I'm talking about who we have. We have him. >> You're being detained. >> Now you're under arrest. >> Resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> There's a card in your nut. >> S. There's a card in my dust. Okay. >> Yeah, that's what I was grabbing. Not your balls. I can tell the difference. >> Stay with me. >> I promise you I'm not I'm not trying to stop trying to be a >> Jack me if you want to take it. I don't care. Just do it. There are some people who visit Universal Studios who spoil the fun for everyone else. Thankfully, the cops ensure that the only real vacation they ruin is their own. And sometimes the craziest attraction on display at the park is when cops have to arrest these incredibly dumb tourists at Universal Studios. On the 4th of February 2022, the cops were dispatched to Universal Studios Volcano Bay Water Park. A 37-year-old British tourist named James Stewart Evans was reportedly intoxicated and allegedly had groped a 12-year-old girl. While escorting him outside, James tried to run and hide from the cops in the bushes. >> Really? Really? >> Yeah, we got it. I just can't. >> Do you just fall or you were trying to hide from me? >> I fell. >> Really? That bad? Huh? >> Yeah. >> Do we need a wheelchair for you or >> I genuinely fell. >> Come on, man. >> I genuinely fell. Right. If you watch the video, I fell. >> Well, I'm glad you got a sense of humor on that. >> Just take a ride over here. Just take a ride. Please don't fall. The best thing is because of this I can like cut on my ticket and I get my free >> for this particular crime. It was difficult to press charges because there were no independent witnesses of the alleged assault. James claimed he didn't grope the girl, but had accidentally bumped into her. However, the officer argued that the very wide sidewalk made his account unlikely. Ultimately, they had to remove the man from the premises. >> I I don't deal with that. So, >> Exactly. >> Yeah. Exactly. Let's go. I only deal with taking people to jail. So, let's let's TRY TO JAIL. I tell you, don't watch it. Watch it. No sir. >> Take me to jail now. >> No. >> Take me to jail. >> Take me to jail. >> Yo, so stop. >> Take me to jail. >> I'm here now. Take me to jail. >> Just take a right over here on the at the end. >> I'll take a right. >> Right. Right. You say right. Oh, right. Okay. You're pathetic with country. I don't give a about any of you. Okay. You're pathetic. You're actually pathetic. >> Despite allegedly getting away with an incredibly serious crime, James appeared to push his luck even further. However, this also meant the officer could now potentially press charges for disorderly conduct. Let me let me explain something. Let me explain something. Let me explain something. There's something called distort intoxication. I already have enough to take you. So don't make me happy. [music] Turn around and take the way right there. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> Turn around. >> I don't care. >> Take me. They haven't cancelled yet. They open a call to try to cancel it. >> I'm a scar. >> Oh my god. Oh my god. >> Okay. Okay. >> Look at this. >> Danny, call it in. Look at it. >> 440 44 buzzing >> instead. >> This guy's decision to escalate things was a bad idea for a number of reasons. He was here as a tourist, which meant that he might have to stay in the country if he had to go to court. Additionally, if he faced any charges, it could severely impact his ability to come back to the US. You can do what you want. >> Go in440. >> It's not going to go anywhere. >> Can I say you my friend? You break my >> You my Intoxication. >> Yeah, let's try that. >> [laughter] >> Put your hands back now. Put your hands back. >> Put your hands back. >> You better to watch to you. I love how you get on. Do we have property? >> I'm there. >> The arresting officer here was 51 years old. And mistakenly, James thought he could overpower him. Because James refused to comply. The officer was compelled to use even greater force. And it might have been because he was from the UK. But he might not have anticipated that the cops would take it to this level. >> I'm going to tase you. >> Good. Taste it. >> Get back. Get back. Back. Back. >> I'm going to tase you. You better stop moving. >> You'll stop. >> You know what tasting is? >> You'll stop. >> You know what tasting is? >> You're going to get it in a second. Put your arms behind your back. Taste one. >> Put your arm behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. I'm going to take you know if I do that. >> Put your arms. >> Please put back your hands now. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Put your hands behind your back. I'm going to take I'm not doing anything. Put your hands in your back. >> Look at me. >> Put your hands in your back. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Am I doing anything? >> Yeah. You're resisting. That's what you're doing. No, I'm just trying to get my horse back. >> You're going to get nothing back right now. >> Start the other hand now. Please hold that. >> All right. Now, put your other hand behind your back. >> Do it now, dude. >> Do it now. >> Basically trying to rest. Hold on. >> Now, I'm not trying to do anything now. >> Just put your hands back now. behind your back now. >> Keep your hand behind your back. >> Hold on. >> It bends his way. It bends his way. >> Do it now. >> You have to help me. >> There you go. >> There you go. >> On the south. >> You can't help me. >> I didn't want to I didn't want to tase him. >> Yeah, you can't help. You can't taste me. While lying on the ground, he was boldly asserting that the way the cops had treated him was going to somehow discourage tourists from coming to Universal. >> I can't wait till I put this on the >> I don't like tourism. Yeah. >> You like tourism. >> You like money. [singing] You think you're tough, >> but you're not that tough on it. >> No. Anyway, >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> All I can say to you is you want tourism, this is not the way to get it. >> You can slow down your unit. >> Over here. All right, >> yeah, I kind of like >> Dude, I took a guy down once and listen. >> Yeah, that's what for real. >> I'm glad he [ __ ] [clears throat] >> You might have to take a few shots. >> No, I didn't have to get like that just to get you down. No more breaking or anything. >> It's quite easy. >> Never did anything. >> Now sobered up a bit and aware of how serious things were. Suddenly, the man was changing his tune. He also seemed to not realize that the cops have body cam footage of everything he just did. While talking to another officer, he seemed to be giving a very selective account of what happened. >> Hey, James. I'm the supervisor here for Orlando Police Department for today. Did you want to talk to me about what's going on? >> Yeah, I wasn't trying to cause any trouble with anyone. >> Okay. Can you tell me what happened? >> Yeah, I was escorted out the park and I was going out the park quite happily. >> Do you you remember what you were escorted out of the park for? >> Yeah, because apparently um there was like another guest that I bumped into and they weren't happy. So, did they ask you to leave the park at that point? