You guys need to tell me what did I do? >> You have a warning. >> For what? >> In a second. JUST RELAX. >> WAIT. FOR WHAT? >> RELAX. I'll tell you. >> No. YOU GUYS NEED TO TELL ME NOW. >> Some people take pride in their jobs, but not these workers who are anything but professional. >> For no reason. You just try to come help him for no reason. >> For no reason. You don't even know what the he was helping him about. >> Out of here. What you talking about? >> You a police? >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry. This is This is Jesus, man. >> Whether it's a chef attacking his customers or an employee high on the job, you're about to see some of the craziest cases of employees refusing to leave work, causing all hell to break loose. >> Turn around. >> And you can turn around and put your hands behind your back. >> Turn around and put your hands behind your back. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TAG. OKAY. >> TURN AROUND. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. YES, SIR. On June 19th, 2024, the cops were called to a Wendy's after an employee reported an outofcrol worker. When they questioned the man, who was later identified as Byron, the man's bizarre excuse for his erratic behavior was that it was June 19th. >> Oh, yeah. I do. Really? Let me show you his ex. [laughter] >> YOU DON'T KNOW. YEAH, they can call the police. >> How can you call the police? >> Come here. Let me Hey, come here and talk to me, man. >> Nah, it ain't none of that. Now I'm [laughter] here now. >> That's all it is. >> Hey, come talk to me. >> The man was shouting a whole load of nonsense. One moment he talked about his dog, then the next moment the devil. This erratic behavior can often be linked to drugs and obviously he'd been carrying on for quite some time as his co-workers found it necessary to call police. >> I'm sorry it's June but something comes out of me. >> It's just a passion that I keep sir. >> So if I know my rights a little bit that I try to um educate myself right about please. >> Could you talk to me and tell me what's going on? All right. Let's go. Let's go see what's going on. >> Yes sir. But please if I if I exercise my may I may I ask a question? >> Go ask him. Okay. Follow him. Okay. Follow him. >> I respect that sir. >> I got you. Follow him. >> I respect that sir. Please. But if I follow him my right with one question. >> You can. You can't have all that. But let me please >> go follow him. Go follow him. I ain't in all that. Go follow him. >> I respect >> Go follow him. >> Follow him. Follow him >> one more time one more time. He eventually stopped talking for two seconds and listened to the officer's orders to leave and talked to the other cop. The man's behavior was bizarre and quite frankly annoying. The officer then talked to the employee who'd called 911 to try and find out what was going on. >> He's very poetic. >> What happened? What's going on? What's he amped up about? >> I guess he went outside for one minute. She drove. We gave up. She gone now. >> Yeah. >> Let me let me know. I understand, sir. I'm sorry. It's just a passion in me, sir. So, if I was drunk, >> you wouldn't you would literally hear I'm Yes, sir. What's wrong? >> Yes, sir. You would literally hear me sluring. >> So, what's wrong? >> Right. I'm sorry. So, that kind of makes sense. So, speaking of rights, can I exercise my rights and just ask you a question? >> Yeah. Ask me a question. >> I know. I know. I'm sorry. I'm I'm really sorry. I'm really sorry for the abruption. >> Yeah, that's that's that's Christ. >> Tell me what's going on. >> That's that's Christ. >> So, let me tell you what's going on. Right. >> Uh-huh. >> Let me maintain my bearings. >> Yeah. >> Huh? >> Just breathe for a second. Tell >> Exactly. Breathe. Just like they taught me with a M16 that I really held like his glory. This my story, sir. You a police? >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry. This is This is Jesus. >> Byron insisted he wasn't drunk because he wasn't slurring his words, but whatever he was on, it must have been some heavy stuff. He was putting on a full-blown performance like he was auditioning for a role. But unfortunately, this wasn't a casting call, and they were in a Wendy's parking lot. >> Look at how just cool and cool, calm, and collected I am, sir. And I know I made mistakes and make it hard to believe, but these are these are my words. It's just a it's just a it's just a it's just a it's just a it's just a hurdle so many that that that that corrupt and compel the words that I keep. I'm sorry, sir. My name is prolific, you [music] know, right? Let me please show you my rank. No matter. >> So, let me calm down, sir. >> I got Hey, look. We're going leave you some space. I want you to feel like you're being backed into a corner. Okay. >> I'm not I don't have a gun. >> No, no, no. It ain't none of that. >> I don't have a gun. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. And I respect your authority. You don't even have the same skin that's that you got to look on. No. No. You don't even have the same skill that I have. >> His coworker told the officer that Byron was a poet who freely spoke his mind. But for a man who was supposed to be good with words, very much of what he said actually made sense. The passion was clear, but what was his message? It was hard to tell. Either way, in a situation like this one, the man's poetry was not going to help. >> Do you have any knives, anything on you? Do you have any any narcotics or anything? It's just the words that I keep because I understand and exercise and research the rights that I understand. I don't understand every every point. Huh? I don't understand every point, but I'mma give you her her her so you can have it. >> Face ID. >> Yes, ma'am. Hold on. >> Yeah, you can. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I know. Hold on. Because it's it's so many people that really think that I'm tripping. Yeah. And you see this black rad, but I don't claim to be a gangster, sir. >> So, let me show you this man. I'm not defensive or anything, sir. For I had probation that's supposed to been two years. >> Huh? >> No. No. That's He can do that because I know that that's what he supposed to have to know my identity. but I'mma show you my identity. >> He let it slip that he was on probation and he didn't say why, but the cops could find out with a simple search in their database. Understandably, given his bizarre ramblings, the cops suspected he was on drugs. Of course, he denied it. But don't they all >> So, how can a drunk man with drugs work? Does it work? >> Hey, just just >> Yes, sir. No, sir. No, ma'am. No, ma'am. Please, sir. >> That's nothing. >> Let me have it. >> That's nothing. >> Let me have it. >> You can have it. Just like the devil would try to tell you. >> No, that's nothing. Just look. >> Just look. I know. My name is Byron, sir. >> Turn around. >> And you can put your hands behind your back. >> TURN AROUND AND PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TAG. >> OKAY. >> TURN AROUND. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> YES, SIR. YES, SIR. >> I have my hands coming up. TURN AROUND >> BECAUSE I'M NOT ROLL OVER. >> ROLL OVER. >> OKAY. >> HEY, DON'T YOU EVER TOUCH HIM. