenger that she I don't know. I have I haven't even got positive on her yet. I ran the plate. It comes back to a female who kind of I mean kind of looks like her. I'm unable to I haven't looked at that yet. Her license is also not valid for whoever that is, whoever the vehicle belongs to. Black female around her age, looks like her. I don't Yeah. Once again I gave her a few minutes. If she does not, we'll have to contact DCF to see if they [snorts] can take custody of the kid in the meantime. She's just got a few minutes to think about it before we decide. I I would love to do that for you. Not for arrest or for her. Is Billy's for your Is your Is it Is your dad's number 418? >> listening. Okay. Well, that chance is ended. We're just going to do the DCF out there. The officer here was gracious, saying the child's father could come and pick her up. The driver, however, just couldn't be reasoned with. Even after the officer warned the woman that child services would have to be called, she was still refusing to cooperate. This is kidnapping and it's coercion to threaten me behind the well-being of my daughter. Yeah. >> Are you aware of that? Are you upset because you feel that you don't have the correct information? I'm entitled to that. You're entitled to nothing. Excuse me? You're saying I don't have rights? You do. Okay. But I don't If I don't want to let you speak to them, I'm not going to. >> [snorts] >> Well, you were you were nasty from [music] the beginning of the car. Oh, was I really? I think I've actually very nice. >> No, you weren't. You didn't I found positive on her. But she's habitual, too. >> Oh, that's why. >> [snorts] >> So, Martin 8121 Yeah, that's why. Well, I told you I wasn't driving. And you're a habitual traffic offender, too, so. I'm not a traffic offender. Yeah, you're a habitual traffic offender, so you're going to get a felony for that, too. Once the officer ID'd the suspect, everything began to make sense. As things turned out, she was a habitual offender, and that was the reason that she didn't want to give her ID. Hey. My proper paperwork Question for you. is home, and Miss Rivers can provide that once Miss Rivers take possession of this vehicle as well, so we don't have to tow it. I don't I don't I don't want to have to tow it. There's no problem with Okay, cool. I appreciate you watching me. Hey, uh she's good with her taking the car. Then Rapid City cover story. That's fine. You're very nasty, young man. 21,680 I disagree, but hey, every >> I don't know. Everyone's able to have their own opinion. 211097 What? You can't up and because You know why? You know why I decided not to allow you to do any of that? Because of your behavior and how you're acting. You don't You don't deserve anything right now. The suspect claimed that just because she wasn't yelling or resisting physically, she'd done nothing wrong. It's interesting how she carefully chose to highlight certain elements of the interaction, but failed to mention that she refused to identify herself or provide the necessary paperwork. None of those words were said. Yep. Oh, really? Does he? Okay, interesting. Okay. Sure. Hacking and coughing? That's interesting. Got you. That's a new one. We'll be all right. 100%. Hey, let me ask you this. Do you also own a white Honda? Your daughter said you did. She said you put the license plate from that car on the one you just got stopped in. I would assume cuz that one's valid. Oh, really? That's another good way to go to jail. All you think though? Yeah. As usual, she was just a typical sovereign citizen trying to hide her wrongdoings between bogus legal claims and misunderstandings of common law. She was taken to the jailhouse where she was charged with resisting without violence and driving on a revoked or suspended license. More often than you'd think, sovereign citizens print out fake license plates and stick them on their vehicles. On the 7th of March, 2025 in Florida, deputies there stopped one such vehicle. What started out as a routine traffic stop quickly became a clash of two realities. One of them was real and the other one, well, we'll let you be the judge. How we doing? Good. How are you? >> I'm good. I'm I'm Deputy Gow in the Sheriff's Office. I'm interested in your license plate. What's going on with that? It's it's part of the DOT. Okay. Basically, what I'm doing is we're just I'm I'm a pastor. Okay. In the ministry. And so, we're doing the whole um we're separating as far as off of the actual corporation of the United States. I'm you know, and so we're kind of separating that way. So, it's out of the jurisdiction, but we just travel in peace. Okay, I'm not I'm not familiar. I haven't heard of that before. [music] We're just traveling in private. vehicle Not a actually not a motor vehicle, but actually private auto. Okay. Do you have a driver's license on you? I don't. Because we're turning that in and and and because we're separating from that corporate tie. So, we're not part of that whole theft protection thing that that the motor vehicle department stands. And we're not traveling in commerce. Okay. Well, he was certainly throwing out a lot of those sovereign citizen buzzwords. Radicals like this guy are often under the false impression that they can just declare themselves simply traveling in peace and therefore, they're no longer under legal jurisdiction or subject to the laws of the state regarding driving. I do have a license that I haven't turned in yet. Okay. Can I mean, but I'm not obligated to give that identification, but I work peacefully. So, I I you know, I'm I'm not I'm not rebellion. I just [snorts] I know this is new to you. I'm just I'm trying to get to work. I'm obeying all the things and stuff like that, but I have to get to work. >> Hey, hey George. It's 7:00. I can barely hear you with the window just partially open and traffic I can barely hear what's going on. He's being cooperative so far. We got no issues, but I he's not going to identify himself. So, Okay. I'm trying to figure >> Well, I I can verbally say I'm George. I'm I'm a Okay. So, so you know there's probably about a million Georges, right? Yeah. Okay. So, we we need to know exactly who you are. Just saying your name George doesn't identify who you are. We have to be able to positively identify you as your specific identity. Because Don't buy George. Like I said, there's there's a million of Georges, okay? The second officer explained to the man in very simple terms that in Florida anyone operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway must have a driver's license. And when asked by law enforcement, they also have to identify themselves. Do you have anything with your with your full name or any kind of documentation? But I don't want to step in under the jurisdiction of the corporation. I was explaining to him I Okay. Because I'm just acting as a as a free human. I'm traveling to work doing My only statement is that I'm not actually operating a motor vehicle. >> You So, okay. So, I'm on a private auto. It is a motor vehicle. It is a vehicle with four wheels and a motor and it is propelled on the roadway by not your feet. It is a motorized vehicle, okay? But by definition in the UCC codes even it's a private automobile. Okay. It's not, okay? You're going by by stuff that is written a hundred years ago and has changed and updated since the time you want to You you're trying to quote us by, okay? It really isn't. It's the UCC code. That's what they're going by. So, the car come back Who's car going to I No, the the tag's not legit. It's Okay. a paper tag that's for hire or not not for No, it's it's it's not for hire. It's a private automobile and it's it's registered with the It's registered with the DOT. It's okay. Okay, well, he's going to run the VIN and we're going to try and figure out what's going on. I'm going to tell you. I'm not sure what you're talking about. I've never seen that tag before and you're not identifying yourself. The deputies informed the man, whose