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And I left the park at that point. I was quite happy to leave that part. >> Okay. >> I was leaving the park and I was waiting for the bus. >> Um, and then because I wouldn't I don't know what it was, but whatever for whatever reason, they rested me to the ground. >> Okay. Do you recall the incident though? Why why you got put in handcuffs and what happened? >> No. >> Um, okay. So, you as far as you were concerned, you'd been asked to leave the park. You you had no problem with that. You were leaving the park on your own accord. I love the part. >> We're walking down here and you came over here and like this part. >> Yeah. >> You don't >> I don't know what happened. Yeah. >> Okay. Um is there anything else that you can tell me about? So you don't remember the interaction between you and the officer at all? >> No, it was it all got very violent at that point. >> Okay. All right. Um do you have any injuries anywhere that we need to >> My knee is quite badly hurt. Okay. And >> this right here, this the right the right knee. Yeah. Okay. >> Quite a lot of blood on the see that >> earlier. James mentioned he was at the park with his family, but still they were nowhere to be seen. But even at this point, the arresting officer was also injured. So both he and James required medical attention. To hear James describe what happened, it didn't sound like he comprehended just how terrible he'd acted. >> I was maybe bit cheeky. >> Okay. What is What is that? What does cheeky mean? >> Little little hot tempered. see light eyes >> and then all of a sudden I was down on the ground strange. >> Okay. >> All right. >> But I didn't want to cause anyone. >> Okay. >> I was in I was like I was already out of the park. I was doing what they wanted. >> I wanted to go. >> All right. Did you say that there was something else in on your hands or your back or anything? >> I don't know. I'm in gloves. So >> you you can slide out. Go ahead and stand up for me. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> Turn around. Just want to see if there's anything back here. Okay, you can go ahead. Sit back down. >> Watch yourself. Watch yourself. >> I just want to go back to my hotel. This knee here. I mean, just you can put your legs back down. This This leg though. >> Yeah. >> I just want to go back to my hotel. I understand that I'm like drunk and I shouldn't drunk. >> Okay. I didn't mean to get this drunk. >> So, what was it this morning you started drinking or? >> Yeah, I went in the hotel. So, you didn't mean to get this intoxicated? >> They charged James with disorderly conduct, resisting, and battery on a law enforcement officer. He accepted a plea deal, was sentenced to 6 months probation, and paid over $800 in restitution. The disorderly conduct charge was later dismissed. On the 14th of March 2021 in Orlando, Florida, police responded to a service call in the Simpsons area of Universal Studios. A man and a woman believed to be brother and sister were allegedly threatening the staff members. They were subsequently trespassed but refused to leave. >> And then when he's uh when he's trying >> that guy, >> do you know if the employee wants to do anything? That's where they should be getting. >> You know, if the employee wants to do anything about the >> spitting on camera, >> they're being a total ass. Um, like they did something stupid. They're not communicating, you know? We should have worked something up. They're one of your specials, but they just don't get it. They're from New York. >> Just so you guys have >> Did you already ask him to leave? Hey, get back. >> Get back. Get back. Get back. Get back away from him. Back up. Back up. >> He's following me. >> Back up. >> He's following me, not me. >> It's not It's their property. It's their property. They can follow you wherever they want to. Listen to me. They can follow you wherever they want. It's their property. >> What's going on? >> They're They're threatening team members. Uh threatening to fight them. So, they got to leave. They launched that team members. I've already verbally trespassed them and they're refusing to leave. >> The siblings later identified as Khaled and Fatima seem reluctant to leave and feared they might not get a refund. In Florida, a property owner can trespass someone for no reason at all and failing to leave after being trespassed is considered breaking the law. However, these two seemed unable to follow even simple procedures. >> Listen. Hello. You guys were told you have to leave, so you have to leave Universal Property. It doesn't matter. Listen to me. Listen to me. It's not your property. It's Universal's property. They want you to leave. Listen. Are you going to listen to me? >> You You have to leave now or you will be under arrest. So, leave the property. >> Arrest. >> Trespass after warning. >> Trespass after warning. If you don't leave, you have to listen. It doesn't matter. You have to leave. >> If you don't leave, you are going to jail. >> Why? Why am I going to jail? >> If you don't start walking, you're going to go to jail. You have to leave >> for what? Go to jail for what? >> Listen, I'm not playing this game. I'm telling you right now, if you don't leave, you're going to go to jail. They want you to leave their property. You're no longer welcome on Universal property. There is no reason why we're not going to play that game. They don't want to. They don't want to talk to you. So, you guys have to go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. >> Don't talk like that. >> If you don't go, you're going to go in handcuffs. >> Okay. Okay. But don't talk like that. >> Let's go. >> Okay. We paid for tickets and we just came in. >> All right. I already gave you guys the option for a refund. At that point, you ruined it. You need to leave. >> Okay. No, we lost our property. Let's go. >> Just I'll give you a phone number, but we're not stopping by guest services at this point. You guys need to leave property immediately. >> Did you call uh resorts to have someone stand by? >> Like I said, >> Universal Studios tickets do not come with an instant refund policy. So, if they had further questions, they'd have to contact customer service later. They also had another sister who was somewhere else in the park. While they were on their way out, Fatima decided she needed a rest. >> You have to keep walking. >> No, I'm I'm resting. >> You're going to go to jail if you don't keep walking. >> What are you talking about? Why are you putting >> I'm telling you