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK RIGHT NOW. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK RIGHT NOW, >> SIR. >> BECAUSE BECAUSE >> DO NOT MOVE YOUR HANDS. >> YES, SIR. >> DO NOT. >> YES, SIR. >> Not only did Byron hold up a meth pipe for all the cops to see, but he also tried to hide it while the cops were literally staring at him. And even when they took him to the ground, the man still couldn't help himself and was digging frantically in his pockets, probably trying to hide something else. >> DIGGING IN [laughter] YOUR POCKET. >> I'M not bending, sir. Please. So, let me show you the the the attention that I have, sir. >> Because do you really see No. >> Do you really see a man that's drunk in his word, sir? I don't have any alcohol. >> No, [ __ ] got man. Now chill out. >> That's sir. >> No sir because >> either you going to tase me sir or you can choose not to erase me sir but I'm really no genius because I'm perfect. >> Watch this other hand. >> Yeah. And when it surface that's how they do a black man that understands that Jesus is just like us. Yeah, there's nothing on me. Sir, >> you just held up a pipe, man. >> That's that's right in front of our face. >> No, sir. >> When they tased the man, he barely flinched. It was almost like it was a normal occurrence to him. And even after holding up that meth pipe in their faces, he continued denying that he was on drugs. Just how dumb did he think these cops were? >> Come on. >> Hold on now. Understand that. Because they going to force you. They gonna force you because they think you a animal and your skin is black. But I I my horse has so much love. It got so much love in me. So my God would defend it. And may I ask one more story? Can I Can I really show you >> that my st I'm >> Don't wet my face like that. >> I'm not. And I apologize. Put your belly right there. Put your face. My belly is on that. >> There's nothing in my pocket, sir. >> Hey, put your hands down. >> How? When you >> put your hands down, >> sir. You lifting it up, sir. >> Sir, move your hand. >> Sir, >> it's good. >> Please get in. >> I know, sir. Get in. >> You're going to You're going to try to lock me in? >> You're going to try to lock me in? >> Get in. >> Yes, sir. And I'm doing that. So, why do you have TO BE SO FORCEFUL? >> GET YOUR LEG IN. >> I am. I am. Golly, man. >> Look, I don't know what you're going to do. >> Yeah. >> If word gets out this dude smoking up here at Wendy's, it's going to be really bad rep on you guys. And when headquarters fires out, you need to go ahead and I'm not saying what you need to do, but you probably need to go ahead and terminate him. >> I want you to be quiet. >> Yeah. Okay. Okay. But please, sir, if I if I CAN EXERCISE, >> BREATHE THAT WAY. BREATHE THAT WAY. QUIT TALKING, DUDE. QUIT TALKING. You breathe all in my face. >> Okay. >> Where'd you throw the pipe? >> So, let me tell you that you've asked me so many times and I wasn't really precise because I'm just a black man and I make mistakes. I know that I'm a black man. >> Byron was charged with battery on an officer, a felony, and three more felony counts of resisting arrest. He eventually plead guilty to three counts of resisting arrest and spent 6 months in jail. On July the 2nd, 2024 in Columbus, Ohio, the cops were called to a Popeye's restaurant after reports of an employee abusing her co-workers and shockingly throwing hot grease at them. After they fired the woman, she totally flipped out and started smashing up the restaurant. >> Mad. >> You can get mad all you want. >> Oh my god. I just told YOU IT WAS RELAX. [screaming] WHY ARE YOU DOING THAT? >> RELAX. I just told you I was relaxed. Why are y'all doing that? >> Don't make no sense. >> I just told you I was calm like three times. You still holding my arm. >> SO HAVE YOU HAD ME IN CUFFS, BRO? WHAT THE IS YOU PULLING ME DOWN FOR? >> RELAX. >> THAT DON'T MAKE NO SENSE. >> We're securing. You want them to tighten up on you >> to secure me cuz if I was GOING TO HIT SOMEBODY, I would have been that. We're fine. >> What the was like you are. You're a loser. Look at you. >> Come on. How old are you? And how are you 48 and you're trying to everybody in their mom? That don't make no sense. Let me go. >> What is you pulling me for? Because I >> You're not listening. You're not listening. >> I don't NEED WHERE AM I GOING TO GO? >> YOU GOING TO SIT IN THE BACK OF my car? >> I don't need to sit in the back of the car. That might make me call. It's going to make me way mad. What are you talking about? been waiting for me to get. >> The woman's co-workers told police that just to get away from her, they'd run out of the back of the store. Even when the cops restrained her, she was so entitled that she actually thought she could tell the cops to let her go and they'd magically listen to her. She'd soon find out that that's not how the law works. >> What are you talking about? Stop playing with me, J. I didn't do y'all. Let me go. I'm not playing with y'all. >> That's not how it works. >> Okay. I'm a seat. I don't need a seat. >> You're going to sit down, >> but I'm not going to calm down. It's already hot. Give me my phone. What are you doing? >> I'm not playing. It's already hot. >> I'll turn the camera off for you. >> No, cuz I'm not understand. No, you're not understanding. You have to get in the car. Give me my phone. >> Okay, sit down. >> Give me my phone. Don't touch me. Please do not touch me. >> Stay in the car. >> I don't need you. I just try to manhandle me for no reason on everything I love. Who did you see me touch? >> No, you threw a bottle. >> SO, WHAT A BOTTLE. SO, you going to handcuff me for a bottle? >> Yeah, make it make sense. >> That's correct. >> I don't need to sit down. I don't feel like sitting down my legs. Listen to me. >> I'm already mad. I'm not going to calm down sitting down. I'm trying to tell you. Just let me scare up. Can you stop touching me? >> Okay. Well, stop moving. Look at me. Damn. >> No, I'm not going to look at you. Y'all not understand. Calm down. You will go to jail today. >> For what? Cuz I'm not calming down. >> I got a lot I can charge you with for in there. >> What did I do? >> Okay. >> You look You look around in there. >> So what? >> Terrar the store. Have a seat. All right. >> Got me fired for no reason. I'm not I'm not coming down. >> That's be That has nothing to do with me. But you're not going to calm down. I just talked about sitting down. Not going to calm down. I'm scared. >> I don't care at this point. Sit down in the car. >> Why are you bothering me? You're just harassing me at this point. >> You're in custody right now. Okay. Calm down. >> For no reason. You just trying to come help him for no reason. >> Help me out here. >> For no reason. You don't even know what the he was helping him about. >> Out of here. Is she talking about? >> It's no wonder they fired this woman because based on her reaction, she wasn't exactly a level-headed professional. As a matter of fact, she was acting more like a spoiled toddler having a tantrum than a full-g grown adult with a job. Meanwhile, the cop who talked to the woman had the patience of a saint. >> Make it make sense. >> I don't give a right there