She was making statements like she'll take $200 and pay one of the black guys up the street to beat her boyfriend until he is paralyzed. He will pay for the he put her through. I just want to myself. >> Do Do you think that this could escalate ever to the point where it becomes physically violent against her? You do. Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> What's the What's the address here? >> You t again, man. Turn around. >> When it comes to exes, some of them beg, some of them cry, and some send desperate text messages in the middle of the night. And when they get really obsessive, pathologically so, it's not about closure anymore. It's definitely about control. From emotional abuse to full-blown stalking, some of these exes will do just about anything and cling to their lost love. When possessive exes take their obsession to the next level. >> All right, guys. Look, I love you. Have fun at baseball. >> Yeah, I know. Hey, look. >> Stand up. Come over here. Come over here. >> Hey guys, this is just what you love to do. >> Come over here. >> On the 2nd of March, 2022 in St. Petersburg, Florida, the cops were called about a stalker who was violating his divorce settlement. As far as visiting his kids, the courts had given the man a visitation schedule, but he refused to follow it. And despite the fact that he'd already been trespassed from both his ex-wife's home and his in-laws place, he kept playing twisted mind games with his young kids. >> No, do not do this to him. >> What are you doing? >> Come talk to me over here. Not in front of them. Be an adult and come over here. >> I don't trust you. >> Okay. >> Okay. You're not supposed to be here. >> I'm an American. This is my right. I just took my >> It's not your day to be here. We're filing another stalking complaint against this location. >> Okay. And I'm going to tell you who am I stalking? >> All of them. >> Who? I'm allowed to see my children. It's not >> your day. >> In the background, you can see the young man's son standing at the edge of the property beyond which his father wasn't allowed to enter. And literally, his father's toe was on the line. Already a registered stalker, he was pushing his luck and the lull to the absolute limit. >> Folks, judge, for the record, >> you need to leave. I'm here to see my boys. He's going to baseball. I'm going I'm going to be there. You need to leave me. You need to leave here. I'm telling you. >> You You're way outside your bounds. >> You are not welcome to be here. You are now stalking this family. >> No, I'm not. That's my family. >> I am telling you that you are stalking them. >> Take me to jail. >> You need to leave. >> I'd rather you just take me to jail. I'm here playing football with my son in this. >> Right. Today is not your day to be here. >> This I'm allowed in this street. You tell me the reason I can't be in this street right here. stalking with you. I'm telling you that you're stoping when you're open. Notorious >> stalking covers this as well. >> No, it doesn't. The lawyer just said blatant outright. I'm here. I'm not I'm not hiding it. I'm not stalking. >> I'm telling you to leave because you are stalking these people and you're going to end up going to jail. >> Okay, I'll let you take me to jail and I want this on the record. I want my kids to see this. Hey guys, >> you want your kids to see this? No, I do. >> You do not want your kids. >> I'm here playing with my son, okay? Okay. And I'm going to follow them to baseball and I'm going to until the minute they leave, I'm going to stay right here and and then I'm going to baseball and I'll be back at that house on Friday and I'm going to be be prepared to go to court for this. Okay. I'm not getting this >> because you're infringing on my rights as an American. >> I am not. I'm telling you to leave these people alone. That you are stalking. >> You You don't have the right to tell me not to go my children. >> I am telling you to leave properly next time. Maybe I'll have a better chance in court. >> I have filed multiples on you. No, you didn't. And I will file more. The psychology of a stalker is truly strange. It's not only about watching. It's also about testing boundaries. For this guy, boundaries didn't matter, and his no contact order felt more like an invitation than a warning. Seemingly, his obsession had rewired his brain. And as far as logic went, it was no longer a part of the equation. >> Sir, you're a very frustrating human being to deal with is why we keep going over this. >> It's because I keep telling you to leave this family alone. Leave alone. leave her parents alone. You are still here. >> On the record, anytime I'm here or at that house when I have not been able to talk to my kids on the phone, you are welcome to tell me and ask what you do. If you cannot reach your children, you call the police and we will make contact with them and make sure they're okay. >> I'm going to come here. I will come here and call you. I'm going to call I'm going to call the police when I before I arrive. I'm going to tell them. >> And tell us what that you're stalking these people. >> No, I'm not stalking that. I'm coming to spend time with my children. >> You're not allowed to. has gotten to the point to the point where you've been trespassed from all this property. You've been trespassed from that property. There's obviously >> JJ, keep close eye on this, buddy. >> It's obviously >> reasonable to believe that she doesn't want you here. They don't you over there. >> I'm in the street with my son. I haven't talked to her. >> You guys have the court order in place for a reason. Okay. >> And she's not she's not she's not >> and when a person doesn't abide by the court order, the proper procedure is to go to court and follow up with it with your lawyers. Okay? You showing up Hi, Rosie. Hey. >> Random places. >> Yeah, I'm trying to come see you guys cuz I can't talk to you on your phones. >> Following your kids around, following your ex around is not the way to handle this. >> I'm guilty of stalking my children when I can't talk to them. >> It's not your children, sir. It's >> my children. >> Well, I understand that, but that's not who you're stalking. Obviously, you're the mother is the one that doesn't want you here. Correct. >> I I haven't seen them. How am I stalking somebody I haven't even seen? Bickering with the cops about stalking as you're standing right next to the property you've been trespassed from is pretty much pointless. It's like if your house was burning down and you were standing there arguing about fire codes by putting his obsessiveness on full display. He was simply reconfirming that people see him as a stalker. >> You're very you're very in a gray area. You're very close to committing a criminal offense. Um >> no, you're guilty until proven guilty. Okay, I'll take this video and I'll and I will take this whole thing in front of the judge and and I already been down this road. I'm not gonna I'm not going to be guilty of a crime. What's going on here? >> What I'm saying is if one foot on this property and you are committing a crime, so I'm saying you're very close, she'd be the king. You think I'm stupid enough to step foot on this property, sir? >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. >> I'm actually highly educated, been to college. I'm not a dumb. You think I deal with dumb losers all the time? It's not me. My son comes out, we play. [snorts] Do you see that? Yeah. Yeah, I've seen that. >> Yeah, I never stepped foot on. >> For someone claiming to not be a dumb loser, he sure was doing a flawless impression of one. Emotional intelligence is about knowing when to back off. And this guy was flunking that test super hard. Meanwhile, the cops got some creepy details from his ex-wife. >> I don't know if he told you his whole story, but he's refusing to take his legal time with them until I sign his petition, >> which is the outrageous one similar to the last one. Okay. >> It's the same thing. And he gives it to the kids and he gives it and they give it to me. >> They give to you. So, and at their