No, hold up. >> Stop. >> I'll do the body. >> You're making it way more difficult than it has to be. >> Nope. >> Let's go. >> You're under arrest for felonious assault. >> What does that mean? >> You stabbed somebody, so under arrest for felonious assault. Teenagers pushing boundaries is nothing new, but some take it way too far as they test authority with their reckless disrespect for the law. But just when they think they're untouchable, these obnoxious teens meet their match with no nonsense police. >> Don't touch them. >> Oh, she's not going to snatch that, is she? Okay, now you're done. Listen, >> don't do that, bro. On November 7th, 2024, in Valuchia County, Florida, the cops were dispatched to a high school after reports that a student there, an 18-year-old, was causing a disturbance. She might have been able to badmouth her teachers, but she quickly found out that she can't do the same to police. >> Let's go. Then you can come back and do whatever you have to do. >> So, what am I going down here for? >> They're going to tell you. Thank you. It's a great decision. >> What am I going down here for? That's a great decision. >> All right, y'all. Sorry. Let's go. Let's go. >> I'm not You keep What am I going for? >> For what? >> For what? Okay. For what? >> For what? For what? >> What are you trying to get to? >> For what? >> For what? >> What am I going for? >> They're going to tell you. >> For what, Porter? For what? >> The suspect, Micaia, had to learn that she wasn't the one calling the shots. She was surrounded by adults in various authority positions and had to learn that she had to follow orders first and ask questions later. >> What am I going? >> Huh? >> What am I going to go? Why you getting his face? >> Because she me every day. He just did yesterday. >> Yes. >> He's a [ __ ] Yes, he's a [ __ ] >> Yeah. Yes, he is. You are too. >> You are too. >> Okay, I'm going. >> I'm going. >> Right. >> Every day. >> Let's talk. >> He already as soon as HE SEEN ME START WHISPERING THE MOTHER. OKAY. OKAY. You know how bad I am. >> So, you don't feel how I feel. >> Okay. We'll come talk about it. [screaming] >> Okay. >> Hello. >> As if she couldn't get more disrespectful, she decided to ignore the officer's orders and take a call from her mother. She continued demanding to know why she was in trouble. But every time the officer tried to explain it to her, she refused to listen. >> Why am I here? >> If you talk, we'll >> Cuz I want to take my pictures or what? Okay. Why >> you want to listen? You want to talk? >> No. I want to talk to you in the hallway. Go in that room and we'll tell you why. >> No. >> Go in that office and we will tell you what was going on. >> No, y'all just want to mess with me every day. Y'all just >> No, >> don't touch him. >> This is mine. >> Oh, she's not going to snatch that, is she? >> Okay, now you know you're dumb. >> Don't do that, >> bro. Don't do that. Okay. DON'T BE OFF. Get off of me. >> Get my hands off. >> Get off of me. You get your hands off of me, bro. >> Yes, >> bro. Get off of me. Okay. I'm stopping touching me, bro. Stop resisting now. >> Bro, >> stop resisting now. >> Get off of me. >> No, you're done. >> You're done. You put your hands on administrator. You are done. >> Bro, Coco, cut him down. Stop. I'm not me. This is Get the off me, boss. >> At first, there was no need for the cuffs to come out because the last thing the cops want to do is arrest a student in school. However, due to her uncooperative and belligerent behavior, she left the officer with no choice. >> Calm down. >> I am calm. >> All right. >> I was calm. >> I'm done. >> I was calm. >> Be done. Be done. I don't care. You put your hands on me. What's up? What's up? You want to put your hands on me now? You want to push me, bro? Get off of me. Okay. Be done. I don't care. >> I don't. >> All right. Let me call. >> You're not going to call your mom. >> Why? >> Cuz you're done. >> Okay. Call my mama. >> Stop. >> Bro, Coco, you're not even stronger than me. >> You're not stronger than me. Obviously. >> You destroy all [ __ ] Get off me. >> Okay. >> Come on. >> Got lotion all over her. >> Come on. Let's go. Just get down. [clears throat] >> Wow. >> Wow. >> 52. I have one in custody. >> Just because the officer finally managed to cuff her did not mean she was ready to cooperate. The officers wanted to search her belongings, but that was the last thing she wanted them to do. Take a seat. >> I'm straight. I'm sitting down. >> Take a seat now. I'm not asking. >> Coco boy. >> Take a seat and stop resisting. >> Chill out. >> Hey, hold up. Hold up. Come on. >> Hey, just sit down. >> Just sit. Relax. >> I can't. What is >> I don't know. shaking here. >> Okay, then. >> Okay, let's go to my office, please. >> And you can either do >> Okay, I can walk. >> All right, let's go. >> Don't touch me. >> Well, too bad. I'm escorting. >> I'm escorting. >> Yeah, he better move cuz he know how to get over. Hey. Okay, let me go. I do. >> You need to relax. >> While she continued struggling and resisting arrest, she was escorted to a police office on school grounds. To protect themselves, the cops made sure that her hands were behind her back. >> Put my arm behind my back, girl. >> You're going to attach your resisting charge if you already have it. >> Relax. That's why >> I am relaxed. Can you not go my arm? I already put it behind my back. >> Get the off. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> RELAX. >> GET OUT MY GET OFF my neck. >> All right. She's double locked. >> All right, let's go and sit her down. >> Sit down. >> Well, you're about to get served. Don't shove me. >> Okay, you're going to get obviously hell off of me, bro. I don't need you to touch me. Who the called this like take her out of the touch all over my neck. What's up? >> Sadly for Maya, the struggle was useless. All she really accomplished was adding more charges to her wrap sheet, which just kept on growing. After her mother showed up to collect her belongings, the only thing left to do was to get her down to the police station to be processed further. >> That's all her property. Okay. >> No problem. You don't need to apologize. You didn't do anything wrong. It was her. >> It's no reflection on you. Okay. At this point, they're adults. They make their own decisions. And this is what happens. You make a wrong decision on that