name is George, that he was now being detained so they could verify his identity. But instead of being forthcoming, he kept derailing the conversation. As a result of his behavior, everything just went back and forth with no resolution in sight. Do you have a picture of an ID or anything? Here's me baptizing my wife. >> Okay, that's not that's not that's not an ID. I'm not committing any crime against my fellow You are. You're creating a a motor violation. It is a motor violation. Uh a crime we have crimes. I can arrest people for criminal citations in as far as motor as far as traffic violations. There are criminal citations, okay? So, Giovanni Richard [music] gave him a warning in September for expired tag. His tag expired in May. So, it's time for Yeah, it's time for a ticket today. And so, if you want to give a ticket, then you can give a ticket. He said he's no no crime against his fellow man. I was like, well, no, this is a crime against traffic violations. Cuz you're violating It's a traffic violation, but that's if I'm so operating a motor vehicle commercially. Now, let's let's have a let's have a discussion cuz now I'm curious. >> Yeah. Yeah, you you hold a valid driver's license. Yes, and I'm turning in that Ian right now with the with the plate. Despite the man's continued rambling, the cops did manage to identify him. Even so, technically, he was still refusing to provide ID. Just on the basis of that, they had grounds to arrest him, not to mention his fraudulent license plates, which under Florida law amounted to a felony. Hey, you know the other best thing? He just taped this to the valid license plate to the Florida. That's what I was asking him. When did this charade just randomly When he got his last citation. The problem is is we're not going to come to a resolution if we give him a ticket and he drives off. He still can't drive off because he doesn't have a valid registration for the vehicle. But it's No, cuz then you're detaining, then you're kidnapping. No, it's not kidnapping. >> me because I'm a private individual and I'm not following your jurisdiction. >> I'm asking you to provide that. So, right now I'm just having a conversation with him while you look for that, okay? Anybody can travel. It's It's It's us again. It's a free Like you as a flesh and blood, you should be able to travel and walk and ride anywhere you want privately. Okay. You shouldn't be inhibited. If you're inhibited, then you become You're a slave and you're not free to do those things. >> So, So, what decide What What point in your life did you decide to convert to this this belief? Well, it's not converting to a belief. It's just I've learned about it. Truth be told, the cops already made their mind up on what to do with him and they were just passing time till their sergeant arrived. And as soon as he did, it was time for the next step. All right, George, will you do us a favor? Will you step out and have a chit-chat? Can't let you discuss right here. >> No, we're going to get out of the car, okay, George? Okay, come on. No, no, you're not You're not supposed to detain me. Come on, George. Don't make it You don't have to make it harder than it is. Let's just come on out, okay? Stop reaching for things, okay? >> I'm going right here on the I just I'm going on the road. Okay, let me see your Face the vehicle. >> Face the vehicle. >> For what? Face the vehicle. I'm I'm cool. Hands behind your back. Wait a minute. What the >> No, hands behind your back. This is detainment. It absolutely is detainment, okay? We'll explain everything here in just a minute. So, we already explained the reason for the stop. Okay? So, we don't have to explain that again? Now you're being detained for refusing to identify yourself. Okay, that's a misdemeanor. >> showed him. Right there. Okay. But we We asked you several times. You did not give it to him. Now you've committed a felony like my partner explained to you by putting a fake license plate on your vehicle. >> It's It's not fake. George kept mentioning UCC rules, which are meant for business and commercial transactions and have nothing to do with driving laws. Simultaneously, he repeatedly claimed to not be a commercial entity, which made it pointless to even bring them up. When I Google it and look up some information >> UCC codes? >> Yes, that that that applies to commercials, commercial vehicles, and businesses. This is a passenger vehicle, it's not a commercial vehicle, okay? Yeah, this is a private vehicle. Which operating on a public roadway, okay? Does that make sense? But everybody is free to travel as a human being, you know? You've also been warned for your registration that's been expired. So, if I give you a ticket today, I know that you're not going to get your registration fixed because you're already telling us that you don't operate under that law, if you will, because you don't believe that you need to operate under that. >> It's It's private. I'm trying to go through that process, that's all. I I mean Whatever process you're referring >> I got the paperwork together. I said, "Give me the ticket It's not a valid process. It is not a valid process that is recognized in the state of Florida under underneath transportation, okay? It's It's That's because it's It's private. Yeah, as I explained to you though, your your your piece of paper that is on your vehicle, it is a fraudulent or fake tag. No matter how many times the cops explain things to him, George still kept trying to wiggle his way out of things. He claimed he wasn't harming anyone, and that he was simply a reborn Christian trying to do good. You keep saying there's not a crime against us against a person. As a private individual I told you, you're not committing a committing a crime against an individual. You're violating traffic violations, okay? If you're going to follow this belief, if you're going to try to to express your belief on that it it's probably best that you have your documentation to back it. Can I need to find All you have is a dozen copies [music] of a fraudulent tag is what you're going to call it, okay? That's all you have. I'm trying to figure this thing out. I'm just saying, "Okay, I'm not hurting anybody." I don't want to be enslaved to every system, that's all. Okay, George, somebody's going to pull up and you're going to be going in their car. Is there anything you would like to take with you? Phones, wallet, anything like that? I need You can only take very minimal things. We're going to take phones, wallets, IDs, something like that. Anything you take with you has to have your personal name on it. Why am I being taken away? >> We've already told you that. We've already explained this to you, okay? >> No, I mean what's what's the next step? What's the situation? You're You're going to go to jail is where you're going, okay? He explained that to you already. George tried every game plan in the playbook, and by the end of things, he even played dumb. All that really did was make him look foolish, and he was eventually taken to jail and charged with resisting without violence and possession of counterfeit license plates. Now it's time to head over to Las Cruces, New Mexico, where on the 18th of January, 2022, the cops headed over to the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library. The officer was dispatched to give a trespass notice, but the suspect hadn't been identified as they were a sovereign citizen. Hello. Hello. How are you guys everybody doing? I'm doing well. What's going on? I don't know. I I I was here. I was trying to conduct some business. So, I was trying to get some things printed up. And they ended up kicking me off of the the computers that I had access to. Okay. And I just needed to print up four pieces of paper. Okay. >> trying to tell me that I I have to wear and demand me to wear a mask to to use any facility or anything in here. You have to wear a mask. There's a governor's mandate, too. Okay, but that's not law. Okay. >> And did you or did you