request, he comes to see them because they miss him. You can see they they love them and they miss him. And I I have a hard time keeping them apart from him when they have a relationship and love him. I feel like that's harsh and unfair. Okay. >> But these daily visits are awful. >> He's come here every day for >> he was out of town for a week. Okay. So, he didn't come that week, but otherwise he comes nearly daily. It's not consistent, but it's almost daily. >> Since when do you remember how long that's been going on? >> January 3rd. >> Okay. Since [laughter] January 3rd. I remember this one a couple times. Okay. >> Related to like late baseball things, uh, sorry, basketball things, like sports things. So, we've had him over the night a couple times. Okay. >> He has texted me over and over and over again. I will be every day at your parents house. I will be here every night. I will make sure that everyone knows that you are not letting me see the dinner that he's just >> And he sits out there like he's doing now >> or does he come up closer ever? >> He doesn't come up closer. >> Okay. I let like I said I do let the kids out and I don't care if they play football but I just feel like this is not this is not a relationship you want to foster with your kids >> stalking is something where we're here for now and you can arrest him >> right now. >> I will also admit that this part I have I don't want him to know and soon enough I won't be able to hide it but I'm 6 months about that. >> It frightens me. >> The mother of the kids was right. Parents, of course, have a deep responsibility to model good behavior for their kids. But this guy was oblivious and never seemed to think about what he was teaching them with his constant harassment, manipulation games, and his desperate behavior. >> Hey, my name's Sergeant Cameron. How are you? >> Good. >> Good. Have you been requested to leave this area by my officers? >> Hey guys, >> have been requested. >> Yes. that they ask you to. >> What? What area? >> Right here where we're standing right now. >> One second. >> I'm just reaching my phone. >> I got to document this because I think you were one of the guys that was there for the um >> Okay, put your hands behind your back. >> Guys, look. >> Stop resisting. >> Take my phone. Get my phone. >> Stop. >> Look at this. Look at this. Beat me up. Look. I'm letting go. I'm done. Guys, look at this. Guys, look at this. Video this. >> It's all on video. >> It's all on video. >> Get a video. Get it. All right, guys. Look, I love you. Have fun at baseball. Yeah, I know. Look, >> stand up. Come over here. Come over here. >> Hey, guys. This is This is what you love to do. >> Come over here. What a disgusting act of psychological manipulation. By casting their mother as the villain and himself as a tortured hero, he was poisoning his kids' minds. He was sewing confusion and fear where there should have been love and trust. In the backseat of the squad car, he revealed more of his warped mind. >> I'd love to share with the judge that I think you are a horrible police officer. Bitter woman at that. Always have an attitude. Didn't even fill out police reports. You know, you're probably better that you're a police officer. I don't know. You probably don't like men is what I what I'm guessing. You had no right to arrest me right there. You know what? This is going to get kicked out by the judge. And you and you put my kids through that for what? No crime committed. >> Me taking an innocent man to jail tonight instead of going to his son's baseball game. >> Kind of how people like you sleep at night. Know my ex-wife is a lesbian, right? Did she tell you that? >> Trying to pick my son up and she wouldn't turn him over and you trespassed me. You're a horrible police officer. >> Horrible. So now I get to spend the night there. That's phenomenal. >> You want to tell me what you charged me with? >> Talking to your wrist. >> Well, look, you know, you know I got plenty of money. You know, you see more money in my wallet than you make in a month. So, you know what? We'll get a lawyer to get the videos. We We'll do the dance. And you know what? Fine. I'll pay. But you know what? You're That's a joke. Resisting arrest. I I went to pull my phone up to video you clowns. And And And that was res No. Come on. [ __ ] We'll get a jury trial. We'll get a jury and we'll put you guys to the test. Okay. Hopefully, the judge and jury get to see the body cam [music] footage of the man's demented psychological games, because when they see it, it's more than likely they'll convict him for stalking. Seriously, what a creep. On March 18th, 2023 in Savannah, Georgia, the cops responded to a domestic disturbance at an apartment. The dispute involved a married lesbian couple who'd recently separated after a 2-year relationship. One of the women, who was pregnant, showed up at her soon to be ex-wife's house to confront the new love interest. >> Savannah Police Department. >> Yes. Hurry up, please. >> She's right here. >> Get her out of here. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Hold on. What's going on? >> She came in. >> Hey, look. She came in. >> Stop touching me. Look. Look. Look. Look. Come over here for me. Stand over there for me. Ma'am, come here. >> He said come here. >> Can you come here and talk to me? >> You going to get tased. >> SHUT UP. NO, NO, NO. SHE'S PREGNANT. She's pregnant. She's pregnant. Get off me. Get off me. She's pregnant. Mer, stop. >> Xavier, shut the >> No. See what you doing. >> Stop. Stop. Bro, stop. >> Look, you're not already pregnant. I'm not trying to hurt you. Chill out. >> I don't give a >> She going to go on cuffs. Chill out. >> All right. All right. You don't have to put me in cuffs. >> The woman in handcuffs, 7 months pregnant, was the wife of the woman in glasses. She'd showed up at the doorstep uninvited. And after seeing her wife hanging out with her new romantic partner, she became enraged. >> All right, >> come outside and talk to me real quick. >> Come on. Step outside and talk. Put your shoes on. >> Put your shoes on. We're going to step outside and talk. Come on. >> You don't listen. What the >> I'M NOT, >> BRO. [screaming] ARE you >> Bro, this is coming from what? >> Watch out. >> I don't know. Hold on. >> Step outside for me. >> A little broke. Imagine that. YOU GOT PREGNANT. >> YEAH, I GOT PREGNANT. BUT YEAH, >> YOU DUMMY. You dummy. >> She was my wife. Are you dumb? >> Are you dumb? >> We went through a process. >> Have a seat for me. Have a seat for me. >> Have a seat for me. >> Just have a seat on the stairs for me. >> Have a seat on the stairs for me. That's it. I don't want to >> n why don't y'all just chill out over here for me? >> On the surface it looked like a love triangle, but actually it was just a messy divorce. As for the pregnant woman under medical supervision, she conceived a child with her partner's egg, but she still ended up getting left alone. While her wife was having a lot of fun, she was taking a very hard look at very shortly being a single mother. All right. So, what's what went on? >> So, this is my house. That's my ex. We were married. She's pregnant with my kid, but we're not together. Waiting. We want to process for divorce. But >> when you say she's pregnant with your kid, >> she's pregnant. We did a >> So, it's your age. >> Yes, my age. >> Okay. >> So, um >> So, um she called my phone like 20 times before she came here. I didn't answer. >> What time What time did all this start? >> Uh she has my phone. I can't I don't know. She has. >> So you mean approximate? >> Uh what time? >> It is 8:57. So like 9. >> No, like 7 7:00. >> Okay. So like >> Okay. >> So she called me. I didn't answer cuz I was out. >> She called you. >> Yes. So then out of nowhere we're cleaning up and we heard a knock at the door. >> You two are cleaning up? >> Yes. We're cleaning up >> and we hear a knock at the door. So um I go to open the door. I tell her to stuck in the room cuz I already know how this is going to go. So I try >> who are you to her? >> I'm her. We're together. >> Okay. >> As far