again. You've been t Listen to me. You've been trespassed. >> They want you to leave. If you do not leave, you go to jail. So go or you go to jail. >> Oh, you put a >> So leave. We're going to put you in jail if you don't leave. So walk. Let's walk. Let's walk. >> Walk. >> Doc is a better way. Okay. >> The police is coming. >> I am the police. You're going to go to jail when the other cop comes here then. If you do not leave, >> you're not all the police. >> Look, I'm telling you guys only one. >> This isn't a joke. If you guys do not leave property, this is not your property. >> I already told you. I'm in charge of who who does who does not. >> If you do not leave, you will go to jail. Do you guys understand that? >> Start walking. >> You guys need to walk. Okay. >> Why are you so nervous? >> I'm not nervous. I'm telling you to walk before you go to jail. I'm trying to keep you two out of jail, but you're not understanding this. So, you either go and start walking or you're going to go to jail. How many times I have to tell you this? Are >> you going in jail? Oh my god. >> Yes. >> Keep going, guys. >> Okay. So don't follow us. Okay, >> just okay. Just keep a distance, okay? >> But just keep there's the virus and I don't want to. >> Let's go. >> The officer here remained very patient. However, Fatima decided she had to take one more pit stop to make a phone call. And once again, she bered the officer for doing his job and telling her to move on. >> Let's go, >> guys. You have to leave now. If you don't leave, you're going to go to jail. >> Yes. >> I'm trying to KEEP YOU OUT OF JAIL. AND YOU'RE GOING TO GO TO JAIL. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GO TO JAIL. Go walk. Walk. >> Walk. >> You have no work. >> Walk. >> Walk. >> You cannot wait. You have to leave. Listen, if you don't leave when the other officer gets here, you're going to go to jail. [music] >> I'm back here with uh two uncooperative guests and they're refusing to leave now. And we're at Hollywood >> without your money. >> You want to go to jail? Really? training. >> Training 10. >> A single day ticket to Universal Studios can range from $119 to $179. It's a significant amount of money, but definitely not worth getting arrested over. And since these two had been acting disorderly, it's highly unlikely they'd qualify for a refund. But since the officer was alone here, these two felt empowered to continue making a scene. >> We just came out of the side. >> No, no, no. You're under arrest. >> You are under arrest. >> You are under arrest. >> Back up. >> 151 alpha 109. >> Can you go to channel 6 for me? At the end of the day here, it was their own sense of entitlement that got them into trouble. By resisting arrest, Khaled faced one more charge. And then right on Q, the woman joined her brother in resisting arrest. And while it wasn't captured on body cam, it appeared she was pepper-sprayed once again. >> I got two 105. >> I need a supervisor for spray. >> Move the mask. Move the mask. Move the mask. >> Move the list. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> It doesn't matter. We're not playing sorry anymore. >> I'm sorry, man. >> I'm leaving. I'm leaving. >> You're leaving in handcuffs now. >> No, I'm leaving. >> No, you're leaving in handcuffs. >> I'm sorry, man. Listen. >> I'm sorry, man. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> The brother and sister had come all the way from New York and now it jeopardized their entire vacation by simply not walking out of the theme park. While talking to another officer, the sister here just couldn't accept responsibility for her actions. Can you tell me what happened? >> Yeah, he sprayed. He told us to leave the park and we left. >> Okay. >> And once we left, they did all that. They got the spray out of their pants and start spraying at us and my brother and he let my brother fell on the floor and with these things in his hand >> and then he came to me and did the same thing. >> That's we didn't do anything. He told us to leave the park and once he told us we left. I was just waiting for my sister. Were you leaving the park or did you stop? >> What? >> Did you stop or were you leaving? >> No, I was just I stopped to wait for my sister because she's inside and I told him that. >> Okay. >> I told him that and he told me you leave and I will give you your >> your like your ticket at your money back at the exit. Once we came to the exit, he did all of that. >> He didn't tell us anything of this. >> Okay. >> And we left and we didn't even do anything inside. >> All right. I don't know what happened inside. Something happened and he told us to leave. We left. I was just waiting for my sister. That's >> Do you have any injuries? >> Injuries? >> I mean, other than the spray, do you have any injuries? Like, >> was that the only thing they did? They sprayed you? Did they hit you? Anything like that? >> Yeah, they pushed you on the floor on the floor. >> Okay. Do you have any injuries from that? >> I think my body had >> The only consolation for these two was that they finally caught up with their sister. And believe it or not, she was actually the biggest drama queen of all. >> Ask people to just go out with the park because >> they can converation with the security. THEY CAN'T DO THAT. >> They can. >> NO ONE SAYS THAT. >> I need a solution now. >> Yeah. I'm going to post this on social media. No one's going to help. Okay. $2500 in a white vehicle. >> My money back now waiting for my employees to leave. >> I wanted your money back because they bought tickets. You understand? >> There's not an instant refund policy. You have to follow up later on. >> All you have to do is call. >> So, okay. So, just we have to go home because they just wanted your money back. So that was the >> but they didn't listen. They kept coming. Yeah. Because they wanted their mind. >> Sorry. You guys need to leave the park. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> They were both charged with trespass after warning and resisting an officer without violence. On the 4th of March 2022, a family from Georgia who were highly intoxicated caused a huge disturbance at Universal Studios at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritavville. Apparently, the family had been charged $18 for water and that escalated into a heated argument between the family and the bar staff. >> They're literally cursing at our team members at her benon and everything while she's walking here. She's literally flipping her fingers. So, we went outside and I told this gentleman right here, "Control your party because we're calling security." So, while she's on the phone, that lady there, she literally sleep on me and I'm sorry that I'm going to do the sign to you, but she literally put the sign in my chest. >> Okay. >> Like, she literally came to me like I had to be many times. All of my team members are outside for no reason. >> All right. So, what did she do to you? >> She touched me. She literally touched me. >> She was literally like she worked here. I'll do it with you. She was literally coming up. >> Okay. >> Our team members had to stop them from hitting us. >> They were literally the woman right there. Yes. >> Yes. Please. >> Whatever. I had to DO TO PRESS CHARGES. WHATEVER THE CASE might be, I want to do it right now. >> So, can you just reenact what she did to you? >> So, I'll show you. So, she literally came up and was like, "What? What?" >> AND OUR TEAM MEMBER HAD TO GET IN the middle and stop. >> Absolutely. No problem. Our team member had to stop that gentleman from hitting the both of us. >> It seemed like the main issue here was if there was physical contact or any threats involved. The cop soon spoke to the father of the family to get his side of the story. >> What I see what I see was you were leaving. We're leaving. Everybody's pissed. >> We're we're pissed as consumers. They're mad because we're hostile as we're leaving. >> We go to leave out. As we're leaving, of course, everybody's pissed and we're going. They come running out. Daughter jumps up. >> My daughter jumps up like what? >> Go that way. >> Go that way. >> I got it. >> Go back over there. Please go back over there. Security. >> Thank you. >> But but what I'm saying is >> established [music] horrible service. We're pissed off. It was a It was a mutual pissed off thing. They didn't like us saying you your service. >> You didn't We didn't like them saying you customer. >> So that's what just happened. >> That's how we were having issues. You're allowed to say no physical. No. >> At what point did it get physical? >> They literally She did have physical with me. >> Like I have nothing. Right now we are we >> a I mean jumping up and going what? That's not physical. >> In Florida, verbally threatening someone is a crime as an argument can become criminal if a person feels they might be harmed. Going right up to someone and saying what in a threatening manner might fall into that category. The son in the family, later identified as Braden, then decided to intimidate the staff using his mobility scooter. I'm talking about who we have. We have him. >> Ethan just he whipped it and he almost lost balance. That wasn't I saw that happen. >> This is >> I want to go. >> So where are the parties? >> So wherever she went, >> are they leaving property? Like where's this? >> No, they shouldn't be leaving property. They're all coming, right? >> Well, they're not all coming. We're still We're not done with you guys. Where's your >> partner in crime or your friend? >> Partner in crime, >> dude. Where is he at? >> Dude, I paid $18 for >> Where's the other guy at? >> I just paid $18 for trying to get my water. >> Where's the other guy at? >> I don't know. I'm just trying to get my water. >> Where you going? None of >> your business. Yeah, I'm about to take this guy. He's done. Yeah. This thing's about to go. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. This truck. >> I got it. >> I'm in I'm in I'm in for what? >> Right now. >> Cuz you were detained and you keep on walking after. >> No, you didn't tell me. >> Oh, absolutely. >> Just tell me. Just tell me what you got to ask me. You didn't tell me I was >> Oh, so walking away. >> Where? Where? I'm just trying to go where you want me to, bro. >> While $18 is pretty steep for water, it still didn't justify his behavior. And since it is a chain restaurant, the staff has no control over the price. At that point, the cops are also trying to locate Whitney, the daughter in the family, who was intimidating the staff earlier. While giving the cops her details, the father made an awkward admission. >> And when is Whitney's birthday? I don't >> know. You didn't say you're her dad. >> I'm her dad and I don't know. Yes. Horrible father. >> No. >> Go ahead. What's your name? Wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Hold on. >> Now you stay for me. >> I accept you at all. >> Now you hold on. >> Okay. >> What's your name? >> Your name, sir. 357. >> He's being arrested for the whole >> Can I get Can I get a video evidence from him? >> It's been recorded. This work. >> Perfect. Y'all never >> dude from when we got here. >> I've already been over this three times. While they were escorting Braden to a back room, the officer sensed that he might be reluctant to talk. So, at that point, he made it clear to Braden that if he didn't provide certain details, they'd be charging him. >> I'm not answering. >> You have to answer the question for you have to tell me is your name. If you don't, that's another charge. It's a mism charge. >> I don't have my I don't have my I don't have my license on me, so I can't give it to you. >> That's okay. Cuz I >> If I'm like being investigated under a crime, that's fine. I can give it to you. But if I don't have it, then I can't give it to you. >> No, but what you're not understanding is again, like I said, you got just allow me to speak. So, I'm I'm I'm not really patient when it comes to that kind of information. If you don't give it to me, what you just did, I'm just going to add that charge, which is failure to identify yourself when you're ready on arrest. Would you like that? >> You don't want to hear my name or do you >> are you going to give it to me or are we going to play back and forth? >> Uh, okay. >> So, you heard, right? >> Glad we are. >> Go ahead and spell your first name for me. >> All right. And do you have a date of birth? No. When's your birthday? Do >> you have to know this information? >> I do. In order for me to go to report, like I said, or I can just >> It's going to be reported as a what? >> You know, your birthday so we can put you into jail system properly. >> Do I have to? >> Absolutely. If you don't, then I'm just going to have to charge. I can just explain to you. >> 419. >> Like I said, I'm not patient. I don't really care. So, let's not do that. >> It's really your fault for not being able to spill. >> I'm not going to jail. I'm going home. So, it doesn't matter. >> I'm going to go home at the end of the day anyway. >> Not today. All right. >> We'll see you tomorrow. Braden received probation and $600 in fines. Whitney had left the park already and escaped any charges. On the 19th of March, 2022 in Orlando back at Universal Studios. The cops were escorting a drunk group of friends out for trespassing. One of the friends urged everyone to stay quiet and comply, but let's just say not everyone wanted to. >> Quiet, quiet, quiet. Everyone be quiet. They can't have anything if we're quiet. >> So listen up here if they got nothing. >> It doesn't matter. Quiet. >> You're talking. You're talking. >> You're talking. >> Hey, stop. And please, please, please stop because Sabrina with my investigation. You are now being trespassed from university. >> Why the investigation? What