Listen, I'm noting intoxicated. I can get on the plane. I CANNOT AFFORD THE NEXTING TICKET. SO, where the is the manager and who the is paying for my nexting ticket cuz I'm not paying for this. >> Let me tell you something. You guys have got to get your together. I have had it. >> Okay. >> And don't you dare arrest me. >> Why would you put me here? This is brutality. This is police brutality. This is what you do. This is Get Let me get the to my house. >> You're not free to go. >> Oh, >> when it comes to a Karen, they're experts at throwing public tantrums and screaming profanity at random people. And while they think it's a superpower, it never works on law enforcement. And with multiple Karens getting arrested daily, we get to have three entire hours of entitled Karens getting humbled by the cops. On the 23rd of May, 2023, the cops responded to an airport terminal after reports came in that a flight attendant was allegedly assaulted. The suspect here, a young female passenger, was named Sodto, and the woman's mood changes weren't the only things she was swinging around. >> Ma'am, please come over here. >> Ma'am, ma'am, listen. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. Right now, I'm in the middle of an investigation, >> and I need you to stay over here. Please. >> I'm I'm right here. >> Listen to me. Please follow my directions. >> Please follow my directions. >> Stay right here. She punched you in the face. >> Show me where. >> In my face. >> No, I I understand, but I Please show me. >> No, >> like that. >> Your your face where? >> In my face. I understand, but where in your face? On the face. Right in the nose. You say >> she punched you in my face. >> She punched you in the nose. >> Yes. >> Anyone here witness that? Just out of curiosity. >> You did. >> You did see what happened? >> I didn't exactly. [music] >> Okay. >> The officer here had a pretty clear picture of what happened because he had matching statements from both the pilot and the main victim. The flight attendant, who was also assaulted, made it very clear that she was keen on pressing charges. >> All right, ma'am. >> I'm trying to figure out who's going to bail me out if you're going to take me in. So, can I do that, please? >> Well, ma'am, I need you to do that real quick. >> Yeah. >> I mean, you see, you hear >> they're still allowed. They'll still allow you to call from the jail. >> So, do me a favor, Cam. Please put your items in your purse. Can I write down um a phone number? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. >> What's the phone number? >> You want to talk to the office? [music] >> No, I can't talk to anyone else right now. >> He doesn't want to talk to you. >> I have enough to deal with right now. >> He He said he want to talk to anybody. >> Ma'am, I'm not talking to anyone else on the phone. I'm talking to the people here and you. That is it. You haven't spoken to me. >> I have witnesses. That's all I need at this point. And I will talk to you if you will please put the phone away. >> I I got I got to hang up. >> Just put this on the purse. >> Now tell me what happened. Based on the woman's glazed expression, sluggish responses, and her very delayed movements, the officer likely suspected she was under the influence. She was on a connecting flight in Florida, traveling from Washington DC to Los Angeles. >> On the connecting flight from DC over here, the same flight attendant was on that previous flight. Okay. And she was already giving me a problem because she was like talking to another flight attendant in the back and she was already giving me an issue. I had no issue and then now she was on this flight also and there was animosity there already. I had no problem with this person whatsoever. So that animosity and that previous preconceived notion of me was already there. >> Sodto kept rambling and was taking forever to get to the part where she punched a flight attendant right in the face. And the longer she talked, the less sense she was making. >> This is actually the person who helped me on this flight, who helped me figure out my ticket on this flight. So when she was coming to me [music] and telling me to get off of the flight because of the flight attendant and I was some danger, I was like what? Like I was super confused. And then everybody in my [music] section was like just be quiet. Don't say anything like you're good. You're good. And I'm like yeah I'm good. I think I'm good. And then she comes up to me all of a sudden and she tells [music] me like hey you have to get off the flight. And I'm like, like, for for what reason? And she couldn't give me a reason? And I'm like, okay. So, I start to get off and I'm like, are you at least going to give me another flight? And she said, yes. And that was that. But then as I was getting off, she's like the the the um I don't even know her name, but the girl right there, she was like looking at me and I'm like, "What is happening?" Like, I have no idea. like I have no idea what motivated her to go to um whatever her name is to get me off of that flight. >> And that's all. >> But that definitely wasn't all. The cop knew Sodto wasn't disclosing something, which was a physical confrontation she had with the flight attendant. When the officer pressed her on those details, she got very defensive. But you did what? As you got off the plane, >> ma'am. >> Um, do you see my face? >> Yeah. Well, she hit me if anything. >> It was an attack. >> I'm not going to say that. No. >> No, you're not going to say that. But the thing is, unfortunately, I have witnesses to say that you did punch the flight attendant. And I have other witnesses also. >> Not as you're walking out. >> No, I haven't been able to go anywhere from this position >> because I have to stop and I have to. >> So, how am I supposed to have witnesses if I can't even leave this position? >> She had a very entitled attitude and it only made the officers more inclined to believe the flight attendant. She was grasping at straws, trying to paint herself as the victim, but the woman's story just didn't add up. Either she had some witnesses to back her claim or she didn't. Please put your bag down. >> You don't have to. >> Yes, ma'am. What we do is policy. It's policy. I'm going to ask you one more time. >> Can I please ask you one more time? >> Can I please put phone numbers on the paper? >> I can you tell me and I can write them. That's why I have a pen and paper. Okay. I'm going to take the phone. All this goes in the back. Give you an option. Want to walk through the paper. You want to zip the paper? I'll be happy to. >> Okay. >> You have her ID, >> I haven't even eat on that car. Where's your ID, man? >> Where is it? >> Where is your ID? >> I don't have an ID. >> You don't have a driver's license? >> You don't. >> You need to take me in custo. >> All the way through the airport. >> Correct. >> Are you serious? This is stone. >> Sorry. >> Stop pulling. Relax. >> I'm not pulling. >> Okay. It feels like you're pulling. >> No, I'm walking. >> I'm not trying to be here. >> Sodto was taken outside to a squad car where she was searched by a female officer. Because she had multiple piercings, the cops had to figure out how to get them off without causing Sodto harm. >> Did she give them a heart attack? >> No, I didn't. Should I let >> my right? because I'm not from here. So before I booked, I used to have something. >> This woman seemed to think that all these cops were her personal assistants. They removed all of her piercings, and while she wasn't physically violent, her attitude was non-stop. More often than not, the more entitled the suspect is, the more guilty they turn out to be. >> Don't throw your socks away. You might want to use >> I don't want them. They'll give me new ones. >> No. No. >> You've been arrested before? >> No. >> Don't give me socks, though. >> You don't got her ID? >> They have. >> Yeah. How am I supposed to get my number? >> It's still coming out. the guy that's going to arrest you. He's >> Are you not arresting me? Are you not the guy who's arresting me? >> I'm just the one who from point A to point B. >> That's crazy. >> Like any car and then transfer me. I'm just going to stand out here like what the That's not cool. As the rain picked up, the cops and Sodto waited in the squad car until the rest of the team was done with their investigation. But even then, Sodto kept trying to argue her side of the story. >> Um, maybe I don't know. >> How is that even fair? >> How am I supposed to have evidence on my side? If I'm not able to if I'm not able to have statements myself. >> No, I mean you you can tell him what you he he's >> he doesn't care what I have to say. >> That's not him. He's not the one doing the arrest. >> The white man who was in the >> What's your first name? I'm looking up your information because it's got to go on the arrest form. >> What's your first name? >> It has to go under what? >> What is your first name? >> What? I'm sorry. Their ID >> a report. I mean, what do you what do you think I need your name for? >> If you're not the one >> the arrest cuz they don't have your ID. >> If you're not the one arresting me, then why do you need >> Okay, do me a favor and don't talk to me no more. She was trying to be difficult on purpose, thinking maybe it might delay the arrest, but it definitely didn't, and they charged the woman with disorderly conduct and battery. She was sentenced to 6 months probation, anger management courses, and a number of fines. On March 22nd, 2023, the cops were dispatched to a hotel water park after reports of a woman screaming, swearing, and causing a public disturbance in front of a hundred people, including families with kids. >> Hi, >> I'm Deputy Plum with the Sheriff's Office. >> Deputy Plum. >> All right. Do you have an ID on you or anything? >> Sure do. >> Can I borrow that from you? >> Sure can. >> What's going on today? >> I came here and I was at the having a drink with my friends. I come here multiple times. When I tell you I've spent thousands of dollars at this hotel, thousands of dollars at this hotel >> from the bar to staying at the hotel to everything. This is my hotel. I come to >> What happened today? >> 24/7. >> Okay. What happens today? sitting at the bar >> and the dude with no shoes comes to my people that I bought a hotel $40 hotel room comes to my people and says something to my people for what? >> Well, what did he say? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Anyway, so what happens [music] >> about what he said? >> How do you know he's talking? >> They need to leave the pool. >> Okay. So, he asked him to leave the pool. So, you know what he said? >> They need to leave the area. >> Okay. From the moment she opened her mouth, it was obvious she was beyond intoxicated. She was barely making any sense, so the cop had to keep repeating himself. She claimed a man was talking [ __ ] about her, but didn't have evidence to back it up. >> Yes, I get it. You come here all the time. I get it. So, >> I've seen him. I've seen him multiple times. >> Got it. >> Wayne got my tickets and I was like, "Here is my >> Did he ask you to leave?" >> Did he did? >> Okay. Did you leave? >> What would I leave for? When I paid >> Didn't he ask you to leave >> for what? Did he ask you to leave >> for what though? >> I'm asking a question. Did he ask you to leave? >> Yes. Why? >> And then you did not leave, right? >> Why did he ask me to leave? I >> I don't know. That's a good question. You tell me. >> I'm I'm asking you. >> I don't know. Doesn't matter. It's private property. If they ask you to leave, you have to leave. >> What do you mean when I pay $400? >> All right. So, I'm not going to argue with you. You're getting trespassed. Okay. Kyle, can you say the words? >> So, no. No. >> You just say No. Yeah. Yeah. Kyle, you don't have to listen. I don't care. She was denying she'd done anything wrong, but she must have done something because the staff was trying to trespass her. However, instead of taking the trespass order, she demanded to talk to a supervisor. >> I'm going to give you one more chance to leave and then you're going to go in handcuffs. Do you understand? >> I'm going to call 911. >> No, you're not. >> Don't touch my phone. >> Oh, now we're going to jail. >> You're touching me and I didn't do nothing wrong. You're about to get in trouble for real. What the are you touching me for? What the are you putting me on the floor? >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Why am I arrested? Why am I >> STOP RESISTING? >> WHY AM I ARRESTED? >> Why am I arrested? Why am I Why am I arrested? >> Why am I arrested? >> Stop moving your arm. >> Why am I arrested? Why am I arrested? You have my whole out. >> Why am I arrested, >> sir? >> You good? Yeah, >> sir. Why am I arrested? >> I'll tell you. >> YOU PUT ME YOU PUT ME IN HANDCUFFS before you to before you read my Miranda rights. >> Yep. >> Don't need to Don't need to read a Miranda. >> Nobody wants to be trespassed from a hotel. It's embarrassing. It seems a little unfair after you just spent $400 on a room. That being said, it's still far better to simply walk away with your dignity intact than to get in a drunken scuffle with law enforcement in front of strangers walking by. >> So, what am I for? >> What am I arrested for? >> Told you. Disorderly intoxication. >> What am I arrested for, though? >> It didn't. >> Can you tell me what I'm arrested? >> I've already told you three times. >> You haven't told me. >> Get in the car. >> I will leave. Give me my stuff and I will leave. >> Get in the car right now or you will get tased. >> I said I will leave. >> Get in the car. Can I leave? >> Get in the car. >> I have two kids at home. >> Put your legs in the car right now. >> Can I leave? Please for no reason. >> Do you have kids up there? How did you get out of the handcuffs? >> You have You have no reason to put me in handcuffs. >> Get out of the car. >> I didn't do nothing to you. >> Well, you just now a felony. >> I did nothing to you. I did nothing to you. >> Turn around. >> What the I don't know what your problem is. >> I did nothing to you. What the you got going on? What do you What do you got going on for real? >> Really? >> What do you got going on for real? >> You're arresting me for what? >> You're going to be a little tighter than >> For what? For what? >> Told you a million times. >> For what? For what? >> Told you already. >> For what? For what? >> Okay, so let me leave. Get my money back and let me under arrest. I told you that. >> I'm under arrest for what? >> I'm not under arresting you. >> For what? >> Disorderly intox. >> She was secured in handcuffs and placed in the back of the cruiser. Given she was unable to explain what happened, causing the staff to trespass her, the cops talked to security to get some better insights. >> So, what happened today? Quick run down here. >> The the bar railing there. Um I was on the other side. >> Yeah. In the pool area. >> In the pool area. She was sitting on the other side with her friends. One of her friends got up to walk around and get in the pool. Now, I just mentioned to her friend that she needed this. Her friend was perfectly cool and her other two friends were perfectly cool. She spun around and went off on me about how she's got a villa here and blah blah blah and every time I see her I've never seen her in my life. >> Okay. >> But she's like, "Every time I see her and you're harassing me and I got a villa here, I should." >> So then her friends got her calm down, I think. And she left. >> So she's swearing and yelling at me like in front of like at the pool area in front of kids and everything. >> Then then she left and her friend, the guy friend came up and was like, "I appreciate she's going through all this. I'm on the front." So I was in the park walking around and then right underneath the slide she came in the park and found me and started screaming at me. Screaming at me. So I >> What was she saying? >> Oh I would not have her talk to her and she'd already complained with the manager and I was going to lose my job and on and on. >> Like literally yelling >> screaming. I mean scream. >> Okay. After getting the security guard's statement, the officer made his way to the suspect's hotel room and let her friends know that unfortunately they'd also have to leave the property as the room was rented in the suspect's name and she had just been trespassed. >> She was trespassed. Okay. >> Okay. >> Which means her at the pool though. >> Listen, she didn't come with us. She >> She had an I don't have a >> Her name is on. >> I don't have a physical. It's her dad's. He didn't have a physical and we were all together earlier. >> How long until he gets here? >> He's almost said 20 minutes >> and they the manager downstairs. I'm talking >> so the manager and maintenance came upstairs and said, "You guys have 30 minutes till your dad gets here, which is her dad, >> which we can't control a grown adult. We left arguing at the security guard." >> But here's the thing, private property, right? They don't want you here. They're asking you to leave. So, they're going to refund the money and everything else. >> They can, but you're going to have to take that up on a different day or even later today if you want. >> Her friends had every right to be upset. They were all looking forward to a nice weekend by the pool, but due to their drunken friend, it had all been cut short. As the officer said, it was possible to get a refund, but they'd have to take that up with reception. >> Everybody needs to go. All right. As far as your money's concerned, you can get that back at a later date. I'm sure it's they got a lot of money here. I'm sure they can refund you. However, for today, everybody needs to leave right now. Okay? >> You guys are all a group of friends, a group of people, whatever. >> You can you can say no all you want, but you all but you're all together. >> Hey, it is what it is. >> We're not getting out of this. >> There's really no point. >> We invited her. >> I got you. But now you all have to go because of her actions. >> Well, we told we got over. >> But the hotel staff doesn't want to trespass anybody right now, but they want you to go. However, if you don't go, then we are going to trespass you and then if you don't [laughter] feel like >> go, but what we're confused about is >> maintenance guy that I talk to the manager. He just came up here and said, "You guys have an hour for your dad to get here and get your things together." >> They're telling us that they want you to go. So now I guess I'm the bad news, bro. I know. Trust me, I get this. >> You don't own the place, honestly. >> Yeah. I'm going to clean up real quick then we'll >> that's fine. I don't care if you guys leave. >> Yeah, that's why I said leave like I don't know. I don't want them to like >> they're kicking us out. What the Leave all the >> extra charge Frank extra cuz we didn't clean or something. >> They're kicking us out anyways. >> With the trio cooperating and leaving the property, the officer made his way back downstairs. It was finally time to put their drunken friend in the back of a transport vehicle and then take her to the station for further processing. >> I don't understand why I'm getting arrested. >> What do you mean I have a hotel? What do you mean I'm I'm intoxicated? >> What do you mean? >> Smell what? That I had a drink? I'm not intoxicated. I've not shown no signs of intoxication. And I got upset that I paid $400 for a room and they were trying to the guy was trying to kick me out for it. >> I will leave. >> I will leave right now. >> I have to get down. >> I really don't. >> Like I said, >> what about my phone? >> It's all right here in the bag. It's going to come with you here. Okay. How am I going to get a hold? >> They'll let you get a number out when you get there. >> They're going to let you get a phone number out of your phone when you get there. Okay. Then they'll let you get a phone call. Okay. >> Watch your head. >> Go all the way to the front. >> They charged the woman with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence. On the 3rd of April, 2025 in Ohio, the cops were called after a drunken woman refused to leave a restaurant. She'd