is always on somebody else's side. That right there don't never want to. She always want to defend the masses of always wrong. Like come on. Like be for real. Her managers are always WRONG AND SHE ALWAYS FIRING SOMEBODY CUZ THEY WROTE they been waiting. Oh, sorry. They've been waiting on him to get me fired. You're not understanding. >> You're not understanding. >> No, that shit's not going to calm me down. They wanted to get me fired. Like, you're not getting it. And she just let them get me fired. She knew that every trip they started with me. They started with me. Oh god. Every that right there, that boy started with me. Oh god. >> Give me my phone. Please get it off the top of your car. Give me my phone. >> Where your knee? >> My phone. >> I will get it. Move your knee. Move your knee and I'll get it. >> Taking my charger. >> Move your knee and I'll get it. >> Like it DON'T MAKE NO SENSE. THEY STARTED WITH ME LITERALLY IN THAT BIG WHITE FAT RIGHT THERE always on this dirty sloppy right here because she always started with her sloppy. >> Like come on. Come on. No. Cuz no one is listening to >> She was so irate that the cops couldn't get a word in edgewise. But her incessant talking was not going to help her case. It only made her look more unstable. The cop who first arrived on scene explained to the others what had happened before they arrived. >> She was walking out and uh picked up a plastic bottle and I thought she was going to remove it and she went to throw it at her. >> Okay. >> So I was like I mean >> I got to get that far cuz I was like which one in uniform is tearing up the plate. >> It's going to be >> and they were like and I'm like which which employee is it? She's like that one. And I'm like, they all got a Popeye's unifor. >> So essentially there's it's criminal damage. >> She tore up all kind. >> She didn't hit anybody. The lady I was talking to said that she was talking to person. She said no. want to own the property. >> Is that all they want to do? >> Yeah, I mean she said they said they want to press charge although in city Columbus charges for criminal damage. >> In Columbus, Ohio, if charges are pressed for criminal damage, that decision rest with the prosecutor and not the victim. The prosecutor decides if there's enough evidence to press charges. To be charged, the perpetrator had to have caused serious risk of physical harm to someone's property. But I want you to understand all this because I don't want you to get yourself in trouble. >> See, that lady right there, that lady for her to be a pulled up accountability. That's the problem here. She thinks the problem. She does not like to listen to >> that lady in there. They know they started with. You can ask Andrea. You can ask any of them. Okay. And I'm sure be an internal like uh investigation. >> No, they're not like that. That's how terrible this >> job is. And any job you go to, if you act like that, you will find your way out really fast. Okay. >> That's what I'm saying. I've been holding myself. I've been holding myself cool. I for the whole time I sound like you might have a little bit of anger. >> I let them I let them pick for me. I let them I let them do all of that because I know this is a job that I'm trying to professional. Okay, but um >> they're not professional. They're disgusting. >> She had quite the audacity to say that her managers were unprofessional. I mean, she was the one who just smashed up computers [music] and thrown salsa and hot grease all around the restaurant. The cop here absolutely deserves credit for keeping his cool. >> I'm not going to charge you with anything today because the video I'm going to take a look. You're not allowed to come back here. I will document the trespassing in the report. If as of right now, it looks like it's all mismanage. you're going to uh be referred to prosecution. However, if they determine there's further damage that amounts to a felony level, then listen, let me finish. Then you might get charged with a felony. Okay? >> I didn't touch anything. I didn't touch. If you disrupt the operations of a business by damaging something like where they can't function, okay? Yes. We came into a felony. Okay. We just had a case like that down the street. I'm just telling you because I don't want you to be caught on guard if you get to go to court. Okay. >> They fired me for no reason. >> Okay. Well, you know what? And that's the thing about this country. You can get fired for no reason. Pretty much either. Yes. I want to tell you something. I don't want you get all wound up on. >> I'm going to get wound up. I promise. >> Okay. >> I just feel like >> But I will I will tell you this. When you get out this car, if you don't leave the property after your trespass, I will put you right back in. I will take you to jail. I'm going to leave the property. >> Okay. What's your What's your good address? >> These people knew I had a funeral, so they knew I didn't get >> So, your emotions are already high. >> So, they've been >> throughout the entire thing. The officer remained calm even when she'd been shouting in his face. Thankfully though, she eventually calmed down. The cop took her cuffs off and let the woman go, but it was clearly explained to her that she was not to come back. On the 10th of April 2024 in Castleberry, Florida, the cops were called to an Ecuadorian bar. The manager of the bar, identified as Jocelyn, a 24-year-old from Spain, had attacked her boss not [music] just once, but twice. The incident began calmly, but it quickly descended into chaos, which, as you know by now, that's often the case. [music] >> Good. We got a call about an argument or someone yelling. >> Okay. Is a the thing is uh the other Monday you're in the morning. >> She finished at 6:00 but she start drinking. So she's a little she had an argument with you on >> everything all right? >> Yeah. Everything. >> Is she still here? >> Yes. She she's still You want to talk to her? >> Yeah, if I can talk to her. Do you want to bring her outside so I don't So, what can I say? Uh, the owner works here. >> I with the owner. So, he's taking uh some personal issues with it. But, uh, if you want to shut it down, you can shut shut it down. What am I shutting down? >> No, I don't know. What is it? >> Did you call? >> No, I didn't call. >> Okay. Was it just an argument? >> It was just an argument. >> So, you're not injured or anything? >> Oh, nobody's injured. >> Can I see your arms? >> Okay. But you're all good. >> He's just taking things personal. I don't want to think I don't want to take things personal. Joselyn explained that she and the owner had been in a relationship. It was a classic case of why you should never mix business with pleasure. Even though Jocelyn was on the clock, it was obvious she'd been drinking and had a few too many. So, the cop made sure she wouldn't be driving. >> Did you drive here yourself? >> I'm the manager. Yes, I worked here. >> Are you going to be able to have someone take you home or >> uh I've been I've been here since the first shift. I work also here, but I also have one of the clients that I work with that he's a good friend of mine who's taking a good care of me. >> So, I have him taking care of me. So, I'm not driving. I'm not