line. Okay. So, she needs to learn. Just like you said, this is her opportunity. All right. Miss might help. All right. All right. So, you've been searched. Go ahead and enter. Let me get that real quick. >> Okay. You all right? Watch yourself. >> You didn't. You got You caught it. Good job. All right. There you go. Here. >> Would you like the seat belt on? >> Very well. >> You going to put it on? >> Yeah. Let me put it on here. Lean back. Good. >> They charge Micaia with battery on law enforcement, resisting an officer with violence, disrupting or disturbing school, teen possession under 21, and possession of under 20 grams. She was sentenced to a year of house arrest, 2 years probation, and 50 hours of community service. On November 7th, 2025 in Ohio, the cops were dispatched to a residence after a man called police alleging his daughter had gone on a rampage with a weapon. When they arrived on scene, they were met by the father, who quickly filled them in. >> Where she at? >> Stay over here. It does. >> It does. >> Get her out my >> I say here. >> I have a little kid. She ran with >> ma'am. Stop. >> Get her out my house. [screaming] >> HEY, NO. STOP. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I go through with them. >> Get her out my house. >> Listen. She started. >> She's mad cuz she wanted to go to an interview and she can't find herself. Then she started punching on my door because she talking about, "Oh, I can't find my shoes." She started trying to fight her. I pushed her to the ground. Why is she touching her? That's your little sister. Why is she >> right? Why don't you know her? I pushed her to the ground. Stop fighting. >> She's 19. She can go. >> She can go. >> According to the father, his daughter had terrorized the family with a butcher knife. While the cops don't have the authority to evict people, this unruly teenager lived at her cousins. She dropped by her father's house to get some things, and that's when the altercation occurred. Apparently, she hid the knife somewhere in here. >> I didn't hide it. >> He's adamant that she had a butchering knife. >> Why would he say you had a knife, though? >> Because he called the >> Can you stand up real quick just so I can make sure there's no knife back there? >> Why would I hide a knife in this? >> Stand up. >> Were you in here when this happened? >> Well, I was in there. But >> did you see a knife involved in this? >> Yeah. >> Did you How did someone >> Well, knife. Do you want to pursue charges? >> Yeah. Get her out my house, bro. Are you willing to come down and sign? >> Yes. I don't care what we got to do. Get her out my house. I have two kids. We're not going for that. >> Okay. >> At once. So, I come home. I'm trying to find my shoes and stuff. I can't find none of my shoes. Like, both of my shoes came up. Like, they gone. So, then I'm telling them like, "Y'all need to get up so I can find my shoes. Like, I got to go." So, Nia, you know how you you know how Na is smart. I said, "If you don't find my shoes, I'm I'm going to smack the out of you." like you over here. >> That's it. That's it. >> Huh? >> Where's your child? >> My son is in the house upstairs with his uncle. So then um >> while she claims she lived at her father's and she didn't have to leave, the cops knew already that it wasn't true. And with her father wanting to press charges against her, the officers made their move. >> For what? >> Cuz you're under arrest. >> For what? What am I underrest? Don't do that. >> Oh my god. Do that. Okay. What am I under arrest for? >> Domestic violence. >> Domestic violence. How is that domestic violence when he hit me? >> Violence medicine. >> How was it domestic violence when he hit me? >> Let me put it in 17 or so. >> Okay. But how was it domestic violence when he hit me and I hit him back? >> Oh, in the car. >> Sit up in the seat. Abby, >> you're making it way more difficult than it has to be. >> No, he just right. That's my grandson. >> Here. >> Hey, actually. Hey, pull her out. Hey, pull her out. Get I got a rack. Come on. Come on out. Come on. >> Wait. The hand. Get off of my leg. >> Get down. Stop kicking me. >> The cops were done being patient with her. If she had cooperated a little, she could have had a quiet ride in the back of a cruiser. But instead, due to her combative behavior, she was placed in a wrap and was secured from head to toe. >> WAIT, THE HANDCUFFS IS ON MY HAND. Give me Give me AN [screaming] OFF. [laughter] >> OKAY, I'm losing. This is tie >> trying to point out a bit >> that way. [laughter] >> Just caught a felony. >> That's not no felon. >> Assault on the piece officer. >> How is How is that assault? I DID NOT TOUCH HER. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? I don't need that. >> Clearly, she wasn't happy about her predicament, but she had no one to blame but herself. She was now fully restrained and was put back in the squad car, unable to [music] resist. >> Why didn't you get in the car when I told you to? >> Because y'all don't understand. >> Could have been avoided. >> Every time he do something to me, he want to call the police. >> You can't put your hands on your siblings. He's allowed Stop. >> I didn't put my hands on her hands. >> Okay, but that's what people do when they mad. Wait. >> All right. >> She's caught on. >> Can you move my hair out my face? >> So, what's my charges? >> Uh, right now I believe domestic market. >> What is that? Domestic violence >> domestic violence >> is when you threaten to cause harm to people >> also illegal >> 132. >> Finally, the suspect had completely calmed down, but it took half a dozen officers and also the rap. As she suddenly realized the trouble she was in, she had a few more questions for them. >> Excuse me. >> [snorts and laughter] [clears throat] [snorts] >> Oh my god. [laughter] Oh my god. [laughter] [snorts] >> So, I got a question. >> What's up? Is domestic violence a felony? >> What's that? >> Domestic violence is a felony. >> Um, >> man real quick so I can hang my video, please. >> Have you ever been convicted of domestic violence in the past? >> No. >> No, >> it's not a felony right away. There's certain things that will bump it to a felony, >> like >> like prior convictions. >> They prepared to take her to jail, but they first had to find a caretaker for her child. Thankfully, her father stepped up and offered to help. That