not swear oath to the Constitution or did you swear oath to the >> ask you a question? So, we can cut through all of this. Is this really worth it to go through all of this for four pieces of paper when you can just put a face covering on? >> Isn't it crazy that I'm being discriminated against and you're asking me Sir, I'm the I'm the wrong person to argue cuz I've lost three family members to COVID. So, I'm not the right person to argue with. >> sorry that that that that you lost family members to COVID. >> There's a way to handle this. You can just wear a face covering or you can leave, sir, and go somewhere else that doesn't require you to wear it, but this is a city building. The officer here, Officer Milks, had no trouble locating the suspect who was just standing there waiting, filming the entire encounter. He didn't resist the officer physically, but he repeatedly challenged the officer and was trying to obstruct the investigation claiming it violated his rights. Let's go outside and you can speak to a sergeant. I'll call one for you. Cuz they don't want you in the building, sir. >> I'm going to stand here and just wait for the No, sir. You need to wear a face covering or you need to leave. I'm not going to go through this whole thing that you can put on YouTube. >> This has nothing to do with putting on YouTube. This is actually what we're recording and >> Can you please wear a face covering or can you leave? Cuz those are your [music] two options. You can wear a face covering or you can leave. Okay. Will you trespass me? Yes, I can and I will. And I don't want to do that because it's four pieces of paper. >> Well, actually that's what I would like. I would like for you to trespass me so I can have the documents so I can come in and Do you have your ID? I don't ID unless I commit a crime. Okay. Well, you're trespassing. That's a crime. >> That's not a crime. It is. What is this? A statutory violation? >> do we need to go down this road? Just wear a face covering or leave. >> that whenever I talk about my rights, my constitutional You just don't like it. You want to So, here's your uh to to step over and >> I'm going to give you a I'm going to give you an opportunity, okay? Cuz your constitutional rights >> [music] >> and your argument standing right here is actually going to get you in handcuffs and arrested. So, here's your options. I will take you to jail if you'd like. The officer made clear to the man that whatever happened next would depend solely on his choices. He was given multiple opportunities to comply with the officer, so he clearly had the power to decide and grab those chances. On the other hand, the officer here was not going to play games. You can just wear a face covering or leave. >> I'm an American state national. I don't sir. Whatever imaginary thing that you think that you don't have to follow laws, that's your prerogative. >> Mandatory Governor signing something mandatory is not law. So, are you going to wear a face covering or not, sir? The Constitution states Sir, are you going to put on a face covering or not? You know what? How about if I step outside and I'll wait for your sergeant to get here? Let's go. Let's head right outside. Absolutely. Let's do it. You want Okay. Yeah, I will. If you refuse to leave, I will arrest you. There's no threat. That's going to happen. >> And the trespass is because what? Because you're not wearing a face covering. >> And that's a [music] criminal offense? They can ask you to leave or refuse service to you, sir. >> a criminal offense? >> The criminal offense is that they've asked you to leave. If you refuse to do so, that's trespassing. Well, at least the suspect did make a few good choices. First off, he kept his composure and stayed very polite throughout the entire ordeal. Second, he also agreed to step outside to wait for the sergeant, avoiding any more scenes being caused in the library. That being said, he just couldn't stop trying to lecture the officer. You know what? I'm wrong. You know everything. I don't know anything. Let's go outside. Okay. Sounds like somebody needs to be Yeah. Okay. Well, I'm glad that you picked the a library to have this argument. It's a public place. Okay. I I'm walking in public. That's fine. You're going to call your sergeant? >> Yeah, let's go outside and I'll call him. Go and call him. I'd like to hear him. >> I'm not going to argue, sir. Let's go outside. Okay. There you go. Do you want a non-trespass where he can't come back? Okay. So, you're going to need to provide your ID, sir, because I'm going to fill out a trespassing form. >> you my name. Okay, that's fine. Stephen MacMillan Stephen You're going to have to spell that last name for me. >> MacMillan M A C K M I L L I A N There you go. I'd also like for you to get the names of these individuals that were that ended up Then just when it seemed like the officer had made some progress, the suspect here, Stephen, hit the brakes. Like most sovereign citizens, he was wary of giving away any personal info because he didn't want to be a part of any official registry. What's your birthday, sir? Uh I don't need a birthday. Okay, I'm going to give you another opportunity to think this over cuz right now what's happened, you're being trespassed from this building. In order for me to issue you a trespass card, you have to identify yourself by your name and date of birth or your social security number or your ID. I I told you my name. I need your date of birth as well, sir. Okay. Were you born here in New Mexico? I won't answer any more questions. Okay. All right, sir. So, what's going to happen is you're going to be trespassed from this building. >> Oh, yeah. I love that. You're not allowed to come back including the parking lot. So, when we conclude here, you're going to have to leave. >> course I will. Okay. But I want that trespass. I want that trespass. Okay, you're not going to get that trespass card. They are. Cuz you're being advised and given a trespass warning. You're not being criminally cited. No. Exactly. So, this isn't a isn't a crime. But I didn't commit a crime and you're over here trying to trespass me. Yes. You're you're trespassing cuz they're asking you to leave. >> but just because they're asking me to leave doesn't mean My suggestion is you would need to talk to the city manager and the mayor because >> I I would like to talk to your sergeant. Okay. When we're done here No, that's not when we're done. I would like to speak to him before we're done. Later on, after the whole incident, one of the cops confessed to the library manager that embarrassingly, he'd actually run out of his trespassing forms. But by that point, he was trying to get rid of the suspect as quickly as possible and avoid any further discussion. I'm American state national. Do you understand the difference between American state national? I don't care whatever imaginary thing you believe in. >> that's not imaginary. >> That's fine, man. It's not an imaginary >> Whatever American thing that says you don't have to follow the rules or whatever That's cool. It's our sovereignty right that we don't have to abide by mandatory dict- dictatory Is this really worth it? It's a cause of this >> What you'll find is a 863-746 Is it Was it Was it worth it? Was it worth it? Was it worth it? Can you go to three? Okay, suit to the back of the bus. >> You're You're not Rosa Parks, man. Yeah. I'm on three. Hey, Bob. Can you come to the library? There's a sovereign citizen that would like to speak with you. >> It'll be a few minutes. I'm in CID in a meeting. Okay. It's going to be a few minutes. He's busy. When Steven found out that the sergeant was too busy to talk to him and that sadly he'd have to wait on the sidewalk, he was pretty upset. Steven then tried to escalate the issue threatening Officer Milks with a lawsuit hinting that he might be liable. What's this now? I'm liable for what? Well, you you could be held personally liable for violating my constitutional Go ahead. By all means, do what you got to do. But you need to leave the property, sir. Okay. Can I get your name? Milks, M I L K S and my badge number is 863. 