driving. >> Okay. >> Why Why would I lie to you saying that I I can't drive? I can't drive. Not to be honest. I can't drive. I can't drive. No, I can't drive. >> I can see that. >> I can't drive. Even Even the the owner the owner can drive. I can drive. >> He's He's being Oh, he's being oldie. He's being a piece of >> Who are you? >> Who are you? >> He He's He's a friend of the owner. He's a friend of the owner. >> But the owner can drive >> to be honest. >> Okay. >> I can drive. [music] >> No one's No one's having a fight or anything. >> You want to speak to the owner? I if you tell me it's okay and I'm okay with it. >> If I get out of here, is there going to be a fight or anything? >> There's not going to be any fight. >> There's no fight. >> I don't know why they call me. So you >> I don't know why they call you, but there is no fight. >> So who did call me? >> Do you know who called me? >> I I don't know. I don't know. >> Like we said, she was clearly drunk and was slurring her words and rambling on to the cop. By the way she was acting. You'd think she was just winding down from a long night of partying and not just clocking out. She was hardly the image of a model worker. >> It sounds like no one fought. It's just an argument. >> Yeah, just going to get out of here if I just hope it doesn't escalate to anything more. >> Let me get your personal IQ. >> You want a card? >> Yeah, >> I can do that for you. >> Just in case. >> Okay. >> Just in case of what? >> Right. Just in case. >> Just in case of what? FOR MY SAFETY. If you don't feel safe over here, I don't want you here then. >> No. From a person of safety. >> I don't I don't want anything to to happen. But if she doesn't feel safe over here, what I use her to say. >> No, no, no, no. >> Let's Let's speak English because I want him to Arando. No, >> what's the use that you saying that you want her his car because you >> Two more cops arrived on scene and it was clear from the outset that they weren't going to take any nonsense. Most likely they'd seen this drunken and entitled behavior more times than they could count. >> She's the other man there. She works here in the morning. She left at 6:00, but she stayed over here drinking. She had an argument with him with the owner. >> Uhhuh. >> And I don't know. She's saying that the owner called 911 as and I saw her calling. Now you >> I don't hear the call. >> I don't know who I just want to make sure it was okay. I'm not really >> But in the meantime, I want to have a card in case. >> Okay. The thing say >> if she doesn't feel safe, what's the use for her to stay here? >> Yeah. Why? Yeah. You don't feel safe being here? I don't know. We closes too. I don't know. >> So why are you staying here? >> Off, right? >> It's off. So go home. >> But I have someone take you home. >> I'm working on something over here. >> No, no, no. He doesn't want you to work on on anything today. >> Yeah, you work tomorrow. Yeah. >> Because I don't want no argument over here. I don't want >> to serious. Yes. >> Yes. Serious. Because in the condition that you are right now. >> Yeah. Just go home. That's it. Why don't you go home? Just go home. >> Exactly. Can I have a car? >> Yeah, you can have a card. I got it for you. You back in the car? >> Sure. >> Okay. They want you to go. They want you. >> Sure. >> You're giving her the card. >> You're right. The reason you guys coming home, she's responsible because right now I don't have a problem. I would rather do that as well. >> I don't It's in my car. >> I don't have >> Yeah. So, I don't want to come back. I don't want to take you to jail. I don't want to trespass. [music] Just go home. Okay, that's it. If the owner tell you, >> you don't want to lose your job. >> Yeah, you don't lose your job. Yeah. >> Eventually, Joselyn seemed to have calmed down a bit and she went back inside. It seemed like things were finally wrapping up, and at last, the cops could call it a night. But before leaving, they made their way back into the bar and found Joselyn, who was anything but calm. All right. Now, down. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. I got you. Let go. >> Listen. Listen. >> They do. They do not want to press on it. >> You want to get tased? I'mma tase you real fast. IT'S GOING TO HURT. HAND. >> Now you lost your job. Now you're going to jail. Joseline, emotional and clearly sloshed, kept telling her manager that he'd messed up big time. It wasn't exactly clear what he'd done, but one thing was clear. Nothing he said or did justified her behavior. All >> [laughter] >> right. All right. All right. All right. All right. Chill on that. Chill on that. >> Any cigarettes, lighters, recreation. >> Check. I don't have anything with me. Check. >> Any cigarettes, lighters, recreational drugs? >> I don't have anything with me. Check. >> You understand? You something on you or inside you and you take it into the jail and it's an additional charge. >> I don't have anything on me. Check. >> Hold on. I'm going to check. >> One of Joselyn's colleagues approached the car. He explained to the officer that he'd been in jail before, almost like it was something to be proud of. He'd been trying to calm Joselyn down, but at that point, it was way too late. prison. >> Just a second. >> Just a second. >> Check. >> Check. I don't have anything. Check. I don't have anything. >> Oh, yeah. Justin, >> I don't have anything. >> Relax. >> I'm not even moving. I'm not even moving. Just >> why you trying to m [laughter] >> We wasn't trying to do this, bro. >> I know. That's crazy. >> I went to get >> She walked in and decided she was going to fight. We going back to jail. >> We going back to jail. >> She >> This is employees. They're trying to calm her down. >> Um she was uh it was an employee here was intoxicated. Like, hey, just want to head out. She said she going to walk in the employees room and start swinging on the manual or the boss. He don't want to press charges. >> Even though her boss didn't want to press charges, she was still guilty of disorderly intoxication. She was still drunk as hell and causing chaos at work. Not exactly material for employee of the month. >> I don't like that. >> I already did my time in prison, everything. I know how it is. Um, >> what are we doing? Just getting a statement from him. Getting her personal belong is hey. [laughter] >> Hey, John. >> She's herself. to avoid. >> All right, let's get on out of here. [snorts] >> Hey, John, let's get on out of here. Let's go. She's She's acting up over here. >> Like we said, the manager didn't want to press charges, and they charged the woman with disorderly conduct in an establishment. Since she wasn't a US citizen, the charge could also have an impact on her visa status. On the 19th of September 2024, the cops arrived at a suspect's workplace to handle a simple parole violation. And what should have been an easy parole check became full-blown chaos when the suspect, Marcelia Fana, had a meltdown. >> Hi, I'm Katie. I'm one of the supervisors here. Nice to meet you, Katie. So, we're still waiting on them to come in. >> Okay. >> I don't know if they told you anything about the situation. >> I'm not sure if they mentioned anything. >> Yeah, it's it's a mandatory test