as these two go, when it comes to empathy, it's a pretty tough choice. Facing motherhood without support is unfair, but also getting in a physical conflict in the final trimester was a terrible decision. As far as her wife goes, why go through the trouble of donating your egg only to abandon your partner? And finally, as far as the third woman went, that smile she gave off gave a very distinct impression that she was actually enjoying the drama. >> Okay. So, when she gets in the room, she sees you. Yeah. >> And then what happens? >> And she's like, "Oh, it's so glad to meet you." And I'm like, "It's nice to meet you, too." That's >> cuz mind you, when I was with her, I cheated on her with her. So, >> okay. >> That's >> when she got in the room, >> she's like, "Oh, you know, I'm so glad that you know to see you all that kind of like, yeah, it's very calm and cordial. You know, it's I'm not trying to fight her nothing." >> Yeah. So they're they like tussling or whatever and all that kind of stuff >> while she's talking to you. >> Well, no, at that point we done talking. So they tussling for like a good little minute. But it's just like >> What do you mean tustling? >> Like it's like a little like a little >> She's pushing me. I'm trying to get my phone in her pocket. >> So So I didn't put my hands on that girl at all. >> So at this point, I'm just like, what's So she's asking me a bunch of questions. I'm like, I don't have to explain nothing to you. You know, cuz >> you're telling her this. >> Yeah. I'm like, I don't have to explain anything to you. Whatever with the woo. >> So she starts asking questions. What's she asking questions about? She's asking questions. Oh, do you live here? And oh, you know, what are you doing here? And all that kind of stuff. And I'm just like, I don't have to answer nothing. >> So, at this point, things getting a little rowdy when we talk. I'm >> She just starts like saying, she's she's saying stuff because she wants her to hit her. >> Exactly. >> So, she's saying anything in the world to get her. >> First off, what's this on your neck? >> Okay. Making sure it wasn't her. Okay. >> So, mind you, she's hit me in my face a couple times by this point. There was a pair of >> There was a pair of handcuffs on the floor. Uh-huh. >> She'd still at me across my face. >> You've got to wonder to yourself if these three women were capable enough or wise enough to make smart life choices. Very shortly, a new child was about to be brought into the world. They should have all been strategizing, trying to create the best possible environment for it when it finally arrived. Instead, they were all acting like some not so golden girls with their hickeys in their handcuffs. >> She admitted to hitting her in the face of the set of handcuffs. She admitted to shoving her way into the door once it was opened. >> Is that a handcuff? >> Yes. Um, she admitted that the phone without the debit card belongs to her. The one with the debit card belongs to her. Um, and I told her that they both have marks on them. I said, "Did you struck in the face of handcuffs?" And she's like, and I looked at she I said, "Did you hit her in the face with handcuffs?" She's like, "Yes." When she hit you on that side of the face with the cuffs? >> Yeah, it was side. And when when she hit you with the cuffs, was it like were they dangling? And she >> Yeah, like she had the one side and she smacked it. >> Okay. >> And this this like whatever >> that right there is the hickey. And then this line is the scratch. >> Okay. >> After freely admitting to slapping her wife with handcuffs, they charged the pregnant woman with battery under the Family Violence Act and she was also charged with theft by taking. After a hospital examination, the woman and her unborn child were taken to jail. On the 26th of April, 2021 in Daytona Beach, Florida, the cops got a call about a woman flying off the rails. She was raging about her ex-boyfriend, threatening people's lives, and also threatening to take her own. >> Yeah, she >> Where's she supposed to be at? >> So, she wasn't there, but she changed her clothes because the description I gave right before that. She heard me. >> Okay. >> So, she went and changed to aquamarine shirt. Aquamarine green shirt. >> She went through over here, jumped the fence, went down this way. >> She should be going that way. I know. >> She it should be going that way. But the thing is once I got down there, I think she took right into some of these one of these houses over here because >> um she wasn't down that street when I just ran down the street to go get her. >> So, who are you to her? >> I am her case man. Well, I'm actually I run the apartments down the street in my place and her case manager called me because I was close and know this. I know the situation. So, >> what is the situation? >> Basically, she was um stating that she was she was gonna do by cop that she was gonna take that she just wanted it to be over this that and another. She's upset with her boyfriend. >> The woman involved in the incident, 48-year-old Melissa Corbalac, had a very long rap sheet and a history of using. According to the woman they were interviewing, Melissa was fighting a losing battle with addiction. >> You think it's mostly an anger? >> I do think it's more angry outburst. I mean, you've known her for 9 years. I mean, you know her better than I do. >> Um, I don't think that um she's going to attempt I think she just wants to be >> Yeah, she's just frustrated right now and she really just wants to, you know, I don't think that she wants to be in the city. I think it's really her addiction and stuff is really catching up to her and I think that she's really >> she's she's reaching out for help. So, she's saying things that she doesn't realize are going to get her actually bakered. I don't think she was expecting that part. Thanks to the witness and the description she gave, nearby officers tracked the woman down. She was trying to flee the cops on foot near the railroad tracks and she had no intention of cooperating. >> 48 out with her. >> I didn't You asked me my name. I didn't have ID and you grabbed me. I didn't do anything wrong. Are you a CI officer? Are you a CIT OFFICER? ARE YOU A CIT officer? >> Can you please get her off of me? And I will I will not resist. Get her off of me. Okay. >> And I will I will you all right? >> No. >> I will be fine if you get her off me. >> Get her. >> I will be fine. >> She wouldn't give me her name. >> I I told >> she wasn't free to go. I wanted to identify her and I don't have any ID on her. >> I can hand if she gets up a little bit. I can >> I have a bad neck. >> So, >> okay. We're going to roll. We're going to roll over. Roll over. Roll over. Roll over. >> I can do this. >> I can do it that way. Can you lift this one up just a little bit? We'll tell you my my >> I will not >> just say you'll pass my name and then you ask me to >> Okay, >> watch. Uh >> why am I being detained? >> Is that yours? >> Why? What did I do? I was walking down the street. >> I was walking down the street. I wasn't doing anything wrong. Why am I And she jumped on top of me. >> Okay. I just defended myself. I'm sorry. >> I apologize, but you scared the out of me. >> I'll take care of you. No worries. >> Can I please have a cigar? >> My cigars are right there. Can I please have >> The cops tackled and handcuffed her and curiously, in an untimely request, Melissa was asking to smoke a cigar. From the very start, Melissa came off like a desperate addict who was unable to make rational decisions or regulate her emotions. Like any hardcore drug addict, all she could think about was scoring more drugs. >> I have the right to know. >> I'll get her right there. >> I just want to make sure cuz you got some on your nose. >> She bit me. Don't touch. She bit my nose. Tried to bite me on the arm. >> Why was I stuck? I still haven't got that answer. >> I can tell you. You want to know the whole story? cuz I was just talking to your social worker. >> I mean, I'll tell you the whole story >> and I told her I'm doing what I can to