863? And who was the supervisor there? McCord. McCord? Do you have any idea what his ID number is? >> Yes, 746. >> McCord, okay. Yes, sir. >> Well, you'll definitely be receiving something in in the mail. That's absolutely fine. I just need you to leave, sir, please. So, this this is it? I don't get any paperwork? No, sir. Can I get a report number? I'm not doing a report on this, sir. You're not >> Unless you'd like a report. Do you want a report? Yeah, well, that's what I was asking for. I need a report number. Okay. That's fine. >> And I actually asked you to to to grab so I know who they are so I can hold them responsible. >> You can call the library and get it. I'm not going to give you their information. Well, they're the ones that are That's fine. They're the ones so you don't care to identify the people that are Not at all. That's just I'm just a bad cop that way. 863 central >> So, you're a bad cop? Yep. I'm just a bad cop. I do bad investigations. Let me get you a case number and you can get out of here, okay? Apparently, Steven really wanted to make a big deal out of this. Thankfully, though, Officer Milks knew exactly what to say as well as what to do and he dismissed the man's claims making the whole thing look foolish because truthfully, it really was. I will be just personally up on the place. For no reason? Mhm. You are agreeing to that? Yes, sir. So, you know you understand that's abuse of power. Yep. File the lawsuit. Here you go, sir. It's LCPD 20 and then 225707. My name's Milks, 863 and there's a non-emergency number if you have any questions. I do. It is an unfortunate thing I've had to deal with. I've had to deal with that my whole life. Well, you have a good day, sir. Thanks. I can't wait to to see you in court. Email Thank you so much. Have a good one. Is it just Tuesdays or what? I think it's just Tuesdays. It's every Tuesday. Jeez Louise. All right. Well, he requested a police report. My policy, I have to give him one. Do you mind if I just get your info to say that you're the one that just cuz I know you're the manager of the library, correct? Yeah. Despite the man's baseless threats, Officer Milks remained unfazed. That just irritated the man even more, but thankfully, it turned out to be one of those very rare cases where a sovereign citizen did the smart thing and walked away. On the 18th of August, 2025 in Florida, an officer noticed a black SUV which had license plates that expired 2 years ago. He immediately turned his lights on and pulled them over. Unfortunately, he was soon going to realize that the stop was anything but routine. Hello. Hello. Hi. Uh reason for stop is your Kentucky tag expired in 2023. Okay. Um Are you Are you living here now or >> Um yeah. Okay. I mean, that's 2 and 1/2 years expired at this point, and you got to get Once you move to a new state, do you have a Florida driver's license now? Uh no. You have a Kentucky driver's license? No. You don't have a driver's license at all? I mean, I do, but Can I see that, please? Um did I commit a crime? Yeah, your Kentucky tag is expired back in 2023. All right. Well, I haven't done a crime, really. That's just All right. Well, case law says I'm able to pull a driver over for an expired tag. That's fine. So, I'm pulling over. This is a lawful traffic stop. I need your ID, registration, proof of insurance. No. Listen, I don't I'm a sovereign citizen. I don't follow any of that, so Perfect. >> I'm free to travel, really. Okay, so you're traveling. You are not driving. Yeah. Okay. Just give me 1 second. Right off the bat, the cop knew things were not going to go smoothly. Still though, he was hoping to resolve things peacefully, but the moment he heard the word sovereign citizen, he decided to call for backup. Can you roll me Um some more units? I have a sovereign citizen who is not driving. So, I won't now You need to listen to me cuz this is not going to go the way you think it is. This is a lawful traffic stop. There's Do you have a valid driver's license? >> live in the same reality. I don't follow anything in the matrix. >> I understand. >> We live in completely different realities. Cool. >> Um I don't follow any government entities. I'm a sovereign citizen. I I'm free to live here. I follow common natural law. You just travel. I'm just try I just want to get my groceries. I don't even I just go back and forth to get my groceries. So, so you don't follow No, I I'm living in the matrix. >> Okay. >> Everything you're watching on TV is a lie. We're all Listen, you don't have a squeaky clean record and that's fine. None of us do because we're trying to break free from all of this. >> still need a driver's license to drive. >> I do have a driver's license. >> it? But I don't know cuz I didn't I didn't commit a crime. >> Okay, well The officer explained to the woman that he had full authority to pull her over for expired tags, but the suspect clearly lived in some alternative reality where that didn't mean much. When backup arrived, he tried to explain things from a different angle. Can I explain something to you? I understand your ideology and I I can respect it, but unfortunately, where we live and how we live in this world today it's not recognized in the law. Okay, hold on, let me finish. Do you have a state ID with you? >> They They Joe Biden was a clone on national TV. So we're we're not going That's all irrelevant. That's all irrelevant. I don't follow any government entity. You guys are going to have to answer to all of this. That's great. And you know what? When that time comes, we'll be happy to. >> I'm common law, Okay. natural law. I don't follow the the I don't I'm a free citizen. I'm doing nothing wrong. So you can go ahead and write me up a ticket. I'm never going to pay it. >> Well, we got to we we need your information to write a ticket. That's fine. If you don't want Listen, if you don't want to pay it, that's your prerogative. There could be even further repercussions for that. But in order for us to write that citation, we need your information. >> servants. >> Yes. We need your information to write that ticket. >> are enforcing laws that is going to come back and get you, too. That's great, ma'am. >> this for everybody. Okay. Well, then you can you can take your own legal action later on, but right now that's not going to be discussed right here today. All right. Go ahead and I have groceries. Go ahead and step out of the vehicle at this point. Okay. [music] Go ahead and step out of the vehicle. >> know you can't do this. Once the cops clearly informed the woman that she go to jail if she didn't identify herself, the suspect changed her mind and decided to provide ID. But that didn't mean she wanted to stay quiet about it, and the woman launched into a rant. Do you have a valid driver's license? >> No, nothing's valid. I told you. I'm fighting it in every way, shape, and form. I have no job. I'm doing everything. I'm fighting things this is a separate We live in the matrix. They said Joe Biden was a clone. They got us all to get our vaccines so they can watch us and make us robotically do You guys are doing the same thing. You guys are supposed to We're going to go back to being deputized the sheriff. >> ma'am? No, I don't have anything. I have nothing. >> Okay. I don't know what else to say. Go ahead and go run it. Yeah, I'm just going to run it through the law book. That's fine. It's it's You're going in loops here. You're you're you're the one going in loops, talking about Joe Biden being cloned and >> Yeah. Why is that relevant? That's not even a reasonable statement. He's not even the president right now. In the meantime, additional units had arrived, and while the initial officers were ready to give the woman a ticket and let her go, their supervisor decided to not take it easy on her. I uh She gave him his ID and everything. She's going. Okay. No, I