situation. So, there's been obviously some raised tensions with this entire case. She was sentenced on 13th, >> okay, [music] >> um prison, but time served because she's been in custody for a number of years since this incident happened. Apparently, there was some sort of scuffle that occurred. >> Okay. >> Um between um the >> child who passed in the fire, his [music] father's side of the family and our client side of the family. Gotcha. >> So, we're not sure if she's coming. She can't drive herself. She's been in custody. She doesn't have a driver's license. So, >> her >> Okay. So, her mom is for sure or somebody's for sure bringing her here. We just don't know if other people are going to show up and we don't know how it's going to go. So we that's how we relieve. >> Sure. Okay. >> She'd just been released from prison just a week earlier. She'd been in jail on homicide charges after setting a fire that killed her nephew who was only 11 months old. Marcelia was only 15 at the time and was sentenced to 4 years confinement followed by 5 years of extended supervision. >> There's some [music] Okay. So um yeah, we don't even have a photo. Like we could look online, but [music] >> I looked at your photo too. Yeah. So, if she's cooperative, the plan would be for us to to transport her. Um, meaning you and me because Andrew, she's supposed to be here supposed to be here now. So, >> someone Yeah. That's not solar is here, but I don't know who it is. It's like >> So, they're just [clears throat] standing by in case anything gets wild, you know. >> And then, do we have the van pulled up? >> [music] >> The cops and the officers moved into another room as they waited for Marcelia to come through the entrance. After spending four years in custody waiting for her case to be resolved, Marcelia just started a new job. What should have been a fresh start for the woman began in a very chaotic way. [laughter] >> She'll come in that door and that's her team of custody. >> She's signing in right now. So we just got a case assigned [music] extended revision time served for Marcelia. She victim's family and the victim reached out [music] as far as she had posted their address on Facebook essentially suggesting people go over to their house and do stuff and that there was a fight uh at a park. The family didn't have a whole lot but it sounds like 54 had information. So there was some kind of altercation at E Street Park on the 13th afterwards. Um in the report that Chelsea sent, she had acknowledged that she fought back as far as this goes from doing mandatory custody. So she uh any questions on anything? >> The victim's family told police that she'd gotten into a heated altercation with them and then posted their home address on Facebook. It was a blatant parole violation and it seemed like just a week after being released, she was ready to head back to jail. >> What did I do? >> Turn around. >> What did I do? Please turn around. >> What did I do? >> What did I do? >> Turn around. >> What did I do? >> Turn around. >> Turn around. >> What did I do? >> Please tell me. What did I do? No. What did I DO? >> WHAT DID I do? >> You are under arrest. You're going to get additional charges now. >> For what? >> No. For what? >> For what? What did I do? >> Taser. >> No. What did I do? >> For what? What did I do? >> I got taser. >> No. What did I do? I >> tasers out. >> Taser's out. >> I got one. >> No. On. What did I do wrong? >> We have taser out. >> Taser out. >> I got one cup. >> On. What did I do wrong? >> All right. Both cups are off. No, you guys need to tell me what the did I do. >> You have a warn out for your arrest. We will tell you in A SECOND. >> WAIT, FOR WHAT? >> I'll tell you. >> No, you guys need to tell me now. >> Marcelia was acting like she had no idea why she was being arrested. Fighting with the victim's family was clearly a parole violation, and she should have realized it before doing it. And if she thought she was going to get away with it, she was in for a serious wakeup call. >> Okay, the cops are on. I'm not going to snap, but I'm confused. I'm not doing at the officers. >> It was for a fight that you got involved in. >> Are you guys kidding me? >> That's That's what we're being told. >> Okay. >> I didn't do nothing. >> So, we're going to walk. >> I didn't do nothing. No. I need to call my mom. >> Nope. You're going to walk my car now. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> What? >> Are you kidding? I do nothing wrong. >> You guys, bro, I ain't doing nothing wrong. Got her going out >> to the right. First car, passenger side. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. [screaming] >> Okay, YOU GUYS ARE DRIVING ME. >> I will, but let go. I don't like people touch me. >> Well, unfortunately. All right, first off. >> I ain't do nothing. >> Feet apart for me. >> There. >> Stop. >> There. Act like >> I don't like cops. >> Stop. Stop. Wrong. Hey. >> Marcelia said that she didn't like cops. In that case, maybe she should try leading a life without crime so she wouldn't have to spend so much time around them. You know, like a normal person. Her mom was waiting in the parking lot in her car, probably sitting there wondering just what kind of trouble she'd got into. >> Get off me. >> Get off me. I ain't do nothing. I just seen my PO. my OPO and now all of a sudden I got wrong with you. >> I ain't do. I called the cops. >> Get additional charges. >> I'm not doing nothing wrong. >> No, I'm not. >> What? No, I'm not. I'm listening. But I can talk. >> I ain't do nothing wrong. >> No, I ain't do nothing wrong. >> No, bro. Get off him. Get the >> Do you think this is what I didn't hear? Ma'am, I ain't saying >> Have a seat. >> Wrong with y'all. Weird piece, bro. Get off me. >> Get off me. >> Get off me. >> I lowkey did not do nothing and all of a sudden I got warranted for my arrest. For what? For what? >> Bro, THIS TIGHT. NO, BRO. IT'S TOO TIGHT. There's nothing there. >> We're the messenger. That's it. >> Okay. Well, for what? Bite. >> They'll explain it to you. >> THEY ATTACKED ME. >> NO, just if you just keep cool, everything will go so much better. There's nothing. >> Okay. The only thing >> I know, I understand. But the only thing you could do, >> okay, the only thing you can control right now is yourself. >> Now, that was a heck of a line from the cop. Very powerful. She didn't have any control here, but she could control her own reaction. She should listen to the officer's advice because it wasn't just a good mantra for this situation, but also for life in general. >> Probation parole put a warn out for you. >> What probation? What probation? Please let me know. >> The one where we're here right now. Obviously, >> that doesn't even make sense. I just started here today. >> I am calling my lawyer and the judge is like I even call my lawyer. >> Look, I have no information. You can you can moan all you want. They want you under arrest. You're under arrest. >> They charged the woman with violating probation and obstructing or resisting an officer. She later pled no contest and was sentenced to one more year of probation. She was also ordered to get therapy and had to attend classes for anger management. On the 11th of February 2024 in Illinois, the cops were