police officers are typically expected to exhibit intelligence and strong moral ethics in their roles ensuring they respect and Safeguard the safety of suspects even during arrests however what happens when officers are caught laughing at dead citizens here are examples of idiot cops who were caught laughing at deceased suspects um I'm sure uh tcis is and I oh he's good he says well normally we don't give voluntary statements and I I said hey you're going to have to decide if you wanted to give a statement or not but it does not seem like there's a criminal investigation going on lights and silence this body cam footage captures a disturbing moment involving officer Daniel uder of the Seattle Police Department while on duty officer utterer can be heard making callous and insensitive remarks about a tragic incident involving a young woman named janavi kandula in January another officer was responding to an emergency Call at 74 mph in a 25 mph Zone when his vehicle Le struck and killed JN AI yeah well there's some initially uh he said she was in a crosswalk uh there's a witness that says no she wasn't but that witness could be different because I don't think she was thrown 40 ft either uh I think she went up on the hood hit the windshield then when he hit the brakes flew off the car but she is dead no it's a regular person yeah officer OU's own body cam records him saying she is dead followed by callous laughter and jokes about writing $1,000 check his disregard for the gravity of the situation is further evident when he dismissively comments that yavi at 26 years old had limited value yeah just write a check just yeah $111,000 she was 26 anyway she had limited value while it is heartbreaking to hear such comments from the cop the next case shows the unprofessional treatment of cops and the resulting outcome and reactions of the cops afterwards is somewhat disturbing Tony look at me bro hey Tony chill out man get me go get me please get hey on August 16th officer Dustin dards body cam footage captures the distressing moments of Tony Tempa being restrained by police officers for nearly 14 minutes during this time he can be seen writhing and pleading for help eventually quieting down snoring and then falling silent tragically he was later pronounced dead that's all we got help me Tony you don't need to be squirming man stop be wcpr before the officers had been lightly joking about the arrest playfully urging Tony to respond and wake up however their demeanor quickly changed when they inspected him and realized that he wasn't breathing soon after an ambulance arrived and despite attempts to administer CPR it was confirmed that Tony had passed away subsequent autopsy results revealed that Tony's death was attributed to the toxic effects of Co and the psychological stress induced by physical restraint while the cops had casually joked about Tony Tempa during his arrest and physical restraint what can we say about a Cop who bragged and made fun of a civilian shoulder popping sound when he dislocated it is can you keep an eye on our in custody on here yeah we [Applause] good $ what is it uh the the a one the after Mrs Garner's family hired a sound engineer to enhance the audio on Loveland police station booking videos from the day of Karen's arrest it speaks volumes and reveals the wrong culture of Grandmother Karen Garner meanwhile the city of Loveland after vowing to protect the rights of its officers had Chief Robert tyer Place officer hop on administrative leave and reassigned the other two