is the investigation? You are >> talk. We got to go, right? >> We're going. >> So, so we got to go, right? >> Does that mean that we have to go? >> Okay. So, you guys are being trespassed from Universal and definitely you guys will not come back to Universal ever again. >> Says who? >> Says me. I am one of the prophet like I I prophet >> we didn't you have video you have video to her >> if you guys do >> is that going to happen regardless yes or no if you're going to you are going to jail to what >> because you're being trespassed here is your identity >> DUE TO WHAT >> HERE is your ID >> due to what >> here is your ID due to what >> like we've said before universal or any private establishment isn't required to provide any reason at all when trespassing someone from their property. But since these people were all drunk, that likely played a role. The trespassing order happened at 2:37 a.m. So, as far as these people went, it was probably about time to head home. >> Leave. Leave. Leave the property. Leave the property. >> Walk. If you don't walk, you're going to jail. >> Says who? >> If you don't walk, you're going TO JAIL. >> TELL ME WHY. >> You're going to jail for trespassing if you don't walk. Five. Four. >> You better take them, bro. >> Maya Maya, please. Maya, please. Can we please? >> Yeah, they all got to go. >> Thank you guys. >> Thank you guys. >> Thank you guys. Why are you walking? >> Yeah, >> you're good. Go back downstairs. >> Um, if you hear something called out, if they stop and take >> no water, please don't. It seemed like the trespassing order stemmed from an earlier altercation which they didn't think was their fault. Inside the elevator, the man in the striped shirt tried to reassure them that the video evidence would vindicate them. So, they just needed to cooperate and go home. >> They have video evidence of them coming to attack. >> No, because they literally attack you. >> They literally attack you. That's >> Yeah. Like that's not they just they're just doing it cuz they're mad. >> You have one job. >> I've just never been in a situation before. I don't know if there's any way to like >> I'll also say I'm I'm completely sober right now. Like you're not taking so so I'm not funny. >> In situations like these often the cops don't have enough time to determine who's at fault right away. So, as a result, they sometimes choose to remove everyone involved. Outside the elevator, Ronnie, the man who claimed he was being discriminated against because of his race, continued acting up, which only escalated things further. >> Follow your princip. >> Get on THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> GET UNDER ARREST. >> GET UNDER ARREST. GET UNDER ARREST. [screaming] >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> YO, >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> WHY YOU DOING THIS? >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> WHY YOU DOING THIS? >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> NO. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> WHY YOU doing this, bro? >> Yo, bro. You put your hands behind your back. Why you doing this? Bro, why you doing? >> Ronnie felt like the cops had wronged him, but his actions here had already put his friends in a difficult position. He was already going to jail, so they might have to wait around and bail him out. >> Okay, so here's how I'm I'm calling the shots right now, okay? So So hear me. Hear me out. We're going to open this door. We're going to take you out of the handcuffs, go behind your back, and if you do anything other than what we tell you to do, you're going to the ground. >> Really? >> Okay. >> Yes. >> Auto listen. >> No. You're going to listen to me. >> No. No. No. You're going to You're going to listen to me >> if if you do anything other than what I tell you to do. >> So So So all you three think you're faster than me. Is that what you're telling me? Are we clear? >> Listen. No. No. We're clear, right? No. No. You. I don't want him or him. >> Especially you. I don't want you near me. >> No. No. No. No. Don't open the door. >> I'm just saying. >> Wait. Can I talk to you? >> All right. Wait. Can Can I put my watch in my pocket? >> No. We're not doing that. They charged Ronnie with trespassing. On the 10th of July 2024, the cops were called to Universal Studios after a person who had been banned the previous year came back to the property wearing a disguise. The suspect here, an online personality known as Steve Will Dalt, is a YouTuber known for pulling public pranks and stunts. We're not here. >> Do you understand what's going on right now? >> You want your phone to go with you or go with her? >> Go with me. >> All right. Well, if if it's going to go with you, I'm going to need it. If it stays with her, I'm not touching it. >> So, you need me to make a decision right now. Is it going with you or is it going with her? >> Interestingly, it wasn't a prank or stunt. He just genuinely wanted to visit Universal and that's why he was wearing that terrible fake mustache. Funny thing was, the man's ban was only for a year and it was just about ready to expire in a month. But since he clearly couldn't wait, they'd now expand the band significantly and perhaps indefinitely. on the steel bench. >> Where's your ID at? >> Uh, she has it. >> She has your ID. >> ID? >> Yeah, if if you can. >> Anything on you? Can hurt me poking my sticker? >> No. No. No. >> Um, again, >> I was so close. >> 29 out of Florida, please. months. So in one month, how are you? >> That's what we're looking at. How can you just wait? >> Delta 456 796 >> 983 >> 060. And if you can check and see if there's an active uh 69 for the same 1020 here at Universal. >> I don't know the whole story. >> No, just I got a little drunk on my birthday. >> Violating a trespass charge usually results in a misdemeanor. And given Steve's net worth is about $5 million, whatever fines come his way, he should be able to pay them. Steve also has a further criminal record, including possession of marijuana and driving without a license. >> Yeah, but you going taking a ride this time. >> Now, is there a way that I can get the phone that lady >> the phone? You want the phone from your girl? >> No. But could she just come in and I write? My mom got a new phone number. Uh, >> she can come in inside here, but she >> Yeah, we can get the phone for you if you want the phone to go with you. That's what I would recommend. So that way because you you can pull numbers from your phone when you're there. >> Oh, yeah. I'll take the phone there. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Is it possible to get the cuffs off? Cuz I'm I'm super calm. >> No. >> No. You're under arrest right now, boss. >> Okay. >> So, they going to stay on till we get in there? >> You're going to be trespassed for another year? >> No. Okay, >> let me let me go to >> Sure. >> Don't worry about it. You can't come back. >> What the cops wanted to know was why this guy didn't just wait another month. He could have chosen another theme park because in Orlando there are 10 other theme parks and there's another Universal Studios park in Hollywood. >> And I was like in Hollywood >> and it's not as good. So, we just wanted >> I've heard I haven't been to the Hollywood one yet. >> It's cool. >> I've been to Beijing, >> but I haven't been. >> It's just It's similar just smaller. >> So, we went four days in a row. We had so much fun. So, it was like >> how much fun this would be. >> Uh we got one ride in though. >> What' you ride? Mommy sucks. >> 2005. >> You were pretty toasted when you got trespassed last time. You're pretty drunk. >> As far as these YouTubers and influencers go, the parks banned them on a regular basis due to the negative impact on other guests and their reputation for bad behavior. Because Steve had gotten in trouble with the park on two separate occasions, they finally decided to put their foot down. >> That wasn't cause and you guys. >> So the way we typically do is we give you the one year. You violate that and it's an indefinite trust. >> But I come in peace. >> This time you do. >> No, every time I go live. >> Yeah. No, I I know you're super nice. Yeah, last time you were a little intoxicated. Said some things to some of our employees they didn't appreciate. >> Um, >> can I give you a case number for a trespass and if you could advise uh the who was trespassing on it >> which is like our management team, but you got to give it time. You got to give it like 6 months or so. You can always write we'll talk about it and we can resend it if if we feel necessary. >> It's going to be 2023. Steve later pled no contest to a misdemeanor charge of trespassing. On the 11th of October 2022, back in Orlando at Universal Studios, the cops were escorting someone out for trespassing. It was suspected that Goose might be involved. >> So, we're going to check you. >> I got it. >> We're going to check you. >> So, you need to put your hands behind your back. You're being detained. >> Stop. Now you're under arrest. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> FEEL ME. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> I got his feel. >> Hey man, I'm peppers for you. Nope. Nope. We got him. >> It's all right. We almost got >> with my girl. >> What is wrong with you? >> That's one. >> Oh my god. >> That's one. All right. >> We're good. We're good. We're good. >> Get the 12. >> Get the me piece of me. I smoked joint. Let him sit on the piece of >> In Florida, recreational use of marijuana is illegal, and the cops here were particularly concerned about its use in a theme park with kids nearby. In general, possession only results in a misdemeanor, but the suspect's decision to resist arrest guaranteed he'll get more than that. >> Just let him leave home, bro. I don't want to hurt none of you. I want to watch my girl. >> Pick him up. Take him to the car. >> You want me to help? >> Just pick him up. >> All right. >> I don't know. Keep filming. >> I'm about to get that good lawsuit. Get that good lawsuit. Y'all need to let me go, bro. Stop twerking. My arm is half broken. Half broken. >> If the suspect here wanted to file a lawsuit, he'd have to prove the officer's use of force was excessive. However, because he resisted arrest and failed to comply, the cops had no choice but to escalate their use of force. >> Weirdos. I can't wait to see out of you. Babe, record everything. My wrist, bro. Yeah, I hope. Oh, man. I hope you got the body cam going. >> Me, too. Bro, >> you're worried about a guy with a go do your job. >> Go do your job. >> Soon after, they escorted the suspect to a squad car. A security staff member at Universal was asked to follow them to the car to sign a witness statement. After failing to obey the trespass order and resisting arrest, the suspect continued on, just making things worse for himself. STOP MOVING. YO, STOP kicking me. You >> just kicked me. >> Don't you DARE KICK ME AGAIN. >> YOU TRIPPED ME. >> Back off. >> Yes, you did. >> You literally literally just >> Good job. He's got a felony. Keep going up and they keep having to stop talking. That's going to be clear. >> So, just sit tight. Like I said, we're going to get you everything. Okay. >> All right. I'll be back. >> After getting arrested, the cops then explained things to his girlfriend. Aside from making things worse for himself, he also inconvenienced his girlfriend Nenah, who'd now have to wait for a considerable time before the man got bailed out at Orange County Jail. He's going to go there. He's going to get booked in and then as long as he's going to let him give make a phone call. Are you, Nina? >> So, he's got your phone number written down. As long as he's going to give you a call and post a bond, but if he does what he does here, they're going to safe book him and they're not going to let they're 24 hours. >> So, he's calmed down now. coming from. >> I'd probably say depending on how busy it is tonight, >> we'll probably calling you honestly in two and a half hours postpon. And there's bondsmen all up and down. I'll be right back. >> They charged the man with trespassing, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer. On November 11th, 2021, Orlando police were called to Universal Studios after reports of vandalism in a parking lot. >> How you doing, man? >> This is how you guys >> Good. Good. What's your name? >> Oklahoma. >> Oklahoma. Do you have any form of ID with you? >> Can at least see you. >> Are you okay? >> I mean, I guess I don't know. I want to leave. >> You leave? >> Are you hurt? >> No. >> No. Tell me what's going on. What are you feeling? >> What am I feeling? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Why you think I'm here with you? >> Because that was the only way I could get any attention or assistance. >> Really? >> It was probably to go to jail first. So, I'm I'm guessing. >> So, you What kind of attention and assistance do you need? >> I needed help finding my car. I also didn't get any help. prepares to. >> This behavior was very concerning and led the cops to suspect that she might be experiencing mental health issues or perhaps be under the influence of narcotics. Aside from vandalizing property, she might face charges for calling 911 without a legitimate emergency. >> Guess you were the only people I could get to get here by doing. >> I told them that when I called 911, they said that that y'all are just crawling all over the place. I didn't see you. Do you take any >> 10 days? Do you have a vehicle? >> I had hearts. >> We wouldn't be here. >> Okay. >> So, well, there is other ways. Like, for example, we can't find out. >> I tried I tried 911. I tried security. I tried whoever. >> 911 is not usually not the best. >> It's not. It's usually a last resort. That's