don't care. Get her out. We're not doing all this. I'm not arguing with her. I'm going to buckle her seatbelt. Fine. Get her Yeah. No, that's too late. All right. Let me know if it's buckled. Put your hands behind your back. Is there anybody else in the car? No. No kids, right? No. Okay. Over a sticker. Over a sticker. We're going to adjust the identify yourself when he told you to. You got I didn't commit a crime over a sticker and they're doing this. It's ridiculous. Now you'll know. Over a sticker. Over a sticker. What is happening to the men in this world? What the lawful reason to stop you and identify you and you refused so now you're going to jail. Cuz I didn't commit a crime. It's a sticker. Thank you. Okay. Call my phone. Sometimes when the handcuffs come out, suspects just fall apart. But this woman seemed completely relaxed and kept ranting at the officers that they lived in the Matrix. The woman's rant, however, turned out to be a smoke screen. Why do you guys take that outfit off? You're just like I'm going to see you in the grocery store. We're all the same people fighting for freedom and you guys are doing this. Do you realize when you put that on, you're just like me? And your your record's not clean either, mister. Okay. You shouldn't be following every law. Not all laws are meant to be followed. You guys are >> you Can I ask you a question? When did you start the whole sovereign thing? Uh in 2020 when I realized the television is telling everybody what to do and there's something wrong in the world. I stopped watching the news. I don't watch the news cuz I don't agree with the news. I'm going to buckle your seatbelt. Hold on. I'm having a I'm trying not to have an anxiety attack. Okay. Do you want EMS to come see you? Who? Do you want paramedics to come see you? >> need to Okay. I just need to buckle your seatbelt. We're going to move. It'll be Hold on. I I need >> to get myself ready to do this. Hold on. Okay. I'm I'm shaking. No. We have We need to put your foot back in the car. Hold on. Wait. Give me a minute to breathe. Okay. I need you your seatbelt. Do I have to be in the back cuz I'm not going to hurt anybody? I just >> Yes, I understand that, but Do you Hold on. Wait a minute. Do you not understand how anxiety inducing this is? Ma'am, I need you to sit back. >> No, hold on. I'm having an anxiety attack. Hold on. Call Yeah, call an ambulance. Yeah. Okay. I'm having an anxiety attack. I can't do this. The moment she was supposed to sit in the back of the squad car, the suspect here, whose name was Jordan, started claiming she was having an anxiety attack. However, by the time EMS arrived, Jordan changed her mind and refused to be treated. I don't care. I don't want to be in the back. You don't understand. >> Okay, no. You need to stop. Okay, I'm going to be right here. Put your feet back in the car. >> No, because I'm having an anxiety attack. Do you understand what's happening right now? >> Ma'am, you need to put your feet back in the car. You were under arrest. For a sticker. I'm under arrest for a sticker. >> Yes, you're under No, for failure to identify yourself. >> That's okay. Put your feet back in the car. No, I'm getting anxiety. I don't Listen, do you understand? You sit back here. It's hot. >> Okay, there's an ambulance coming. Jordan here was having a panic attack and hot in the back of the car. Okay, so she requested to be evaluated. I don't really know. I just don't want to get a ride in the back of the police car. Well, we can't help you there. No, sorry. All right, we We'll cross that bridge. I know. I I like you. I think Yeah, because of the sticker. You're still going to put me in the back of the No, it's not because of the sticker. >> It's not because of the sticker. And we all take our costumes off. We're all the same as you. We We are. No one is disagreeing with you there. No, we are. It's not over a sticker. >> Shortly after, a female officer arrived to search Jordan. Then it was time to put her back in the cruiser, and to no one's surprise, she started panicking again. And this time, she really didn't want to sit in that car. I don't want to go back there. It's hot. Let me sit up here. Ma'am, do you want another charge? You have to get back inside of the car. You already got charged >> want to do another breathing test. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> It's hot back here. How How far away is You have to get back in the car. We're going to the police department. I'm writing the police report. It's want to call back there. >> Okay. Let me write the police report for you guys. No. Ma'am, we're going back in the car. Are you going to give me your fastest Are you going to give me your fastest Ma'am, we're going IN THE CAR. STOP. WE'RE GOING IN THE MA'AM, STOP. I WANT to call back there. This is too hard. No. I have to pepper spray you. No. Hold on a sec. Hold on. Hold on. Let me take a breath. Hold on. Ma'am, stop. You're getting in the car. Get in the car. You can either do it calmly This is on. Let me take a couple breaths calmly. I don't want to go back there. Let's go, Jordan. I have to finish my words out. Are you ready to get in the car? I want to call my mom. Are you going to fight? Get in the car. You're going to get pepper sprayed if you fight again. All right, you're going to go in the car. Let me just call my mom at least get Ma'am, Get her in the car. Please, God. You might have thought that would be the end of it, but Jordan continued with her antics, so the cops eventually put her in shackles to avoid being kicked. She was eventually charged with three counts of resisting without violence. Later on, she posted bond for $7,500, and her case [music] is still ongoing. On the 10th of July, 2024, the cops were called to a car repair shop due to a dispute. When the officers arrived, they encountered a 47-year-old woman named Cassandra who claimed the shop refused to fix her car and that the owner of the establishment had made inappropriate sexual advances. But sadly for this woman, the way things played out next was not what she expected. I'm waiting on on the brother. Y'all can't do that. Ma'am, do you have your ID on you? Give your ID. Oh, no, I ain't no I ain't going over there. I ain't nothing happening over there. >> but they want you for trespassing, okay? >> Ain't no trespassing cuz we're no crime over there. It doesn't get any more illegal than having a trespassing They didn't trespass. Did you take all the old stuff? Trespassing is a crime. >> Let me ask you a question. Trespassing is a crime. >> Let me ask you a question. Let me Hold on a second. Hold on a second. Let me ask I'm going to address one concern at a time. You said trespassing is not a crime. >> Can you answer Trespassing is absolutely a crime. >> Can I ask you a Go ahead. >> Go ahead. Did you take an oath of oath or affirmation? All right, so the oath or affirmation says all laws are null and void. No, it's not. And the article in the Constitution under the sixth article it says all laws are null and void. Now, are you Are you a Moorish citizen? >> Hold on, hold on. Are you a Moorish citizen? >> I'm indigenous. I'm not a citizen. Okay. A citizen is the Americans that came over here to take So, here's what I'm going to tell you. That car needs a license plate on it or I'm going to or I'm going to tow it off tow it off the Put it on there or I'm going to tow it. When she started walking towards the SUV, it seemed like the woman was disobeying the cop's commands. The problem was there were no license plates on the vehicle, so before she committed a traffic infraction, she was warned to get some license plates. Now, you That vehicle cannot be driven. You need a license plate on it. Yeah, I got a license plate. So, go put the license plate on it before you [music] move it. It's in the shop. So, go get it. It's in the shop. >> Ma'am, you're not driving that vehicle. Here's the deal. Like I said, you're trespassing on that piece of property. You go back on there you'll get