called to a hospital after reports came in that a nurse had assaulted someone. The suspect, Eusana Dodson Powell, had lost control of herself after being asked to leave work. When the cops arrived, they found the woman at the entrance and she was screaming hysterically. >> EXCUSE ME, MA'AM. EXCUSE ME, MA'AM. They They're telling ME TO GO HOME. I'M JUST TELLING HER TO SIGN MY WORKSHOP in the morning. I JUST WANT TO GET BACK. OH, HE looks the only way. >> Yes, this is the ONLY WAY FOR WHAT TO SAY. I JUST WANT TO GO. YEAH, you're screaming at me and I can't process what's actually. >> OKAY, I'M SORRY, but can you please just ask I'm not TRYING TO REMOVE >> CAN YOU PLEASE All I need is for him to sign my >> supervisor. I JUST WANT SOMEBODY TO SIGN MY PAPER, BRO. >> CAN YOU SIGN MY PAPER? >> NO, JUST MY NAME AND SIGN IT. >> YOU JUST NEED TO WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING ME? >> CUZ YOU'RE NOT LISTENING TO SIGN. >> CAN YOU WHY YOU TOUCH MY PHONE? YOU'RE TELLING ME TO >> I'M ASKING YOU TO HAVE THEM SIGN LIKE HAVING US DO ANYTHING. >> I BELIEVE I JUST WANT TO GO HOME. >> Please believe Oh my god. I'D RATHER >> NO, YOU DON'T. >> Let's talk outside. >> No, LISTEN. I JUST NEED I JUST NEED A SIGNATURE TO GO HOME. >> THE staff reported she'd been asked to leave work due to unacceptable behavior. According to the other workers, she retaliated by screaming, cursing, and threatening to fight them. That's when they called police to calm her down. But even after they arrived, she carried on with her dramatics. >> THEY NOT TRYING TO PLAY ME. >> I'm trying to talk to them. [laughter] >> Can you please SIGN IT? >> Can you ask somebody outside and I will talk to you outside? >> Just ask somebody. >> Just please sign it. Please begging. You just have no problem. Just calm down. >> Please just laugh. what he's saying. >> Yes, you do. You know you do. Please not going anywhere. >> Please, you don't give it to the supervisors. >> CAN YOU PLEASE BLIND? THAT'S not his name. And that's not my name. That's not his name. >> No, he's cheating. He's just cheating. >> He is cheating. >> No. >> Please step out. >> No. >> You're being asked to STEP OUT. >> NO WAY. >> UNDERSTANDABLY, she wanted to be paid for the work she'd done. However, she should have known that screaming and shouting like a toddler was not the way to go about it. She eventually left but kept on yelling outside the building and even spat at some of the staff members. >> I came upstairs, she was in the hallway dancing and I said, "Oh, you just going to dance while supervisor's watching around." She was like, "I'm on break." I said, "Okay, well, if you on break, you need to leave the floor. I'm watching the resident." So, either you're on break or you watching the residence. So, she don't want you to tell her nothing. So, I came downstairs >> and the issue. What is the name? >> Do we have her name? >> Her name is USA. What is What is last name? I don't have >> You want more than just her leaving today? >> Yes. >> She literally charged at this lady. >> She did. >> Like she wanted to fight. She told me to get my mother off of her before she, you know. >> Okay. >> And so So you said she charged at you? >> She did. >> So that would be assault if you believe [music] that you were in fear of receiving a battery. A battery is a physical connection where she's going to Um, so do you think it was assault or does it disorderly conduct where she's disturbing? >> No, she was getting ready to go next to McLar. >> Okay. >> Yana had been on clock since 6:00 in the morning and after nearly 7 hours, she wanted someone to sign her papers so she'd get paid for the time, but her supervisor told the cops she'd been causing trouble all day and as a result, she decided to send her home. >> She was like, "Well, I got to go home. What I'm going home for?" I said, "Are you really asking that question?" I said, "First of all, you said you was on break. You didn't leave the floor." I said, "Are you on break now? What the you talking about? What the?" And she just escalated from like 0 to 10 right there. So she got up. She started telling her, "Get the away from me. Get the away from me." I She started working. The director um executive director. >> Okay. >> So he's like second in charge, but he's the only one here. So he is running the whole building. >> So I told him to call him and she still started escalating. And then she got up. So I stood back. So she was like, "What the did I do?" And then she started coming to me and I kind of stepped back and then I'm not going to get hit, right? She stepped on. I'm going to get hit though. So she she came in front of her and then a couple people came and I just went on and I just stepped back and I stepped back and then she talked about what she was going to do to me. >> What are those words? What did she say to you? >> Um my dead grandma walk you know all of that. >> And you said that is that she was going to make physical contact. >> She was she was walking towards her. If I would have got in the house, she would have she kept puffing up, >> asking the woman to leave for dancing around at work might have seemed a little bit harsh. However, the dramatic performance she put on afterwards was unacceptable, especially the part where she threatened to assault co-workers. We've all had a bad day, but she took it way too far. >> I literally didn't do anything. I'm sorry. >> I know you're upset. You're upset. I get it. >> I literally was upstairs DOING MY JOB. >> WHAT DO YOU DO? >> LITERALLY, I'M A CNA. I lit all is I clean. I was ABOUT TO GO ON BREAK. I WAS ABOUT TO GO ON BREAK. I WAS ON BREAK ACTUALLY, but one of the residents had to go to the bathroom. >> I stood BY HER DOOR, BUT I WAS ON MY PHONE. >> OKAY. >> SO, the supervisor walks up there immediately on board. >> Was that the dude? >> That was the lady with the ponytail. She like, um, is this your set? And I'm like, no. And um I'm like, I'm on break right now. So, she's like, you cannot be right here. I'm like, why you being disrespectful? Literally, this is exactly how it went. I'm like, why is it being disrespectful? SHE'S LIKE A CHILD. LIKE, HER FRIEND, I laugh like they in high school. Like, they bullying me. LIKE LITERALLY LIKE TRYING TO bully me. >> Okay. >> So I literally I ain't say nothing else. I went to go chart. I'M SITTING DOWN CHARTING AND THEY BOTH WALK UPSTAIRS while you got to GO HOME. AND I'M like for what? She like what you doing? I'm like turning. SHE LIKE YOU CAN'T TURN ON YOUR BRA. GO HOME. LITERALLY JUST MESSING WITH ME. LIKE LIKE FOR WHAT? LIKE FOR WHAT? LIKE THAT'S so that is so lame. G LIKE I PROMISE TO GO THAT IS SO LAME. >> We got to get your information. >> I told I DON'T WANT TO GIVE Y'ALL my information. WE HAVE TO HAVE IT. We have to have it. >> I don't want to give y'all my information. I didn't do anything wrong. I'm about to go home. >> You're going to make this into A BIGGER THING THAN >> I WANT TO GO HOME. OH MY GOD. Now they got the police. I have My name is USA and I'm 19 and I'm ready to go home. Do >> you have an ID on? >> I KNOW I DON'T have no ID. >> I made to go home. But where do I go wrong? >> She eventually showed the cops a picture of her ID. As it turned out, the meltdown happened barely