being settled, she was taken to the station to be booked. >> Nobody come this way. >> Please come over here tomorrow. >> Okay, we know you'll be out of this here shortly. Okay. That's way >> next time to save us all from this mess. Ma'am, can you just not do that? >> All right. What we're going to do is we're going to move you into the cell with you. Okay? If you want to act cool, we got you. >> All right. All right. We're going to carry you into there. >> 14. [screaming] >> They charged the woman with domestic violence and menacing. On the 19th of May 2024, a black Mustang was spotted moving at a ridiculous rate of speed and white smoke billowing from its tires. The driver then took a corner so sharply that he went on to two wheels before fishtailing onto the shoulder to avoid an accident. Thankfully, the pursuit was short-lived as the suspect hit a train track and in the process popped a wheel. St. John, look at my portable. I don't know what road we're on. I'm in front of 4233. >> Hey, keep your hands up, pimp. >> Hey, I got lethal. If you want to go non-lethal, >> you hear me? >> Hey, turn around for me. Walk back to the sound of my voice. Walk back to the sound of my voice. >> I got lethal. If you got non-lethal, >> get down on your knees. Get down on your knees. >> Get down on your knees. I'm giving you a lawful command. Get down on your knees. >> Get on your knees. >> I'm literally I suing all three of y'all. Y'all are all going y'all are all losing y'all. You know that, right? >> There was no way these cops were going to be losing their jobs. They'd given the suspect, Joseph, a lawful order, which he refused to obey. The cops had every right to put him on the ground and place him in handcuffs. >> I haven't resisted. >> Y'all have Y'all are losing your job. >> All three of y'all are losing your job right now. >> You didn't realize that. >> Was it worth losing my job? >> You literally assaulted me for no Literally no reason. I did nothing. >> This is a >> Can I see you supervising that? >> No. Get the off of me. >> Hey, sir. Stop. >> Call your supervisor. I don't want to I don't want to hear from y'all. >> Call your I don't care. Call your supervisor. >> The suspect's threats didn't phase the cops because they knew they'd acted well within their rights. It was the man's reckless driving that was the real menace. as he'd placed other people's lives at risk. >> What do we got on him back there? >> Single 12. >> Single 12 >> like he was. Yeah. >> So he comes around the Ben the Wildwood smoking. >> So he's running cars off the rail. >> One fox shot alpha popa 4. Hey black Mustang right now. >> Yeah, dude. There were several people that were waving me down pointing. >> Yeah. All the neighbors are like in here. >> Yeah. Good thing we got ADL's bro here. You know what I mean? I thought real quick. >> With the man secured in the back of a squad car. The cops then searched his vehicle. He didn't seem to understand why he'd been arrested. As far as speed limits and reckless driving went, it was like he had no idea what they were. >> What were you saying, sir? >> Tell him to come talk to me about whatever the hell he's going to talk to. This is so stupid. >> Okay, give us a couple minutes, man. I literally crashed a car two years ago and now all of a sudden I'm in a I have scraped up knees. Look >> cuffed handcuffed. I'd love to know explain why. >> Well, >> I'd love to have that exposure. >> You commands you have follow. Okay. Regardless of how you personally feel about that, >> dude. I was willing to get back in the car. I was willing to do whatever he told me to. >> Yeah. >> Up to the point he was yelling at me like he's my daddy telling me to put me in get in my cuffs. Dude, >> that's a little bit extra, don't you think? Depending on the situation, man, whenever you got somebody that's driving recklessly, almost causing >> I'm not driving recklessly, dude. It's a brand new car. I know nothing about it. I'm just trying to get the feel of it. Figuring out what the going on with it. For all I know, it could have a blown head gasket. >> All right. Well, give me one second. Say say your name for a moment. >> Joseph show what the hell's going on with my car. >> Okay. Yeah. Give me one minute. I'll be right back with you. Okay. Joseph, >> watch your knee. Testing out a new car was one thing, but driving so incredibly recklessly that he was literally taking turns on two wheels couldn't be considered just test driving. And he'd also tried to run from police. >> Hey, buddy. We're going to stop cars, right? >> Got to go to this car. >> Hey, sir. Come on, Joseph. >> Get out of the vehicle. We need to put you in this other car. Okay, >> Joseph, please get out of the vehicle and come over to this one. All right. That's all I need you to do, man. >> Why am I in handcuffs? >> Because you think you're under arrest. >> Once you get over here, we'll explain all that to you, man. I promise. >> I I just need you to do this one thing for me and then we'll explain everything. >> Actually, I'd love to have you call my supervisor officer. >> No, I just want you to call my supervisor offic. I've never been under arrest. I have no reason to be under arrest. I don't know why the I'm turn your wrist right here. So, it's a little >> This is absolutely ridiculous. >> It's absolutely ridiculous. Why am I >> So, you're saying you're supervisor officer? Are you like in the military? Are you >> I just think it's ridiculous that I'm under arrest. I've never done anything. >> You spoke to a supervisor already, did you not? >> No. >> You just talked to you on the hood. >> Speak to anybody on any hood. >> Right on in balance. >> This is just ridiculous, dude. As they were taking Joseph to jail, his father arrived on scene and wanted to know what was going on. To his father's dismay, the cops informed the man that they'd be charging his son as an adult as he was over 18. >> Is everything all right with him? Is there stuff going on with him? >> Um, he just broke up with his girlfriend, stuff like that. Trying to get back on his feet. >> Okay. Has he acted out of the norm usually or here recently? >> No, not like that. He's >> he's been working off. He's >> trying to get his license. He had a record. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And just got the uh wing his license off from the tow company. >> Oh lord. >> He just done he had a car. trading and just got this. >> Yes, sir. >> Just got it running yesterday and just any issues? >> He drinks here and there like average kid. >> Okay. >> He's been trying to get everything back together. >> Yes, sir. >> This girl he was with really took him down a rabbit hole. >> Yeah. >> There's no denying that getting dumped sucks. Everybody understands that, right? However, there's no excuse to drive so recklessly that you put other people's lives in danger. Before they sent his father on his way, the cops really wanted to make a point to the man how serious things were. >> But he he earned every bit of trouble he got into. Um, but you'll get the details here. Don't know what got into him, but he acted good. >> He He's okay. He's fine. >> Yeah, he has no injuries. >> Did he get violent you guys or anything? >> See that? >> Did he get violent you guys or anything? >> Uh, not quite violent, but >> he was up there. >> Okay. >> And he just getting over a broken jaw. He was in out with that girl and they some guy got acting full walked up to his pipes jaw jaw two places he's still got studs in his jaws he hasn't got them taken out yet. >> Yes sir. >> Other than that just he's been doing good. I mean >> yeah it's an unfortunate situation that could have been completely avoidable. Uh, but this will just be a little speed bump for him to get over and hopefully once he can get this back in his rear view, smoothed out from there. The father seemed like a pretty good guy, but as far as Joseph went, he might have just been going through some hard times and hopefully he'd snap out of it. That being said, he did need to learn that actions have consequences. As a result, he was taken to jail. >> So, this this is a tough lesson until we figure out how to get out. Yes, sir. >> They've been just getting just getting over all this mess. >> I hate it for him. >> But like like I said, it all this could have been avoided. >> They charged the man with reckless driving, driving under the influence, and resisting without violence. On March 31st, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a learning center for troubled youth after reports of an intoxicated student who was acting belligerently. When the cops arrived, things were a whole lot worse than expected. Relax. >> Let me just calm down. >> Give me a chair for real quick. >> You can use this one. >> You know I can't sit there. >> Oh, I remember you. >> What's going on? Take a seat for us or we'll just find out what's going on today. >> What happened? >> You know what happened? >> I don't know what happened. Can you take a seat for figure it out? Surprisingly, the suspect, Crystal, calmed down in the presence of the officer, but the question was, "How long would it last?" Crystal might have needed a bathroom break, but before anything, the cops had to figure out what was going on. >> What's happening? >> Oh, you're hold. Let me tell you, >> you see what's happening? >> I don't know, man. So sweet and >> y'all remember you too. >> I never dealt with you. >> Oh, you never know. You know what it is. >> So, listen. Are you going to explain to us what happened? >> Oh my god. Did it get explained? Who is that? Why he's here, right? >> No. >> [ __ ] ME. YO, YOU'RE NOT STACKING UP. >> You're going to get arrested. All right. Yo, you see HOW >> she's under arrest. SHE'S UNDER ARREST. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> SON, STOP. >> She's under arrest. >> My phone. >> She's swinging at us and she's under arrest. >> Oh my god. And just like that, Crystal managed to talk herself into handcuffs. The officers weren't in the mood for her nonsense, and as a result, she was immediately escorted out to a squad car. >> Hi, puppy. Okay, hold on. Wait, wait, wait. Let me get the out of here. Let me tell you something. All right. >> At the end of this where we need >> um No, don't do that. What you are going to do is get my shoes. >> No. Where's the shoes? >> No. No. You need to searching. >> Well, get your shoes. >> Okay. You see >> what the are you doing? >> You get my money today. You get my money today. Even though Crystal was in handcuffs, she was in no mood to cooperate. As calming down was the last thing she wanted to do, she kept harassing the officers. But what she failed to understand was that their lenience only extended so far. >> What's your name? >> So why? >> Hold on. Let me TELL YOU SOMETHING. >> YO, >> LET me tell you something. >> Play with your pants. >> [laughter] >> OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. IT'S HURTING ME. OH MY GOD. I'M BLEEDING. >> All right. >> You have anything else? >> I >> What's in that pocket RIGHT THERE? >> HEY, PUPPY. >> TAKE THE OTHER POCKET. >> CRYSTAL, you just made a thor. >> I'm doing She's swinging at us. >> Yeah, she >> I wanted to kick her in the face, but >> let me tell you something. That's evil. >> It's Easter. [laughter] >> No. Please give my bag, too. >> Give my bag. That's why everything is happening. Okay. >> Give me my shoe. Look at that. >> I'm just [laughter] She was completely off her rocker. So, the cops wasted no time at all taking her down to the jail house. And as you might have expected, the drive down there was pretty chaotic. You're going to have TO ENTER THAT. LOOK AT MY STEAK. >> WE DIDN'T DO THAT. >> That's fine, CRYSTAL. >> OH MY GOD. MY MOTHER'S GOING TO BE MAD. OH, YOU MUST DO IT AGAIN. SOMEBODY DID SOMETHING for you. You start WITH your life. You're [laughter] you okay? You I'm NOT TALKING ABOUT YOU. I'M REALLY NOT talking about you. You should really be sick. >> OH MY GOD. >> MY ass come just help us get her in the room on her. She's going to be kicking her ass. >> [ __ ] the one time. >> YOUR BE SICK. YEAH. >> HEY, HEY, do you mind just meeting us at headquarters? Just help us bring her in. >> The cop had a pretty good hunch that he couldn't get her out of the squad car on his own. It took multiple people to get her in there and it was going to take multiple officers to get her out. >> Look at you're so evil. COMING INTO THE LIBRARY. I JUST GAVE HIM TWO MONTHS. TELL ME THE [ __ ] MY nephew's birthday in two days. OH MY GOD. HE LOOKS AT ME LIKE I'M THE IMAGE. PLEASE GOD. AND MY SON DIED. MY SON IS DEAD HERE. WHY YOU WANT TO DO THAT? I better >> you. Kick and everything. Kick it. The girl. What's her name? >> Crystal B. I had the He made it last