what it was for us. >> And I told them, >> right? >> Well, here it is. Here it is. You know, I tried. I did my best. And now y'all are here. >> Okay. >> Let my child go. Take me where you want to. I don't care. >> How did you break this glass? >> My fist. >> While her behavior seemed incredibly immature, she was actually a mother with an adult son. The cops soon spoke to her son who seemed a lot more reasonable and helped explain his mother's behavior. >> What's your first name? >> Arman. >> She's your mother. >> How old are you? 21. >> We split up at one point cuz we were looking for um a car. I think she went that way. I went this way. I found it. And then she texts me and I come over and find. Does she take any? >> Um, probably. I'm not sure what she takes besides besides >> Does she normally act like that? >> Do you know what happened? >> I didn't know she smashed car windows or anything like that. So she was going and basically hitting and trying to open every car door and hitting every window on all the car door in the road causing I don't know honestly I have no idea how much damage she caused as okay >> while smoking weed typically associated with relaxing. It's also been linked on occasion to violence and aggression. However, while the cops were interviewing the woman, she began scratching herself, which is a common symptom of stronger narcotics such as meth and >> you trying to open any car doors from other vehicles that are not yours. >> I tried. >> You try. >> Were you able to open any car doors? >> Not that I recall. >> No. Apparently, there was a Subaru, white Subaru. >> That's not true. That's That has to be where we were at. That's not true. Show me a video of me getting into my white. Show me. >> I didn't say you. >> I mean, actually, most I did. Maybe that's one where I left the wind. Yep. I left some car doors open cuz I was pissed and I couldn't get any attention. I didn't do nothing to that car though. I did open it. If you want to charge me, charge me. >> So, that's what I'm asking you. Open the car, but you did not go. >> Remember when I'm like this upset? But yeah, I did. >> Okay. >> So, >> told y'all I would. >> Did my understanding you were looking for a rental car, correct? >> I was looking. Yeah. Did you try to panic? >> Yeah. >> And did they work? >> Nope. I It did not. When I got into one of the >> charge me if you want to take me, I don't care. Let's just do it. >> Realizing she was going down, regardless of any excuse she had, the woman gave up. She was later charged with criminal mischief. On the 11th of May 2021, the cops responded to a call at Universal after reports of a possible theft from one of the locker areas. The cops first spoke to a staff member who explained exactly what had happened. >> Unfortunately, they didn't close their locker and when I was told they locker and they left. So, they've been waiting to figure out what was NJ30. It was this area right here. >> Okay. >> We've done the sweeps and everything that we've reenabled. >> Did they see the person take the stuff out? I don't know what you guys came back to the locker room that they had rented and then they and they grabbed everything out of the locker from what they saw in the cameras. Yeah. >> The cops then spoke to the victim. The most innocent explanation would be that their items were taken from the locker so they could later be handed in to the lost and found. Universal was investigating things, but if they wanted the cops involved, they probably intended to press charges. >> Did you want to do a police report as well or do you want to just do a report with Universal? >> I want to do a police report. >> Okay. Do you want to press charges if the guy's found? Like I want to know if the intention is like he really like oh there's something just open and then they went to their mouth or what they intentionally burning or stuff like I want to know that >> I would first pull a card for that person first because I don't know his intention anyway or >> so I would like to push a card for now >> and if if they really just at last they're going to lo then totally fine >> right yeah we're not going to know that until we talk to the guy so >> yeah awesome >> but you want to do one with me as well >> yes please >> okay >> like many states in the us. Under Florida law, to charge someone with theft, the cops have to establish intent. When they finally tracked down a suspect who matched the person on the camera, he was not behaving like an innocent person would. He'd also concealed one of the items from the bag in a highly unusual place. >> POLICE DEPARTMENT, STOP. >> STOP. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> No problem. I'm just trying to leave a part, sir. I don't want a problem. >> Bend forward at the waist. >> Bend forward. I'm not trying to resist. I don't want no problem. >> All right, let's take this to somewhere that's not [snorts] >> Yeah, we want to You got any weapons on you? >> Spread your feet. >> What do you have in here? >> No, it's not just your >> Okay. What is this? >> No, it's not. What is this? >> I don't know what you're grabbing. >> I don't know what you're going to >> keep screwing around. We can screw around with you, sir. >> Let's go somewhere where we're out of s. >> Sir, I don't I didn't know what you're grabbing. >> There's a card in your nut sack. >> There's a card. There's a card in my nuts. Okay. >> Yeah, that's what I was grabbing. Not your balls. I can tell the difference, >> sir. >> I promise you I'm not I'm not trying to stop trying to be a jacket. What is in there? >> There's a card in there. >> What kind of card? >> Debit card. >> Okay. Why do you have it in your balls? >> I just have it on me. >> What? >> I just rode the ride. I didn't want everything to fall out. >> You just stick you always stick your your credit card in your >> No, sir. It's loose in my pocket. >> Shortly after, the cops took the man and his partner to a back room for questioning. What the suspects didn't realize was that the cop had seen everything on camera already and was just trying to figure out whether they'd lie. >> Were you in the locker area today? >> Yeah, I put myself in the locker room and I went and got in line forever. So, got myself out the locker and left. >> Okay. You want to tell me what else happened in the locker room? Keep in mind I'm asking you some questions right now. >> I mean, you already know the answers to the question, sir. I'm not trying to sit here and lie to you. >> That be That's the preferred There was a bag there. >> Uh-huh. >> I It was It was And I I hit the locker thing cuz you scan your card, >> it opens the locker for you. >> Okay. When I open this locker, the >> bag in What color bag? >> It wasn't dark. It was a light color. Okay. I put all my stuff in there, went on about my business, went to go get a line on the ride. I come back, the bag's still in