also left her car running which was blocking the street outside. >> Much drinking. She's the one lady. >> She's too much drinking. >> Yeah. >> Did she pull in like that? >> I hope. >> Did she just park her car like that? She >> Ma'am. Ma'am, what's your name? >> Why? >> Well, you car parked there, not in a stall. You're just kind of in the roadway. >> What car? >> The dealer car out there. Is that not your vehicle? >> Which car? >> The gray Buick right here. Is that your vehicle? I'm not driving it very good. >> What are you driving? >> So that's not your car right there. So >> you're fine with them towing the vehicle then? >> Cuz you're not parked legally. Is that your vehicle? Yes or no? >> Okay. Where's your ID at? >> Why? >> Because is that is that your vehicle? Yes or no? >> Tag on it. I work for a dealership. >> You want me to go get the tag? You want to come out with me and see? You don't know what she drove here? >> I'll look I'll look at the tags myself. >> The officer noticed the car had dealership tags, meaning it might be a rental. However, the suspect here, Danica, also said she worked for a dealership, so she might have been using the car for personal use. And most alarmingly of all, she was seriously drunk. say there. So you >> her brother taking her >> one more time. >> Uh her brother >> her brother. >> Yeah, I think that's what she said. >> Okay. Well, either way, I mean, it's parked there, so they have the right to tow it. >> That's up to them, not up to you. >> That's what I just said. Were you driving that? >> No. >> Okay. Do you have a ride home? Yeah, I definitely have my home. >> Okay. Well, where's your brother at? >> Not here, obviously. Or he would be confronting you. >> Did he drive you here? >> Mhm. >> And just left the car like that? >> Mhm. >> So, who has the car? >> Who Who called the car in? >> It's anonymous, but I'm saying where did the car come from? Obviously >> the dealership. But who has it? Who's in custody of the car from the dealership? >> Cheesy's automotive. >> Okay. Who's renting the car? >> Owner. >> Are you paying for the rental car? The dealership car? Is your brother? [singing] >> It's not rental. >> The cop had to check whether the restaurant had cameras that might have captured the woman as she was exiting the vehicle. and she suddenly got a phone call from the owner of the vehicle. >> Oh, here's the owner. >> Okay. >> Is that the owner? >> You have cameras >> only inside on the side. She's not having >> So, did a guy get out of that vehicle then? >> I don't know. She's She's coming to pray. I don't know. >> Okay. Are you wanting it towed? >> David's not. >> Huh? No. >> No. No. >> So, why did you show up if she don't want the car? Toad, >> we got a call here. >> Who? From who? >> Like I said, that's anonymous, >> huh? >> Like I said, it's anonymous. >> From anonymous. >> But we still have to do our job and check it out. Yes. [clears throat] >> So, you're fine with the car sitting there then? >> Me? >> Yeah. Are you okay with the car being there then? Here's the the movie. >> I don't know. She's sorry. >> So, you don't want the car towed? Are you okay with it sitting there? >> No. >> So, what? Okay. So, we can't tow off private property and I don't know who the driver is. She's >> I have the owner. >> Okay. I'm trying to find the vehicle owner because I pulled up and it's just sitting like that running. >> They pointed to her. She's refusing right here. >> The caller sounded furious and demanded to know what she was up to. However, there was still no proof that she'd driven the car to the restaurant. Ultimately, the cops wanted Danica to leave the restaurant and she clearly shouldn't be driving. So, they decided to arrest her. >> No, it's not fine. Okay. Well, she's saying no, it's not fine. You're not staying here. >> They all they they are saying that they just need to move into >> it matters. What's your name? I'm your boyfriend right there. >> No, not a clutch. >> What the are you doing? >> What the >> Why are you watch >> Why are you a for what? official business. >> You call her curse over here. >> What am I under arrest for? What >> lookings in the trucking official business? You won't even give us your name. >> Danica was loaded in the backseat of a squad car. While the cops went through her possessions, her phone rang once again and the anonymous owner of the vehicle was back on the line. >> Hello, this officer L. >> Yes, this is Officer Law with the Chili Police Department. Is this uh the owned vehicle owner? >> Yes. What's going on? What is going on? Hello. >> Yep. Give me a second. >> Hello. I can't hear nothing. Hello. is gone. Hang on 717. Believe the vehicle owner keeps calling her phone. Inside the squad car, it was explained to Danica that one of her crimes was failing to provide ID when suspected of a crime. By this point, the cop was so frustrated with Danica that when she gave her real name, the officer assumed she was lying. >> What did I do? >> You refused to do yourself. >> My name is Danica. >> Don't lie. >> Don't lie. What the My name is Danica. You're right. It is. I got the ID right here. Yeah, she's an automotive group LLC. That is who I work for. That is who the tag is from. >> So, what am I under arrest for? >> I just told you >> I wasn't driving. >> You're not in trouble for driving. >> So, what am I under arrest for? Like, what the I have an 8-year-old son. I'm like, "What the am I under a red?" >> You're going to be held at the jail for disorderly by Intox. >> Disorderly in talks for what the disorderly talks. That's what you're arresting me for? That is crazy. Luckily for her, in Ohio, disorderly intoxication is a minor misdemeanor, and it's usually punishable by a small fine. While waiting in the car, her phone rang again, and this time around, she gave a few more details about the mystery car owner. >> That's my boyfriend. I'd appreciate it if you'd ask him to bail me the out because I have all his cards. all of them. And you know, you can't get all his cars out without a judge's order, which it's what? Thursday. >> Why am I under this to you like twice now? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I feel like that's the reason that We have to say when some days on our arrive. >> She seemed to imply that her boyfriend owned the dealership or at least worked at it and she had some sort of ownership or access to the cars. When being checked by police, Danica's level of intoxication became increasingly concerning. >> Any chance? >> I don't know. Maybe. >> Danica, this is your citation. Your minor misdemeanor citation. Okay. Like we talked about, it's for disorderly intoxication. You're going to have court tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. Chilots Municipal Court. Okay. Just go ahead and sign this and you'll be provided a copy. Just right there where it says defendant signature. >> Can I leave after I sign it? >> No, it's it's a hold. You're being held because for at least eight hours. >> It's an inx. >> That's the policy. Danica was charged with obstruction and disorderly conduct. On the 14th of March 2024, a domestic violence call was investigated by deputies. A man claimed his wife attacked him and his injuries backed up the story. When the deputy found his wife, a 68-year-old, parked outside the hospital, she claimed she was the one who was slammed to the floor and in need of treatment. >> Okay. What's going on? My husband cracked my head on the floor and I'm trying to get up there to admit myself. >> Okay. No, we're just hanging tight because that's what we're trying to investigate what happened over there at the house. >> Can you put your hand right here and feel it for me? He knocked me on the floor and I've got a big big knot on my neck. Not my neck, on my head right here. >> And I'd like to go to the hospital. >> Okay. >> And I don't want to sit here very long. I finally made it here. Okay. Well, if you need a medical attention, you should have just called 911. They would have came. >> I don't trust any of you people. I want to go to the hospital. I'm here. >> Okay. Well, you're going to sit tight until we figure out what's going on. >> I might just drive away and go. >> If you drive away, then you become what then? What? You're going to help me go to the hospital, aren't you? Because I'm a medical patient. What are you? >> I'm going to drive away. >> Really? Really? I've been driving all this time and I've been just fine. >> Well, now that you're stopped out with me, you drive away. You've decided. You've decided. >> Yes, I have. >> Yeah. Great. >> So, put the car in park and we're going to figure out what's going on. >> Really? What do you know about what's going on? Nothing. >> The signs of a Karen were immediately there. She was trying to get a reaction from the cops to put them in a bad light, but they didn't take the bait. The cops just stayed cool while they waited for the woman to tell her side of the story. >> So, I want to get your side of the story cuz we have deputies at your house. >> Yeah. Okay. But you come on hot and angry and mean. You're not getting my side of the story. You're another >> No, you are. YOU ARE. YOU'RE THAT WAY, TOO. ALL OF YOU people are. >> You're the one who's yelling. >> You That's right. Because of how you are. Okay. >> How How am I? What did I do? >> Yeah, you're >> Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. [laughter] Okay, lady. Okay. Okay. Bark. Bark. Bark. Empty. Empty. >> Yes, you are. Stop it. I grabbed my bag. I was shaking like a leaf. I get into the car and I drove until I figured out that this was where I needed to be and I headed here and that's all that's happened. My husband pushed me there. >> You don't have any guns or weapons in the car, do you? Or on your person. >> Nail clipper count. >> I'm sorry. >> Not a nail clipper count. Of course I don't. Nail clippers don't count. Someone who has guns. You look like someone who has guns, not me. Don't ask stupid question. >> It's for safety reasons, man. >> Yeah. Yeah, >> cuz you're being kind of feisty. >> I'm angry and you're nasty and you should just go away. >> Just go away. >> Can't leave, >> you know. Just shut up then. Just shut up. >> When the deputy moved in for a routine weapons check, she took it as a personal insult. She didn't look like someone in need of medical help like she claimed. She looked more like someone who was guarding their turf. >> You want to check me for weapons? Check me for weapons. >> You think I'm a liar? You think I'm a liar? Oh, you've just wanted me all along to take off my belt cuz that's what you told me to begin with. >> Can you step outside, please? >> I don't have weapons. >> I'm just going to pat you down. >> I'm just wanting the passers by to know. >> Do not put your hand in my face. >> Don't do that to me either, then. Okay. See? See? But you did it to me, too. There's no reason for you to get feisty right now. >> Hey. Hey. You don't know my husband. OKAY, STOP IT. >> I NEED YOU TO RELAX. >> YEAH, >> RELAX. >> YEAH, that's all I wanted to do. >> Yeah, I'm in my pajamas because I didn't even make it past bed and he pushed me on the ground. OKAY. AND NOBODY IS TAKING care of me. So, DON'T START GOING TO YELL AT YOU ALL. >> VERY, VERY CAREFUL what you do with your hands from now on. You be careful what you do with me from now on. >> You want to step out so the paramedics can take a look at you. >> Really? Okay. First I couldn't get out. Now I have to get out. >> Paramedics arrived, but sadly they weren't the kind of help she had in mind. She wanted the hospital and nothing else would do. So she could continue portraying herself as a helpless victim. >> I need to go to the hospital now. Get back over here with us and we'll we'll get you over there. >> Okay. Where are we going? >> Take you to the hospital cuz you want to go to the hospital. Correct. >> Well, yeah, but the hospital's over there. >> But our car is over there. >> Yeah. You're not going to be >> I need my purse. >> We'll grab that for you. So, >> I have my pills. Can I get >> Can I take my purse with me to the emergency room? Okay. Can I have it, please? >> Well, we're going to grab your purse. We're going to grab >> I'll wait until you get my purse. I don't want to walk past and not have access to my things and have someone take them from me. >> I don't trust any of you. I want my purse. I want my purse. WHY AM I BEING WHY AM I BEING arrested for wanting my purse? I WANT TO KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING TO ME AND WHY. I HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME AND WHY? >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING and why? What have I done? WHAT HAVE I DONE? WHAT HAVE I DONE? WHAT ARE YOU CHARGING ME WITH? WHAT ARE YOU CHARGING? I'M A WOMAN AT THE HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM TRYING TO get service AND YOU ARE ARRESTING ME FOR NO GODDAMN GOOD REASON. You tell me you're taking me to the hospital. What is this? >> As the arrest moved forward, she leaned into the fight, but not with her hands, just her mouth. Every word came out sharper, like if she just kept pushing, she could argue her way out. The cop stayed calm and just let her burn herself out. >> I'm not speaking to any of you. You're not listening to me. We're done. Take me to the hospital. We're done. Where's the car? I'm going >> just a minute. I got to talk to you first. Okay. >> I'm listening and that's it. Not talking. >> Just listen and don't talk then. >> Yeah. Right. Isn't that wonderful for all of you? All of you. You >> too. Just Just cuz >> you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in the court. >> No, you got it. You have the right toy pissed off at everybody to hire down how mad I am at every single one of you. Good. >> You can decide to exercise right at any time statements. Do you understand your rights are read to you? >> I've heard it all before. I know it all. I'm 68 years old. >> After hearing her Miranda rights, she began detailing the fight she had. And every detail favored her. It sounded like a story she'd told herself more than once. Very polished and missing a few parts that were inconvenient. >> I hurt your feelings, but I don't want anything to do with taking care of them because I'm not a man who's going to acknowledge my faults and be accountable for them. So that's what he told me. Basically, I'm just going to dump you. And I said, oh, really? That's lovely. And I started yelling at him because that's what you do, right? You got no power when someone is just going to cut you like that. Okay. >> So, you yell at them and I yelled at him and we went back and forth across the house a few times >> when when we were yelling. Yeah. >> Yeah. He He pushed me >> and one time I hit him. It happened. Yeah, it happened. That's what you're asking me, right? >> She kept on rolling with the story, leaning hard on the moments that painted her as the one under attack. The cops stayed patient, letting her keep on talking and waiting a bit till they'd press on the parts that she'd rather leave out. It's always amazing how the very worst details happen to slip people's minds. >> How you guys beenating? What happened? >> Hey, he's getting clothes on and I stood in the door talking to him and he pushed me out of the way to go out into the other room and I said, "You think maybe I should call the police because you're pushing me?" How close were you guys? >> How close? He was right up against me and pushed me. He physically knocked me out of the way. >> So, at what point, how did he get red marks on the back and on shoulder? >> I don't know how he got any marks on his back and shoulder. I have no idea. I know exactly how I got a big bump on my head. I was following him while he was screaming into the back into the study to hide from what he'd done. >> And he turned around and pushed me onto the floor and closed the door in my face. >> With her version of events stacked against her husbands, they arrested the woman for domestic violence. She wasn't surprised one bit. Instead, she went after the officers, accusing the cops of making her husband make her look like the bad guy. >> You are doing my husband's work just [music] perfectly, sir. You are doing it just right. >> I just want to remind you also that you guys with the guns. Exactly. I just want you to know who you are serving. Not me. You are not helping me. None of you people are helping me. Not a single person here is a public servant. Cleared from the hospital, she was headed to jail and still looking for a fight. It seemed like she just couldn't or just wouldn't see that it was now game over. Karens don't know when to quit, especially when quitting feels a lot worse than losing. >> You're threatening. It's >> not a threat. >> That's exactly what it is. It's a threat. That's why you're telling me it's >> I'm just warning you so you don't get tased at the jail. >> Threat. >> It's a warning. We don't want you to get tased. >> Oh, really? You really care about me and you want to convince me of that now. Huh? >> You don't give a >> You want double cuffs on? You want to get double cup? >> Stand up. >> I'm not going to tell you again. If you don't stand up, I'm literally going to beat you up and throw you in the car. >> You do that. >> Kick me. You're going to get a charge. >> I want to kick you. I want to kick you. I want to kick your hand. Hours of arguing, blaming, and pushing back at the cops got her nothing but a stack of charges. They booked the woman for domestic violence and resisting arrest. All that noise, and the only thing she won was a right to the jail house. On July 30th, 2024, law enforcement was called by a train station security guard because a woman there, identified as Karen Klene, was causing a disturbance. When they arrived on scene, they were greeted by this aptly named woman with extremely aggressive language. >> Karen, what are you doing? >> I'm going to the bathroom getting water. >> Are you going to harass me again? >> Yeah. Were you just at the village hall? >> At village hall. >> Get away. Get away. Racist Nazi. Film us. Film us. Fil. Come here. You're You're being assaulted by another. >> You're being detained right now. You're not free to leave. Have a seat. Relax. >> I'm being detained for what? >> Karen. >> Karen. You know me. >> Go there with it. >> Fill them. FILL THEM. FILL THEM. FILL THEM. ALL RIGHT. GET OVER HERE. SO, WHAT AM I BEING arrested for? >> What am I being arrested for? What am I being arrested for? Bring me my rights. Bring me my rights. Bring me my rights. >> Karen Klein, bring me my rights. KAREN KLEIN, THAT HURTS. >> DOES IT? >> You're hurting me. Yes, >> it hurts. >> STOP HURTING ME. HARKKINS. HAWKINS IS GOING TO get Harkkins hates homeless and doesn't want you here. >> She repeatedly asked the officers why they detained her. As if it wasn't already evident. She was clearly on copious amounts of something illegal, which was reflected in her behavior, which was aggressive and wild. The cops seemed familiar with the woman, and they were ready for her craziness. >> I need water. I need water. >> I can't breathe right now. I need an ambulance. Okay. Community Hospital. How we doing, Karen? >> I need water. >> Okay. >> And I need it. >> Sweetie, we're going to get you that as soon as I can. Okay. >> I'm just waiting to hear. >> Give me water now. I was trying to get water in the train station. >> I was trying to get water in the train station. >> Why are you so angry? because you won't give me water. You're Satan. You are pure Satan. Listen, Harkkins, enjoy your last and then burn with Satan. >> Burned with Satan. Burn with Satan. >> Satan show. You and you and Derek and Drew Peterson and Matt. >> It's Derek. >> You're your God. God is God. He works at George. You rejoice in the devil. That's dead. You devil. >> Considering how hateful she was being and how rudely she treated the officer, he was being incredibly nice. She kept yelling conspiracy theories, so the cop kept ignoring her. Soon enough, an ambulance arrived on scene. Okay. Why did you want an ambulance? >> So, not a not a medical condition. >> The police. >> Okay. Hold on, hold on, hold on. I got to ask you a question. So, not a medical condition you have going on. It was just