week. >> Girl. >> Yeah. >> She's a little It's not that dark. I don't even know what side she's on. She's on that side, but she slid over here somehow. >> And how'd she get off the finger? I mean, out of the handcuffs. >> I mean, no, I didn't have the handcuffs. I meant the the seat belt. Yeah. Jay, she's right here. We can open and just pull her out. >> Yeah. Wait for the family test. >> She's right here. >> Ready? >> I would have popped up the ride. >> Come with me. >> Calm down. All right. >> Yo, where's your cop? >> Let's process you. >> Where's my wallet? No, you get my bag. >> You knew about my guns? I don't give A ABOUT IT. GET MY BAG. MORE. >> SURPRISINGLY, it was starting to look like there was a chance she might cooperate. That being said, she really didn't have a choice. If she refused to get out on her own, they'd have to drag the woman out. >> Don't be so rough. >> You know, I was waiting for >> Where's her sneaker and everything? >> Okay. I can go up to second day. I'm trying to talk to her. What happened? She starts swinging at us and everything. Yeah, that's me. That's me when I follow her. >> YO, STOP. I'M GOING TO >> SHE got She swung on us. >> Kicked ass. >> I didn't kick you. I DID THOUGH. >> YO, SON. I'M NOT GOING NOWHERE. >> STOP PULLING YOUR ARM. RELAX. >> YO, look at that. You son. You're really hurting me. >> Stop moving your wrist. >> If I wanted to go somewhere, I would have kicked out that door. >> I've been my PD. >> Oh my. >> Please. Come on. Turn off. >> No, I don't have the gun on me. You should kick out my back. Oh my god. Stop. Can you wipe my nose? >> Well, we will. >> I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE. >> YOU CAN'T BE SWINGING your arms, though. That's all possible. >> Stop. I'm not going to hurt you guys. Stop. >> Your wrist is your cuff. >> They charged the woman with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and battery on an officer. On the 18th of August, 2023, an underage male went into a convenience store and tried to buy some things that shouldn't be sold to minors. The management told him to take a hike, but he refused to leave the property. So, they called the police. >> Buddy, >> how you doing, >> dude? I kind of figured it was you that was here. >> Well, >> I don't care. Come out here. Lose your attitude. Lose your mouth. >> Whatever, bro. >> Don't whatever me. >> You can't touch me. >> Listen. >> Don't touch me, dude. >> Listen. Lose your attitude. >> Don't touch me. >> You're not going to What are you going to Dude, you're going to come out like me like that. All right. >> I'm leaving. >> No, you're not. You're going to stay right here. >> All right. My gosh. >> Huh? >> I said my gosh. >> See the talk. >> My gosh, dude. >> The cop was more than familiar with Austin. And while he did have an attitude, at least he was willing to cooperate, which was a step in the right direction. >> What's going on? >> I went in there. >> Mhm. >> And I tried to buy a Fortnite card. >> Okay. >> And she went off of me and started flipping out on me and told me to give my property. And I told her, I am just trying to buy this cuz I got my money in here. >> Fortnite card. >> My ID. Yeah. >> You trying to buy anything illegal? Like you're under How old are you? >> I'm 21. >> Okay. >> I turned 21 tomorrow. >> Wait, you're not 21 yet? >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> As things turned out, those Fortnite cards weren't the only thing he was trying to buy. Apparently, he tried to purchase some other things that he was forbidden to buy. So, what were you trying to purchase under age? >> I was trying to buy me a Fortnite card. >> Watch your mouth. >> Why? You can't do it anyways. >> What do you mean I can't do anyways? >> You can't. >> What do you mean I can't? >> You can't. You have no proof I did anything here. >> Yeah, I can't. Plus, you're being this early. Try me. Try me. >> No, I'm not. >> You are. I told you watch your mouth. Get off the reason. >> Okay, now you're still here. trespassing. >> No, it's not. >> It most certainly is. They told you to leave the property. You're still here. So, that's called trespassing. Watch me if I can't do something. >> This is not trespassing. >> They told you to leave the store. >> No, it's not. I >> THEY TOLD YOU to leave the store. You're still here. That's trespassing. >> It was quickly becoming clear the young man was dealing with a nononsense cop. And if he kept things up, he was going to regret it. While he and the officer debated the finer points of the law, another officer arrived. >> I'm going to shoot him some alcohol. They said you're trying to buy something underage. >> No, I didn't try to buy alcohol. >> They listen. They say you try to buy alcohol, they said leave. So then you >> I didn't try to buy alcohol. >> Okay. But a Fortnite card is >> Yes. A Fortnite card, >> right? I get that. But a Fortnite card is it's just like a >> Yeah, it's not. >> So then why they say you're trying to buy something underage? Because they kept on telling people they they were they and there they were telling the person her was telling people that I I was selling I was trying to buy a bait for uh money and I told her I have my ID with me and cuz I do I have my ID with me. Well, they can refuse to sell you anything. You know that, right? >> I have my ID with me. >> They can refuse to sell you anything. You know that, right? And they tell you to leave, you still stay here. It's called trespassing. Correct. And they told you to leave, right? >> Austin's story just wasn't adding up. Obviously, Austin was leaving out some incriminating details. Typically, business owners don't make a habit of chasing away paying customers. But instead of taking the easy road and just leaving, Austin continued arguing. I'm going to write you a summon for trespassing. Okay. >> You can't even write me a summon for trespassing. >> Me, dude. Call the cops. >> WE DON'T WANT THE COPS. What are you going to do? >> DPR. You're going to call the cops. We're here. >> Why? >> Because I didn't do anything. >> You're about to be put in the handcuffs and you've been taken to jail. >> ID. >> You're not going yet. >> Stand up. >> ID. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. Stand up. Give me my ID back. >> Give me my ID back. >> Listen. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm not. >> You're under arrest. >> What? >> For trespassing. >> Okay. >> Put your arm back here. >> Okay. >> Put it back here. >> Okay. What don't you get? >> We need additional. >> I'm going to call my mom. >> Okay, cool. >> You can call her from the jail. >> Can I call my mom? >> From the jail, you can. >> His threat to call his mother didn't go down like he wanted it to. The cops, of course, are accustomed to dealing with the worst of the worst. And the prospect of this guy's mother coming to the police station didn't phase them one bit. >> Stand up. >> You want to act like that, dude? >> You can't do that. >> I just did. Tell you to call the cops. What do you think we're here for? For you. >> Get in the back of the car. >> You can't call. >> I told you to leave. You >> I'm leaving. >> No. Yeah, you're leaving with us. >> Hell no. >> Yeah. >> I got to get my bike. >> Well, >> I got to get my bike. >> No, we're not worried about your bike. You should have thought about that when they told you to leave. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Didn't do anything to me. >> With Austin secured in the back of a squad car, the cops went back inside to talk to the employees. To get to the bottom of things, they had to hear their side of the story. And let's just say that it was a pretty far cry from what Austin said. Okay. So, he came in here. He asked if I abuse. His birthday's tomorrow. He's not 21. So, I told him, "No, and I asked him. I said, "You can't hang out here if you're going to wait for Happy Days to open and they'll sell to you. That's not my business." I said, "So, that's what you're going to do. I can't have you hanging out here." I said, "So, just go wait in our parking lot or whatever." Cool. Fine. Whatever. He came back and asked for a charger and I said, "No, I'm not going to sell to you. You were in here trying to buy stuff underage. please leave. And then he just got mad at me. >> I said, he goes, "Well, they told me to leave, but I didn't listen." I'm like, "Well, it's trespassing." He goes, "No, it's not." I said, "Bet it is." He goes, "You can't tell." He goes, "I'm going to call the cops." I'm like, "Who the you think I am?" [laughter] He goes, "Fuck you, bro. >> You're going to call the cops. I'm here." >> Yeah. He's I'm going to call the cops. I'm like, "Well, I'm already here." And then I told him to sit down. He tried to walk away. So, he pull away from me. And that's what happened on the ground there. I have to go change my pants. >> Yeah, he's going to jail. >> So, you want him trespassed? >> Yeah, please. >> It's my second one already, so >> I'm warmed up. >> Following the wishes of the staff, he was trespassed from the property for a year. Next, the cops got ready to take him downtown to be processed further. >> Come on out. We're going to put you in this other car. >> Do you still don't want a squad? >> I want to go home. I understand that you still don't want a squad. >> No. >> Okay. Have you have a seat in the back of this car? Okay. >> All right. >> Watch your head getting in there. Okay. >> I got to put the seat belt on. It's our policy to keep you safe. >> Hey, Austin. >> What? >> Home. I don't I can't go to jail. >> Okay. Well, that's where we're heading. >> Austin was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest. On the 19th of October 2024, a cop responded to a group of teenagers who'd recently been in a fight. And while the officer was there to help, of course, things quickly took a turn for the worse when the teens saw her as their enemy. >> You all right, man? >> Hi, sir. >> You need an ambulance? I heard you got pretty messed up. >> You want to press charges or anything? >> No, man. >> All right. Is it a friend of yours or >> Oh, no. This is a woman. >> No. >> The one you fought with? The one that beat you up, man. >> I don't think anybody fought me. Anybody find me? >> Oh, you're that drunk? >> That's up to you. >> I'm probably that drunk. >> That's up to you. >> All right. >> No, I don't remember to be honest. >> You remember fighting anyone? You know you got blood all over your face, right? >> Really? >> Yeah. >> Wow. No, I don't think anybody punched me. >> Okay. All right. Uh, you calling an Uber? >> Oh, yeah. Definitely. >> No, no, no. We got we got we got family coming. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. My mom's coming. >> I just need to stay with you cuz you're really drunk. So, I'm drunk at all. >> The suspect there was so drunk that he admitted he was too drunk to remember the fight. At the same time though, strangely, he also said that he wasn't drunk at all. Understandably, the officer wanted to wait around till his Uber arrived. >> Hey, Stormy. We're caught up with Vincent and a state trooper, I guess. >> Are you going to laugh? >> Are you a state trooper? >> A cop? She's a cop. >> Okay. She's a cop. >> Hey, stop. >> Yes. Get my badge number. Of course you can. >> And what is that? >> Um, I don't know why she pulled us over. >> I didn't pull you over. He has facial injuries. He >> facial injuries, but he claims he's okay. >> I'm fine. >> All right. >> His face He claimed he's okay. >> Can I Can I go if I'm fine? He's asking if he can go. >> All right. >> And I know you're like a social worker, so I just wanted to know if you can come to the scene. >> Listen, you're not in any trouble. Literally, it was a fight. >> I'm sorry. >> I just need you guys to get picked up. >> I'm very sorry. >> I'm trying to talk to her because you're you're too drunk, man. Please just get a ride home. >> I'm very sorry. We just go on our way. >> I think you I need you to get a ride home or I'm going to take you to the hospital. >> Yes, ma'am. I will get a ride home. I promise. >> I need to right now. >> Yes. Yes, ma'am. I I would go. >> So if you're starting fights, you already admitted to me. You're not going to walk away. >> So if you walk away, No, no, no. Cuz if you walk away, you're going to be >> The suspect here, Junior, was acting like a total idiot. Like the officer told him, he wasn't in trouble. And all he had to do was get a ride home and he was good to go. But in his drunken state, he took the officer's kindness for aggression. >> Call your mom and get picked up before you go to jail. Oh, I'm not going to sit down, but I I'll come. >> Come get me. >> Sit down. Just take a seat, man. >> You just need to get a ride home, man. I don't