Legal precedence officers approaching individuals and asking questions does not violate the Fourth Amendment hey can I help you what are you guys doing filming for what 10 that's it yeah that's fine under the circumstances if the order to leave was lawful but if the order was unlawful the use of force could be deemed excessive the officers warned kakosa not to touch vehicles or open doors
