customers on their patio patrons feeling uncomfortable covered their faces seeking police assistance the caller reported that the man refused to stop filming when officers arrived they informed the man that the restaurant requested he cease recording and move along watch how the auditor responds to the situation hey what's upself good so we just got a call um from Jolly Pumpkin here saying they don't want you to videotape in this area right here okay okay you have your idea on you um am I committing a crime so you they just want you to be moved along from the from the premises okay um have Establishment the auditor in turn accused the officers of soliciting the tres pass without proper investigation and violating his rights by detaining him to collect his ID the interaction ended