because your interaction >> Okay, that's not a medical condition. >> I'm thirsty. >> Okay. Also, not a medical condition. >> Yes, you got there. You made it. >> I don't know who that is. I was killed by the >> You don't want to go to the hospital anymore? >> I don't want to go to the police station. I was going to the hospital to avoid the police station. >> You're I I understand that. But I appreciate you being honest. I get it. It's not a fun place to be. We just have to write you two citations. >> I'm not coming to the police. You lied. Granted, I I trusted Granted. It was a lie. >> Oh, I'm not going to lie to you. I promise. >> We can't We can't You didn't know who Derek Schovin was. condemn Derek Schovin right now. >> I condemn him. >> Say I condemn >> just as much. >> I think I >> I want you to say Derek Schovin is a step. >> You're disabled. >> Calmly and politely, the cops and paramedics asked the Karen to step out of the ambulance so paramedics could be on their way. However, it just seemed to agitate the woman more and she ramped up her screaming. How come you know >> how come you've had four hours contact attorney Thomas for a half hour >> since they first put me in the car 4 hours ago. I scream for Thomas Glas hours for Thomas Glasow. I never gave you a phone call. You're an attorney. Four hours you had me playing games. >> Two things. We need to take you to the station so we can give you those tickets. >> Liar. I got a lot. How many a block? We're gonna put a spit. >> No, you're not. No, you're not. >> Stop yelling. No, you have to live online. >> I know. I trusted Brandon. How long was I there? In >> No, they told me this morning I was in and out and I was there for breakfast. >> I had breakfast in my right here. Get back here. Why? Lose some weight. Run there. Run back. Drop a few pounds back. >> I got the same problem. >> Soon enough, the cops gave up on trying to make the Karen get out of the ambulance. They instead decided to go the long route, let the Karen get admitted, and then afterward, they could take her to the station. When they arrived at the hospital, they gave her the water she requested. >> Hello. Hello. [screaming] Hello. >> You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back for your head. >> WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PUT THE CUFFS ON? >> LISTEN, YOU'RE under arrest. That's >> That's all we do. Put your hands on >> DON'T PUT THEM ON MY HEART. >> DON'T RUST ME UP, DAD. DON'T GRAB. DON'T RESIST. THEY HURT. DON'T SAY THEY DON'T. PUT THEM ON your gentle wrist. They hurt. >> It's going to be A QUICK TRIP. >> OH, LIKE LAST TIME. 5 HOURS LATER, I STILL GOT AN ATTORNEY CALL. >> I still haven't got an attorney. I was so unreent. So unrepentant. >> Don't tell me to shut up. I'll post you in Kami jail. >> Then we'll get >> Shut up. Shut up. Go send some 319 meals on wheels and someone to give her medicine. The cops have refused to do anything in the social services for six years. They left her alone. My father died here in hospice. He lived here a week. This guy loves his place. So the police took over it in 2018. And I was beaten in your hospital world 2018. Beaten by cops in your hospital 2018. >> While the cops dragged her out of the hospital, the claim she was making kept getting more and more bizarre. What was strange here was that she was adamant to go to the hospital, but she said the cops had beaten her there and also that her father had died there. >> Filthy hospital. >> Can I tell you guys something? >> In 2022 >> when I fled you. >> Jesus appeared to me. Jesus appeared to me >> on the beach alone. No, for real. >> I am serious. >> Alone. Jesus appeared to me alone on the beach. That's >> and with their harbor. >> I was driving. I know. He appeared to me alone. >> That's awesome. >> Alone. I've been chosen. I've been chosen. >> That would make me feel special, too. >> I'm done with the red. I'm done with the blue. It's Purple Panther Party. Independent Karen Klein. I'm going to take this election. It's over. I'm done. You don't understand it. You guys are nothing. This is a joke. You're just part of it. You're showing what they did to Jesus, the false authorities, and what the Nazis did. You guys are part of history on the wrong side, though. >> I'm going to take the seat belt off. >> You can reach it. >> Yeah. >> Well, I got to put it on you. >> You put it on me. I'll take it off. My stomach. >> I hear you. I can see. I feel it. >> They arrested Karen and charged her with criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of justice. On the 16th of June, 2024, the cops were dispatched to Taco Bell again after reports that a woman had thrown a rock through the restaurant's window. >> What's going on today? >> It's not me. I'm going to ask you. >> You don't know. >> Why not? >> Yeah. >> What was going on at Taco Bell? What? >> What happened at Taco Bell? >> What happened at Taco? >> Trying to figure it out. That's why I'm asking. >> We're about to figure it out. >> I don't give a >> Do me a favor. Take your hands out of your pockets. Yeah. >> I don't got to take my hands out of pockets. >> Take out of your pockets. >> Do I got to take my hands out? >> Take out of your pockets. >> I don't got to take my hands out of >> No, I don't pockets. >> No, I don't. >> Right from the start, one thing was clear. The suspect was not going to cooperate, and she could play that game all she wanted, but like these other suspects who were acting arrogant and entitled, she was not going to be happy with the results. >> Look at We can do this easily in the hallway. All right. >> I ain't got to take my hands off nothing. >> We're here. We're investigating if you caused damage to Taco Bell. Okay. They said that you were here at the bus stop >> and they gave us your description. So that's why we're here. Okay. I don't want to be here talking to you, but if there's something you want to talk about that's calling us, I have to talk to you. Okay. >> Ma'am, what's your name? >> Ma'am, what's your name? >> What was you doing? Standing on the bus. >> I get that. But what were you doing before? >> No. What was y'all doing before? >> I was patrolling. Doing my job. What were you doing? >> What you mean? >> Were you at Taco Bell? >> Do it look like I was at Taco Bell? Do it look like I got some Taco Bell? >> Were you at Were you there before? >> Do it look like I got some Taco Bell. >> Were you there before? >> Were you there? >> It was a fair question, but the answer was no. The officer wasn't at Taco Bell. Is that the only person who was at Taco Bell before was this woman when she threw a rock at the window and then took off. When's the last time you used drugs? >> Did you get the >> I'll get everything. I got the witness and I got >> You got that belt out, ma'am. If you swing that belt, it's going to be an issue. Okay. >> Back over here. All right. >> Come here. >> Come here. >> The metal part's at the end. Be careful. So listen, you're under arrest. >> You come over here. >> If she somehow thought she was going to fight these cops off, despite the fact they were heavily armed and she had nothing but a belt, she had another thing coming. Still though, given there were multiple officers present, they didn't want to resort to tasers. ground under. Give me your hands. Give me your hands. Give me your hands. You're okay. Give us your hands. >> Yeah. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> I got it. We're going to go Harrison side. Ready? >> Yeah. >> Two. Three. >> Stop. >> Stop. Roll. Hey, don't try to fight me. >> Get the taser out. >> Okay. >> Stop squeezing my hand and crushing your nails into me. Do it. Do it. >> Y weak as the >> suspect's fancy belt trick didn't do anything for her but get her a felony charge for resisting arrest with violence. Down on the ground at every given opportunity, she was trying to bite the cops and attack them, but they eventually cuffed her. >> Shut up. >> Do it again. Stop spitting out. >> Stop touching her. >> Please stop. >> Get the off. >> We're going to need a female for a search. We'll just be at the station. >> Yeah. >> We got no weapons right here. We can see. >> I don't want you to have anything in your shoes. You got your >> Damn. >> Get off of it. >> Are those your bags, miss? >> Yo, dope. >> Get off her. Yeah, that's why they beat your 95. >> Get off of her. You holding her face. With the suspect restrained on the ground, the cops searched her and through the whole ordeal, she tried to bite them, kick them, spit on them, and you name it, in a futile attempt to stop the inevitable. >> Don't kick. Stop kick. Stop kicking. >> Come on. Come on. We're not doing this. >> We're not doing this. to the back of the car. We got it. We got all your stuff. Don't >> stop. >> Damn. It was anyone's guess what she thought she was going to accomplish by resisting at this level. But one thing was clear. She wasn't doing herself any favors. The last thing the cops had to do was get out of her jail cell and let the woman cool down, which was easier said than done. >> Hey Jill, remember his face. Remember his face. Ready? The suspect was charged with a slew of charges, including several counts of resisting arrest, criminal damage to property, and multiple counts of aggravated battery on an officer, which was a felony. On September 11th, 2024, an airport traffic specialist spotted a vehicle that was illegally parked on the side of the road. When he approached the driver to address things, she wouldn't move and allegedly even assaulted him. The cops were called to intervene. >> She She hit your hand. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. 100%. You want to prosecute? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Okay. >> Like that? Just like that. >> Right up top. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, what happened? >> She was She was sitting by door 162. I told her you got to go around. >> Yeah. >> You know what she did? >> She sit down and watching video. She ignoring me. I said, "Okay, I'm going to write my ticket." While I was I step away because I don't know her attention. >> I step away to write the ticket >> and what you know what she did? She opened the door and coming in >> right on top of the hand where the ticket go >> your phone number. We're going to need everything. Yes. >> Where did it happen? Back there. >> Yeah, back there by door. >> So, what did she say anything when >> Oh, she said, "What the you doing?" >> Okay. >> Okay. Did you drop it or No, like you take it or >> No, I was going to ride it and drop it. Okay. >> Yeah. and I couldn't I didn't finish it. >> The officer notified dispatch that the case involved battery and confirmed that the traffic specialist wanted to press charges against the asylent. By that time, the suspect had been located already and was about to be taken into custody. Yeah, she's being investigated for a battery right now. >> What? >> A battery? >> What's that? >> An unwanted touch of another. >> I didn't touch him. I touched the paper. >> Okay. Well, that's We're investigating that right now. >> Oh my god. Are you in pain with paper? [laughter] So boy, you can show that with the land. >> Daddy, >> so you got your your ID on yours? >> The officers realized there were two more adults in the vehicle. They turned out to be the suspect's parents. With the young woman being distraught, hopefully her parents could help calm her down and maybe even offer insight into exactly what happened and why. But would you guys mind telling me what what happened? >> Yeah. So So we landed and and my daughter said that somebody was trying to write her a ticket and she got out of the car and she says, "You know what? What are you doing while you're writing me a ticket?" And I think she might have taken the ticket and thrown it on the ground. And I told her, I said, "You can't you can't operate. You can't operate like that." I said, "That ticket needs to be paid or dressed and that type of stuff, you know, wrong thing to do. like we are so very sorry that things went the way that they did, but I assure you she did not assault this gentleman. I think that maybe he didn't like the fact that she wasn't respecting his authority, which is completely understandable and was wrong and I told her like >> apparently the girl was a student living away from home for the first time and it was also her first time picking someone up at the airport. To make things worse, they were supposed to celebrate her birthday, her 18th, the very next day. However, this situation was much more serious than any of them initially thought. >> Well, here's the problem. This traffic specialist says that she slapped him and that's that's going to cause her some problems. >> Well, yeah, that's a bad >> That would need to be on on video. >> There's cameras everywhere. >> I couldn't imagine that possibly being the case. >> Can I because I Thank you. I'm glad. uh you were willing to talk to me because it's it's important, you know, to know whether you saw anything or not. >> Talking to us, >> but do you have an ID so I can document that we spoke? >> Oh, absolutely. >> I gave it to so >> Oh, all right. He's writing a ticket and she slapped his hand probably maybe intending to hit the ticket instead of his hand, but that's that's a problem. >> Is is that like >> Do you have ID on you as well? I can take a look at >> is is is that like a slap on the hand applause for for arresting a 17-year-old girl? >> No, it's a battery. >> Yeah, that's the problem. >> The parents handled the news as calmly as possible. They were obviously not happy about things, but they didn't lose their temper even after finding out that their daughter would be taken to a juvenile detention center since she was still 17. At that point, the officer approached the suspect to talk to her. What's your first name? >> Angelica. >> Okay. Angelica, take a breath for me. Okay, take a breath. >> I I have a um fast passing out when I panic. >> Okay, listen. There's no >> I I'm sorry. >> Listen [laughter] to me for just a second. Breathe. Breathe normal. Okay. Slow down. Slow. I'm [laughter] going to have your dad come over and talk to you. You need to slow down. >> Oh my god. I'm going to pass it up. >> [laughter] >> Angelica, [laughter] >> can you calm her down? [laughter] [crying] >> Help me. Help me. >> At first, not even her father could calm Angelica down. And as any father probably would, he began to feel sympathy for her. He knew this wasn't some violent outburst, but more of an unfortunate incident. have to be arranged. We have to calm down. >> Okay. >> I don't know what any of this means. >> I don't know. >> I didn't touch him. I touched the paper. I swear to God. I swear to God. On God, Dad. On God. And you know I like God on God. >> We have to just do some paperwork. Okay. We got to take you over to this other building. He'll release you to dad. Okay. But but what I need you to do is take a breath and calm down because we got to get through the paperwork. And the quicker we can do that, the quicker we can get you out of here. Okay. Okay. But but while dad's here, I need to ask her some questions. Okay. Real quick. >> Before asking any questions, the officer informed the young woman that he had to read her her rights. And as his daughter was being mirandized, at one point, her dad swallowed a big lump and just hung his head. It was a situation no parent ever wants to be in. >> Are you willing to answer my questions without an attorney present? >> Yes, sir. >> Has anyone threatened you or coerced you or promised you anything to make a statement? >> No. >> Okay. >> In your own words, just tell me what happened. >> Um, I was pulling up to the airport to get my parents um from their get they were getting off their flight. Um, >> as I was pulling up, I was on the phone with my dad. Um, and as I pulled in, we were just talking. He said, "Okay, 5 minutes. I'm I'm I'm get getting on the train." I'm like, "Okay, I'll see you soon." >> Angelica then explained how she spent a few minutes on the phone with her dad and that it was her first time picking someone up from the airport. Most of us know what a mess an airport can be, and apparently Angelica didn't realize she was illegally parked. >> Um, and then I was just minding my business, doing nothing, looking at the door to try and see if he like waiting for him to come out and I was looking at my phone. And then 2 minutes later, I look in my like back uh mirror and I saw that uh like this guy was like writing something on a paper. It looked like he was writing me a ticket. So, and I wasn't doing anything wrong. So, I was immediately very frustrated. So, I got out of my car and I said, "What are you doing?" And I like I like smacked I didn't like smack to the ground or anything, but I just like slightly pushed his like little notepad. I touched his notepad. I did not touch him. I touched his notepad and I just like shoved it down a little bit. It wasn't like I didn't like slap it to the floor or anything like >> the good news was that Angelica had calmed down by that point and even managed to smile. The bad news, however, was that she didn't seem to realize how serious things were. At one point, she revealed she was on medication due to mental health issues. >> Looking back at it now, do you think that was a bad decision? >> Yeah, I should. I I was I had like I was having a bad day and I have a I have mood swings. like it's in I'm on medication for it and stuff so I would swing out his but I definitely shouldn't have gotten out of the car but I was just I I was really just confused to be honest. >> So you upset that you were going to get a ticket? >> Uh yeah cuz I wasn't doing any I didn't understand the guy who wasn't doing anything wrong. I was just waiting to pick up my parents. >> Unfortunately for you he's a traffic specialist so he has the right to write you a ticket. And >> so wait you're not allowed to wait there? >> No. You got to keep the traffic moving and what they tell you. >> Where am I supposed to go to pick up to pick up people? There's a cell phone line and then you can come by when they're ready. But regardless, I understand you probably didn't know that, >> but when someone tells you to move or something, they're identified. >> Tell me who. >> You didn't tell me anything. >> After Angelica was interviewed, she was taken to juvenile detention. Afterward, she was formally charged with battery. What could have ended with a simple traffic ticket eventually ended with potentially serious legal consequences. Trying to go to the amusement park without paying is dumb. Even if all you wanted was just an epic vacation. Our next Karen, however, is even dumber. On the 6th of June, 2024, she went back to the amusement park despite being trespassed earlier that day. >> All right. >> You were told not to come back. >> I need to get out of the locker. Stop it. >> 52, can you come to the talk? I got a 26 here. >> I'm getting my stuff out of the locker. Here. You're under arrest. Stop. >> Get out of the locker. >> Stop resisting. >> Can I get my stuff out? >> You guys can't hold my >> Stop resisting me right now. >> Can I go to my locker? >> Let me go in my locker. >> Make no mention of the locker. >> Your friends can get your stuff out of your locker. >> Let me go locker. >> No, we're past that. You're under arrest now. >> Go locker first. >> I got to go to my locker. >> Let's go. >> Hey, look. Go locker. Literally, I I have a locker on a walker. >> Okay. Wait, guys. Stop. >> Stop resisting. Just walk. You are making things more difficult for yourself. >> Okay. I can't run away and I can't resist. >> Let me get my out of the locker. >> By the time the body cams went on, she was already in handcuffs. Not surprising given this woman's attitude. But if you were wondering what made her go back there, even after being trespassed, she'd already told us about a dozen times. She had her stuff in a locker. >> What is wrong with you? >> What is wrong with you? >> We made it very clear that you were not to come back in and you immediately dised >> it's literally locker like 1324. Can I like really I can't get my Why can't I get my stuff? Why can't I have my thing? I can't get the key to my car. >> Because we told you no. You're going to