arrested. Also, your license is suspended since last year. I'm telling you right now your license is suspended. If you drive, you're going to either go to jail or get a ticket. >> not drive. I do not drive. >> Okay. I'm telling No, it's not. We can play this Moorish citizen all you want. You get behind that vehicle and operate that vehicle I will take you to jail. Do you understand? No, I do not understand. You do not understand? Perfect. I'll make you understand when you get behind the wheel and I'll take you to jail. We can play this game all day, but I'm going to win at the end of the day. As far as Cassandra went and her sovereign citizen nonsense, she tried to play every trick in the book, but the cop wasn't falling for it and he clearly explained to the woman that whether she called it traveling or driving, if she tried [music] to drive her car away, he was going to have to arrest her. Do these people want her here or what do they want to do with her? >> She I think she works there. Oh, really? Yeah. So, who called on her? She called. About what? About her truck being over here, and it being broken, and they're not wanting to fix it, and this guy making the owner making sexual advances towards her. He texted her, "Hey, come get your truck. Hey, I like you more than a friend. Are you wanting to >> [music] >> do something this weekend?" She says that's sexual harassment. So, that's typically when you get a sovereign citizen, this is this is their game, and then they'll try to usually the more advanced ones will try to offer you paperwork, and it looks all legitimate. Uh it's all fake. Yeah, so uh like like what she's doing right now, she wants to engage in a conversation about the Constitution and my oath and all that, but that's what a sovereign does. The deputy also said that sovereign citizens usually demand the sheriff to come out, being the only {quote} elected official. But, that didn't happen this time, and all the deputies had to do was have the shop read the trespass statement. After that, they could just give her the notice and be done. Not surprisingly, it wasn't as easy as it sounded. How are you gentlemen doing? Do y'all know her? Does she work here? Is she just randomly on this property as well? Okay. Okay. There you go. You know what? I'll put it in your truck for you. Don't worry. Perfect. You go back on that property, you go to jail. Is that recorded? I'm recording. If you go back on the property, you go to jail. Have a good day. If it's not a crime, why don't you try it? Exactly. Didn't think so. Who, me? Are you asking all of us? Cuz we'll give it to you. Vilters, 11306. It's on your piece of paper, ma'am. Okay. Pick it up or I'll take you to jail for littering. Just for a moment, it looked like the suspect might try to run for it. She changed her mind though and went back to the paper. The question now was, would she try and throw it away again or perhaps even do something even more foolish? You're not putting it in my car. That's littering as well. Ma'am, you put it in my car, you're going to jail. You think I'm playing with you? That's trespassing. Now you're going to jail. COME HERE. YOU TOUCH THIS PROPERTY, YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. Absolutely did. What's that? Yeah, and she she put it between the gate. I know I got you. Told you to stay off the property and you went right back on it. On your back, ma'am. On your back. On your back. On your back. On your back. You got three of them right here. As it often happens, when a person this entitled gets arrested, they immediately have a panic attack and ask for paramedics. It never really resolves anything, it just delays going to jail for a while. She seemed to be hoping to go to a hospital instead of jail. Deep breath. Deep breath. We have an ambulance coming. This won't stop the arrest, but You're okay. It's okay. I got to have you come here. If you stand up, I will double lock the cuffs so they don't get tighter. You're going to go to the hospital, that's fine. I can't take you. The ambulance is going to take you. Keep her on our side. Stand her back, ma'am. The ambulance is coming. We already called for them. >> [crying] >> You You to stand up? Yes or no? You want to stand up? YES OR NO, MA'AM? >> [screaming] >> WELL, OBVIOUSLY SHE CAN BREATHE. SHE KEPT CRYING OUT for help, saying she wasn't feeling safe. But just a few minutes later, she managed to regain her composure. She went back to her entitled self and was being demanding with the officers. I don't know if I'll be a kidnapped at this moment. Nobody recited their oath of office to me and nobody told I don't know if you guys are already That's not going to happen, ma'am. You are under arrest for trespass after warning. We have a We have an ambulance. No, ma'am, you cannot We have a We have an ambulance on the way to transport you to the hospital. We can have a supervisor We can No, ma'am. We will have the supervisor meet you at the hospital. At the hospital. We will make sure the supervisor is aware and meet you at the hospital. What's up, gentlemen? Good. Sovereign citizen. As soon as we attempted to arrested her for trespassing after warning. She says I can't breathe anymore. The hospital I got a bunch of medical supplies. So. But again, she is a sovereign citizen. She's been claiming all more stuff. She's not driving, she's traveling. All the, you know, I don't know if that makes a difference for y'all. The cop made sure the medics were aware of who they were dealing with and advised them they might want to cuff the woman to the gurney. In the meantime, Cassandra took her victim act to a whole new level. Ma'am, lean forward. I'm going take those cuffs off. Go on the other side, grab one end. One ice. Give me my property. Give me my property, sir. Head on the Head on the guardrail. You're falling off, ma'am. Give me my property. He's hurting me. He's hurting me. Please, sir. I'm literally pushing you over. >> Sir, he's pinching me. Who's pinching you? >> He's pinching me. Please. Who? Sir, he's Let sir ask him to let me go. Please, he's pinching me. He You don't feel it, but he's pinching me. Please. Please. The medic? Please. Please. My cuffs are on you. >> The other cuffs are He's hurting me. Nobody touch Yeah, yeah. You don't feel what they're doing. They're taking the handcuffs off. Coming off, ma'am. They're They're They're I'm scared of them. They're They're I'm in fear for my life. He's hurting me. He's hurting I'm not I'm not hurting you, ma'am. But why would you do that? >> you. I did not squeeze you. >> to wave at the camera. After being checked at the hospital, Cassandra made another scene, but by that time, the cops were used to it. She was charged with trespassing and resisting without violence, but later on, her charges were dropped. On June 28th, 2023, an officer was sitting in a patrol car when an aggressive man pulled his SUV over, approached the vehicle, and began confronting her. The officer turned her body cam on and did her best to contain the situation, but the man was relentless. Do you have an issue? Do you have an issue, sir? An issue? The [ __ ] you talking about? You can back the [ __ ] What's your reason why I took your suspicion of some [ __ ] You better recognize your What are you even talking about, dude? You talking about me. >> no idea what you're talking about. If you want to approach me You want to approach me? And what are you going to do? You want to walk away? >> [laughter] >> I didn't spit on the ground. What was I supposed to do? I wasn't doing anything. I'm standing here. Just when it seemed things had ended as quickly as they began, the man cursed the officer and at that point she decided to assert her authority and warned the man that he could get into trouble. I'm not dismissed. I could actually cite you for walking across the street not on a crosswalk if you want to have an issue. Easement. Easement. You need an easement for that. That's an easement over there. This is a a setting here. >> You're