get to my phone to get the out of here so I don't do something stupid. >> This is not helping me. >> I have a paycheck coming. I have a ride. Y'all are deterring me from doing >> You have no right to stop me. >> We were going to stop you for a wellbeing check. And also, >> I'm perfectly fine. Leave me alone. >> Well, you you weren't. purposely I was purposely driving till you bothered me. >> Okay. >> So, will you please take the cuffs off and leave it alone? >> Also, I think you're on the railroad tracks. >> I don't think you're supposed to do that. >> Yeah. Well, there are three mother over there, too. So, go bother them cuz they live on the tracks. I don't >> I'll go bother them next. >> Since Melissa was saying she was going to take her own life, the officer's original intention was to do a welfare check. But when the cops approached her, she was acting like a wild animal. Sinking your teeth into a cop's nose and arm is more than unhinged. It's downright savage. >> I can see my face of my ride. My ride's already here waiting. >> I already have a ride. >> If you need to get back to whatever you're doing, we're good. >> I just want to get close. >> All right. >> I mean, I'm good with it. You're being ridiculous. >> I'm not I'm not going to jail. You need to stop like you were cool. >> Yeah. >> Help me. >> Help me. How do you dancing? They're hurting my back. Please. Please. It's hurting. I can't. >> She might have been a middle-aged woman, but she was like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. The only difference was toddlers don't bite cops or smoke crack. Next, the cops were going to try and figure out what unholy mixture she was on. >> Did you take anything? >> I smoked. >> How long ago? >> That was just about ago. And it wasn't even >> But you didn't even smoke. That wasn't the case. Did you go inside the house and take something before you? >> No, it was that joint that I rolled outside. I took a You know, you're stepping out of them right now. >> No, I didn't. >> All right. So, you didn't take any pills? >> No, I flushed them all down the toilet this morning. >> I flushed the wall down the >> Didn't take anything after talk to me. Talk to me. >> I've been calling my counselor. I've been calling my I'm calling my best friend. I'm calling everybody I can. >> Let me see your hands, man. >> I see that finger. No, hold on. Hold on. >> Turn your hand over. Keep it still. >> That's a cut from the stick. From a stick. That's from a stick. >> She was just trying to jab a stick. >> Cut from a stick. She saying that she didn't take any pills or anything. >> You can clear problem. >> I told you I'm like on a downward spiral and I'm trying to get people around me that'll bring me up and not bring me down. In the course of recovery, it's good to have a strong support system, but ultimately it was up to Melissa to stop using these drugs. After seeing the woman's antics and talking to her social worker, it was clear to the cops she was a danger to herself and everybody else. >> She was making statements like, "She'll take $200 and pay one of the black guys up the street to beat her boyfriend until he is paralyzed. He will pay for the he put her through. I just want to myself. I'm going to get some give myself a legal shot. I cut my arm yesterday and all over the her boyfriend's mailbox. I am just going to find a cop and charge him so he will shoot me. Um she also told me not to worry about her anymore, to worry about the client she can actually save. Um and just I mean numerous things. I I mean it just kept on and kept on. I just I was I was really fearful for >> Okay. >> her because she she we actually called you guys probably about I don't know two three weeks ago because she had taken a bunch of her sleeping medication that she had given to us. I mean that we not that we prescribe her and she said she had taken a bunch of it and that she was you know herself and we kept trying to find her. We couldn't find her. We called them a police report. um you know, and we searched for her, but we couldn't find her. Um so this is this is she's been crying out for help now for a while. >> They charge Melissa with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, and depriving an officer of means of communication. Hopefully, she'll have a chance to detox while behind bars. On May 29th, 2022 in Florida, a woman called police after her ex-boyfriend showed up and threatened to her with a knife. Though the couple had split up and the woman had moved away, he'd recently discovered where she lived. It was early in the morning and this guy was on a reign of terror. >> Police department. >> Hi. He's about to run out the back door. Please get him. >> I mean, my window. >> Where's he going? Hey, stop. He's gonna jump out the window. >> Yes, >> sir. Come out here. >> You just want me to my >> jump out the top window? >> Yeah. >> Sir, come out here. >> Step it up. >> Come around the corner. Sir, come here. >> Come out slowly with your hands up. If you try to run, you will be tased and you will be under arrest. Come out here and talk to me. Is there any weapons now? >> No. >> What's his name? >> Javon. >> Javon. She's saying he might have jumped out the window. Did you see him >> open right here? >> I thought I saw somebody run that way. >> What's he wearing? Yeah, he probably didn't got here just in case he didn't. I don't know cuz he's so >> What's he wearing? >> Uh, he wasn't. He had some jeans on. I don't know if he put a shirt on. >> Javon had indeed jumped out the second story window in an attempt to escape. While the female officer stayed behind to get a statement from the frightened mother, other cops sprang into action to pursue the man on foot. >> Put your hands down your back. >> What's the What's the address here? You're going to get tased again, man. >> Turn around. >> Your hands behind your back. >> You're going to get tased again. Address, >> man. I >> get the police. Get the police. Get the police. >> I didn't do nothing. I'm >> Help me. >> Help. Help me, >> man. I need water. Help me. >> Help. Give me Give me his hands. Grab his hands. >> There's no point in fighting, brother. What's that? What's the address? >> You got me. You got me. >> Give me your hand, man. >> I resist, bro. Your hand. >> I'm put my hand behind my back. >> Look, bro. I can't do nothing else. >> Hey, officer. >> Okay. Hey, he's in he's attain >> I got asma bad as I'm right here officer. I I look I ain't trying to front. You already know. You already know exactly who. >> With Javon in custody, his ex revealed the chilling details of his twisted behavior. And let's just say it went way beyond a bad breakup. The woman clearly feared for her life. And to make matters worse, her infant baby had witnessed it all. >> Does he live here? >> No, he don't live here. No. But child's father. >> No. No. Not even. But um >> he he think he is his dad. Like you know he treat him like his son but he's not. >> Has he ever lived here? >> No. No. >> Ex-boyfriend. Boyfriend. >> He is ex-boyfriend. Yes. Um >> I've had plenty like I have dealt like altercations with him. Like he he don't even supposed to know where I live at. He know where I live at because somebody told him. Ever since he found out where I live that, as you can see, I've been crashing the car to police. >> I think I've been out here, but within he keep harassing me. Like, I don't know who told him. You feel me? He threatened me. He put it nice to me. He will bust my car windows. He put me in a hospital. Like, I'm just like, I don't know. >> Might be in here somewhere, possibly in between buildings or the dumpster. I'm going to start circling around. >> Okay. So, what happened this morning then? Last night >> just now. He just got here just now. Um I don't know. He drunk. um his I guess his people this morning. She got a car accident last night and I don't know. He just taking it out on I don't know if he on I don't know but I know he's drunk. I know that for sure. And >> I don't know. We just start fighting. He just start my mouth, my head. Um I don't even know what happened to my