have to call your friends. >> Oh my god. >> You guys are >> the one sitting on the couch. >> Can I go to my locker, please? >> No. Please. >> Where's your sunglasses? I got to drop this over here. >> Okay. >> What' she do? >> I want to get dressed. >> I don't know. Like what the heck? I pulled my phone out on a roller coaster. I snapshotted. >> At most amusement parks, using phones on roller coasters is generally forbidden. Simply put, it's a safety issue. If she had dropped her phone, someone could have been badly injured. As if Snapchatting on a roller coaster isn't dumb enough, she then went back there despite being thrown out. >> I just literally wanted to give my walker. >> You could have called someone. You could have asked security. There was a lot more other options you could have done besides just walking back in on your own in court. >> What the hell are you doing wrong? >> You were kicked out. You can't go back. >> I can't believe it. Like, could I not get a warning? Like, >> you were warned. We told you NOT TO COME BACK. >> NO. NO. A WARNING. LIKE, why did I get kicked out in the first place? Sorry. I pulled my phone out on a roller coaster. I had my sunglasses on my face. I had like my friend had her curse on a roller coaster. Look, I told you that we don't enforce Cedar Point policy, but if they say you have to go, you have to go. >> I just wanted to go to my locker. I literally I can read the text messages. I literally said to my friend, I said, "I got kicked out. I'm going to the locker. I'm grabbing the keys. I'll meet you in the car." >> Where are you from? >> Canada. >> Yeah. >> I paid $300. Yeah. >> Imagine paying $300 just to get trespassed from an amusement park and then being arrested. But the strangest part was she still didn't get it. She didn't realize she was really going to jail. And it only dawned on her as they were approaching the squad car. >> What? You're not putting me in here. >> You're You're getting in there. >> No, I'm not. Stop. >> You are. >> No, I'm not. >> Guys, please stop this. >> You ain't got no pockets. You got nothing on you. >> No, I was literally going to get the key so I can go sit in the car. >> Charge your legs for me. >> Are you kidding me right now? There's no way I'm getting arrested right now. >> No. >> James, what is like what? Guys, I'm literally I wanted just I wanted to >> I wanted to just go to my locker. >> I'm just out of the locker. >> What? >> As soon as she sat in the car, she started phoning a friend. And while it's usually not allowed, the cops let her use her phone because she wasn't from there. Her friends had to know where she was and where the jail house was so they could come pick her up. >> What's your name? >> Cheyenne. >> Cheyenne, what's your social? >> What? >> What's your social security number? >> I don't know. Like >> you don't know your social? >> No. >> How old are you? >> 32. >> 32. You don't know your social? >> It's like 81. >> I don't I have it in my phone. >> All right. Spell your spell your name. C H E Y E N E. >> Last name >> C H A P L I N. >> Sh, is your ID on you? >> No. >> Where's it at? >> In the locker. >> Okay. So, she gave the security officer her ID when she got kicked out, so she should still have it. >> In the locker. I didn't feel anything on her. >> Cheyenne, you gave it your ID. >> No, I didn't. >> Hey, listen. Relax. The suspect here, Cheyenne, insisted her ID was in the locker, even though the security guard said he had it. Somebody was lying and it was most likely Cheyenne. The thing is though, she was probably embarrassed by this whole situation and didn't want her friends to find out. >> So, your friends are here still at the park. >> This is so I don't want to interfere with my friends. I just want to go to my locker. >> Okay. Well, well, that's not happening no more. I'm letting you know that now. That's not happening. You're going to to the county jail. >> No, I'm not. Yeah, you are. >> Cuz I went to go back to collect my belonging. >> You're a trespass from here. So, you were getting charged with criminal trespassing. >> No, I'm not. >> So, listen. That's why I'm here opportunity to call your friends. >> Please don't do this to me. >> You call your friends and let them know that's where they come pick you up at. >> Please don't do this to me. >> Did you hear me? >> Call your friends. >> Please >> call your friends. >> Cheyenne was still struggling with the fact that she was going to jail. Several times she tried to convince the cops to let her go, but to no avail. Eventually, the female officer encouraged Cheyenne to go ahead and call her friends and let them know what was going on. >> You have to come get me from the jail. Well, >> what the >> Yeah. Where are you? >> I'm in the >> I'm in the backseat of a cop car. >> Where are you? >> They're taking me to the county jail. >> They're taking you to the county jail? >> Yeah. All right. Well, we'll meet you there. Bye. >> Let them know the address. >> Hey, but >> call back cuz there's different ones and try to help you out. >> Thank you. Literally, I just want you to go get the keys out of the damn locker. That's all I was doing was going straight to the locker where my stuff is. They can't just hold my stuff. >> I told them they could have the security got it. >> I tried. I did. your friends who were in there. Why don't you just tell them? >> That would have been the easiest thing for you to do. >> Even though she slowly started to accept the fact that she was headed to the jail house, she still couldn't stop talking about her locker. Somehow, she still believed she had every right to go back and get her things even after being trespassed. >> What's going to happen to me once I get there? >> You'll get booked in me. What? I'm from Canada. >> I can't. This is ridiculous. I just wanted to go get my damn like I needed the keys out of the locker because I wasn't allowed to have my damn bag. So, I had to get a locker before I went on Gatekeeper. So, I literally have my in a locker before going on Gatekeeper. This is absurd. They can't like you can't like oh my god what if I just gave false info like why would I even give my real name? This is absurd. I should have lied. >> The female officer quickly explained to her that concealing her identity wouldn't have changed a thing. Until they found out who she was, they still would have booked her and kept her locked up. Still, she somehow failed to understand that >> there's absolutely nothing like >> if I gave a fake name. Do you have a driver's license? >> I have nothing on me. >> You're not answering my question. Do you have a driver's license? >> Of course I do. >> If I said my name is Jane Doe, >> it will your picture pops up. >> Jane Doe. >> Not listening. >> Face your date of birth. Your picture pops up your driver. >> If I said I was born 20 >> and it wouldn't have came back, nothing would have came back. And then you stayed there until they figured out your identity. There's noing way. I could have just literally lied about my whole identity. I was being cooperative. I'm being cooperative. I would have been better off just lying. There's absolutely no way you could identify me. >> All right, Cheyenne. Don't show out. >> Don't what? >> Don't show out. What's that mean? >> Don't act crazy. Just climb over there and get hooked in. >> She didn't freak out like most Karens do, but she still had a propensity towards making terrible decisions. When she got to the jail house, she refused to give the officer her jewelry or shoes. So, the cops had no other choice. [sighs] >> We need to comply with our process. [snorts] >> You're making it way harder. You're making it way harder. >> Can I wipe my chair? >> You made this way harder than it had. You could have just gave me a >> All I wanted was to go >> like this is so unfair. This is so not cool. >> Really? Like >> this is necessary. Ultimately, Cheyenne Chaplain was charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest. There was no reason to resist the officers, and it was just a really dumb way to get an additional charge. On July 22nd, 2024, in Asheville, Ohio, the cops responded to a domestic assault call involving a minor. They found Sabrina, allegedly intoxicated, inside her parked vehicle. While the cops talked to her family, they put her in the back of a squad car. And sadly, her temper didn't stay quiet for long. >> Sabrina, [music] >> what? >> Stop. Listen to me. >> LISTEN. [screaming] >> LISTEN. If you keep hitting the cruise and you cause damages, you will get charged for property damage. Do you understand me? If you keep out of this wheel, I WILL CALL MEDIC. >> WHY WOULD YOU PUT ME HERE? This is brutality. This is police brutality. This is what you do. This is Get Let me get the to my house. >> You're not free to go. >> Oh, >> okay. >> Okay. >> You know what, you mother stuck. >> You know what? You just smashed my head into >> 8:13. I didn't know you said. >> Stop. >> You really want some? >> Sabrina. Yeah, this is unnecessary force. It's great. >> I need another unit. >> I don't ever want to see you again. And I promise you, my kids won't ever SEE YOU AGAIN. SHUT the something for you, too. I got something for you, too, you mother. How about a bullet in your brain? She was all on edge and seemed to not have brakes using whatever little control she had left. The cops quickly tried to shut it down, get the cuffs on her, and bring in backup before anything got worse. >> You're violent. >> I don't want >> I'm violent. >> Yes, you're being violent. >> Yeah. >> Just And your kids are back there watching this. >> Yeah. And your your grandkids are watching this. >> And your husband's loving it. >> Shut the >> You want some? Come get some. >> I swear to God, you'll never see my kids again. Swear to God. >> Sabrina, listen. Are we going to be able to get up? You going to be able to get a cruise without fighting again? I don't know. What do you want? A fight? Because it sounds like you're awfully winded. >> Sabrina, I'm doing all right. Are you doing all right? >> You don't even know me. >> I know your name. >> Yeah. You don't know me, though. >> Okay. >> You want to You want to come at me? Let's go. Let's go. Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah, you got the upper hand. >> We'll just wait till someone gets too far and pick her up. >> It didn't matter at all that the officer was calm and respectful. She didn't see how patient he was, or for that matter, professional, getting extremely agitated. Her instinct was to hit anyone as hard as she could when they got in her way. >> You okay? >> Get the off me, you stupid prick. >> [sighs] >> Yeah. Where's my baby's dad at? >> So, anyways, >> ain't got to say him. >> We're also going to go ahead and eat a 29 for a base [snorts] lag. White mother. White supremacist. >> Dude, you're not going to fight every bullet. Shut up. Shut up, you stupid mother. >> Please don't say nothing to her. >> Stop holding that right there. Stop holding that. >> I'm not letting go to you. >> Stop holding that. I said >> you literally resisted and you tried to and you literally bit my leg and you kicked me. >> So, >> okay, just so you know, >> you're a cop. You're supposed to get used to that. >> You know, assault on officer is a felony. I'm just so let you know. >> So, >> okay. Well, you're being charged with a felony now. Do you understand this? >> All we had to do is talk to your family and figure out what's going on and maybe let you go. >> Yeah, you weren't going to let me go. >> Okay. >> So, I wasn't going to let you go. >> So, you got something? Come get something. >> Stop kicking me. >> I didn't kick you. I kicked my foot. Godamn it. It just so happened to hit your >> Keep your legs down. She was nothing but a brat who thinks the rules don't apply to her and everyone should cater to her every whim. With an attitude like that, she wound up face down on the ground. Failing to attack the cop physically, she went for a different but equally dumb route. >> You want to rub me into the payment? >> Okay, stop your head. STOP. [screaming] >> OKAY, STOP. We'll just hold your hair then. You're not going to injure yourself. No, you're gonna you're going to get in trouble. This >> you're going to get in trouble for all these herself. Roll over me. Sure. All right. Roll over, dear. Bring this leg up. >> No, [screaming] no. I didn't DO ANYTHING WRONG. >> GET UP. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Get in the car. Shut up. Do me a favor and shut your >> Stop. Don't kick. Don't kick. >> Here, you need to calm down. >> Stop. >> You got a 29 in route. >> Mhm. >> Sabrina, all we got to do is talk about things. Figure out what's going on. >> Yeah, it's all them. They were in my house. They were the ones in me. And Why am I in the air? This is bull. >> CALM DOWN. >> THEY DID IT. Not me. I swear to God >> on my life. On my kids' life. They didn't. They >> They charged the woman with resisting arrest, felonious assault, domestic violence against a juvenile, and assault on a police officer. After all that effort, the only thing she won was a few nights behind bars and a date in court with a judge. On the 15th of July 2024, a woman called police after a massive fight with her boyfriend, which took place in front of her four children. Apparently, she only called law enforcement to scare the man. And when the officers arrived, she was using legal advice from social media to try and get out of being arrested. >> You're cool with us coming in. So, we're good to come in or not? >> I SAID COME TALK to her. >> Okay. If your friends are here, >> you want to call the cops every time. [music] >> Good. Get arrested. THEY'RE RIGHT HERE. BYE. >> Stepping out that way with so I can talk to her. >> What's going on, man? >> I'll make sure I let him know. Okay. Is he the one that wants to go ask him what the he wants to go? >> I didn't talk to cops. >> I'll ask you to leave me alone. [music] >> So, we have two officers here. One's talking to him and >> talk to your mother that wants to get me arrested. Go >> the out of >> Okay. So, what's your first >> You're the one who called and they need to talk to you. You want to make this video >> over then it's not happening. >> Okay. >> Just verbal. >> No, you said that and I said if that's what you want, I'll go do it. You're correct. That's what the I said another woman's >> just >> Yeah, I did say you acting like this is going to drive me into another woman's arms. You're right. That is what I did. >> When the cops showed up, things were incredibly chaotic with the kids watching TV, the couple screaming at each other, and everyone in general being in a really foul mood. The woman was accusing the man, Steven, of infidelity, which he denied. That being said, the relationship was rocky, and it seemed like he was already on the verge of leaving her. >> Hey, Stephen, what's your date of birth? For what? >> So, I'm investigating investigating a crime. >> I didn't commute a crime. >> So, I'm here for a domestic violence call. So, by law, hold on. Let me speak, man. By law, I need your first. >> How do I know that? Okay. >> So, right now, I've got your first and last name. I just need your date of birth. Okay. By state law, when I'm investigating a crime, I have to get that information. >> Well, I'll take you to jail for concealing ID if you don't give me your date of birth. >> For what? >> I just said concealing ID. >> You have my name. >> I have your name, but I have to have your date of birth. >> What crime did I commit? That's what I'm investigating. >> Obvious. Okay. You're investigating. You're trying to figure out what crime I committed here. >> You have to have reasonable articulation of a crime. >> So, are you going to give me your date of birth or not? >> You going to arrest me? >> I will give it under threat of arrest. You are correct. >> If you're not going to give >> under threat of arrest, I will give it to you. >> I will arrest you if you do. >> Okay. Under threat of arrest, I am giving up my Fourth Amendment right which is on camera of arrest because I have not committed a crime. >> And that's what I'm >> You are now committing a crime. Once Steven gave his ID, the cop revealed that it was the second time they'd been called to the house. A neighbor had called previously, and because their screaming could be heard from outside, the cops wanted to charge Steven with disorderly household. >> So now I'm being charged with a crime as I'm being charged with disorderly household, but I'm still going to go to jail for it. So next, >> you're not going to jail. It's going to be a citation. >> I didn't do nothing, fool. >> You want me to go to jail? >> Put her in cuffs. I'm not doing nothing. >> No, you can't handcuff me for nothing. I can't even do anything. >> Just relax. No, just let go of you. I didn't cut my handcuff away. You're getting reserved. >> I WANT TO SIT DOWN. >> JESSICA, you're being detained at this moment. You need to complain. >> I'm being detained for what? For yelling at you for freedom of [ __ ] >> You're being detained at this moment. So, >> explain that we are both. >> Oh, okay. Put your hands behind. I thought I will resist Steven. I will resist Stephen. >> You want me to go to jail? That's what you wanted. >> Jessica, if we have to ask again, you're going to jail for >> STOP YOUR HAND. >> I WILL PLACE MY HANDS BY MYSELF. I SWEAR TO GOD RIGHT NOW. >> I SWEAR TO GOD. >> PLACE YOUR HANDS. Place your hands behind YOUR BACK. >> She got Okay. Well, to keep this to keep this thing safe, we're putting your handcuffs. >> You need to relax. >> I'm I want TO CALL FOR I AM. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. >> I AM THE SURGEON. >> I wouldn't call anyone. >> Stephen, I swear to God. >> Can I take your phone? >> Can I grab >> No, you're not touching. >> Okay. Do you want to sit down now? >> Leave me the alone. >> At that point, the cops were confused about why law enforcement was called in the first place since neither party wanted anything to do with the cops. Steven wouldn't give up his ID and Jessica was resisting when she was simply being detained. It was clear someone was going to jail here and they were not going to make it easy for the cops. >> You just said you weren't arresting me. >> So, >> I didn't do anything, dude. I've never been to jail before in my life. These are my world. I'll lose my kids if you take me to jail. >> Can we step outside and talk about this? >> No, cuz I'm not going to jail. >> Please just step outside. >> I literally didn't do anything, dude. >> So, you did resist for >> And then I said, "Let me do it myself because I have PTSD." You can't arrest me for having PTSD. >> Jessica, can we step outside so it's not any louder for your kids? >> I'm not going to get arrested, dude. >> Just I just need you to listen to me, okay? >> I'm not going to jail, bro. I will lose my kids. I literally didn't do anything. I let you handcuff me. I took it off and I told you it hurt and I PTSD. I let you put it back in the front. I didn't do anything. >> So, she she's going to jail. Okay. So, we need you to go this way, please. >> I do watch those audits and they say, "Oh, you can't ask for my name. You cast my ID. You can't rest. >> I want to take your legal advice from us. So you are going to jail. >> I didn't do anything though. Please, dude. I've never been to jail. Please walk this way. Please. >> PLEASE, STEPHEN. I BEG YOU TO DO SOMETHING. DUDE, >> can we not do this in front of the kiddos? Please. >> They're my babies, Stephen. They're my babies. >> Stephen, I've never been to jail. YOU KNOW WHAT I SAID? I'M GOING TO FREAK THE OUT. >> Grab that arm. >> Please, Stephen. >> We need you to walk. Please. >> Please, Stephen. Please. >> Please just walk. make your decision. I told you to stop. >> The officers walked Jessica to the car and the entire time she pled with the cops to not arrest her even though she physically resisted them, which was clearly a crime. She was worried about her kids crying in the background, but she was the one who caused all the drama. >> You resisted. I told you. >> But I didn't I wasn't trying to arrest like he said. I watched those audits. They said, "Oh, you can't arrest me. Oh, you can't get my ID. Oh, you can't get my name." I'm telling you, dude. I've never even known about this. I'd be cautious on >> taking legal advice from people on YouTube. >> Just real quick, >> real quick. I need you to listen to me. Okay, so look at this cuff. See how tight it is? >> I'm going to loosen that. >> Come out. See? >> I know. I'm going to loosen it because that's way too tight. I can see it rippling your skin. Okay. But if I loosen this, you cannot slip out of it. Okay. It's going to be another charges. >> I'm not going to slip out of it. I'm not stupid. I didn't even do anything. This is literally wrongfully arresting because I have mental problems. I said I'll just go somewhere else. You can drop me off somewhere. You the gates locked. I'll tell my dad to just let me in there even though I hate that place. >> So, I'm going to I'm only telling you this because you already did it. Okay. So, just make sure you don't slip out of these cuffs again. Okay. >> You guys really just made me lose my kids, right? >> I lost my kids. We didn't do anything to make you >> I didn't do anything. I let you arrest me, bro. If I was going to really arrest, I would have ran, dude. I tried to run. >> The suspect claimed she had mental problems, and according to what she said, it was illegal to arrest a person who was mentally ill. She was wrong, of course, that they arrested the woman and charged her with concealing identity, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. On April 29th, 2021 in Florida, the cops responded to an airport Burger King where there was a heated exchange between a man and a woman. Upon arrival, the cops first spoke to the man. >> You waiting in line? Oh, I was waiting in line, too. I said, "No, you weren't. You were out the gate." And she just kept coming back at me. Start disrespecting me in front of my kids, okay? In front of my family. Work on me. Start disrespecting me in front of my kids. Okay. Talking rough and rude. My kids were there, the witnesses. She came off the floor. She started talking about you better get out of my face. This and that. Uh this and that. >> Hey, hey, stop. Over here. This man is CLEARLY ON DRUGS. >> SHE'S in my drugs. >> That's fine. So, back up on drugs. So, y'all let anything. Back up. >> Back up. Don't even say that pull out some start. >> Ma'am, I didn't even get a chance to ask what happened. >> As far as their behavior went, there was a very stark contrast between the man and the woman, which might suggest that she was the primary instigator. And sadly for this woman, not staying calm and cooperative meant she was at risk of missing her flight. three fox 94. That's okay. I was stand by myself. >> I don't need to be on >> my getting on the plane right here. >> Are you going to let him fly? >> I'm working. Like, what are you talking about? That's You don't need to let him fly. >> Like for real. >> He verbally assaulted me. Like >> got to make sure. >> Yeah. >> Are you guys going to let them fly or they leaving? >> I'm not leaving. >> What happened? Who's going with us? >> Hey, they're losing their mind, so [snorts] make sure you're on. The incident occurred at the Spirit Airlines terminal and under their terms and conditions, customers can be denied boarding if they're disorderly, abusive, violent, or their conduct creates an unreasonable risk of offense or annoyance to other guests. Another officer spoke to the man once again, who was set to board his flight shortly. >> What happened? >> What happened with me? My wife My wife and my wife were here. Okay. My two kids were with me. We're in line now. They have that black girl thing. So, I'm about to be next. The short girl comes and just goes right to the front and start doing it. I said, "Ma'am, we're in line here." >> She ignored me for a time. I said, "Excuse me, ma'am. We're in line here." She said, "Oh, no. I was in line." I said, "Ma'am, I was You weren't You weren't in line. You were all here." "Oh, yes, I was." I I stepped out and came back in. I said, "No, you weren't." And she just started getting loud and rude for me. >> Said, "What you going to do about it? What you going to do? I'm here now. You >> just She said that to me." So, my two kids turned around, saw the violence, and started walking away. and she just kept it on like in my face ain't gonna do blah blah. >> So, and you see how it's acting up now and it was only a short one day. Her friend just showed up just now and now it's at the rival the the students were here and all that they said. So, I came I left it home and I came back over here, you know. >> So, my wife wanted to get up with my daughter to go over there to get something to eat and then it start and it started >> it start with her like what are you looking at? You saw it just and when I tried to go over there and ask what was going on, I wanted to ask the cashier. She started to say, "Oh, oh, and she got in our face." I'm like, "Hey, let me get to us." >> Despite cutting the line and starting a scene from nothing, the female suspect seemed incredibly confused as to why the airline did not want her up on a plane 30,000 ft in the air. And unfortunately, it led to a full-blown argument in front of a terminal full of passengers. No, I need my money. I want my MONEY AND I NEED TO keep trying to you're running from us like we're doing something to you. cuz he almost >> the and girl. That's crazy. That's crazy. >> The women agreed to leave, but not without causing a scene. The woman with the pigtails still had food ordered from Burger King and saw someone filming her on his phone. And that's when she decided to lash out once again. >> Exactly. You see, he throw that at you, right, >> ma'am? Can you offer this? Yeah, >> cuz I Burger King. >> YEAH. YEAH, DEFINITELY HERE. GO AHEAD. Go ahead. Cuz they going to arrest me cuz I unlawfully recording me. So, can you get his information so you can get his information so I can so I can see his blocked? Like, >> we ain't doing that. I I don't want it. I don't want this. >> Since the incident took place in a public airport, the man wasn't acting illegally while recording her on his phone. While being escorted out of the terminal, they continued playing the victims and saying the cops were being racist. >> We're in Florida. Are we Are we Are you not y'all? Y'all are racist. >> HUH? >> FOR THE WHITE MAN THAT'S THAT'S LOOKING AT ME. EXACTLY. LOOK AT THE CAMERA. TALKING TO THEM. >> EXACTLY. Why would she let them on there? >> Demetrius, where are we taking them? >> Who the are you? >> That's why people military. >> No, they could not do THAT AND THEY COULDN'T MAKE THE TEST. >> So far, the woman in the green sweater had been the quietest of them all. However, when being asked to step back, suddenly she outperformed all of her friends in being loud and obnoxious. >> Hey, back up. >> I don't care. Back up. >> Back up. Back up. >> Back up. >> Back up. >> You're a police. >> You don't know. You're a You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> That's enough. >> Enough. >> Enough. >> You're under arrest. Hook killed on me. The cops eventually got the mall under control and the women involved got disorderly conduct charges. On May 29th, 2024, at Orlando airport, a female passenger was charged for her carry-on, which made her extremely upset. The conflict led to a threatening confrontation. So, the airport staff determined she was no longer allowed on the flight and called the police. So she threatened the agent talking about spitting and >> I was going to fall. But once again, the agent feels refund. We're going to go to the service desk and you will get refund. >> Go to the service desk >> because you're not taking this flight. >> Why not take this flight? >> Because they decided you're not. Well, why couldn't I take this place? >> Because they felt threatened. >> Well, why they say that to all, sir? >> I'm not saying you did. >> I know, but he was there. >> I'm not arguing. This is the supervisor. The supervisor said you can't pay attention. >> I'm not doing cameras. No. >> This is like This is like me at your house. When I come to your house, you get to make all the decisions. >> The officer informed the woman here, whose name was Sheney, that the airline was willing to give her a full refund. It seemed like she was following instructions and was just about to walk away with the officer when she did something shocking. >> Hey. Hey. Hey. >> What the [ __ ] Why you Why you throwing me? Don't do that. Don't do that. >> Throw me the floor. >> Stop. >> Don't get the off me. Get off me. >> Stop. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe. I need you to breathe. >> Get off me. >> I need you to breathe. >> Don't ever throw me the floor. >> Okay. I need you to breathe. Do what you do, babe. >> Okay, I need you to me. Get the off me, bro. Get the off. >> Don't get off. Get off of me, bro. >> Get off of me, bro. Get off of me, bro. >> Spitting at people is just disgusting and horrifying behavior. When the officer took her to the floor, Sheney looked shocked. What did she think was going to happen? The officer continued trying to deescalate things using a calm and very low voice. >> Get off me. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. Give me my phone. >> Yo, bro. Yo, >> you're going to get changed. >> I don't want to do anything. >> All right. So, get off of me. Get off of me. Get off of me. >> Get off of me. >> Get off of me now. >> You're choking me. I'm not. >> You're choking me. You talking to me? >> Get off me. >> Get off me. >> 45 gate 3 45. >> I can't breathe, sir. Yo, get off me. [screaming] >> Looks like Shaneie thought she could assault someone right in front of a cop and there'd be no consequences. The cop called for backup ASAP. The cops in another terminal got the call and they rushed right over as fast as they could. >> I'mma let you up my number. >> But you got to stop spitting and you got to stop fighting. >> I am. >> You want to stop spitting? >> No. No. >> No. You violating me, right? >> I can't. So you can't spit though. You right. >> Yo, [screaming] I got her. I got her. I got her. I got her. I got her. >> I got her. I just I just got her to stop fighting. >> All right, let's go. >> The first responding officer was trying to stay calm to make sure the crowd that had gathered wouldn't get more upset about things. Because Shaneie wouldn't stop spitting on the cops, the cops had to request a spit mask to put on the woman's head. >> You want to stop spitting? [music] >> Yo, stop asking me questions. >> Well, I can't let you up. I'm trying TO LET YOU UP. >> I MIGHT BE, BUT I'M trying to let you up. >> No point. I'm going to spit on you though. Nobody else. BUT YOU I'M SPIT on you. >> Did you bite me? >> Huh? >> Did you bite me? >> What? Why you asking me if I bite you? >> Cuz I'm bleeding. >> Where you bleeding from? >> From my arm. >> That's your business. I ain't bit you. >> You trying to? >> I got a hold of her. She said she's going to call you. >> She'll bail you out and she said, "Calm down. Stay all good." Okay. Thank you. Thank you, Bosi. Thank you. I appreciate you. I violate you, bro. >> You heard that, right? And I >> do this. >> Okay. >> You're not going to play with me in this airport. >> All right. >> I don't care about no police. I did four years, five post. Look, my dinner is right here. >> It's crazy. >> I know it is, right? It was thoughtful of the bystander to check on Sheney, but a little disappointing that he didn't ask if the airport employee was okay after being spat on. Shane's previous time in jail appeared to have not been enough to change her behavior. Once the cops got that spit mask, they were ready to move on with the arrest. >> I'm not going to spit on you. They >> Well, we appreciate your cooperation with us. All right. All new officers. I got you. I got you. My phone, my belongings, everything. >> We'll get your phone. >> Yeah, you took my phone. That's my phone. >> Any other bags? >> Yeah, my bag right there. >> We got all your stuff. >> My phone. >> We got your stuff. Yep. >> Turn your head away so I can put it on. >> No problem. >> All right. Can we pick her up? >> If she don't want to walk, we have a wheelchair to put her in. >> Let's start walking her straight out. Let's go. >> Bang, honey. Grab her. Grab her gear and her stuff and bring it with her. >> Let's go. >> Mom's bag. Mom's back. Right there. Look. Mother's bag. Finish her bag. I'll take care of it as long as you bathe yourself. All right. Of course. >> All right. >> The 190 headquarters. All you can call. We're escorting her out now. >> You all right? >> While escorting Sheney from the gate to the squad car, the cops took the opportunity to get her side of the story without the risk of getting spat on. Cheney said she was coming from Texas and on the original flight she wasn't charged for carry-on. So getting charged later made her really upset. >> What? Was it about paying for the bag? >> Yeah, paying for the bag. >> Okay. >> Can you give me some time so I can make a phone call with the mom so I can pay for bag? >> So you can pay for the bag. >> I don't have no cash, right? >> Cuz you didn't know that they were supposed to >> because they didn't say nothing in the other um thing. >> So what made me go get aggressive? Put on the guy cuz he slam my face. I know that's your colleagues. It's my verse versus his verse. He slam my face. He put me on the floor. He keep talking, but I got to search you. Okay. >> He put me on the floor and slam me and that's what got me irritated. >> You know what I'm saying? >> We We'll pull the video and figure out what's going on all of this. Are you hurt or injured or anything? >> Yes, I am. >> You You need to have medical attention. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. >> Okay. Where are you hurt? What's the problem? >> My head, my neck, my back. He slam me. He scratched my face. >> The cops searched the woman and they called for an ambulance to check out her alleged injuries. Cheney was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, battery, and resisting with violence. On the 24th of January, 2023, police were dispatched to the Frontier ticket counter at Miami International Airport after getting reports about a physical altercation. >> Where did you say it? >> I'm getting the info. I'm getting your What happened? >> There was passenger. It was a lot of witnesses. >> You can't get refund. You're the ones late. She was helping her friend that was polite and everything else, but then they she goes, "What? You're helping me her get a refund?" I go, "You guys can't fly." She got crazy. I rabbed one of these plastic uh signs this place and threw it, hit her right in the top of the nose. And and then we had a GSA tide agent heard the commotion. And he when he started turn around, they came this way, saw the thing flying and hitting her in the face. >> All right. MY [screaming] ME. [screaming] >> APPARENTLY, two females traveling together got extremely hostile and irate after being told they couldn't board their flight to Atlanta after arriving 45 minutes late. One of the women threw a plastic sign at an airport employee resulting in serious injury. >> She's cuffed. >> Like I'm cuffed. >> You talking about if I c YOU >> relax [screaming] with you. Give me my not [screaming] >> relax. >> RELAX. [screaming] >> RELAX. Get me off the ground. >> [screaming] >> Give me my phone so I can call my mom. >> You're not going to call the one for now. Okay, relax. >> Hey Siri, >> relax. >> Hey Siri, get the me. >> Get off me. We're not going to get off of you. Okay, relax. >> Stop. You need >> You need to get the >> You can do that all you want. You can do that all you want. To secure the two females, it took over half a dozen officers. All this occurred because the women believed they deserved a refund for a flight they missed. Meanwhile, EMTs were called in to treat the airport employee who after being struck in the face by a sign was left bleeding. >> Hey, relax. >> Okay, relax. Hey, relax. >> You relax. You're going to move or we're going to we're going to move you. Hey. Hey. You're moving because we're telling you you're going to move. OKAY. [screaming] >> You're going to >> She was only concerned about herself, showing zero empathy for the airport employee who was actually injured. Like most Karens, before too long, she had flipped the narrative, started playing the victim, and was threatening to sue the police. >> Okay. WHAT'S YOUR BADGE NUMBER? WHAT'S YOUR BADGE NUMBER? YOU GOT TO GIVE ME THAT RIGHT. YOU GOT TO TELL ME YOUR BADGE NUMBER. >> WE'LL BE ON THE ARREST. >> HE IS GRA I'M RELAXED. HE'S GRABBING ME TRYING TO hurt me. >> You keep trying TO PULL AWAY. >> I'M NOT YOU, BRO. MY MOTHER'S BRAVE. YOU RUB ALL YOUR PIG. You're a disgrace to black. I swear to God. You're a disgrace. You're a disgrace. You're a disgrace. You're a disgrace. You're a disgrace. I hate [laughter] the police. Y I swear to God. Y don't nobody do nothing. Y crack a pig and you want to be like these crackers. Okay, >> you crazy. >> After being secured in squad cars and driven off to the jail house, an investigator arrived at the airport to finish up the final report. He spoke with one of the airport staff to hear their side of the story. >> The girl go ah and then blood. >> Okay. >> And then they were praising raising chain two females. I did take a picture of just or a video just I didn't get this which I wish I would have but I was more worried about >> watching it >> making sure everything was black and the reason why because it almost got out of hand there the officers approached rather gently if you ask me. They approached smartly but like let's calm this thing down. So they did a good job there. Uh the one girl was just off the hook. Uh, the one with the colored hair and the Let's see. So, I can reference the girls and you'll know who's >> You have one in pink. >> Yeah, she's the second girl. So, this is the second girl. This is the first girl that caused the biggest biggest commotion. Then they smartly moved her out of here. She's going crazy and spazzing out and they had to put her down to the ground at some point. You got to I was like, they need to put her down. They were like two nights out. >> That's when the other girl got loose and the two officers were down. >> I had gotten off my bike now and I saw her coming and I was ready to jump on her at any moment because he had to weasle. He had to catch up and she had full access to a gun to the gun from the officers. That's what I was worried about. So that's why I stayed. I get the hell out of here. It's none of my business. >> So I saw that he tackled her and did a great job and they got her cuffed rather quickly. This one took a long time. >> The man joked that working at airline counters like Spirit and Frontier are some of the most dangerous jobs. Both women were charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest with violence, and aggravated battery. They both posted a $5,000 bond and were released from jail, but they got a lifetime ban from Frontier Airlines. If there's anything worse than an entitled disorderly individual, then it's two of them causing trouble together. Just a week after the incident with the military Karen, there was a special event at Universal entitled Halloween Horror Nights. The problem started with a female Karen, but it didn't take long for a Darren, in this case her husband, to step in and defend her. >> I need you. I need you to calm down. >> No need to get upset. You are about two seconds to get thrown out of this park. >> Don't cop an attitude with us. It's not our fault that you're in this position. >> No, but nobody's talking. >> Okay. >> Yeah, we are listening. >> You have to listen. >> Bye. There's no necessary need at any point in time to scream at a woman. I don't care what your feelings are. >> Take a walk. >> Okay. Take a walk or what? For what? You going to arrest me? You going to arrest me? >> Immediately, the man jumped to his wife's defense, not even bothering to consider if she was right or wrong and focused solely on the fact that she was a woman. But very quickly, the whole conversation shifted from gender issues to abuse of power and even racial issues. >> Wait. Huh? So, what about my statement? Huh? What about that? Oh, wait, wait. I guess CUZ YOU GOT A BADGE. I guess because you got a badge, that's okay, right? Because you white. Well, because you're white, you got a badge and everything's okay to do things, right? Huh? >> What? You white privileged? So, who's going to take my statement of what happened here? Huh? Wait, wait. Nobody magically. What? Because all you white is okay. >> Oh, tell us. Where's your paper and pen? Pull it out cuz I'm going to give you a whole essay to write, mother. >> Huh? Yeah. What? You going to arrest me for freedom of speech? >> You're done. Have a good night. >> Have a good night. >> And then you're one of my mother. >> Have a good night. >> Have a good night. >> He needs to leave the park. >> Seeing her husband spiraling quickly into a rage, she decided to come back and try and calm him down. But it was too late by that time and the man was hellbent on getting himself arrested one way or another. He was basically asking for it. >> You can drag me out. >> You're done for the night. >> Oh, you can drag me out. You can put me in a cop car. >> No, you're getting kicked out of the park. >> Hey, what's what's what's your badge number? >> What's your badge number? >> What's your name? >> Right here. >> Oh. Say it. Say it. >> Your mama real cheap was bad, son. The best part. You ran out your mother's mother, son. Huh? You think I ain't been locked up, son? Huh? I serve HOW MANY MOTHER GODDAMN MONTHS in this country for like you? 19 months overseas for like you. >> He's done. >> He's done. HE'S DONE. He's done. >> As things turned out, the man had a military connection and unfortunately he seemed to believe that his military service somehow gave him the right to act like a fool. It was disgraceful, especially considering the cop did nothing wrong and all he was trying to do was deescalate things. >> The sad part is all on camera. >> Yep. Your disorderly conduct is all on camera. >> Disorderly what? >> The way you're acting, what you're saying, everything. >> Wait, wait. Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait. As long as your camera's camera active, >> you scream to my wife, right? Let's go. >> All you take not all >> I ask you is >> stop dragging me please. >> I'm not. >> You are. Okay. Luckily for everyone, things calmed down and the man's aggression subsided. The way the man acted earlier, it seemed like he was about to lunge at the cops and start fighting in an instant. But the moment they grabbed him, he got very docile. The tough guy persona was nothing but an act. >> As I was walking backward, right? >> Well, it wouldn't have been bad if you would just keep his quiet. All All I did was ask you to stop yelling at my wife. All I did was ask you to stop yelling at my wife. >> No, that's not at all you said. >> No, no, I said after that because you told me to take a walk. You shut me down >> and told me to take a walk. That's what you told me. >> Well, that didn't work out very well. >> Well, okay. But you guess what? I was touched by an employee here and then I tell you or whatever the case is, you come out here. The entire reason why you're out here is because I asked for a sheriff or a police officer. You just keep that in mind. Keep that in mind. So that's fine. My $500 bail will be paid by the time we get there. 4,000 whatever is be a little bit longer than that before you get to when you get there. >> So now you're telling me you're going to hold me. >> No, we're not going to jail. >> The suspect here was trying to make things personal. In his mind, he was the victim of some kind of white oppression and an abuse of power by police. So when the officer explained that the procedure at the jail would last longer than the man expected it to, he took it as yet another threat. >> Now you're threatening. >> I should have stayed sitting down. Get me the car. >> Where's Jerry? >> Tell him to bring his car with you. Hey, can we move this van? >> I understand what you do and I appreciate everything you do. >> Really? Now you want to say that? >> It's not that I want to say that you want to say, brother. Brother, I don't care. >> Really? >> After calling me all these names, now you want to say you appreciate it. >> No, you'd be surprised. You'd be very surprised. You'd be very surprised. >> Don't Don't even go there cuz I could care less whether you appreciate me or not. Well, >> for a moment, it seemed like the man was starting to display at least some degree of respect for law enforcement. But it didn't last long, and he quickly changed gears, painting the cops as bad guys who were bullying him. >> You dragged me the whole time. >> If I was dragging you, that means you'd be dragging me. >> Dude, look at my leg. Look at my leg. What are you talking about? You don't see the scuff marks on my leg? >> Let me guess. The the already down broke on the ground scratch me or what? >> Or what? You going to add more charges? You going to add more charges? >> You have no idea. >> You have no idea. >> Good. >> Yeah. >> Don't take this off until >> dude. I ain't going anywhere. >> No. >> Make sure that >> I got sunglasses in my pocket thing. And then ID. >> ID in here. >> No, mine. Nope. >> Where's your ID? >> My ID is somewhere. You mean it's somewhere? >> I have no idea. My wife might have been injured. >> The suspect didn't even realize that on top of trespassing and disorderly conduct, they could also arrest him for theft. Clearly, those Harry Potter goggles were not supposed to leave the premises. >> Oh, you're not allowed to take me. This is theft. My >> I didn't take it anywhere. >> Well, they were in your pocket. >> Well, I was inside Universal when you told me >> you can't leave the house with these. Wait, what house? >> You just said Harry Potter, >> did you not? >> What are you talking about? I literally had him on my head when I walked out the place. >> So, you keep trying whatever you want. You dragged me out of this place. >> I'm not going to charge you with the >> Well, I ain't a thief. >> I didn't say you were. >> No, but you just said I was. >> No, I didn't. I said it's theft. I didn't say you were a thief. >> Maybe you should Can you get his uh get his name and stuff, please? The cop was clearly upset with him and this situation was still not over. After sitting in the patrol car a bit, the suspect asked to speak with him again. Deep down, he was or at least wanted to be the good guy. So, leaving things like this on such a negative note started to weigh on the man and he wanted to make amends. >> What's up? >> I apologize. >> Why? Let me ask you this. Why are you Why are you sorry now? >> Why are you sorry now? cuz you're sitting in a car. >> No, brother. Let me tell you something. I'm going to walk for 4 months. So, >> okay. >> What does that have to do with anything? So, you're just going to keep going down the wrong path. >> No, it has nothing to do with that. You don't understand. >> YOU KNOW HOW UPSET I am that you forced me to do this? >> Look, listen. Can you understand me and listen? Please. Okay. Will you please listen? All right. I It has nothing to do with the fact that you and what you do and everything you do, I do appreciate. And that offends me to think you think that people don't appreciate what you do because I do. >> I don't believe you based on what you said out there. I don't believe you. I got four kids. I got four kids. >> I got a 8-year-old. I got a six-year-old. I got a 2-year-old and a one-year-old. >> So, I do appreciate you because one day I'm going to need you more than you'll ever need me. >> So, why do you act that way? >> Because dude, you yell at my wife, man. >> I didn't yell at your wife. >> I felt like you did. >> Well, that was that's where you went wrong cuz I didn't yell at your wife. >> The suspect had served in the army, so factors like stress or PTSD should be taken into consideration. The main problem was he let his emotions get the best of him. And according to the officer, his military service should not be an excuse. Here's why. >> I didn't even have a chance to talk to you, explain the situation. All I know is I'm sitting down. You watch me >> because you went completely sideways in your language. >> And I apologize for that. I'm dude, I got n literally 5 years in the service. MY MOUTH IS MY MOUTH. WHETHER you tell me or my mom tells me, >> I have eight years in the Marine Corp. What does that have to do with THE PRICE OF FISH? >> I was already there. It's been here for all my life. I can't beat what I know and what I do. I can't. >> Maybe you need to go to therapy. How about that? >> And you know what? And I will. I've already done it. I've been in [ __ ] PA. >> Where are we going with this conversation? Cuz I got paperwork. >> And I understand that. But I understand that. And I apologize for everything. >> Okay. >> These two guys were both army men. And there's a certain respect that goes with it whether or not someone's acting like a Karen. So, after the cop had a chance to cool off, he went back to the suspect, Brett, and tried to give the man a little bit of advice, and it was straight from the heart. >> You asked me earlier for my badge number and ID. There it is. >> My name and badge number. >> I will stick this in your pocket. >> I don't have business cards, so I had to write it on a notepad. Okay. That way you know like >> you're being charged with disorderly conduct and prosper. [music] >> I accept your apology >> and I apologize if you thought I was yelling his wife which I wasn't. >> I'm just a very loud person. >> Bro, >> I don't know what's going on in your head. Whatever it is, get some help because there was no need, zero need for you to act that way. Zero. I don't care how many times you're arrested. Who was that boy that was with you? Your son. >> Your nephew. He didn't need to see that. >> You know what I mean? You need to be better than him. >> Good luck to you in the future. >> When it comes to people acting so unhinged, sometimes things don't end as well as this one. But in this case, it looks like the problem was mostly unresolved emotional issues and not just substance abuse. Let's hope for Brett's sake that he got the help that he needed and could move on to a life that was a little more peaceful. On the 21st of August, 2023 in Carlsbad, New Mexico, the cops got a call about an assault around 5:30 p.m. A witness said a barefoot woman in a black tank top had been chasing a person with a baseball bat and breaking into nearby homes. >> What's going on, Chloe? >> No, >> I just I went up there. I was for one. >> Hey. Yeah. So, listen. We've been getting a lot of calls on you just now. >> Yeah. One of the calls I guess you were chasing after somebody with a bat. >> No, that was another girl. She was chasing me with the bat. >> She was chasing you with the bat. >> And then there was a call just now that you were trying to get into somebody's house. >> No, sir. No, sir. >> What happened to your face? >> Why you bleeding? blood. >> Oh, she was chasing the back. I don't know. >> Okay. >> Dude, they must have they were homeless for no reason last night. You know, >> you want to go see >> what it is that uh >> as far as Yeah, they were pointing at us. It's just going to be that house right there. Do you want me to go talk to him? >> Oh, you want me to go talk to him? [snorts] >> This woman, Chloe, was clearly under the influence as her thoughts were racing and her words couldn't quite keep up. The cop didn't press her though and went to the neighbors who'd seen the whole thing. With the neighbors being willing to talk, the picture was about to get a whole lot clearer. >> You guys call? >> She did. She didn't. >> Who did? >> I guess her. We didn't. We kicked her out of that house. You guys kicked her out. >> She was trying to break into our neighbor's house. We're the ones that went over there, told her to step out of here. >> What are you guys seeing when she was over there? >> Uh she was on top of the the pork and she was trying to open the door. >> Okay. >> And then we went over there cuz I mean they're girls. >> Hey, what are you doing? Keep walking. What are you doing there? >> And that's when she she saw she was getting she backed up and wait up. Let's get her out of here. And she was just there just sitting there just trying to open the door. >> Was she kicking the door or >> I was just jiggling the door just trying to get in there. She's whacked out of her mind. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I mean, but still, >> luckily, we were out here, you know, she was doing her thing and she's like, "Hey, babe. Babe, what's up?" And he came out. I was in the restaurant and I came out. I was like, "Oh, let's go. >> I'll go talk to her right now." >> Yeah. Thank you. >> The cops then checked in with the woman who first called police and it was her house that Khloe tried to get into. She'd seen Khloe up close, barefoot on her porch, and it only took one look to know that she wasn't just some harmless wanderer. >> Are you the one that called us? I am. >> Yes. So, what happened? >> Um, I was pulling up and I came home and there was this lady on my porch and they were talking to her, trying to get her off and they said that she tried to get into the house. She took off after that. >> So, you said you saw her on your property? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> With her story matched up to what the witnesses said already, the cops had enough to work with. Chloe, on the other hand, was not going to make things easy. She'd stumbled into getting arrested, but still couldn't figure out why. >> Chloe, >> do me a favor. >> SIR, WAIT. GUYS, STOP. >> BACK UP, SIR. SIR, I'm asking you stop. I didn't do anything, sir. Wait, sir. Stop. >> Hey, >> turn around. >> HEY, SIR. BROTHER. HEY. STOP. DON'T. BROTHER, STOP. I didn't do anything. Stop. >> Sir. What are you talking about, bro? No. Tell him to stop. >> Relax. >> That's the problem. [screaming] >> Oh my god. I don't want to get arrested. THAT'S THE PROBLEM. I'll take your kids. attack. >> Stop. >> Like, what the is the problem? >> That was last night. That's a lie. That was last night. That was last night, sir. >> No, it doesn't help, bro. Like, how you going to like switch sides like that? >> Like, you're aing little kid, bro. Stop. >> Y'all start acting like you're like some baby. >> From the very start, she was aggressive and loud. But on the way to the hospital to get her medically cleared, she really went to work. The cops had seen that play before, but they weren't about to give her an audience. >> You're under arrest, Chloe. >> LIKE, YOU'RE SO STUPID. You're >> How [screaming] HARD IS IT? >> [screaming] >> I WILL HAVE A blue team and a supplement for this. [screaming] >> She's acting aggressive. >> You guys are stupid. >> Take me to another jail. When they got to the hospital, her fight didn't fade and only got messier. She was defiant one moment and pleading for help or screaming the next. It was a typical drug fog. The cops had seen it all before and knew the only thing to do was just let it pass. >> Bro, don't wait. Help me. Wait. You're going to hurt me. Don't hurt me. Don't hurt me. [screaming] Please. Please. [screaming] You got to save me. [screaming] [screaming] I didn't have no button. Please don't rain down. LIKE I GET IT. >> I know. >> LIKE I TOLD YOU. >> THAT'S WHAT I'M TRYING TO SHOW YOU. THEY'RE DONE. >> Turn you in. RIGHT. >> TELL HIM TO STOP. >> OKAY. >> Chloe wasn't interested in help. Not from the cops. Not from the medics. Not from anyone in the room. Every offer was met with defiance and suspicion like accepting it would be some kind of surrender. >> Yeah, [screaming] >> thank you for everybody. WHAT ABOUT BRANDON, BRO? WHAT ABOUT JESUS? THIS IS WHY for no reason. >> You guys running around. Can I use your >> [ __ ] I'm tired of relax. >> I'm I'm done, bro. >> I'm done. >> I don't need to go to jail. >> You're going to >> sir. Sir, [music] please. >> And you yelling isn't helping. >> NO. I THERE'S THERE IS THINGS GOING ON. I HAVE BEEN TALKING TO THE PRESIDENT. I AM THE TREASURER. >> SIR, PLEASE. I'm begging you guys. Please, sir, let's go. Sir, please. >> I really don't want to go. I have no reason. >> I have no reason. I literally didn't do anything, though. >> Turn around. >> Sir, I don't want Please. I have another [screaming] charge and I didn't do anything. >> If you keep resisting, you're going to get another charge. Sirist. >> Please don't charge me, sir. >> Okay. will then calm down. >> In the end, Khloe's night ended right where it was always headed. They charged the woman with resisting arrest and causing a public disturbance. On the 2nd of March, 2021, inside Fort Lauderdale Airport, two deputies from Broward County responded to a report about a disturbance at a Spirit Airlines boarding desk. The Spirit Airlines gate agents had secretly contacted police for help. >> What's up? She appears to be intoxicated. I can't put her IN THAT MANNER. >> OKAY. >> ARE YOU SERIOUS? >> Las Vegas. You call the party. Listen. Not >> listen. I'm not intoxicated. I CAN GET ON the plane. I CANNOT AFFORD THE NEXT TICKET. SO, WHERE THE is the manager and who the IS PAYING FOR MY NEXT TICKET CUZ [laughter] I'M NOT PAYING FOR the >> requesting a manager is one of the trademarks of a Karen. So, she definitely fits the bill. The screaming passenger here is a 22-year-old California resident named Allora. After seeing her reaction, it was no wonder they didn't think it was safe to have her on the plane. >> She is the manager. >> Okay, then you can pay for the ticket for me to get to CALIFORNIA CUZ I'M NOT PAYING FOR THIS. I AM PERFECTLY FINE. I'M not >> I'm not refunding for the next ticket. PAY FOR A PYRAMID. >> Come talk to me, please. >> I'm talking to you, BRO. THEY SHOULD HAVE LET ME ON THIS PLANE. She's being a She knows it. >> Let's start from the beginning. >> She knows it. >> Let's start from the beginning. All right. >> You want to start from the side? >> All right. Yeah. What? You You obviously arrived here. And what happened when you got it? Allora said while she was waiting for her flight to board, she was taking a nap. And when she woke up from her nap, the Spirit employees had complaints about her. She claimed she had no idea what they were talking about and she was being unfairly picked on. >> I HAD A MASK. I HAVE THE THIS WAS FINE. I GOT THROUGH TSA perfectly fine. So, I'm good. This is the mask. >> All right. So, >> thank you, >> Miss Diaz. >> Yes. >> Let's go. Let's go talk up front. No, I want to talk right here. I'M NOT GOING. I'M GETTING ON the plane. >> See, the doors closed. They can't reopen. >> I'M NOT PAYING for this. >> I'm not talking about >> I'm not paying for it. >> I'm not saying you have to pay FOR ANYTHING. [screaming] I WANT to go home. I want to go home. And she >> All right. If you don't stop now, you're just going to you're going to have to come with me and and go to the county jail. If that's the that's what you want, that's what we can do. >> It's up to you right now. >> Make a decision. >> What are you going to put me in jail for? I'm disturbing everything illegal >> for being in an airport. You're causing a disturbance. You can be arrested for that. You want to do that. It's up to you. >> I'm giving you the option. You can either listen, you can walk quietly. >> I want to go home, >> Miss Diaz. You can [laughter] >> I want to go home. She's being >> Well, let's go. Come on. >> No, I want to go home. >> The officer was polite and gave Allora multiple chances to calm down. But Allora seemed quite set on making sure everyone at the airport would be feeling her wrath. So, as expected, when the cops escorted her down the terminal, she had a full-blown Karen tantrum. >> Babe, I just TOLD YOU. THIS SAME THING I JUSTING TOLD YOU. NO, I'm not getting arrested. >> Arrested. >> I don't need to get arrested. >> I'M LISTENING TO YOU. WE'RE TALKING. >> Allora seemed to think that screaming in an officer's face. Somehow countered as talking. And nothing screams disrespect like calling a law enforcement officer bro over and over. When destroying their eardrums didn't work, she tried to beg for another chance. Can we just talk about it outside? >> Can we what? >> Can we just talk about whatever it is we're going to talk about outside? >> I gave you like four or