done. Hey, no. You're now detained. Okay, what's your reasonable articulable suspicion? Walked across the street >> That's a ticket. It's a ticket. Hey, whoa. Whoa. Record this. Record this. Record this. I need your ID. >> Oh, [ __ ] Arrest me. Arrest me. Arrest me. Come on. Let's do it. Here. I need your ID. I I I want to lawsuit. I want a lawsuit. I need your ID. I need You're not going to get it. You just said You're not going to [ __ ] get it. You're not going to get it. You're not going to [ __ ] get it. So, you can [ __ ] off. As the man argued with the officer, he was unaware that a second unit was on its way. He kept playing his childish games trying to provoke the officer into arresting him. He was clearly hoping to sue the cops and get a really nice payday. You need a reasonable articulable suspicion. I want a lawsuit. Yes, I can. A public easement you dumb cop. Those two white lines. You need to have those two white lines to You can You can walk here. There's no obstruction. Hey, can you get and make sure that like you see the cars that there's no cars coming or anything like that cuz I want to take your ass to [ __ ] court. Take me to court. >> Then come then do Then [ __ ] do something then. All right, you got You got 15 minutes. Start recording the time that she's holding me under uh You got 15 minutes. Okay. I don't see a car here. So, I don't know who you're talking to, but you're not going to approach my car. >> I'm going to approach you however the [ __ ] I want to. I can break the law because there's no law that says that there's no Yeah, so you can arrest me because there's no [ __ ] crime. And it's a not even a arrestable offense because it's a ticket offense. So, try it. Something. You're making it to a arrestable offense by not producing your identification. >> Hey, come on. That's called Come on. The moment the suspect realized that another officer was approaching, he rushed at the officer, obviously trying to expedite his arrest. And the man's wish came sooner than he thought, just not the way he wanted. 15 minutes. Tell this [ __ ] Either No, no, no, this Either you're going to let me go, or you guys going to arrest me right now. Come on. She says we're walking in the street, let's go. No, no, no. It's arrestable. You're arresting me. It's arrestable. It's arrestable. It's arrestable. You're not going to get who I am. Oh, why are they arresting me? They said cuz of coughing in the street. There's no public easement. There's no public easement. No, there's no public easement. IT'S A REASONABLE ARTICLE OF SUSPICION. I CAN TALK HOWEVER THE [ __ ] I WANT TO. LET'S GET THE LAWSUIT GOING. LET'S GO. Let's go. I'm going in the car. I'M GOING IN THE CAR. YOU'RE GOING TO ARREST ME. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go to jail. We're going to jail. Let's go. Let's go. Yes, we are. I'm trying to get into the squad car. The entire neighborhood was there to watch the spectacle. Not surprisingly, they were on the suspect's side and started berating the officers with the worst kind of language. Now you're under arrest. Just get up. I didn't kick you. If you don't stop, you're going to go to the [ __ ] ground. Take your hands out. Okay. GET ON THE SIDEWALK OR YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. Get on the sidewalk or you're going to jail. You are obstructing. Don't worry, I got it all on camera. We're going to see the [ __ ] of them. You got everything on camera, too? Kenny, over here. Did No, no, did you see what she said? She said I hit her. But she was kicking >> Let's put it on the report. I went like this. I'm going like this. Hey, I'm recording. I'm going like this. I'm not kicking. I'm just trying to move my foot. I'm not I'm trying to move it. Hey, get Get the recordings, you guys. While the whole situation unfolded, more units were dispatched, including a transport vehicle. At that point, they were about to secure him in a vehicle, but they had to search the man first. Spread your [ __ ] feet. You get on what? You going to fall on the ground and get searched in a minute. Get on the ground. Don't put your knee on his neck. Is my knee ON HIS NECK? IT'S RIGHT ON HIS BACK. THANK YOU. I'm not giving you the back. Shut the [ __ ] up. THOSE ARE MY LAWSUIT. LAWSUIT. THE COPS later explained that they were parked there in the first place because they were investigating a crime in the area. Reportedly, a stolen vehicle had been recovered and it was linked to the house in question. That being said, the cops didn't expect anything like this. Let's [ __ ] get going. Hey, let's just relocate so they can go in the house and calm down. Yeah, let's get out of here. Yeah. You're going to really take your time writing up the thing? That's torture. Yeah, that's what I got. Nope. I'm tripping all up in here. I'm standing up, lady. And you're driving stupid. Oh. To ladies and gentlemen today, uh courtroom, um and jurors, as you can see, I'm wearing Adidas pants. They have only two pockets and a waistband setting here. Nothing in the front. Nothing in the behind. Officers arrested me for crossing the street. Then, when they illegally detained me, they accused me of hitting an officer. This is my malice and with deprivation of my rights. Realizing there was a camera in the van, the man immediately changed his tone and started playing the victim. He was trying to use a bunch of legal jargon, but he was using terrible grammar and he could barely string a sentence together. These officers here need to be taken out from the department and never to be officers again. They need to lose their qualified immunity. They need to lose everything that they have going for them in this kind of business because them doing this to a citizen that did nothing wrong and then a cop gets hurt because her feelings were hurt thinking that she can arrest somebody. She's a loose cannon. She needs to go. And one of the officers stuck his finger near my ass. What was that for? I don't understand why he would do that. He told me quit tensing up. He's pinching my this. This mark right here on my elbow. I hope I can get it on camera. He is cutting me on purpose and telling me not to tense up and I want to know exactly what's going to happen with that. >> Let's go. Um yeah, give me a second. So, I want to just show that >> Everything's still body cam. What? We still have body cams. I'm still recording. Yeah, I'm going to get it on play for this. Ultimately, the suspect's legal knowledge proved to be pretty inferior. They arrested the man and he was charged with resisting and interfering, operating a vehicle with expired registration, and walking on a roadway. On the 10th of July, 2025 in Florida, after watching a driver ignore a stop sign, a rookie officer performed a standard traffic stop. Because the driver was an elderly woman, the officer probably thought things would be a breeze, but she was sorely mistaken. Hello there. Good morning. My name's Officer Gaviana with the Myrtle Beach Police Department. Just like to let you know that this traffic stop is being audio video recorded, okay? Um the reason for the stop was just because of your incomplete stop during the stop sign at Ocean and Park, okay? You just kind of stopped right in the middle of the intersection after you've already passed the stop sign and the stop bar. You stopped in the middle of the intersection and then you proceeded Okay. Do you have with license on you? I do. You don't have your driver's license? Do you have a driver's license? Yes. Yes, is it valid? It is valid? Are you the registered owner of the vehicle? I'm sorry. Okay. Any reason why it wouldn't be? Ma'am, you got to speak up. I can't hear you very well. Because I don't think it's necessary to travel in a car. You don't think you need a driver's license to drive your car? What does that mean? Who's the registered owner of this vehicle? You have the registration for your vehicle? I don't need to see the registration for your vehicle? Why do you think that I don't need to see it? It was a sovereign citizen once again and they somehow thought that the law didn't apply to them because they were quote unquote traveling not driving. Being as kind as he could be, the officer repeated the traffic infractions to this elderly woman several times. You ran a stop sign. I didn't run a stop sign. I stopped. In the middle of the intersection after you've already ran [music] the stop sign. No. Okay. Do you have insurance on it? No, I don't. Do you have insurance? Okay. So, you're driving a motor vehicle in the state of Florida. Okay, you're required to have a driver's license. You're required to show proof of insurance. Yes, I have my identification. 