an hour before the end of her shift. But after the stunt she pulled, it's a pretty safe bet that she won't be getting any more shifts anytime soon. >> Like they ass in my face right now. This make me so mad. Damn. >> All right. She's going to come talk to you. That's her right there. >> She don't want I don't want to talk to her. >> Oh, you got to. >> Well, I don't want to. >> Okay. >> I don't want to. I don't What am I talking to her for? I'm ready to go, folks. Oh my ready to go. Been having me right here for like five minutes now. Go. >> I got a ticket for you. You just got to follow up with Orland Parkour. Okay. >> Or Parkour. What I got a ticket for? assault. >> I did NOT TOUCH ANYONE. >> I DID NOT ASSAULT ANYBODY. >> I DID NOT THREATEN ANYBODY. >> YOU'RE SCREAMING RIGHT NOW. >> BUT I DID NOT threaten anybody. >> Okay. Give me the ticket. Give me the ticket. >> You got to sign right here. >> Okay. Irvitrit. >> Go to the judge and talk. >> Give me the ticket. >> Okay. >> Yana was issued an MV citation for assault and given a court date for March 5th, 2024. She was also given a trespass warrant and received a lifetime ban from the hospital. The cops later obtained a video of the incident and it was used as evidence in court. On October 23rd, 2023, the cops were called out to a bar after reports that the chef there, later identified as Johnny, was causing chaos and assaulted some of the customers. When the cops arrived, it was clear the man was trashed. Professionalism wasn't exactly on the menu that night. I'm good. >> More cars over here. More cars over here. >> I'm very good. >> All right. Relax. >> Relax. >> What are you doing? >> 15 boy, boy. If you are, don't get the off me, boy. >> No, you're not going back. Don't touch me. You're not going back. >> All right. The kids fell off the table. >> Okay. >> And he came over and blame me for it. >> I'll protect myself. You got an idea. >> I'm just saying >> what >> you you know. >> What? >> At first, the cops suspected that it might have been the customer causing the chaos. It became clear who had started the drama. The chef lost his cool and tried to attack an innocent customer. >> You were the noise of >> police officers. >> All right. I got you. I got you. >> Hey, I called. >> Yeah. Okay. >> This gentleman wasn't doing anything wrong. He's the one who was interrogating him and then he saw you guys and was pissed that I called you guys. So, he was trying to run and he didn't want him to run. >> No, I didn't. Here's what happened. He fell off the he >> was on that side table. on this side. He went over and started, bro. >> For what, >> bro? So you can put my back, bro. >> We don't even know what's going on yet. Okay. What happened? >> Hey, bro. >> Hey, why you lying, bro? >> Enough. >> Relax. >> Relax. >> Why you lying, >> dude? Relax, bro. >> Why you lying? Relax. >> No. What is lying? >> Who is lying? >> Yes. >> What is your deal? >> THE TRUTH. >> RELAX. >> I'LL RELAX. >> As soon as the cops walked in, they saw a heated situation between them. Standing there were the chef and the customer, and it was clear the chef was drunk. He couldn't put together a coherent sentence, but the cop stayed calm. >> What is your deal, >> bro? You >> relax, dude. We're putting your hand. Relax. >> Relax. >> Relax. Stop pulling your arms. >> Yeah, you are. Dude, >> come here. >> Stop moving. >> Look at me. Look at me. >> You talk to him. >> I just got here. >> Why are you doing that? I didn't see you. >> We're both. >> Okay. So, I'm sorry. What happened again? >> So, okay. Let's start from the beginning. Since I got in, this kid has been up on something. >> Yeah. >> Literally can't even know how to make a salad. So, I've spoken to my boss about four or five times. My boss is out for his birthday. He's not going to come in. The kid came out here and was behind the bar. And I don't know if you saw it, but it sure looked like he pulled a gun out of his pocket and then put it, but I'm on this side. He's over there. >> He was acting like he had a gun. And I was trying to calm him down cuz he saw you guys there. Well, he's pissed at me cuz I called the cops. >> Okay. So, then he came and swung at you. >> So, what happened was he I had him sit down in my wife's chair. >> Just relax. >> Yeah. >> By that point, the boss was on his way to the bar to see what was going on. The cameras at the bar would have recorded the whole incident and he knew how to work them. Hopefully, the cops could then find out if Johnny really had a gun or if it was all just a bluff. >> What's going, bro? Damn. >> What happened? you. >> I don't care. >> Everyone's got their >> Did he hit you? >> Okay. >> So, he was coming to ask you and you're defending yourself. >> Do you have your ID on you, sir? And I apologize getting up and pushing. We don't know what happened. You know, >> just me. >> You don't even WANT TO DO >> NO, NO. I'M not no I don't got no nothing, bro. >> No, no, no, no. other side. >> Say what you need, >> bro. Stop touching me, bro. Bro, stop touching me, bro. >> All right, boy. Hey, boy. Hey. Hey. >> N your stupid ass. >> You're going to end up on the ground in a second, >> bro. Your ass up, boy. >> Get your car, >> bro. Damn. >> Damn. Damn my go. >> The cops went back inside and saw that Johnny's dad had arrived. Johnny called the man to ask him to pick him up. But unbeknownst to his father, his son was in the back of a squad car, heavily under the influence and acting crazy. Not exactly something you want to see as a parent. >> So the owner is No, this is this is his dad. his dad. >> He was coming to pick him up. Uh the owner is out to dinner for his birthday. He's had a few drinks, but he said he's going to juggle water and pay a stab and be coming here. >> Okay. >> I don't know how long that would be or if that's even beneficial. Can't get the tickets right. So, he's frustrated. Pulled something out of his wallet. I don't know if it was or something out of his pocket. I don't know if it was a wallet or a gun. Then they started going at it. That's when I called the cops and said, "I don't know if he has a gun. It looks like a gun. It's something black that he pulled out of his pocket." She's like going up. >> Turn that face away. Turn right face away, bro. >> Turn your face away, bro. >> Back him. [music] >> All right. TURN YOUR FACE AWAY. >> STOP THAT. >> BRO. HEY. NO. NO. Get away. >> It was clear by her tone alone that Johnny's colleague was done with him. You could tell it wasn't his first night causing problems and that even before this meltdown, he hadn't exactly been a star employee. >> I have no idea what it feels, but it all started over. He can't make any tickets in the kitchen cuz he's all messed up. So, um, the guy, gentleman sitting back there says something like, "Can you go back in the kitchen, you know, make these tickets?" He pulled out something appeared to be like a firearm or something on a waistband, probably his wallet. And then he supposedly came at him. When we walked up, he was pushing him against the wall. He said he was defending himself cuz the guy came. >> So after I was already on the phone with you guys. Yeah. >> He had come around. He was already over here and he's like, "Let's go outside. Let's go