five opportunities. I gave you like four or five opportunities to walk and talk with me >> and then you you kept throwing a fit. Then you started to walk. Then you threw your stuff on the ground. Everybody's looking at you. You have to go to jail. We're in an airport. We're not a county. We're not the park. I go home. >> I was just trying to go home. >> You're going to get home. It's just going to be a little delayed. >> I wasn't even doing anything. Please, please. I wasn't doing nothing. Please. I'm just trying to go home. I don't have any money. I'm not even going to be able to bail myself out. [laughter] I can't money. I can't build out. >> Maybe she should have thought about all that before ignoring the officer's commands and throwing things off the airline counter. She didn't want to pay for another ticket, but now instead she'll be paying for bail. [laughter] >> You got it for a second? >> Yeah, I got it. Please, please, please, please, please, please, please. >> All right, >> we're going to pat you down here. You have a female behind you. She's going to pat you down. >> Okay. Please. >> On you or not? >> Uh, yeah. If I wasn't in the pool car, would >> please, please, please. I don't want to go. Please, >> I don't know what I'm going to do. Please. [snorts] Seriously, are you serious? Please, please let me stay. Please, please let me let California. Please, >> please, I don't want anyone to back me out. >> The cops here were dead serious. No amount of crying was going to unlock these handcuffs. Allora was taken to jail where she'd have plenty of time to reflect on her sense of entitlement. On the 22nd of November 2021, there was a similar encounter again at Universal. And once again, the Orlando police stepped in to confront the suspect. And this time, the issue was trespassing. >> We're told to leave. >> No, but you guys took my keys in my wallet. >> We don't have anything. You need to get out of here before you go to jail. >> My keys are wallet. >> Okay, you need to leave now before you go to jail. That's the escalator. Go down. Leave. >> Okay, now. We don't have it. No one has your stuff. >> Okay. Go down this escalators here. >> You're going the wrong way. This way. >> Go. >> No. You need to leave now. >> Keep going. Come on. We're not playing. Come on. Let's go. Come on. >> Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. Go. You're going to go to jail. You're going to go to jail. Come on. >> The suspect here was showing little to no respect for the cops. And since he was intoxicated, he failed to understand just how serious things were. And like what all Karens do, he was about to push these cops to the limit. >> What did I do? >> You need to go. >> What did I do? >> You want to walk forward? >> No. What did I do? >> You got to go. >> Wait, wait, wait. >> What did I do? What did I do? >> What? Start your lunch. Wait. No. What did I do? >> What did I do? >> Stop. >> What? Wait. No. I know. I have every right. >> What did I do? >> What did I do? >> What did I do? >> Where is my stop? No cop wants to arrest people at an amusement park in plain view of all these kids. But the man left them with no choice. But getting handcuffed and manhandled by several cops did not knock any sense into him. In fact, he decided to make things worse by going limp. So they had to drag him outside like a sack of potatoes. >> Where is my stuff? Where is my >> We need to get him get him up on on something. >> Where is my >> mind getting us a wheelchair push? >> Answering the questions. >> YOU ARE THE ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS. Help me. >> Stop. Help. >> Oscar 835. >> Help me. >> Help me. >> Oh no. >> No. Where is my >> gun? >> I know my right. >> Joe's back out with a 69. >> I got a single over here. >> You did. Yes, you did. Where my stop? Where my stuff? Where is my >> Instead of calming down, the man started getting hysterical. He was acting like a brat, lashing out, shifting blame on other people, and getting emotionally unstable. >> Why? >> Trespassing. >> Uh, how about is it Darren, the guy with the hat? Yes. So, he trespassed him. We're going to have to see if he come over here if he wants to ride. >> Is there a better place? >> Tell me where. >> We're not going to drag. >> Don't touch me. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> YOU'RE GOING TO WALK. >> NO, I won't. My zipper is down. You'll >> try that on. Why? >> I don't see why. Where am I going? >> Where I'm going? >> We'll see how >> Where am I going? >> You're going to jail. >> At times, it looked like the guy was having fun. He was acting like an internet troll, just in real life. He even accused the cops at one point of stealing his stuff. Luckily, the cops didn't let his behavior trigger them. Like most officers, they've all dealt with plenty of Karens. Okay. So, is the fact that you guys stole my propert >> Why is my phone right there? I didn't take it out of my pocket. >> Hey, man. >> What? >> Please walk. We don't want to carry. >> Please. >> Okay. Oh, we're in a wheelchair. I ain't carrying a wheelchair. >> Is a wheelchair in here? >> He won't he. >> We're going to have to carry him in there. >> Okay, we're going to we're going to try. >> Okay. >> As easy as possible, but >> I can transport him, bro. >> You want to do it? >> I'll go with you. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. The cops were clearly hoping they wouldn't have to carry this guy all the way back to the squad car. But lucky for everyone, they somehow managed to find a wheelchair. But unfortunately, it was still going to be a struggle. >> I have every >> We already explained it to you. >> What? >> Trespass after warning. You got to go. So, you either sit here or where's my stuff? >> Where is my stuff? >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> Where's my stuff? How'd you get my phone out of my pocket? How did you get my phone out of my pocket? Oh, it's funny. >> Hey, >> so where's my stuff? >> Where's my stuff? They wheeled the man over to the elevator, but instead of bowing his head in shame and hoping no one would notice, this guy decided that he wanted a more dramatic exit. >> Oh no. Where my [screaming] Keep him here. >> They arrested the Karen, took him right to the jail house, and they charged the man with trespass after warning. I'm just wondering if he learned his lesson. What do you think? On the 19th of November, 2023 in Georgia, the cops got a report about a disorder in a restaurant, including a woman assaulting a customer. When the officers arrived, the suspect was outside the restaurant, visibly upset and shouting. >> But you ain't asked that mother to come out. Look at the [ __ ] video. This man put his hands ON ME. HE PUT his hands on me. >> Touch that man. >> Don't yell at me. >> I'm a woman. >> Hey, take it about 30 minutes cuz I didn't even notice that you was police. >> Uh-huh. >> I am mothering woman. >> This man put his hands on me. >> Look at his video. >> Hey, >> I was talking to another man. >> I was talking to another man and my coworker. We had been here for 2 hours. >> Yep. >> Okay. We were conversating perfectly fine. >> Okay. Then another man come over there and he say, "It's me and my girl's anniversary. Can you calm the down?" He put his hands on me and everything, but they want to kick me out after I spent more than $50. >> Okay. >> He's still sitting there. >> Okay. >> That's what I'm pissed off about. >> I got you. >> Because that's a whole human man, >> right? >> I'm a woman. >> Hey, let me ask you questions. >> BUT Y'ALL DIDN'T HAVE RESPECT FOR THIS WOMAN. You kicked a man a woman out >> over a man ma'am >> that put his hands on me >> by by put his hands on you. What did he do? >> He pushed you. He pushed me. >> He pushed you. How do you >> He pushed me. It's on that video. >> Hey, I'm asking you. I'm not asking about video. I'm asking >> I don't even have my video. I don't even have the rest of my my key. >> Can you please look in there? >> While being asked to quiet down may have been offensive to her, she was clearly inebriated and being very loud. She also thought she deserved preferential treatment because she'd spent $50 at the restaurant. The couple had to investigate this physical altercation and determined which party was in the wrong. >> I asked you a question. You haven't answered my question yet. >> Oh, I have, baby. I told you everything. I told you. >> You describe him pushing >> hard. >> He pushed me back. >> Cuz we were all standing at the thing. There's probably four of us right there. >> How hard? >> And what he did was No. Get the back. This is my me and my wife's anniversary. >> So you were standing up video standing up. You were standing up. Why you stand up? >> I said I was already standing. >> I thought you were standing up. >> No, I was already standing by. Where's your Where's your partner at? Your person you're here with. >> We've all been here. They left. I told her to leave. She's my coworker. We got off of work at 3:00. We've been here since 3:40. >> Since 3:40 we've been here. >> Okay. They came in probably about 15 minutes ago. >> Her him and his wife or whatever their anniversary they're celebrating, which is understandable. I don't have no problem with you under uh celebrating your >> The woman's version of events was highly incoherent and the inebriated state she was in made her highly unreliable. Her biggest claim was that her husband had pushed her. The officer then got the couple's side of the story and they were understandably upset that their wedding anniversary had been ruined. >> How y'all doing? >> Probably not good. So tell me what what happened. >> That's it. >> So bored all of this. >> Uh >> cuz I already you know I >> She was being loud when y'all came in. [snorts] >> Crazy loud. I mean to the point where a lot of times you don't you wouldn't even speak up because cuz you know people get crazy but it was to the left to like >> nobody's doing then. But then before I admit it, I said, "Let me do it in the politest way >> so I can said it's my me and my wife." And I thought I had her since me and my wife's anniversary came. I thought I had I thought I thought she was going to be cuz she had another friend that she was talking to other friends trying to get. She said, "Oh, you she said who? Who? Oh, you picked the wrong I said I said you I bet you won't touch this man. I even asked you about the pineapple. It's fine. I'm okay. You guys are here. >> If you guys weren't here or it got real fast in here, >> both parties felt like the video evidence would show what really happened. The female suspect said the man from the couple had pushed her, but she didn't mention that she'd struck him and charged at his wife. Another officer at the scene made several serious remarks about the suspect's behavior. >> Okay. 628. >> I rolled up and she's like, I'm going to get my boy get shot. So what they want to leave? >> Well, she apparently I don't I haven't got I haven't talked to him, but apparently she tried to push his girl to push her and she lost her mind. >> But she's so I haven't even asked >> Shut the up or quiet my voice. >> I even asked you about to find out listen. >> I haven't disrespect them. >> You know what? >> No, baby. Go ahead and disrespect me and put me in jail right now cuz you I even asked you guys, >> "What is the pineapple drink? How much does it cost?" They said, " $18." >> You're being detained right now. >> That's fine, baby. That's fine. I even let my coworker go because I haven't done anything wrong. That man pushed me. >> All right. It's going to come out. >> But I've been talking to you. You're >> screaming, yelling at you. You're being belligerent right now. >> I'm not yelling, baby. I'm drunk. They'd detain the woman as her belligerent behavior was detrimental to the investigation. At that point, they were going to charge the woman with disorderly conduct and she could also face battery charges if the couple pursued them. >> Get all the information. I know you told him, probably told him. So, we got her detained. >> You want to press charges? >> She already going to go for disordered conduct, right? We we can first I rather I ra >> she let him I rather yall do that that way I ain't got to do nothing that way you know what I mean >> y'all can just do I don't know if you can't then hell yeah smack the [ __ ] out of me everybody >> we'll take care we going to take care of I just need you to as far as on what >> transpired between you lady and her >> no no you know hopefully She just time to get her together. >> While she might have acted this way because she was drunk, other underlying factors might have played a role. At the station, she was seen foaming from the mouth and claimed to be suffering from seizures. Furthermore, she also claimed to be a domestic abuse victim. >> I've been beat by my daddy, but you're putting your hands on me. >> Okay. Are you going to go TO THE RESTROOM? >> I HAVE TO PEE. I PISSED ON MYSELF. >> Do you need to go to the restroom? >> I pissed on myself already. I bang my hand against the wall. I told you guys I got to pee. I just got to pee. >> Do you need to go to the restroom? >> Sergeant, you want to hear my story? >> No. Do you need to go to the restroom? >> He said no. But you What about you? You're above him. >> Do you need to go to the restroom? Yes or no? Okay, turn around so I can take the handcuffs off so you can go to the >> so mean to me. But this is all men. >> This is all men and I've been ABUSED BY NOTHING BUT men my whole [ __ ] life. They charged the woman with disorderly conduct and she was trespassed from the property. On March 14th, 2025, a pediatric nurse called the cops on a woman for a really strange reason. She'd been defecating in front of the building she worked at. She'd apparently done so four times the same day and was frightening the patients. When the cops arrived on scene, they found the suspect sitting in her car. >> Hello. so bad. I'm going to be sick in my stomach. >> What was that? >> I'm going to be sick in my stomach. >> For what? >> I don't know. I don't I've been sick for days. I don't know if it's the food or eating or what. >> Are you using the bathroom out here in public or >> I did earlier cuz they're pissing me off in the in the in the stall. The kids are making all this racket at night. They're making myself in my diaper. They're doing it on purpose. It's it's it's an ongoing thing. >> Okay. Well, you can't be using the bathroom out here in the middle of the parking lot. People are complaining. >> Well, they always complain. >> I know, but that's >> They complain about everything. It's not that. It's about me. They say stupid. They say stupid girl. It's It's not about the bathroom. It's about me, my smell, my car, my music. It's about everything. Officer, can't you understand anything? >> And if it's not that, NO, I'M NOT going to calm down. You know why? Because they're using my debit card now. The sheriff from this from your place is using my debit card. She I'm going to use Amy's debit card. >> Okay. I know nothing about that. I'm just here about something else. >> $642. I have it right here. >> Okay. Have you called and made a complaint about that? >> I don't have a phone because it got up from the guy at the at the library. There is so much I got to tell you. There is bull on top of bull tonight. Let me tell you something. You guys have got to get your together. I have had it. >> Okay. >> And don't you dare arrest me because I'm going to roll this window up and I'm going to have it. Indirectly, the woman introduced herself as Amy. It seemed like the presence of the officer was enough to rile her up because she went on to say that someone from the sheriff's office had allegedly been using her debit card and as a result, she said she hadn't been able to see her psychiatrist in months. >> So, I don't know if people complain about a little in the parking lot. I never do that. >> Well, that's very indecent. That's why people are complaining about >> Well, I was behind my door. I do that at night time. Oh, we got to complain about that, too. Oh, I'm sorry. What you do? Hold on. There's tons of other places besides the middle of a parking lot. >> There's no place to go in the middle of the night. >> There's tons of other places. You're doing it in the middle of the day. >> Well, I'm sorry. I'm tired. I don't feel good. I haven't eaten all day. Do you realize that? I'm diabetic. Do you know I've been throwing up at night in here because people are smoking so much and there's prostitution going on down here. Do you know that around here? Oh, I'm sure there is. Oh, no. The Joe Glow is always going back there from Pablo. Do you know the that goes on there? I BELIEVE YOU. >> NO, OFFICER. There really is. I'm not Dad, I believe you. I'm not I'm not saying you're joking. >> I maybe die of >> There's a lot of homeless around here. I believe you. >> Do you have any ID on you? That way I can just know who I'm talking to. >> No. Well, Fred, they'll take me in. >> Take you in just by looking at your ID. >> No, you're not going to have my ID. >> Okay, that's fine. I'm just asking. >> No, you don't even have my ID cuz you'll take me in. >> That's not true, but okay. >> No, my ID is locked up. I don't know where it is. >> That's fine. >> Amy seemed to have a whole lot of excuses about why pooping in public was okay. from being diabetic to alleged prostitution in the area. She thought those things could excuse her pooping in public. The cop, however, explained over and over again that what she was doing was illegal and she really had to stop. >> So, defecating in public is illegal. I do not want to arrest you. Okay? I'm telling you this right now. So, please don't let them. >> What about peeing or changing a shirt? >> Doesn't matter. You're defecating in public. That is illegal. Peeing, pooping, doesn't matter what it is. >> What about changing a shirt? >> Changing a shirt. They complain about that too. >> I haven't had any complaints, but if somebody sees you, that's a decent exposure. >> Oh my god. So everything's illegal. >> Yeah. So just try to not do it in the middle of brushing your teeth. That's illegal, too. >> No, not at all. >> Okay. >> So just >> try not to do anything illegal in public. >> You're cleaning your armpits. Is that illegal, too? >> No. Not as long as somebody doesn't see you and decently exposed. >> Okay. So if you're cleaning your leg cuz the medic get all upset. They're like, "She's cleaning her legs again." Like I'm not doing any of that. Like she's cleaning her legs. Well, you're also littering all over their parking lot. >> Well, I'm pissed off. That's a sign that >> Well, that doesn't being pissed off doesn't mean you can >> I do play Wait, I usually do pick up after myself. You do realize that, right? >> I don't because there's stuff all over here. There's stuff all over. >> Well, I'm pissed off. I And I'm trying to go piss off. I I >> I'm pissing off. Why? >> Cuz I got to go and sick since July. The officer told the woman that she had to clean her mess up and leave the property. The woman claimed she'd been kicked out of every parking lot. She then turned her car on like she was getting ready to leave, but 10 minutes later, she was still in the same spot. Amy, >> Amy, Amy, where's your defecate? It's technically >> Oh, yeah. She's There's feces all over here. I know. >> She defecated over there and over there and then her diaper and then she used the police to try to walk. All right, let's watch her. >> Yeah, she can't even take care of herself. She said she hasn't take she hasn't seen a doctor in like three or four months. >> What did she say to you? She's saying to you, >> she started yelling at me as soon as I walked up. I was super calm the whole time. She started yelling at me and going off. >> And then when I told her, I was like, "Hey, stop and leave. They don't want you here anymore." >> After this, you still you have more on top of this for the VA, right? >> When backup arrived, the original officer briefed him on the situation. He explained to his colleague that when he tried to knock on the window and get the woman out of the car, she'd start blaring the horn and screaming uncontrollably. Therefore, to get this deranged woman out of her car, they'd have to come up with a plan. But obviously, it wasn't going to be that simple. >> Was fall out first. >> I don't know. Why don't we just break the window on? >> Well, you know, I know why it all over the park. And then she's so erratic. Like, as soon as I walked up, she started screaming at me. What the I have no idea what that is, what that is. And then she tried wash them down with bleach. >> So what you doing? Just come out. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> So I tried to play So I tried to play nice and I told her I said, "Listen, >> clean up your mess and just leave. They don't want you here anymore." >> Did you not say clean anymore? >> I was like, "Lean up your mess and just leave. They don't want you here anymore." And she started screaming and all this other stuff. So, I went back to the car to try to run her because she refused to give me her ID. And then when I she closed her window and then when I came up and knocked, she started screaming and then just blared the horn. >> After the cops came up with their plan, they suddenly realized that they might not have taken the first right steps. The problem was they didn't make an announcement to let her know she had to get out and the front of her vehicle was unobstructed. So, at any given point, she could just drive right away. Amy, this is the Miami County Sheriff's Office. Step out of your car with your hands up. >> Your safety is our most important. >> Amy, this is the county Sheriff's Office. So, your car with your hands up. Your safety is our most important. >> She's moving a bunch of stuff around. >> Hey, she does have a she does have a pair of scissors by her. >> She's just moving stuff around. Amy, >> sheriff's office, >> come out of the car. Put your hands up and COME OUT. >> Come out of the car. We will force you out of the car. Come out now before somebody gets hurt. County Sheriff's Office now before something gets hurt out of the car. Do it now. >> Come out of the car. It'll take a second to breathe in. >> The officers used pepper balls, which are essentially just pepper spray in a projectile form. They were shooting at her windows, hoping the fumes would penetrate her car and she'd be forced to come out due to lack of ventilation. However, even after multiple rounds, she still wouldn't exit the vehicle. >> She might have got some in the car when she opened the door. She >> started coughing. I was going to run up and grab it. Get out of the car. Get out of [clears throat] >> [cough] >> Get out of the car. >> Get on the ground. >> Open your car. >> Get on the ground. >> Get out of the car. Get on the ground. >> All right. >> Get on the ground. Do it now. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stop, baby. Stand up. [cough] [clears throat] >> Why'd you have to do it for me? >> We gave you plenty of options not to do it, too. We did not want to do that to you. >> The officers handcuffed her and put her in the back of a squad car, much to her dismay. They arrested the woman and she was later charged with aggravated assault and resisting an officer with violence. >> That's enough. You do not hit people. Stop it. >> Okay. What are you doing? >> Stop it. You just hit me. >> Okay. And you're recording me? >> Yeah. Yeah. It's going to be great body cam footage. On the 11th of January, 2025, the cops responded to a minor accident outside a local bowling alley. The suspect there was a 23-year-old college student suspected of driving under the influence. What followed was a grueling and emotionally charged encounter. >> Hi, how are you? >> Hi. >> Who are you? >> Hello, I'm the police. >> Hi. >> Come on with me. >> Hold on. All right, let's fire with your Do you have your ID right on? No, I I Who are you? I don't have it on me. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Jamie. >> J A N I E. >> J A N I E. >> I turned 23 and >> All right. Which vehicle did you come drive here in? >> I didn't drive. >> You didn't drive? >> No. >> No, sir. I didn't drive. >> You know, there's like really good cameras out front, right? >> My friend drove. I did not drive. >> You understand there's cameras right out front where you park? >> Yes, sir. I did not drive. >> Okay. >> You You could review that. I did not drive along. >> Janie appeared visibly intoxicated, being quick to say that she just turned 23. Sounded like she was justifying drinking. Still though, she denied being behind the wheel even though surveillance footage might show otherwise. >> How drunk are you? Like one or two or 20 or 10 or >> I'm You're obviously intoxicated. >> Yes, but I'm I'm 22 years old. Like I'm allowed to drink alcohol, but I did not drive. You could look at the cameras. >> That's what I like. When I review the cameras, it's not going to show you getting out of a vehicle. >> I mean, I am getting out of the vehicle. >> Driver. Which seat? >> Passenger. >> Who's your friend that was driving? >> I did not drive. >> Who was driving? >> Um, my friend. >> What's your name? >> I do. I have to. >> Yes. It's obstruction if you don't. >> I'm not telling. I feel like >> you want to get charged with obstruction later then or no? >> What? What does that mean? >> It means you get arrested. >> Why? >> Because there was an accident. You were in a vehicle that was involved in an accident. >> No, I wasn't. >> You guys backed into a car at the bowling. Okay. That was an accident. You were in the vehicle. >> The officer continued pressuring Janie for more information. But as drunk as she was, she refused to give up her friend's name, not wanting her to get in trouble, too. Still though, the officer kept applying pressure. >> So, you can either >> So, how am I supposed >> You can either tell me who was driving or you get a charge of perception. It's all I just want the truth. I'm not looking to bully you. >> Can you at least show me the vehicle that was driving? >> No, not right now. So, you're not going to identify who's driving. >> So, how am I supposed to know? >> Are you refusing to identify who's driving? >> I don't All right. Come take a walk with me. >> I don't want to. >> We're going to walk on to the cart. Come on. I don't mind if you sit in jail or not. That's up to you. >> All right. So, you're refusing to identify who was in the vehicle that was driving. >> No, I'm not. >> All right. You're being detained right now. Okay. >> Erica, go home. >> No, she's not going anywhere. >> Erica, go home. >> Call your mom. Call your mom right now. >> Please. Your lights over. >> By that point, Janie was a ball of emotions. Getting handcuffed and put in the back of a squad car was just too much for her. The officer started putting pressure on her friend Erica to see if she would crack. >> So, would you like an obstruction charge, too? It's up to you. Would you like an obstruction charge, too, man? >> I have no idea what that means. >> That means you get arrested and charged with a crime. >> No. >> Okay. So, you're not interested in being arrested tonight? >> No. >> Okay. So, when I go and look at the cameras, look up at the corner of that building right there. They're going to get you guys pulling in. Am I going to see you driving? >> Driving. >> Can I answer my sister or >> It would be a bad idea. >> It would be a bad idea. >> I can't I'm not going to twist your arm or take your phone from you, but I mean, it wouldn't be the best idea. >> How much have you had to drink? >> I haven't had much. >> How much is not much? Keep in mind, we're not stupid. >> No, I No, I know. >> I know. I just want you to know it. >> But like, that's why I called my mom. And I was like, I'm not going to drink to like that's why I was there and she drove here and that's why I was like, yeah, I'm calling my mom. As soon as she drove over here, I was like, I'm >> Things didn't go as planned with Erica. And soon enough, her mother came to pick her up. At that point, the officer went back to pushing Janie's buttons. She was drunk and cold and tired, but still in denial. The cop wanted Janie to confess that she was the one behind the wheel. All right, step on out, please. >> I didn't do anything. >> All right. Do you want me to hold on to your phone so it doesn't fall out of your pocket? >> Yeah. >> I got a You got a track star. Stand. >> No, no, no, no, no. Here, why don't you stand here? >> I won't do anything. >> All right. >> Please, >> walk over here for me. Okay. >> Okay. You >> told us you were driving, ma'am. >> No, I wasn't. >> All right. Well, you >> I was not driving. You can look at the cameras. I was not driving. >> What were you doing in the bathroom? Did you consume any alcohol? >> I went to go pee. No, I didn't consume any alcohol in the bathroom. I went to the bathroom in there. >> Why am I in the handcuffs? Like, I'm not doing anything, sir. >> I know. J, look at me. >> That's close enough. >> Relax. Just look at me. >> Sir, you got uncover. >> There's no reason. >> As the officers waited for surveillance footage, Janie was struggling with being handcuffed. So, the cops decided to uncover her. But not to make things easier for her, they wanted Janie to do some tests. >> Sir, I'm not gonna go anywhere. Can you undo these though, please? >> I'm gonna run you through through what we call standardized. >> I'm going to stand right >> I'm going to stand right next to you the whole time. >> The vehicle's got to stay here too. Oh, no. No. If you need help standing up, let me know. I don't want to let you get hurt. >> I need to undo these. >> All right. I'm going to take the cuffs off of you. You got to behave and cooperate. Okay. >> Yes, of course. >> This is why. All right. Here. Hold on. Before we take them off, look at me in the eyes. Focus on me. Okay. Yes, sir. >> We're going to run. We confirmed you were driving. Okay. He just watched the surveillance video. There's a lot of cameras all over. >> He confirmed you drove here. >> Okay, sir. >> All right. So, we know you were the driver of this white vehicle right here. >> All right. >> The police car. >> The white vehicle. That's the police car is the white. >> Okay. >> All right. So, all right. Here. Hold on. Hold on. So, now what we're going to do is now that I've confirmed you have been drinking, you might not be legally intoxicated, but that's what field sobriety testing is for. >> Okay. >> But I've confirmed you've been drinking. You're showing signs of intoxication. >> The odor of alcohol is coming from you very strongly. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Your eyes are glassy and bloodshot. Okay. That's more than enough reasoning to run you through standardized field soiety testing and see if you're guilty of driving while intoxicated or not. Okay. >> I couldn't drive. >> Okay. >> As the officer prepared her for the testing, Janie mentioned that she was about to graduate from college. She admitted to drinking that night, but her responses were slurred and inconsistent. Meanwhile, the officer's patience was wearing thin. >> So, were you drinking tonight? >> Yes. >> Okay. Was drinking. Okay. >> What were you drinking? >> Okay. >> Um I I probably have like two or three mixed drinks. >> Two or three mixed drinks. What kind? If you if you remember. I mean, >> it's okay if you don't. Hands to your side. >> Listen to me. >> Stop. Hands to your side. Feet together. >> No. No. Keep your shirt. >> All right. Hands to your side. All right. >> Seven. Eight. Nine. >> Now you can. >> Take me to jail. Whatever. >> I don't want to do. [laughter] Okay. >> Yeah. Record that. That's real nice of you. >> All right. >> You piece of [ __ ] >> No. That's not That's enough. You do not hit people. Stop it. >> Okay. What are you doing? >> Stop it. You just hit me. >> Okay. And you're recording me? >> Yeah. Yeah. It's going to be great body cam footage. >> Yeah, it is. It is. >> You're lucky I don't hit a lady because that was not nice. >> At that point, all bets were off and Janie was going straight to jail, but not before giving the cops a piece of her mind. In the squad car, she didn't cool down much. And when they got to the jail house, the woman's tirade kept escalating. >> I'm going to call my grandma. We'll call her later. Okay. >> This is [ __ ] This is bull. What did I What did I do? >> You hit me. >> No, I didn't. You're freak. >> Can you do this [ __ ] Talk to my mom. You stupid. You're >> okay. Process me. SIT DOWN. >> OH, WHATEVER. >> ENOUGH. ENOUGH. STOP. >> OH, are you so scared? >> Are youing kidding me? >> Please. >> Are you actuallying kidding me? >> You're not acting right. So, we need to put these on you. >> You. During the booking process, Janie lost all inhibition and just berated the officer any chance she got, mostly using profanity. As for the poor officer, he was on edge as it was. And it didn't take long for him to snap. >> All right. Are you willing to sign this form acknowledging the enterprise of your >> How the am I supposed to sign anything? But don't my hats are burning my back, you [ __ ] >> That's enough. I can't sign anything. My hands are BEHIND MY >> ENOUGH. >> ARE YOU KIDDING? >> ENOUGH. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> I'VE HAD ENOUGH. CUT your out. >> Enough. I'm not hurting you. >> I'm holding your arm. Cut your out. >> DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? CUT [screaming] your out. >> Even though Janie was processed, she wasn't jailed overnight. After a long and grueling encounter, the cops released her to a man named Daryl, who was most likely a family member. On the 19th of February, 2025 at Orlando International Airport, the cops responded after allegedly a woman assaulted an airport employee. When the cops arrived, they approached the woman, but she wanted nothing to do with him. >> Ma'am, >> I don't care. >> Sit down. >> Don't talk. I don't care. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Going to put me on the ground. You going to p me on the ground? Yeah. Going to put me on the ground. Put me on the ground. Put me on the ground. I haven't done anything wrong. >> I haven't done anything wrong. >> I just need you to turn around. >> Put me on the ground. >> I need you to turn around. >> I CAN'T CUZ YOU'RE ON ME. I can't cuz you're on me. >> Stop. >> I can't cuz you're on me. >> Let this go. >> I can't. You're on me. >> Okay. Let this go, please. Let this go, please. All right. >> Go. You said you were going to stop. >> Let me go. Let me go. Let me go and I'll let go. >> Let me go and I'll let go. Let me go and I'll let go. Let me go and I'll let go. Let me go and I'll let go. >> Exit the train. I got her subdued. >> It's chill. >> Hang tight. >> Let me go and I'll let go. >> Hang tight. >> Don't touch me. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You want to touch me? >> Just I got to roll her real quick. >> Yeah. Can you grab this and just undo that for me, please? >> She ain't She ain't going anywhere. She's fine. >> I'm not going anywhere, but you're squeezing. Just pull that up. Squeeze my throat. You're squeezing my throat. You're squeezing my throat. >> The woman claimed she'd done nothing wrong, but by the way she was acting, the cops could tell she'd been up to no good. When the cops first approached her, she seemed to know they were coming for her and tried to ward them off. Sadly for her though, she was not going to get away that easily. You know, you're you're fine. You're just >> Am I right? >> Give me a second. >> Don't you spit. >> Don't you spit. Do you understand me? >> Oh my god. >> Don't you spit spitting? >> No, not spitting. >> Okay. Well, I'm squeezing you for a reason. >> I don't want you to spit on them. Why are you ready for the next >> one? [crying] Right. And then you point it at me. So you got taken down. >> You're good. >> All right. >> And then you came out. I can smell the alcohol on you and you kick that. >> Yeah. >> Kick that wet floor sign over there. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> Stand up. >> Do not spit on anybody. You understand? >> Oh yeah. Hit me hard. Hit me hard. >> All right. Sounds good. You >> got a chair. We got a chair. >> Hey, you guys have a chair? >> I don't think they have one in the checkpoint. >> Sit up like that. >> No. Do it hard for me, baby. >> She was clearly intoxicated, and the cop told the woman he could smell it on her breath. But even if they hadn't smelled anything, she was slurring her words, acting very defensive, and repeating things over and over, which were all definite signs. No one's listening to me. >> You can talk. What's up? >> I have to be there. I literally have ID. >> I have. >> All right, we'll figure it out. >> Are you from Florida? >> No. >> Where you from? >> I'm from Puerto Rico. >> Puerto Rico? >> Yeah. >> You want to laugh at me? Oh my god. Are you Puerto Rican, too? I'm from California. My mom is from Lisa Bella and my dad is from Miami. >> That her >> You care about me. Thank you. All these other don't understand like literally. >> Since she refused to walk like the officers ordered, she had to be moved to a wheelchair. It seemed like in her derangement that she really didn't know why she was being arrested and kept claiming the cops were treating her poorly. However, she was the one spitting at people, so she got the treatment she deserved. her. >> I need you to sit up for me. Sit up for me. >> Choke me. Tell me. >> He did. >> Lisa, I'm going to search your property. Okay. Make sure you don't have any weapons of banan bombs. Baby, >> I'm not gonna leave you. I love you. I love cough. >> Who does love? >> Heck yeah. It's awesome. >> I have nothing wrong. They have dark chocolate. It tastes good. >> Can you say I cannot say? >> I cannot. There's literally nothing in there. >> You smoke? >> Cigarettes. >> I'm not bad. >> Where you flying to? >> Where are you flying to? >> What? >> Where you flying to? >> I'm trying to find a Puerto Rico to my sister. >> I just wonder if you have one on you cuz I know I'm not. >> Do me a favor. Stand up for me. >> I can't. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Just stand up for me. >> I can't. >> You kicked your legs out to kick stuff as we were walking by. Yeah. So, just put your hands up. >> To get the suspect to cooperate with them, the cops had to stand her up themselves. To search the woman, they leaned her up against their vehicle, and the search turned up nothing except some AirPods in the front pocket of her sweatshirt. Next up, they secured the woman in the back of the car. >> Literally everything. >> Stop kicking. I'm going to spray you. I will spray you. Continue. You continue kicking. I will spray you. >> Don't do that. >> Okay, we're going to do that, but do not start kicking. >> Have a cigarette. >> Just hang tight. >> Stop. Get your hands. Get your feet out of there. Put your feet in there. Get your feet in there. Get your feet in there. Don't do that. >> 192. He doesn't. >> Can I get FD for OC deployment? >> Sar's going to be 51. >> Put your feet in there. >> Don't do that. >> Scrape my face for no reason. What you feeding? What you feeding? >> Okay, I will just spray my face again. >> The officers called for paramedics as during their struggle, the suspect had been pepper-sprayed. After the cops begged her some more, she finally put her feet in the car. While they waited for paramedics, the cops interviewed the employee who'd allegedly been battered. I'm scrolling my phone and just standing up just yelling all these guys, you know, she just walks around everybody cuz she didn't get on the flight. So I I stand up. I'm looking at my phone. I'm looking at Instagram. I'm laughing at something. Then I look up and she comes up to me and she says, "Um, oh, it looks like he wants it." And then she tries to walk him. So, you know, You took a swing, huh? >> Yeah. >> She like lean into me and swear to be a pattern tonight. The battery victim chose not to press charges, but they still arrested the woman and she was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly intoxication, and resisting an officer without violence. Right up until reality sets in, entitlement has this funny way of making people feel untouchable. One minute they're running the show, and the very next one, they get a very hard reality check. Watching a super entitled Karen flip from smug to stunned just never gets old.