344. So, what is the status of your driver's license? 10-4. Can I have another unit? I'm sorry. I am pulling you over. Allow me to answer your question for the fourth time. The reason for your stop today is because you ran a stop sign and now I'm initiating a traffic stop based off of that moving violation. Right. Okay. But in the state of Florida, you have to have a valid driver's license. Yes, I am. I am Do you realize that what you're doing right now is harassment? No, what I'm doing right now is a legal traffic stop based off of a violation that I observed. Based on how the officer tapped her notepad, she appeared to be getting anxious and frustrated. While the driver didn't seem to be dangerous, she was about to take the officer on an emotional roller coaster. So, do you have a driver's license? You don't have a driver's license? Okay. 3403540 851 10 20 20 for driver's license. Have you ever been issued a driver's driver's license in Florida? Okay, when was that? So, is it valid or is it not valid? Okay, but why won't you Why won't you show your Okay, I think you are very misinformed about the laws of the state of Florida. I'm not, trust me. I'm not. There have been no crimes done. You ran a stop sign. You ran a stop sign. Has any property been taken? No. So, you are harassing me? Okay, you ran a stop sign, which is a moving violation in the state of Florida. You have no proof of insurance. You don't want to give me any of your paperwork. I don't need any of that. You do need that. You have to You have to provide that documentation. Driving is not a right, it is a privilege. No, driving is actually legal. It is not a right, ma'am. The officer didn't want to take her chances arresting the suspect alone, so she did the right thing and called for backup. The moment she saw her colleague approach, she sprung into action. Okay, so what I'm going to ask you to do is step out of the car. Why? Because I'm asking you to step out of the car. It's a lawful order. Because you are not cooperating with my traffic stop. What's up? I'm going to have her step out. All right, step out. Step out. She doesn't want to provide any information. Step out. Are you going to kidnap me? Yep. No, get up. Get out of the car. You're going to jail. You're going to jail. Get out of the car. Oh, oh no. Out of the car. Oh, hold on. Get out of the car. Help! Get out of the car. Help! Get on your GET ON THE GROUND. HELP! >> [screaming] >> STOP RESISTING. HELP! STOP RESISTING. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? CAR. Oh my god. Give me your hands. Oh my god. Oh, you're hurting me. Well, stop resisting. Oh god, I got to get up. It's hot. It's hot. Well, then stop resisting. We'll get you off the hot pavement. How about that? I need my warning on the car. We're going to get you up in a second. >> [screaming] >> Yeah, you got out of the car like she asked you to. Well, I'm going to turn IT OFF. AH. >> [screaming] >> GET UP ON YOUR KNEES. THE SUSPECT here never saw it coming. One moment she was just sitting in the car talking to the officer, and the next moment she'd been flung onto the pavement. After such a swift extraction, she actually came to her senses pretty quickly. My glasses, I can't see without my glasses. We'll get them for you in a minute. Stand up. You thought about that before you resisted. Stand up. Get up. >> I can't. Stand up. I can't. Why can't you? >> Cuz I'm very weak. Okay. One way or the other. Oh. I can't. Come on. I can't. It's burning me. Get up. Stand up. Step up. One, two, three. I need my phone. All right, we're going to We can search you. Okay, my feet are burning. Can I have my shoes? >> You'll have your shoes in a second. Listen, next time an officer orders you out of the vehicle, you're required to get out. Do you understand? Yeah. Yeah, we do. I'm the I'm the corporal. I'm the the supervisor. Case law says Pennsylvania versus Mapp. All right, have a seat. How do I have a resisting? Yeah, you didn't get out of the car. You good, Taya? Yeah. What'd you have? So, she ran a stop sign. The female officer quickly went through what had happened, but you could see by her demeanor and her shaky voice that she'd been rattled. Still though, she maintained her composure and remained professional. Um and then as soon as you pulled up, I said, "Step out of the car." She said, "I don't have to step out of the car." And finally the cops took her for a little while. She said she's traveling, not driving. She's not a professional driver. >> Cool. All right. Can I touch anything? You got resisting. You want to tell her she started? >> Yeah. All right. Just go. Hey, Corporal. Yeah. Just remember like Yeah. You're good. Yeah. You're good. We're good here. You good? Yeah. Appreciate appreciate you coming out. When I get back, I'll upload this and tag it with your Okay. All right. Make sure that there's no more money in that purse there because she's got a lot of cash in this. Okay. Well, we'll I'll just connect you to her. Did you find Did you find insurance or registration? No, not yet. I'm about to run it right now. Okay. So, she has her insurance card registration. So, the registration on your vehicle is expired and you have a valid driver's license. So, I don't understand what all the the fuss is about. The vehicle was expired back in September of last year. So, it's not registered. The female officer took the suspect to the station and until her paperwork was done, that's where she'd stay. Thankfully, she didn't resist any further and she patiently waited while they booked her. Do you have anything in your pockets? You're going to stand right in front of this door right here. I'm going to search you one more time. Don't push against me, okay? I don't even have underwear on. What am I going to be hiding? I still got to double check, okay? All right. So, what I'm going to have you do as soon as I take off these cuffs, you're going to have a seat on that bench. Do you Yeah, don't pull don't pull them from me. I can You can loosen this one up. I We'll do it in a second. You need to stop moving. >> you stop moving, she's trying to get your jewelry off and then we take off the cuffs, okay? Step outside and take a seat. Can I go to the bathroom, please? It's in there. And you can step out, you can grab your slippers here [music] and then I need a signature from you because you had some cash on you. We took one We took $1,000 and 81 cents out of your wallet. So, all of this is in here and it's going to be transported to the jail with you. The bar of gold has also been accounted for. It's going to go with you as well, okay? I will need your [music] signature right here just so you acknowledge that we didn't take that from you, okay? The brown bag had something in there that wasn't able to be taken to the jail like your cigarettes. You had an adult toy in there. Sadly, adult toys and cigarettes are not allowed in jail. That being said, the suspect here, 60-year-old Lynn Hudson, would have to abstain from those activities for a while. Lynn could get her contraband back once she got out of jail. They charged the woman with resisting without violence. Thanks for sticking with us to the very end. That kind of support is what keeps us going. We'll continue searching for the most incredible body cam footage that's out there. Thanks again and we'll see you next time.