there. All right. I I as I knew it wasn't my girlfriend, but I was like, "Hey, is this your bag?" She's like, "No." And then she grabbed the bag and we went to the bathroom cuz we were sick of waiting in line. We had to go take a piss. So, we grab She grabbed the bag. We went to the bathroom. We went pissed, saw what was in the bag. >> You see what it is, man. I I left the bag in the bathroom and that's the cards. >> Okay. I didn't I didn't I didn't take nothing from anybody and I wasn't trying to It was just It was in It was in the locker. >> But you saw You saw something that didn't belong to you. >> You confirmed with your girlfriend that it didn't belong to her and you took it. >> Well, she I mean I'm telling you the truth. She took it. >> I'm not trying to get myself out of trouble or she took the bag. >> She took the bag. >> The officer then questioned the woman separately to see if her testimony matched her partners. However, she had a surprisingly different account of what had happened. Although supposedly they were a loving couple, one of them was very eager to falsely incriminate the other. >> Were you over at the lockers today? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what happened over at the lockers? >> We were going to go and then it was crazy and we left on. So, we went elsewhere. >> Okay. So, what else happened at the lockers? Keep in mind, I'm not asking you a whole lot of questions I don't already know the answer to that he didn't already tell me. I'm just trying to see if you're going to lie about it. >> It was craziness and did the whole locker thing and then we laughed. So, >> Mr. Hamilton, you're leaving out some important details here. >> Well, he tried to do the locker thing and you know, I was just standing there and do his locker thing. >> I thought we were going for a ride and then we left. He said we're going to >> Let me show you something real quick. >> Okay. We went, >> Keep in mind there's cameras all over the place. >> Yeah. He said he found a a bag. >> He said he found a bag. >> Okay. So, what elaborate [snorts] on the bag? >> And after that, I went to the restroom and um I guess he had the credit card >> and that's it. >> You got to keep >> You're not You're not telling me the whole truth. You're telling me [music] bits and pieces. >> He found a bag in a locker. >> You found a bag in a locker. Did he take it out or did you take it out? >> He took it. >> He says you took it. >> I didn't take it. In Florida, if the items stolen are worth over $750, a theft becomes a felony. And inside the victim's bag were the keys to her BMW. As a result, the theft could qualify as a secondderee felony if the value of the vehicle exceeded $20,000. This level of criminality could lead to a 15-year prison sentence. >> How did you get those BMW keys? >> What BMW keys? >> The ones that were in your purse. >> I don't have a BMW. I don't even have a purse. Then your little wallet here. They were in that wallet. >> This is all we have. >> Is that where the BMW keys are? >> I don't have BMW >> in the plastic bag. >> In the brown bag. >> I don't have any keys, sir. >> Okay. >> I didn't have any keys at all. >> So, he took the bag out? >> Yes. >> And then you went to the bathroom? >> Yes. >> Okay. Did he go with you to the bathroom? >> Yes. >> And what did you guys do in the bathroom? I I went to the restroom and he went through the purse and that was it. >> Okay. So, you had nothing to do with any of this. >> I didn't I didn't take it. >> He [music] I didn't take it. >> I didn't know he even had it. He saw it and he took it. >> We have access to the cameras here. I'll take a look at this. >> All right. Anything else you want to tell me? >> I mean, I He just said, "Let's go." And I left and that was it. A staff member clarified that the suspects discarded the bag along with the car keys but had taken other items. After the bag was left behind, it was then discovered by a genuine good Samaritan who in turn turned it over to lost and found. >> This was the guest wallet which was found on her. >> Oh, it was on her. Okay. >> Was this the only possession that belonged to the guest? the the the purse they had the other stuff like the keys, the earbuds, >> all the other pur that was rec that was what was left behind in the bathroom >> in the family bathroom >> was turned into lost and found >> that's already been given back to the guest that had the keys in it. [music] >> This is this is the only thing that was not in the bag >> at the time when we recovered it. >> Okay. Where she at? >> Gotcha. >> So >> where did this come from? >> Bag. >> Okay. So why did you tell me that you didn't take anything? >> I didn't take I didn't take any kids and that was he handed it to me. >> And you knew it didn't belong to you. You knew it didn't belong to him. >> Well, it was empty and I just I just I just stuck stuck it in my waistband. That's all, sir. >> And it was empty. Did he empty it? I don't know. >> I didn't I don't know. >> Sir, may I say something, please? >> Okay. Just hang tight. >> What's up? >> You know, I don't I don't want to justify our actions and try to sit here and act like what I did today was not wrong in some form, but our intentions were never to steal or take anything from anybody. We We found something in my my frame of mind, whether I'm right or wrong for it, it was an abandoned item. I >> abandoned item in a locker. >> Yes. Yes, sir. The couple's decision to hold on to the items can be used toward proving intent. The male suspect's earlier decision to conceal the credit card in his nether regions was also further evidence of intent. Despite all the evidence stacked against him, the man continued pleading innocence. >> So, if your intention wasn't to steal this stuff, then what was your intention? >> Well, I didn't I didn't feel like I was taking from someone cuz it was just sitting there. And I looked at >> your stuff for grabs. Someone puts their stuff in the locker. Maybe they forgot to close it and it's just free [music] game. >> I'm wrong. I'm wrong, sir. I'm not trying to judge. [clears throat] >> You understand that it is theft? >> I if if it is it is, but I can sit here and tell you that's honestly not how I saw it when I did what I did. >> You know, it is what it is. I apologize, but I wasn't I wasn't trying to steal from anybody. That's true. [music] But I'm wrong. I'm not trying to justify what I did. All right. They were both taken to jail to be further processed. Maybe after this incident, they might think twice about picking up items that aren't theirs, even if they really thought they were abandoned. Every year, Universal Studios attracts millions of tourists. Inevitably, some people will get too drunk, get into fights, and not be able to simply enjoy themselves. Thankfully, the cops are just one call away and can make sure the bad guys don't disrupt the fun for everyone else.