finger. He pulled a knife right now. Like that's what made me I had to like text my friend like a code and that mean call the police, >> right? No mother or child should ever be exposed to such a traumatic scene. As the conversation unfolded, she painted a detailed picture detailing the man's behavior. He wasn't just an ex-boyfriend. He was the ex-boyfriend from hell. >> He was probably like grabbing me, throwing me, punching me, like just, you know, >> was did this occur? >> He had a knife in his hand. >> He did have a knife in his hand. >> Yeah, because he went like this to my couch right here. >> Right here. >> 7691 to the other unit. He has a knife on him as well. >> You have knife. >> All right. So, but did he threaten you with a knife? >> Yes, he did. >> He did. >> Right now, I only have it to my neck. >> Okay. >> That's what really made me like Oh, yeah. >> Did he hold that to your head or anything? What did your neck? covert off. >> All right. Um, did he say any other threats while he was doing all this? >> Yeah, he was just calling me and he he said he have he said if I don't have somebody >> Did you um did you let him in or did he break in? >> He kicked He kicked my door in. >> That So that's what this is from. Okay. But he kicked that in and it was locked. Yes. And he uh said he was going to my mouth. >> The story she told was one of extreme abuse, both emotional and physical. If she was telling the truth and the man really tried to kill her, he might be charged with conspiracy to commit. The question was, would there be enough evidence to fully corroborate her story? >> I didn't do nothing. >> Why you running? >> Because I always try to prevent I've been trying to prevent myself from going through this type of real I Like I understand y'all doing that. I just came from the woods and all type of >> can at least prove my point though or y'all don't want to hear it. >> You can talk. >> All right. So today girl got mad cuz I came out her house late as hell. You feel me? So she opened up the door. She said, "Why? Why? Why would you come here so late?" I said, "Why do it matter? as long as I came here and it's so I got some money brought to the table, you feel me? I'm like long I you feel me? You got some money and I'm going to get your hair done. Your birthday coming up. You know what I'm saying? Make a long story short. She got mad. She want to argue. I'm like we in Chicago. You can't argue out here. You feel me? You can't argue out here. You got some type of neighbors that don't be liking that type. So she want to keep arguing, arguing, arguing. I'm like, man, shut up. Shut up. Hey, shut the >> Here y'all go. Boom, boom, boom. Knock out the door. Like, don't answer. She said, "Oh, D. Oh, you want to be such and such?" I'm like, "Man, I I I ain't come here for that." You know what I'm saying? I could understand if I came here on some on some negative. I came I didn't come here on no negative. Came here on some positive. >> Javon's story was that he showed up with a fistful of money and thought that would be enough to get his relationship back on track. But he literally broke down the door to get into the house. And with every word he said, he sounded dumber and dumber. >> Yeah, you got nothing. Not even shoes. >> I don't have nothing. I I was just Listen, I just had got to my girl's house and she just did. She just I'm telling you, I'm like, man, we is in Chicago for this ain't the first or the second time. No, sir. I ain't going to go nowhere. I'm >> from last time. You remember my >> last time? >> You know him? >> Did you guys go way back? >> No. >> You jumping out of windows on prank before preach. >> No, that was the first time. The other one was the star. He tried to get me uh put my hands behind my back and I just took off on them. >> When was that? >> A minute ago. They had hit me with justice for um I had I still got I've been on a payment plan for um golf balls and all that. >> I ain't going to cap. I apologize. You know what I'm saying? I really do. Sometimes you just got to check your your chance, your risk. And I mean, I was really trying to go there and just lay down at my girl's house. You know what I'm saying? We always do this. You know what I'm saying? She a Gemini. >> You know what I'm saying? I'm like, you like one minute you be cool. One minute she not. You know what I'm saying? I be like, I don't be any of that. You know what I'm saying? I just turned 24. She about to turn 25. >> You know what I'm saying? I met her on her birthday. I really ain't be nothing tonight. You know what I'm saying? I I could really commit and say that somebody, you know what I'm saying? She got bruises on her and all that type. I ain't did nothing. Javon was charged with aggravated burglary, obstruction, assault, and resisting arrest. On the 13th of February, 2025 in Finley, Ohio, the cops were dispatched to a home after a disturbance. A man reported that his roommate/exgirlfriend had assaulted him and destroyed his property. When they arrived on scene, they found the man physically restraining her outside his home. Get off of him now. >> I GOT OFF OF HIM. I got the phone. All yours. Get off. >> Why do you keep attacking me? >> What? Sir, I'm in here. I'll go in here. >> Did you see him attack me on the ground? >> Just stay right there. >> I'm trying to get from my own place on the other side of this. >> Stop. >> Sir, >> stay right there. >> Right here in the garage. >> Right here, >> ma'am. Just Just sit down. Are you injured? >> Yes, I'm injured. >> Where are you injured at? [laughter] >> This knee. This arm right under here. Cuz I'm trying to get away. >> From what? >> He attacking me. You just saw him attack me to the ground, did you not? >> The female's name was Jessica, and she was trying to play the victim. However, it was actually the man who called 911, claiming Jessica was in a drunken rage. There was a very long history between them and the cops had to peel the layers back to find out what really happened. >> I am running from my own house which is from here. I am just coming. >> Can you please just let me go from my house so so I feel s feel safe. I'm going from my own house where I live. >> Do you want to sit in the back of my cruiser where it's warm and then you talk to me there cuz you're you you appear pretty heavily intoxicated. >> I like I Don't listen to like >> No, you're you're not free to leave. >> Yeah, I am free to leave. >> No, just you're not free to leave. >> No, you're not. You're being detained. You're not free to leave. >> Oh, no. >> If you walk away from me, I'm going to place you under arrest for obstructing official business. Do you understand me? >> Yes, I do understand. >> So, are you done? >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Yes. >> Do not walk away from me. >> Okay. >> Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Okay. Cuz that's going to really irritate me. >> Okay. >> Yes. I don't know. I just don't understand why I'm being obtained. I live right here. >> I don't know why you think you just walked away from me. >> I live in the store. I live in this store. >> You want to talk to him? I >> I live in the store. >> I told you to stop. >> When I did walk up like she was on the ground and he was on top of her, but she's being very uncooperative and trying to walk away from me now. >> The cop immediately recognized Jessica was drunk. She could shout out loud till her voice gave out, but it wouldn't make any difference because right at the moment there was a criminal investigation happening and she was being legally detained. >> Where are you trying to go to? >> I live here and I'm going to my friend Russ's who is right on the other side of here. >> Okay. [laughter] >> Please just let me go to my friend's house who lives right there. I live right here on the other side of this wall. Please just let me go to my friend's house who lives right here. >> Okay. What is your relation to him? >> We have been together for 10 years. >> Okay. How much did you have to drink tonight? Um, for the past 3 hours I've been here and trying to be involved