in this imperfect World there are good cops and then there are dirty cops who like to abuse their power but what happens when these dirty cops make dumb mistakes that eventually bring severe consequences for them here are four different cases of dirty cops who made dumb mistakes sir stand back don't you walk up to me like that excuse me this is Frank seikos a veteran officer with the Orlando Police Department who finds himself at the center of controversy on September 8th 2019 19 officer seos encountered a man outside a construction zone near Lake ivanho at approximately 300 a.m. what happened next as captured by police body cameras has led to Serious repercussions for the officer what are you going to do with the Ed R record okay I need I to process those also oh yeah that's suspect is being cooperative the officer seems to be getting more and more aggressive in the way he's dealing with the situation yes and you're interested in that building shut up and listen to me to me like that and go to jail don't you evering walk up to me like that again sit down sit down on the ground Orlando Police you're under arrest sit on the goddamn ground stop resisting you back now officer officer hey hey I'm the suspect continues to express that he's neither resisting nor did anything wrong I'm I'm not I'm not I I didn't do anything this ridiculous are you serious ma'am I I'm not do anything well then next time you don't walk up on the [ __ ] police when we tell you to stand back sir you grabbed my jugler and shove me to the ground no I pushed you back when you approached the man suspecting him of being intoxicated allegedly the situation escalated when the man as described by seos tensed his muscles and step toward the officer the aftermath of this incident has been Swift the charges against the man were dropped and seos was relieved of Duty with pay pending an internal investigation by the Orlando Police Department the department in a statement emphasized its commitment to upholding the highest standards of conduct among its officers but if you thought that was bad wait till the next case this is Michael Kennedy and many other West Virginia State Police Troopers who found themselves at the center of a controversial case on the early morning of November 19th 2018 officers were summoned to Jack rabbit's bar in Martinsburg in response to a call acting under the authority of the West Virginia State Police Kennedy confronted a chaotic scene involving a juvenile suspect identified in court documents only as JH a 16-year-old weighing 140 lb and standing at 5'8 had crashed into a parked Sheriff's Cruiser initiated a fleeing episode and subsequently collided with a utility poll when the cops get hold of the suspect they immediately yank him out of the car despite the suspect not even resisting the cops continued to beat him up Kennedy faced allegations of excessive force including accusations of kicking JH while handcuffing him dropping him into a snowbank and slapping him these actions led to a Federal indictment filed against Kennedy in March of the following year luckily the suspect in this case survived but the next case gets a bit Grim oh he's puking just straight water you see that water came out of his mouth no I didn't see it but I see it now this is all water you puking this is Daniel prude a 41-year-old black man whose encounter with law enforcement in Rochester New York ended in tragedy on March 23rd 2020 Mr prud visiting from Chicago found himself in distress running out of his brother's home shoeless and shirtless prompting his brother Joe to dial 911 concurrently authorities received another call reporting a naked individual claiming to have covid-19 running through the streets hey get on the it now this is all water your you puking I saw the ambulance coming so I moved eventually the cops realize something is wrong still moving his arm get chest Impressions roll them over on the side anything he started thrown up now it looks like he doesn't even have chest compressions doesn't yes sir we need you coming the cops get the Cuffs off of Daniel to try and save him I'm cing guys who's thought the two suspects looked alike but it just comes off as a weak excuse to you maybe not man but to the picture we have Michael's your son does Michael stay here oh wow I'm looking at that Georgia but it's they they want picked up they sent us here as more time passed more people started to gather around to witness the Injustice they CU Pat didn't want to cooperate and they thought he was Michael they thought he was Michael his name is Patrick W right okay that's his parent all you have to do is say my name is Patrick W he had his ID on him I asked him for his ID three times ma' that's all video it's all video I said get ID start and pulling away from why would you try to run from the police right now just obstruction because he didn't want to comply with us okay when we ask