want to take you to jail, but I will if I have to. That's it. >> No, I'm just kidding. >> Have you been to jail before? >> No. >> Okay. You don't want to do that then, right? Is that the mom? >> Yes. >> Do you want me to tell her where you're at? >> You want to talk to the police? >> No. >> No. She wants to talk to the police. >> Just to tell you guys where we're at. >> Hi, my name's Officer Ken, Sarasota Police. >> What are you doing? Yeah. No, they're fine. Um there might have been a little physical altercation. I don't know what happened. I don't really care as long as they're fine. They're safe. I just want them to get home safe. We're at um Pineapple in Lemon. So, if Just don't walk away, man. >> I might want to I promise you I won't get away. >> All right. I need someone here soon because he's trying to walk away. I have to take >> I promise you I'm not walking away. I will sit down. I will. >> Junior's mother said she was on her way and that she'd be there in 10 minutes. Coincidentally, the cop got a call on the radio. The junior's sister had been jumped just down the street. >> Is Marissa your sister? >> Yes. >> Listen, this is serious, okay? Cuz she's crying and we need her. So, let's go >> on the sidewalk. No, let's go see your sister. I'm going to We're going to I'm going to take you. >> Come on. Walk on the sidewalk. >> Let's go. >> All right. Just stay >> just You're fine. You're fine. >> Take a bite. Okay. I look here. Blow my sister. >> Your sister's very upset, so we want to go try and find her. That's it. >> Anyone need an ambulance? >> Were you the one that got jumped? >> Yes. >> She was all over. [laughter and snorts] >> Yeah. >> Do you want an ambulance? >> There's people coming right now. >> And they're the ones who jumped you. >> No. No. No. No. No. Makes >> sense. When >> I'm here, >> I'm not going to touch you. very >> we got multiple sides trying to find >> the mark. >> No, no, no. I will take you to jail. Walk away. >> At this point, things were quickly spiraling out of control. The entire group was intoxicated and their tempers were flaring. While the officer was busy dealing with the first group, the other group that they had the altercation with started causing a commotion. >> No, no, no. Take the ass. >> That's the dude that was talking. I don't care if it's time to stop. It's time to stop. >> Calm down. We're all going to go home. >> It's just words, man. Let it go. >> Obviously, it was way too much for one cop to handle. And thankfully, more officers arrived. But just because there were more cops on scene did not mean they were ready to cooperate and disperse. >> Hey man, let me cut it. Let me cut it. I got the camera on. >> You can keep the camera. >> No, I got me. It's just words, man. It's just work. >> I got you all guns. >> You done, man? Come on now. Please stop. Please stop. go with you. >> They eventually managed to separate the groups and tried to get everyone to head home and call it a night. Sadly, they were just too drunk and riled up to follow orders. >> You guys want us to everybody here? >> I want you to go home is what I want you to do. >> I don't want to fight anybody. >> Then go home. LET'S GO. GET OUT OF HERE. GO. [screaming] Now it's really time for y'all to go home. Okay. Now it's really time for y'all to go with >> Go with her. Please go with her before you go with us. >> Go with her before you go with us. >> Go home. She's going to jail. >> She's going to jail. You guys are going home. Goodbye. >> You can't push a That's why I told >> Goodbye. Have a good night. We're done. Thank you. >> Time to go home. >> Come on. Stop. He's going >> to get watch. >> As far as Junior was concerned, the cops were done playing games. They'd been more than fair, and they gave him every opportunity to leave. If he wanted to go to jail in a pair of cuffs, the cops were more than willing to oblige him. >> Please don't. >> We're done with this. >> He's already been in one fight to sort of >> We're done. We're done. We gave you a chance. Now you're done. >> Take him, please. >> Hey, can I take his wallet with him, please? >> I'm not sure, man. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. I swear to God I never been arrested. >> Girl, so that's not a girl. >> Hey, and I look to my left. I can't look to my left. I can't look to my left. >> Vanessa, >> who is that? >> Who's that? >> Stop touching me. >> WHY are you doing that? Like a idiot. So stop. >> Why are you doing that? >> Nothing is touching me. >> Vanessa, right now we have a female officer searching you cuz we have to. >> Oh, what's that? He's just holding. He's He's holding >> touching me. >> Can I talk? You're going to keep yelling. >> Bro, you're aing joke. >> Okay. Well, I'm I'm going to just talk because they're holding you. >> There was no point to continue arguing because everything the cops said just went in one ear and out the other. The only thing left to do here was get them down to the station to be processed further. >> Thank you. As long as that don't touch me. >> Get in the car so that your butt. >> I will. >> You're going to get dragged in there. Get in there. >> You don't have to touch. You don't have to do all that. >> You guys are a joke. I'm a [ __ ] and I'm threatening y'all. Huh? Oh, I'm threatening y'all. I'm hurting y'all. You guys are a weirdo. I know that's >> Get it away from me. Get the away from me. >> Junior was charged with disorderly conduct and his companion Vanessa was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. On April 26th, 2025, the cops were dispatched to a residence following reports of a stabbing. Allegedly, a woman had stabbed her cousin and for quite possibly the dumbest reason in the universe. >> Hey, puppy. >> Is he going to come at us or you a good boy? >> Yes, you are. >> Okay. >> All right. Can you just please put everything down? >> Yeah. You're just You're taking me. >> Wait, what about my dogs though? >> Can you explain now? >> Everything's going to be explained. >> But after I'm not going to do anything, >> you guys, I'm not going to do anything. She attacks me and you guys don't even tell me what's going on before you talk to >> I was not raised to be violent and you guys are cussing me. >> You're under arrest for fluonous assault. [laughter] >> What does that mean? >> Stab somebody. So under arrest for flawless assault just to get