in going to bed in my own bedroom in this house and I have not been able to go there because he is detaining me and trying to make me do what he wants me to do instead of going and laying down and going to bed in my own bedroom. >> Okay. >> And that's all I want is to go to bed in my own bedroom. And he is detaining me from doing that. Like why was he on top of you when I showed up? >> Because he wants me to do what he wants me to do and I will not do what he wants me to do. >> Were you guys in a physical altercation >> up to that? >> I'm not sure because I'm not sure what he wants me to exactly do. >> Jessica's story just didn't hold water. On the one hand, she claimed she was being prevented from going to bed, but she was also saying that she was on the way to visit her neighbor. Meanwhile, the cops talked to the homeowner and unsurprisingly, they heard a totally different story. >> Haven't been in a relationship since 3 years. She recently moved back in two weeks ago. Haven't been romantic since then. Was punch face a couple times. Um, he's got some redness around here and he's got a mark on the back of his head. She hit him in the head uh with something, but you don't know what. And so she went to go take off and because she was drunk, he didn't want her running around drunk in this cold. That's when he tackled her until we got here. >> No, I probably less than 10 seconds before you. >> I was about to say I was right around the corner. >> What are you looking to do tonight? >> She needs to go in the tank and sober up. Tank and sober up. >> So that's not >> I don't know. I don't know what else I can do with her >> as far as like her hitting you or anything like that. >> No, I don't want any of that. Do if she were to stay, are you in fear of your safety? >> I'm in fear of my house's safety. >> Okay. >> But you're not in fear of your safety? >> No. >> She has been living here for a week is what you're saying? >> A little about two weeks. >> Two weeks. >> And she had lived here >> previously. Actually, we lived on another house in Washington. Okay. I moved here a year ago now. Okay. But in the last year, she's actually been living with another guy by the name of Rich. And he finally told her to get out of the house. He didn't want her there no more, so she came back to me. >> According to the homeowner, the romantic phase of his relationship with Jessica had ended years ago. She'd only recently come back after the latest boyfriend she'd been living with asked her to leave. Out of some sort of pity, and it was clearly a bad idea, he'd been storing her permanent belongings. >> Are you? >> I'm not. >> He doesn't want any medical attention, but there there is some fresh blood on the back of his head. Real small. >> Um, >> is it yours? Yeah. Can I see? >> Yeah. >> And that was the cause from her. >> Was that >> It was tossed from her. >> I have to say it cuz there's nobody else in the house. She came from behind and I got hit by something. And that's You can even hear it on the recording when I called the police there to get you guys to come out. I I say ouch. And >> And in the past 3 years, you guys haven't been romantic at all. >> No. No. As for the homeowner, it seemed he didn't want to press charges. From the sound of it, while she was staying there, he'd laid out some ground rules, but she had no intention of following them. In his view, there was no romance left here, and she was simply trashing his house. It was a pretty raw deal for a guy who was just trying to show some sympathy for his ex. >> Can you tell me, >> were you attacking him? >> No, I was not attacking him. >> Cuz it looks like he's not some dried blood on the back of his head. Or not dry blood, some >> Do you want to see the ones on mine? >> Sure. Do you have injuries on you? >> Should I show it to you? Is that going to make it necessary? Because if not, then I'm not going to show you. >> I'm asking to see it. If you don't want to see it, show me. I can't force you to. >> I will say no. And then I guess I'll be that good first. Do you need any medical attention? >> No. >> Jessica said she had some injuries, but as far as how she got them, she wasn't willing to say. She also refused medical attention and DMS could have confirmed whether she'd actually been harmed. With no evidence to back her story up, it was clear where things were heading because it all looked like lies. >> Okay, go ahead and put your phone and your wallet in your purse. >> There we go. Oh, your phone, too. No, that's okay. >> Oh, okay. What do I do with this? Why do I have to do that? >> Step out. You're under arrest. >> I'm under arrest for Okay, then. There we go. Step out. >> For what? >> Step out. I'm placing you in handcuffs. >> For why? >> For domestic violence. Okay. Turn around. >> For domestic >> I didn't do anything. What do you mean for domestic violence? >> Showing us what you did or didn't do. So, >> all right. Well, I didn't do nothing. So, okay. You don't have anything with me then. >> Okay. Just stop taking your hand inside your your >> Why can't you just put me in here? >> Like you just sit in here and you can put by me or whatever you want. >> Jess, you're making it harder than I've got to be. Come on over here. >> There we go. Yes. Go ahead. >> Why do you have to hurt me though? Why do you have to hurt me though? Why my uncle is a >> Oh, you are so going to get sued. You are so going to get sued. You're going to get sued so hardcore. My uncle is going to get your so bad. You are Dude, you are My uncle is going to get you and you are going to >> feel bad about it. >> Take your ears. I'm going to follow you. >> My uncle is so getting your He is so getting your >> Okay. >> I've been told that so many times. It doesn't even affect me anymore. When you're drunken in handcuffs and making threats about paybacks and revenge, you've got to admit the threats do sound pretty empty. If her uncle could really save her, he should have already stepped in before she was arrested and sitting in the back of a squad car. >> I didn't do anything wrong to be deserved to be back in the back of this cop car. My uncle, he is going to sue you and you are going to be worth so much money to him. You are going to be worth so much money to my uncle you won't even know. Just wait. Just wait until he sues your >> Okay. [laughter] You just me. [laughter] Oh. Oh, that's the best thing I've heard all night. >> They charged the woman with domestic violence and she spent the night in jail. On the 1st of June, 2025, it was approaching midnight when a Valuchia County Sheriff's deputy on patrol encountered a suspicious male walking through the suburbs wearing a ski mask. The deputy immediately approached the man to find out more. >> What's up, man? >> Why were you covering your face? >> My face? Yeah, >> it's kind of cold out >> cuz it's kind of cold. >> Yes, sir. >> You got ID on you? >> Oh, yes, sir. >> Okay. >> All right. Just don't reach for the knife. Okay. >> Apologies. Do you want to hold you, sir? >> Sure. >> Yeah. My apologies on that. >> Where are you coming from? >> Um from uh Facing Circle and just taking a walk. >> Just taking a walk. >> Yes, sir. >> No, sir. >> You live around here? >> Uh no, sir. >> No, sir. I just take a walk, sir. Okay. And you stay off facing. >> Yeah, I usually walk. Sometimes I just get tired. I don't I can't get sleep sometimes. I try to zest myself all the time. >> Okay. >> Do you have any um by chance like any gloves, ski masks, anything like that on you? >> Yeah. >> You do? >> Yeah. >> Why? >> Gets kind of cold out. >> Okay. At this point, I'm going to read you something real quick. Okay. Yes, sir. >> The man was 20-year-old Jaylen Fileos. In subtropical Florida, you'd be pretty hardressed to find a ski resort. With that mask on, he was a walking red flag, and the deputy knew it. As things turn out, the ski mask wasn't the only suspicious thing he had on him. >> So, you have a ski mask and gloves on you? >> Yes, sir. >> Can you show those to me, please? >> Okay. >> All right. Where's your ski mask? Yes, sir. There you go. >> All right. Do you mind showing me everything else that's in your pockets? Yeah. Hunter. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I got this here. Yeah. >> This here. Yeah. >> All right. Go ahead and put your hands on your back. Okay. >> Okay. >> You're going to be under arrest. Okay. >> So, let me ask you this. You have lockpicks. You have a ski mask. You have gloves. You want to be honest with me with what you're doing out here? >> Yes, sir. >> What are you doing? Uh, I was going to my ex house, sir. >> Ex's house to do what? [snorts] >> Just to watch her, sir. >> Just to watch her >> or uh break in, sir. >> Break in? What were you going to break in to do? >> I don't know, sir. >> Jaylen may have been polite, but he was still a creepy stalker. Breaking into his girlfriend's house just to watch her sleep was chilling behavior straight from a slasher flick. But whether in horror films or real life, a level of sick obsession like this never leads to a happy ending. And luckily for his ex, it didn't end in tragedy. >> Like ex-girlfriend that you don't get along with? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> What were you going to do with the knife? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Were you going to use the knife on her? >> No, sir. >> What were you going to do then? >> Did you want to hurt her? >> No. >> Then why were you going to break into her house? I mean, just just be honest with me, man, because I mean, at this point, you're you're caught, okay? So, the more honest you are, >> the more uh you can do to benefit yourself, okay? >> Cuz this is a very serious situation. I'm not going to lie to you. >> So, what were you going to do when you break into her house? It's It's middle of the night. You've got a glove mask. You've got a ski ski mask. Um lockpicks, a knife on you. You're telling me that you're going to go break into your ex's house. Well, I mean, what's the intention, man? What? Walk me through it. It's middle of the night. >> I'm not sure. >> You're not sure? >> Yeah. I I'll show some. >> Do you suffer from mental illness? >> Yes, sir. >> What are you diagnosed with? >> Anxiety, sir. >> Anxiety. Okay. You can only imagine the anxiety they felt when the ex-girlfriend and her family were notified about Jallen walking around at night getting up to criminal mischief. For a stalker like this guy, who knows what the next step might be. One night, the guy's lurking in the shadows watching his ex sleep. Tomorrow it might be something far more violent. >> What would you have tried to do with the knife? [sighs] probably use it for self-defense if her father came out to the ground. >> Okay. So, it would be for self-defense against the dad if he like came out too. >> Yeah. >> Um, >> is there anything that you were going to do with the knife against >> like was there any intention tonight of you breaking in and say like stabbing her while she's sleeping? Stabbing anybody while they're sleeping? Okay. So, it's purely for self-defense if her dad woke up to confront me. >> Okay. You did intend to go there and like watch her. So, you wanted to break in and just like watch her while she was sleeping. >> I'm not sure. >> You're not sure? >> No, sir. I don't break in. I just watch her from the closer. >> You just watch her from the outside? Well, then why have the burglary tools though? Like the pickpocket stuff? >> The lock to the fence to the right. >> Okay. So, that >> completely unlocked. >> The fence is unlocked or you were going to unlock it. >> It was unlocked the whole time. You were you were already there tonight? >> No, a couple months ago. >> Okay. A couple months ago. So then why did you have the lockpick tools with you tonight? >> Wasn't sure if they locked her or not. >> During subsequent questioning, Jaylen admitted he'd been prowling on her property and watching her sleep for more than 6 months. He also admitted that on a prior occasion, he'd vandalized their house. Surprisingly, he made no effort whatsoever to conceal his criminal intent. Do do you think that this could escalate ever to the point where it becomes physically violent against her? You do? >> Okay. >> I'm afraid. >> What's that? >> I'm afraid. >> You're afraid. Okay. Okay. I I just have these questions just so that I understand everything from >> If you want to know what the keys were, you see the keys? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I took my desk. >> Okay. So, where where's his truck at? >> I don't know. Um I don't know what I'm talking about. It's um I don't So, you did drive it tonight? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. >> It has a sledgehammer. >> It It has a sledgehammer in it. What were you going to do with the sledgehammer? >> Probably go use it >> on a person >> on a front door, maybe. >> Do you think the sledgehammer could have been used against somebody? >> Possibly. >> Okay. >> Anybody in particular or more so for like the self-defense round? Okay. So, you drove your dad's truck >> over to the area of your ex-girlfriend's house, and you were then going to go there on foot. >> Yes, but I saw you guys, right? >> Okay. But you saw me. So, >> I saw one of your uh one of your patrol cars nearby. Okay. >> Okay. So, at that point, were you going back to the truck when I stopped you? >> Well, I was, but uh was unsure. So, I took the long way away and I Yeah. Yeah. That's when I saw you. >> Okay. Jaylen got a slew of serious charges including criminal mischief, prowling, possession of burglary tools, attempted armed burglary, and aggravated stalking. He was taken to Valuchia County Jail and denied bond. On the 4th of January, 2025 in Key West, Florida, the cops were called for help after an obsessed ex-boyfriend showed up to his ex-lover's house. This was after he'd sent almost a thousand threatening messages across multiple platforms. >> Well, he still tried to contact me after um [snorts] the officer um like told I I he told me to take this picture and could stop contacting me. And so I blocked him right after that and then he tried contacting me through WhatsApp. Again, I don't have a protection order yet. Um he gave me a case number to go take it to the court on um the court. Mhm. >> house on Monday. But um then I um was going through all the stuff that cuz he still tried to contact me after I blocked that too. >> Due to his creepy stalking, there was an ongoing investigation. The stalker, Noah, was completely undeterred. Even after formally being warned by the police to leave the woman alone. Now, as she was scrolling through her unread messages, she found some seriously disturbing videos. So these So you're receiving videos and more messages? >> No, this this was prior and I just reviewed it and this one has him sending me >> involved. She'll put you 6 feet under and I don't want to get like a couple other family members involved. They'll put you 6 feet under too. You don't know anything. You're just a piece of [sighs] So please stop. Stop. Stop trying to make me look like a person I'm not. Calm down. Calm down before we put you 6 feet under. I'm just letting you know like my family doesn't like me. >> This was like a series of videos that was just most of them were just like >> Are they all similar just talking about putting you under the ground? >> That was the one in particular that he said that he said that. >> Mhm. Now, what about the messages? Well, I just didn't respond to them. And then I said, "Don't contact me." He tried to keep contact me. I blocked him. >> The victim combed through her large volume of messages, finding vulgar language, violent threats, and even the image of a gun. Noah, unable to accept that his ex wanted nothing to do with him, decided to retaliate by terrorizing her. This unhealthy obsession had clearly crossed over into criminal behavior. >> I don't know. like like he doesn't care like like I don't think the police like scare him like cuz even after I sent him a picture of the police like >> Mhm. >> and not contactable. >> Well, but then he kept going and kept go and then he kept trying to call me. Um >> and he said all of this