outside." Basically insinuating. >> Who are you talking about when you're saying? >> Okay. How long has he worked here? >> Not long enough for me to have this stress. >> Did he come in like this in this condition? >> No. So I got here at 4:30. We were here 2 hours and he got his first ticket. Couldn't manage how to rate a ticket. I called the boss. I was like, "This kid is up." Like I was closing the kitchen early. He was totally fine when we came in. We were busy. Everything was great. He could not squeeze into a cup. Like it's ridiculous. He trashed the kitchen. >> The cops decided to talk to the victim first. An innocent customer just tried to enjoy a quiet drink. Luckily, the man was calm and hadn't responded too much to Johnny's threats. Next, they talked to Johnny's father, who seemed all too familiar with his son's antics. >> Let's see if he's wants to if he's willing to be in victim. >> Yeah. Regardless, he was sitting there with his hand in his hands the entire time. >> Would you be willing to go to court against him as a victim? >> Not necessarily. >> So, you don't want to go to court against him. >> He's got a drug problem. >> Oh, yeah. I mean, it's clear he's on something. >> None of that do any good to go to court against him? >> I don't. >> Okay. You're his father? >> Yes, sir. >> So, he called you to come pick him up, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. What's happening? So that's So we had orders come in and I was like, "Johnny, just make these orders and then go home." And he trashed the kitchen and was like, "I'm leaving." >> Does he use drugs or anything like that? >> He's he's out of he was out of control. >> We've had regular say that he's selling drugs out of here. He says he's not. I know he does all drugs. Like he's he walks in the door so stone that I get a secondhand high. It's ridiculous. >> I mean, he's out of control. Will you do me a favor? Will you talk to him and tell him to calm down? >> He didn't listen to me. >> Would you be willing to go to court as a victim for iconic? >> Yeah, >> absolutely. >> Okay. >> I'm so glad I picked up today's chef. >> All right. So, we're going to get out of here now. Obviously, we need that video and he's not here to >> just call. >> Can you ask him is it okay? Is he willing to sign complaints against him as far as the business? >> 100%. >> Okay. Johnny, who was only 19 at the time, was charged with illegal consumption of liquor by a person under 21, aggravated battery, breaching the peace, and resisting arrest. He was also charged with theft under $500 as they found an open bottle of tequila in the bar's kitchen, which they believed to be Johnny's. On the 17th of March, 2023 in Orlando, Florida, the cops were called to Universal Studios after reports of an assault between two people. It was only when they arrived there that the cops realized there was more to the story. The suspects weren't strangers. They were married and one of them was an employee at the park. >> Bring the officer back now, but we had her in earlier because there was a report of a domestic violence between her and her boyfriend inside the vehicle. >> Okay. >> Um at first, >> where did this happen? >> Uh inside the employee parking lot. >> Okay. >> So, we had originally an OPD officer here that she stated that nothing happened and all that. And when we have our security officer that witnessed it, he stated that he just saw her um an item was thrown out of the vehicle. It wasn't until he wrote down the statement that we found out that he actually witnessed them pushing each other >> in the vehicle itself. >> So the security officer is >> Yes. Have a witness statement. He's writing now. >> So we're bring we're bringing her back now. She's here on post now. >> Okay. Who's the uh what's the relationship? >> Uh husband and wife. >> Yeah. So, it's wife, husband, married for one year, [music] been together for five years, so six all together. Um, apparently they were fighting because she caught him cheating. Uh, apparently she's pregnant as well. She doesn't know. He doesn't know. And, uh, apparently she found out because when she found out she was pregnant, she also found out she had ST. >> So then we [music] were arguing about that and the officer basically said um, we were in the car. She was yelling. Apparently, there were glasses on the floor and she was pushing him saying, "Go get my glasses." And at that point, he was pushing her out. He goes, "You go get out. Get out of the car." And he grabbed her phone charger and threw it out. >> The incident happened in the employee parking lot. An employee told the officer that he saw his coworker, Diamond, fighting with her husband inside their vehicle. Diamond works security at the park, but her husband didn't work there, so it was anybody's guess just what he was doing there. >> Yeah. Um, incoming team member stated saying, uh, there's a couple fighting in a car in the gate to bus loop. One of them was security. I walk out of the bus loop. I see my security. I train there, but um, so I know who she was. >> An employee? >> Yeah. >> Are they both the husband and wife are both employees or >> No, I No, I don't know who the husband is or if boyfriend put male in my statement. >> But you don't know. He doesn't work. >> No. Um, I see Diamond with her passenger side door open cuz she was in the passenger seat >> and she was yelling at the male, get my glasses and she was pushing her or she was pushing him and then he was pushing her back saying, "Let's get out of the car." >> The other employees showed the officer the video footage which showed the domestic violence. It was plain as day, captured entirely on camera. At that point, Diamond had no way of denying it. The evidence was there and there was nothing she could say. >> Oh, wow. >> Is that the That's the car. >> Oh, >> so that's the witness. >> Yeah, that's >> zoom in on that. Maybe it's >> going to be grainy. >> Yeah, [music] but you can see bodies flying if you need to >> that particular juncture. Yes, you guys are legally married. Okay. What is his name? >> I don't understand what >> Well, because we're investigating a crime that was alleged. >> There's not a crime. >> Well, we have other information that [music] there there wasn't a crime. That was >> But there wasn't a crime. So, >> okay. You may not think there was a crime, but the information that I have, there was. >> Okay. >> What did his first name? >> Nothing. So that was just an argument about relationship problem. There's nothing further need to be done. >> Did it get physical at any point? >> No. >> Do you want to write a statement about >> No, there's nothing that went on. It was just relationship argument. There's nothing. >> Okay. And that's what your story is? >> Yes. And I'm sticking to it. >> While the officers talked to her, Diamond seemed bored and totally unfazed. It was like she had no idea how serious things were. However, the woman's tough girl attitude was not going to last long. And as they'd soon find out, it was all just an act and not a very good one. [music] >> You are being placed under arrest for battery. Okay, >> just relax. Video of you hitting him. All right, you guys are married. >> Can I call my mom? We'll do that and have a seat.