it all out. >> No self-defense. >> I have a video of that last night. >> The suspect, Ariana, was playing dumb like she had no idea why the cops were there. She didn't deny there'd been an altercation, but said that more than anything else, for her part, it was simply self-defense. >> What is going on? My cousin literally attacks me in my own house and I'm like what? I've literally never even been in cops in my life. Like there's no selfdefense. >> No, listen. We're this we're only going based upon the evidence that we have and what's going on. So obviously you will have, you know, a chance to, you know, go to court here. I'm going to read you this real quick. Okay. Before they questioned her further, they read the woman her rights. At that point, they only had half the story, so she needed to come clean. Since she claimed she had video evidence, it should have been easy to prove the woman's innocence. >> So, did something happen with your cousin last night? >> Yeah, very much so. >> What What happened? You want to talk to me about that? >> Yeah. And I have videos, too, so I This is crazy. But, um, yeah, she was harassing me about the dogs being in the kitchen. >> Mhm. And then she went on a rant about how I'm a dirty and this and that. And I was just sitting at the table in the kitchen >> and I was laughing at her like girl one time. >> Mhm. >> And then she comes in there and takes my babe. >> Mhm. >> And so I ch I didn't even hit her at that point. I choked her out. >> Mhm. >> Until she dropped it and I let her go. >> Mhm. >> And I was like, "Leave me alone." essentially. She kept we kept going back and forth talking back and forth. She's like, "I've been waiting to meet your" And then I went to go walk out on the porch. I Okay. After I let her go the first time, that's when I grabbed the knife. >> Mhm. [clears throat] >> And from that point, you knew the story was going to get bad. Picking a weapon up to protect herself from a stranger was one thing, but why on earth would she need a knife to defend herself from her cousin? >> Yeah. So, I'm trying to walk outside. I still have it on me. And she before I even open the door, she body checks and starts punching for me. Mhm. >> And that's when that initial happened and I dropped the knife cuz that the head I dropped it and we were fighting >> and that's literally it. Then it ended her dad came and got her but I guess she even lied to him saying I hit her with a freaking pan. >> Mhm. >> And that it never happened. But like that's literally it. >> How'd she get the bruises all over her face then? >> I was punching her. >> Okay. >> Like literally multiple times in the video. I'm like, I pray for you. Like, you can use your energy for good. Like, I never I'm not a violent person. Like, that's not me. I'd rather walk away from something, but like at that point, what do you do? Like, you figured someone's not going to come at you while you're holding a knife. >> The officer checked Ariana for injuries, but it seems like her cousin took the brunt of the beating. And let's just say that it was more than a little fight between family members. >> I mean, she's pretty messed up. She w to uh immediate surgery >> on her collar. >> Mhm. >> Yeah, I know. >> So, >> is that from like the damage or is it from the wound? >> That's from the staff. Yes. She has severe injuries to her colon and bowel. She was rushed to emergency surgery. >> So, it's not self-defense is what you're telling me. I mean, I can't tell you anything, but based off the evidence, all I have right now >> and see where is the knife at in the house? >> In my bed? >> In your bed? >> Okay. All right. Sit tight for me for a minute. Okay. I'm going to go talk to the other officers and I'll get your phone. >> Am I in jail tonight? Is what you're saying? I don't know. >> We're going to we're going to figure that out. Okay. >> This is so scary. >> Thank you. >> Mhm. For context, what happened was the woman and her cousin got into a heated argument. When her cousin threw the vape, Ariana flew into a blind rage and started choking and hitting the woman before eventually stabbing her. She pulled her phone out and showed the officer a video, but it didn't really prove the woman's innocence. >> Bro, if I wanted to fight somebody, I would fight them. I'm not about to sit here and talk about, "Oh, if you if you come outside, like, yep, do it. Do it. Do it. Give me my Give me my Give me my Give me my Give me my Come on. Let's go outside. Come on. [laughter] >> Let's go. Let's go. What the hell are y'all? >> That's literally how it happened. >> Thing was, there was no reason on earth she should have armed herself. She was laughing throughout the video, and it wasn't like her life was at risk. pulling a knife on her cousin was clearly taking things too far. She then told the officers where she'd hidden the knife. >> Is it hidden somewhere or? >> No, I literally didn't even know it was in my bed. It should be right next to my belong by the Bible. >> Okay, that's so terrible. >> No, you're fine. Here, I'm going to have you go over here. >> It's going to be in her bed. That's next to the dog. She said, [snorts] "Okay, yeah, I see it." And where's uh Schuler's uh bedroom? >> Uh downstairs. >> Downstairs. Yeah. Okay. Victim says she was laying down, fell a sharp pain in her abdomen and looked and there's blood all over. So, >> what was this all over? >> Uh the argument over was over dogs being in the kitchen while she was cooking. >> I thought it would be over drinking. All right. So, Ariana, based off all the evidence and everything else like that, you're going to be sent to Summit County Jail today, okay, for felonious assault and domestic violence. Okay. >> There's no selfde? >> No. No. Based off even your phone recordings, no. For all the evidence I've observed and everything else like that, this was not self-defense. Okay. So, you're going to be going to Summit County Jail today for felonious assault and domestic violence. All right. They arrested the woman and she was charged with domestic violence and felonious assault. Teens, of course, can be really disrespectful, but the cops have seen it all before and they know exactly how to handle it. Disrespect aside, though, when these teenagers take things too far and in the process break the law, they quickly find out they're no match for these nononsense officers.