was a prior about an hour before they came out besides the current ones after Clark sent that picture to him. Okay. And well, I blocked him like on literally everything since then. And then I went to work and then I got home from work and I just wanted to look at all the videos that he had sent me. Most of them it's like name calling, threatening to ruin my life, like >> um stuff like that. And then um >> but but that's what I'm getting at. So every other message is just name calling. I saw that he called you, you know, a fat, gross, the throw up emojis. >> Yeah. The psychology of a stalker like Noah is typically based on pathological obsession. With such a fragile ego, they rely on others for their sense of worth. When rejected, they'll go to very extreme lengths to punish those who rejected them. To illustrate the point, Noah had a pending restraining order, but it seemed like nothing would stop him. >> How did the video and him showing up make you feel? >> Scared. >> Okay. Because I mean I mean he was >> scared. How can you be scared? How >> were you in fear for your life? >> Yeah. Like I just because I I mean he's put his hands on me before and it's been documented but >> documented with >> this was it's a >> it was a I quickly skimmed over Roman's report. There's another case number in there in the past between them too. So go to the club courts um and ask the questions about trying to get a >> injunction. All right. Pretty much a restraining order, right? >> Yeah. Because they even said they even like tell that like his office at Clark's worth or that he doesn't think it's going to end there. >> Threatening to take someone's life is a serious felony offense. With a mountain of new evidence, there was certainly enough probable calls now to bring criminal charges against him. However, he wasn't done being a creep and showed up again the next morning, prompting another 911 call. >> Well, I wasn't the one who conversed with him at all. Um, >> I'm sorry. He's >> I was sitting on the couch watching the news coffee and I just hear this thing and then it's her ex-boyfriend wanting to talk to her and I was like I don't think she wants to talk to you about Chai and I wake her up. She's like no good I can't. >> He refused to leave. >> Yeah. He refused to leave. >> He said I just want to talk to her for 2 minutes. >> So that was my part of it. >> How did he even get in here? Well, sometime we don't have a key for that gate. >> Okay. >> So, we can't Oh, I mean, if we lock that gate, like we have to like >> Yeah. >> Yeah. And I was I was coming over to get her cuz we were supposed to go to breakfast this morning. >> So, I I'm the one who called the cops. >> So, we'll call you guys. You are the cops. Sorry. I showed up here and I tried the gate and it was locked, but I saw someone sitting here and I assumed it was Paul and he got up and he walked up and unlocked the gate and opened it and he came out like this with his hands at my throat and I stepped back and I went, "Whoa, who the are you? I'm calling the police." I didn't even know that kid was over here. And he was like, "Whoa, no, no." And then he like came back at me again and I was like, "Stop. I'm like I was dialing 911." I was like, "Stop. Who are you? What are you doing here? Why are you coming at me like this? >> As if the man's sick behavior wasn't bad enough, he also started harassing his ex's friends and roommates. The man's extreme obsession was advancing from a simmer to a boil. And with serious danger lurking, by this time, the cops had seen enough and were about to take action. >> Hello. >> [snorts] >> Are you Natalie? >> I am Natalie. >> Okay. I'm just going to speak to you. So, Noah. >> Hey, Noah. >> I'm Officer Medina with Key West Police Star Department. Nice to meet you. >> All right. Since there's a lot of us here and all that, I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. Okay. >> All right. I got to read you your rights. Okay. like you've seen it in movies and all that. All right. So, >> I got it. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be used against Unicorn Law. >> So, what's going on? What happened? >> You were standing there. You seen the video. I said what I said. It's pretty stupid for saying that. We got into a huge argument. I found out she cheated on me with my one of my best friends. >> So, I got drunk. I talked to her. I said a lot of stupid things. >> Like what? What did you say? I was just saying like I missed her a lot. I guess she I I was saying just like I was saying a lot of hurtful things to her basically just trying to get even. I was trying to get on an even playing field. Whether or not Noah's ex was romantically involved with his friend, threatening to someone is clearly a felony. And by the way, if he really missed his lost romance, then what was the strategy? Pearling a massive volley of vulgar insults. This guy gave off serious psycho vibes emanating from him like a terrible cologne. So, what what's what's up with the one video of you telling that you or her family or other people are going to put her six feet down? >> I don't know. I was just being stupid saying stupid. I really I was just being >> unfortunately those are some serious things, right? She's I I'm not I'm not like here to get her in trouble. I just really don't want anything to do with her. >> Here's the thing. That's >> it's a serious credible thing, right? >> I understand. I understand. I understand. >> So, unfortunately, >> right? You're going to have to be placed under arrest. >> All right. for that. Okay. I hope this probably solves the issue of no more communication with her. >> All right. I think it's gotten to the point where it stupid things. >> A lot of things were >> done with bad judgment. >> Yep. And uh hopefully this doesn't persist, right? >> I just hope she does. Like she >> Well, I'll tell her the same thing. >> I know. She She'll get away with it, though. She's really good at it. >> Somehow, he didn't fully accept that he'd been in the wrong. He had his own story, and he pointed his finger right at his ex. Nevertheless, he did admit to sending threats. So, what do you think? Was Noah telling the truth, or was he a very disturbed and dark liar? As for Noah's mother, she didn't seem convinced he'd done anything wrong. >> Very simple. He's not 15 anymore. He's an adult. You can't send videos to people telling him you're going to >> and I got the video. >> I mean, I get it. I mean, we've all had young love and did dumb stuff. He's got to learn and he's going. The problem is if we don't do something about it and [clears throat] he hurts her that's a bigger deal. You know what I mean? Happens all the time. >> What do I do now? >> Um, he'll get a bond tomorrow after he sees the judge. He's definitely going to have a restraining order. He needs to not bother her, not have anybody bother her, not go by her work, nothing like that. Okay. And he was warned. He sent him a picture of me and said, "Don't talk to me anymore." And he said something like, "I understand." Or something >> and he even he even blew her up after that. I mean, come on. Like, how what more do you need? I get it. You don't understand the severity of this crap, but he's looking at like aggravated stalking, uh, threats to, you know what I mean? Those are felonies in the state of Florida. And the reason we have those laws cuz people go out and, you know, >> is he being charged with the felony? >> Oh, yeah. 100%. >> Gus, this is his mom. >> I'm his I'm his mother. >> Oh, well, you could have told me that. >> Well, I I thought you guys would. >> He knew that. I didn't. >> Yeah. And it's my birthday. So, this is the best birthday ever. >> While the exact charges brought against him aren't known, one of the cops expressed confidence that at the very least they would charge Noah with felony aggravated stalking. When it comes to these unhealthy obsessions, for the victims, the fear is all too real. These cases remind us that boundaries matter and we should never take for granted the safety of the victims. Thanks for watching and we'll see you next time.
